I submitted a claim around 2:50 for burner on cooktop not igniting on Thursday. Got a response from Choice a few minutes later stating they're reviewing the claim. Got email same day at 7:14 showing an appt for Tuesday am. Great timely service.

I waited a day and went on the website to access the new policy. It is not there yet. Only the old one. I am cautious about scams. If I don't see it on the official website, I will stop payment. It has been 24 hours and should be changed/updated as soon as the thank you comes through. The payment was made and accepted!

My first encounter with Choice was horrible. They never got back in touch or completed my request. So far this one has been okay, I have had a visit from the Carrier who will perform the chore. I am waiting for the part to get here.

Tech went over & above on the service work, but was terrible on the clean-up, didn’t do any. Also, he stated the check was to be made out to him for payment. This has not occurred with other companies Chw has sent out.

Stay away from Choice Home Warranty. I purchased a warranty from them and hardly ever used the services for about 10 months. And then the one time I experienced a plumbing leak, they denied my claim as it looked to them like it was physical damage. A drainage pipe in my master bathroom on the second floor of my home experienced a sudden slow leak. A plumber was sent to my home. He discovered one of my drainage pipes deep behind the cabinet under the sink had a crack in it. When he submitted to Choice Home Warranty for repair, they denied it due to physical damage.

Joachim was professional and friendly. He explained everything in the policy in plain terms making it understandable. I hope this policy is as easy as he made it sounds. We want a company to work with as long as we can.

The person I spoke to was very friendly and informative. I felt like I made the right choice choosing this company for my home warranty. The major items I needed covered under the warranty were, plus some other things which is a plus.

I went online and reviewed the 6 top rated home warranty options and convinced myself that Choice Home was the one I wanted. I feel that Elliott was very helpful and presented the product honestly and answered all of my questions.

Sears came and was on time. Repairman was knowledgeable and changed one part and ordered another. Part arrived in 4 days and repairman came back today. It did not take over 15 minutes and I had LED lights again. Glad we went with warranty.

James talked with me to start. Was told he (James) would be my contact, that it was mo. to mo. And if I wasn’t happy I could immediately so I changed to Choice Home Warranty as you really did save me on cost. I was to call him when I cancelled the other policy but couldn’t get to him to or anyone else for awhile until Alex was out on phone. He talked with me, made a change and I agreed to stay with you. Was pleased to be heard and feel James and Alex did a good job of doing that. Hope we continue to be partners.

Called into today to report my dryer was making a squeaky noise. Customer service rep was very polite and helpful. She set up a call for a repairman. There was quite a lot of noise in the background and at times it was difficult to understand her.

I've met the gentleman that has worked on my garage door more than once now and each time has been a pleasure. Choice Home Warranty continues to provide me with service that is second to none and I thank them.

I really dislike this company. I took out 3 houses for six years and I've used 3 times I think. If any way to get my money back on unused portion I would really like to that. The other company I had years ago gave me no issues - just covered my products.

Purchased my home warranty within minutes. The agent was quick, thorough and informative, so informative that I didn't have many questions left to ask. I shopped around and Choice offered the best price for the value. I also received my policy within minutes.

The plumber did an excellent job!! Also, was pleased with CHOICE for their quick response!!! The plumber checked several times to make sure that we did not have a leak and said that he would come back the next day to check, but told him not to come because we were going to funeral, As of today, no leak.

Terrible customer service, their advertisement states that if they can't repair an item they will replace it. This is not true. We recently had a washer that could not be repaired, and the money they gave us for the replacement did not even come close to what we needed to replace the washer for an equivalent. Do not be fooled by the ads, they only give you a fraction of what you will need to replace your item!

Excellent service. Representative explained with clarity all details of customer responsibilities and financial obligations. As well as what to expect from repair persons. Also, she was concerned if I understood everything. Assured that I had a call back number if needed additional information.

Phil from 360 Aire came out same day and repaired the furnace He was polite, professional and had the heater working in no time. Great job Phil!! This company has been here before and so has Phil. Glad they responded so quickly. It was cold and we have small children and seniors in the house.

