I would never use Choice again. Most companies don’t want to deal with them because of their requirements. This is evident because they have a hard time getting anyone to service anything for them. They offer to let you get your own, but require prerequisites that no company wants to deal with and would cost them extra.

The last 2 claims, Choice put down the time and date for the service tech to arrive. In checking to confirm this, the service provider told me "never to listen to anything Choice says regarding appointments." Well, they said Choice cannot give out the definite times and only they could set this information. Quite disappointing.

I contacted CHW about breakers that had started tripping. Within hours a contractor had accepted the job and came out within 2 days to access the problem. CHW quickly approved the repair and I have another appointment for replacement in another two days. I’m very happy with the company they sent out and will most likely use them for future non warranty work. The whole access/approval process takes a little longer than just paying someone to do the repair, but the cost savings makes it entirely worth it.

Choice Home Warranty is a very good home warranty company. I contacted them to fix our leaky garage door. But I later learned from my wife that she had already had done a repair to this door. So I phoned Choice Home Warranty and cancelled their upcoming visit.

For the first time had a tech that identify the issue, was able to get the parts and returned back on the same day. Also glad that Choice Home Warranty authorized the repairs on the same day as well. Above tech is EZEE E Appliance.

It took a little longer than we had hoped to get someone here but understand they have 24 hrs to find a technician. When they did arrive they were very friendly and went about their business fixing our problem which took all of about 15 minutes and they were out of here, problem solved!

Highly recommend A and E Factory to fix appliances. Disappointed in Choice because they have not sent technician to fix refrigerator. They expect same tech that came out to fix dishwasher to fix refrigerator and man was not certified to fix refrigerator. Please send refrigerator man.

4 appointments made to solve my home heating system and none of the technicians showed up for job and not a single one of them ever called to notify me appointments couldn't be made. The 5th appointment with Frontline was ok. I do appreciate Frontline technician. He arrived on time and had the system fixed.

There is not an accurate star to rate my experience. First, I want to say we were happy with the fact the situation was resolved and we did not have to purchase a new refrigerator. The technician however, went to the neighbors house, ran into his septic cleanout, and then argued with the man that his GPS told him he was at the right address . He was not.
We were a little disappointed that it took 3 weeks to have someone come look at the refrigerator. Then, the day the service guy was to arrive, he showed up 2 hours after the quoted window of times. We were getting ready to cook dinner and had to wait until he was gone. The most frustrating part to this whole thing is that there was no human telephone contact. I tried several times to talk to a representative with no luck. I went to the website to see what to do. I answered some questions and was sent a response that said they were processing my claim. I tried calling again because I was trying to ask information, not make a claim. Again, no human telephone contact could be made.
A week later, when I checked my emails, I was offered to make arrangements to have a technician come out and I would be reimbursed. They said there was no one in my area and I would have to wait for them to find one. I didn't pay money for a home warranty to do my own research and make my own appointments. The excessive emails and several phone calls from SEARS, about the appointment were annoying. Now, today I get an email from you for this survey and another saying "REMINDER: Your CHW Claim Appointment is TODAY." My appointment was last month!

I had submitted a claim for a pool pump that went bad. I was told by customer service that I would receive a check for repair within 30days. I never received the check so I called back again after 50 days. I was given another empty promise of 10 days, I called again because still no check. I was then told that they would have to resubmit the check and that I would get charged $30 for a processing fee. That’s correct , I had to pay $30 for their error. Unbelievable.

The time was a bit longer than expected to have someone come out. Our appointment was for 11-3. Got a call the morning of the appointment and it was changed to 4-8pm. Technician got here at 8 pm. Technician was very professional and apologized for the late hour and went about checking on our unit in the dark. He found the problem, and thankfully had the part to replace. Working good now.

Very quickly my problem was resolved. Parts are ordered and will be replaced in a week with no out of pocket except basic fee. Technician was very fast and knowledgeable. Will definitely renew my membership When it expires next year.

Toilet was backing up n bath tub.. CHOICE HOME WARRANTY was unable to get a tech for 72 hrs. I have bathroom needs and I am medically disabled. I was able TO get a technician scheduled for the next day and had to pay 542.00 out of pocket. This warranty service is terrible.

