It was very easy to purchase the warranty. It was very clear cut and easy to understand. I put in the wrong address when purchasing the warranty so hoping to get that changed. Other than that it seems great and I feel at ease finally having a home warranty.

We had a faucet that kept dripping and we couldn't figure out why. We tried to fix it ourselves several times and it wouldn’t stop. We did a claim to Choice Home Warranty. The tech came in and did the repairs quickly. He did a good job. My husband said he was one of the nicest people he’d ever met, and he was very thorough. Choice has been really good.

My air conditioner has been breaking since September and has been trying to get them to tell me what the problem is, they don't give me a solution, they tell them that I could buy an air conditioner and they install it... No, none of that. They didn't repair it and the dishwasher too. They never fixed it and I had to buy a new one because the technicians took everything apart and never fix anything... A company that makes millions and can't replace an air conditioner or a dishwasher... It's a shame. It's a scam company. They don't have a Qualified technician to fix your problems. A waste of money and time And unnamed embarrassment... I pay every technician..I pay home warranty .... and nothing is fixed. Horrible. Very poor company. No one give me 1 solution. No nothing.... and they sent to my that I'm lucky 50 dollars discount. Wtf.

Every time I have called with an issue either from ceiling fan, dryer not working, fridge ice dispenser not working, oven top broken this company has ALWAYS been there for me, to me they are the best and I will never change I have been with them for several years and they have always given the best and come through for me. Great Customer Service and In home service.

Mike ** was the best. He made it easy to understand the home warranty with The Choice Total Plan. He made it easy for me to sign up and get the plan started. I will do it all again if I can work with Mr. **. I haven't used the service yet because we have to wait 30 days before we can put in a service request. So hopefully the service will be as exceptional as the customer service.

The first Technician that came to my home was very Rude, Disrepectful, all he cared about was his 85.00 which he reminded me around 3-4 times, would not recommend him or his company to anyone's one might get shot! Second technician was very thorough and kept me updated and explained what actually was going on! Third I asked for a Supervisor to give me a call since last Thursday. Still have not received!!

Had a breakdown in socket and they sent an electrician who charged service fee and couldn't fix a small issue and said Choice Home Warranty would send another tech to fix it. Called Choice Home Warranty and they indicated tech submitted it was a major issue with wiring in wall that was not covered but if I get my own electrician to fix it and submitted an appeal and if new electrician assessment suggests it was covered issue they would reimburse it. I got another electrician to come, paid him to fix it and resubmitted to CHW with description of it being small socket fix that was covered but they refused to reimburse for cost of electrician saying the claim was over thirty days and closed. They said they are corporate office and there is no other resolution or someone I can talk to resolve this. It seems they stick to their ground whether right or wrong and customers have to pay for what is even covered service.

I've been a customer for over 8 years now and have only filed about 3 claims. They have always been courteous and fast in getting someone out to fix our issue. You can file a claim online or call into customer service. We've never had an issue with them.

We are extremely pleased with CHW and their representatives. From our initial request for service, the service itself, to our contact with our case manager Champagne Chestnut. All have been incredibly positive experiences. Our case rep Champagne is an outstanding representative of customer service. She listens, is attentive and kind, she explains thoroughly the process. I will definitely recommend CHW.

The Garage Door opener stopped opening and closing after the wall switch or controller is pressed. It used to function opening and closing properly, now we do it by hand manually. James was thoroughly efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I will hire him again for sure.

Ended up canceling appointment. Stove started on its own after 20 minutes of my call I got my appointment with Kenmore. Very very pleased that you're prompt. Very very pleased that your fast response. I was losing hope in your company, though I had to cancel the service I was very impressed as I said by the prompts and the speediness at which I was taken care of which has never happened before and I have used your service often. Good job. Very very pleased at your new communication of problems. People from different cultures have no idea what goes on here in the United States. Once again could not be happier with the prompt and leaving out of the middleman from the South Pacific, or any country other than ours. Thank you very much.

