Champion Windows set up my big picture windows. They came and did the estimate, talked about it, and then they gave me a thing when they were gonna come out and do it and they done it all. I love the way they've done the work. They done really good work on mine. The sales rep was good. He explained everything. We had questions, he answered. I would recommend others to do it. The best window picture you can get is the Champion Windows. I love my picture window now.

When we called Champion, they were very straightforward on the pricing, the way the work would be done, the quality and the warranty. The sales rep presented the different options that we had and compared to what competition was offering. After that, we talked about the pricing and financing. He said it would take five to six weeks then someone would contact us and they'd get it before then. The windows were completed prior. They had someone call and schedule the crew to come out and install them. It took them a little bit longer because it rained and they couldn't do it all day long. They had to stop and it took them one more day, which was no big deal.

I had a sunroom done by Champion. They did a good job. They were very efficient. It was a very good crew. They cleaned up the stuff. The sunroom is nice. I can sit out there and there's no pine pollen blowing in, or rain. No bugs coming under. I highly recommend Champion.

We had a 12 x 12 sunroom done by Champion and I received excellent work. They had a good crew here. They told me they were coming, and they came and did the work. It took about a week and a half and they were done. I was real happy with the sunroom. It was almost like it had been part of my house all along. They did good quality work.

I purchased three big bay windows from Champion. The sales rep was informative and communicated throughout the process. The installers were also good. They called, scheduled the appointment and showed up on time. They were very professional in asking questions and they made sure that they weren't inconveniencing me. I liked their service and the quality of the product seems to be good, too.

I ordered a storm door and sliding glass door in September of 2022 from the Denver office and it took until March 13, 2023 to get them installed. I have used Champion in the past to replace all my windows so I never thought I would run into this awful experience and never thought to look at their current reviews. I had to sign 3 orders because the salesperson couldn't get them right. That should've been when I walked away. Then as the months went on, I would get random calls, texts, and emails asking when they could install the doors.

I bought a window and getting it installed took a while but I knew there would be a delay. Other than that, everything looked good and they cleaned up after the install. I was content. They could be a bit cheaper, though.

The rep was very knowledgeable, friendly and had a great sense of humor. It was a very pleasant experience when she came to my home. The guys showed up early for the installation and were in and out in no time. They were very steady, consistent and didn't play around. They came in at 8 o'clock that morning and were finished at 1 o'clock.

Champion Windows put 15 new double-hung windows in our house. The crew who came in were professional and did a good job in demo work. They didn't leave any messes. I'm not easy to impress but I was impressed. They were neat, clean and did an excellent job installing the windows. I like the windows a lot. We haven't noticed a difference on the bill yet because we haven't got one but my furnace doesn't run as often. Working with Champion was easy and uneventful. The techs didn’t even get here till 9:00 and they were out of here by 4:30. They brought in six guys that demoed out all their windows and then, once they got the windows all demoed out, two of them left and four stayed behind and the four of them got the new windows installed, caulked from the inside and outside. They then wrapped the windows with new metal, took the old metal off and put new metal on.

The sales rep answered questions and seemed knowledgeable. I purchased living room windows, and the installers used drop cloth and vacuumed as they went. We had great communication with them as well. They let us know when they were ready, when they'd be installed and followed up after the install. I've only had the windows for a couple of weeks, but I've noticed a difference. My window is open now, and it helps keep the temperature in the house colder.

I called the rep on his cell phone and said, “Hey, I need to replace a door and a window. When can you come?” He came over and he had a brochure. I'm sure he knew that I wanted a double-hung window to match the rest of my Champion Windows. As far as the door between the house and the garage, he knew I needed a specific kind. He was honest that it was gonna take a while because they've been somewhat backed up as a lot of companies are since COVID.

The salesman I had was very easy to talk to and go over the pricing with. I had four windows in the basement that were originals on the house. They were drafty and rusting. I had them replace those and they did excellent work. The installers were clean and they got the job done in half a day. But it seemed like a long time before they were able to install the windows from the time I ordered them. It took two months. But that wasn't a big problem and overall, the process went very well. There were delays in materials and I'm sure that was part of it.

Buyer beware! Purchased 5 windows in July 22 (10k) via a Champion Sales Rep after inquiring about windows online. Windows were installed 10/22 using materials of an incorrect color (drastically different than what I told at the time of sale, see tan in pic). Reached out to Champion in the following weeks multiple times to resolve the issues. Never have I once received any response back from a Champion representative since my initial attempts started in early 11/22.

Cannot express how Strongly I recommend: "GO ELSEWHERE".. Use another company that is NOT owned by "Great Day Improvements LLC". 13 months to completion is absolutely unacceptable. Communication with the company is next to impossible.

The Champion Windows & Home Exteriors sales representative was very knowledgeable about the product and I found him very personable. He had integrity with the product that he represented. He had some sample products to demonstrate and he demonstrated the fact that it would prevent heat from coming through. He had a heat source on one side and we could put our hand on the other side of the glass and it wasn't hot. It was an effective presentation.

I ordered windows and doors from Champion and their sales rep was good. The installers knew exactly what they were doing, because I got warehouse concrete walls, which is not your traditional type of construction, but they knew what to do and they did it. It took about four months to get everything installed since the factory was booked pretty good. But the products are good and they're what they advertise. Also, having them made a huge difference for me in terms of my gas bill from March of 2022 versus March of ’23. I used 7% less gas and almost 10% less electricity just because the furnace wasn't running as much.

We called several different companies to come out and Champion was the only one that showed up. They also had a better estimate and quality. It was a good experience, all the way through from the guy coming out and showing us windows to the installation. We got five double-hung windows. They told me it'd be six to eight weeks and they did it in about five weeks total. We had two different levels. So they took the three out on top all together at the same time, and then they put them all in, completed them, and then went downstairs and took the other two up. One guy did it all himself and he was there for about seven hours. He was great. Since having the windows, we have less noise, wind and draft.

I purchased double-hung windows from Champion. I was very much impressed with the performance of the window itself. The product also came in much quicker than I thought. Their customer service was also great with communication. Someone called and told me what stage they were at. Their installation guys did a great job. They were all very polite. They also took all the blinds down. However, there were a couple of things that were missing, like little clips. But that was resolved. I was happy with them.

Champion came in and put in our sliding glass doors. I used them again for my window replacement and my door replacement. The installation went well. When they came out, we replaced a section at a time, like the living room windows, then the dining room windows, then the kitchen windows. When they came out and did the work, they had four people. They were efficient and not a lot of traffic. They took the old windows out and got the new ones in and was done all in one day. The products have good quality. We got the kind of windows that you can unlock and tilt inside to wash the outside window. So far, it's well.

Champion is wonderful. They're a great bunch of people to deal with. They called us and kept us informed of when the windows were being manufactured, when the windows got to Lexington in the warehouse and when they were gonna be out here to install them. The gentleman that was on the phone said, "We'll pull in your driveway at 11:36 AM." I looked up at around 11:36, and he was backing his truck in the driveway. They're efficient.