Technician was polite, neat while addressing the problem and came prepared to resolve the issue. He answered all my questions and worked efficiently to resolve the problem. We had a problem with our furnace and called Choice. Choice opened a ticket. Choice generated a claim and we got a technician assigned to us for the following day. A technician showed up the following day and stated he needed to replace the circuit board. The tech told me he needed Choice's approval and left for the day. The following day the tech called and set up an appointment to install the circuit board, that day. Circuit board replacement approved and within a day, the repairs were completed promptly within 2 days.

This was our first experience with Choice. The work was assigned to a vendor almost immediately and that included an appointment time. However the vendor did set that time and could not comply due to other work scheduled. This went back and forth for a few days. I informed Choice of the issue and a new appointment was sent, again scheduled by Choice. Meanwhile, possibly because of my message, the vendor came and completed the job a day earlier. The work was completed efficiently and we are pleased with that. I think if Choice would coordinate with the vendor before scheduling an appointment would be a better idea.

Winston Doors LLC advised Choice Home Warranty doesn’t have access to their scheduling. Thus the repairman was a no show yesterday. Now the next opening is 1/11/23. There needs to be better coordination between Choice Home Warranty and your contractors. This doesn’t help your customer satisfaction.

I was interested in their services and when I spoke to them I asked if I could sign up the following week when I got paid. The caller tried to push back and say that I'd lose the special pricing if I didn't give my payment info then and there. I told him I'd just have to pay regular price. He hung up on me. Now I've been called 4 more times in less than an hour and every time I ask them to take me off the list, they hang up. I was interested in a warranty but the pressure to buy on the spot plus the borderline harassment has changed my mind.

The process to file a claim is very easy and the company is very responsive when making necessary repairs to my covered items. I'd definitely recommend their service. The pricing for the warranty is also very affordable. It covers a lot of things that are NOT covered by normal Homeowners Insurance.

I am giving 2 stars to CHW not the technician-he was great. But CHW denied the recommendation submitted by the technician to replace the electrical panel due to the surges and flickering that is now happening. Now this could easily cause a house fire but no CHW denies the claim-stating wear and tear- tell me how is this wear and tear when no one hardly ever touches this- REALLY. It just sits in the garage in a storage room.

Our furnace was condemned 3 days before an impending weather event with temperatures going down to 2 degrees and this was also 5 days before Christmas. A holiday where companies are not fully staffed. I set up the claim online & called to see how soon we could get someone out. Not until the following week. Not good. We had to go ahead & have the furnace replaced because of the temps. We had parts & tech's statement but that wasn't good enough for Choice Warranty. I do understand. They denied the claim; I appealed and got $200 for a $5000 bill. I guess something is better than nothing. Again.. we both were a victim of circumstance.

Claim was completely denied. Choice stated they do not cover the tank. I paid entire bill. I purchased this home warranty to cover these major breakdowns. I’m sorry now I chose your company. You do not give a contract prior to purchase so you can’t read all the exclusions before you get your money. I would not recommend you.

Not impress with the process. Technician was very knowledgeable once he got there and stop rescheduling service call 1st Friday, when I call to confirm I was told it was reschedule for Saturday, then Monday no show and on Tuesday finally.

Raul was nice and efficient. Got my light fixed quickly and cleaned up after himself. He double checked the wiring before determining the switch was bad and replaced it with the new one I had already purchased just in case that was the issue. He was friendly.

Technician was very nice. He showed me the parts that were broken & had to be replaced. I now have Hot Water. He also told me that my water heater is very old and it may last a year to maybe 5 years. If this goes out again, will it be covered by my policy?

Although the problem with our HVAC wasn’t covered. We were informed with an in-depth explanation as to why. Our last issue was dealt with in a timely manner as well with them handling and having the problem fixed. We will still tell our family and friends about CHW, we still believe they do a good job in taking care of our home needs.

As this was the very first time we made use of Choice, for a plumbing repair. The repair took place within 2 days of our input. The repair company and the techs were very competent and polite. My only 'nit' to pick was that we were not notified in advance that we had to pay using cash or a $-transfer app. But, we were able to work things out.