On 6-10-2022 I filed a claim to Choice Home Warranty for my AC breakdown in my rental property. It's 100Degrees in Houston TX. I also called them on the phone regarding my ac breakdown so I could explain to the operator that there are senior citizens living in the house with health issues. I asked if there was any way Choice home warranty could expedite the repairs. They told me that they have submitted my claim and that I would receive an e-mail within 4 hours from a repair company on the schedule. After waiting for 5 hours, I received an email from a company called Saint Barbara that was located in California stating that they have scheduled a technician to come on 6-17-2022 to inspect the AC. That is 7 days away and the company is located in California.
I tried calling Saint Barbara the listed number given. No answer. I tried calling 3 times with no answer. I called Choice home Warranty and explained my frustration having to wait 7 days for a company in California to come fix an AC in Texas. They said that it was out of their hands and could not do anything to expedite the repairs. I finally gave up after arguing with Choice home warranty about the repairs. They did not care to even try to help with the medical and health conditions of the tenants living in that house with 100degree temperature. Please do not buy a warranty from this company. They have many lawsuits against them regards services. I wish I knew about the lawsuits and issues before purchasing the warranty. I decided to hire a AC company myself to fix the AC. My ac tech came over and repaired it Saturday so the elderly, sick tenants did not have to suffer thru the 100 degree heat.

Was very disappointed in the way Choice Home Warranty scheduled this Claim. We first got an e-mail Tuesday June 7, 2022 from Choice Home Warranty telling us an appointment had been scheduled for Thursday June 9, 2022 11 am - 3 pm. The Technician was hard to reach and never showed. Talked to the Technician late Thursday night to find out his email from Choice Home Warranty scheduled this Claim for Sat. June 11, 2022 11 am - 3 pm. The Technician from Handyman Services - Austin Puckett showed up on Sat. June 11, 2022 when he said he would. Our service by Austin was GREAT (No Complaints). Would highly recommend him. We did on Sat. June 11, 2022 early morning get an email from Choice Home Warranty telling us the appointment was scheduled for Sat. June 11, 2022 11 am - 3 pm. Go Figure! I feel Choice Home Warranty needs to do a better job of scheduling these claims, causes a bad experience for the customer.

Tech was very prompt and showed up 10 minutes early. Did a detailed inspection and found two problems. It was determined to be not feasible for repair and I accepted the offer from Choice. After 3 "No Shows" for scheduled appts, reassigned contractor did come to my house. Determined the system was low on charge. No airflow measurements were made, Just looked at the clean air filter. "Topped off" the R-22 refrigerant charge with R422B. No refrigerant leak check performed. Measured air temperature with thermal scan thermometer, not an accurate air temperature measurement. Contractor was courteous.

I bought a policy and a few days later I have a claim. I’m not covered for 30 days and was not informed of that. Agent tried to upsell me and when I declined, he hung up on me. I am a long time previous customer, but that doesn’t seem to matter.

Making a claim is super easy to do. I have several policies with Choice because I own rental properties. Whenever I need something repaired Choice makes the process easy for me or my property management companies to file a claim and get service in a timely fashion. I am so happy that I switched to Choice a few years ago. I have referred everyone that I know to Choice!

Called in at approx. 8:30 CT on a Thursday. I heard from an A/C repair man that afternoon. Set up an appt for 8:30 the next morning. He arrived promptly. Took care of my problem in a timely manner. He even asked me to text him the next week when the temps rose, he wanted to make sure I was satisfied.

The email said our technician would arrive between 3 and 8, he called and said he would arrive at 4. He came in and went right to work, figuring out our issue with our refrigerator and within an hour had it running and said he would order the parts and return to finish the repair. Choice Home Warranty is very prompt with getting a service person back to you. So, I've been happy with them. Everyone has been great. One of the technicians said that it's more difficult for a technician to get a job authorized by Choice Warranty than by this other company that he works with as well. But it doesn't affect me, it's the technician.