The rep answered our questions. The installer was really nice and also answered every question we had. We did four windows and before the year is done, we'll do another four. The windows are of good quality. Champion is good to deal with.

Their rep Deb was one of the best customer service people I've ever dealt with. I got Vinyl windows and I was very happy with the installers. I'm very satisfied with my experience.

Their rep Mark did a great job and sold me some windows. The two installers worked with me on which windows to start with because of the kids. They brought in their little vacuum cleaner and laid down painter's tarps everywhere. Also, they vacuumed as they went and kept everything really clean. I was pleased with that. The windows are great and I love them.

Champion said all seven windows would take 14 to 16 weeks, but they came in way faster than that. On installation day, the guys came in at 8 o'clock in the morning, and they were finished by 1:00 in the afternoon. I like the quality of their work, and they were good. My little granddaughter was cool with them like I interacted with them. She wanted to give them coffee.

We had Champion do the windows at our first house and we were very happy with them, so we wanted to work with them again. They installed 15 new standard windows. Timeline-wise, they said three or four months from the date we ordered the windows. This is for everything to be manufactured and be installed. It actually took a little less than that - two months. Customer service was very professional, nice, and pleasant to work with. The installation went well. The installer seemed very prepared, polite, and helpful. The installation itself took three days. We were very happy with the work done.

I got regular windows from Champion and they're very good quality. I worked with them twice and each time, they gave a different timeframe for the installation. The windows would take two to four weeks to make and to install them took one day. The installers were wonderful, too.

Champion installed a sunroom about 2 years back. Now the roof leaks, sometimes few gallons of water and window steel mesh is coming apart. They send somebody to repair it. To do the windows he said 2 people are needed, hence so far nothing is done. He came 2 more times to repair roof. Nothing worked and he tells us that is because the roof was not installed correctly in the first place hinting that it was a shoddy job. Now Champion tells me that repairman is no longer with them and wants me to pay for repairs on a thing they have given a 'LIFETIME WARRANTY'. Is this a scam or what?

The rep I dealt with was great. He explained everything and showed us what we were gonna get through a computer. We got three walls of windows and the installation went very smoothly. I like the quality of the windows. Champion did a good job. They were timely and I'm satisfied with the work they did.

Champion Windows did an awesome job. I like their unconditional lifetime warranty. I had all the windows in my house replaced except for my garage windows and two of my kitchen windows. It's 14 windows total. The installation was great. I had one window in the house that was the right measurements. It was supposed to be a three-pane instead of a two-pane, but they only had a two-pane window with them. But after talking to my representative, Christian, he called the installation supervisor. They decided they didn't want to leave my house looking off-kilter with an old window in there. They went ahead and put it in and they're manufacturing a brand new three-pane window. They will come out there and replace it at no charge. They were very professional in the way they handled everything. I would have liked to spend a lot less money on it, but you get what you pay for.

DO NOT USE Champion Windows!!! Our experience continues to be a complete nightmare that Champion does NOT want to finish!!! Our windows were improperly installed, they are NOT plumb, square, or level. Outside air blows in around the frames!!! And they left our home damaged from their improper demolition!!! Window trim/casing are cracked, broken and beat up. Window casings pulled from the walls. The surrounding sheetrock has nail pops from the rough handling/demo. The demo/installers beat the old windows out with crowbars and hammers. My husband called Champion for five days while their best installation team was at our house. We were told someone would come out and check the work. Nobody came out.

Champion had a very good sales person. She talked me into it. She quoted a good price, and that was the main thing, and the quality of the windows. The installers were friendly, explained things and answered my questions.

The lady who came out took a picture of the house and put it in the computer and showed me what it would look like with the colors that I had chosen. She explained everything to me and that it'd be several months before they installed it, which it was. Champion did a good job installing the vinyl siding. The only problem is the vent that they put in keeps falling out. I talked to the installer and he said it's a defective vent and said he ordered another one. He told me it would probably take about two weeks for it to come in. But it's been over two weeks now. So, I'll probably call him the first of next week just to see where we are.

I was in sales for 14 years and I can spot a phony. Patrick, the salesperson with Champion Windows, was true to what he was saying. We had five windows done and the guys did a good job installing.

Poor service, communication, and lack of oversight on my project. I was verbally told we purchased six (6) windows, but the sales guy, Andrew **, only wrote five (5) on the contract. We were told a price for our windows, and now, we are being told we must pay more even though we verbally agreed upon our project. This is called Bait and Switch. I have tried in vain for 18 days to fix this problem with no response from Mr. **.

I've had Champion for at least 10 years. The whole house has them, and recently, I needed to replace a window in my garage. The lady from across the street was happy with what I got, so she got ahold of them and got windows too. I didn't know anything about it, but she said Champion was supposed to be sending me a check for the referral.

Champion set up the windows and siding. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and punctual.

I got vinyl sidings from Champion and they also put four new windows in. I love the overall quality of the products. Their reps were also nice, polite and great. They were outstanding.

The previous windows we had had a good reputation. But I had to replace each of them at least once. One of them, I had to replace twice. That was in a 20-year period. Colorado weather is noted for its extremes. I had a unit of four windows installed by Champion and their rep was a young guy that was just delightful. I have two awning windows and two picture windows in my dining room facing east.

I got basement windows from Champion. I knew what I wanted and what to expect, and everything worked out well. What I imagined was what I got. The reps and installers were friendly and respectful. Everything was cleaned up.

Our windows from Champion are doing great. They're still working and keeping the heat inside the room. In the rooms where I repaired the windows, the temperature is good. So, the heat is well-distributed in the house, and I've noticed a change in my electrical bills. It was like $10 less compared to other times. The windows themselves look good. The technician did a good job. He was professional and fast. When I signed up with Champion to repair my windows, they told me it was gonna take a while, but it was done in a short amount of time. It was less than what I was expecting. So, I was very happy with it. I was worried we're gonna get in the cold times when we have an open window, but it was fixed before that. So, I was really grateful for that.

My husband was sold on Champion and he liked the product. We got five windows and a sliding glass door. So far, they're very nice. My house even seems a little bit colder since my windows have been put in. But I still hear everything from outside. Overall, Champion windows have very good quality.

I'm really happy with Champion. The sales rep for Champion was the only one that treated me respectfully. He responded to my request without a hassle. He did everything that I asked of him. I couldn't ask anymore. He was professional. I purchased windows and everything seems good. The guys that installed it were fantastic. They went above and beyond the call of duty. I plan on getting some more windows, but just not right now because I had surgery.

The sales reps of Champion Windows were really nice. The installer was fantastic too. The installation went easy and the windows look great.

I bought three windows from Champion. I had a large picture window, and I changed it from one large window to two windows. I added another window in the living room, and then a bathroom window. They measured two times. When the tech team got out here, the windows didn't fit. I said, “I'm paying too much for windows for them not to fit the size.” He was very gracious. He said, "Sometimes they don't look at whatever the molding is and take that into consideration." He called and after he called, they said, “No problem. We will reorder the windows.” He said, “We will leave these here. Unfortunately, I'm not gonna cover up the front, or make it look pretty. But we'll be back as soon as possible.” I was very impressed with that.

