I wrote to Choice last weekend about my Microwave not working. I did get notice that someone would be coming on Thursday afternoon. I could not be home at that time. I called and left a message with the phone, did not talk to a person. I was texted to leave a message, I did but did not get a response. I called Choice and they told me that they too called and left a message. I called Choice the next day and still did not get a response from the technician. On Thursday I did get a text saying they were coming. I was finally able to get them to respond when I texted that I need to reschedule. They came on Friday afternoon. I was told that they could not fix it and I would be informed the next day what would happen next. I did not get any response from Choice. I am still waiting to be told what will happen with my microwave. I have been without a microwave for a week now.

I called Home Warranty for an electrician to service a kitchen outlet that stopped working that also made my microwave stop and an interior light dimmer switch with a short. The process of opening a service request was fast and easy. An electrician emailed within hours for a same day appointment, he called to confirm. Service was effective and fast. This was my first time using my home wary and I am very pleased.

I’m waiting for parts but so far this repairman has been very good. However the first repair person that came stated would get in touch with you and order parts then that never happened. My suggestion is never use MsMicrowave. Sears so far is better.

I contacted CHW with a plumbing issue. After 24 hours no plumber in my area had picked up the job. The immediately offered me the reimbursement plan. So far so good. Not sure how it will turn out but I sent in my invoice. Positive that they won’t let me down.

I was without hot water for an entire week with a family of 6. Not an easy task. Difficulty in finding techs seems to be a common theme. The company that finally came did a great job and that raised your score to 2 starts. I would give zero stars for the service to date from Choice. Will probably switch back to American Home Shield with done.

I am truly impress on how my repair request handled very professional and no hassle at all. I was given an option to have it repair and Choice Warranty will reimbursed me, but with my busy schedule I didn’t have time to call any company but Choice Home Warranty found one for me and my repair was scheduled in no time. The technician and the company that was chosen for me is great. I’m very pleased with the repair he did. Technician very professional and kind. I have a great 1st time repair experience. Kudos to Choice. Made my life less stressful.

So far my experience has been good and I haven't had any issues. When I have filed claims in the past, Choice has provided a technician to fix the problem right away and I haven't had any issues. I would recommend Choice Home Warranty to a friend.

The technician was very knowledgeable. However I called Choice on a Friday morning to report that my only refrigerator was not working and they said they couldn’t get anyone here until the following Friday. I expected better service from this company. A full week is too long to go with no refrigerator.

Based on previous experience with CHW, I expected a great response from the CHW phone rep. When I was told I would not see a plumber for 8 days, I explained that I needed a faster response (within a day or two). I couldn't believe it when he responded, "we don't supply emergency service!" To me, emergency service would be a response in hours the same day. I was concerned when I saw that the repair technician was from a distance, but this did not end up being a problem. Fortunately, after contacting the technician, he was able to arrange his schedule to come in two days. Once he arrived, he quickly detected the problem and resolved in short order.

I would highly recommend Thomas at 1st Garage Door, who came to my home to repair my garage door opener, He was extremely knowledgeable (explained what was broken and how he was going to fix the issue). I submitted the repair order on Friday afternoon, Thomas was here Saturday @8:17am.

I tried to use my warranty that states “All parts are covered” however they only partially covered my repair and want me to pay the difference. That is not why I got the warranty. If I could cancel without penalty I would!! Such a ripoff!

Had a little difficulty communicating presenting request for furnace repair. Person understood my request...that was great. Furnace stop working, it appears that condensation is not draining because it fills the drain pipe that must control the heating process...I give up what can be so aggravating than appliance break down so what else do you want.

Garbage disposal was leaking at the bottom and they replaced the whole thing. Also my ice machine wasn’t working and they ordered the part. I love this service. Gives me peace of mind that I don’t have to go bankrupt and pay a Plumber or electrician 100 Hr for labor plus parts!

Telephone representative was professional. Very knowledgeable of product. Explained everything thoroughly. Will recommend to my neighbors. This policy covers all major appliances and has a low trip charge. Currently all my appliances are in good shape. I bought this policy for peace of mind. In the future if anything goes wrong I won’t worry about repairs.