My experience has been phenomenal. Fair, just, quick and pleasant. Customer service is topnotch! Arrangements are always made in advance of the repair. Additional money, if required, is upfront. If a repair cannot be serviced for whatever reason, you are not left in the dark.

Fast response by repair technician. Seemed very capable and professional in his job. I would use this company/contractor again for any issues or possible repairs in the future, if needed. I also like the updates that he provided regarding arrival for the appointment.

First, the technician did not or could give a set date, time, it had to rescheduled, the issue is not resolved, you denied the claim, I tried contacting the claims office, not one in the center at time of call, the report submitted was accurate, CHW changed the wording, I would like to request a copy of the report, I tried using the machine, same issue involved, I now have to submit another claim, and have to pay another service fee. I spoke to the technician, he assured me that the report submitted by him had been changed or reworded.

THe technician arrived on time, checked out the problem and told me he needed a part and that I would have to have some tile cut away around the faucet. The service call was rescheduled for the following week. Again he showed up on time, needed an additional part which he went and got and returned and fixed the problem. He was very pleasant and explained in detail what I needed to do before he could fix the problem. This was my first service request with Choice and I was pleased with the experience,

He got here around 4, stayed till 630 and fixed the heater. Not like the last two guys. Please make sure he gets pay. He a good worker. He took pictures of before and after work was done. He knows what he's doing.

The plumbing company that accepted the job ended up being so horrible, I called complaining to Choice. The customer service listened my complain, and they re-assigned other plumbing for the leak (the previous one didn't repair it and charged!). Very happy with customer service!! The bathroom had a leak in supply line. The technician assigned to the repair change his schedule so he could come and fix the leak. He was very professional and fixed the leak within three of being assigned the repair. Outstanding customer service.

It was assigned immediately and the repairman came out exactly the time he said, very competent. Very satisfied. It is taken care of on computer, which is so handy, no waiting on telephone to take your information. I have had very satisfactory service. Highly recommend.

First and foremost make sure you read all policies and guides and once you do that Choice Warranty will provide everything you need. They are replace my air handler with cost a lot of money. Now I do have to replace my outside unit but they are giving me a discount on the part and negotiating for a flat rate to install it instead of me doing it so I'm getting a really good deal like basically I'm getting a new ac that could be 8 to 9 thousands for less than 4 and I'm running into hard time and I wasn't going to renew my warranty but there's a great thing I did so choice warranty is the way to go.

Called Choice, I had an appointment within two hours for the same day. Their technician came over as promised and he fixed our unit quickly. We’ve never had such quick service before. Kudos to the technician, Mohammed for his professionalism, knowledge and friendliness.

The guy explained everything to me very professional and very friendly that makes a big difference. That's why I chose to give Choice the opportunity to take care of any of my home issue needs when things break down. An appointment was scheduled within 24 hours of our filing the claim. We received a call advising when the technician was on the way. The technician was on time and very professional. He explained the problem and the issue was resolved. We we couldn’t be happier!

Barry ** arrived on time. Was attired professionally. Was courteous and respectful. Investigated and verified the nature of the problem in both the washing machine and the refrigerator. He inquired was able to acknowledge the availability of parts. He then got the approval to proceed with repairs and he scheduled a return visit for 11:00 am on Wed 29th March.

Rudy was punctual and very professional. He did a great job of cleaning up the spilled sewage and I appreciated that. He was also very patient while waiting on a respond from CHW. I am satisfied with his service. Highly recommend this company.

Dryer repair. I contacted Choice Home Warranty. They scheduled Ashley repair service. A person came out to assess the problem. My appointment was scheduled between 11am-3pm. The technician arrived around 5pm. Part has been ordered and rescheduled for 4/6/23. At that time a new timer will be installed.

Your response to claims being submitted is fantastic. It is very quick. When approved, the obtaining of a technician is equally fast. I am extremely pleased. I would recommend you to any homeowner. Please continue the same level of service.

