Water Heater leaking. CHW Denied, tank not covered. I said nothing about tank leaking. Turned out to be leaking around element gasket. Requested a Customer Service Rep. Waited 2 weeks for her to call. She said basically water heaters rarely ever get paid. Their process is to DENY, POSTPONE, DELAY more and not pay anything. WILL NOT BE RENEWING POLICY! CHW is very hard to deal with!

I'm very pleased with the service done by D&L Overhead Garage Doors. Mark, the technician arrived on time and is very courteous. He is professional and knowledgeable. Mark did an excellent job in replacing my garage door opener. He explained and answered all of my questions thoroughly with courtesy. I would highly recommend Mark to my friends and neighbors.

I really like having the peace of mind from a warranty and it has helped me a lot this past year. It does come at a high price though and I don’t think I can afford another year. Hopefully you guys are able to lower the price.

So far I am happy with the experience. The problem has yet to be resolved as more techs have to come in, but the turnaround has been quick. Once the issue is fully resolved I can have a better idea, but I am happy that I was able to get two techs in to look at it in under a week.

After finding out that my water heater problem was not covered, I asked to cancel the rest of my three-year contract. I was told that for the remaining year and a half, I would get only $80 back. I don't think that is fair since I had paid for three years and half of what I paid would come to more than that.

You advertise if something breaks you will replace it, then I find out you only cover certain things. So how will you replace a heater and not pay for the whole heater, just certain parts. After my heater is fixed this company is gone and I am warning people on Facebook to make sure when a company says they will replace something, it will be the whole thing.

We had a leak in our laundry room sink. Not a critical issue, just an old worn out faucet that needed to be replaced. I entered a ticket late in the afternoon, and the company came out early the next day. The plumber was polite, fast, and efficient. So much better than my last home warranty company.

Dryer not getting hot. The technician was prompt and courteous, wore his mask the whole time and explained everything that was wrong and the solution. He explained what the causes were and how the system breaks down at a certain age. Showed me the part that was needed and how that part functions on the dryer. Explained why the part fails and how to prevent it from failing.

The tech was very polite and courteous. Spoke with confidence about issue with the refrigerator. Once the problem was diagnosed I was contacted within 3 days by email with a resolution. Thank you for your promptness. I will be referring my friends and family to your service.

Filed a claim on July 28 2020. Finally fixed on March 8 2021 after first repairman came. He was suppose to come 2 more Times but never showed up. I stayed home two days waiting For the repairman. I gave up scheduled appointments to get the refrigerator repaired. What if it was a major problem.

The repair man was awesome! Perfect! My problem was making appointments for me without even if talking to me was very aggravating, because I had to track one down!! And even wait for a call back!! I don't like dealing through machine!! Simple and easy is best!

This is the second time something has happened that was not covered. The first time, my dishwasher flooded my kitchen and damaged my basement roof. The dishwasher is defective and I am afraid to use it again, so I had to replace it. None of it was covered. This claim was not covered either. The technician was wonderful and I ended up having to pay him myself to replace the toilet. I will not renew my policy and will not give good reviews or recommend CHW because it covers hardly anything.

The agent who assisted me acted like he was in a hurry. I contacted Choice a week ago and spoke with an agent named Daniel **. The agent who helped me today said he never heard of Daniel. Of course I was confused. I asked again and he said “I said I never heard of him.” A bit rough.

Arron removed and worked on our Samsung icemaker for 30 to 40 minutes. He tried different things that had fixed icemakers before but nothing worked. He determined we needed to replace it and he placed an order. He was very informative, pleasant and professional.

Although my services are not complete on my appliance, he certainly gave it his immediate attention and has maintained good on-going communication which is far superior to my previous Home Owners Warranty Company!

Very quick response, helpful and I am satisfied with Choice Home warranty, I have been with them more than 3 years , just renewed the service with them. Our microwave died. I called and got quick service and found out we were able to replace it since it was a older model. I will received the check in next couple weeks. We ordered a new one online.

CHW contacted a repairman and notified me it would be a week before he came. Not acceptable. Fortunately the repairman called me to schedule within a few days. He did quality work and was a very nice man. Overall, I am satisfied but it’s because of the repairman, not CHW.