I had contemplated becoming a “new” client of this business because of their spa coverage BUT changed my mind AFTER I was grossly misled as to the amount that would be charged to my credit card. NOT at any time was I informed that $3,150.00 would be charged to my credit card and I NEVER authorized this charge!! This amount was never mentioned!!
I was appalled when I received an email from Choice indicating that my cc had been charged that amount for a 7-year plan!! I immediately spoke with the representative who charged my credit card (when I received an email showing charge), and he apologized and transferred me to a Resolutions Manager who was extremely rude, talked over me, very patronizing, referred to me as “sweetie”, etc.; and continued to tell me they would have to review the call before she can discuss a refund which would take 15–30 days. I felt the conversation, quote, and information was ALL intentionally misleading!! This type misrepresentation and victimization needs to stop!! I am highly disappointed in Choice Home Warranty!!

When I took out my warranty was told it would replace whatever needed to be done but didn't say you would pay the whole amount. I think you are misleading in your product. In past when you scheduled work contractor didn't know about it and said this happens all the time. Am hopeful things will improve.

I put a call in because my AC unit wasn’t cooling. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He determined my thermostat was bad, replaced it and now we are cool over here. It did take 48 hours before a technician came. Fortunately for me it’s May.

The technician was extremely knowledgeable and had the replacement part for my microwave in his car. He found the problem, replaced the part, reassembled the unit, checked it out, and was gone in less than an hour. I was amazed.

The Choice Technician arrived at the appointed time. His office had called ahead to let me know that he was on his way to my home. He was very friendly and courteous. He introduced himself as "Joe". Joe was dressed appropriately in a shirt that identified him as an employee of the plumbing company I had been told would be servicing my claim. The van he drove was also clearly marked.. I showed him into the kitchen and he immediately went to work examining my frozen garbage disposal. He tried several methods to free the disposal, but none worked. He then informed me that the disposal would have to be replaced. He said he would have to submit a request for replacement and that I would be contacted by Choice within forty-eight hours by phone or email.

The technician was wonderful! The problem was dealing with CHW. We eventually got a little $ out of them but it was a battle! The poor guy hadn’t dealt with home warranty before and I really felt sorry for him. It wasn’t his fault that I had to spend so much out of pocket!

I have plumbing issue where it seems like the main drain is clogged and water is flowing back from basement toilet when running water upstairs. Put claim in Sunday with Choice Warranty and technician didn't come out until Friday. So had to deal with that until Friday. When technician came out he snaked the drain to find out possible break in the main line. Called choice to figure out next steps but had to wait for company with the technician to submit the report. So I had to call a plumbing company to come out and they came out the same day to snake it again to make sure and they are sending a camera guy on Monday.

Your Sales Rep, Zachary, that I gave my business to, was very good, but so was Amy. However, I do not understand nor appreciate, Choice having a dozen sales reps contact me. That's abusive. I seriously thought about not having anything to do with Choice because of the company's abusive tactics. However, not the Rep's fault. But the name Choice is a negative to me now.

Appointment was set for 7 days later with ANGEL A/C Cancelled their visit. Dishwasher was run over weekend and did not leak. A plastic piece was found on the floor of the Dishwasher. We put it back in place - and no more leak. Cancelled Tuesday May 2 visit by text message to Angel A/C.

My experience was great! The service person arrived in a timely manner, and was very pleasant. He solved my problem immediately! He even checked out the slow drainage in my bathroom tub which was not a part of my claim. Everything was handled very professionally. I will call them again, if needed!

Since the refrigerator is too expensive to repair, Choice warranty will give me a certain amount of money to purchase a new refrigerator at Lowe’s. They will send me gift cards and I will be able to purchase a new fridge of my choice.

Luke, your representative, was very helpful, and walked me through all different options which would be best for my household. I advised Luke of my loyalty of 20+ years to a competitor, and found out that loyalty does not matter. My last home service was the last straw. Their fee $100 call out fee, and to replace a $15 part was additional $100. I soon found out band aid fixes were their way to get the job done. I just do not understand where customer service has gone. So, that’s when I spoke with Luke, and he reassured me that we would be treated differently. I’ve done a lot of research in who I wanted to have as my home warranty, and you guys are highly rated through consumer reports, so taking a leap of faith.