Champion's salesperson helped me understand what my options were and also the work. That was so great and really easy. Financing was really easy. The work that was done was great. We really appreciate it.

I had a good experience with Champion. I hated the waiting, but I understood that. At the time I got the windows, it was a very busy time of the year. The installer did an excellent job. He couldn't do them all in one day. The two large windows required so much cutting out and taking out. He was taking two windows out and putting in one large in each thing. All in all, I'm well satisfied. I would recommend Champion.

So far, everything has been great. The installers were in and out and did a fabulous job. Everything went smoothly, and it was terrific.

They put in a sliding glass door. Everything was great with the reps. The installation was very clean. I love the quality and I would recommend them. They did a great job and they were very professional.

Champion's estimate was significantly less, and when broke down the differences in the windows, I couldn't justify the higher cost of the other two companies. Champion's rep did a great job. He caught something at our house that the previous two companies didn't so that was an instant credibility with him. The windows weren’t supposed to be in until December 15th, but they came in two months ahead of time.

I've had a few reps not being as prompt as they should be about getting things done. They tell me that they're gonna be there but they don't come. Then, I start calling. Eventually, came around and did the job but it's just slow getting things going. Other than that, my rep James is super nice and attentive. He is very prompt. He is there when I call him and he calls me back.

When Champion came over, they wanted to get a loan on the windows. I told them we were gonna go ahead and pay for everything right away. The sales rep was good and the installation team was excellent.

I got windows from Champion Windows and they were very good.

I live in Colorado and the sun is quite strong; I have a South facing house. I bought a stainless-steel door to replace my 30-year wooden door which also took its beating from the sun. The door I purchased has stain glass with an exterior and interior trim around it. The door was installed and looked great, but I had a bad feeling when I saw the outside trim was made of a plastic-type molding. I wondered if it would hold up from the sun's heat. The same molding was used for the interior trim (which does hold up indoors). In a matter of a short time (probably one month and before I even purchased a storm door), the trim began to warp and became unglued.

Paid $3200 deposit in April of 2022 for some window replacements for home. We still have not received the window replacements as of October of 2022 and they are not answering our calls or giving us any guarantee or date of when and if we will be receiving the windows we have paid for. They do not answer calls. We are literally waiting on 2 full windows without grids and 5 sashes without grids. My husband physically went in to their offices twice, to try to meet with management and get the situation rectified, only to be ignored and blown off. All we want are the windows we ordered. Trust me -this is a very simple order we placed and if they cannot fulfill our order in a timely fashion, or at all for that matter, I would highly caution anyone from ordering anything from them.

The sales reps from Champion were very good and the installation crew was absolutely fantastic. The guy’s partner called in sick that morning and he worked without stopping for lunch. It was well into the afternoon before somebody showed up to help him and he stayed and cleaned up everything. The window is very nice. The only thing is, I'm the primary breadwinner in the household. I did all of the costs and the work, lined everything up, took the day off work to manage the installation, and everybody asked for my husband.

Champion did our siding close to a month ago. I've been real impressed with them except I noticed a stain coming down the roof out of the very top gutter. I was hoping it was just a temporary water stain from the rain we had but it never went away. It showed up right after they did the siding and I've been debating who to say something to or what they could possibly do about it. Also, they're replacing six of our windows and we had been playing phone tag trying to get the windows in. I have just set up an appointment for them to do it on Wednesday.

Champion's sales rep was fair. I really never got any complete answers as to the cost. I've told the last person that was out here that it's not really right and I shouldn't have gone on with it because I did not get a final cost on anything. I'm on a monthly payment and I paid $58 one month and $70 another month and this last month was $118. They told me that the final process would be made by the first of the year. I don't understand why it goes that way. I would think I would have got a price and a monthly payment and that would have been it. It just seems like a fine game. The windows are nice. I just wished they had more colors to choose from because I got a brick house with beige trim. When they set it up, they only have white windows. I didn't ask enough questions, but they didn't tell me much.

The reps from Champion Windows knew what they were talking about. The installation took a day and a half and there were maybe four of them who did it. I just called the guy because they didn't finish my trim in the front window. So, they were supposed to come back and do it. The windows seem to be alright and my wife says it might be less noise.

I got windows from Champion and the installation went fast. It took probably less than four hours when I expect it at minimum six. I mostly communicated with the lead person and he was good and professional. He had good personal skills and knew what he was doing.

It was a few years ago when I got the first Champion Windows. I had a little wall put in, and it was starting to leak. So, I went to the state fair, and I compared the products against a few other companies, and I liked the way Champion had it set up. The initial installation went great. The installation day went smoothly and that morning, the installers were supposed to come out at a certain time. So, I thought I’d give myself plenty of time to get the old wall torn out. I almost got it all torn out. I didn't have the top piece and the lower piece taken out yet. They came in and said, “Oh, don't worry about that. We'll get that for you.” They finished taking the upper piece and the lower piece out. The quality of work they did was good. I liked what they did.

The guy from Champion who came out and talked with us was very thorough. He was very easy to sit and talk with, and he presented the company in a really good way. We got windows to the house. It's a four-bedroom house with two bathrooms and there were a lot of windows. The contractors were exceptionally good. They picked up after themselves. They were courteous and respectful, and they worked well together. I was pretty amazed at what they did. The man across the street told my husband he was really shocked that they were able to do it in one day.

I was pretty skeptical going in because I’ve heard all kinds of horror stories but the whole experience, from the guy that measured the windows to the installers, was outstanding. Also, the price was a lot better. I was shocked at how many windows were replaced and how little it cost.

My experience from Champion has been a nightmare. They took over 5 months to finally install windows that were supposed to be done in 4-6 weeks and about another year for them to attempt to make them right with me. Once installed, there were multiple problem with them. The worst thing was that all the windows were sagging in the upper corners on both sides. They sent three different people at three different times out to "fix" the issues. Each time they either didn't fix anything or fixed one thing and blew off the rest.

Everything went really smoothly. They showed up on time and they got the job done quickly. They also told us what they were doing as they were doing it and they left everything clean and just how they found it.

Champion was real prompt in making an appointment coming out and we liked what they had to offer, so we went with them. They were ahead of schedule as far as putting on our sunroom. It was done several weeks ahead of schedule. We love the sunroom and the work was really good. But we’ve come across one problem and hopefully, they would remedy that soon. They replaced one of our windows also and the one they installed is not the window they told us that they were gonna put in. They tried to put in something around to make up for the gap and my husband is not happy about that part. But other than that, it was wonderful with Champion.

