We got double-hung, regular vinyl windows. Everything went good. The installers did a good job and it was painless.

Thirty year old home. Windows were fogged and leaking. I checked several local suppliers and found that good quality windows were on order and delivery time was unavailable. Installers varied as well as install prices. I made an appointment with Champion's competition company and got a no show and no call back. I called Champion Windows and made an appointment for a sales rep. Michael arrived on time and well prepared. Explained the difference in their product v/s others and what products they had to offer. My wife and I selected the windows of choice and Michael measured the existing windows for replacement. He then called Portland for price and availability. We received a one time quote for windows and installation. Approximate time of delivery and install was given at this time.

The rep explained everything. She told me a few things that Champion does that other companies don't. She gave us a ballpark figure time of when the installation was going to be done. Champion did it within that timeframe. The techs were very professional and they came through. They explained to us how the windows worked and what the process was. They cleaned up after themselves.

We had all the windows in our house replaced. We had to replace all the window sills and the trim around the windows also. Our Champion representative was very nice and we liked him. The workers were really nice and very efficient too. They did a nice job. But there was an issue with one of the windows. The screens were not available when they put them in. We got a note saying they were going to get upgraded screens. We still have no screens for any of the windows at this point. We’re going on almost two months from when the windows were installed. We've not heard about when those screens are going to appear. Right now, we don't need them. It's cold outside and we're not going to be opening our windows anytime soon. But at the same time, that's an interesting little facet there. Other than that, we're really pleased.

I would suggest that you do not use Champion Windows based on the experience I continue to have with them. Normally I do not write review until a project is over but in this case I need to make an exception. I will break this into 3 parts starting with why I chose them over competitors, the good I have experienced, and the bad. First I interviewed 3 different window companies to replace windows on my residential house for a total of 15 windows. All companies came out on time, gave great presentations, and were priced about the same. I decided to go with Champion for 3 reasons even thought they were about $2000 higher than the next person I would have gone with. The offered a one-time transferrable warranty if I sold my house, the quality of the window seem a little better, and they had been in business for 60 plus years.

Champion's price was cheaper. Their rep was very polite, professional and helpful. Also, the installers were very efficient. The windows make the place look nice.

I did four windows with Champion and the quality of the windows is nice.

Champion contracted to complete a sunroom at my home in May 2021 and took a $17,000 deposit. They told me there would be a delay in completing the project due to supply issues related to Covid. However, 7 months later, and only after I chased them around quite a lot, they advised that they "did not do" the kind of project that they contracted for, and advised they would refund my deposit. However they refused to pay interest on my money held under false pretenses for over 7 months.

I had the windows and a storm door put in. I like them. Go to Champion.

I liked the quality of Champion's windows. Also, they were a lot more reasonably priced than Andersen or Pella. Champion redid my whole house. I did it over the course of three years. I had the bedroom windows done the first year. I had a bay window and patio sliders done the second year on a sunroom. And this year, I had another seven windows in various areas of the house replaced. I'm very happy with them. In all three cases, they did a great job. They were good about communicating. They showed up when they said they would. It all went really well. I was very pleased dealing with them.

The ones that I did the paperwork with were nice. And the two guys who came and put in the windows were fantastic. They were friendly and hardworking. They showed up in every kind of weather. They were out there freezing and I felt so bad. I tried to get them in to warm up and they said, “No, no, we got to work.” It was a great experience all the way around. Everybody was pleasant and knew their stuff. We love the windows. Yesterday, it was cold outside but the windows keep it warm in that room and it's just like a warm day. So, we can go out there and sit and we would think it was 75 outside but it's not. We were in the 30s yesterday. That's how nice the windows are.

Don’t use them!! We had 13 windows replaced that are leaking, we see water dripping on the inside. We have been trying for over 6 months now to get Champion to fix it and they don’t answer, don’t call you back, pawn it off on someone else, tell you it’s an insurance claim then nothing happens…. We have been calling every other day with nothing. Even had one of their reps hang up on my husband. We now have soft walls around the windows and our trim is pulling away from the wall from warping.