Our Washing machine shows an error code and would not fill with water but would not wash clothes, nor drain water; we were informed by technician that the motor had went out! After the motor was replaced the unit is working great!

Refrigerator could not be repaired. Technician at company CHW set up was not scheduled until a week after fridge stopped. He was a "no show" & business would never answer phone or return messages. But, he did sent report to CHW immediately after 2nd appt. CHW made a low=ball offer. Then had to wait days to meet with claims specialist. Offer was more but was told could be up to 30 days to get-e-gift card. By then, it will have been 8 weeks with no fridge.. Unacceptable and frustrating..

Useless humans on the phones. Talked to no fewer than 5 people. NONE of them were able to carry on a conversations. Too busy following the script, to sell, or set appointment or whatever. NO ONE COULD JUST TALK AND HELP SOLVE OR UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS HAPPENING. NO ONE. Put down the script, flow chart, troubleshooting guide whatever. LISTEN TO AND TALK WITH THE OTHER PERSON ON THE CALL. Have a rational intelligent conversation. I knew going in on things that the "home warranty" was going to be worthless and it is. Thankfully it was paid for by the seller of the house. I never would have bought nor will I ever buy or recommend one. THEY ARE WORTHLESS.

The technician was excellent, and it seems he did a great job as the door works well now. We were glad our policy covered most of the repair but were surprised and disappointed that the policy did not cover the one wheel in the track that needed to be replaced. We had to pay an extra $25 on top of the expected $65 copay for that (the gear etc was covered by the policy). The technician and that company were great as he did a good job, was very pleasant and polite, and they called 30 min. before arrival which was very nice.

I am so pleased with every interaction and claim I have made with and through Choice. I really didn't have much hope in home warranties when I bought my policy, I only got it because it was a requirement when I closed on my home. I started with the minimum 1 year, but was so happy with it that I decided to renew for 3 years, and never plan on ever canceling as long as I own a home. They are quick to find capable and friendly local technicians to fix what is going on in a timely manner. I have only ever had an issue with one Tech not showing up, and Choice was quick to help me find a new one the next day. They have been reliable and helpful, and I regularly recommend them to friends.

I paid my $85 dollars, your company didn't paid a thing. You wouldn't ok the unplugging. I was lucky that the plumber didn't charge me for the extra charge that ran over $85 dollars. What up with that? If you're not going to honor my policy, then why do take $55 dollars a month from me. We need to talk.

You make me find my own technician and won't pay his rate, and offer me $70 to buy a fan? Total **. Decent fan costs at least 125 or more. What can you buy for 70? Crap this is my house not the barn.. You expect me to go out of pocket 300 for covered repair. When we file for arbitration, you will pay me but only after I pay 200 filing fee and you pay 300 fee. WHY!

Choice wanted a second opinion, I paid the first tech for the service call. Choice order a second opinion and I had to pay another service call. When this repair is over I will be canceling my contract with choice. They was week in between calls so they had plenty of time to make sure I was not charge again. They do not honor what program they are selling you.

Easy to file claim and received follow-up email of claim submission (submitted on Sunday evening). There was a delay in identifying a repair technician and scheduling a date for visit (1 week later). However, I was able to contact the Fix-it Operations center and was able to schedule an appt for Thursday vice Sunday. Awaiting CHW response to a faulty safety switch replacement. Once repair is complete, would update experience.

I had to get a replacement appliance, but they only awarded such a small amount that I can't afford it. They were very difficult to get thru to an agent and when I did, there were a lot of apologies and "if you read your policy" answers. I do like the 65 dollar pay instead of 100.