The technician who came to my house was great! Choice warranty however, did not call to follow up on the appointment. In the 8 weeks it took for my claim to be processed I only received one email with an update. I replaced my appliance 2 weeks after the claim was placed. Finally after 8 weeks Choice decided to replace my appliance. But was only offering Lowe's gift card to replace the appliance. This was not acceptable as I had already purchased a new one. Also, when I signed up for the warranty. The sales person told me that if an appliance needed to be replaced it would be the cash value of the item, not E gift cards. There were a lot of broken promises in this transaction. I was told more than two weeks ago that a check would be mailed and I have yet to receive it.

Our air conditioner started acting up Thursday, Friday a technician was out and did a bandaid fix and ordered a part, he came Sunday to put the part in. It's 113 here right now and the response time was excellent. The technician seemed knowledgeable, very courteous and even worked on Sunday to fix our AC!!

Choice Home Warranty is awful. They use technicians who are not licensed in their field.. They do everything they can to deny a claim. I have currently had no AC almost a month and they don't care.. They try to get techs to do work very cheap therefore they can't get any reputable ones to work for them.

As new Choice members our experience so far has been unsatisfactory. Our most recent claim was denied by Choice even though it fit criteria established by a Choice representative. Our appeal outlined specific evidence which supported our claim but was unheeded by our case manager. The appeal process has proven unfair, unreasonable, and unsatisfactory. The personnel at Choice have been understandably biased toward their company but at the cost of fair consumer relations.

I love this company, had an A/C unit that went out on Tuesday, at 109 degree temps in Las Vegas. The warranty company had someone sent out the next day, and we had a new replacement unit on Friday.!!! So very grateful and now cool!!

Choice Home Warranty is cheap and was a waste of my money. The microwave over range broke in my house and they refused provide me enough money to replace it so they wrote me a musicale check and I’ll be shopping on Facebook market place if I want to find a replacement unit and not come out of pocket. All they had to do was give me $50 more dollars to replace the unit but they said they do not pay out full price for replacements which is ridiculous. The entire point of having a home warranty is to protect the owner from paying for expensive items when they fail. They won’t even install the new unit when I get it. They are pretty much useless. I could have saved the $65 service call fee and replaced my unit myself. I had a different company prior to this one and I regret letting commercial ads, star ratings, and a cheaper price convenience me to switch. I guess you get what you pay for.

I called because the air stopped working. The first call hung up on me. I called back and interacted with the auto response and was referred to the web due to the long wait. It said I would be contacted, but I received no call. The technician asked up at the door without notice. He said I was sent 2 text messages, but upon confirming 2 numbers were transposed. I found 3 emails in the junk folder, the last one sent at 3:14am. The technician was Great! He fixed the problem in about 10 minutes! Very nice and courteous!

I learned that my AC Unit stopped working when I arrived home around midnight. I filed an online claim and by 11am the next morning tech arrived and within 30 minutes my AC Unit was back up and running. This is my 2nd time in as many years filing a claim with Choice Home Warranty and both times they were as advertised. With $75 deductible, problem solved. Very pleased with Choice Home Warranty at this time.

Martin Appliance Repair Service had three (3) no shows in coming to our house to repair our washing machine and looking at moisture coming from our dishwasher. June 6th at 11:00am-1:00pm. June 6th 5:00pm-8:00pm. June 11th 11:00am-3:00pm. On three separate blocks of time that were scheduled, Larry of Martin Appliance Repair did not show up at our house or call to notify us of that he would not or could not make it.

Did not appreciate the service rendered. I paid the co-pay to have my air condition service and I still had to call someone else to come out and service my air condition and pay them for it because the people they sent did not fix my air condition, they were not professional and they didn’t wear a mask! I was very disappointed!