We purchased our windows in 2006. They had a lifetime warranty for the same homeowner. Decades later, we were experiencing moisture between the panes. It was likely due to a small ding in the pane. The company was located on Long Island at the time of purchase, but was no longer there in 2021. We located them in Cincinnati, OH and they said they will certainly honor the warranty. Theodore came to our home to measure and order the replacement window. When the window replacement came in, he was the same gentleman who installed it. He was on time, very knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Will definitely recommend Champion to friends and family.

We installed the first half of our Champion windows two years ago and this year, we installed the other half. There is one screw missing with the patio door which was installed two years ago. I asked the crew who came to install the new one this year to put that screw. They said, “We don't have it. We'll send somebody to fix it.” But they didn't send anybody. So the patio door needs to be checked. I won’t recommend Champion to anybody else. They have good windows, a good installation team, but their after-service is not reliable.

The lady convinced me it was a good product, but I haven't got my screens yet so I'm not completely satisfied. They told me I will receive them in May and that I could put them in for myself but after paying $12,000, I'm not interested in putting them in myself. Champion should get their products to people in a quicker timeframe.

I've used Champion before and they did really good work. I've had them install a sunroom on a previous house and a sunroom on this house. The workers were awesome. Everybody associated with the program was really good. The only thing was that they could have called me when the inspectors were coming. I missed the inspector twice. But overall, Champion has good value for the price and reliability and trust in the workmanship.

I had my backdoor replaced by Champion. The guy who came out to give me an estimate was very thorough on showing me the different types of windows. He took the time to show me everything and was very upfront on the cost. It's a nice back door. The two guys that installed it were very good about what they were doing and didn't waste time.

We liked the way our experience was. It was just the time delay of getting the windows in was the issue. The installation seemed forever because of the COVID. We ordered in May, and we got the windows put in the first of November. They were supposed to come in August. Another time, the fellow ordered the right windows, but they had too many grids in them. I called and he was very caring. He made sure that he had everything down. So, he reordered. We had a lateral one on the top, and it didn't have grids in it. And there was a delay. He said it was because of the lack of shipping. But we were pleased with the rep that we had. He was on track with things. And when we sent in an issue, he reordered. Also, the gentlemen that the rep chose for installation was very capable. We will probably order more windows from Champion in time and we want the same installers. I appreciate the representative giving us good help on that.

I would give a 0 if it was possible. We ordered, signed a contract, and paid 50% for windows and a double front door on March 12, 2021. Champion as been out twice and measured our windows wrong both times, causing a reorder. Some of our windows were finally installed mid September 2021. We have tried to get a response as to when we will get our other windows and front door, promises that the GM would contact us multiple times, never has happened. We asked if we could cancel our front doors, we were told that we would be penalized financially 30% of the price of the doors. We were told it would take 8-10 weeks from the March date for installation.

The sales guy was very knowledgeable, except for the financing part. Champion says they’re 0% financing and then the customer to pay so much upfront. After installation, the customer starts paying interest. But then Champion says, “Oh, we're gonna finance you. And in 30 days, the finance company will finance you and you start paying them immediately. And it's with interest.” So they contradict themselves. The sales guy didn't understand that. He even put me on the phone with somebody else. They tried to explain it away. But bottom line is, it’s not free financing for three months. It's free financing until GreenSky kicks in within 30 days, then you start paying interest. But overall, I'm very satisfied with Champion. I've looked at the windows since they were replaced and they look fine. Champion told me I have within a year to get 50% off in any other windows I want to be done.

I had Champion come out and do some windows on a house that I owned previously. This time, it’s windows siding and gutter. Everybody was very nice and professional. Only the windows have been done so far. One window was supposed to be clear instead of frosted. But they're supposed to take care of that. The windows that I've got now are better than the ones I had on the other house. So, they have made advancements. I've told several people to give Champion a call.