I originally had a very nice person named Chance ** help me. 3 other people from choice called me . The last person to call me this morning was very Rude. I wanted Chance to get the credit for this Sale. Why could I not get back to Chance on his ext. **?

The locksmith was on time, very courteous and finished the work in a timely manner. He even mentioned he could change the color of the door knob to any color I would like. I would highly recommend to friends and family.

Two young guys showed up on time as scheduled. Took a quick look at the job and straight to work. Both were very careful moving things, covered all areas, finished their job but not the work and finally cleaned up the little mess they made. I must say both those guys did fantastic work. Unfortunately as per Choice Home Warranty, No texturing or Painting is allowed to complete the work. The customer should pay out of pocket!

Called on a Saturday and had appointment by Monday!! Very prompt and so far am pleased with technician!!! Found problem quickly and will be back with parts to fix tomorrow!! I will review tech as soon as he fixes refrigerator!

The first time I contacted Choice regarding my "free" rekey for my new home, they sent me an appointment notice but failed to tell the locksmith they had an appointment. After waiting for the 4-hour window they gave me, I called the locksmith and found out they were never notified of the appointment. Choice rescheduled and the morning of the appointment I called the locksmith. Choice DID notify them but gave them the wrong time. Luckily the locksmith was really nice and sent someone right over so I did not have to waste another 4 hours of my hard-earned vacation time. And the "free" rekey still costs the $75 service fee.

Tech showed up on time and did a great job. Very knowledgeable with his work. Would suggest his services of anybody. Handled very well by your office. Waiting for Lowe's gift certificate. Will buy new fridge once this is emailed out.

The Technician was very prompt and professional. He was very kind and understanding of my problem and did not give up, it was a very difficult task. I am very satisfied with the results of the repair and would recommend him.

I have been without a furnace since Feb 11th, 2023. Still without a furnace and it is 3-18-2023. Two different furnace companies have said my furnace needs replaced. What is wrong with this picture?? I have talked to several case managers. Each one tells me different information. Choice Warranty even agreed my furnace needs replaced but denies my claim. I have spent over $400.00 on fees with these companies and still not replacement from Choice Home Warranty.

I'm very happy with the technician and his professionalism and timely response to the repair of my dishwasher. This was a good experience. Thank you Choice Home Warranty. I will be sending them referrals. It certainly was a good purchase. This should be an item that every homeowner should consider. Peace of mind!

Tried to submit a claim online for repair of a built-in microwave and a dishwasher with a latch problem. I entered my email address and policy number and clicked on "Log in". Nothing happened. I tried a couple more times and still was not able to log in. Tried again with a different web browser and still not able to log in. Finally I called the phone number and expected a live agent. Instead, I got into a computerized system and was able to submit the microwave claim. I had to file a second claim for the dishwasher, although the repair person could probably fix both issues in the same visit. I received both claim confirmation numbers by email. I was notified it make take up to 48 hours for a repair person to contact me. Hopefully the repair person will fix both issues in a timely manner. We'll see.

I appreciate the ease in which you can make a claim. I do feel the amounts given when a product has to be replaced could be higher. If this were different my rating would be higher. I will say Choice moves fairly quickly on getting service to your home.

With all the issues with the prior service ticket I called to cancel my policy. The agent said they would reduce the service call fee for the next service. I submitted a ticket for my refrigerator and the service call was full price. I feel stupid for trusting this company to keep their promises.

DO NOT BUY!!! This company denied a claim for a pipe leading to a hose bib stating they are not covered. Contract clearly states hose bibs are covered. Also, another reason is that contractor cut a 16x16 hole in my dining room without permission and this is another reason repair not covered. Left us without water for 3 days.

Very friendly technician who was on time and did a good job. Have been very pleased with warranty service up to this time. While this is service you hope not to need it’s good to be covered when you do. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I have been looking and inquiring from several home warranty companies to replace my existing one that changed my plan and raised their prices drastically this year. I chose Choice Home Warranty for their competitive pricing and their overall standing as one of the highest-rated in the industry.