The technician who came out was outstanding. He made a recommendation to replace our appliance. Choice offered a payment of less than a third of a comparable unit after the diagnostic fee and labor. I had to make an appointment to speak with a representative to attempt to negotiate the offer. I was told there would not be any negations and their offer was final. I argued for my total 15 minutes of allotted time that I only wanted a comparable unit and the offer of $191.00 did not cover the replacement cost of $329.00 plus the labor. It seemed as if I was complaining to a brick rather than another person. I've had this home warranty for 2 years and I have never made a claim, I will not have it for a third year. I did not want to write a review, but I have received 6 emails about describing about my experience so there you go!

I called to get information about coverage and pricing for a home warranty for my home. I had a home warranty that expired 4/20 and needed to get a replacement. Charlie was very helpful in answering all my questions about the coverages, limits, exclusions, policy term limits. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and understanding about my concerns. I choose to purchase a policy and paid for 3 year term.

Super Appliance Repair came today and he replaced a piece for the water flow. Thankfully, he had the piece needed and just installed it with no apparent problems. All good right now, I'm doing a load of laundry and hoping all goes well! The Gentleman came within the expected time frame and was done within 30 some minutes! He was very courteous and didn't leave a mess! Thanks!

I am so disappointed with this company. I get a home warranty hoping that when one of my home appliance is broken, you will cover the expenses for repair. But that’s not what happen. I have been a long time customer of your company, but I’m not satisfied with the way you handle things. It’s always not covered by the warranty.

Completely dissatisfied with your service. I submitted a request for a plumber to repair/replace my water heater. You couldn’t find one and told me to get my own and submit reimbursement paperwork which I did. Since plumber couldn’t make contact with someone you rejected my claim. Spoke with Crystal ** and she said you could give me $250. The replacement cost me $1800!! Why do I need to pay you $85 month for such poor service!?!

I had a leak through my ceiling, due to last A/C tech from Fleur de Breeze company after getting new indoor and outdoor systems. Jesse ** tech came out. Found pipes were not connected causing water leak. He repaired and added more pipes to prevent further leaks. He was very efficient.

Choice offered money in lieu of replacement of the appliance which was less than 50% of the cost of the unit. Plus they will also not have old unit disposed or new unit installed. This is additional cost that I will have to bear.

It took over 24 hours to get my issue for a stopped up toilet on the vendor work list. I had to send an update before it was added. And when it got accepted I was told when to be home. Quite a rude system. I've paid for this current contract for 3 more years. May not continue after.

Our washing would not spin and the repairman came out and replace the gear assembly on the agitator. The cost was only 85.00 for the service call. My home warranty cover the parts and labor. The repairman told us we should take the agitator out monthly and clean it.

The lady I talked to was very nice. Handled my claim with care and was very happy the outcome was fair. The settlement was I think fair too. My cook top had went out. One burner out all the way and the other one would not go off when turned on. The lights would not come on any more.

I was promised that Troy would be the person I work with on any claims. His number was disconnected when I called. The first technician they were going to send out had bad reviews online. Glad I did my research, and asked for another one. When the claim was finally put in, it was denied. Paid for all the repairs out of pocket.

I had been avoiding calls from Home Warranty companies for months. This morning, I heard from a friend about their home repairman problems and thought, I really should just get one for my home. The technician recommended a replacement however they have denied my claim several times. I have filed a written complaint with corporate. Why send a certified technician who makes a recommendation based on his expertise and then not follow through with his recommendation. I definitely plan to cancel in the immediate future.

Furnace not responding to Thermostat - I typically turn the heat on to take the chill away on chilly days. My thermostat dropped to 69 degrees and I turned it up to 73. The thermostat indicated that the heat was on but the house temperature did not change. I called Choice Warranty and filed a claim on the weekend. Early Monday morning, a technician was at my door. He quickly assessed and replaced the defective part and was finished in 10 minutes or so! I was thrilled with the service I received and now is issue is completely resolved.

My refrigerator was not cooling at all. When I submitted a claim request the appointment was set out for ten days. I had to discard off the food, according to the representative that was the only time available. If I canceled and requested another merchant to repair it there would be no guarantee that a sooner time would be available.