Updated on 03/21/2021: My washing machine was making a "grinding sound" and not emptying the water. The tech showed up right on time and within a short time found the problem and fixed it. There was one broken part that had to be replaced and now I'm back doing laundry. Really great service!
Original Review: Very quick and efficient. Now waiting for a reply from the repair service. Have to have my washing machine repaired. They will contact me for an appointment and what needs to be done to get it working again. So far so good.

Our dishwasher was just not cleaning our dishes and about a year before had the computer mechanism replaced. We tried all kinds of detergent but it just wouldn’t clean or dry the dishes. A serviceman discovered that some pieces of a broken glass and our top rack was very rusty and it with broken glass were blocking an area that helped clean. He fixed it and we got a new top rack and it is working like new. :)

Seems there ARE NO technicians affiliated with CHW in my rural community, so I always have to find my own...sigh.. At least response time is fair from CHW...and helps defray my out-of-pocket costs. I just have to have patience in entering a claim at the first sign of trouble, then find my own vendor, get diagnosis and provide to CHW.

We have the CHOICE warranty insurance for MANY YEARS. We never has request a service before, and according with what you tell us when we made the first contract WE DO NO NEED TO PAY THE FIRST CLAIM. The gentlemen who came out were very friendly. They quickly diagnosed the problem with my fridge. But the part (motherboard) had to be ordered. I received it in five days, but my appointment for this repair was scheduled for THREE WEEKS later. We called Choice back, and got an appointment for tomorrow. Thank God!

Updated on 05/29/2021: The technician was excellent. He kept me informed of the time of arrival, was friendly, competent, patient, and knowledgeable. I was quite dissatisfied with Choice Home Warranty when they refused to cover the repair of one of the products I had requested to be repaired. Am in a dispute with them on that.
Updated on 05/22/2021: I just scheduled my first claim and immediately had an appointment set up. I just had another issue come up and have requested a different claim. It's the weekend and I haven't received the appointment date yet understandably. I really think I'm going to love this total home warranty.
Original Review: It was an extremely delightful experience to deal with my Account Manager Cynthia **. She took the time to completely explain the total package terms and coverage. I feel I will not have to worry about future repairs at all. That is a great relief for an older person.

Informative rep helped me and answered email questions quickly before conducting our transaction over the phone. Didn't pressure me. Quick, but allowed me to answer questions. Provided payment options for both monthly and annually. It is obvious that the company would prefer an annual purchase but I was not pressured into it. Found discount for me which I am sure they do for everyone but it did help put warranty into my budget- Thanks!

He made too many mistakes and I had to repeat myself multiple times. He worked too fast trying to get things done quickly instead of being steady and accurate. After I told him all I could afford was the 480 per mo he kept trying to sell me on higher costs. Not what I would consider listening appropriately. I know he had a job to do but I also did not like getting badgered. When I threatened to cut the call off he finally stopped pitching.

Contacted Choice home warranty. They said they did not have anyone available that I could find someone or they would keep working on it, they texted me and said KDC electrical would send someone out. KDC came out. Knew exactly what they were doing. One of the very best home warranty providers I have ever dealt with. Very good experience.

I am trying Choice for one more time. The customer service is horrible. I tried for over a month to renew and everyone was so rude and told me I could only pay the total upfront. I did it online for monthly payment. Staff very dishonest. I am currently asking around and doing my research to find the best company if any. I will pay to terminate contract if I find another or just not satisfied. All the numbers calling from your company comes through as Spam FYI.

I have recommended this to several friends and will do it again for the next year. The appliance that needs serviced is a oven panel that will not allow me to enter a temperature or change the clock.

The scheduling process was easy and quick. They were able to get someone to look at the issue that same week. They called when they were on their way. They showed up on time. They wore masks. They were polite. I told them the problem, they looked at the item and told me what the problem was. They were helpful and told me the process that was being taken and how to move forward. I wish the people I were filing a claim with could speak better English. It is very difficult to try to explain something when it difficult to understand them plus trying to explain something that either they do not understand, can't explain or put in their notes correctly in order for the claim to be processed. Luckily after speaking with the plumber he had told me that the processed claim from Choice should be about $100.00 for outlets needing fixed. In reality the estimate was $1000.00 and there were several other problems that needed to be fixed that I initially told the representative above but they never entered in the info even when I told them it was more than one issue.

The claim process was easy and the service repair arrived on time. Choice Home Warranty provided the contact information of the repair company via phone and email. The claim was approved and the follow up appointment was within 4 business days. I cannot be happier with the response time and follow up from Choice Home Warranty.

