I had a whole front door section with big side windows, and the whole thing was literally disintegrating. My son came over and said it’s going to just fall either in the house or out on the porch and I have to do something. My neighbor recommended Champion and I couldn't have been more pleased. I was in shock when I found out what the price was. I was raised poor and I'm a tightwad so I paid on two payments and then went in but you get what you pay for. If it's cheap, it's gonna be a cheap product.
The three young men who did all the work here were an absolute delight. I wanted much everything but the glass to be steel and they did exactly as I wanted. The previous owner of the house that built it has all bulletproof glass and I didn't know this stuff until I moved into the house. I love the fact that now it's a permanent fortress. It was wonderful from start to finish. I am so pleased. No more bugs coming in through and it's just wonderful. I am so happy with Champion.

When the Champion salesperson sat down with me and we made the contract, they told me exactly when everything was due and what the installments were. I'm very impressed. I had text messages and calls from them. I had three different points of contact for different stages. If I had a question or wanted to know something, when I contacted them, they called me back within half an hour.
They did a 12-foot sliding patio door that was a weather-type and from the 1970s. I got several other bids, they Champion was $2,000 cheaper than my next closest estimate. The estimate that was $2,000 more wanted me to wait two months with plywood instead of a door to go through. They said because of having to order the door and measure it, they had to take it out first. I would have at least two months of just plywood there while they waited for it to be built, as opposed to the way Champion's process is. They told me, “You don't have to do that. You have your old door and it will keep you contained until we get the new one."" They also built it to my specs. They measured and remeasured a bunch so that they know it's gonna fit exactly. They said it was a one-day installation and did exactly the way they were supposed to. I'm really impressed, and I'm not easily impressed.
With Champion, customer service was perfect. They talked about all the products and they really know what they're doing. They have it down to a science as far as the mechanical parts of fixing, but also the sales and customer interaction part. They're the ones to go to. Don't even mess around with getting everybody else's estimate if it's for a patio door like this. They're probably really good for windows, too.

Champion helped with the installation of a large window. It was quite efficient and pretty much what I expected. They have a knowledgeable installation crew who knew what they were doing. Champion had the window and people who got it put in place and set up all the trim. Time-wise, it went well. It looked like it was going to drag out. All of a sudden, they had the window manufactured after a while, and very shortly after that, the window was here and installed. Champion is competitive in pricing, and overall, they're represented by a good product.

We had Champion out for an estimate on earlier work. This time, we had them install windows. They're very nice windows. The quality is good and we got them for a pretty good price. The installer was a really good guy. He went the extra mile.

Champion's customer service team was A-plus. It was the best experience I've ever had. The installation team was just as amazing. Everything from start to finish was above any expectation I had, from the sales guy to the manager who scheduled the appointment to the two installers. It was awesome.

Do NOT purchase siding from Champion - they do not honor their warranty - they take your money and then ignore you - when you call them out on it, they LIE to your face - totally unscrupulous business!!!

We do stand behind our warranty, and we always want our customers to feel taken care of. In this situation, the damage came from an outside impact, which isn’t covered under the manufacturer’s or labor warranty, so that’s why a repair quote was provided before work could be scheduled.
I’m happy to say we now have a crew in place, and your repair appointment is confirmed for December 2nd between 8–12. When we meet, we’ll review the warranty with you and walk through the repair plan so everything is clear and there are no surprises.

Updated on 04/12/2026: I am following up on our experience. While the quality of the sliding doors is very good, I am still incredibly frustrated. After paying over $12K and dealing with nearly a year of poor communication and delays, the regional manager offered a $200 gift card (less than 2% of the project cost) as compensation. After I refused, he "generously" upped it to $300. It feels like a slap in the face. I feel that a 10% discount ($1260) is a standard industry "goodwill" gesture and well within the realm of a fair settlement. Until Champion Windows values their customers' time as much as their deposits, I cannot recommend them.
Original Review: Rating: 1/5 Stars. Do not use Champion Windows. Our experience with a $14,000, two-panel patio door purchase has been an absolute nightmare, defined by egregious delays, complete lack of professionalism, and substandard product quality. We placed our order on June 11th. It took four and a half months (until October 27th) to receive just one of the two doors, and the project remains incomplete.
Communication is non-existent. The nightmare began in August when the install manager himself noted our initial "rush" order doors were horribly scratched and unfit for installation. Despite being promised a new rush order, my follow-up calls on August 25th, September 4th, and September 12th were all met with zero returned calls. Two months later, we finally received a call to schedule installation. The installer arrived only to deliver more bad news: he only brought ONE door. More critically, the single installed door is already defective:
The lock does not connect—a basic safety function that was clearly not checked by the installer.The door panel has multiple visible scratches on the exterior.
The exterior door handle is the wrong color (white on an almond door), which is unacceptable for a custom order at this price point.
Champion has demonstrated a profound disrespect for the customer's time and money. They delivered a defective, incomplete, and non-functional product months late after ghosting us for weeks. We are demanding a complete and immediate resolution, including waiving the final balance for the immense trouble caused. Save yourself the stress and choose another company.

I had purchased windows from Champion and had them install them. The person who came during the sales visit was friendly, very informative, and knew what he was talking about. Installation was great. Two guys came out. They were very professional and took care of business. They revisited each window to make sure everything was fine. They pointed out one issue as far as a ceiling situation was concerned, and without question, they did it and was done. They did a great job.

I would like to share my experience with Champion Windows. We had our windows replaced, 11 in total, done in April of 2024. Upon installation 1 window had seal failure, then while waiting many months for that to replaced another window failed. That window took a lot of back and forth to get them to replace it. During the first year with our windows, when washing the exterior of our house the following spring, we noticed every window caulking was covered in black mold. When we finally got them to agree that this was a botched installation and get them to repair this mess, it has taken months and 4 times of them sending a repair guy out and still my windows look like we hired a teenager to do the installation. I am sharing these photos to show the quality of work they did on my home, you can decide for yourself if Champion Windows is the company you would be proud to hire. We regret our decision. Rep texted prior to appt asking if all decision makers would be present, talked about deals that are only available day of, I said I wasn't keen on that strategy and high pressure tactics so if that was the case, we could probably cancel appt. He then proceeded to tell me "if that's the kind of deal you want, you should be shopping at Home Depot or Lowe's...I mean I'm just putting that on the table". This prompted quite a long text stream from him which I won't go into here. I rescheduled appt (requested a different rep). They were supposed to show up at 6pm on Nov 5. Nobody showed up, nobody called to let me know what was going on. I texted, no response, I texted again, no response. If I can't even get a professional rep to come out, I have to assume that's reflective of a company culture - high pressure sales, NOT customer centric.

We have Champion Windows in our previous home, they did a whole window package for us there, and we were very pleased with it. We love their work, so when we moved into this house, we automatically went to Champion.
This time, we got a window package, and the installation was quick. It was wonderful. Everything was smooth. The installers were professional, great, and very efficient. They cleaned up after themselves, so I have no complaints.
The quality of the window was great. There is a small hole in one of the screens that I did mention to the installers that he did take note of. I have not heard back if they were gonna replace that or not. But, overall, we were very satisfied with the customer service and everything.

I needed windows. I was going to pick two or three companies and get estimates. Someone from Champion came out and showed me the windows, how they tilted out which is what I wanted, told me about the screens, and everything about the window. He was very informative. The presentation was great. I really liked the idea that they're made here in the United States and also the warranty.
I went with them and the installer was amazing. He was a very nice gentleman. He said if there was anything that looked wrong, please let him know, and he would come back and redo it. He was very good, cleaned up everything, and hauled off the old windows. I couldn't be any happier.
The windows were top-notch. I was very impressed. Being older, it's sometimes hard to open a window. But these are not hard. It’s a joy. Cost-wise, they're not the most expensive but they're not the cheapest. But they were not outrageous.

We’ve also used Champion Windows before in a different home. We chose them this time because it was a better deal, and we had new windows put in for our current home. At the beginning, the sales representative did a pretty thorough job showing us the windows and how to work them.
After the windows were installed, the contractor showed us how to clean them and how to operate them. Everything was completed in two days. Champion did a quick job, and the overall quality was up to standards.

I had Champion Windows come to give me a quote on replacing the siding on my house, the sales rep measured my house and gave me a quote of 23k for vinyl siding, I told the sales rep I wanted to get other quotes, the price then came down to 21k then 18k, old siding was supposed to be removed, it was written in the contract, when subcontractor came 4 or 5 weeks later, I was told they do not remove the old siding, they just cover it up with new siding, I made them take 1K of the total price due to not removing old siding, when siding was complete there was one box of siding left over, two days after the job was done the subcontractor came back to my house and took the box of siding off my front porch that I had paid for, and told me he was told to come get or they would lower his pay by 1k, Champion windows is a crooked and unethical company that will rip you off, tell your friends and family do not use them for anything. I heard about Champion Windows and Home Exteriors on television and I knew they were a good product. They were also doing the buy one, get one free special. I bought about 20 new windows to replace all through my house and a kitchen patio door. They got them done very quickly all in one day. I'm also waiting for my front door to be delivered. I really like the quality.
I love the commitment Champion has and the guarantees behind them, that if anything goes wrong, they will replace screens or windows. I had hail damage with screen damage and they replaced the screen. My dog went through my kitchen screen door and they replaced that, too. It's excellent. My mom went with a company in Omaha and I told her about Champion. I've used different products in Omaha, too. I've been in my house for 30 years and so far, Champion ranks supreme above every other company I've used. The biggest selling point to me was they 100% stand behind their product.

I originally went with Lowe’s and had a problem. That’s why I contacted Champion. I purchased a sliding patio door, triple-pane. It was a custom size, and Champion makes all their stuff to fit the installation.
The timeline got extended a little bit. The first door came and it was the wrong size. They had to make another one, but it all worked out well. I got a good installation and they have a good warranty. This day and time, it’s hard to find somebody that will do good work for you. Everybody’s asking me about Champion, and I’ve recommended them if they want some work done. I like it a lot.

My window project was done in March of 2025 and it's been nothing but issues with quality, sloppy install, and difficulty getting issues corrected/still waiting on products to fix poor quality materials. On my install molding pieces are not straight/ not sticking to frame, razor blades in my flowers beds, uneven caulking that stayed dirty(finally corrected), sealant between the brick/windows not done right, trash left in window tracks, stickers left on the windows, and windows not cleaned. I asked questions about scuffed frames, scratches in the glass, bent molding, and safety latches that were unusable due to being in the window tact on install but I was told that would be a service issue!
Here it is Oct and I am still waiting on my complaints to be handled, I am the one calling to check on the progress of parts for the repairs with no initiating from this company to keep me informed. As a consumer I have been dissatisfied with the quality of this product and lack of follow up on repairs with this company lack of initiative to right what's wrong. This project was expensive and not worth the headache of dealing with this company!

We had a good experience with Champion Windows. Their guy showed up yesterday and didn't have to do much because their installers already did everything that he was supposed to do. But we love that Champion cared enough to send somebody here to inspect and make sure it was done and done right, and familiarize me and my wife with how to work the windows. Also, the installers were fast, efficient, and very clean. They put up plastic to keep the dust from going through the house. Kudos to them.

I have 44 windows, and we live in a particular zone in Colorado where we have to have a certain grade of window, and we pay double what it would cost in Virginia. It would be like $150,000. I got the Champion windows down to $80,000, and the quality is outstanding. Also, the warranty is a lot better than anything that’s offered around here locally. They cover everything except weather-related events because that’s covered by Homeowners Insurance. The installers were polite, efficient, and they kept things clean, and I liked that because I didn’t have to clean up after them and I didn’t have that kind of time.

I had Champion Windows put in a slider and a patio door for me seven years ago. I liked the way they were made, that they’re all made in the United States, and it’s all one company. This time, I had all my other windows replaced. Andrew went over everything and gave us a demonstration, showed us the windows, and explained everything. We’re happy with what he did. My neighbor came over too and got windows.
There’s a couple of things they got to come back for. One window was cracked, so they got to replace that. I ordered full screens and they only gave me half. It’s been five weeks. I called a few times when I had problems the day they put the windows and about the one that broke and the screens. I called Andrew at 9:00, and at 10:00, another person called me. He came by that afternoon and checked everything so he could reorder them.
The one thing I was not really happy about is they were subcontractors and they had no logo on their truck and trailer. They just told me they were with Champion. There was no type of ID that I would know for sure. But they did a good job. I told one of them about my kitchen window that won’t open right. He worked on it and got that one fixed, so it works good for me. I also told him that all the screens on the righthand corner aren’t fitting down in the slot like they should, and he fixed all of them.
I got seven windows in total, including a bay window and a kitchen window. It took them four or five hours. They had a good system that worked out. So far, I like the windows. It keeps the noise out. When it was warm, it was staying cooler inside and I didn’t even have the air on. Now I’ve got the heat on, and it seems to be staying a little bit warmer too.