We utilized Champion's services for some product many years ago and had such great success and luck with them that we invited them back in to look at some new window projects that we had. We were confident that we had the right company. All started with the salesperson that was very knowledgeable, informative, and was still with the team. I appreciate the Champion team exceeding our expectations once again. We intend to have them back for some more window work this spring.

When Eric, our sales guy, came out, he explained the whole process to me and got us on a schedule. A week later, our windows were measured. About six weeks after that was when we got the windows fully installed and the installation went very smoothly. The installers were nothing but respectful. With the older windows, I could hear a little bit of everything my neighbors were doing. Now, I love the fact that I can't hear my neighbors anymore. I have a little bit more of that privacy, both inside and out.

Champion Windows helped me with two sets of windows, and I really like it. I have two houses, and that’s why I continue to go with their company. The one who sold me the windows was a young man, and for his age, he was very knowledgeable of their company. I didn't like his manager, but I liked the honesty in the young man, and I told him not to change that for anyone. The install was good too. So far, I've been happy with the way the windows look on my house, and the quality where it doesn't get frosty. I can’t hear too much outside as well.

The gentleman who came out to our house happened to be the sales manager at the Champion location in Cincinnati. He came out to design a sunroom for us at first. We decided to go with a whole set of windows around our entire house so he came out a second time. We also visited the showroom and we were very pleased with his thorough explanation. So it was really the customer service, and the quality of the window that were apparent to us. Also, the installers were outstanding in every way. They worked with us to retrofit the windows to a 100-year-old house. They had to do some finagling with that a bit to get the windows to the level that they needed to be. But it created a great product.

The patio door from Champion looks nice and I like it. The installation took an hour and I was 100% satisfied.

I looked for somebody that would be local and Champion Windows is local. A couple of the other outfits seem like middlemen. They would come in here then they would hire somebody else out to put the windows in, and they bought the windows from somebody else. Champion makes their own windows. I looked at five or six different operations and Champion looked more affordable and it was a good product. The rep was cool. He was very detailed and went over all the nuts and bolts to the operation.

Champion had the best bang for the buck. We also like the fact that they start to finish. We did all window replacement in our house. It was excellent. We were very pleased. Everything seems good. There was one little screen that had some issues and they replaced that right away.

I was getting some estimates and the quality for the price and the knowledge of the representative that came out to present them from Champion was far better than any others that I had come in. I did three windows with Champion and it took a little longer than I anticipated, but they were in before winter. The wind doesn't blow through the windows and the installers did a great job. I'm very pleased with how the whole process happened.

Champion is the only provider that has the window with the patio door with the doggie door in it. The sales and installment were pretty good. I would call them back again.

I had great experience with Champion. John, the sales rep, was awesome. He deserves a raise. He wanted to go through the background of Champion. I have some specialty windows, so I needed somebody to be able to do that and Champion was able to do it. I also got a way better price out of them than I did with another company. It's not an instantaneous process though because they have to measure and make the windows especially for me. I didn't know that before because I've never put windows on a house before. It took about three months before they go through the whole process which was a little longer than I would have hoped but it's been worth every penny. They were pretty efficient in getting the windows installed once they were here. I had them put windows in my whole upstairs and they got them all in in one day. I've been real happy with them so far. They make my house look so much better.

The professionalism, fast and courteous service and getting in and out and cleaning up was excellent. I would absolutely go with them. Everything was good.

Everything went well with Champion. The rep was good. He answered all my calls and my questions. I like my Champion door. It's nice. They installed it correctly so it functions well. They did a good job. I recommend Champion.