The technician was very courteous and explained in detail what the problem was with the Ac unit. However I had to wait 4 days to get the service. In the summer heat it is very uncomfortable specially for a 75 year old senior. I hope the wait time gets shorter in the future. Thanks.

The technician Choice sent was very good and Choice made the decision to replace my washer. Unfortunately after delivery charges, tax, installation and the deductible Choice charges plus my monthly contract payment, this hardly seems like a warranty at all. My high end washer brand new cost over 900 dollars and they didn’t even offer enough enough to replace with a low end washer. We had a previous repair made by Choice which worked out fine but replacement does not seem to be fair at all. The policy is very misleading in that area.

$246 will not replace the broken dishwasher, I will not renew the contract. Whole plan is a scam, they say they replace or fix items, they do NOT. Save your money. This is not for you. I am very unhappy with this, new dishwasher cost $600 not $240. Read the fine print.

Great decision to get the Choice Home Warranty. The AC in my rental property went up on one of the most hot and humid days so far. They sent ac tech the next day...He diagnosed the issue. Came back the next day and fixed it. He was professional, friendly and worked efficiently. Choice covered the repair and even approved it the evening before (after hours). The process was easy and quick.

My account manager is an awesome, delightful, and considerate person and there should be more like him. Your company is lucky to have him and if I had a 1,000 homes I would all sign up for them on account of him. We have had ongoing difficulty with the repair of our AC unit. It has been 14 months and still no real resolution. Once our warranty is up, we will not continue with Choice because we do have a choice. If others can read this, RUN don't walk away.

The best tech we have had come in 2 years we have owned home and this unit. He was thorough and very pleasant. Completely examined system to try isolate issue. Our problem was he could not get permission to put dye test and had to wait on permission for freon. This is old unit we have had maintenance on several times over 2 yrs. First time for freon loss. Right now cautiously happy we are cool again.

I only gave CHW 2 stars because we bought a plan for my daughter’s house, and the technician was fantastic. They didn’t come out the day they were supposed to and new nothing about it from Choice. My personal house has a warranty with Choice, and out of four claims, not one has been satisfactorily taken care of. All we’ve done is pay call out fees for nothing to ever get done about our issues. When our freezer went out they refused our claim because they said it was “caused by a storm,” even though we hadn’t had a storm, they totally ignored what the technician told them. Stay well away from this horrible company.

Tech diagnosed problem quickly and fixed the problem without issues. Response from Choice Home Warranty was very quick in dispatching help. This was the smoothest claim I've dealt with and the most efficient. One email, tech called when he was 10 min away, he arrived and had the washer running in less than 45 min. It did require two parts that have to be ordered but at least he got me running enough until the parts arrive.

I have a policy that I faithfully paid on for 3 years. Have an electrical issue that Choice said was covered and now after paying 2 service fees back to back I find that it is not covered. I Gm feel this company is a scam and a rip off and will be cancelling services with you.

Choice Home Warranty is responsive and they have been timely. I had an issue and somebody contacted me and they came out and fixed the problem. When the refrigerator ice machine quit working, I only had to pay a deductible. If I had to pay for the repair separate out of pocket, it would have cost three times more than the deductible. You get cost savings with Choice, especially on electronics. The techs explained the details of what they were doing and what was being fixed. They were good and sociable.

I’ve only had one other claim in the past. My garbage disposal went out and I received an immediate call back and appointment for service. This time I received an email stating I was contacted, but no one answered. Employee #**. I responded back my phone did not ring. I have had several instances where Choice have sent unqualified technicians to do major service repairs! As a result major repairs have been denied solely based on technician words, although submitted pictures tell a different story! Many of the technicians have very bad ratings in the city and when they see the job is too much to handle tell choice exactly what they want to hear to give them a reason to deny the claim!! They have been dishonorable in good customer service at a time when the repair was crucial to the homeowner! Going through their resolution department is a joke, as their minds are already made up to continue with the denial. Think twice before they are chosen. This company do not use all quality repair companies, especially when it's major like heating and air and plumbing!! We put our trust in a company who clearly do not care about their customers!!

