The website wouldn't allow me to give the brand of ice maker and branded it a Viking refrigerator ice maker. In the notes section I made the brand clear. Don't ask for notes if you're not going to read them. The first tech promptly charged me $10 more than my deductible and then said he didn't work on Hoshizaki. I called before the next two assigned techs came to the house and they admitted they didn't work on that brand. It went from January to April before I finally gave up and on the internet found a dealer in about 10 minutes.
I opted for the reimbursement (first time I had heard of that) and after about two weeks was told that I should buy a new machine instead of fixing the one I have. You would reimburse me $524 for a machine that costs $2,800 to replace or $1,100 to repair. The answer I got from customer service was that I should have read the fine print in my contract. I had paid extra to add the ice maker to my contract and no I didn't read the fine print. I feel the salesman, as a minimum, glossed over the negatives in the fine print. Sorry you advertise one thing and deliver much less.

Submitted a new claim online only to find out I have to call in and submit more information tried to call first time around. Got stuck in the phone tree so I hung up and called again. Waited on the line for 12 minutes and then was informed of an automatic call back so I'm still waiting.

The first time I call your business I was greeted with great attitude, couldn't wait to get my business, when I called back to sign up, the customer service representative, acted like he was doing me a favor, when he answered he didn't even say the company name just hello, I signed up not because of your customer service rep but because of the products you offer. My opinion speak to your customers rep to treat all customers with respect and kindness.

I have been trying to talk to a case manager since last Friday but no one has called me back. I left a message with the lady who answered the case management department and was told someone would call me on Saturday. No one has called back. I just now talked to a lady who gave me the number for the case management people 800-814-2534 ext **. The extension ** is not a working extension,. Please I need to speak to someone as 3 of my burners on my cooktop do not work. We have been with Choice since June 2017. Have filed very very few claims. I need help!!! Please.

I called the first time at 10:45am on May 2nd. I held for 30 minutes and then I was told that someone would call back. I called again at 2:30 and finally, I was able to make an appointment for a plumber. The hold times are ridiculous and totally unrelated to Covid. The message should be changed. Don’t state that I will get a callback, when I am not.

Courteous, caring, timely. Called and scheduled earlier than expected because ac was out and it was very warm in house. It was on a weekend and looked like it was going to be a long one. Turned out subcontractor flipped a switch turning ac off in the attic. We would never have found it.

Replaced disposal a day late because he didn't get an answer to a call. We waited for him and even put a note on the door that Jeff was in the backyard mowing. He was rude about not coming the day before.

I submitted the ticket for A/C is not working yesterday (Sunday) at 7:30 PM. I got the service people assigned immediately with appointment on Tuesday morning. The service company is great. They called at 2:00 PM on Monday and came home immediately. He fixed the issue in 10 minutes. Great service.

We were considering Choice Home Warranty until we started reading reviews online. We ended up staying with the home warranty service we had. But, Choice Home Warranty is harassing me EVERY DAY. I have asked them to take me off their list with no luck. Just today I have received 4 calls. They always use a different phone number. Now they have started using numbers within my area code so my phone lets them through. Bottom line, don't give out your phone number to them unless you are planning on signing up with them.

Most of the time I call in claim is declined with some kind of excuse. I end up paying copays, stuck with techs who overcharge and pay from my pocket. Customer service is horrible and rude. I would recommend staying away from these scammists.

We had an issue with our washer not fully rinsing. The expert came to our home, reviewed the issue and has ordered the parts. He will be back on May 10th to repair the unit. We so appreciate the quick response and service. Well worth it to get this warranty.

Had to wait two extra days because of the warranty people's mistake. Acted like they weren’t concerned at all. Not a good company. Fraudulent. Denied my legal claim due to error in reading claim. I was denied due to water well failure and don’t have a water well.

I called on a Monday morning and did not get on the schedule until Thursday and then no tech came. Kinged claimed I had cancelled appointment. Then was rescheduled for Saturday morning. Very bad to wait 4 days to get on schedule. Then no one shows up.