If I could give a zero star, I would. They installed fine, but after 1 year the color COMPLETELY faded on three sides of my house (that receive sun) and it took 5 months for them to come and "evaluate" the issue. The service tech told me it would be replaced on those three sides. "Debbie" in Customer Service in Colorado Springs calls me to tell me to "Pressure Wash" it and that should solve the faded color problem.
Then proceeds to be extremely condescending and calls us liars when we told her the service tech told us it would be replaced. She sai,d "NO HE DID NOT!" We said, "YES HE DID!" And she got mad and told us not to yell. Um, lady when you call people liars and tell them to pressure wash faded color... then be condescending, you make people mad. We wasted $38,000 on siding not three years ago. "Lifetime Warranty" is A LIE, and this company is a FRAUD. They DO NOT stand by their warranty. They are liars and thieves.

I decided that if they want me to spend $2,000 for one window (I was told while scheduling $2,000 is the bare minimum they will go), and they are able to schedule me appropriately, even though I received the reminders from Champion about my appointment, and then I am told nobody is coming as if it isn't an issue, well, Champion does not need my business, and I will go with one of their competitors instead.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience experienced due to the scheduling mishap. I had a large bay window installed many years ago. We maintained them thoroughly and the two side windows had been replaced after many years because they became cloudy, and as per their guarantee, they were replaced. About the time of COVID, the 2 side windows started leaking at the bottom.. Champion gave me so many excuses that they didn’t have people trained to replace those, etc. They sent numerous people out to my house, said it was not a caulking issue, and the windows needed to be replaced.
YEARS later….still no replacement- a discoloration started appearing on the inside wood framing that the vinyl windows rested upon due to the water leakage.. I had another 3-4 visits from Champion, where they said they were going to replace the windows and to get someone to fix the wood. Eventually they did replace the windows ( which don't work very smoothly now, but refused to live up to their promise of fixing the wood. So now I am stuck with this discoloration of my beautiful wood (I have it marked off by blue tape).Very disappointed in them. I sure wish I would have had them sign something (in retrospect) of their promise to repair the wood.

Champion's selling points were the value, the quality product, and their price. I had spoken to Pella and Window World, and I knew about Andersen, too. I didn't wanna pay that much for those three, so I zeroed in on Champion. It worked out. I was completely satisfied with the quality of work. In fact, I'm gonna pay off my windows early and get some more. Aside from the good salesman service, the people being courteous and on time, and the communication being very good, what really pleased me, too, was that the area where I had all my windows replaced, the cool air is evenly distributed so I don't have hot pockets in the rooms anymore by the windows. It's really made a huge difference.

Years ago, we needed to replace all the windows in the house. We got estimates from several companies, and we were most impressed by Champion. We went with them again. Once you get started with the process, it goes really quickly and very well. It just took a while to get started. It would have been wonderful if it had been done sooner. Overall, they have a great product. As far as pricing, Champion is one of the more expensive ones but you get what you pay for. I'm very impressed with the quality of the product, and the warranty on the windows is great. I had to have most of them replaced a few years ago, and it was not a problem.

They said that there was a lifetime warranty. When I called for repairs, they said that we did not have a lifetime warranty. Even though that is one of the main reasons to go with Champion. They don't back their product.

We started working with Champion in May of 2025. We ordered several windows and doors. After 2 different measurement appointments we made it to installation day for our windows. 4 of the windows were the wrong size. 2 of them were not up to code. We were assured this issue would be addressed. After a third measurement appointment, we were told that when our windows were installed no caulk was put around the outside to seal them. We were told that issue would be addressed as well. It is now September. We still do not have our doors from the original order.
The 4 windows that were wrong have not been replaced. The framing on the outside of the windows remains uncaulked allowing water in around the sides. I have attempted to reach out to champion repeatedly with little to no success. Communication with our local team has been almost non-existent. Working with champion has been a mistake and I would advise others to look elsewhere.

I have Champion 365 windows that have developed infiltration between the panes. For the last 4 days I have attempted to place a repair order. No one responds. Agents do not answer their customer service line. Voice messages have been left. No response. Call backs have been requested. No response. Online service requests have been filed. No response. As mentioned in the review title, Customer Service is Non-Existent!

I am located in West Florida. I would 100% NOT recommend Champion Windows. They are able to take payment (June 2025), not communicate with me. and basically blow me off, but I can't get out of it because I have a contract and I have to continue to deal with them. Here we are in September and I still don't have windows even though I was told 6-8 weeks. I have to call and jump through hoops to get any information. I would rather pay 2x what Champion is charging than dealing with them. If this is the type of communication with a sale... I can just imagine what it will be if I have a warranty issue down the road. DO NOT BUY from Champion Windows and home Exterior.

While I like the overall appearance and quality of the actual windows themselves, I have had numerous customer service related issues including: Initial error while providing me my quote which I signed.... Despite the salesman checking with a supervisor, it was written up incorrectly and my bay window couldn't be replaced as they quoted me and came back with a higher price which I refused to accept because it was their error. It was resolved but with a lot of time and effort on my part to find regional supervisors who actually helped. Work itself was relatively well done with a couple of sloppier caulking areas that I asked the installers to clean up before they left as I was inspecting my job.
Fast forward to about 17 months after my windows were installed - a broken pane which is likely due to extreme weather changes/cold winter etc - sounds easy to fix right? Wrong!!! Regarding the window repair, a service ticket was initiated late January and here it is September and it's not fixed - multitude of problems including a measuring error on the part of a tech who was here in February that was discovered in June when the tech went to install the new pane. There have been what I perceive as lies told, excuses made, lack of communication, failure to follow through and I was assured a repair today as the first appointment from 8-12 due to a work commitment and that didn't happen so once again I wait for hopefully a repair next Friday. I'd sadly never recommend this company to anyone. In fact, I had a neighbor ask based on how it looks and I told him stay away from Champion!

I had a sunroom built for me by Champion and we had a fairly good experience until my room began to leak, room began to separate from my home and walls they constructed started separating from the roof they put on. I have been calling for a month and a half and have never received a call back from anyone. Customer service has been nice and they try to contact and come back to tell me the person is not answering their call. This is not acting in good faith to their warranty and I would have to advise people looking to go with Champion to rethink and look at other companies that can provide better customer service.

We had gotten 5 estimates for replacement windows and seen the pitch for "what you're looking for", well I was looking for Champion Windows. Great product and well built. They were on the high side of my 5 estimates, but the quality justified the price. My factory Representative was Robert ** and he was very knowledgeable and prepared. He had a trainee along for the ride, so seeing him close a deal was a great motivator. They came by and measured all my windows for installation accuracy and informed me of my responsibilities. It’s been over a year. There is not enough space to write ALL THAT’s WRONG! They ignore your phone calls! 8 months and ONLY DUE TO RECALL did we get them out. Screens weren’t even close so large so they made new to fit laying them in our concrete driveway to work on. No tarp, no anything. They are white aluminum and NOW SCRATCHED. Our automatic blinds were put in so they had to work with them. Jeff our blinds guy was on the phone with them to explain and said he could be out in less than an hr. No they didn’t have time for that. Keep in mind they were told REPEATEDLY make sure you have clean Hands! Yeah, yeah was their response. One guy told Javier DON’T sit anything on those counters there Brand New! I’m on my way home back in to unload groceries and open my door to HUGE ALUMINUM SHARD MESS!
Right at my back step they cut not at their van down the drive or truck in street at my steps chunks of aluminum and a GLITTER BOMB tracking EVERYWHERE IN MY HOUSE! Called Javier who blamed the other guy and I informed Mess needs cleaned! Okay be out. Blinds are DIRTY, crank fell off in my hand and I spent hours vacuuming up the aluminum mess. My spouse said I didn’t think I needed to sit and follow them around? He was literally in view of kitchen watching Tv. The whole process of these windows has been one issue after another the lying, Yes straight up Lied! The total lack of DISRESPECT for our home!
If I had been home & seen this they would have worn booties, a tarp put down. Wait for the blinds guy. Make them wash hands right in front of me and def NO CUTTING AT MY BACK DOOR. This is how they do their Customers. They left the biggest mess and screens still aren’t correct! I would NEVER advise anyone to do business with these guys.

My daughter-in-law used Closet World. The person who installed it was very good, but the person who came in just did us wrong. We had negotiated on the price, and then after that, he came back and said notches were not included. So, we paid an extra $200 for that. And then when the installer came in, there were no notches on the board, and he did not know anything. So, he called his supervisor, the supervisor called the designer, and the designer said that we did not pay for that. But the guy came in a second time for us to pay that and it showed on the paper, too.
The designer called back and changed his story when the supervisor called him. He said that I paid for the belt rack and then the tie rack, which was not true. Even the installer saw on the original invoice that it was included. They did not want to come back because it was going to be a waste of time, and the supervisor wanted to refund me the $200, which they did. But that was not what it was about, and I wanted the notches.
So, finally, he told the installer to cut the notches. The installer did it, and I said that it was going to work. I do not need to be at 100% beautiful, which would have been nice. So, I worked with them. The installer was super nice and thanks to him, everything went perfectly. The result is amazing and I was very pleased.

I was researching on the internet and read all the customer reviews on there, also looked at pricing versus other groups and quality of work, and that's when we chose Champion. The process of picking out the windows is easy. Most of them were double-hung, but we have one sliding window and one that rotates out. We also got a new back door with a full glass panel. Robby was our salesperson, and he was excellent, explained pricing.
Then when they came, they did it all in one day. They were very quick, efficient. The foreman came in, told us how they would be doing it and where they would start. If they ran across something, he would come in and just check with us what to do about it. Where there were rotted places, they fixed those. He kept me informed all day what they were gonna do next. They even cleaned up nicely inside. They did quality work and the products are excellent. My main concern with getting new windows was because the others had just gotten cloudy and we couldn't see outside and they looked awful, but these are beautiful. We are hoping that our power bill will go down now because they're sealed so nicely.

I do not give to many reviews but for this I will. We purchased July of 2024 the price Hight but we wanted a company that stood behind a product. So after they were installed we needed to clean the windows that's when we noticed scratches most between the glass being 3 pieces sandwiched together. I called and someone came out a few weeks later. They put in an order for 5 new windows. The order sat... And when I called in the end of September they placed it. I got a call in November telling me the windows would not be in until December. So we left our home for the winter. 3 days after leaving they called to tell me windows were finished.. I made an appointment in April to have them installed. We'll It's now end of July and they still can not make a window without scratches, fingerprints or black flakes between the glass.... Besides them wasting my time and and taking my money... I'm done with them... Upstairs windows will be Andersen!!!!

The product is good, but the customer service is beyond awful. I have called and left 3 messages over the past 13 weeks (I waited the 10 weeks they said it would take them to build the replacement window) and have yet to receive a return call from Shannon. They claim to have a lifetime warranty, but if you cannot contact anyone, it is useless. I would NOT recommend anyone use this company for any purpose.

NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER USE CHAMPION SUNROOMS!! We have learned the hard way. It what’s been a horrible nightmare dealing with them. The salesman downright lied to us and made several mistakes (that we can prove). The building supervisor chooses to ignore our requests for communication, despite being told by his boss to touch base with us weekly. We did request to be told how much it would cost us to get out of our contract and cancel it, but never received an answer back. And, if you opt to use Champion’s financing option (which they will push), all of the money is given to them before the project is even completed.
Champion cares NOTHING about customer service and cares only about profit. Our neighbors are all stunned at how long this project is taking. Champion wanted us to place signs in our yard while they worked on our sunroom and that has definitely backfired on them. Bottom line - STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM CHAMPION AS YOU POSSIBLY CAN.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with any remodeling work done on my 100+ year old house. Windows were to be finished May 2024, but work was not completed until April 2025. Dave ** was a nightmare to work with. We had all window coverings removed and thrown out when they came to install the new windows, but windows didn't fit, so we had uncovered windows for almost 1 year. They came back so many times to replace the windows that I lost track. At least 6-7 times because the windows that they ordered were the wrong size, and we had to wait at least 8 weeks for new windows to be shipped each time.
You would think when they make an error they would fast-track your replacement order - but they don't! (We moved furniture/rugs for them to work every time and we are not spring chickens.) One time a large window cracked after they installed it so we had another 8 week wait to get a replacement. We ordered the wood window trim, but they never could get that installed, so we had to have wood trim installed and painted ourselves. I will never work with this company again, or let anyone I care about work with them. It is too bad because the windows are nice, but the service was absolutely too awful.