The installers were wonderful. They tried to tell the boss, Scott, that the measure guy had measured incorrectly. He wasn't listening. The installer must have talked to the salesman. The salesman called and I told him it wasn't his problem, it was the boss's problem because the plans were accurate. Then the boss came out. He tried to convince me and said, "We're going to do something different by putting in some sidelights to fill in the discrepancy." I said no so it was another delay. He got mad at me because I called him out. Finally, he decided he was going to finish the job. He sent another crew out. They finished it in two days but there are still a few details that Champion needs to address.

The guys worked hard and got the siding and gutters installed, and it went well. They also came back, fixed various things I wasn't happy about, and everything's golden now. I hope they hold up for a lifetime. That's what Champion promised me.

We got five windows with Champion and so far, so good. I was happy with the quality. The installers were very friendly. If I had any questions, they were able to answer them. After my last walkaround, I saw little bits and pieces of metal on the ground but other than that, it was very satisfying.

We had been dealing with trying to get a bay window replaced for three years with different people, and Champion got recommended to us by a friend. We talked with them, and they did everything they told us they would do. They did it on time. The window came earlier than they predicted, and they came on and installed the window. We were very happy with the installers and the job that they did. It's been a great experience all the way around. The follow-up’s been wonderful too. We have one little problem and we've already gotten a time schedule for them to come back to correct that.

Working with the rep was all right.

We enclosed our back patio with windows, screens and a sliding door, and Dwayne, the installer that did the work, was excellent. He was very meticulous. We got a small hole in one of the screens, but I haven't told Champion yet. Besides that, everything is fine. Everybody's been good too.

Champion had to come back twice because someone didn't measure our window right and they ordered the wrong size. The two installs were about a month apart, but there was no problem with the installs and the windows are great. I was looking for not ridiculously expensive but really good windows, and Champion sent somebody out. The windows were obviously of good quality. There was some glass here and there during the install, but it's okay. They changed about 22 windows. You can’t really do that without making too big of a mess. They did most of it in one day. They incorrectly measured a window though, so, it didn't fit and they had to reorder it.

We were very satisfied with how they managed. The salesman had samples and everything ready. He was able to process our financial help pretty quickly. Their service was excellent. The installers were efficient and fast. They did that project in half a day or less. The quality of work was outstanding. The quality of the Champion windows was also excellent. Everyone was also honest. They were straight up to work with. They charged me the right amount.

My husband is disabled, so we wanted a custom French door with a dog door in it, so the dogs can let themselves out. We sat down with the salesman for over three hours as we chose what we wanted, he filled out the form and called his manager Tim to make sure the form was done correctly, even sending him a photo of exactly the door we wanted. Tim ** said everything looked good. The order was placed and we started making payments, it was a lot of money so we financed through them.

We went to the store to look at the glass enclosures and we first dealt with the salespeople and installers of Champion there. We liked the interaction and they followed up. Then, the quote was reasonable. It was not cheap but you're talking about lifetime warranty, so you get what you pay for with Champion. The installation was smooth, easy, and took a day. But on the sunroom, it took them a few weeks. The thing is, once they got the pads poured out there and got the sidewalk done, everything else just went up. So they were very efficient and you wouldn't know they were here. With a lot of installation companies, you have drywall here, you have mortar here, and you have this and that. But we never had that with Champion. They would always clean up and would always take care of their things.

These are the facts: Signed contract and paid down $10,000 for a Champion sunroom on 16 Aug 2021. Was told room would be installed “mid-November”. Starting 1 November, starting calling to get status. Left numerous messages….Nothing. Finally made contact and they didn’t know who I was. They finally found my packet late January 2022. Was told “mid-March” and I would have a sunroom. The team came out 21 March 2022 and 2 weeks later, I was provided a room that was substandard. Had several quality issues and when I FINALLY got someone to come out (told them I wasn’t signing anything until someone came and did a quality inspection). They dropped by unannounced and my wife showed them the room. They/Champion determined they needed to redo the room all over again…You are kidding me!!!! Grrrrr!

They got the job done really well. Good crew, cleaned up and didn’t make a mess. They knew what they were doing and they did it. The windows are nice. Everything looks great. We're really happy with the windows.

The Champion Windows salesman misled me and told me I needed to replace 14 windows that could not be repaired. I found out from a reputable contractor that only 1 window needs to be replaced. The other 13 can be repaired. At this point, Champion Windows has refused to refund the funds that the company received from a finance company the Salesman told me I had to use. I did not authorize Champion Windows to obtain any funds the date the contract was signed from the finance company.

The salesman was very good and he explained everything to me. I was happy with Champion. I purchased four windows. They’re plain and I like them very much. The quality is excellent as well as dealing with the contractor.

Our experience with Champion sunrooms. We hired their services to add on a sunroom in march 2021 to be completed by july 4, 2021. From july to october 29 we had very poor communication. On october 29, 2021 we drove to their showroom to discover there had not been any supplies ordered and no follow up on the kc permit. We made phone calls all the way up to the ceo's office with no return calls. In december 2021 we contacted the mo attorney general office and they contacted champion at the top and their call was returned.

We love the product so far. We did windows for the whole house and it went pretty smooth. We didn't hear much for a while, but we expected that 'cause it was gonna be months before anything was ready. Communication was fine, and the whole job was done a lot quicker than we originally expected.

It is of great pleasure to have the opportunity to present this survey on behalf of William long, AKA Mr. “Will”. Will is impeccable with his craft, he definitely knows his job, and as the lead service technician for Champion windows and doors Atlanta, GA. I can certainly see and understand why he's the leader of the field. I am a disabled veteran, and I had a problem that needed to be corrected with one of my Champion orders. Mr. Will came out himself and solved the problem with expertise and precise calibration, getting the job done. I must say that Mr. Will has a way with words that makes you feel comfortable throughout his service visit. I am delighted and would give Will an “AAA” for his service. I'm sure Mr. Will is the greatest prodigy for the Champion team.

The first time we used Champion Windows was for siding and this last time was a storm door and then to do siding underneath the eaves of the house. You’d never know that the installers were here when they were done. Everything ran smoothly. Champion has always responded well and have been very proactive and circled around to make sure that everything is working. So, it was an absolutely wonderful experience with them.

The guy from Champion came out and first talked to us, and we liked his attitude. We liked the way that he handled himself. We got windows and a front door through them, too. The installation was very good. We were well-satisfied. They made sure everything was as it was supposed to be. If we had any questions, they were there to answer them. A lot of times, they'd even come to get us and say, "Look at this. Do you have any questions?" They were very helpful.

We had a patio done first by Champion a few years ago, and then we called them when we wanted our windows done. The overall quality of the windows seems great. The person who did the installation was very knowledgeable. He was here for about seven hours.

William did the consultation and he was great and professional with his presentation. He explained everything and how all the windows work. The installers were very professional. They were very clean. They cleaned up after themselves. They were organized, and they were quick. They did a great job. I love my windows from Champion. They are great. They were expensive, but they're definitely worth it. I feel like I've made a great choice with my windows. I got the sliding door as well. The best thing that I like is that you don't feel the heat radiating into the house. Before I got the product, my house wouldn't stay cool but now that I have the windows installed, my house stays cool. I don't have to run my air conditioner all day.