My microwave broke and I filed a claim in the evening and it was completed the following day by noon. The technician was on time, professional and explained the problem very well. The technician clean up and left the area clean.

My experience with Choice Home Warranty have been very disappointing and dissatisfying. Please do not contact me anymore. I will not recommend your company to anybody. This is not a company I will do or purchase services from. Just about every claim was either denied, negotiated for coverage or not covered. This was top off by a claim submitted this week regarding my HVAC unit.

Great service so far. I have not experienced any major problem with Home Warranty where I can give an honest explanation. The service call was to repair a dryer. The contractor did a great job restoring the heat to the dryer to dry clothing.

The guy showed up as scheduled. He was professional and informative. He came in and completed the work in a timely manner and he even explained what to do if the Garbage Disposal ever got stuck or clogged up. I would give a 10 plus rating.

We have been with CHW for more than two years, we had no trouble with them until this past week. When our Air Conditioning failed to work, I called CHW, spoke to several people more than five times. I told them my Husband would be 94 soon, was on Oxygen, had a bad heart, and other health problems. I was told I would have to wait Four days for a repairman to come to my home, I thought maybe you didn’t understand how much we need the repair done sooner. I called several times, was told, "Hold on. We’ll see what we can do." I waited, again to be told wait the first days. You advertise your service 24/7. And one o light has rated you # 1. I have not got #1 service. And for two years in a row, I have paid my warranty bill early, earning another month extended warranty. I just told you what kind of service I have gotten And to answer your question, would I recommend you to a friend, not sure I could do that now. Charlotte

I have had two requests for repair on my washer. They were completed by Sears. The same repairman completed both jobs. I am entirely satisfied with his work, he knows his stuff and was able to fix the problem in just a few minutes. The appointment was within a day or so, which I very much appreciated.

I will be canceling policy as too many claims are denied. Even though the policy states that all appliances including parts and components are covered a small broken plastic hinge in my fridge was denied. Sad thing is the part only costs $62, now you’ve lost a $600 customer.

The pool tech never showed up or called. I sent a email and then called the next morning and he said, "I will call you when I can get to to you but I am busy today so it won’t be today," and still haven’t heard back.

Choice refused to pay for the repair of my wall heater. This unit is attached to the home and is part of the main heat for my basement. Choice claims it is not covered in my contract. This is the second time Choice refused to pay for my repairs.

My Realtor provided warranty is ending so I've been bombarded with new offers; which is overwhelming since it's hard for me to understand what's covered and cost. I received an offer from Choice for 13 months and 25% off! No Brainer!!! All my appliance, jetted tub, freezer, septic system, etc. are covered... Hope I never need their service, but if I do.... I'M COVERED!

The technician who came to my house is great! He did his job. YOU DID NOT! I've paid for your service for years and you failed to cover my dishwasher or my tankless hot water heater. I would not recommend you to anyone and feel that you owe me for my broken items and the new ones.

Our dishwasher went out. The technician responded quickly within a few days who reported their findings to Choice Warranty. Choice warranty decided to buy us a new dishwasher and offer $247 which was low. I called them to dispute the offer. The employees were very friendly and understanding. Choice warranty then offered to send me a check for $591 which seemed fair. In all I had a good experience besides needed to call them to dispute the original amount offered. However, it was very little inconvenience.

My technician was great, super nice and fixed the problem. However, my appointment was 11-3 and he showed up at 9:45, didn't have the part to fix it so he had to go get a part and stated he wouldn't be back until 6 pm. Just a little outside my scheduled window and that is frustrating when you have to schedule around such a broad window.

I’ve always heard don’t take out a Homeowner's Policy, they always find a way to get out of paying. Well, it’s true. My 20 + years A/C unit went out. Choice will pay a little over a thousand dollars to replace a part in the unit leaving me to pay over $5,000 in expenses for non-covered parts. I’ve learned my lesson the hard way.