The technician diagnosed the problem and said the ice maker is faulty. He said he would need to replace the entire ice maker. After his visit we received an email that the ice maker is under a manufacturer's warranty. I called the company. They are replacing the ice maker. Thank you.

The technician arrived on time and was very attentive. He did fix one problem but a second problem manifested immediately after he left. He came back twice more but the problem was not resolved. The machine will not cool down and continues to run and heat dried clothing. I called Samsung after the 3rd visit and after describing the issue and being talked through some minor diagnostics, the Samsung tech diagnosed the issue as a bad control panel. I provided the Blue Star tech with the machine electronic diagnostic manual which could have been used to get the trouble code(s) to identify the problem.
It seemed it may have been a more complicated issue that the tech may not have been trained to diagnose and repair. Right now the machine will not shut off and continues to run and get hot until it is shut off manually. It is a potential fire hazard. Samsung stated that the control panel is no longer made or in stock anywhere meaning the machine cannot be repaired..

Holden was courteous and capable. On time and completed a successful repair of our flawed Samsung refrigerator's ice maker. Additionally he made adjustments to the temperature settings to minimize the re-occurrence.

Very responsive. Quick to find a repairman. I paid the $65 and Choice Home Warranty is taking care of the rest! Thanks so much! However, I had an issue with my gas range. It had a gas valve leaking gas into my home, during the time the repairman was working on the gas furnace so he fixed it while he was here. When I called Choice and told them they refused to pay because the job was not submitted prior to the work being done. Even though I told them it was an emergency because it was a gas leak.

I was able to book my repair online, which I like. I received a prompt email telling me when the serviceman would be here. The serviceman was even a little early. He was very professional & had the problem fixed quickly. My only complaint is that I had to wait a little over 24 hours for the service.

Thus far, we have had good fortune with this warranty. Almost 6 months after purchasing the warranty we had two issues arise. Fortunately, I remembered the purchase of this warranty. The service technician was friendly and efficient. Repairs to two different systems were completed very soon after our claim.

Both of the technicians were friendly and professional. I have no complaint with the young man that came out. The one that fixed the garbage disposal did his job. The technician that looked at the microwave could not fix it and recommended a new one.

Customer service is not very nice and does not answer the question that is specifically asked. I was given the wrong information when I purchased additional pool coverage and I had to cancel it. They need to take the time to really understand what the buyer is needing. Also they denied a claim at first and then made the change after I provided proof. They should have asked for proof before denying my claim without contacting me.

I am highly disappointed that your company chose to decline my claim. I pay almost $500/yr plus a higher than avg monthly rate, plus a higher than avg service fee for you to turn down a fairly inexpensive claim. In my opinion this was a poor business decision on your part and now you are losing a good paying customer. The technician was outstanding, your company in my opinion not so much. I will also not be recommending you to others. Additionally, your reason "It has been determined that the scroll cage made contact with the motor housing, resulting in a failed motor. This is not a failure that occurs under normal wear and tear conditions," is false. No-one has touched that thing in an isolated part of the attic so it had to be normal wear and tear as you say. Thanks for nothing. Also, stop sending me ridiculous amounts of home security system ads. I already have ADT and will never switch.

Oven had loud noise and upon looking glass door had cracked in several places. Engineer called out $75. Email after that not covered. Why send engineer when I told you what happened and what the problem was. Oven was not inspected. Engineer said I will order new glass. Did you just want the $75?

When one experiences difficulties I waited a long time on hold to speak with a rep to get a service call started, and then technicians used by CHW were difficult to schedule and barely competent (one didn't even have complete tools and asked to use mine) and took multiple visits to fix things, and invariably CHW reps found a reason why a repair shouldn't be covered and turned into a fight (e.g. one is expected to have their hvac regularly serviced at own expense. If your servicing technician finds a capacitor out of spec requiring replacement CHW will say they won't cover the $75 repair if their technician doesn't first diagnose for a $65 service call fee, and then won't pay to replace degraded components but only failed components).

In nearly every experience I have had what has failed has been denied. When the dishwasher control panel failed I was given less than 1/3 of its replacement cost. Now the AC has failed once again my claim has been denied. I have been assigned a case manager that will discuss and most likely tell me why my request is being denied. I will write more after my discussion with your case manager.