I submitted my claim to repair my over the oven microwave. It took five days for Choice to submit a technician to my house. Once he arrived, I found him to be knowledgeable, skilled and courteous. But it took five days to get him here. The wait for repair was way too long.

I researched other policies and read reviews and by far this is a good company according to reviews. I am a veteran and was glad to hear they offer veterans a discount. Thanks.

Service Rep was very professional and on time, Need a new motor and waiting for approval from Choice Warranty. Got notice second service call on Friday, 3-8 pm. Do we need to pay a second $45 fee to put in the replace part?

My microwave stopped working, I went online and filled out a claim, 2 hours later I had an appointment scheduled for next day morning, techs showed up on time and were able to diagnostic the issue, Choice contacted me with an option to replace which I took. It didn't cover the whole cost of replacement but overall I'm satisfied with Choice Home Warranty.

This technician was amazing. He called multiple times to confirm appointment and to let us know he was coming. He fixed the problem on his first visit, and explained everything he was doing. We had two other AC technicians last fall who were terrible (no shows, misdiagnosed the problem, lied about the issue, disappeared after the first visit) and it took over a month to get our AC fixed, so we were expecting the worst, and we were so pleasantly surprised! Please always send this technician!

The plumber that came to my house was great. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. He recommended to replace the water heater, as it was 20 years old but CHW asked him to replace the heating elements instead. I was surprised by this. We’ll see how long that lasts. Hopefully it works!

Communicating with CHW was very poor. I tried many times to communicate and explain the oven problem to CHW to no avail. They don’t want to listen. I waited a whole day for service but no one showed up. Communicating with Sears was even worse. You can’t speak to a live person but only to automated service which was very poor. They called with automated message for service but in fact it was for a sales pitch!!!

Was hard to understand the lady I spoke with. Have leak in floor between upstairs bathroom and 1/2 bath/laundry room. Roof of downstairs bath falling in. Have several holes in ceiling. Need someone to come right away. Standing water on floor. Have washer and dryer covered!

Very easy to go online and file a claim. Was notified promptly that technician had been notified and would contact. Next morning we had an appointment. The technicians we have had repairing other appliances were also prompt, professional and friendly. We have had Choice Warranty for about five years and have been very pleased.

I myself and the company Madinas contacted your company after waiting almost 2 weeks. Your people would not call the Madinas. I did the calling. I like when I talk to people from the US and not overseas. So if and when I need service again and I ask for Madinas. Your company better call.

Chambers provided quick and efficient service. Identified the issue with my refrigerator immediately then resolved it. Assessed my washer issue and determined quickly it needed major repair so submitted information to CHW in a timely manner. It's been over 48 hrs since they submitted it so still waiting on CHW to contact me.

I was fortunate during my long term contract I did not have any warranty problems. I only had one service call. I would recommend. This Choice Home Warranty service is reliable. WOULD HOPE MY RENEWAL would be satisfactory. I was happy with my prior experience with Choice Home. Personnel were punctual and professional.

I trusted Choice Home Warranty by looking up Reviews on internet. I paid $900.00 and thought I’d be safe if anything occurs. Well I was wrong. Choice Home Warranty is a bad business and is a Great Big Scam. I have called several companies about getting service after talking to CHW. CHW don’t cover anything and create lies, please take extreme caution if looking for a Home warranty service. They hang up on you when you try to place a claim they are extremely rude and when they escalate they transfer you and call hangs up. They are NOT worth your Money? Time and Energy…

Sam of Sam Services did a good job fixing my microwave, it only took him 30 minutes to diagnosed and fix the problem. He’s very polite and very professional.. I would like him to fix whatever appliances claim in the near future.. Thank you.

Got back with me immediately but I have to wait 20 + days to get a card from you before I can even get the microwave from Lowe's. Also, did not state if this includes installing and carry away old unit.

I love that this company can have technicians out in less than 24 hours. My tech guy was very good. This my third home warranty company. So far I like them. He was friendly and offered good advice. It was a very easy way to get our toilet fixed in a hurry.