Fixed my leaking freezer of refrigerator. My refrigerator had been leaking for months. I thought no one could fix. Choice sent me the best person. I had been studying your warranty when I received an email offering me a deal. I filled out the application and Aaron called me. He explained the 6-year warranty, I looked over my budget and decided to buy it. Arron was very nice and very persuasive without being obnoxious. It helped that the warranty on the products I have was expiring tomorrow. Rather than a mix-match of protection, I decided to do it all together. I did not receive any incentive.

After I filed a claim online Choice Warranty service advisers texted me the company Sears Services to the repair. I received a text from Sears Service with date and time of expected arrival to diagnose and repair our Refrigerator. The technician arrived as expected and was professional and inspected the refrigerator, contacted Choice for authorization to order parts, technician ordered parts and scheduled next appointment for repair. More to come after 2/8/23 when order completed.

I went to research this company, and within 3 minutes I received a call. I just wanted to see what it was all about. I thought we were all set with a plan, for $43.75 a month. No sooner did I agree with that plan, the person I was talking to tried to sell me something else. I told the person to forget it, that I do not want to deal with this company, after he was talking circles around me. I told him to forget, I am not interested in their product, and not to charge me. He put the charge through my account anyway; I will be disputing this charge. The next day I received a call from someone else trying to sell me even more. I told him that I already told the previous guy I was not interested and not to charge me. He hung up on me!! I will not be doing business with this company ever!

I was very pleased with the Tech's work, the time it took to complete the repairs as well as the no hassle replacement. However, the new Moen Lite model it is very noisy. I am not happy with the replacement unit. I realize this may not be a Choice Home warranty issue, but I did not have a choice on the model.

I told Patrick multiple times that I just wanted to do the one year agreement but, each time, he said “well what about this” and tried to talk me into a longer agreement. I was happy with the price but did not like the constant efforts to get more money out of me.

He was very professional, used shoe covers to ensure that my carpet was not damaged, He asked what was going on with the washer and the last time it was used. The service tech with Topline Doors arrived the day after the claim was filed. The springs broke on the garage door. He was knowledgeable and kind and repaired the garage door quickly. Also reset our keypads. Would definitely use them again.

Refrigerator went out. Estimate to repair deemed higher than replacement. Value given for replacement cost was too low. Actual cost was twice the amount awarded for virtually same appliance. The claim process was fast and easy, just the value of replacement turned out far too low.

The pool technician you assigned, called and told me over the phone that my underground pool was not covered even though I paid for an additional monthly pool rider. This is unacceptable and if true, I want to cease my contract immediately with CHW.

Replied to email listing incentives to sign up. Clicked on sign up link, signed up for annual, got invoice, no incentives applied. Contacted you, could only get fixed if changed to 3-5 year. CANCEL! Now I keep getting emails for the great programs I could get if I sign up now. Already committed and no changes allowed.

It took 2 weeks to solve this issue, unacceptable.. When the tech came they were great and took care of the problem. The scheduling problem was the issue and after several call to Choice they finally found the tech for the job.

The guy Allied Plumbing and Construction Company sent out did an exceptional great job in such a timely manner that did not interfere with my day at all. Was the first time I've had to use my warranty in the three year warranty that I have with your company, but to put it in short, when I did have to use it on 1/3/2023 (Tuesday), I have to say It was a very pleasant experience. The representative knew her job and took very good care of my claim. She got it done with speed, emailed me my information with my Policy# and my claim#. Hoping it will be the same with my next claim.

I feel like there is wiggle room not to cover things. Seems there is always a condition. Very disappointed…repair person caused the issue and I had to pay for it. Had to go thru call with case manager after an unpleasant conversation they agreed to pay 1/2 but I have to get money back from AC company. I do not think this is fair. I probably will not renew.