Pros: I had Champion Windows and Doors do some work on my house last May. They put in new windows which are better than the ones that were there but I wish they kept the house warmer than they do. They replaced my which is now beautiful and the gentleman that built it were very nice. Cons: I had siding put on and there has been issues with it shortly after it was put on. I am still working with their representative on this. He is nice and has been helpful but he can't even get the company to respond. I would NOT recommend using this company for siding. It also took my pestering the company for my friend several months to receive her check for referring me. There is a house in my neighborhood that had Champion put siding on their house a month after mine and they are having the same problem.

As I had hoped, my review did result in my finally getting a call from the installation manager. He explained the delays in my job and apologized for my not getting the correct phone number. I am still looking to get this siding install done, so stay tuned. I upgraded my review to 4 star as I now have more hope of this project coming to a completion. That being said, the originally salesman should have known the product I selected can't be installed vertically, and it just should not be this hard to get a job scheduled.

I am in the Upstate of SC. I ordered my siding months ago but as it turns out the product I ordered could not be installed vertically; the salesman was very personable and seemed to know his products, but he didn't know this detail. Several weeks ago we got that part straightened out, but after a dozen calls and texts, I am still unable to get an install scheduled. They have my initial deposit as well as money released from the finance company. I have told them multiple times it should not be this difficulty; I should not have to be making many calls in order to get scheduled.
The man in charge of scheduling, Paul **, doesn't answer his phone and I have not been able to leave him a voice mail. The next guy I was told to call, Doug **, never returned my calls after leaving two voice mails. Deborah ** did return my call, but she still needs for Paul to reach out to me, and so the saga continues. Perhaps some bad reviews will help motivate them. Next will be BBB and then legal action, but hopefully won't come to that.

The people who came to install the 11 windows were awesome. They got here around 12:00 noon and were finished a little before 5:00. They didn’t just knock one window and replace it before moving on. Instead, they knocked them all and then installed the new ones. That's as much air in my house has ever had any. They were very organized, and I think that’s why it didn’t take long. They had already done the prep work and were ready to put the windows in.
Champion gives excellent service as far as the windows go. For me, it was just a little bit more expensive than what I expected.

Champion installed my windows a couple of years ago. They did it in one day, and it wasn’t bad. The windows are good quality, and I like them.
About three weeks ago, I also had a screened in porch done by Champion. They finished it in two days. I called them today because the spring on the door needs to be replaced, and they’re supposed to send someone out next week.

My husband called Champion and they made a presentation which took a minute or two. We got a door and they came to install it. The door is nice and pretty but it was squeaking a little bit. Also, it’s an expensive door.

The rep showed me the pros and cons and presented what was available. They were very knowledgeable. And Julio, the installer, was very professional and his co-worker seemed efficient. They worked well together. As for the quality, I have a tiny fleck of imperfection on one door and it was the paint job. They also forgot this one thing about the caulking. But these things are not a big deal for me.

This was my second time working with Champion Windows. The first time they installed half the windows, and I came back for the other half which is eight more windows.
The installation team did a fantastic job, but there were a few things that needed to be redone, and they came out right away and took care of them.
I got the triple-pane windows, they're very heavy, quality and nice. I had a screen that I couldn't get to work on the sliding glass door last time. I took it out. It was wintertime and I don't know if my dogs bumped it. And I told them about it, and when they installed the second set, they fixed it with no charge.
The thing that worries most people nowadays is heating costs. I bought this house and whoever built this did a very good job. I've never gone over $125 for a heat bill in the winter even though it's February. Adding these windows will probably help even more. Even this year, I went over $125. I'm a senior, I'm 63 and a vet and I want to make sure that I'm about to retire here in two years. I wanna make sure that the house is good for 30 years.
And I'm passing it along to my daughter when I pass away, she's very happy with it. I’ve had the roof and windows done, which are the two most important parts of the house. And almost everything inside has been remodeled. We're down to two or three bedrooms and finishing the deck and and this house is like brand-new.

Champion won us over with their pricing. Their rep was very knowledgeable, pleasant to speak with and was willing to meet our wants and needs. And his boss was very helpful and reassuring about it when we spoke with him as well. They all went above and beyond in keeping me in the loop and up to date in everything that was going on at all times, from the initial contact to coming to the house, to the windows being done up to the installation.
We had two windows done and the installation was easy breezy. There were two guys. One guy did the lower window and the other guy did the upper window. They took it out together and put it in. Then one guy framed it in downstairs, while the other guy framed it in upstairs. It went faster than I thought and the wife is extremely happy with it. So, that’s what’s really important.

Champion Windows were the only ones who called me back appropriately. Another company called me around 8:30 at night and kept pushing for details, only to tell me they don’t even service my area. Which was annoying because I had already entered my location when I requested the call. I ended up wasting 20 minutes explaining what I needed just to hear they couldn’t help me. So I decided to go with them.
The salesman was super nice, very friendly, and joked with my kid. We looked at all the windows, talked about our goals and expectations. He explained everything clearly and shared feedback from other customers, especially about the sound dampening. He said many people noticed a real difference in noise reduction. So, overall, it was a good experience. He did his job well and was a very good salesman.
We had nine windows installed. The first scheduled week had to be rescheduled because one of the installers hit a deer, but that’s not his fault.
On the installation day, they came about 9 o'clock in the morning and were finished by early afternoon. It all went quickly. They went through and took all the windows out and got everything ready and kind of did everything in stages and it all happened fast.
It was a good experience. They finished the windows much sooner than we expected, which was a nice surprise since timelines are usually projected longer. The whole process, like doing the loan through Slice when DeAndre was here, the whole process was good. The only thing I noticed is that the windows don’t open as far as my old windows did. I’m not sure why they stop sooner or don’t slide all the way to the top. They’re fine and I’m happy with them.
He walked us through and showed us how to clean and use the windows. It's the design of the window. It feels like there’s some kind of cord or mechanism inside that makes them stop where they do. But my old windows opened up further. I have all the instructions that I can look through.
Everything looks nice, clean, and white. The front windows were older and they had storm glass and the little flip-down tabs to hold them in. In the back, we replaced six smaller up-and-down windows with three larger slides. It opened up the space and just looks so much better.
My only other critique was about the installers themselves. They did a great job, but it was an older guy and a younger guy, and the older one kept talking to the younger one like he was stupid. He’d make sideways comments like, "That's not the smart way to do it, but whatever,” and things like that. That's very unprofessional. You guys are working together, driving a long distance. the way he was talking would make me not want to work with him. They did a great job, but the overall vibe between the two of them, I felt bad for the younger guy.

I got vinyl siding and I got two doors. I got the patio door and the entry storm door. The installation is two separate times. They haven't done the doors yet. The patio door is not finished and I told them to wait. They said it was gonna take a month. But they were on time with the vinyl siding and they did an excellent job. The people who came out and installed it were on time. They stayed and did what they need to do.
It looked like a brand-new house. I haven't even gotten the other stuff done. I got a line of credit, so I am gonna get my windows done. I'm gonna get every last single window in here done over with new screens. I've been out here about 20 years and everything's got maintenance. You got to keep it up and that's well worth it. I was well pleased. I got a lot of people coming by regardless of whether that Champion sign is there or not because people notice. They ask who did it so they like it. The house itself is advertising itself even without the mobile billboard they stick in the ground.
The price was the only thing. I'm trying to recoup my money back through the insurance because I paid a lot of money. But they say he bill is inconclusive. They said they would try to reach Champion. Because they couldn't put in detail like how much damage was done. They said they didn't know if they could give me my money back.
With the way that guy Drew showed me, the whole house needed to be redone. He said I didn't have insulation. I knew I needed to get it done and I wanted my stuff redone. When you're in a house, you want your foundation right. I didn't want a patch-up job. That's what I did about Champion. I like good customer service work. If something goes wrong, I could call people back instead of a fly-by-night person where you got to hunt them down and find them and you don't know if they're gonna do the work right. Champion so far delivered by the work.

We contracted with Champion for an 18' x 18' sunroom addition to our home. The project took 5 months to complete (Contract signed 28 April 2023; construction started November 2023 and ended in April 2024) due to project mismanagement and ticking off the country inspector at the start of the project. The most severe problem when Champion poured the concrete floor before getting the OK from the country inspector, so they had to remove all of that concrete.
After jackhammering out the existing patio/porch flooring (18' x 18'), they then had to jackhammer out the new 18' x 18' concrete floor so that the country inspector could inspect the site before the concrete floor was repoured. That extensive jackhammering severely damaged our home's flooring (photos show some of that damage). We have tried to get Champion to pay for replacement of all of the damaged tiles, but the email contact we had concerning this has gone ghost on us, not returning our last few emails. (I suspect that she may no longer be with the company as they are experiencing severe down-sizing due to lack of work.) So we have heard nothing in the 4 months since they had the project manager come out to take photos of the damage.
The sunroom was quite expensive at over $123,000.00 (Champion was highest of the 4 companies we considered), but we figured that it was worth the higher cost to have Champion create the sunroom. Little did we ever expect that the project would be mismanaged, take so long and result in damage to our home. In hindsight, we are extremely unhappy with our selection of Champion and if we could do it over again, we would select another contractor.
We live in an age-restricted community and several of our neighbors asked us about Champion and the work they did because they, too, were considering adding sunrooms to their homes; not one of them has selected Champion. We are now considering legal action against Champion in order to get the repairs necessary due to their damage. It's a shame that all this had to happen because the final product was fairly good. But the experience ruined any joy we may have had over the new sunroom.

Installation was on May 15, 2025. Could not communicate with the workers as they spoke very little English. Champion never disclosed the cost of the individual windows in my contract. I paid to have window sill replaced in kitchen which was not done. The contractors used an extremely toxic spray caulking which resulted in my having to go to Urgent Care. I contacted the company several times regarding the issue with installation and no effort has been made to rectify the situation. They were very quick to respond to requests for quotes but service is terrible. I do not trust their pricing as it is not detailed. I will not recommend company to anyone.

There was an email from Champion that went through my neighborhood advertising windows. I saw a deal they were running, and it looked pretty good. I replaced 10 windows in my house. The product and service were both high quality—very quick, easy, and efficient. The installers cleaned up after themselves so well that it was like they weren’t even here. We definitely paid for quality, and we probably could have gotten it cheaper, but I know the Champion brand is good, so it just felt right.

I've always known about Champion Windows. Also, a friend of mine had a room done and I asked her how she liked the work and she said very much. I used them too and customer service was excellent. Everyone that I dealt with was lovely. The installation went pretty much according to schedule, except there was a delay between the initial framing and the final glass installation. That aside, the installers were meticulous and professional. They did lovely work and they cleaned up after themselves.

I've been looking for different windows from different people when I saw Champion Windows online. The guys came in and did my windows in one day, which was good. It's just that one window has issues and I'm not sure when they're gonna be coming to fix it. One has fog inside. And then I realized that when I wake up in the morning the same window has fog on both sides. These windows are quite expensive, and it’s been two weeks and I'm still waiting for them to be fixed.

I love Champion Windows. You really couldn't ask for a better company. This would be the 3rd job they’ve done for me. They did my vinyl siding, then they did my gutters and my faucet, and then they did my windows. They’re even fixing to sell me a door, so that could be four.

My husband and I have been looking at different places to see which would be the best windows for us, and we decided to go with Champion Windows and Home Exteriors. When they did the demonstration, both of us liked the windows. They seemed very nice. I really liked what we picked.
We got six windows. We got the ones that you can open from the inside, and you can clean them inside and outside. I liked it because it was easy to clean. I don’t have to worry about going on the outside and trying to clean it.
The installer was so nice, courteous, and kind. He did an excellent job and was very experienced. The windows are nice and bright. You can just look out there. The other ones from different places were foggy, but these are not. The vision is very clear.
It’s a good investment. I would definitely recommend them 100%.

We used Champion Windows and Home Exteriors in our other house 30 years ago. This time, we replaced 11 windows, and their presentation exceeded expectations. They demonstrated the effectiveness of a 3-pane window compared to a 2-pane window using a heat lamp, which I found impressive. Regarding the installation, it took two days to complete. This matches my expectations, as there was additional construction needed due to changes in laws in King County requiring extra support. The Champion team did an excellent job adjusting to these requirements and completed the necessary restructuring successfully, even if it involved building up openings. Since we've had these new windows for about three weeks, I've been particularly pleased with their performance, especially in the rain.

The service with Champion has been horrible, we almost had to go to court with them for our first repair. They haven't responded for the second. One window isn't square in its frame, the other cracked over the winter and they haven't responded to our calls, emails, or service request form.