Claim for refrigerator was denied. We felt it was unfair. The refrigerator was sold with house and we were not at fault that the condition of it was unknown at the time of buying the house. Due to the claim denial we had to pay $1097.00 for a new one... The claim for the dishwasher completed as requested. It works as prescribed, now my rating is based on their lack of understanding that items bought with a home is a 50/50 chance when purchasing an home...

We have had Choice for almost a month, and the company I would not recommend to anyone. Not being on top of who they partner with, or really look into anything as they should. Not doing their part in claims. I highly doubt we renew our services after our contract is over.

Turn around time on claim was quick, and technician was able to arrive sooner than originally planned. Helped thoroughly check out my AC system and tell me of any issues. I did end up paying slightly more than the service call fee for a replacement part that wouldn't be covered by warranty until completely broken, but still worth saving a potential service call in the future when summer heat is at its worst.

Both our air exchange blower motors are leaking oil. AC Repair company recommends replacing them. But you say NO! Wait until Summer when they fail when it's 120 degrees and can't find a repairman anywhere and we die from the heat. We have a 6 year contract with Choice so there's no question they will fail while under contract. So why not replace them now. That Stinks and I'm not happy. I will tell everyone I know about this.

The technician showed up the next day and connected with his boss to resolve my problem. Did repairs to the thermostat and check other thing on my AC unit. The termostat is working now but not sure if it will need to be replaced since he has to write up a report and send it in for approval.

You have sent 2 different companies out to fix the A/C and it still isn't cooling. This has happened several times. I have no problem with the companies. My problem is I believe the unit needs to be replaced and you don't seem to care that it gets very hot here.

Once the claim was submitted, I was contacted, and a time was set up for review. My tech arrived on time, as planned, provided Great Service, the parts were replaced, and unit repaired for the Air Conditioning system. The unit started cooling immediately. Highly recommend.

I don’t know why I thought as I’d had the contract for a while and even paid out money to you every month on time, You promise to pay for my home repairs. And yet, now you’re saying you can’t help me. Which, being a disabled Veteran on a unlimited income, is very disturbing to me.

The contractor was thorough and courteous and came out in reasonable time after the claim was submitted. His recommendations were approved the same day it was submitted. I sent an e-mail to make a claim on my refrigerator not cooling to the proper temperature. Choice Warranty responded abruptly and I had a repair company assigned with time and date within 24 hours. The technician was scheduled to arrive from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The technician arrived at 10:15 and diagnosed the refrigerator quickly. The part that is needed had to be ordered and would take two weeks to arrive. Luckily I have a garage refrigerator and could wait. I was very pleased with the initial service that I received. The only issue I had is with the wait time for the part. As far as Choice Warranty and based on my first claim I very pleased with the way they handled my claim.

Our claim was responded to quickly and an appointment was made. I contacted Atrain Mechanical to confirm our appointment before the tech had accepted the job, but by the end of the day, the appointment was confirmed. Mr. ** came exactly on time, diagnosed the problem and had our air conditioning working properly. We had a quick response to our claim, the technician assigned came out on time and corrected the problem within 3 days; we were pleased with how it was handled.

Disappointed in amount we will receive for replacement of new dishwasher. Realize mine is older but prices have gone up on a new ones. Paying premium to you and surprised at return, plus service calls have increased as well. No explanation as to how I will receive reimbursement either.

I submitted claim for AC not cooling and I specifically stated AC was on the roof of a hi-rise condo building. First vendor declined because he doesn't work on roof mounted AC. Second vendor RWJ Enterprises came and evaluate problem and determined roof condenser was defective and cooling coils was a discussion item. CHW approved replacement of condenser but not cooling coils, which I disagree with. That was not an appropriate or complete solution. Over the years I have always learned, from relatives in the industry, if you replace condenser you also replace cooling coils. Therefore, I declined CHW's offer and went on my own to contact a HVAC vendor doing work in our building to get a complete solution, condenser/evaporator and cooling at my cost.