It took almost a week to get them out to look at our refrigerator to see what the problem is. And now it’s going to take over a week to get the part and for them to put the part in. This is not acceptable! It’s our refrigerator, we had to throw away food and the price of food these days that really hurts! We have to buy ice for our coolers. I have started to appeal a claim. I have been unable to get in contact with my Case Manager. I was told I could set up an online appointment. The earliest online appointment is 10 days out. That is unacceptable..., especially for issues that prompt a home warranty call. It has been a week and I still have not heard from the case Manager despite repeated attempts to contact.

Looked to have A/C checked out. Filed a claim. I screwed up a date and case manager fixed the administrative issue right away. Good. Then to schedule a technician. CHW did and I waited all day Saturday with a no show, no-call, no response. Same on Monday. CHW then got a new CHW technician. They were great. They did a thorough inspection of the A/C, reported back and then CHW denied claim based on information I have no idea where they got (reason for denial was not part of technician report)!! Trying to get case appealed but CHW website and process flow flawed. Case manager has not responded. Case has been closed. Technicians trying to figure out CHW's incorrect information. Until/If CHW contacts me to resolve and explain their flawed reasoning, this can only be considered a awful experience.

The first technician does not have a contract with Choice and stated that I was 10 or 11 client that had been dispatched to them. Then I called Choice which I was given another technician a week later. I have asthma and an over a week without air conditioner is very serious. The 2nd technician did not show or call on the day he was supposed to. I called the technician and he showed up a day late and hours after he stated.

I felt like my issue was definitely not an emergency for Choice warranty. I explained several times my hot water heater leaked water throughout my basement and still was blown off numerous times. My family had to go without hot water for 8 days. I would never recommend Choice warranty to anyone. They do not care about the customer.

After determining replacement was needed, the method of pay is not good. Issuing EGIFT CARDS for just one place and THEN taking up to 30 days to get them is NOT good. You need to come up with something better than this or, at least, make payout quicker. My washing machine is out and I can't replace it until I get my EGIFT CARDS so if I need to do laundry I'm stuck having to go to the laundromat!! THIS is not acceptable!! CHW sent over two plumbers from two different companies with solid reputations. Both plumbers were highly professional, efficient and were able identify the problems and fix them without any issues. I have total trust in CHW and whoever they contract out their services to, I have never had a problem or issues with the technicians who they send. We called in the claim on Memorial Day May 30 and we were told next day that we had a service appointment on Friday June 3 (4 days later) for between 2 and 8 pm. We had no air conditioning that entire week. No one showed up on Friday. So we called the technician the following Monday morning and learned that the "dispatch" had not been sent to them by Choice Home Warranty. We had to call the warranty company again and ask them to send the "dispatch". They apparently did, and a technician was at our house by 2:00 pm that day. He located and fixed the problem and we have A/C. Home Warranty should verify that a dispatch has been received by their technician of choice. We had no A/C for 8 days.