Summary of Events: On December 13, 2024, I met with a Champion Home Improvements sales representative to discuss the installation of vinyl siding over the existing brick façade of my property. The primary goal of this project was to enhance my home's thermal insulation. The salesman assured me that such an installation was feasible and aesthetically suitable. This assurance was the primary reason I contracted Champion for the work. Additionally, the salesman proposed adding siding over the wooden soffits for a nominal extra charge. Under significant pressure to sign the contract immediately and relying on the salesman's verbal assurances, I agreed to the contract. I later discovered that Champion does not provide vinyl siding installation over brick façades, contradicting the salesman's assurances.
Issues Encountered: Misrepresentation of Services: I was misled into signing a contract under false pretenses. Critical information about the feasibility of installing vinyl siding over brick façades was withheld. Substandard Workmanship: The completed soffit work, finalized in February, caused significant damage to my property, including broken floodlights, damaged electrical fixtures and cables, improperly replaced awnings. Although a second crew attempted corrections in March, the quality of the work remains unsatisfactory.
Financial Concerns: The total contracted amount was $10,910, based on assurances that both the brick façade and soffits would be addressed. Champion’s work was limited to the soffits alone, despite quoting a significantly inflated price for the service. Independent estimates suggest the actual cost for similar soffit work is approximately $3,200. Champion collected at least half of the materials originally ordered for the soffit work. The covered area for the project was inaccurately measured and quoted as 3 squares when the actual measurement is closer to 0.75 squares.
Payment Dispute and Threat of Lien: I made an initial installment payment of $3,273 via credit card. However, due to Champion's misleading practices and the financial burden caused, I disputed this charge with my credit card provider. Despite this, Champion has now threatened to place a mechanical lien on my property if the full amount is not paid within the next six days. Resolution Attempts and Barriers: Despite my efforts to resolve this matter directly with Champion, the company has refused to take responsibility for their actions. Legal assistance has been difficult to obtain due to the perceived “small” monetary amount involved.

I found out about Champion on the internet. I chose them because they're nationwide and they've been in business for a long time. Their presentation lasted an hour. They came out and looked at my patio, and we decided on a porch structure. They told me exactly what they were going to do, and it worked out well.
The rep was straightforward with how much this would cost and what exactly I could do with the existing patio. I'm an elderly woman and I knew nothing about it, and they were very patient with me with all my questions. It was a little more than what I wanted to pay, but in the end, the quality was there.
I was a little concerned at the beginning when they told me that it could be as long as a 3-4 months wait, but once they got the equipment in to do it, they were ready to come out and get started on it, and so within a month, I had it up.
The installation team was very punctual and told me exactly what they were going to do. And they told me to pretend like they're not here and they're going to do their work. And they had all the equipment here to work with, and it went just fine.
The patio looked really good. They put a roof on it and made sure that the structure was sound. The only problem I had was that the roofing paper that they put on the wood was sticking up on each side. I had someone come out and clean my gutters, and he thought that it could cause a problem with rain, so I called Champion and they were out right away to put a strip on each side to hold the edging down.
I was a little concerned myself because we get a lot of rain and wind, but when the worker came out and fixed it for me, it looked great. I would recommend Champion. Any problems that I had or any concerns, they were ready to explain.

The representative from Champion was quite knowledgeable. She was engaging, she knew her product very well, and she explained things that I’d never thought of. She did her demonstration, and it sounded like something that I might want to use. She gave me a brochure explaining the product that was best for my needs. Had I done it myself, I probably would have chosen something that wouldn’t have been right for my house and where I live. It was a well-explained presentation. She listened carefully to my questions, her answers came just right off the top, and she made you feel at ease.
Champion Windows did a window replacement for me. The install was so smooth, so quickly. I would say under three hours. They had a crew because they had a lot of windows, and they methodically went to taking out the windows, which was quite amazing. They were efficient in installing, and they readily answered my questions and my concerns. The few concerns that I did have, they put those to rest. If a problem came up, they got together and they collaborated, I think it was six of them. I just sat back and I just watched this unfold, and to me, it was quite exciting.
The quality was awesome, and the price was what I expected because I had called other companies and the price was comparable. I only have one minor complaint. There was a small crack in one of the windows. They documented it and took pictures. They said that particular window will be installed when they receive that product in the inventory of their warehouse, and that may take six weeks. If something is wrong, come right away. Make the correction and just go on instead of making me wait for something. I just want to know that that window is gonna be replaced in a timely fashion. That’s the only gripe that I have, but the windows and the work is not causing any damage, it’s not seeping or leaking anything, so I can live with it.

After making sure that both my husband and I would be home, sending two email reminders, and sending 2 reminder texts, Champion didn’t show up for their appointment. There is no way to talk to the actual office that is supposed to do the work. All you can talk to is a central phone number. Very unimpressive. If they are this difficult to get ahold of before they have my money, I can only think how difficult they would be to get ahold of after I have paid.

We heard about Champion Windows from my sister and her husband because they used Champion Windows for their house. Bob that came out and he explained everything really well. He showed us a presentation. He seemed to know everything very well. We were planning on getting different estimates. But Champion Windows is the first one we had come out. And we just decided to go with Champion Windows from the beginning. We liked it all.
We had them do our sliders and double hung windows. They told us it would take six weeks to complete but it was done within a month. We asked if it could be placed on the list for rush, because I was pregnant and we were going to be due around the same time that they were supposed to install them. So, we were so happy that we got them installed so fast.
My husband was happy with the whole process. Three guys came out and we got about 13 windows. They got it done all in one day. And it didn't even look like anything happened here. Everything was nice and cleaned up. They were cautious inside. And they explained everything to him very well.
I highly recommend them. I love the windows and the tint. And from the beginning, we felt the difference just in the way that the temperature was felt in our house. At first, with the older windows, the house was cold and we had to keep the heater running. These windows made a difference. They're beautiful.

I searched the internet and found Champion Windows. They came out right away and I liked what they had to say. They had a great presentation and they answered all my questions so I bought immediately.
I was very impressed with the installers. They did a great job and they explained what they were gonna do. I have nothing but kudos for those guys. But they pissed me off right at the end. On my contract, it said that they were to rehang all my blinds. But the installer’s supervisor said that he wasn’t going to install.
The installer took it upon himself and installed all the blinds. It didn’t spoil my experience totally because they cleaned up and I didn’t want it to reflect on them. At the end of the day, they did a wonderful job.
I would recommend Champion. Also, the quality of the windows was excellent. What sold me was the triple pane window, and true to form this winter, it was warm on the inside even when it was cold. To me, Champion was the best product that I could find on the market for the money.

I'm very satisfied with Champion Windows. The people were very polite and spent a long day getting all my windows in and I liked them. Two men came at nine o'clock, and there were two more men that were supposed to come. They must have been finishing up another job because they didn't get here till almost noon, and then there were four. As the day went on, two more guys came to help. They wanted to do it in one day. It was 9:00 AM till 8:00 PM and they worked hard. They were out there doing caulk with a flashlight at night. They got everything back in place on my patio for me and I couldn't have been more pleased. They spoke in a foreign language which was kind of a problem, but one of them could speak some English, we figured it out, we communicated okay, and they were nice as could be. They did a good job and I'm very pleased with the windows. The only thing is I’ve got two 10-foot wooden rods that my curtains go on, and they put one of them up backwards. I didn't realize that until the other day.

In my 33 years in my current home, I've had Champion install patio doors and recently, replace several windows, including $10,000 worth after my husband passed away in 2018. Their installations have always been satisfactory, and their staff courteous and professional.
Most recently, they managed to adjust their schedule to install my new windows before an impending snowstorm by coming on a Sunday, which I greatly appreciated. I enjoy showing my windows to friends and church members, highlighting the smooth operation of the sliding windows, the efficiency of their team, and the thorough cleanup after installation. However, my last experience with a sub-contracted team was a bit off as the initial crew didn’t communicate well in English. Fortunately, the supervisor arrived later and rectified this.

I recently had a positive experience with Champion Windows. About ten years ago, I had my entire house fitted with their windows. However, I lost my paperwork, making it difficult to verify they were from Champion. The representatives acknowledged that the windows resembled their products, but without a sticker or other identifiers, it was hard to prove. Despite this, I went ahead and purchased three new double-pane storm windows from Champion. The replacement process was smooth; I ordered the windows around November or December after a storm damaged the old ones. They were installed by January, and I was very pleased with the customer service throughout. The installation team was professional and left no mess behind.
Quality-wise, I can't fault the windows. They insulate well, maintaining a comfortable room temperature even on cold days. I would definitely recommend Champion Windows to others for their reliability and excellent service. The only downside was the challenge in proving my previous purchase due to lost paperwork. It would be helpful if Champion had a system to verify past customers even without documentation. Despite this, the windows are worth the investment, and the lifetime warranty offers peace of mind.

I recently interacted with Champion Windows and Home Exteriors. Initially, I learned about them through television. My experience with their sales representative was quite positive; they were very knowledgeable and didn't apply any pressure, which I appreciated.
The installation team was impressive in its efficiency. In terms of the windows' quality, I've noticed a significant improvement. Previously, as I moved through the house, temperature fluctuations were quite noticeable. However, since the installation, even during harsh winter conditions, these fluctuations have been drastically reduced. I'm eager to see how well they perform during the summer months.
Overall, I can't think of anything they could have done better. While the price was somewhat high, I believe it was worth the value. I would rate their customer service, product quality, and sales approach as excellent. The pricing, although a bit expensive, deserves a good rating too.

The sales representative made an impressive presentation, despite a minor glitch with his display equipment. The installation team was efficient and left no mess behind. Although the price was a bit high, we managed by installing four windows first, with plans to continue gradually. The representative was the one that suggested that because we could not afford the whole house at this time. The window quality is excellent. It's 21 degrees outside, but I can put my hand on the window and they're quite normal temperature on the inside and quite sealed, no leaks, or no drafts. I would highly recommend Champion, rating their service, customer support, and product quality a 5 out of 5, although the pricing deserved a 3. Overall, I had a very satisfactory experience with Champion Windows.

I purchased four Champion Comfort 365 triple pane windows. I chose Champion because my windows are very strange sizes, and if I had to get custom windows anyway, I wanted good ones. Champion Windows did exactly what they said they would and they came and installed them on time. I had been given a timeline of 4 to 8 weeks for the installation, but they completed the job in just 4 weeks. The installation process was smooth, taking only about 2 hours without any issues. The quality of the windows is excellent, although it took a bit for us to train the windows to open and close, which was expected. I'm very satisfied with my new windows. They significantly reduced my energy bill. Overall, I'm very pleased with my experience and would rate it a 5 out of 5, as everything was done on time and within budget.

When I first ordered in November 2023 I was told 12 weeks for windows. If this holds true, it would place me at Feb 28, 2025 to receive my order. Over 15 months from my original order. This should be unacceptable by Champion Management. I get the feeling this is their status quo. This company does not care about customer service. Look at their reviews on YELP. They are overwhelmingly 1 star. They are the worst and do not deserve your time nor attention.

Not many companies offer black windows, but a coworker recommended Champion Windows and Home Exteriors to me. We had a previous experience with Champion that we were very happy with. So we decided to go with Champion again to do our basement windows this time. The sales reps did a great job. They were communicative. They were informed in all their information that they provided with us and we settled it right there. We called them and then they came out. They were timely and very polite. It was all good. The man did all the measuring and he left. There was a month and a half wait process because it's a lengthy process to wait for the windows to be constructed. Then they came back. But the windows were the wrong size. They didn't measure correctly. Nobody knew until they came to try to install and then they said, “Wait a minute. These windows don't fit.”
It turned out that the measurement man was incorrect. He was a really nice guy and apparently, he's worked for Champion for many, many years. He just made errors. He screwed up. So the installers had to leave because they couldn't install the windows. Then we had to wait for about six weeks for the new windows that would be correctly measured to come in. But once that happened, everything went smoothly. It was fantastic. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the mistake that was made. But in the big scheme of things, Champion communicated everything well. It is what it is. When the job was finally completed, we were very happy with it.
I asked Champion if they would be willing to give us a discount of 5% or 10%. Rod, the manager, was a really nice guy. He said he would check. He got back to me later and said the only thing that they could do was give us a $150 Visa card gift card. So, they gave us a gift card. But the project cost almost $12,000. Rod said that was the best they could do.