I had an issue with a blocked toilet. My experience in “fixing” this issue was excellent. After a backup of water in my laundry room and in a “panic” mode, I called Choice. The first response I received was an appointment scheduled 4 days later, which I was NOT happy with. After calling again, the agent with whom I spoke called the scheduled tech, and I was able to secure a next morning appointment. The plumbers who came out were EXCELLENT!!! Problem solved. Yes, I would highly recommend.

Filed claim that dryer was not drying/working at 2:30 Friday afternoon online. Received notice my request had been sent to service tech. Service tech texted at 4:15 saying he would arrive at 4:45. He promptly arrived. Reviewed, serviced and repaired dryer by 5:30 same day! That’s service my friends! Thank you CHOICE!

The Ac company they sent by I believe is dishonest and the guy look like he was not only the onwer but shady and maybe the way we look or the job was so little and took my $85 and ran. He had units on the trailer that he was pulling with his new pick up truck and trailer which was open both fancy equipment. I want a different company that’s honest

This was the second time someone had come to my home about my freezer defrosting my food. The first person, just adjusted the setting for the temperature. A week later all my food defrosted in the freezer. I called back and another technician came. He said, "Your compressor is bad." He went in his truck and changed the compressor. Refrigerator is working fine. This is the second compressor in 6 months, LG has a lawsuit in reference to their compressors.

He was extremely friendly and polite; explaining what he was doing and why throughout the process. The settlement offer was made quickly. I love the company but this time I was very disappointed. The first company was horrible and wait 27 days before it was fix because the company was changed. I called and made a formal complaint about the first company! The guy was busy on Saturday so I agreed to changed it to the following. When changing the date he never came even after calling and texting for 2 days. I finally called Choice back and they were able to speak with him. He came out later that evening. Then afterwards for the part replacement it was nothing. However, all other times it was 5 star with Choice!

Long wait time on phone. Loss connection 3 times while waiting on hold for the cancellation dept. Salesman had me open a new account when One was already opened at the same address by my wife. It’s also unfair that it will take 15 days to have the two charges credited back to my Mastercard. Not much more to say at this point.

I like how quickly Choice responds to my requests for service. However the last 2 times Choice has assigned a company to my request, they have not been great at contacting me nor responding to my calls and texts. I always consider that they are busy, but wait till the end of a business day before reaching out again, this last tech never reached out to me, I finally got lucky when he answered his phone. Said he’d call me back in a minute—never did.

I have had Choice Warranty for a number of years and over that time I have found them to be a very reliable. They are fast with service when an appliance breaks down and if a unit has to be replaced they ensure that you get a suitable replacement by offering you a buyout. Most companies do not do that and all it cost is a few extra bucks to get a replacement of your choosing. Will continue to use them.

Service tech. was helpful and eager to do a great job. He used plumber's tape to temporarily correct the problem with our recurrent shower faucet slippage and leaking problem and indicated that he would look for the Kohler part that was worn and causing the recurrent problem. Until that part is replaced, we anticipate that the problem will occur again. We do not want to be charged again, because the problem has only been temporarily addressed.

The young man send was very knowledgeable and helpful. He fixed my bathtub water lever and submitted paperwork to replace my 10 year old water heater. Would highly recommend them. On the down side I put in for three items to be addressed and wound up having to pay the $65 twice for the servicing of three items. Apparently the hot water heater was on a separate ticket. Tech that came out was great, but Choice was not. My stove stopped working. Based on the tax feedback, choice decided to replace the whole unit. They offered me about $390. You can't find stove for that price. After several days of waiting for someone to call me back, finally spoke with my case manager. You had the wrong details for my stove. But even with the correct information, the best you could do was $490. You still can't buy a gas stove for that price. And shame on me for maybe not asking questions about the full contract. But apparently you will only pay for a product that is equivalent to but not the same is what I have, and you will pay the wholesale price that you have negotiated with your vendors, not the price that consumers have to pay to buy a product on any given day. Which means I am short $500 to buy a new stove and I still have to find and pay someone to install it.
And in the meantime I've had to go order food from places because my stove doesn't work. This is a ripoff. Pretty much scamming people, and Choice has written policies that are meant to screw the general public over. DEFINITELY read your policies, and then pay a little more and go with American Home Shield.