A man called me on Monday and I have returned his phone call multiple times and still nothing. AHS used to take 4-6 weeks to fix something. That's why I cancelled with them. In the last year we have attempted to use our warranty to repair five appliances/systems. The first one was dealt with our A/C. They found a repairman and the problem was solved. So far, so good. Next we had an issue with the dryer. Same deal, it was repaired (after about 3 weeks), nobody to blame here. Then we had a problem with our fridge. Here's where things go sideways. Choice sent out a repairman, after two weeks with no refrigerator. The repair guy took about 2 minutes and advised me that he couldn't fix it then left after I paid $65.00. Choice told me that I was authorized to find my own repairperson which I did in about an hour and had him over the next day. Choice then, was going to reimburse me for the 65.00 and for the repair, which I had to pay for upfront.
Two weeks later, the fridge was fixed. Choice then received the paperwork for reimbursement but promptly denied the request. This prompted a call and after an extended phone tree process, I was able to talk to a live person. I explained the situation and the Choice employee explained that the denial was a mistake. He apologized and I received a reimbursement check 30 days later. Then, we suddenly had an issue with our gas cooktop. Again they scheduled a repair guy who, this time, flat-out refused to come out because, he said, "it isn't worth my time." Then we found again our own repairman(at Choice's request), but Choice beat us to the punch and scheduled yet another repairman. So, we cancelled our own guy.
The second repair guy cancelled (last minute) because, he explained, that Choice hasn't paid him for his services yet so, he too, refused to come out. Then we rescheduled our guy again (again at Choice's request), and the next day he was here and attempted to address the issue. After two visits and the purchase of a special tool, he couldn't fix it. After that, we heard nothing and after multiple phone calls, we were told the claim was cancelled. We called again and asked again why. They advised us that the repair guy didn't respond with the correct form via email fast enough. Maybe our repair guy isn't a computer whiz, but he knows how to repair gas appliances and we submitted everything he gave us to Choice.
Now, as of today, we have been on the phone at least 15 times and have spoken to everyone from the Customer Service rep to the district manager and we have now submitted the same paperwork 4 times. Every time we have to speak to another person and explain the issue and every time it is as if we are calling for the first time. The initial claim was filed in February and now in June the problem still persists. I don't want a new stovetop, just fix the one we have, if possible. If you can't, fine let me know and I will utilize the replacement clause in our contract. Now, we are running into the same issue with our septic system, a new problem.
My question is what do we need Choice for if we have to do all over the leg work ourselves and pay full price anyway. They can't get qualified people here and when requested so we have to find our own person, and they aren't good enough. I'm cancelling the contract, which was paid for upfront and in full for 3 years. I'm probably going to lose about $1,000.00 but I'll consider the lesson learned and take the hit. I caution anyone who looks at Choice to really be careful and never pay upfront for more than a year. Buyer beware!

I had a lightning strike at my house resulting in several electronics no longer working. I called Choice Warranty and told them about the lightning strike, and they sent an electrician out to look at my issues, which cost me a co-pay of $65. Then, Choice denied my claim because electrical surges are not covered under the policy. If they knew they were not going to honor a claim for a lightning strike, what was the purpose in sending a vendor out? They wasted my money and time intentionally.

The resolution from service call said system needs to be replaced back in March. They denied that solution and asked a second opinion. Since then I've spent over 1k out of pocket trying to repair the system because everything was denied to only have it finally approved 4 technicians and 1k later. I'm beyond disappointed and I have spent over 10 years of countless hours fighting claims. Never again will I be in this predicament. It is now 93 degrees and June in Houston, TX in a house who could have had the AC replaced in March before temperatures rose if they weren't so cheap and quick to avoid honoring the contract and replacing systems when they need to be.
If the baby in that home with a medical conditions falls ill, that is on you all because you promised me that you would cover me and give me peace but I have had no peace since being with you all. It's one denial after the other and a lot of time spent fighting over the phone. I have multiple portable ACs in the home but the breaker keeps tripping because it is not built for that amount of power running at once.

Big delay in response. No call. No email. Then predictably nobody showed. Two days later someone did come but predictably Choice did not pay for leaking pipe. When pipes age they rust but you don’t pay. Does that make sense for home warranty? Choice should be called No Choice But To Pay. Of course I have not heard from the appeal process either.

I started a policy with Choice Home Warranty last summer. Seemed like a great company with fair rates. I have never called in a claim. The rep who signed me up told me that by choosing the month-to-month plan I would need to call and renew annually. I had tried to call several times but wait times were lengthy so I submitted an online contact request. I was called immediately but the rep only wanted to discuss additional options. When I told him I really just needed to stick with my current options he hung up. When I emailed customer service about the interaction and to inquire if this man actually renewed my policy, they simply stated they were sorry for the experience. I prompted again about policy renewal. They told me "no renewal has been applied". That was it. No explanation at all. They clearly do not care about customers and do not need any more, so if you need a home warranty company, I would highly recommend going elsewhere.