I liked the deal that Champion was offering and the salesman didn't try to oversell me on anything. He was straight to the point, real honest, and forward about it. Then, he demoed the windows that he had in his truck. It was so much better than some windows you can buy and replace on your own and it fit in my budget. A guy came out a week after I got the estimate and he measured. Then, I got a call two weeks later that the windows were in and that they could install them the following day. It was incredibly fast. They got them all installed in one day and they came back two days later and did the trim around the outside. From the day that I got the estimate from the salesperson to the day that the windows were installed, it was 30 days. I like the windows a lot. It's a better picture looking outside. It’s clear and it keeps the house cool. And they look good, too.

The Champion rep that came here and sold me the window was very nice. He told me that the windows can keep the heat and the sun out and keep the house warm. I jumped for that because that's what I want. But I want a picture window and we went through the whole detail. He showed me that it would be to my advantage and it was nice so I decided I would go ahead and get it. I started in April and they put in the windows in July. It took quite a while. I kept calling them wanting to know what had happened and they said they had to make the windows. It took a while to get them in. But other than that, I love the finished product so far.

I had Champion change out windows for a house I just purchased. The sales rep was wonderful, and installation went smoothly. The quality is good too.

The sales rep was very good. The installers did a great job, too. So far, I'm 100% satisfied with the quality of the products.

We are in the waiting process of getting two new windows and complete siding, insulation/wrap and new gutters, soffit and shutters and also trim in the all the windows and doors and shop garage door on our home here in East Tennessee. Now we did the quote in May and we are waiting out the lead times of mid September for the windows and around November for the other exterior upgrades. I will follow up on that when it occurs.

We had a sales rep come out and he was punctual as well as very informative. He showed us an example of the product and we loved it in comparison to what we had seen before. The product is amazing in comparison to other brands, and the price comparison for what you're getting is phenomenal. Also, Champion has great installation crews. They worked very well, and there were no hiccups in the install. Everything was done very professionally.

We recently had a sliding patio door with a dog door in it and two windows installed. The crew was putting the patio door in, and it was a little bit difficult. It had been custom-made and they had to go out of their way quite a bit to get it to fit. But it came out nicely. I like them really well. It's just what we needed.

The sales rep was professional, and he knew what he was talking about. We discussed which window would be better, because we were getting double windows and the thing was buy one, get one free. We got a sliding double hung window and a picture window, and when the installers put them in, they were there all day. They showed up in the morning and they finished in the afternoon time. They did good, and they were very professional and friendly. Champion Windows's product is good and it's doing its job, but it's expensive.

I ordered doors in May 2020 which were not installed until Nov 2020. Installer damaged trim. With several calls and letters to the company it has not been corrected. The attempts they made included installation of mix matched wood around the door. Now at July 2021 my front door is without trim. They have removed the trim and white drywall is showing in my living room. Champion Windows and Doors will not respond to my messages or emails.

I purchased 20 windows, four doors, and the sunroom from Champion. The quality of the products is fantastic. It's all very good. The sales rep was really good. First, he came out about the sunroom. Then, after the sunroom was mostly built, I had him come out and I talked to him about the windows and the doors. He knew what he was talking about. He knew what we needed and ordered it. He had a lot of good suggestions.

There were nine windows that Champion replaced. The installation crew was very punctual and they cleaned up. They did a great job and the windows look fantastic. I've got more windows over at that property to replace so probably the end of the summer, I'll be giving them a call again to get those others taken care of.

I called Champion Windows and a gentleman came out. I told him he had to talk to my son to see what my son had to say. My son said that he’s dealing with Champion and he’s having no problem with them. He told me I'm not gonna have any problem with them either. I purchased the windows and did have a little problem. My first time I went to let the window down, there’s a thing on its side that came out. But one or two days after, the gentleman was there in the rain to fix it. Last month, my light bill was $75. When I got my light bill for this month, it's $111. I don't know the next month would it be lower or higher.