I'm very disappointed with Choice process and how Choice disvalue the owner. Waiting for a qualified service person, three different call and two no show if not satisfactory. How do we fix this issue?? Reimbursement to the owner is unsatisfactory because its no reason why I've been waiting since January, for a check that I've not seen as of yet. No excuse!! I'm sure I may not hear back like alway. Choice service is gone down to nothing.

Within 24h of my initial service request on Friday 3/24/23, CHW sent a plumber to my house to check my leaking water heater. After about 1H, the plumber told me that he needs to open a new claim to replace my water heater and I should hear from CHW as soon as possible. The claim was approved before the end of the day on Saturday 3/25/23. I am very happy with CHW and would recommend them to anyone looking for a great home maintenance insurance company.

It was a positive experience. He arrived on time and was very professional. His work was timely and he appeared to be very knowledgeable about the product. I would definitely refer this company to a friend, relative, etc. I would consider using this company again if given the opportunity. It was a pleasure to do business with this company.

I placed a service order and in less than 24 hours my sinks were fixed for only the deductible amount of $65. He even came on a Saturday which was much better for me. He was quick and efficient and was in and out in less than 30 minutes.

Technicians diagnosed the problem and quickly fixed it upon approval. They also provided a recommendation to place a hair drainage component to be placed on top of the pipe to prevent further stoppage. This claim was one of several claims in the past that I received full satisfaction.

The technician called to let me know he was on his way. He arrived with another plumber. They were on time, thorough and courteous. They explained what needed to be done to make the repair but since they didn't have the part they needed for the repair, they left to purchase necessary part, returned a short time later and then proceeded to make necessary repair.

We have not been able to get our claims taken care of and have had to pay out of pocket for the last two claims. The service fee from Choice is more than it cost us by getting a local repairmen to come and fix the problem. Luckily it was minor things both times but I'm afraid what would happen if a whole system went down.

Sears technician was very polite. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job repairing the ice maker in my refrigerator. I would give him a A+ rating. Both times he came he was very prompt on time. Giving him a 10 rating.

Great Experience! Had a problem and requested an earlier appointment. Lamar was flexible and accommodated my schedule. He was very professional and diagnosed the problem quickly leading to a prompt repair. Respected my home and took care to put shoe covers on when inside. Would not hesitate to use him again; would be happy if there was a way to request him if I need electric service again.

I had an issue with my claim and claim supervisor is very patient, heard my concern and told me that she will expedite it to get the plumber faster. I really appreciate her patience and willingness to help. One thing that might help is please train your executives to have basic knowledge about appliances so that we need not always have to talk to supervisors who are more knowledgeable.

He was very informative and let me know exactly what he was doing and what his diagnosis was. Very pleased with everything he did to try and fix my ice maker and the water dispenser on front of my fridge. He made his suggestions to Choice warranty and they came through perfectly for me. Thank you.

Highly recommend from this writer, contacted Choice explained issue, within 2 days Reliance Electrical Contractor had set up appointment. Was on time, diagnosed the issue, would need to replace, but this particular unit has been upgraded to a larger one. John, at Reliance, didn’t feel good about the new install because he would need to cut into drywall, and the unit would leave a gap. John replaced the motor, and put and made a temporary fan blades, until the new one comes in. John, I found, is anal to the point if completely cleaned the bathroom, and left it exactly as it was prior. It’s GREAT to do business with an Iraq Vet, as I am also a Vietnam Vet. Hope this helps in your selection of choosing a Home Warranty company.

We had a sink that was clogged and water was backing up through the pipe where the washer is located. He had to snake and issue that was about 15 feet in the pipes. The plumber had good customer service, was on time and fixed our issue quickly. We had no issues with our service. Thanks.

This is a new policy for me, but the process was easy, simple and seamless. Now I don't have to worry anymore about costly repairs. I would definitely recommend to friends and family, and I wish that I would have done this sooner.

The repair was made on the first visit. Technician was professional. Made sure it worked before he left. Had no problems regarding the Tech. My only issue was it took over a week before the tech showed to make the repair.