I will ask CHW to be fair to me who have been a customer for a number of years! The CHW technician diagnosed problem with my circuit box which actually had been diagnosed by a reputable AC/electrical co. Here in ATL already because the AC kept tripping. The CHW tech informed me that the circuits were burned throughout the box and for that reason the box needed to be replaced which Aces Electrical alerted CHW to. The diagnosis was made on Friday, 4/22. It took CHW until 4/27/22 to render a decision of denial for a reason, water damage, completely different than what tech stated above. The tech continues to deny that he saw water damage. He thought the claim would be approved. Although CHW claimed that it took them days to notify decision due to needing more pictures, Ace Electrical never came back to inspect the box nor take pictures. So there were no additional pictures. Neither had any water damage been identified!
I believe CHW denied my claim because of the cost of the circuit breaker box which I understand to be over $3000. Honest service is what I demand via payment of monthly fees. I plan to appeal CHW’s denial because I am aware that it was not honest nor based on facts! My experience was nothing like the 5 stars and comments I saw on your website! I am asking that CHW work with me to resolve this dispute ASAP. I have no intention of having paid nor continue for services that were erroneously denied while CHW uses my funds to service other customers. I can be contacted at ** to resolve this matter. I make the same request as Choice… Be fair! But above all be honest! If this review does not prompt a review and direct f/u with me, please provide me with the official appeal procedure and the name of person in authority to make decisions on review and denials. I put the claim in at 6:43am and didn't see a contractor until the next day. I went a day and a half without a kitchen sink. American Shield gets you a contractor right away. They need to get a least a few more contractors. Thankfully, it wasn't a heater or air conditioner. The people I talked to on the phone were very nice and professional. I've been with the company for a while. I'm glad I don't need them for more serious claims.

My dryer went out and my A/C was not cooling. I called CW to submit two tickets and was told I would receive a call within 24 hrs. I actual received a call from the tech for my dryer the same day. We scheduled a time and he was on time to look at my dryer for two minutes. He stated, "CW is not going to fix it and going to offer you money purchase another." He was correct. CW gave me $335 to replace (2009). Now the A/C tech did not call to inform he was coming but, I was home and expecting to wait all day for the Dryer repairman. The Tech was awesome. They fix the problem and my A/C is cooling. Thank you CW for your quick response and the Techs who came out. I purchased a new Washer/Dryer and have cool house. Let me be clear $335 did not purchased a dryer.

The technician that Home Choice sent diagnosed that there was a leak at the evaporator coil and that it needs replacement and Home Choice did not approve the repair. Instead, they are opting to just add more Freon to a leaking system which does not fix the problem and will cause many more days of heat and mystery.

Two weeks after call and two technician visits, you declined to repair water heater? Poor response time left my family without hot water. You don’t keep your word. I placed my claim on Saturday. The appointment was scheduled really quickly. By Monday morning my issue was taken care of. The plumber came out, took resolved our issue, and allowed an easy payment through Zelle. Thanks Thelonious J for saving us from an even larger issue and making the transaction super easy!!

Plumber said I need thermostat and lower element. He would have to have tank empty. Choice said it was all maintenance. Will not cover any amount. I’m paying for something I’m not getting. Very disappointed. Do not want to deal with company again.

The gentleman that came was Haitian and very hard to understand. He seemed very nervous. I was able to remove the plug to my toaster from the outlet but the plug was damaged. I now have to have the toaster wired for a new plug.