We purchased a 5 year old home 6 months ago & discovered the air conditioning unit was not blowing cold air. The pipes had frozen. The technician that Choice Warranty sent to inspect the unit discovered it was leaking freon. Instead of repairing the leak, Choice Warranty only approved to have freon added to the system. We assume since the leak was not repaired, it will continue to leak and cause another system freeze.

I called you all today to get plan. I was just completing my info online with I got call from a rep. I did not care for his pushy insistent way so I told him I would call in myself at a later time. He said, "Why, do you not have money on the credit cart?" Did not care for his tactlessness. I called back in, bought a plan with a rep who was more decent.

My microwave was only 2 years old. Very disappointed that you would not approve the repair. The money compensation was not enough for me to pay to have the microwave repaired or to buy a new microwave. I do not feel the home warranty is worth having.

Technician was great. Did a good job, we couldn't be happier. The only problem we had was the fact that he called on his cell phone which only said his name with an out of area telephone number. We do not answer calls from people we don't know. Their phones should reflect the company name.

Excellent, professional, plus timely response and service when at 95 degrees heat the AC stops working! AC was repaired and I was able to be home having 74 degrees inside vs the 93-93 degrees I had to endure previously. Had a great sleep last night!

Monday 6, I placed two claims online. After day two I called CHW and spoke with John. Who informed me that my claim for whatever reason did not go through? Long story short. John put the claims in for me and had it posted as an email to me within 5 minutes or less. A bit annoyed that my kitchen ceiling leak was because the tub insert replaced several months ago needed to be caulked. Choice does not cover caulking, but I wasn't advised in the earlier repair for the need to caulk - since the old items were not caulked. This sheetrock repair will have to be handled with another $85 service call after I do the caulking. CS is good, though. The tech that came was fine.

My claim was denied because "broken fixture" is not covered. You should probably get more detail around the circumstance because my fixture is literally hanging from the wall by the electrical wires, which is clearly a safety issue and should be covered. Also, broken fixture is part of your dropdown choices when submitting a claim. If you don't cover it, why is it an option?

The electrical breaker for my master bedroom was continuously tripping, shutting off power to my bedroom. The breaker to my dishwasher tripped once as well. Triangle Services quickly diagnosed the problem and then left to get new breakers and service other customers. However, the gentleman CAME BACK at 8:30 PM to replace the breakers and fix the problem! I HIGHLY recommend Triangle Services for any electrical repairs in the Northern Virginia area. Much thanks to Home Choice for choosing such an excellent electrician as well.

Fridge came up with an error code. Emailed a claim. Repairman came the following Saturday. They said parts are obsolete. They called Choice and they were closed. Now nothing is getting fixed because they are waiting on the report. This is very disappointing. This actually happen the last time I used choice. The service works but they hold on to their money as long as they can. You need to be persistent to keep their staff on task. They tend to write vague emails and will never respond until you do.

Our system was leaking. We called and someone was out the following day. He showed up early (as we'd requested) and knew exactly what was wrong, and fixed it on the spot. We were moments away from having a flood in our attic. THANKS CHW!

Your administrative side is below expectations. We have a policy with you to take care of unanticipated events in our home. There was no sense of urgency. When I called all I got were “We are sorry”…. I just wanted solutions. When called about the second claim because the leak affected our electricity, two days later and not one call or follow through for an electrician. I was told to find an electrician and I would be reimbursed! We’ve only lived in Az one year. Fortunately my home owner adjuster is getting an electrician involved. The good thing is the Ecodry company. Anytime plumbing is ok. We will see about Pink Reconstruction.