Overall, I love CHW. They have been great, however I wish there was a way that you could request which company comes out. I have found some techs are better than others and as a paying customer I should be able to choose.

This situation has been going on for over six months. I have had to call into Choice Warranty multiple times to try and get this situation resolved to no avail. Technicians have been out to my property on four different occasions and the problem with my refrigerator is still not fixed. There has been multiple attempts to try and get the technician company to do their job and still no satisfactory result. This will be the fifth time that the same technician company will be out to my property.

I really don't know why everyone doesn't have a home warranty, but especially when you can get Choice Home Warranty. This must sound like some kind of paid "pat on the back" but this company does what you have paid for, has very nice reputable services they use. I can't believe that I've paid $85/per service fee and only $50/month for this service. Gracious, I've used it 4 times now...electrical, new garbage disposal, garage door repaired, AC repaired, now washer machine repair coming up. I researched many different companies and was a bit nervous to pick one, but I sure picked the best one. Glad I did.

I was very happy with the technician Joshua Winston’s Garage Doors; kind and knowledgeable. I was NOT happy because my claim was denied and I had to pay the service fee as well as over $600 to have my garage door fixed. I have the “ultimate policy plan” and that should have been covered. My rollers were in great shape. It was the main spring that snapped in half causing the side cord to brake; which is like new. Their tech even told me that he was totally shocked that Choice HW did cover this because you usually did with my plan. So yes I am very disappointed.

On time very professional quickly fixed issue. Warranty pays for itself. This is my 5th claim in one year. Hoping to continue to repair my home as needed at a affordable price thanks for a great experience. Happy I purchased warranty.

He came in. Introduced himself. Told us where he was from home, told us that we had a service fee/how much it was. Constantly told us about the appliance what was wrong with it, what part it needed. Told us we'd be contacted regarding the appliance.

Timeframe was not met on when I would get notified of my service. Service company is the worst I've ever dealt with. Over 1 week and my complaint is still not taken care of. Would have had better luck if I just repaired it myself.

Bought a previously owned home and not knowing the Appliances, so glad we purchased the warranty. Had 2 issues with Appliances, Home Choice sent a fantastic repairman that diagnosed, confirmed, ordered parts, and now scheduled to return for repairs. He's even followed up with phone calls.

Fan blade on AC unit bent and was wedged. Would not allow AC to run. Did not pay because they said it was my fault. How a mechanical failure can be my fault? No problem taking premiums, but don't want to pay.

After 8 months and 8 technicians, I finally found a reliable technician on my own. I'm very disappointed with CHW. Dealing with multiple case managers gets very frustrating. I really didn't appreciate being hung up on when I expressed my frustration.

Issue was addressed and quickly someone got sent to work on the matter. Will do a follow up!! Please keep up the good work and strive to be number one in the business otherwise other competitors will take that spot!!

The technician from Hancock Appliance Repair was excellent. The $191 cash offer from Choice to replace my GE Profile Spacemaker 1800 microwave was disappointing. My appeal for additional cash was declined. Not sure how I will be able to replace this microwave with one of similar capacity, efficiency and standards without spending hundreds of more dollars. I likely won't renew knowing the appliance coverage is not 'replacement' rather a partial cash offer (about 1/3 of what the true cost of replacement is). I will be out on social media explaining my dissatisfaction to others as well as friends and family.

They called before arriving which is very important to me. The service was great and the technician was on time, knowledgeable, and neat. I would recommend 100%! If I ever have heating or air conditioning issues on the future I will be using this company.

Choice Warranty is designed to sell you a policy, to relentlessly call you, email you about renewing your policy, to trick you into renewing by charging your credit card. I received multiple phone calls per week and almost daily emails. But there is little service focused on actually helping you file a claim. This is not a service you can trust because it is all about selling and not about service.

Fuse box circuit breaker to washing machine keeps tripping during or after while appliance in use. Submitted claim via phone on 23 March, received email appt scheduled for 28 March. On 24 March received text message from Dominguez electric tech if service could be done today. I contacted tech at 1300 on 24 March, technician replied he will come between 2-4 pm. Tech arrived at 3:00 and replaced old circuit breaker with new breaker. Less than 30 minutes procedure. Thank you for expedient service.