The guy that came from Champion Windows seemed to be honest and trustworthy. He was knowledgeable of his product and other competitors. He demonstrated the difference between their windows and the others. There was no pressure to purchase. Before he left, he offered another 10% discount. That was nice. There was already a buy-one-get-one on the windows at the time. He offered about sending someone for doors, but I was holding off on that. If there were other options, he offered them and let me know I could do anything at any other time. I didn't have to do everything at once and I could pick up more later if I wanted to. It was nice to have options offered.
We got replacement windows, and they are the nicest windows I've seen. Champion replaced leaky windows and you could see the condensation in between the old windows. Champion put in windows that are twice as thick as what were here. Now, we don't have any rattling when the wind blows. We also don't have any sticking of the windows when they are opened and closed. We can swap the window top and bottom as we should be able to, as well as slide the screens. It's great to have screens, let alone that they function. We can remove anything easily. The function’s great. I've dealt with a lot of windows in my life and though I'm not happy about spending the money on the new windows, I have nothing to complain about. I have energy-efficient windows back home, and I can compare those to not being as high quality as these.
The installers were on time and did an efficient job. The three of them worked well together and they cleaned up 99% of their mess. I had one window screen that they accidentally tore a little bit while installing it but they replaced that before leaving. The only issue that I have is one of my window frames on the inside has a big scratch of paint accidentally scratched off it from when they were installing it. I didn't see that until the other day. Other than that, I'd recommend them. They were great guys. They did not go anywhere until the job was done. They worked from the time they got here until the second they left. They're the most efficient trio I've ever had doing work on any of the homes I've ever lived in.

Everything was fine in my experience with Champion up till a couple of weeks ago. I made my final payment about three weeks ago and for some reason, they couldn't find my check. I have to go to the bank tomorrow and put a stop payment on it and reissue another check. That I'm not happy with. But the quality of the product is good.

We liked the salesperson with Champion. He seemed competent and knew what he was doing. We had four windows, and it was a good install. It was a hard one because it had a lot of repair under the sill but the installer did his best. But we have a callback on an issue and Champion following through. We have one window that's not functioning well. But overall, we're very pleased and would recommend them to our friends.

We had a three-season room built with Champion. They have a project manager and he was the primary person who was letting me know what piece was coming next. If there was any kind of delay, he was very good about communication. We had two guys that came out and they introduced themselves. We were comfortable with them. We had some demo that had to be done and they explained to us everything that was being done. The project took three weeks.
The room is awesome. It's 14 x 12 and though it's not a huge area, it's nice. I've seen others that look like they're just an add-on. But this looks like it was built with the house and our house is 30 years old. We have a nice roof surrounded by all the beautiful windows. We have two doors which is unique. A lot of places, they only have one sliding glass door. But we have another part of our deck so we ordered a door going out to the deck. I would have liked to see what the difference in cost was. They talked about the cost but I would have liked a breakdown of cost. That would be a piece that would be beneficial for the consumers so they understand what they're buying. What they do is they start out with an MSRP, which a lot of places do, and there is room for negotiation. But not everybody probably knows that.

I went to every other vendor that was available but I wasn't satisfied with any of their reviews, results, and explanations. They never even took the time to show me their products. Whereas Champion came to my home, showed me what I was looking for and answered my questions. There was a one page warranty with everything there, no itty-bitty writing, and I was sold. The windows have been installed,
The installation was amazing. The two technicians that Champion sent were incredible. I haven't seen workmanship like this in quite some time. My house was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. That's how good they did. Champion has a great product, and I'm 100% satisfied. It's a lot more quieter in the house. We went from summer to winter literally so I can tell a difference as far as temperature in my home, how many times the heater has to kick on.

We are located in Tigard Oregon. Champion sold us on their quality and service. Our sunroom was supposed to be completed end of April 2024. Still not done. Installers have been here 4 times always stating there is a problem with the measurements, window was not on truck (don't they check). Communication is not existent from them unless we call them and we still get generic answers. Project is over 6 months over due. I want out. This is ridiculous.

Salesman from Champion lied and told me that their windows would reduce the outside noise, the windows did not reduce the noise. Don't buy windows from them, buy your windows from another company.

My project started August 21. Today is October 23! Still not resolved water coming into my glassed in patio!! For two weeks I had about an inch of standing water. Now I still have dripping water! Extremely slow or no response when I ask for updates and timing of a resolution. Was told I still have to pay the final 10% for this horrific project! I have bern inconvienced for far too long. This is 100% unacceptable. I need an executive to be aware, resolve my water issue and confirm at minimum I will not be required to pay the final 10%. I have a string of emails with details that the leadership of champion needs to see! I would hope you would be appalled if you were aware. I need contact info to send, but ultimately I want to have full use of my enclosed patio immediately!!

In the very beginning, I was gonna get one window with Champion, then we decided to go with three, and that was what they measured for. We put in the money upfront for most of it and they said it would be seven weeks. When it came close the time, they weren't here yet so I made a phone call and they said my window was ready, but it was only one window. Then the installers came out. They did a wonderful job but I didn't get the other two windows. They said they only received an order for one. I wasn't charged for the other two windows, but I was very disappointed that I had ordered three and they measured for three but only had one. They also offered me incentives for the other two windows but it didn't happen. Nobody seemed to care. I was happy with the one window but if you look at it, it looks odd. It doesn't match. My dining room sticks out at an angle with one, and the two are on the side. It's like a separate part of the house.

Champion's sales rep was great. We bought windows from them and the installers were good, too. We've only had the windows for a short time but their quality seems okay. We thought they would block out more heat than they did. We have a heat issue and we live on the water. Other than that, everything's great so far. When we contacted Champion, they came right out. In fact, they came out several times when we had questions about adding some more windows and they were very knowledgeable.

Champion Windows has good communication and a good product. The installers were nice people, and I enjoyed them. Anything we asked them, they told us about it. They were a husband and wife team and they were outstanding. They covered everything up and cleaned up really good. It was surprising. They were a good couple, and they were really talkative. We had a good conversation with them.
We got three slider windows, including a big one which is 48 x 96, and my wife really likes them. The quality looks really good. We have no breeze coming through. We've only had the windows for a couple weeks, but everybody who's been over there like them. They look good from inside and out. Even the building inspector for the City of Cheyenne that came in to inspect the windows had a lot of good comments about the people from Champion. They're good people.

Initially had high hopes for Champion Windows' service when they (Bron was the salesperson, and he was very helpful) quickly sold me on a product and took my money over 10 months ago. Unfortunately, my experience since then has been far from satisfactory. The lack of communication regarding the status of my room enclosure project has been frustrating, to say the least. I hear from the project manager once or twice a month, and it's always the same vague update: "We are working through permitting."
Despite numerous inquiries, the project manager has never provided specific details about when documents were sent to the county, who they have spoken with, or what exactly is causing the delay. For a project that exceeds $80K, I expect up-to-date status reports and detailed information. We began this project in January, and now it's October, and I am still stuck with the same uninformative updates every 2-4 weeks.
I understand that dealing with county permits can be challenging, as I have done it myself on a similar project. When Champion initially assured me that they would handle the permitting, I expected them to be as ambitious and aggressive in advocating for my project as I would be. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience.
Moreover, I have repeatedly requested that communications be made via email so that we may reference commitments and track progress accurately. These requests have been consistently ignored, leaving me with little evidence of conversations and commitments. This lack of documentation further exacerbates my frustration and makes it difficult to hold the team accountable.
Update on 7/31/24: After calling the number provided (206) 455-9527, you'll find that you're placed on hold for 10 minutes before being directed to a human (or you can leave a voicemail). When a human picked up (Jasmine), I was put on hold while she reached out to the Project Manager. She then informed me, "the information he provided is the same, and he will provide that to you again." I asked her if she had access to the review; she said she did but hadn’t read it. When I requested that she take a moment to understand the issue, she simply stated that the PM (Bob) would give me a call with the same information.
I really want to provide a positive review such as, "The customer service rep took the time to understand the issue and the PM provided me with regular, detailed status updates via email, including estimated timelines for delivery and installation." However, here we are, 7 months in, with a $20K deposit down, and the Champion team still cannot deliver on basic terms of customer service for this project.
Update as of 10/3/24: I signed an agreement on January 18, 2024, for a high-quality Champion Windows enclosure, and in May and June met with Bob and another engineer to verify measurements and deck engineering. However, the permit application wasn’t submitted to Thurston County until August 1. Since then, I have had to chase updates constantly. I have shared and will continue to share my experience online through reviews and am looking to engage consumer advocacy teams to escalate this further. This is not the customer experience I signed up for, and I expect the Champion team to take ownership and make this right.

I went with them and purchased windows for the whole house. The installation went well. They were very professional and they got it done in a day. They didn't leave a mess and everything seemed good. We purchased the windows, and they've been working with me while we tried to get through the development of Sun City. Finally, we got approved two days ago to put them in, but I haven't talked to the guys yet to tell them that I'm approved.

After ordering two sliding glass doors and putting a down payment of $3500.00, my husband got sick and had to be put on hospice. I went to the office and tried to cancel the order a couple of days after the four day window they gave if we wanted to cancel. At first they said they would charge 10%, then they refused to give any of it back because they said they had already starting on them. I called the 800 number a few times to speak to someone in charge and their response was that someone would call back within 24 to 48 hours. No one ever called back. My husband ended up dying and I took the death certificate to verify his passing. That didn't do any good. I believe that was very wrong and l find them to be heartless and money hungry. I would never recommend them with that kind of low down response. Champion Windows does not deserve one star! Theresa

After we did everything, we got a couple of issues and we called and they sent another tech to come. He was good as he could be too. So they were very good people to work with.

I had Champion replace our front double doors. It's been a few years since the installation and all that I have is regrets. On average they were much more expensive than other door companies and my hopes were for a quality product. Unfortunately that was not the case. I had to replace the seals because the draft was horrible. You could see daylight around the edges. We even had ants infest our home through the openings. This after many call backs to the company to resolve.
Another problem is that the doors don't close without rubbing against each other. They continue to sag and rub on the top corner. Their tech stated it was due to the install and unfortunately without removing both doors and frame, there's nothing they could do. And so I've been fighting this issue ever since. The doors are heavy and they warp the hinges after a few weeks use. The caulking around the door looks horrible and because the whole door frame continues to shift, I've had to re-caulk every spring and fall. We bought the expensive door and the look great but what good is the doors when they function worse than the doors we replaced?

We had Champion siding do our house 5 1/2 years ago. We were very pleased at the time, but now we have shutters that have faded pretty bad and also are coming off the house!! We called them. They told us we had to pay 119.00 dollars for them to even come look at them. So we paid the money, they came out took pictures and took a whole month just to get back with us. They told us the shutters weren't their responsibility to replace even though our contract says all materials are guaranteed for LIFE!! They said we would have to contact the company who made the shutters!! What a CROCK!!
Why did they take our money if they knew this about the shutters. I guess LIFETIME warranty for all materials doesn't mean anything. They're the ones who ordered and installed the siding and SHUTTERS!! Five and a half years is ridiculous for shutters fading and coming off the house. I would never tell people to do business with Champion Siding.... Go somewhere else!!

We contacted Champion Siding & Windows in late April to schedule an estimate for our property, which is nearly five thousand square feet and requires over $70,000 worth of work. Initially, they scheduled a salesperson to visit on May 6th, but nobody showed up. Upon contacting the company, they claimed our appointment was actually on May 13th. Again, there was no show, and no communication from our salesperson, Kyle. After calling once more, they rescheduled us for May 20th. Frustrated by their lack of professionalism and reliability, we decided to cancel our appointment and requested to be removed from their records. It's concerning when a company can't even manage to show up for an estimate; it makes one question how they would handle the actual work or address any issues that may arise. We wouldn't trust them with such a significant project.

Brandon, the sales rep with Champion Windows, was very thorough. I like how he went through the presentation. He showed me the product, the difference between the windows and how much light it saved. He answered all my questions. I was gonna get these certain windows but asked about the casement windows. He told me those are a little more expensive but I like them more so we went ahead and put up the rest of the windows in the house except for the kitchen.
We got in on the last of the two-pane which I wish I'd known. By then, we had three beautiful windows in the front and they were the big ones. These, I had just put in with the full window. You could look through it and it matched the ones that were in the back of the house. It looked beautiful. After that, I got casement windows and had a guy, Dustin, come and help install them. After the first two times, I wanted him back so they put the rest of my windows in. He did an excellent cleanup job when he went to go around the windows. He made everything match around the house. It looks professional and the house looks great. I'm very happy.

The sales rep of Champion was very nice. He was helpful and always available by phone if I had questions. The installer did fine and showed me the different things with the door, like the lock, and explained that it would be stiff, originally. He also cleaned up everything. Champion was good to work with and the door is great. It's helped a lot with the coldness of the room because it's a three-season room.