I give Choice Home warranty a poor rating. I have had two experiences with claims with this company and they have both been handled poorly. My previous experience with Choice Home Warranty was with repair of my washer. This took 3 months and ended up with replacement, although the amount they provided was much less than a bottom line washer would cost.
Additionally, they only provided a voucher to Lowe's rather than cash, which I found equally irritating. This past experience was with two claims, one for repair of the dryer and another for the oven. Choice Home Warranty did not provide a claim for the oven just the dryer. The appliance company they sent to do the repairs was awesome, they called me as the original ticket had been cancelled by Choice Home Warranty and they wanted to know if they should still come to fix the dryer. I asked about the oven and they had not received a claim about the oven, even though I had made a claim for both items. They repaired both items at this point and I give the appliance company a 5 star rating.

I filed a claim Dec. 3. On Dec. 4 I received an email from Choice that was sent at noon which said I would have a serviceman here between 8 and 5 on the 4th. It was sent at noon and I was not home. Fortunately the man called and arrived at 6pm so the line was fixed. You seriously need to let people know of service at least 24 hours before they arrive!!!

Our appliance repair technician was great. We were having issues with our dryer and refrigerator. He wasn't there no time and had diagnosed the problems and told me that these things just happen over time. He was very straight up with me and didn't try to say it might be this or might be that. He really knew what he was doing and was very good at his job. Hope he gets sent back if any other appliances break.

We only just bought this house a couple of months ago. We were having some issues with the furnace and called Choice. The issue was resolved quickly and it only cost us $75. They are the real deal. I highly recommend Choice Home Warranty.

Big Willy’s plumbing was timely, friendly, informative, and helpful. I only wish the warranty covered the permanent solution to the issue rather than the quick fix. In order to prevent future repairs being necessary, the main line needs replacing, and the warranty only covers unclogging the line not replacing it. If it’s not replaced, it will need unclogging every 3-6 months which seems wasteful…

Fast service/would like the option to have a replacement as good as the item that goes bad. We had a garbage disposal that was replaced. The one that it was replaced with was cheap model. It works but it would have been nice to have an option to upgrade even if there is a fee.

My dishwasher was inoperable. The technician confirmed I would need a new one. Choice was in agreement and forward an email to me titled "Great news! Your dishwasher system will be replaced!" In the body of the message Choice wrote "in lieu of replacing we will give $246 with a Lowe’s e-gift card." I was misled & denied extra money or a replacement.

Booking a service appointment with the talking computer is an exercise in frustration. There is no live operator or representative.. After struggling through that, I got an email with the service appointment date and time, and the service provider's phone number. I called them to confirm and was informed that they had not yet received the work order and were not likely to get it until the next morning and that the appointment date and time given to me by Choice Home Warranty were fictitious. Fortunately the service provider was able the next day to set up a timely appointment due to the urgency of the situation, and the technician who came did an outstanding job.

Took 6 days to get a plumber out and a few calls and e-mails to Choice but when he showed up he was a very nice pleasant man. Unstopped the sink drain in just a few minutes. I would not like to have to wait this long for a future problem.

We had heater problem because the blower motor and blower wheel broke. They denied the claim stating it is physical damage which is not covered. I believe, They can deny the claim saying physical damage if the cost of repair or replace is high. This is just cheating the customers. Please be very careful before purchasing policy from this company.

During the coldest spell in many years and on the day before Christmas our heat pump went out. Out of a sense of reality I waited until the 26th to make a claim. It took another day or 2 for a heating and air man to accept the job, but when he got here he had us up and running in 3 hours. We're pleased with how all came out.

Since my fridge could not be repaired, Choice was going give me a e-gift card to Lowe's but I thought the price was a little low. But after calling in and going over everything, the price is more than enough. If you are thinking of paying this company for home insurance, don’t. I’ve been paying my monthly fee for a year now. I’ve initiated my first claim with them, and the result has been subpar. They wrote that they were “replacing” my dryer and offered me 335 dollars for a NEW dryer only redeemable in the form of a Lowe’s gift card. I contested the amount and got “sorry, your unit is ineligible for a greater amount”. The least expensive dryer is 538 dollars. So, effectively I will be negative 200 plus dollars. This company is a sham.