The sales rep, Ted, was very knowledgeable about the product and he helped us. So far, we've had one window installed and there are some others that have not arrived yet. The person who installed our window was very knowledgeable as well, and he did a great job. We're very happy with the window that's been installed. This week, Champion Windows is gonna install two doors, then hopefully, within a week, they'll start on the siding.

Champion Windows had a representative come out and show me what was needed and how much it was going to cost. I made the decision that that was what I was going to do on a Thursday, then on Tuesday, they were out measuring. After they measured, it was four days and they said they were coming to do my windows. My full windows only took four hours to put in and the installation was good. The installers were very professional and cleaned up behind them, and it was nice that I sent even the company a picture of it once it was finished. All in all, I was pleased with the way everything went. What the sales person told me was gonna happen happened, and I like the quality of the windows.

The sales representative was great. We had four windows replaced and the installers were here a total of four hours. It went really great and I love my new windows. I'd tell people to go for Champion Windows.

We got double-hung thermal windows. They gave me a timeline of when they would be in and when they thought they could be installed. But they installed them sooner. The techs were excellent. The windows are so much better than what I had.

I had Champion install my front and back doors and storm doors on both. The installation team was a little green around the edges but they're learning. They did fine. I'm happy with everything.

The rep was easy to talk to. He was very interested in our projects, our house and what we were looking to do. He gave us good advice that was not just focused on selling us windows. He offered us other advice about other projects that we were looking at, and his thoughts on them based on his experiences. So, it was nice that he wasn't just there to be a salesman of Champion Windows. He presented an all-around, “I'm here to help you. And if this is the right option for you, then we'll figure it out. And if it's not the right option for you, you'll know after this visit that it's not.”

Over 9 months ago we signed a contract for all windows and doors in our home. Still only partially completed. Very poor to almost no communication. Due to relocating for work we need to sell our home. The windows and door that still need to be finished are not even in production yet. I want to cancel part of the project. I wanted to cancel the part of the contract not complete and was told no. They promise to write a letter for whoever buys out home. The letter would promise buyer that Champion would complete the contract.

All my windows are Champion windows. I bought just a few at a time because they're cost-prohibitive, but I wouldn't have anything else. They keep out the heat in the summer and insulate the house in the wintertime, too. Recently, I purchased an 83 x 62, a 39 x 53, and another 36 x 40. The person I dealt with was the manager and he was pretty aggressive. Because I was a returning customer, he offered me the percentages off that they usually do.

The salesperson and the installers were really nice. But it's been a long, slow process. I got handprints on my white wall. I like the windows except there's a flaw in my big picture window. It's in my kitchen and now I see it every time I look at it. It's like a little spot in the glass. So I'm not super happy. Also, they forgot two screens and I'm still waiting on them because they're gonna bring them when the door is in. It's hard to get through to them to even ask when my door is coming. So it's been frustrating.

We got quotes from three or four different companies and Champion was the best value as far as quality windows with a competitive price. They were expensive but the quality is good. Also, the installer did a great job. He cleaned up after himself, got everything installed efficiently, and wasn't bothersome, noisy, and dirty.

Everybody at Champion was awesome and I'm really happy with the windows. The price sucked, but you can tell the windows are a higher dollar.

The salesperson was very knowledgeable and so was the installer. We had windows installed and the installation was good. I'd tell others to give Champion a try.

Everybody was very professional and considerate. They didn't have their shoes on or they put paper down. Then, they cleaned up good and they fixed everything. Also, everything looks really nice and the quality appears to be great.

We made the unfortunate decision to make a purchase of two windows from Champion at the end of May/beginning of June 2021. When the salesperson showed up, after discussing the need to keep cold and dry air out of our basement in the Winter time and hot and humid air out of the basement in the summer time, we settled on purchasing horizontal sliders for our basement as the best option for those purposes. In no way, shape or form were we informed that these would come with an open weeping channel that would run the risk of either intentionally or defectively defeating the purpose of the purchase as was discussed.

I was looking to have my garage door replaced with two double doors and some windows and Champion Windows was the best financial option for me. It took a long time for the products to get in but once they were, we were able to set up an appointment and they got it done. The people who came were really nice and very easy to work with.

I purchased double-hung windows and the installation went really well. It took the installers two days ‘cause there were quite a few windows and it was quite cold outside. So far, the windows they put in are excellent to me. They’re a lot better than the ones I had. It's staying warmer in the house.

I've had Champion siding and windows. What I like about the company is that they come and they do what they say and you get a good quality product. This time I got sliding windows. The installer was on time and the installation wasn't more than one day.

It was great with the installers. They did the installation of the first set of windows in one day as they had planned. I have a second set coming in and they're gonna come back.

The Champion sales guy was very friendly, gave us lots of information and worked with us. He was great. I was not here for installation, but my husband was and he said that it went well. My only grievance is that there was a bunch of things moved, which is fine. I understand that that needed to happen. But then, there was debris left out from the installation. Just a lot of the things that had been moved did not get put back. I don't know if that was in the installation agreement, but that was my one, "Okay" that could have been more helpful if that had been communicated better. But there was communication along the way regarding updates.

The concrete was poured wrong, left an overhang that needed to be fixed. They left the transom glass missing for two months without any temporary covering, allowing bugs to move into the area. They finally finished, but realized it had the wrong number of windows. The windows wouldn't close correctly (the two panes would not align correctly when closed, resulting in air/water leak). After I inspected, and pointed out the issue with the wrong number of windows they came in to replace the wall that had wrong number of windows. They broke other parts of the sunroom while replacing the wall.

We got one big open window and a patio door from Champion and I haven’t gotten to enjoy it much. It’s in the summer cottage so I won’t know a whole lot more until I get to use it a bunch. But I was happy with the look of it when they installed it. The sales rep and the installer were both great and easy to communicate with. Champion had a good product, fair pricing and was easy to work with.

The rep was wonderful. I knew exactly what I wanted and he didn't take over a few minutes. We got four window replacements upstairs. Then, this past December 21, they came back and replaced all my windows. I'm really pleased with the windows. I recommend Champion.

The windows were supposed to be on sale but I don't think they were because they were expensive. The reps called and said the factory had the order and then, they called and made an appointment to come out and put them in. I had to leave for a while and the guy was respectable. So, I didn't worry about it. It was probably only three weeks between the whole thing. The rep was nice, fast and did a good job. The windows look good and I'm super happy with them. You get what you pay for.

Getting the windows went easy and the installers were in and out in no time. The windows work well. We like them.

My sister purchased Champion Windows, and she was quite happy with them. She had two in her house that she had problems with, and they came back right away and took care of the situation. It's hard to find somebody that does that. I had 19 windows, and they should have taken three days, but that's not what they chose to do. They did a two-day job and did a great job on the trim work. The windows are also very good, but some of their installation was not what I would consider the greatest ever. I spent $20,000 and the people that were here worked hard, but they pushed them too hard. When they put caulk on the inside, they took one day to caulk, ran it across but didn't take into account that many times caulk has bubbles in it. When the bubbles break, guess what? The air comes in your house then you have to do that yourself.