If I could leave a negative star I would! These windows are AWFUL! Limited lifetime warranty, my foot! Our windows are completely falling apart. The bottom lip of the screen that you use to open and close the screen has broken off on about 50% of our 16 windows, two have fog in them, 4 of them will no longer stay open when you open them, we have to prop them open because they fall down and close, the plastic notches that slide in to allow the windows to tilt in for cleaning have broken off on 3 of our windows and on 5 of our windows, when you tilt them in, they don't go back into the window track making them nearly unusable. These windows are not abused and we usually only tilt them in once a year for spring cleaning, but we do enjoy fresh air in the spring and fall and keeping the windows open is a challenge. If we get them open, then trying to close them, they fall out of the track and it takes an act of Congress to get them closed and latched.
We didn't purchase the windows, the prior owner did 6 months before we purchased the house and they won't honor the warranty! Their windows are complete and total junk. Their run 'sales' all the time, but don't waste your money or think you are getting a great deal. You will have to replace the windows in a matter of a few years! It is too late for me, but save yourself the headache, frustration and RUN away from their sales people as fast as you can. Horrible workmanship and quality. Ice water in ** lasts longer than these windows!

We replaced some windows and a door, and the price is way too high, but the quality is fine. We had seven windows done, and the installers from Champion Windows had to come back and replace four of them. They broke during shipment. We also had a little issue with some billing, and I had to get that straightened out.

Champion Windows gave me a better bid but they did not push me to purchase anything. They allowed me to pick and choose what windows I wanted to change out. It was a very professional, nice and easy transition. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was like a breath of fresh air to have someone come in and give me different options and clarifications on everything, from what color the frame I wanted to if I wanted just one screen that would pull from one side to the other. I was very adamant that it has to be safety, safety, safety because I have a disabled daughter. I wanna make sure that the locking systems were good and we ended up with two locking systems outside of the other locking below. So that was great. It was a very nice conversation with the sales rep.

The project manager who came in explained to me in detail about what would be done and how much it would cost. He was helpful in explaining the end process of the construction. Champion Windows is the best out there. They don't do false commitments and are not pushy. They deliver what they speak. The only one thing is they're a little expensive compared to others. But I understand where they're coming from because of the work and their warehouse is local.

The rep was knowledgeable about what I was trying to do, and he could see where I had put in some windows before. He could listen and tell what I was wanting done. He wrote what I saying and gave me a price on to it. I checked a little bit, called him back and told him to get them ordered. Once the order was in and the money was paid upfront, it was a long time that I didn't hear anything. They wanted more money upfront - more than a third of the cost of the job - without something being shipped.
They bid on those steels. When they did, I sent the second amount of money. Then they called me and told me when they had them in hand and scheduled an appointment. They did it very efficiently and from that time I was perfectly satisfied with Champion Windows. I was happy with what I got. I was surprised that they came with three windows the size that these were, and there was one person that came out to do them by himself. I wrote him the final check the same day that he came to put them in.
I had four windows ordered for another company to install them, but that company didn't wanna put the trim on the inside. They hooked the windows inside and left them. The guy from Champion could see the way they left them. They put the trim up for me on that window. I paid him a fee on it, and they put them up and did them all at the same time. The one guy was able to do all four windows in the same day. I would recommend Champion Windows.

Everyone I've been in touch with has been very nice and professional. I placed an order for eight sliding windows, and Champion Windows said it would take 14 to 16 weeks. They also said, "It'll probably be 6 to 10," which is what they had been running. So far, they were punctual, very informative, and answered all my questions. The delivery time has been unreal too. It's just been four weeks, and they're coming out today to install the new windows.

I signed the contract around early November. The salesman was extremely nice and personable. I had to call him back to see when they were coming to do the installation. He was quick to get back with me in each case because we did sign the contract. But then somebody else had to come and remeasure. The work was not done until February. But we had some health issues and we had to be away. So, we contributed to the delay. Champion enclosed a porch with their custom-made windows and doors. Overall, the quality was extremely good because it fits well. But they were sort of sloppy with the way they drilled the holes to let water out. Maybe it was because it's metal, so they had to do it that way. But I would use them again.

We purchased our house in August of 2021 and knew when we bought the house that we had at least 9 windows that needed to be replaced due to age and weathering. We got quotes from multiple window companies and thought that Champion had the best presentation. Our house backs to a busy street and we knew we wanted the best sound dampening available on the back of the house to help reduce the noise, which our salesman told us they would do different pane thicknesses to reduce the noise for the windows that face the busy street. We ended up replacing 43 windows at around $67,000.
It took roughly 4 months to order the windows and to get scheduled for the installation. No worries, this was right after COVID so we knew it would take extra time. Installation was estimated at 3 days and ended taking 6. Two of the windows were cracked and had to be reordered. We had two windows in a front bedroom that were uneven because they mounted a single hung right next to a double hung window that had a different center elevation so it looked terrible. (They literally just replaced that window last week finally after 1.5 years.) After the initial installation we couldn't believe how bad the traffic noise was even after the new windows all around. It was almost as bad as the original windows.
We called and complained and still haven't gotten any resolution to this day. Champion claims they don't offer sound dampening, but we were told otherwise and even still, the 365 Comfort windows are supposed to be insulated to block noise, or so they told us. We feel like we got taken advantage of and really don't enjoy our beautiful home because of the noise. It literally sounds like there is a window open at all times when you are trying to sleep at night. I would highly recommend any other company than Champion to anyone interested in replacing windows.

We wanted vinyl windows and we got two from Champion. Their sales reps were very professional and knowledgeable. The installers were able to do the job despite it being really cold. The only thing I noticed today is, we were able to open our windows because it is warm, and the screen that snaps in on the inside, you can see that it doesn't have a tight fit. I can push in on it to get a tighter fit. Bugs could come right in. I'd still tell others to go for Champion.

The rep that I talked to was great. He explained everything. I got the regular windows that slide up and down and then they come out to be able to clean the glass on both sides. The installer was very courteous, and kind of explained everything as he went along the process. He took his shoes off before he came in my home, which I never even asked him to. It was just automatic. He got the installation done real fast. Champion Windows looks better as far as how they put the trim on compared to a couple of other companies that I have looked at their work. But price-wise, Champion is a little steep, but it goes back to, "You get for what you pay."
When I talked to the sales team, they made an offer that it was supposedly buy one, get one free, but then they offered that you either have to take the offer and sign then or you call them back later but you don't get the same offer. It made me feel pressured on that point that if I didn't take the offer that they were giving me right then, then I would be paying for all four instead of paying for two.

We bought the complete package of windows and siding. When we call to get items fixed or replaced we get a tech to come out who will fix 1 out of 5 items and then does not fix it correctly and never returns. We try to call back to get them to come back out and can not get anyone to return a call. We have tried to contact the service supervisor, who has not followed through with contact. We even reached out to the regional supervisor, and have not heard back. This is unacceptable. The windows look like they are about to fall out of the wall. Who knows if there is water damage since there is no caulking on the outside of the house. Do we need to go to the CEO to get a response?

The sales rep was very good. He came out, brought samples, sat with me, and went through everything. I got nine windows, including one special octagon window that is on the top center of my house. The timeline for replacement was three months, and I got a notification from Champion Windows that they were coming, then they showed up at 8:00 in the morning like they said they would. The only issue we had was two of the eight windows were measured wrong. It was an error made by the installer who did the measuring. The windows were too small, so they didn't fit.
The installer did the six windows and the octagon one, then the two windows that were measured wrong were reordered. They came in two months later. We have a house in Arizona that we go to in the winter, and when they came in for the second time, we were out there. However, my son lives a couple of doors down from my house, so he let the installer in and he put the last two windows in. I haven't seen those yet, but my son told me they look good. Overall, I'm very satisfied. The windows are good and we got what we wanted.

I've been a Champion customer in the past. This time around, I got four sliding windows. They were responsive to my needs as a customer. Their rep made some efforts to fit within my budget and give me a quality product that worked for me that others were not able to accomplish. He did a great job of meeting my needs as a customer that other companies were not able to do. They tried, but they weren't able to. The installers were also very good. There were a couple of challenges on the job site when they arrived. They were able to figure them out and make adjustments that the job site required. I'm very happy with the quality.

It was just two guys, and they did an excellent job. The product is great. Champion has a lifetime warranty on them as long as I own the house.

We liked how Champion's windows were better-built. They did well on putting it in, but there are a couple of things I was told that didn't happen. The middle bars on our windows were wood. They said they would cut it out and fill in those holes. Instead, they laid these weird plastic strips across all the window sills on the inside of the house that looked terrible.
On top of that, they said that they'd spray foam out of the whole outside. They were supposed to rip out all the wood on the outside from the spray. I saw that when they put in most of the windows, they ripped out the top and side, but they were leaving the bottom, and then they started throwing on the thing. So, I don't know if they spray-foamed all of it. It looked like they didn't even remove the bottom one. They just put the new cover over it. I doubt they even spray-filled that for the insulation because it's stuck out almost as far as what the new one goes out. The quality of the windows is really good. We noticed a huge difference, but it's also hard to gauge because our windows were the original windows from when the house was built in 1970. So, they didn't really do anything. Overall, no one can beat the lifetime limited warranty that Champion has compared to other companies. I would recommend it.

We had seven windows replaced by Champion Windows. They had to get the windows made. Once they got them in, the only thing that held us up for a couple of weeks was the weather. After that, everything went smoothly. We had a couple of guys out here who worked together. Two windows that were close together were replaced with one sliding window. The others were regular windows. We like the windows. They're good quality. Our old windows had an awful big draft to them. Now there's less draft. However, my daughter and her husband are supposed to get a bonus for referring us to Champion Windows but they haven't got it yet.

Champion is certainly in a level of high quality that you would expect from high-quality windows that are custom-made. I purchased two different products from them. The first one was a set. I have a bank of windows that are about 5-foot tall. There are eight of them in a grouping. That was sold to me first about two years ago and I've been very satisfied with those. I did have some problems with the screens because these window panes are very tall and thin, so they're very wobbly and they didn't fit well. I did get some satisfaction with that after talking with customer service. Things are fine now. The quality is excellent. I purchased another set, and it's a bay section that was installed in October. I've had some air leakage with those, which has caused some freezing on the inside. So, my first experience was excellent. But I'm not as satisfied now with my second experience and I've contacted them about it.

We purchased 11 Champion windows. The rep was excellent. We've done some research. We overloaded him with questions, but he was able to answer every one of them. And it went longer than what the normal first meeting was supposed to take place. The installers were also good. They came in and measured all the windows. They cleaned up and vacuumed everything. Just really impressive.

They were offering the buy-two-get-two-free. And that worked out well for us for what we had. The sales guy seemed to be very knowledgeable about the product. He was not afraid to show us competitor windows. He was very informative about the different types of windows. He brought a heat lamp with him and he demonstrated the Champion window versus single-ply and double-ply. Everything went well with the installation. They were very nice and they cleaned up. I like the windows. We can tell a difference already in our west bedroom. The wind was blowing hard yesterday and I did not feel anything around the windows. So far, so good.

I called Champion and they came out and gave us a bid. The rep did a presentation with the whole lights, mirrors, and samples. It was kind of long, but he made his point. We bought their product and the installation went fine. They cleaned up most of their stuff and they were in and out within seven hours. All the windows worked and so far, everything's good. The only one thing that I want to complain about is I never got anything official from them via email that "Here's your windows. Your bill is paid. Here's the guarantee."

We were scammed! This is a horrible company to deal with. We paid an exceptional amount of money for what we thought would be superior workmanship and materials. They put our siding up once. During the time they were putting it up, obvious issues were missed and the workmanship was very poor. We communicated this to the Manager and the worked continues. Finally they sent a regional manager after months of dealing with this. They took the siding all down and replaced it. Issues still existed, and we were told we can deal with it through Warranty.
They offered a concession because the job was so bad, then told us "I apologize for the delay in my response. I was able to speak with my manager, and unfortunately, we will not be able to provide a concession. Should any service issues arise in the future, your warranty will cover the repairs. Erin ** Lake Region Area Installation Manager." Communication was poor the entire time and it took us almost 5 months. DO not use this company. I am surprised Angi has them on their website. Customer service is very low on Champion Windows priority list. Stay away, do the research and you will find this is not the only complaint.

They weren't the cheapest but they stood behind all their work. Over the years, they've replaced the windows they put in where the seal broke. If my siding had a flaw, they replaced that too. Recently, I purchased a storm door at the front of my house. They had a guy who measured the door first and then they ordered it. Another guy brought the door and installed it. They made sure I was happy with what they did and then we finished our business. It has definitely helped my curb appeal from the street. I've had a lot of comments on it that it looks great. The price was not the best but it was still somewhat reasonable for the return.