On the morning of December 22nd we woke up to a cold house. After checking switches and trying a couple things, we determined that we had a furnace problem. This is the first problem we have had since we purchased the Choice Home Warranty. I made the call to report a claim, knowing it was the start of the Holiday week. It was the next morning that we received a call that a repairman from Comfort Zone Heating and Cooling telling us he would be here that afternoon.
He arrived and diagnosed the problem but also made a short fix to try and keep the furnace running till a new motor could be acquired and installed. We paid our (Service Fee)and wiated for the new motor to arrive On Monday January 2nd, we again woke up with no heat, the new motor was scheduled to arrive on the 3rd and to be installed on the morning of the 4th. The repairman called the evening before to tell us he would be here around 8:30 AM, We have heat, 11;30 AM. Very good response for having a problem during a major holiday period.

The men were professional and although unable to do anything themselves as the door and inside corner are dented, they give me some advice to help. Logged a service request for a plumbing emergency on 1/1 - no contractor contacted me for over 40 hours. After many phone calls and emails finally was told I could call my own plumber and be reimbursed - why was I not told this sooner! The only help I got was when I asked to cancel my policy! Now the reimbursement process is being denied!!! You advertise 365 days 24/7 yet I was told the delay was due to the holiday - FALSE ADVERTISING! If I do not get my reimbursement situated I will cancel my 6 year policy!!!

Although the technician sent was very good, CHW had not even issued a work order to him for my issue. Having difficulty locating a technician due to extremely cold weather coupled with the holiday, I was offered the opportunity to find a tech, pay for the repair, and apply for reimbursement. Having offered that to me, it seemed that CHW felt their obligation to me was over. Additionally, they did not cover a split pipe due to the fact that "normal wear and tear" does not cover extreme weather and thus I had to pay for the repair myself. I will cancel the plan, save my money, and call a handyman next time I need home repair health.

It took me 2 months to get my hot water tank replaced. Water was running all over my basement floor and when it did dry it was covered in mold. Had to have people back out because water pressure was very low and water wasn't that hot. Could not run a full tub of water. Now I am waiting on faucet replacements because they say that is the problem. Before this I was so happy with my service.

STAY AWAY!!! - My heat broke on Dec 15 with a cold snap expected in single digits on East Coast during cold weather. As of Jan 3 - no repair in sight. Running 4 space heaters to try and stay warm. Choice offered to replace unit and $500 out of pocket. Date for repair Dec 27. No one showed up. Filed BBB complaint twice. Set up call with Choice on Jan 3. They said the cost would now be $3,290 out of pocket. Told me to call the repair company and discuss. I called company and was told it would now be $4800 out of pocket with no date to schedule repair.
I contacted Choice and they refused to work with me to get an alternate source and again would not provide a date to repair. I found a local guy to repair it for almost the same as the Choice out of pocket. Sounds like "bait and switch" to me. Bottom line: I canceled and a local HVAC will repair in two days. NEVER AGAIN - WHAT A mistake - PS - Choice will not pay out more than $3000 and don't do much to control costs for you.

Great service!! Purchased a 5 yr contract for myself. After using CHW a while, I bought a 5 yr policy for my son's house. (His Christmas gift for many years to come.) I called to reinstate my service after realizing that my service ended when my payment information was compromised. Once I called to reinstate my service, I was offered a great deal. Three years with a huge discount because I was a senior and allowed me a huge savings for signing up for 3 years instead of paying monthly. I signed up for service month by month, however, the sales guy was talking so fast and so eager to upsale me, he charged my card for a whole year. I called back and finally reached said gentleman and explained that I have bills coming out and need the money put back in my account. That was five days ago, and still no money. Bills have attempted to come out causing overdraft fees. Maybe you should provide active listening training instead of let's upsale the crap out of our callers and waste their precious time.

Watch what they say is covered. The hinge on my fridge snapped. The warranty states all components are covered. It snapped from normal wear and tear. No force was used. There’s actually a prefilled pick for handles and hinges when completing the claim fields. Sears came. I paid my $65 service fee to find out it wasn’t covered because hinges and handles are made to open and close and won’t break. I appealed the Decision and again was told the purpose of hinges and handles are a to open and close and won’t wear out even after 9 years and had to be abused. It’s not. See photos. So I’m basically out the 65 dollar and have a fridge I can only use partially. Will not renew my coverage.