We bought some windows from Champion a couple of years ago. It was five windows to finish out what we already started. They came back and finished with the rest. We liked the price point at the time. But when they put in the windows, it comes inside quite a ways. So, it covers up a piece that goes around just before the trim. So, there's no way I could take it out and refinish it if I wanted to. Other than that, well done.

Anybody that came out to our house to do anything with the windows was always very professional. The gentleman that came out, took out all the stuff and showed us how the light shone down, showed us how the windows work when we first got them. He did an awesome job. When I looked out, when the snow was in the window, there was nothing down inside of them. And that’s nice because they won't get down inside there and mildew. I can't wait to get my other windows up.

I had my living room windows put in. My other windows sweated while these don't, and I can just touch them. And they're not that cold. I'm happy with it.

Champion's demonstration of the effectiveness of their windows is what sells their windows. They have a good salesperson. Also, their people that work do the job. They're very careful, clean, and quick. We did three windows and two doors. They did all of that in one day. We love the new windows.

We replaced the bay window and two other windows. The reps worked with us very well or got what we needed and got it where we could afford it. We ran into some problems, but the guy that put the windows in worked right through that. Champion did a great job and I surely would use them again.

I called Champion snd they came out and gave me a bid. Before it was all over, I had them replace every window in my house, including a garden room that had 11 windows and four window doors. I had the same salesman for all of my windows because we did it piecemeal because of cost. But he was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very willing to work with us. He was great. The installers would call and tell me that they had my windows ready. Then they would show up and put them in. I could not believe how fast they did this. They also cleaned up after themselves. I've been really happy with Champion. In fact, I have moved to a townhouse, and now I've replaced all the windows in there and they've done a fantastic job.

We felt Champion's was a super good product with a good warranty, yet not so over the top. My son could afford it. The windows look nice, too. We went to put the first payment down and I tried to get CHamnpion to email a receipt and it didn't come through. Also, my son is waiting for one to be replaced. He came home and one already has a crack in it. The glass is cracked. But getting it replaced was not a hassle either. The lady called him and he talked to the lady. He's all set up for that.

We got double-hung, regular vinyl windows. Everything went good. The installers did a good job and it was painless.

Thirty year old home. Windows were fogged and leaking. I checked several local suppliers and found that good quality windows were on order and delivery time was unavailable. Installers varied as well as install prices. I made an appointment with Champion's competition company and got a no show and no call back. I called Champion Windows and made an appointment for a sales rep. Michael arrived on time and well prepared. Explained the difference in their product v/s others and what products they had to offer. My wife and I selected the windows of choice and Michael measured the existing windows for replacement. He then called Portland for price and availability. We received a one time quote for windows and installation. Approximate time of delivery and install was given at this time.

The rep explained everything. She told me a few things that Champion does that other companies don't. She gave us a ballpark figure time of when the installation was going to be done. Champion did it within that timeframe. The techs were very professional and they came through. They explained to us how the windows worked and what the process was. They cleaned up after themselves.

We had all the windows in our house replaced. We had to replace all the window sills and the trim around the windows also. Our Champion representative was very nice and we liked him. The workers were really nice and very efficient too. They did a nice job. But there was an issue with one of the windows. The screens were not available when they put them in. We got a note saying they were going to get upgraded screens. We still have no screens for any of the windows at this point. We’re going on almost two months from when the windows were installed. We've not heard about when those screens are going to appear. Right now, we don't need them. It's cold outside and we're not going to be opening our windows anytime soon. But at the same time, that's an interesting little facet there. Other than that, we're really pleased.

I would suggest that you do not use Champion Windows based on the experience I continue to have with them. Normally I do not write review until a project is over but in this case I need to make an exception. I will break this into 3 parts starting with why I chose them over competitors, the good I have experienced, and the bad. First I interviewed 3 different window companies to replace windows on my residential house for a total of 15 windows. All companies came out on time, gave great presentations, and were priced about the same. I decided to go with Champion for 3 reasons even thought they were about $2000 higher than the next person I would have gone with. The offered a one-time transferrable warranty if I sold my house, the quality of the window seem a little better, and they had been in business for 60 plus years.

Champion's price was cheaper. Their rep was very polite, professional and helpful. Also, the installers were very efficient. The windows make the place look nice.

I did four windows with Champion and the quality of the windows is nice.

Champion contracted to complete a sunroom at my home in May 2021 and took a $17,000 deposit. They told me there would be a delay in completing the project due to supply issues related to Covid. However, 7 months later, and only after I chased them around quite a lot, they advised that they "did not do" the kind of project that they contracted for, and advised they would refund my deposit. However they refused to pay interest on my money held under false pretenses for over 7 months.

I had the windows and a storm door put in. I like them. Go to Champion.

I liked the quality of Champion's windows. Also, they were a lot more reasonably priced than Andersen or Pella. Champion redid my whole house. I did it over the course of three years. I had the bedroom windows done the first year. I had a bay window and patio sliders done the second year on a sunroom. And this year, I had another seven windows in various areas of the house replaced. I'm very happy with them. In all three cases, they did a great job. They were good about communicating. They showed up when they said they would. It all went really well. I was very pleased dealing with them.

The ones that I did the paperwork with were nice. And the two guys who came and put in the windows were fantastic. They were friendly and hardworking. They showed up in every kind of weather. They were out there freezing and I felt so bad. I tried to get them in to warm up and they said, “No, no, we got to work.” It was a great experience all the way around. Everybody was pleasant and knew their stuff. We love the windows. Yesterday, it was cold outside but the windows keep it warm in that room and it's just like a warm day. So, we can go out there and sit and we would think it was 75 outside but it's not. We were in the 30s yesterday. That's how nice the windows are.

Don’t use them!! We had 13 windows replaced that are leaking, we see water dripping on the inside. We have been trying for over 6 months now to get Champion to fix it and they don’t answer, don’t call you back, pawn it off on someone else, tell you it’s an insurance claim then nothing happens…. We have been calling every other day with nothing. Even had one of their reps hang up on my husband. We now have soft walls around the windows and our trim is pulling away from the wall from warping.

We purchased our windows in 2006. They had a lifetime warranty for the same homeowner. Decades later, we were experiencing moisture between the panes. It was likely due to a small ding in the pane. The company was located on Long Island at the time of purchase, but was no longer there in 2021. We located them in Cincinnati, OH and they said they will certainly honor the warranty. Theodore came to our home to measure and order the replacement window. When the window replacement came in, he was the same gentleman who installed it. He was on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Will definitely recommend Champion to friends and family.

We installed the first half of our Champion windows two years ago and this year, we installed the other half. There is one screw missing with the patio door which was installed two years ago. I asked the crew who came to install the new one this year to put that screw. They said, “We don't have it. We'll send somebody to fix it.” But they didn't send anybody. So the patio door needs to be checked. I won’t recommend Champion to anybody else. They have good windows, a good installation team, but their after-service is not reliable.