Choice Home Warranty please make sure that you are on the same page with your contractors. You say one thing and when contractors come to a home they are saying something different, for example you say we can pay cash or check and the contractors are saying they cannot accept cash. I am wondering if you have the opportunity to screen your contractors because I do hope and pray that diversity and inclusion is a part of your company and the contractors as well.

Issac with Sunflower Plumbing was so easy to work with. Very knowledgeable about my issues and resolved in a timely manner. Explained what the problem was and how I can prevent it from happening next time. CHW claim form was the easiest way to submit my issue and they were out in two days.

As Par for Choice it took three AC companies to diagnose the problem and fix my AC. it seems Choice has a tier system for dispatching service repair techs. First they send lower tier people to reduce their costs. When there is no results they send the next tier and when there is no results they send their best tech. This is SAD because the homeowner has to wait for good service. This is their MO.

The claims manager treated in a very condescending manner. Was making excuses as a way to defend the company and not the customer. Very impersonal and cold. Could not cancel my account soon enough. The damaged to the AC unit was a classic wear and tear. Yadira implied that the unit broke because of my fault or negligence. Her responses to my inquiries were based on her inexpert opinion. From customer service to the claims manager, the company’s interests were ahead of my needs as a customer. Needless to say, I will continue to provide negative reviews including the BBB.

I had a great experience with this company. They did a good job. I realized that the initial plumbing company 2 years ago lied to me. They did not replace my garbage disposal with the correct size. I had a 3/4 and they replaced it with a 1/2. I did not realize this until Bff plumbing replaced this unit. I was a little upset to find this out but it wasn't their fault. They returned and assured me that they installed a better unit than what I had. I hope they are right. The customer service is great and they are very professional.

First they could not find a repair person, they wanted me to do their job for them, then they wanted me to pay for the parts and they would give me the money back. Then they decided that they were not going to cover my water heater so now I have to go get one on my own and have it installed at my expense, I'm wondering why I'm paying out all the money I do, for a useless service.

I bought a five year warranty. This is the first time I tried to use the warranty. The warranty didn't cover the expense. I was very disappointed as it should have been under warranty. There were scheduling issues as well. The scheduling issues could have been overlooked if the repair was covered.

My technician was amazing! Of course I had to find him myself because no one in my area will do work for Choice warranty. After seeing all he had to deal with and how they try to scam out of paying bills I can see why! I’m still not sure if they are going to pay. Heaven forbid someone want to do quality, efficient, and safe work! They could care less if I have to wait around with water leaking, no hot water, and potentially unsafe conditions. The last claim I tried to file they couldn’t find anyone to do the work either... I couldn’t even find someone willing to try to work with them so I just paid out of pocket. What a joke of a company!

The technician that Choice lined up for repair on our dryer was extremely very professional. Knowledgeable and experienced and got the work done in a timely manner. The only situation we had with Choice was lining up a company that would honor the warranty repair work. We waited over 1 1/2 weeks from our initial call from not hearing anything back from Choice and placed another call in for status. After getting a supervisor manager on the line for communications, she was able to get some progress going for us and our technician came out the following week.

Updated on 03/17/2021: There was a GFI problem. Electrician was about ready to give up several times but kept with it and found some irregularities in the way the house was wired but was able to fix the problem and everything works fine now. The dimmer switch in the dining room did not work and he came back a day later and replaced it. It works fine now.

Long story short, we moved to Choice in February from another home warranty service (we had been with for five years that began slacking in customer service), about a month into our contract our washing machine stopped spinning. We paid the $75 deductible and then was told that the washing machine would NOT be covered after all because the cause of the problem would have to have taken time to occur (longer than our contract had been active apparently). Either way, the washing machine is five years old. ANY malfunction will more than likely have taken some time to occur, as with any other appliance. So, between the deductible and our monthly payment we're out roughly $125 (non refundable) and our washing machine is still broken. Just doesn't seem fair. I canceled our contract after no agreement could be met. In retrospect, I should have stayed where I was, I'll take poor customer service over no service any day.

I had a reputable technician arrive, followed all COVID protocols, and he received authorization to replace my disposal within ten or so minutes. I paid my $65 and my disposal is up and running! Had I not been adamant with the situation at hand in getting a water heater replaced in a reasonable time I would still be without water today. The process is not timely to get emergency repairs/replacements fixed. In addition to the “so called” variables in your expensive Home Warranty Contract. Yes it saved me money had I hired a plumber myself, but I already paid a large amount for the protection not knowing there are little exclusions in the contract that are not called out to the consumer. Therefore I will be lodging an appeal.