Making a loud rumble when dispensing water into the machine. Mike Check Appliance Repair came on time and fixed it. Very good service and would like him to come whenever I have a problem. He was very informative and knew exactly what was wrong.

Tech was on time, quick and knowledgeable. Very pleasant to deal with. Would recommend him and your company to my friends and family. Deck located the problem, let me know what it is and would have to order the part. Has already got the part and set the appointment to come and install the part.

The technician, TJ, called ahead and arrived on time. He worked carefully and successfully to fix our kitchen faucet. It was a tricky job requiring him to alter some on his tools to carry out a satisfactory repair job. If the faucet degenerates again to repeat the bad behavior we expect to get a replacement. TJ was affable and explained what the issues with the job.

Out of nowhere we lost power in approximately five outlets and two ceiling lights. Was not a breaker issue. Your Rep was prompt and diligent taking about 2 hours and finally finding and fixing the problem. His name is Casey **.

I'm very pleased with the service provided by Martinez to help me to add on a home warranty for additional property, I was offered a different choice for the term of the home warranty without filling out the pressure to make the decision. I definitely would recommend this service to anyone that is looking for a home warranty and want to have peace of mind when it comes to deal with home repairs.

The HVAC technician that came to my home did a great job. He quickly identified and fixed the problem. He then had my heat back up and running again in less than 20 minutes. He was also very professional. Great job.

The second call was made for a non-working garbage disposal. The technician sent was Chris from Mr. Smith's Home Repair. Chris came quickly and did a great job solving the problem. I would give him the highest rating. However, the first visit was for a microwave repair which had a door that would not close. Choice rejected the repair because they claimed it was not the result of normal wear and tear. The unit is ten years old and the door has been opened and shut thousands of times which would certainly be normal wear. l am upset Choice did not repair it. They made a poor and wrong decision and it cost me the repair fee and nothing was done. This was claim # **. Guess I will have to find someone who can fix it.

As always great services. The technician was courteous and he fix the electrical problem of my 2 ceiling fan accurately and in a really short time. In addition, he went to Home Depot to buy two new switches at no cost. I only paid the regular $65.00 fee. Great Job, Thanks.

The young man was very cordial and quite efficient when installing the new garbage disposal. He made sure that everything was cleaned up and left with the old disposal and trash with him. Would ask for the young man to come fix other items that would be broken if I had the opportunity.

I was SO disappointed in Choice in how this claim was handled. I was without hot water for 4 days. I had to find my own repair company and then lost many hours of work due to the many hoops I had to go through to complete the claim I did CW job and then I didn’t the full amount covered.

After researching several home warranty programs, I found Choice Home Warranty to be the best choice. The plan covers all the items I am interested in protecting. I recently had to replace a fan motor on my furnace for $1,220. If I had Choice Home, the repair would have cost $85. The only negative comment I have is that when I called the 888 number to start the warranty, the phone was answered by a lady whose accent was hard to understand. Otherwise, I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Technician was very customer oriented. The response time to this problem was perfect. Only had to wait one day. Much better than the five days they wanted me to wait for a technician to fix my heater a month ago. Because of the great service this time I’ll be glad to recommend this company.

In all fairness I placed the call on March 24th. I am waiting for technicians to return my call. Very hopeful for positive response. The representative was very helpful and polite. I'm happy that I chose Choice for my home warranty.

I live in a small rural town in Oregon and it took a bit longer to set up the appointment I needed for my hot water heater. Once y'all found a plumbing company to address my claim, everything was handled and done on the appointment day. They were very informative and professional. The technicians were extremely professional. I had two services does in a one week span and experienced quality work. Having a contract saved me time in finding the right company for the job. I am able to do my claim online and the follow up is quick.

I was having problems filing my claim online so I used the toll free number. I received prompt action and my claim was taken over the phone. I’m very elated with the process. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty to family and friends.