I understand replacing one motor but when technician wants to be proactive and replace blower motor also because it's running to high on amps... Your wisdom said no it's not broken yet makes no sense to me when the technician is trying to help out your customers by making sure the heating system is running properly when he sent in pictures of parts he wants to replace. I wish you would be more proactive in your decisions on repair.

I'm sorry, but I could not be more disappointed in the way CHW handled and is handling this claim. A simple repair was made so extremely nerve-wracking and time consuming while you said over and over it was the technician's fault for not submitting what you thought you needed to authorize such a simple repair that an old man could not accomplish. He should have been able to walk in on Friday, repair and leave. Instead, here it is five days later and maybe he will come today.

Your company should have some resolution in twenty four hrs. Either time for repair, future time for repair or if customer finds a service company!! My washing machine leaked and the technician found the parts were no longer available and the machine would have to be replaced. Almost immediately Choice determined that the claim was invalid due to misuse. The technician specifically stated there was no misuse. I have appealed and a conversation with "dedicated claim manager" is a week after the non repair. Not expecting a good outcome and preparing to go to small claims court to resolve if choice is not reasonable soon.

The only thing I wish was you had emergency services because now I have a leaky pipe and can’t use my water for 24-48 hours so this is an inconvenience to say the least! I submitted a claim for an AC unit that was not cooling. A circuit board had to be replaced which I had to pay $300 out of pocket. The technician also notice that the coolant was low and checked for leaks. It was determined that the evaporator coil needed to be replaced. The claim was denied by Choice because they said that this part was under manufacturer warranty. I called and asked how they came to this determination, because I called the company that installed the unit and they informed me that this part was no longer under warranty because of the time frame. The unit was installed about 10 yrs ago. Since this part is no longer under warranty Choice should have approved the claim and had the new part installed or the unit replaced.
It will cost me $1900 to have this done out of pocket. I have had to pay out of pocket for previous claims as well. A dryer claim went on for 6 months, waiting for parts. Choice would not assist in speaking with the company doing the repairs saying that they could only email them and wait for a response. I was consistently told to give the company 24-48 hours to get back with me which they never did and I was told by Choic that they could only wait to hear from them by email because no one was contacting them.
6 months later, a final attempt to fix my dryer with a different company was done. It was determined that we needed a new dryer. Choice determined that they could only give me $330 for a dryer replacement. I appealed this stating that our dryer was purchased for about $1000, and why are they not just replacing it with a new one. I was told that after they did their calculations it came up to only $330 that they could give me for replacement. Needless to say, I am not please with the service provided by this company.

VERY unhappy. We have been paying every month for this service and made our first claim after about a year, for a broken dishwasher. It was quite old and not worth fixing, so agreed to replace it. After almost a week, I had to contact them. The replacement amount CHW offered didn't come close to replacing my washer and the "gift card" could only be used at a store with whom I never do business because they are too expensive. It was deemed necessary to replace my washer so I was contacted by CHW about setting up a claim and I would receive a Lowe's eCard for the value of the washer. I notified CHW that I didn't have a Lowe's in my area and it took a little under a week to speak to a case manager to get a resolution to this issue which was sending a paper check through the mail which I was told may take up to 30 days to receive. Seems a bit long just to speak to a case manager about this issue. Thank You.

Would never recommend this company. I was told had to wait 24 hrs for them to find me a plumber. After 24 hrs they told me they needed more time. After waiting 72 hours they still did not have a plumber for me on a stoppage on a house I had bought in March. They told me I could hire my own and I did and then they decided not to cover the cost.

Accurate and fair...something I don't think Choice really understands, even though they are in a service industry. I have a defunct over-the-range microwave oven-as determined by the Sears service person for $75. Choice offers me $191-- for me to buy, pay tax, and install myself or pay someone else to install. The service call has already cost $75. I will admit that I signed up for their service and the contract says they can offer me a cash settlement for essentially whatever amount they deem appropriate. This is based upon Choice's buying power.
Under the best of terms adding in tax and the same amount they charged to "evaluate" the problem I am looking at a $280 bill -7% tax and $75 install charge. And, to Choice, $191 seems like a fair amount to offer. If there was a zero (0) rating, this would get a zero rating. I made the mistake of signing up for 2 policies, for my house and my daughter...That will NOT happen again, and as I told the agent that called about my dispute, many people will hear of Choice's poor choice.