As far as the sales with Champion were concerned, it went fine. It took 45 minutes to go through everything and explained everything to us. When the gentleman came out to do the installation, he was very thorough and took good care of everything. The house and the windows look good. The appearance is much nicer than what the old windows were. I've noticed that as far as the air conditioning is concerned, the house stays cooler because it's not losing the air out to the windows that we were before. I've noticed also it seems to be a little quieter against the traffic that runs by. I'm well satisfied. In fact, I'm in the process of getting things they gathered up because I got three more windows that need to be done.

Dealing with Champion windows has been a nightmare from the minute we signed the contract. We were told 8-10 weeks until install, 12 weeks later we have not even received a call from Champion. When we finally got someone to return a call we were told the windows had not been order due to an internal error. At that point we requested to be released from the contract for non-delivery of service/product and Champion windows threatened us with a 30% penalty for canceling.

My brother-in-law told us about Champion so we went through them. They installed for us before and this time, they did windows. So far, the windows are okay.

Champion recently did the remaining windows that we had had all of the upstairs done several years ago. The new windows are a lot lighter. They're in the family room downstairs and in the garage. There was also a garden door put in going from the living room out to the deck. My wife loves all of them. I like Champion. We've had several other big projects done by them in the last couple of months so we're pretty loyal Champion customers. I've already recommended them to a couple of people who have used them.

The Champion Windows representative was very informative, courteous, and helpful in making the decision of going with Champion Windows. The same experience with the man that came to measure the windows. The window sample was good quality and has a great warranty. Waiting for them to be made and installed. So far experience working with Champion Windows has been great.

I had replacement windows a couple of years ago. Now am noticing the trim around the windows is buckling. Also when I went to repaint found out they used a non-paintable caulk on the interior of the windows and I have to scrape all the caulk out and replace with paintable caulk! Not impressed with the quality of the materials being used or the workmanship of the installation.

Everything went fine. The quality seems to be fine.

Champion came out for an appointment and that went well. We liked the product and the sales pitch worked. We ended up purchasing five windows and we did it on a zero interest for the first year plan. Champion closed the deal pretty quickly. Any time I had questions or concerns after, I reached out to their sales guy. He was super fast about connecting me to the right person or answering my questions. One installer came and he was nice. He did a good job. I like the windows a lot. Champion has excellent products and they provide quick and thorough service.

We had used Champion in the past and liked their product. We put the windows in this house for 15 years and had no problem with them. That was a reason why we chose to go with them this time. Both the salesperson and the installation crew were pleasant and easy to work with. We had to have a couple of things corrected after they were installed and they tried to come out as quickly as possible. They were able to fix what needed to be fixed.

My parents used Champion and liked them so we tried it. We used it a couple of years ago when we had all new windows and a new door put in. We used them again and had them put windows upstairs because ours broke. The seals were bad. The installation took a few hours and it was good.

We got a quote from Champion and they were a little higher than others, but with what the salesman said, my husband decided he would go with them. We've been well satisfied so far. The salesman was knowledgeable, showed us everything and did a good job. The installers did it all in one day. We've had a couple of problems but they've come and fixed that. They fixed a couple screens that had bowed, and they replaced a window that had got broken when they were coming down with it. We're liking the products. So far, so good.

I've used Champion Windows before for windows installation. I had them install some siding recently. So far, I'm pretty happy with it. The crew that did it was very good. They seemed very courteous and they did a good job. Also, the sales rep was knowledgeable.

I bought a sliding glass patio door from Champion for several thousand dollars. Since then the handle of the door has broken off through normal opening and closing 4 times. The last two times it broke off the door was no longer under warranty for service. So, twice I have had to drive to the company headquarters to pick up a new handle and then hire a handyman to replace the handle. As Champion builds their own doors, the door handle must be poorly designed if the handle breaks off 4 times in 10 years. I am getting new windows for my home and will not be considering Champion.

Champion did good for me and I love their products. The installers were wonderful, very professional and cleaned up after themselves. I'm extremely satisfied and I would definitely recommend them.