I was with your company for years and only submitted two claims. They both were denied for the exact same reason. My AC had corrosion which was not true and nothing close to what the technician who came out here stated. The technician was polite and nice. I had no issue with him. My issue was with the customer service given and the reason for my claim denial. This was my 2nd time using the warranty in years and to be treated rudely and laughed at on the phone I just went and cancelled. What a waste of money for years.

I placed an order on 4/21/22. The vendor never showed. After at least 4 calls to cust svc. I was provided another vendor who did come on 4/25 only to get from CHW that they denied the water heater claim. I had shut the water off to my home 4/ 21 so I spend days without water before being told I had to get my own water heater which I could have done 4/21/22. Why do I have CHW???!!! I did have my water heater replaced on 4/25 and filed an appeal to the claim. I don't recall the last time I received anything from CHW and had to fight for that. It is NOT customer friendly that you have farmed out your customer service to the Philippines and that managers do not have to speak with customers. Terrible experience.

I had an appointment within a few days. The repairman was on time. Fixed the garbage disposal quickly. Was friendly, didn't make a mess. I would use this company again and tell my friends about this company. I thought he did a good job.

Purchased home warranty. Very happy with the representative I initially talked with at the time when I purchased the home warranty. Next morning received a follow-up call and this representative zi was also very happy with. Both reps were very polite, informative, knowledgeable and patient. After speaking with other warranty companies we felt we made the right decision in deciding on Choice Home Warranty.

My choice home warranty is up for renewal. I received a call from one sales rep. We discussed my options and I agreed to renew and provided them with the date. I subsequently received another call from another SR and they wanted to know about my renewal I advised them it would be paid on the date previously provided. He got very pushy and wanted to know if he extended the warranty could I pay NOW, when I said no, he very sarcastically said "Well, we will call you back on Friday, goodbye." I haven't had to call for services during my first year, and I'm wondering if the service department is as rude as the sales team. I certainly hope not!!!! Not happy at all with the Sales team.

The representative charged me without my confirmation with plan and addresses. I requested to cancel the charges and send me emails regarding all different plans. I have 6 houses but he wrote 4 houses with wrong addresses. This is a not appropriate procedures.

Choice HW sent an electrician to repair my microwave back in Dec. and I didn’t have to wait long. My microwave was functioning after. Then I had another claim. My toilet is not flushing properly. Same thing, they sent plumber within 1-2 days and problem was taken care of.

The experience was good. The technician was polite and answered my questions. He found the problem, ordered the part and set an appointment to come back to repair my washer. He said the problem was the motherboard needed replaced. I offered cash for the service call and he told me when he returned he would collect the fee and it needed to be a check.

It takes too long to get repairs/replacements. My claims never offered a repair. The replacement takes at least 30 days. It only covers a fraction of what it takes to replace the the item. If you buy upper line appliances and you need repair/replacement. You will have to come out of pocket to add to the low amount that Choice will give you. Also you will have replaced the item before you get anything from Choice.

I was surprised to get a call from "Kurt" as I was reading email from Choice Home Warranty! Kind of scary how we are being watched and never know by whom!?... Anyway he made it very easy to take advantage of a sale price and gave me a senior discount and appropriate discount for not having central AC. Already I have more peace of mind to have this coverage for all my appliances since none of them are new. Automatic payments helped me to be able to afford this on my budget. made my day today and very pleasant experience with Karl. Immediately received my contract in email.

Dealing with Home Choice warranty has been one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They told me they have improved their customer service, technicians. They haven't. They're horrible. I can't even get stuff done on a timely manner. Your customer service Associates don't understand English thoroughly or speak English thoroughly. When you ask for somebody that can actually speak English they hang up on you. Very rude. Would not recommend this company at all. She never went back for this company. I'm going to get an attorney and sue the hell out of them I guess because I can't get satisfaction at all.