Just signed up 4/2022. Based on several interactions, the worst and least helpful in the last 2 1/2 decades in Florida for service contractors. Examples: A/C went out on a Friday and was not assigned a repair vendor until the next Wednesday. Was not considered an emergency in the summer in Florida. Day after Thanksgiving returned from a flight early evening to find a flood in our home and a valve under kitchen sink spraying out water. To date, they never provided a vendor at all and are making me jump through hoops to get reimbursed for payments to the vendor that I had to hire.
Just recently our A/C unit not working correctly and the vendor sent out diagnose the problem as new parts were needed. They did not show to next appointment a week later and when contacted they were waiting on parts. Now CHW cancelled them and assigned a new company and I now have to wait on them to redo what was done. We are now a week and a half out and still no results. I would not recommend this company to anyone, they are horrible to get service and customer service has been unfriendly and at times hostile.

I filed a claim online concerning my washer drain. CHW called us within a few hours, letting us know they had sent our claim to RVP. They called and set up a time. They called and arrived earlier than scheduled. Great company RVP. Thanks CHW. Great company to deal with.

On Christmas Eve my outside pipes burst on my spigot in back of my house. Choice couldn't get anyone out immediately as needed. So I got my own plumber to do the job. Choice informed me of the reimbursement policy but the work was already done. In emergency situations all pertinent information needs to be designated immediately. Still satisfied!

Technician was great!!!! CHW wasn’t pleasant to deal with!!! CHW sent wrong parts and took too long to send replacement parts when temperatures were in the negatives, this was unacceptable when the technician told CHW that he could get the parts locally and have them that day!!!

Your Company is a Scam Artist and you have very rude employees. Your Company finds ANY excuse for not paying for anything that you “claim” your company will pay for. Such a WASTE of Money‼️ I would Never recommend this company for anything or anyone, you don’t pay/cover anything your company says it will, rude employees and very unprofessional people. The person I spoke with was a great representative for Choice Home Warranty. He handled everything efficiently. I had to wait an hour on the phone! Could find no way on. Choice Home Warranty to cancel service order. I think Choice Home Warranty should find someone local in Murphy NC to service service orders.. It makes the Choice Home Warranty look unacceptable to service providers in the area and this puts doubt in the minds of people that have contracts with Choice Home Warranty.

I have had my share of home warranty companies but I must say they are by far the best so far! Fast service appointments with great customer service. I would truly recommend this company for all your household repair coverage.

The temperature was the coldest of the winter thus far and it too over five days to get someone out here. Then it only worked for two days. Now it is doing the same thing again. When I finally got a real person on the phone they were rude and surly. I could not get a local contracture to come out because they did not want to mess around with pictures and prior authorization. Well at least I got two days out of the furnace before the thing went bad again.

Wasn’t easy for the plumber to correspond with the company. And then the problems wasn’t covered by the warranty. Didn’t find out till he was done that I was responsible for the full amount. Should have been told when I spoke with the claims representative.

I was disappointed that it was not covered as most of the repair WAS on the inside of the foundation. The technician was GREAT. He was knowledgeable, professional, kind and courteous. I will highly recommend Blue thunder plumbing. Thank you for the determination.

At first I was giving up on Home Warranty companies until I met Choice. I’ve been in my home for over 18yrs, I have to say 5 star in everything. I would recommend them to all my friend and family that are homeowners. Great company with integrity.

I set on hold for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I understand you are busy. But the call back in line did not work either. I have a hot water heater leaking on my floor and I was told 24-48 hours to get tech out. This is unacceptable. Priority must be taken with issues of my kind.

The experience was good. Tech came and was nice and knowledgeable. The refrigerator could not be repaired to good working condition, so CHW is replacing the item, which is great, and why people get home warranties. We choose to get a Lowe’s gift card. Only problem is it could take up to 30 days, but we need a fridge now. We were able to secure a small fridge for now. Hopefully the e-card comes sooner then later. Overall this has been a good experience and I recommend CHW to anyone.

Unbelievable! After having dealt with an absolutely lousy home warranty company for 3 years, Choice has been a godsend. Our first claim was for a clothes washer. A technician arrived on Friday to do the evaluation, Choice determined it would be best to replace it, and having chosen our new model it is being delivered on Sunday! New Year's Day! New year, new washer!