Hi, I have been using your service since many years and have recommended to many, including neighbors in community. But recently when you guys decided to replace our Dishwasher. The only option initially was given to us was Lowe's gift card with $244 (less) Value or something, when I spoke to manager he said they can increase to $357 but only lowes gift card and it may take 15-30 days. I feel like CHW is keeping us hostage:
1. Why only lowes gift card, what deal you guys have with only lowes. Why can't I buy from anywhere else. Why I am not given a check of $357?
2. I was told even if I go with Lowes gift card ($357) or check of $244, it will take 15-30 days. Then I said this is unacceptable, who will stay without a dishwasher without 15-30 days. In this case offering Lowes gift card is useless as me as a home buyer went to Best Buy and purchased a dishwasher, which will be installed in next 2-3 days.
3. Your case managers were rude, I felt they were just reading the script and rigid, I didn't feel that there was any human/manual decision they took.

Initial call to find a contractor was worse than root canal without **. The person sounded like she was at a party with all the background noise. No knowledge at all about what I was talking about when she asked what the problem was. I had a difficult time understanding her. My problem sent to your tech was incorrect. They came back without the part and left it broken and not functional. A warranty service that leaves you with a covered item that no longer works warrants a bad review to the Better Business Review. The following day he had his report to Choice for approval. Choice approved that day and the new motor was installed the very next day. Great service from both Choice and Clean Specialty and Service.

The first claim - technician was knowledgeable and fixed the problem. 2nd claim - rear garbage disposal - took over 3 weeks to get someone to do repair -- too long - I found someone on my own. Many workers will not fill out all your paperwork and I have found they feel your amount approved is too low.

Terminator Plumbing was real with Customer Service; let me know when he was coming, when he was on his way, was quick to get the job done, gave suggestions to keep it from happening again. Was on time and professional with what he needed to do, had a couple of options to fix the problem, did the one that made the most sense.

Robert ** contacted us to set up a home warranty plan with a military discount and much better services than the previous home warranty we had before. He was very pleasant and gave very clear details of our plan's coverage, the monthly cost and the deductible for services.

Polite, knowledgeable technician solved the problem quickly. He diagnosed and had the correct replacement part with him. He also recommended calling the showerhead manufacturer for replacement on the part. When I receive the replacement part from Moen, he will return and install it for me.

Had an appointment Tues did not show came Wed could not fix ordered parts. Parts came in Friday still did not fix hot water heater. Ordered more parts in the meantime no hot water. Parts coming Monday 3rd trip. Maybe a new water heater should be put in.

The air conditioning company that finally showed up was outstanding. The gentleman did the work in the fast respectful manner. However, the first technician assigned never showed up and never called. Customers customer service was difficult to communicate with. And during service the technician had to call and get approval. However, we had to sit and wait for nearly an hours for the warranty company to call the technician back to get approved. As the technician was packing up and getting ready to leave, planning on rescheduling the air conditioning repair, customer service finally come back in approve the service. This was a huge waste of my time and the technicians time. Dealing with the warranty company is apparently going to be a very frustrating situation.

The Technician (Greenland Appliance), Richie, was polite, professional and courteous. He diagnosed my washer quickly and informed me what would happen next. The service document briefly stated exactly what we discussed. I was very satisfied with the service visit. This is my 2nd service visit with them. Again, I am thoroughly impressed on their consistent performance and highly recommend the Greenland Appliance Company. I’m glad that Choice Home Warranty chose Greenland as a subcontractor to service their customers.

While there was a SNAFU in scheduling on the part of Choice, the gentleman from WINSTON DOOR was excellent, he arrived early to the appt, and got to work right away. The repair was done in approximately one hour, he replaced the broken torsion spring and insured my door was tracking correctly and and now my garage door is working great!

The tech was on time knowledgeable and personable. He was interested in the project and was convinced he could perform the service. He said he would have to call and get the ok. Once he got that he would be glad to return and take care of the problem.