I had our regular HVAC COMPANY perform our scheduled 6 month service as usual after I noticed the A/C fan motor wasn't operating. The tech from Ashton Britt performed the scheduled cleaning and filter replacement and diagnosed the fan motor as inoperable due to normal use. No severe weather, power surges, or poor maintenance. However when he submitted our claim for gas valve to be replaced, Choice Home Warranty denied payment. I have a friend with same warranty and hers was covered- so why was mine not! We have paid choice home warranty for 5 years, with very little small claims. This is the first serious problem and they refused. We Also paid extra for our pool and they denied that claim. I will be looking for another warranty company come June!

It took 3 days for someone to come out. The guy said it is probably the burner out, said he was going to submit his report and come back in and said he needed to try to light it again, still didn’t work. He then said it was the thermocouple. He would take the part out and then go get the part and return and fix it. He left and returned but said they don’t have the part and he had to drive to Salt Lake but was going to do his other jobs while he was out there and would return later. We have already been without hot water for 3 days and I am not sure if it will be fixed tonight.

Kayleigh was polite, informative, and explained the policy in a manner that I could easily understand. She answered all my questions. I feel like she gave me a good deal. I am on a fixed low income and she explained the best deal for my money. I feel comfortable knowing my major appliances are covered by this policy in case I ever need it.

Our water heater failed and so we called Choice. The technician (plumber) assigned did a great job and really cared that we had our water heater was fixed as soon as possible even though he had to search high and low for the needed parts. Thank you for sending Don ** to repair our unit.

I was not happy with my sales rep at all. I felt he was trying to pull a fast deal on me... He spoke in a patronizing way. In addition...he forgot to add my second home that we discussed to the email he sent me as a confirmation after I paid. I do not see my second home listed on the email. It is **. I bought my Condo and moved in February 2021. The home warranty with Choice was part of the settlement. My furnace was not working. It took Choice from 2/22/2031 until 3/11/2021 to get someone here to look at it. Now they have denied the claim for new thermostat. Never ever would I renew this contract or let anyone I know to buy one.

We put in a service call and a few hours later heard from a tech that said he could come out within hours. He ended up coming to fix our oven on a Sunday at 7:30 AM. We appreciated his fast response and flexibility. He was very friendly and fixed our problem in no time.

Technician came in promptly and checked everything and knew what he was doing. Refrigerator is older and needed parts were not available. Choice opted to offer money to buy a new refrigerator which after checking on new models we arrived at a fair price. It was great for me. Thanks Choice! I will surely keep using Choice Home Warranty!

The man that came to repair my dryer was great. He had to order parts which took 4 days. But it finally works. My only complaint was with Choice Home Warranty. They schedule the appointment and never contacted me to ask if the time they scheduled was okay with me, which it wasn't. I had to contact the repair company to change the appointment.

Claim and Customer Representatives were respectful. Toilets will not flush without filling to near overflow level. I have tried plunging toilets, but this does not help. All was toilets were working and then the line started to back up on Tuesday evening. I am concerned there may even be a pipe bursted.

Dishwasher not cleaning. Glasses had film called to report and an hour later had a repairman scheduled by CHW. Very professional and polite rep came out. Called in advance. Diagnosed and repaired within 30 minutes. Couldn't be more pleased! Would def recommend. This repairman and CHW again.

Just the facts. I submitted a claim Monday March 8th for a refrigerator that was not working. A technician came to assess the unit on Tuesday March 9th in the early afternoon. The technician told me he was suggesting the refrigerator be replaced. Today is Thursday March 11th, no word from Choice Home Warranty. Just the facts.

Good & friendly service with prompt response. The Agent was very helpful & gave us plenty of support & advice & help in making decision. He also arranged a substantial discount along with payment options. We agreed to a three year contract with a fixed amount.

Work completed same day. Wilbanks Plumbing completed the work ahead of schedule. However, Choice Warranty has at times selected companies that were not first rate, and we had 1 time where the tech quit during the initial appraisal because Choice Warranty was very late in paying him for previous work. Also, have heard from several techs that they would preferred to work with other warranty companies because Choice would sometimes challenge the tech's assessment of the situation.