We like Champion Windows' salesman and the warranty on the windows. They look good and the price was right. The installation went well. We discovered a problem with a couple screens and they fixed those. Since the installation, we discovered another screen problem which was another little hole. They came out Monday to repair that. While the gentleman was here repairing that, he discovered a crack in one of the other windows. Then we noticed a significant discoloring in a window that we know wasn't there the day of the installation. He seemed to know what it was. He was gonna talk with his installation manager about how best to deal with that. But he got the information to order the replacement window for the one that had the crack in the corner and also repaired the screen. It's been a very good experience. The crew that came out were nice people and seem to be doing a good job. One of them brought his two kids with him. My wife kept them entertained.

Installation was good. I wasn't home when they got started, then when I came back, they were done. I had three windows and a patio door replaced at my primary residence, and it took seven to eight hours. I also had six windows replaced at a rental and that took about four hours. I'm happy with Champion Windows. The windows and the doors have been good so far.

Our neighbor had some Champion Windows installed and they liked them really well. We can see them from our front yard and they look really nice, so we decided to go with them. We did six windows, a front door, and a rear door. The windows were two were picture windows and one was a slider. The other four were up and down regular windows. The timeline took two to four weeks. We got them in about three and a half weeks and it took the crew a day to install them. They worked from 8:00 to 6:00. The installation seemed to be really good. The windows are nicer and of much better quality than what we had in there. The thermal quality is good. Champion Windows is a little overpriced but they're good quality windows. Give them a shot. Have them come out, take a look at your windows, and give you an estimate.

We gave Champion Windows a call and they had a salesperson come out. He took some measurements and we told him what we wanted. They put a quote together and we decided to move forward. We had them install a complete sunroom which was 8.5x20 feet. I chose to take down our existing deck that we had so they started with the clean slate. They rebuilt a new deck that was designed to withhold the weight and standards necessary. They got it inspected and from there, they built the sunroom on top of it. Once we received a permit from the city, which was the hardest part of all, everything else went very smoothly.
The two gentlemen conducted themselves very professionally. Their communication skills were great and kept us in the loop the whole time. The final product is fantastic and I'm very pleased. It's a four-season room. So we literally added another room to the house. The bottom part of the window is insulated. They're normal walls. The rest of it are all the sliding glass windows and doors. It has screening and we have a ceiling fan we put in there. We put in a mini, split air conditioning and heating system, and insulated extremely well. And we plan on using it year-round. I would highly recommend Champion Windows and I'd use them again.

Champion Windows came out and did a presentation. They explained the quality of their windows, the construction that goes into them, and the designs of the windows. We also did a heat test with something that was almost like a heat gun. They showed us on our old windows and on the new ones to see the difference. Champion Windows did some work for us previously as well, and this time, we got 10 windows. We had multiple other quotes, and they did an excellent price. The installation was done within a day, and everybody was very professional. The windows are a lot better than the previous ones.

I sent a review about the shoddy workmanship and leaking windows that Champion would not fix but was getting pictures and lost it, they installed my windows about 2 1/2 years ago and they were installed wrong by putting screws in the bottom of the windows, they repaired that problem but the windows still leaked. Now they will not come repair the leaks unless I pay $75.00, I do not think I should have to pay anything because they never stopped the leaks.

I replaced two octagon-shaped windows in my living room. Then I'm gonna be having a patio door installed in about three weeks. So far, the windows look like they're very good. The fit was fine. I was replacing some windows that were wooden and had to constantly be painted twice a year. But these windows now are vinyl, so I'll never have to do anything with them again. They seem to be well built. Champion contacts me every week to let me know about the door since it's being done at the end of October. Every week I get an email from a gentleman in the sales just to let me know they're on schedule and approximately what date. So the communication has been good.
Initially, a rep came by and explained the product and showed me the different windows that they were selling. He was not pushy. He was very good about answering questions and not in a hurry to get out of there. Then a gentleman came by and made some measurements. They helped us to do the installation and it all went very fine. They brought all the tools they needed to do the job. They cleaned up after themselves. The job was done very quickly. They were very good to work with. They knew what they were doing.

The windows are exactly what Champion said they were. We paid for a special glass that doesn't pass through most ultraviolet light so you couldn't feel heat through them. They demonstrated it when they had a heat lamp. And they brought a sample window with the sales guy. He set up one of their sample windows. They have it with them in their bag.
I put my hand out on the standard window. He shone the heat lamp on it. I felt the heat through the window. With their window, I put my hand there, he shone on that using the same light, but I didn't feel a single bit of heat. What the windows prevent is fading of stuff on the inside of the windows like carpeting, furniture and flooring. That would be damaged by ultraviolet light over a long period of time. That was why we went with those windows. They were more expensive but we were willing to pay for that. That was a nice feature that we appreciated. They're good quality windows. They're great for what they said they would do.
The morning that the installers were coming to install the windows, my neighborhood had a power outage so the guy couldn't install the windows because he needed his power tools to do all the windows. So, he left. He was supposed to come during a three-hour window. He got there before the three-hour window started. He didn't even get out of his truck because I came out to talk to him. The power came back on an hour later, which was within the three-hour window. I called. But they had already offloaded his truck and he was on his next assignment.
When I got a call that day from Champion Windows, saying, “How was your experience?” I said, “I didn't get my windows because we had the power outage, and an hour later, I called back, and he's already on his next trip.” And the guy said, “He shouldn't have done that. He should have waited.” The local guy in town here specifically told me that the installer, should not have just left as long as he was in my time frame for my appointment. Because we have power outages all the time and they don't last all day. They last for an hour or two. This one was an hour and 12 minutes by my watch.
I assumed the screens for the windows were supposed to come with the windows. We didn't specifically talk about the fact that the windows might not come with screens. They've ordered them, but they still haven't come. When we had to reschedule and the guy came back, he installed the windows and told us, “There were no screens loaded on to my truck. So, you're gonna have to call the office and tell them that.” Because he expected there would be screens. They install it. So, I did that.
It took weeks of complaining before I got a response. I left messages and expected calls back. I had to give a negative review every time. And I kept saying, “’Cause I don't got any screens on my windows, I still haven't able to put my rooms back together again ‘cause we had to move all the furniture away from the windows for them to work. So, my bedroom and dining rooms are still torn up, and my daughter's bathroom is still torn up two months later because we still don't have the screens on our windows."
They said they're on order. That means they never ordered them to begin with, which means they sold me windows without screens. And it wasn't until I complained, “Where the hell are the screens?” That they either thought, “Oops, we should have ordered screens with the windows,” or “We originally weren't even gonna give them screens ‘cause they didn't ask for them.” But who does that? So, I don't know why we didn't have screens with the windows. The service guy has called and told me that they're on order. And when they get them, they will come out and install them. I got a call from Champion Windows asking how my experience was. I complained to that person. I said, “I still don't have any screens for my windows, so I'm not done yet. I'm still in the middle of the experience.” She put that down and said, “We'll put that as a priority one.” This was still in August. Nothing happened.
Two weeks ago, I got a call saying, “We have ordered the screens.” So, that told me that they didn't have them in the warehouse ever, or else. They couldn't have lost them or installed them in somebody else's windows. They were supposed to be custom-made for these windows. So, I'm assuming there never were any. This was a screw-up on their part and it took them a long time to discover that. I'm not gonna get charged, and that's good, but I still don't have my window screens. And I still can't put my furniture back around my windows.
Please accept our apology for the trouble with getting screens for your windows, John. We will get these installed for you as soon as possible so your project can be completed. Thank you for sharing your feedback here.

We ordered 6 vinyl replacement windows 4/28/22. 1-1/2 years later, our order is still not complete. So far we’ve had 10 appointments. We’ve worked with 5 install techs, 3 customer support reps, 2 supervisors, and even the Regional Operations Manager. From top to bottom the people at Champion Windows are incapable of doing their job correctly. After the initial install I noticed 2 of the frames were cracked and all the trim on the screens were the wrong color. A new order was put in and this is when our experience with Champion fell apart:
2.) After the first 3 mistakes we had 0 communication from Champion – no order confirmation, no update, no apology. I needed to call them to get any info.
3.) When trying to figure out the issue, Customer Support told me 7 separate times that they would call me back. They never did–this includes the supervisors and Regional Ops Manager.
4.) The last visit they triple checked the order was correct but the warehouse still got it wrong. The tech also didn’t bring the right equipment and left the job unfinished.
5.) One tech broke a sash. Another broke a frame that was previously fixed by another tech.
They are handling this situation like it happens a lot. There’s no sense of urgency. No follow through on communication. No concern about the time I wasted staying home from work to make these appointments. They’re not doing anything to make this right except for telling us they’ll get it right the next time…and the next time…and the next time.

I had one picture window put out front and the others were standard windows and some with grids also. Since Champion builds the windows from scratch, the rep said the order would take approximately 3 months. The quality was very good. The installation team was quite thorough. One of the team members, Caesar, was very good. He actually inspected all the windows and noticed another defect on the same window that I had noticed a defect and pointed it out to me. The seal that goes around the window seemed like it was popping up and they took care of it immediately. That window had to go and Champion had it changed out in less than a month's time. The service I received was very good. I'm very satisfied. You don't get as much heat coming through the windows as you did before. Champion's in-home salesman came to our house. He explained the way the windows work and how better they are for the house and the environment. It was a great sales pitch. The installers were personable. They even dealt with my noisy dog real well. They removed the old windows and put the new windows in. One window was a door before they made it into windows. They replaced the ball where the door was as well. The quality of the windows is great. It's 100% what I wanted. It's not cheap, but it's good stuff. Champion Windows is one of the best companies I've ever given money to.

Champion Windows and Home Exteriors was good, quality, efficient and a good company to work with. The person I dealt with was nice, so I just stuck with Champion. We didn't go through with it as quickly as we thought we would. But when we finally got back to it, the rep was very nice and continued on from where we left off. He was very positive and straightforward with it.
The contractor asked good questions. Every time they got lights or fixtures off, they would always ask us, "Do you want to put these back on or do you have new?" That was a positive thing that they did. If we were replacing anything, we could just go ahead and do it then. We weren't, but it was still a nice gesture by them. The siding was delivered a Thursday. They started on it by that Friday, and it took a week. For the windows, got called, they scheduled it for the end of the week, and they were installed that day. Nice and easy. I'm happy with the siding and new windows.

The rep came to the house and then, we met him over at the Fort Worth branch to look at the samples. It was all good. The people who put up the windows were very good at answering any questions that we might have had and conscientious about keeping everything clean. During the installation, we had everything moved away from the windows and the installers came out that morning and started tearing everything down. Then, they reassembled and got everything done in a day and a half. Champion Windows provided outstanding service. Everybody that I've ever dealt with, from people on the phone to sales reps to managers, has been extremely good. I've had very positive experience with Champion and I would highly recommend them.

Worst customer service I have EVER experienced period! Yes, they are less expensive, but it's not worth the headaches to save a little, trust me! Stay as far away from this company as you can. Ordered windows & a door in December of 2022 & we're still fighting with them. We had billing issues from the get go & I had to threaten a lawsuit when no one would respond to my emails for four months! When the door was finally installed it broke the same day, June 16th. I reached out to our salesperson who said he would take care of it & nothing. On August 21st, I again threatened legal action & the response was "Oh, did you want me to put in a service request"? Seriously! At that point I decided that I would rather just go outside of Champion Windows & have it repaired by someone else. Then I receive a threatening letter from their office manager stating that if we don't schedule the service they will send the parts back & then charge us when they have to re-order!
So, it's ok for them to blow us off for two months & then they have the gall to threaten us! Also, they haven't been out to the house once since the installation so exactly how did they order parts without even assessing the damage? I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and their response was that I wasn't their customer, my husband was so they refused to speak with me. He had to refile the complaint even though we made the decision to purchase together, as most couples do. I hadn't paid for the door portion of the bill because of all of the problems and today I receive another threatening letter saying they are going to file a lien on my property if I don't pay immediately for a broken door. All I can say is stay far, far away from Champion Windows of Colorado Springs. They are absolutely horrible to their customers!

The gentleman who told us about the windows was very professional. There were 111 windows and only one guy did the installation. He cleaned up everything and did an excellent job working by himself. The windows are wonderful but one was cracked when it was gonna be installed and the installer wanted to know if we wanted to go ahead and install or wait until the new window came in, which the window is in the laundry room. So, they're supposed to come on October 4th and replace that for us. Champion’s customer service was wonderful too. If we had any questions, we called or they called us to keep us informed on everything. The windows are expensive but everything is nowadays. It certainly was a lot higher-priced than what we paid the first time around. So, we already knew it was gonna be about that much when we called to check on it and the guy came. So, we weren't surprised.