Your website is difficult to navigate and one of the last messages I received left no choice other than to accept the offer by Choice and nowhere else to go on the website. If by choice by management, this is dishonest at best and needs to be addressed. Once I received a communication from Choice on 4/22/22 which explained in great detail how a dedicated person would be assigned to my case in one (1) business day, I had to call the dedicated person on 4/26/22 to establish contact. This person, I found to be dedicated to Choice's replacement number and really didn't listen to me. Overall, I feel that I would renew with Choice. The review guidelines site was a joke.

The technician informed me that he couldn't repair my leaky faucet because it's a Moen and Moen products have lifetime warranties. And even though he did nothing he couldn't return my $60.00 check. It would have been much more convenient for me if he could have repaired it when he was here. It seems like a scam to me! Since I have $60.00 infested I will call when I get the part....but never again!

Checked everything, fridge had been repaired 2 months ago but failed again. This tech found several problems that prior person didn't even look at. It would have failed again if he hadn't gotten to the main problem. Very thorough and professional. Would recommend him for any appliance repair.

I was told by a Choice rep. that Choice Home Warranty only pays for labor cost on the replacement of the furnace so I have to buy my furnace. It’s more than 1500 dollars. I can go to my home insurance. Get it for less than that.

Once our service tech came he was in and out. He was efficient. Checked everything and resolved the issue! Travel time was a concern and scheduling conflicts but ultimately satisfied with the service. We hope if there is ever another issue with our unit that we have the same technician.

Just purchased to the Total package plan in late February and this was my first time using the service. It took about 36 hours to get someone assigned and then I had to call to schedule a time that actually worked for me, as they initially just give you a time. Contractor fixed the plumbing problem so so far, so good.

I just signed up with Choice Home Warranty and "honest" Abe was a pleasure to speak to. Very informative and searched for the Best deal we could get. I got all my questions answered and feel confident in my decision. I had a home warranty before, but premiums kept going up every year. You hunted me down for my money and I get nothing in return. You are a scam and are not trustworthy. No wonder you been sue for almost 800 million dollars it should have been.

He had been here on an early call (due to me contacting an the incorrect warranty company). He received the text that I had cancelled the night before so he left without hearing the telltale 'knock" of the icemaker. Once he heard the 'knock' he retrieve and installed a new icemaker. Cleaned up, took a picture of my check and was on his way. A perfect visit .. In, out and problem fixed.

Choice comes thru on claims, but could be a little more up on their techs that work for Choice, being their techs do not make timely reports to get customer claims finish in a fair amount of time. Otherwise having a home warranty coverage contract is worth the wait, Thanks Choice.

Choice responded quickly to my request for warranty service on my heating and cooling system. Elite heating and air from Cleveland TN responded with a day for service. Tech was thorough and talked me thru his findings which were way different from what the tech from another company had diagnosed. Bottom line I couldn't be happier with the service I received.

He was very polite and appeared to be knowledgeable in the technical aspects of dryer maintenance. My only complaint would be how long it takes to get parts in. But that's not the technician's fault. I cannot rate the actual repair. That hasn't occurred as of this writing.

Sears did a great job. I would not recommend Choice Home Warranty to anyone purchasing a home. I was offered $547 to replace a front loading HE washing machine. The cost of a similar machine is twice the amount offered. The turnaround from the day I filed the claim and I am able to speak with case manager is 11 days. All that time I am expected to go without an appliances

I was on the phone for over 30 minutes with Nathan. Just wanted info but this gentleman was a relentless high-pressure salesperson. The call started okay but as we progressed the pressure started to increase. I currently have a home warranty with another company I am not happy with and after searching the internet it seems like they were fairly well rated. Ultimately I signed a contract after they gave me a contract at price that was $200 less than their initial offer but the whole experience was unpleasant.
At one point I asked to cancel the contract and speak to management after I had already bought a contract at a higher price, that’s how obnoxious he was. Maybe I should have stuck to my guns and cancelled the whole deal but they gave me a price that seemed very reasonable. I hope I did not trade one lousy home warranty company for another. Time will tell.