C&R Repair service was prompt and professional. Have a follow-up appointment scheduled May 4th to install new fan in one unit. There were two units checked and the one unit needed the fan that was vibration replaced.

CHW was great in paying cash for a replacement refrigerator that was 25 years old and was not repairable. The refrigerator was a secondary one located in our garage. The claim specialist was extremely nice and quickly completed the claim process.

The service technician will return when the dishwasher won't turn on. It was working when he was here. He explained what he will do to diagnose the problem when the dishwasher won't turn on. This repair company is local and well respected.

I was told that my microwave needed to be repaired. My microwave needed a part, and Choice refused to fix it and closed the account. I felt this was unfair as I paid Choice to repair my microwave. What was Choice thinking? Am I supposed to wait until it breaks down and won't at all?

I was very pleased with the technician, he was pleasant professional and took his time looking at the problem at hand! The washer was making a lot of noise while agitating, it seems the fabric dispenser was lose so he tighten it! He explained that there was nothing wrong with the machine except for the noise which has nothing to do with the ability of washing clothes, being it wasn’t a technical issue. He said there was nothing else he could do but if there is an issue in the near future to give them a call!! Appreciate his patience and courtesy!!

I have been with the Choice Warranty for a while and my experience them has always been good. The customer service team is good. They are quick to respond and have a good amount of patience to answer/clarify. Excellent experience with the recent water heater claim. They approve the entire unit replacement the same day and I am expecting it will be installed fairly soon.

Refrigerator and freezer not working, called Choice, they sent a repair man right away, he got it working temporarily until we receive new parts, thank you Choice. So far you did everything you were expected to do. The parts are due next week.

I finally quit dodging multiple calls. That's they only thing that I didn't like were the constant calling me. Yes it wore me down but I almost sent this directly to spam. I glad I didn't but the constant calling was almost like harassment.

We paid the tech $65 to tell us he couldn't fix our microwave. Then Lowe's doesn't have one like ours close to the price allowed and we have to pay to have it installed. What good was the warranty? We won't be renewing with this company nor recommending it to our friends. In fact, just the opposite.

The Right Top burner is not heating properly and the left top burner does not heat. We noticed on or about 4/25/2023 that the burner was not functioning properly. My wife tried it several times and it was heating way too high even though it was put in the low range. I made a claim on line and several hours later I got an email stating that an appointment had been set. This was very quick. I am very please with this result.

Pipe Down plumbing was here the next day, worked very hard on the pipes under the sink and inspected the crawl space. Did everything they could. They were knowledgeable and helpful with information of how to move forward. Unfortunately we will also need a visit from Roto Rooters to completely flush the pipe and then they will return to reinforce the straps on the pipe.

Your technicians are great, friendly and very professional. The warranty in general, however, does not seem to cover squat. So far I've paid $150 to have technicians come out only to tell me they can't do anything for one reason or another.

On 4/9/23 I emailed CHW to make a claim on my air conditioner. I received an email back two days later stating that Solution Air would be here on 4/15/23 between 11am and 3pm for repairs. On 4/15/23 the repair man did not show up. When I called Solution Air to find out why, they did not have me scheduled for an appointment, so I scheduled an appointment myself. So my take is that CHW did not contact the repair service.

We have decided to switch our Home Warranty since our old Company increased their price drastically. Mindy provided good detail on the plans they offer and was professional and friendly. If Choice Home Warranty's service will be the same as Mindy's, I think we will be happy with our new Home warranty.

This is my first experience with Choice. No problems. Choice found a service provider which scheduled next day service between 8am and 5pm. That within itself was a problem for me that keep me from doing anything else. The tech did arrived around 4:30. He was very polite and explained his time. He had to order part and due to my schedule we cannot solve the issue until May 9

Submitted claim late Wednesday night. Tech came out very next morning-Thursday. He analyzed the problem and determined that the lower oven fan needed replacing. He ordered the part—Part was delivered 6 days later. Tech returned on the 7th day—as promised—and installed fan. Job well done!