The lady convinced me it was a good product, but I haven't got my screens yet so I'm not completely satisfied. They told me I will receive them in May and that I could put them in for myself but after paying $12,000, I'm not interested in putting them in myself. Champion should get their products to people in a quicker timeframe.

I've used Champion before and they did really good work. I've had them install a sunroom on a previous house and a sunroom on this house. The workers were awesome. Everybody associated with the program was really good. The only thing was that they could have called me when the inspectors were coming. I missed the inspector twice. But overall, Champion has good value for the price and reliability and trust in the workmanship.

I had my backdoor replaced by Champion. The guy who came out to give me an estimate was very thorough on showing me the different types of windows. He took the time to show me everything and was very upfront on the cost. It's a nice back door. The two guys that installed it were very good about what they were doing and didn't waste time.

We liked the way our experience was. It was just the time delay of getting the windows in was the issue. The installation seemed forever because of the COVID. We ordered in May, and we got the windows put in the first of November. They were supposed to come in August. Another time, the fellow ordered the right windows, but they had too many grids in them. I called and he was very caring. He made sure that he had everything down. So, he reordered. We had a lateral one on the top, and it didn't have grids in it. And there was a delay. He said it was because of the lack of shipping. But we were pleased with the rep that we had. He was on track with things. And when we sent in an issue, he reordered. Also, the gentlemen that the rep chose for installation was very capable. We will probably order more windows from Champion in time and we want the same installers. I appreciate the representative giving us good help on that.

I would give a 0 if it was possible. We ordered, signed a contract, and paid 50% for windows and a double front door on March 12, 2021. Champion as been out twice and measured our windows wrong both times, causing a reorder. Some of our windows were finally installed mid September 2021. We have tried to get a response as to when we will get our other windows and front door, promises that the GM would contact us multiple times, never has happened. We asked if we could cancel our front doors, we were told that we would be penalized financially 30% of the price of the doors. We were told it would take 8-10 weeks from the March date for installation.

The sales guy was very knowledgeable, except for the financing part. Champion says they’re 0% financing and then the customer to pay so much upfront. After installation, the customer starts paying interest. But then Champion says, “Oh, we're gonna finance you. And in 30 days, the finance company will finance you and you start paying them immediately. And it's with interest.” So they contradict themselves. The sales guy didn't understand that. He even put me on the phone with somebody else. They tried to explain it away. But bottom line is, it’s not free financing for three months. It's free financing until GreenSky kicks in within 30 days, then you start paying interest. But overall, I'm very satisfied with Champion. I've looked at the windows since they were replaced and they look fine. Champion told me I have within a year to get 50% off in any other windows I want to be done.

I had Champion come out and do some windows on a house that I owned previously. This time, it’s windows siding and gutter. Everybody was very nice and professional. Only the windows have been done so far. One window was supposed to be clear instead of frosted. But they're supposed to take care of that. The windows that I've got now are better than the ones I had on the other house. So, they have made advancements. I've told several people to give Champion a call.

We utilized Champion's services for some product many years ago and had such great success and luck with them that we invited them back in to look at some new window projects that we had. We were confident that we had the right company. All started with the salesperson that was very knowledgeable, informative, and was still with the team. I appreciate the Champion team exceeding our expectations once again. We intend to have them back for some more window work this spring.

When Eric, our sales guy, came out, he explained the whole process to me and got us on a schedule. A week later, our windows were measured. About six weeks after that was when we got the windows fully installed and the installation went very smoothly. The installers were nothing but respectful. With the older windows, I could hear a little bit of everything my neighbors were doing. Now, I love the fact that I can't hear my neighbors anymore. I have a little bit more of that privacy, both inside and out.

Champion Windows helped me with two sets of windows, and I really like it. I have two houses, and that’s why I continue to go with their company. The one who sold me the windows was a young man, and for his age, he was very knowledgeable of their company. I didn't like his manager, but I liked the honesty in the young man, and I told him not to change that for anyone. The install was good too. So far, I've been happy with the way the windows look on my house, and the quality where it doesn't get frosty. I can’t hear too much outside as well.

The gentleman who came out to our house happened to be the sales manager at the Champion location in Cincinnati. He came out to design a sunroom for us at first. We decided to go with a whole set of windows around our entire house so he came out a second time. We also visited the showroom and we were very pleased with his thorough explanation. So it was really the customer service, and the quality of the window that were apparent to us. Also, the installers were outstanding in every way. They worked with us to retrofit the windows to a 100-year-old house. They had to do some finagling with that a bit to get the windows to the level that they needed to be. But it created a great product.

The patio door from Champion looks nice and I like it. The installation took an hour and I was 100% satisfied.

I looked for somebody that would be local and Champion Windows is local. A couple of the other outfits seem like middlemen. They would come in here then they would hire somebody else out to put the windows in, and they bought the windows from somebody else. Champion makes their own windows. I looked at five or six different operations and Champion looked more affordable and it was a good product. The rep was cool. He was very detailed and went over all the nuts and bolts to the operation.

Champion had the best bang for the buck. We also like the fact that they start to finish. We did all window replacement in our house. It was excellent. We were very pleased. Everything seems good. There was one little screen that had some issues and they replaced that right away.

I was getting some estimates and the quality for the price and the knowledge of the representative that came out to present them from Champion was far better than any others that I had come in. I did three windows with Champion and it took a little longer than I anticipated, but they were in before winter. The wind doesn't blow through the windows and the installers did a great job. I'm very pleased with how the whole process happened.

Champion is the only provider that has the window with the patio door with the doggie door in it. The sales and installment were pretty good. I would call them back again.

I had great experience with Champion. John, the sales rep, was awesome. He deserves a raise. He wanted to go through the background of Champion. I have some specialty windows, so I needed somebody to be able to do that and Champion was able to do it. I also got a way better price out of them than I did with another company. It's not an instantaneous process though because they have to measure and make the windows especially for me. I didn't know that before because I've never put windows on a house before. It took about three months before they go through the whole process which was a little longer than I would have hoped but it's been worth every penny. They were pretty efficient in getting the windows installed once they were here. I had them put windows in my whole upstairs and they got them all in in one day. I've been real happy with them so far. They make my house look so much better.

The professionalism, fast and courteous service and getting in and out and cleaning up was excellent. I would absolutely go with them. Everything was good.

Everything went well with Champion. The rep was good. He answered all my calls and my questions. I like my Champion door. It's nice. They installed it correctly so it functions well. They did a good job. I recommend Champion.