We were w/o a kitchen sink for nearly a week. CHOICE had a difficult time finding a technician. The first one sent out couldn't do the job. Had 2 previous claims w/ choice. One resolved in 3 days, and one in 5 days. They may need more technicians in the area.

The technician was exceptional, courteous, and professional. He came in, assessed the situation, ordered the parts, and scheduled a follow-up within the week. Usually, we would need to wait months or contact the home warranty company to contact the repair company and schedule a follow-up visit.

UPDATED 4/13/2023: He was the only technician after several technicians attempted to repair ice maker, who actually reported to Choice that it could not be repaired. This was after 6 months of making claim. I would not recommend choice to any of my clients, very poor service.

I’m pleased to know CHW has my back in break downs that I don’t have to worry about it. Thank you CHW for being here to help when I need you the most. It’s nice to know a issue is covered without the worry. I have enough to worry about and I’m grateful this isn’t one of them.

The tech was very polite, and knowledgeable. Sam did a great job. I’m terrible with name, but I remember his. I’m not much for texting. My ice maker is making ice cubes instead of crushed ice now. That’s all I have time to say.

Emails regarding the appointment day and window were initially incorrect. That was just a slight inconvenience and it got sorted out. The process of submitting the claim online was very easy. The technician who came out and fixed the dishwasher was excellent.

The technician took apart the humidifier unit and found the circuit board was not working. He was going to notify Choice Home Warranty for approval. He is supposed to return next Tuesday and repair it. Will find out if it is working after he repairs it.

It took a while for them to get a plumber to me but the plumber was great. He went above and beyond. I have no complaints about the plumber. He was very accommodating to my schedule. I recommend him to anyone.

My washer is not working and communication from the technicians hasn’t told me what is happening. I would like to know what is happening and when the washer will be fixed. I hope to hear from the repair company on the progress.

My ice maker had not been working and I couldn't figure out why. The technician came in and solved my problem with no problem. He knew exactly what was wrong after only a few minutes of accessing the situation. My ice maker is working great now.

As soon as I opened claim I was contacted within 24 hours to set up immediate appointment with the technician to evaluate the problem with my appliance. I put in two claims for a leak in the roof, the first time they sent out a guy to do not even a half but a quarter a** job. The second claim for the same problem the part of the roof that is leaking apparently needs to be replaced and will not be covered. I wouldn't even waste your time with this company.

The technician that came was excellent, however trying to get back to the company Diamond Garage was almost impossible. At times I waited on the phone over 45 minutes and was cut off before anyone ever assisted me. I am very disappointed in their customer service. I would recommend CHW to a friend. I did recommend CHW to my sister-in-law.

The technician was prompt and resolved the issue quickly. The problem was not as bad as we thought it would be. The diagnosis was complete quickly and efficiently. He also recommended some services that would mitigate and prevent other issues.

Nathan is definitely a salesperson. He complied with my wishes and we both understood what was needed for the sale to go through. I haven't a problem with him. My problem is that Choice doesn't have a maintenance program along with the repair program. One would think that in order to save costs in the long run Choice would have a maintenance program. I like just calling the home warranty company and scheduling dryer vent cleaning, startup for cooling and winter seasons, draining the water heater, etc.

This time it was quick and accurate. Not too long of a wait to get someone here. Still working on my washing machine. Had to order another part. So far so good. Coming back next week to finish the work. Good service from Sears.

Technician from A and E (c/o Sears) came and check dishwasher with stagnant water at the back and claimed it’s not the dishwasher but the problem lies in the food disposal and I need a plumber to check it out. Plumber came and restarted the food disposal and run the dishwasher after, both started working but water still stays at the bottom and it stinks. Cleaned it 2x with vinegar then baking soda but still odorous. I will try to use it again next time and see where the problem lies. Just grateful the technician cancelled the service and he didn’t charge me the $75.00.

I requested electric service at my home. The tech made the appointment for Thursday; however he was able to fit me in on Wednesday. He found and fixed the problem within minutes. Outstanding job!!! This is my review.