My disposal decided to die, called CHW, waited about 2 minutes for a representative, explained the situation and received a claim number. Next day, received a email that no one had responded yet, but to be patient. Then received a email that a technician had been reached and would call. About 2 hours later got a phone call and set up a time to come to the house. Appointment was kept, new unit would be ordered for install this week. Got a email with the authorization for a new unit, technician called to set up a date and time. Was on time-unit replaced. The experience was great, quick and painless.

Prior to his arrival, the fridge was making a horrible noise. I disconnected it. When he arrived and plugged it back in there was no noise. He waited an extra 5 or 10 minutes and still no noise. He was great and I hope the unit will be too!

Response time is disgusting, Representative were hard to understand due to their accent and their lack of putting a sentence together using good English. I am told response time is 24 to 48 hours maximum. It took them 6 days to get someone to my home to repair my heating system. For 6 days I stayed in a house that hovered around 55 degree. I requested that I receive a call from upper management, that never happened. DISGUSTING IS WHAT I CALL THIS WARRANTY COMPANY. As annoyed as I am, I might take to Social Media and let the rest of the country know as well. NOT HAPPY AT ALL.

Representative Cheryl was very thorough and polite. Our conversation was informative and professional. Unfortunately, I had not read the many pages of “small print” regarding dollar amounts and “caps”. My husband and I are deciding on whether to cancel our Choice Plan. Choice chooses to spend time (mine) and money on trying to fix appliances that are too old to fix. For the amount of (capped) funds, it’s probably not worth our time. My thermostat went out in -13 weather and you couldn't get a service person to look at it. With no heat I called a P&b co and they took care of it. Then I was told I should have ask for a reimbursement. Was I to go without heat in below zero weather. Since then the problem with you has been solved. I’m to get a check within 30 days.

I called. My heating downstairs wasn't working. They had a technician booked for Tuesday. This happened on a Saturday. I called technician. If I paid 150 weekend charge he would come out. Paid it. Was there in 30 minutes and fixed it. Technician was great. Definitely recommend again.

My claim was originally declined because it was determined that the problem existed prior to the activation of the account but when I decided to cancel my policy so I would be able to afford a new refrigerator I was promised a payment of $350 which I accepted.

Israel came on time for his appointment. He explained to me what needed to be done, what was covered by the insurance and what was not. I had to pay extra for a few parts and labor but the job was done painlessly. I am very pleased with his services and I definitely recommend him.

We cancelled our claim with Choice Warranty, because your company did not consider the flooding from a burst pipe an emergency. All the while our flooring is under 1 inch of water. No I will never recommend Choice to a friend or relative. We called our own Clean Up service, paid for it ourselves and saved very expensive flooring.

When he first got there and evaluated the situation I didn’t take him long to think that it might not be the pipes but something else. However, he kept fiddling with it for a while instead of just going to get the equipment and coming back at a later time knowing that I needed to leave for work. He also requested to come very very early, before 7 o’clock and when I accommodated he ended up having to be late which was frustrating because it was my one day to sleep in and he knew this.
When he came later to do the repairs, every time he got a phone call he either stopped what he was doing or continued to fill up my sink halfway full with water. I am dreading the bill! It took him over two hours to change out a garbage disposal and test for leaks with some new plastic pipe fittings. We had planned to do grocery shopping since I had a 1/2 day of work but by the time he was finished we needed to get dinner going. He kept talking about how far behind he was on his jobs. He got the job done and I am appreciative of that I just wish he hadn’t wasted so much water and time!

I feel 500 dollars is a really low amt. for plumping issues as older homes will have more problems needing fixed. I also don't think you should take away the reimbursement program because not all the contractors you hire know what to do or even fix certain problems.

Our main toilet was stopped up and would not flush properly. Got our toilet flushing correctly and changed out the old flapper with a new one. I would recommend Choice Home Warranty for anyone who owns a home and appliances.

Glad technician came a day early. A bit rushed and not a lot of attention to detail. I had to relay the water in toilet wasn’t filling up. Found out the flap was slipping out and needed to be secured. Which meant the problem could have reoccurred.

Called representative. Was nice but I sure had no idea our deductible jumped to 85 bucks from 60?!! What?. He said I was sent email in February. Uh never got it. He oh probably went to spam. This should have been sent in letter form and mailed to us. He said they raised the rate due to the service techs in our area. Nonsense.