I liked the deal that Champion was offering and the salesman didn't try to oversell me on anything. He was straight to the point, real honest, and forward about it. Then, he demoed the windows that he had in his truck. It was so much better than some windows you can buy and replace on your own and it fit in my budget. A guy came out a week after I got the estimate and he measured. Then, I got a call two weeks later that the windows were in and that they could install them the following day. It was incredibly fast. They got them all installed in one day and they came back two days later and did the trim around the outside. From the day that I got the estimate from the salesperson to the day that the windows were installed, it was 30 days. I like the windows a lot. It's a better picture looking outside. It’s clear and it keeps the house cool. And they look good, too.

The Champion rep that came here and sold me the window was very nice. He told me that the windows can keep the heat and the sun out and keep the house warm. I jumped for that because that's what I want. But I want a picture window and we went through the whole detail. He showed me that it would be to my advantage and it was nice so I decided I would go ahead and get it. I started in April and they put in the windows in July. It took quite a while. I kept calling them wanting to know what had happened and they said they had to make the windows. It took a while to get them in. But other than that, I love the finished product so far.

I had Champion change out windows for a house I just purchased. The sales rep was wonderful, and installation went smoothly. The quality is good too.

The sales rep was very good. The installers did a great job, too. So far, I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of the products.

We are in the waiting process of getting two new windows and complete siding, insulation/wrap and new gutters, soffit and shutters and also trim in the all the windows and doors and shop garage door on our home here in East Tennessee. Now we did the quote in May and we are waiting out the lead times of mid September for the windows and around November for the other exterior upgrades. I will follow up on that when it occurs.

We had a sales rep come out and he was punctual as well as very informative. He showed us an example of the product and we loved it in comparison to what we had seen before. The product is amazing in comparison to other brands, and the price comparison for what you're getting is phenomenal. Also, Champion has great installation crews. They worked very well, and there were no hiccups in the install. Everything was done very professionally.

We recently had a sliding patio door with a dog door in it and two windows installed. The crew was putting the patio door in, and it was a little bit difficult. It had been custom-made and they had to go out of their way quite a bit to get it to fit. But it came out nicely. I like them really well. It's just what we needed.

The sales rep was professional, and he knew what he was talking about. We discussed which window would be better, because we were getting double windows and the thing was buy one, get one free. We got a sliding double hung window and a picture window, and when the installers put them in, they were there all day. They showed up in the morning and they finished in the afternoon time. They did good, and they were very professional and friendly. Champion Windows's product is good and it's doing its job, but it's expensive.

I ordered doors in May 2020 which were not installed until Nov 2020. Installer damaged trim. With several calls and letters to the company it has not been corrected. The attempts they made included installation of mix matched wood around the door. Now at July 2021 my front door is without trim. They have removed the trim and white drywall is showing in my living room. Champion Windows and Doors will not respond to my messages or emails.

I purchased 20 windows, four doors, and the sunroom from Champion. The quality of the products is fantastic. It's all very good. The sales rep was really good. First, he came out about the sunroom. Then, after the sunroom was mostly built, I had him come out and I talked to him about the windows and the doors. He knew what he was talking about. He knew what we needed and ordered it. He had a lot of good suggestions.

There were nine windows that Champion replaced. The installation crew was very punctual and they cleaned up. They did a great job and the windows look fantastic. I've got more windows over at that property to replace so probably the end of the summer, I'll be giving them a call again to get those others taken care of.

I called Champion Windows and a gentleman came out. I told him he had to talk to my son to see what my son had to say. My son said that he’s dealing with Champion and he’s having no problem with them. He told me I'm not gonna have any problem with them either. I purchased the windows and did have a little problem. My first time I went to let the window down, there’s a thing on its side that came out. But one or two days after, the gentleman was there in the rain to fix it. Last month, my light bill was $75. When I got my light bill for this month, it's $111. I don't know the next month would it be lower or higher.

As far as the sales with Champion were concerned, it went fine. It took 45 minutes to go through everything and explained everything to us. When the gentleman came out to do the installation, he was very thorough and took good care of everything. The house and the windows look good. The appearance is much nicer than what the old windows were. I've noticed that as far as the air conditioning is concerned, the house stays cooler because it's not losing the air out to the windows that we were before. I've noticed also it seems to be a little quieter against the traffic that runs by. I'm well satisfied. In fact, I'm in the process of getting things they gathered up because I got three more windows that need to be done.

Dealing with Champion windows has been a nightmare from the minute we signed the contract. We were told 8-10 weeks until install, 12 weeks later we have not even received a call from Champion. When we finally got someone to return a call we were told the windows had not been order due to an internal error. At that point we requested to be released from the contract for non-delivery of service/product and Champion windows threatened us with a 30% penalty for canceling.

My brother-in-law told us about Champion so we went through them. They installed for us before and this time, they did windows. So far, the windows are okay.

Champion recently did the remaining windows that we had had all of the upstairs done several years ago. The new windows are a lot lighter. They're in the family room downstairs and in the garage. There was also a garden door put in going from the living room out to the deck. My wife loves all of them. I like Champion. We've had several other big projects done by them in the last couple of months so we're pretty loyal Champion customers. I've already recommended them to a couple of people who have used them.

The Champion Windows representative was very informative, courteous, and helpful in making the decision of going with Champion Windows. The same experience with the man that came to measure the windows. The window sample was good quality and has a great warranty. Waiting for them to be made and installed. So far experience working with Champion Windows has been great.

I had replacement windows a couple of years ago. Now am noticing the trim around the windows is buckling. Also when I went to repaint found out they used a non-paintable caulk on the interior of the windows and I have to scrape all the caulk out and replace with paintable caulk! Not impressed with the quality of the materials being used or the workmanship of the installation.

Everything went fine. The quality seems to be fine.

Champion came out for an appointment and that went well. We liked the product and the sales pitch worked. We ended up purchasing five windows and we did it on a zero interest for the first year plan. Champion closed the deal pretty quickly. Any time I had questions or concerns after, I reached out to their sales guy. He was super fast about connecting me to the right person or answering my questions. One installer came and he was nice. He did a good job. I like the windows a lot. Champion has excellent products and they provide quick and thorough service.

We had used Champion in the past and liked their product. We put the windows in this house for 15 years and had no problem with them. That was a reason why we chose to go with them this time. Both the salesperson and the installation crew were pleasant and easy to work with. We had to have a couple of things corrected after they were installed and they tried to come out as quickly as possible. They were able to fix what needed to be fixed.

My parents used Champion and liked them so we tried it. We used it a couple of years ago when we had all new windows and a new door put in. We used them again and had them put windows upstairs because ours broke. The seals were bad. The installation took a few hours and it was good.

We got a quote from Champion and they were a little higher than others, but with what the salesman said, my husband decided he would go with them. We've been well satisfied so far. The salesman was knowledgeable, showed us everything and did a good job. The installers did it all in one day. We've had a couple of problems but they've come and fixed that. They fixed a couple screens that had bowed, and they replaced a window that had got broken when they were coming down with it. We're liking the products. So far, so good.

I've used Champion Windows before for windows installation. I had them install some siding recently. So far, I'm pretty happy with it. The crew that did it was very good. They seemed very courteous and they did a good job. Also, the sales rep was knowledgeable.