I do not think the Sears Service representative understood what I was telling him. I told him the unit he was looking at was not the unit that went out. I had already replaced that unit - So he was looking at a brand new Freezer that had been delivered on Thursday 12/29/22. His reply was "even a new unit can go out". Again I told him the unit that went out had been hauled away and he was looking at a brand new Freezer. He held the door open and took a picture and said the unit was cold now- I am afraid my claim will be denied because his report will say the unit is working. The resolution manager I spoke with at Choice, Wendy, Was excellent and I would give her a rating of 5 stars.

My agent was very professional, informative. He explained my contract and coverage and answered my questions. The agent provided excellent service to me and helping me out with coverage for my home. Leaking disposal. It is finally installed. It was rescheduled several times and almost had to be rescheduled again. I was surprised that they left me with the old one to dispose of (added cost for me to recycle). Technician handled the installation. Thought he would have brought a replacement with him but he did not so then he had to go buy one and come back. Fortunately, the install was completed. Choice Home Warranty was prompt. It was the company they chose that was having difficulty with appointments.

The money being charged by technician after warranty was same getting done without warranty. I trusted Choice Warranty and waited for a week without water. I canceled all my claims and got work done without Warranty. Choice didn’t understand the situation. I wish I could cancel my 3 year contract with Choice Warranty.

Technician was great. Choice Home Warranty is so hard to work with. I was owed a free copay service call which was even stated when I made my online claim. Free, because of their terrible service on my claim before. When my technician was done, his paperwork showed I owed the copay. He called and they confirmed I had to pay. I had to call, wait on hold to clear this mess up while my frustrated technician waited. Choice Warranty is not a company I would choose again!

Choice has disappointed me. I made a claim in about July. They sent a tech who stole my Money and never did the job. My claim is yet to be resolved. I made several calls to them and I'm been told that I have to pay another deductible for the claim again which I think is unfair to me. I have another claim now for my refrigerator. Hopefully this time it gets repaired. Still waiting to see.

CHW worked very hard to find a technician to come fix my water heater. CHW sent me an email to let me know that they were still working to find one. Lizard with Ladder was wonder. Thank you Thomas for being professional and keeping me informed about was was wrong, and what needed to be done.

The issue is that I can never get things done of what I need done to always try to have more money so I want to cancel my account. Like I said I want to cancel my account. I am just satisfied with the service. Never can get what I need. Have to spend more money. It's just a number of of different things so I need refund on my money that you just took and cancel my account.

My monthly fee has increased three times since I have had Choice HW. It has gone from $40 to $56 dollars in 2 years. The copay to vendors has gone from $45 to $85 in the same period of time. Most of my claims are denied. Choice has only honored 2 claims in the 4 years I have had them. I am literally paying for my own service with these astronomical increase in fees. These were small item claims. All of my large AC and Heating claims have been denied.

My service was quick to respond to my service call. He was meet with a challenge on my clogged pipes but was determined to leave a satisfied customer. It took a while but I was completely satisfied with his work.

The technician was fantastic. The response from Choice was terrible. We are still waiting on a response from Choice regarding a request form that the serviceman sent in and said a response usually come in 15-30 minutes. Because of the way things work he had to leave. Good thing because we are still waiting!

Both the technician for our hotel water heater and our kitchen sink were outstanding. Both were very kind and courteous. I've contacted of the technicians to explain that a problem still exists, and he replied stating he would come check it this weekend. Outstanding service!!

The response was fast, the day after I submitted my claim. The plumbing technicians that came to our home were courteous and efficient. They took the time to explain what they were doing and completed the job that day. I am very pleased with the results.

They offered me discounts and no contract. That’s means a lot. They also added limited roof repair and second refrigerator service fee is less than others and I can cancel at any time. Customer service was excellent and coverage is almost immediately.

I filed a claim online and it was assigned to an electrician whom scheduled to come and repair. The whole process was great. There were a few days I had to wait, but for my issue that was ok. I never had to interact with anyone but the electrician and that was optimal for me.

My furnace wasn't heating. The technician was able to fix it. He clearly explained what he did and why it was necessary. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because he had to get the part and come back the next day.