We purchased windows and a sliding glass door for our house. Champion told us they wouldn't be installed until October but they were installed in August, which was wonderful. The installation crew worked really hard and they cleaned up after themselves. The windows are lovely and I'm very impressed with their quality. Champion's reps were supposed to come out and install a drip thing in one of the windows, but they haven't done that yet. Other than that, we haven't had to call them for anything and I'd recommend them.

I got new windows from Champion and we're pleased. The salesperson knew his product well and the installers were excellent. They had to take several breaks, which was very understandable because it was hot out there, but they did a great job. They explained what they were gonna be doing and that it would be noisy. The only bad thing was I was promised a discount that I didn't get and I couldn't find my paperwork to prove it. They're saying the copy of the contract is showing one price but that is not what their rep told me. Other than that, the windows are great.

Champion replaced the windows in my house. They showed us everything about the windows before they came out. Then they had another person come out and remeasure, making sure that everything was great. The sales process was lengthy. I didn't need for them to go through all that. But they wanted us to understand everything about the window when they were done. They kept me well-informed. It took them five hours to put all the windows in. I work with carpentry, and they did everything the way they were supposed to do. When they were done, they went through and showed me the windows. The only thing is they're not a cheap company.

The windows are excellent. The installation went very smoothly. They came in, took out the old windows, and put in the new ones. They had a problem with one room where the window that they put in cracked. They took it back out, put up a board, went down, rebuilt the window that had cracked, came back and installed a new one.

I used Champion Windows and Home Exteriors for a couple of times. They built the roof portion one year to the next year. This time they built my sunroom. I used the same salesman. He's a nice guy. I like working with him. I talked to the installers on a daily basis when they were there. When the materials came in, they came right on and did it. Once they started work, it didn't take over maybe 10 days. They had to wait for concrete and the county inspector to come out and look at it. The quality was very good. I'd recommend anybody that could afford it to get it. I recommended it to three other people already. People come to my house, they see, they like it, and I tell them to use Champion.

I was trying to get quotes from a bunch of different companies. Champion was the third company that I got a quote from. The price and the warranty were a lot better. The sales rep was knowledgeable and friendly. He honored the discount and was thorough in explaining everything. I like the buy two get two free window deal. That was great and I took advantage of that. I did six replacement windows and the work was excellent. Two guys showed up and worked really well together. I was working from home at the time and it wasn't too distracting. They did the job in one day and it really looks nice. Other unrelated contractors commented that they did a good job too.
On the whole, it was a good experience. Champion got things done quicker than they said they would get it done. They kept me abreast of what was going on. They got the parts finished and delivered. I got what I paid for and there was an excellent warranty. Everything went well. I recommended Champion on the Nextdoor app for people looking for window ideas.

I recently redid my basement into a family room, bedroom, and laundry room and I had the windows replaced down there by Champion and the windows are just marvelous. Particularly the one in the bedroom, which is almost like a little picture window. It has made that room pop. Also, the overall quality of the work seems to be very excellent. The gentlemen were very pleasant and easy to talk to. They were respectful, asked the right questions, and answered my questions. It was a pleasant experience and everything was done in a timely manner.

We were lied to and mislead throughout the process, which Champion has admitted to us, and they’re selling product on faulty advertising. We purchased a 3 seasons room on 5/19/23 and we’re told we would not need to spend any more money to condition the space because of the Comfort 365 windows and small size of our room (180 sq. ft.) Which was exactly what we wanted because we, from the start, did not want any external or additional air conditioning units. Once installed, we started using the room during the day and it was consistent 10-25 degrees HOTTER than it was outside. A construction manager visited us and agreed that the 80-90 degree outdoor temperature was like AC compared to our sunroom.
Since it’s been a hot summer, I even asked if it was just due to the heat and everyone assured me the “windows use argon gas insulation and are double paned to keep your sunroom warm in the winter and cool in the summer,” just like their website claims. Our sunroom reached 115 degrees on a 90 degree day once. It also doesn’t matter if we leave the windows open or closed. Customer service told us we could have the project removed and refunded, yet that was a lie. After being told we don’t need a cooling unit, we now need a ptac cooling unit. They did install a ceiling fan for us, but it just pushed hot air around. Their new solution is one we adamantly do not want and never did, an ugly, space consuming, loud, unwarranted (because they won’t give us the warranty,) ptac that will cost me money to cool a room from 115 to 75-80.
Oh! And because it’d be installed later in the process, they’d have to alter my windows to be uninformed, which this construction team did not recommend. I asked if they could check to make sure we received the correct windows or have the glass replaced because of the huge discrepancy and they told us no. Furthermore, after hearing our issues, the construction manager told me to imagine a car sitting in the sun for the 3 seasons room. That the greenhouse effect would also happen in our sunroom, regardless of the windows, even though their sales rep and online advertising states very differently. Champion blamed their new and inexperienced sales rep, though we blame Champion for not adequately training their sales reps and not telling us when our protect was measured that we would need a ptac to achieve our results. Now they’re only option for our problems is this ptac we never asked for.
We’d like our money back, considering our 3 seasons room can now only be used for 2 seasons and we were sold on false advertisement. Champion is still forcing an unwanted solution on us, even after we stated ptacs last 8-10 years at best, so we will eventually be paying for that unit. We’ve effectively paid a ton of money for a hot car to be installed in our backyard. I recommended them once after we bought and that customer also shared they were lied to for their project but things worked out. We’re going on week 7 searching for adequate solutions and this company is not flexible or willing to actually listen.

The work was actually completed in 2000. Last week the 13x14 floor collapsed near the outside slider door and included the entire width of the room and approximately 4' back. When I cut an access hole to see what caused the issued I was shocked to observe that there were only two (2) floor joists approximately 4' apart and that two 5/8" particle boards, not plywood, were placed under the floor plate and then on the joist. However, the last length of particle boards did not even reach the joist and was screwed down under the ceramic tile backer board.
When I contacted the Customer complaint department I was informed the the warranty is only good for 15 years, which is correct, but that is if the room was built according to specs, which it clearly is not. Furthermore, it is a result of negligent and faulty workmanship. Further attempts to reach anyone just resulted in the usual merry go round. I had two contractors come out for their advice and both just shook their head. It is my hope to actually get this resolved but I have serious doubts. I do have all of the associated contract and inspection work.

They did four windows two months ago and they did a very good job with the installation. Functionally, the windows are perfect. Because of the thermopane glass, the temperature difference in those rooms is day and night compared with the rest of the house. The windows don't leak air around them when the wind blows hard. Plus, they're made out of vinyl so they're never gonna have to be painted. I got the grid option so the panes of the windows look like a colonial house and I love it. I highly recommend Champion.

We recently purchased a complete window replacement package from Champion for over 50,000.00. Only one was defective. Champion refused to replace the bad one. This was a quality control issue by their factory. The glass on the right side was wavy and distorted our view from this window which was in a high traffic area in our home. This obviously defective window was confirmed by three Champion employees. All attempts to reason with them and get this replaced were futile. Phone calls, texts and emails were ignored. We talked to our Salesperson, the Installation manager, the District manager from Ohio, the Sales manager and several other Champion employees about this problem.
They offered to replace this window with a "piece of glass available locally" which was unacceptable to us. We purchased new Champion Comfort 365 windows and expected it to be replaced with the same thing. We did not purchase a repaired window of inferior unknown quality. My advice to fellow consumers is to not do business with Champion windows at all. Do not take the chance that you get one that is defective. They obviously do not stand behind their product and will not replace a window with a quality control issue. Now we're stuck with wavy glass and are reminded of it every time we look out of this window. Very dissatisfied with this company and how they do business! They are unethical and unprofessional. Don't know how they stay in business treating their customers like this. Buyer beware!

Champion had the best bang for the buck at that time and the salesman was outstanding. He showed us everything. We were very happy. We got windows and two sliding doors and the quality was very good. From the time the salesman came out and we gave the go-ahead, everything was done in about eight weeks. The installation crew was very friendly, knowledgeable and customer-oriented. They took the time to explain if I had any questions. One of my patio doors faces the south, so it's in the sun all day, and there's no heat that comes through the glasses at all.

Champion put in five double-hung windows. The quality of the product is great. We've had them for less than a month now. The sales rep was a very nice guy, knowledgeable, easy to work with and made sure that if there were any issues that we go right to him. They also told us installation would be a day or less and that the installer would get them all in. It was one guy by himself and he got them all in in six hours.

I was totally happy with everything. I had an 11x11 four season room put on, and it's super. I'm very pleased with the quality. I have a neighbor next door that built houses, and he watched and thought that the installers did more. They could've gotten by doing less on my room than they did. He was impressed.

Champion told me that it would take six to eight weeks for the window to come in, but it only took about four weeks. When the installer came in, he explained to us what he was gonna do and where he was gonna start to work from and the process of taking the windows out, and that most of the work would be done on the outside. He took out each window and then replaced them one by one. He was a pretty nice guy.

My experience with Champion has been amazing. They were very diligent and everything that they told me was gonna happen, happened. The only thing that I need them to deliver is a screen they owe me for one of the windows. I ordered 14 windows and all of them came with a screen except for one. I called customer service and the installers also called on my behalf. They put a request for it and they told me that they were gonna have the screen prepared and send it so they could install it. I haven't gotten a phone call from them yet. I know it takes four to six weeks and I'm in the four to six-week window right now. Other than that, the service was outstanding. They cleaned pretty much everything and I'm very happy and grateful for the good service that I got. I'd recommend Champion to anybody.

I went with Andersen, and then I found out that Champion had the option of getting the blinds inside the door. I contacted Champion and they were $2,000 cheaper. The rep showed me the type of door that they were offering. He was able to show me that the one Andersen was offering was not as good as the one Champion had to offer. They also had a better warranty. Before they did the installation, the techs did the measurements. It was about three weeks before they were able to get the door to install it. The tech took half an hour to remove the old door and he had the new door up within an hour and a half after that. It's of much better quality and has a better solid feel than the vinyl door I had. The fit is perfect. It also has blinds within the door, which is a really nice feature that I like.

To start, I want to say everyone I've interacted with from Champion (minus the door installers) have been professional and kind. I called Champion to have storm doors removed. Champion had previously installed a sunroom window and they had done a great job. I met with a Champion rep on August 2nd, 2022. We signed a deal for two more windows in the sunroom and two storm doors. The windows were installed without issue quickly (before end of 2022). Storm doors were not installed until 3/11/2023. During installation the upstairs storm door was installed with a large gap between the door frame and door. The outside handle was installed upside down. The handle was never fixed, but the installers did fix the gap issues.
The downstairs side door was installed without major gaps or issues HOWEVER the travel clips to keep the door screen and glass in place were never removed and the pieces to keep the screen or glass in place by itself was never given to us. We contacted Champion for a service call since the door is slamming and unable to close properly. 3/27/2023 - the installer comes out, lets us know about the missing storm door clips for screen and glass. He does not have the part on hand, and put an order in. He also helped get the door balanced as best as he could to reduce door slamming. 5/26/2023 - Scheduled date for part install. Appointment is cancelled since they don't have the part. No follow up on when part will be in. 7/11/2023 - Still no update or ETA on when the door will be finished, 116 days since install. Not working with Champion again based on their communication and lack of follow through.

I liked the fact that Champion measured the window to fit into my space. I didn't have to do anything structurally to make a change. I really liked the customer service guy. He wasn't pushy or obnoxious. He answered my questions. He did a nice job. I did four double hung windows, one big picture window, and one awning window. The picture window and the awning window were the window rep’s suggestions because I was looking for options and wasn't happy with what I had. So he had good ideas. The installers came and measured, and did it perfect. They also called to double check something they weren't sure was accurate and then they set up the schedule. They set it up so that it was convenient for me. They were in and out in less than a day. It's been great. I was happy with what we did, and it was a good choice.

We had all of the windows done in the house by Champion. They were all sliding windows. The rep that came out was very professional. He wasn't pushy, which was really nice. They told me it would take 8 to 12 weeks, but they ended up coming in a month ahead of time. They cut out the windows on the first day and put the new ones in, did everything on the inside of the house, so that way I could have the dogs loose the second day. On the second day, they did the backyard first, so that way, I could get the dogs out back so they could work out front. So far, we love the quality of the windows. Within the first couple of days, we noticed that the house stayed a lot cooler. That was a big deal. Even now, with the air conditioning running, the house stays cooler. We don't have to run it near as often.