Champion recently installed some basement windows for me. The salesperson came out, did his spiel, and measured. He was a pretty decent guy and was very knowledgeable of the product. I wasn't high-pressured to buying the product. The installer was okay but it took him an extra day to get the proper equipment or product. He wasn't prepared. That aside, I was happy with my windows.

The salesperson did give a good presentation and gave the benefits of going with Champion. I felt impressed that what I was getting was a quality product. I re-windowed my whole house with them and it went excellently. I am quite satisfied. However, there is one window that is broken and supposed to be replaced but I haven't heard anything as of yet. I was told two to three weeks and it's passed that now.

Champion installed a porch enclosure. It’s not cheap but it's good. They got things done on time and as promised. They were also very factual and informative so it was a good experience all around.

The guys from Champion were phenomenal. We had a window that leaked and the board was rotting out. They took the siding off the house and replaced about four feet of two by sixes. The guys did excellent work. Mike, the fellow that I always deal with and Marta, the lady I call for repairs is like talking to your family. They take you in interest and make sure you get everything you need done. People can do comparison shopping but you’ll probably always come back with better results if you go with a local company. Champion have super people. I couldn't be more satisfied with anybody that's done any kind of work for us.

I liked the salesman so I went with Champion for my windows and siding. He seemed super knowledgeable on the stuff and wasn't pushy like most. Then, I was given a timeline and it was fine. It was wintertime so I figured it would be more towards the spring when they would want to replace the windows but they did it. The crew they subbed out the installation to did a great job. I'd recommend Champion.

My daughter and son-in-law had new windows and siding put on their home and I liked the quality of the windows. I had Champion install mine too and I absolutely love the clarity, the money that they saved me, and the easy cleaning. I also had a storm door put on the front door and I really enjoy it where the screen comes up when you pull down the window. I highly recommend Champion. They're fantastic.

We had an idea that we wanted to pursue so we talked to several companies that did that kind of work. We were fortunate to find Champion and they did a great job for us. We got an outdoor living area and they screened it in for us. We worked with a fella by the name of John and he really sat down with us, worked us through what our ideas were, and put a design together to match that. The design worked out terrific, and the workmanship and the product quality were exceptional.

We had Champion come out and they talked to us. We found that they were reasonable and we ended up with them. Everything was great. There were no issues nor problems. We were very happy with everything that we did with the Champion Windows.

We've had several windows put in by Champion. They put the wrap on them because that matches our color on the trim. It’d be nice to add more options for that trim, it's just white and tan. The installation team was very good. We really enjoyed them. I also like the fact that they have the warning stuff and is transferable. It adds some value to the house. We really liked the windows.

We liked Champion's window quality over the others that we were looking at. Then the guy that came out that actually did the work on replacing the door and the windows, I would hire him back to do anything. I have no qualms about going with Champion to do the work.

Champion helped us with the windows. The sales representative was great. The contractor was good too.

Champion got the job done. It looks nice so we're satisfied. I would recommend them.

The Champion Windows agents were all very helpful. We got a picture window. The installation was good. They did a great job making it look like it’s always been there. It was three traditional double-hung windows with trims on them that was converted to an oversized picture window. It was a little unique because we were selling the house when we were in Florida, but the installation was happening in Tennessee. So, the timing was a little off, but it was a special-sized window, so it took them longer than expected. When they finally got the window in, they had to come back up to Tennessee. Everything went well then.

Champion helped me with a Sunroom and their product is of good quality. Their installers were nice people. I'm satisfied but I still have some problems as some of the things on the windows come off.

The sales reps knew their product very well and they immediately answered any questions I had. I didn't have to wait to find out information. Then, the installers came in here, put everything down, cleaned up the mess or whatever they had, and took everything away. They answered any questions I had and addressed any concerns. They were wonderful. I love Champion's ethic, product, and warranty. I’ve been bragging about my windows and letting everybody know where I got them from.

Champion did some work for me before and they built my sunroom back in 2008. Then recently, I purchased windows from them. Their sales reps were very good and very knowledgeable. The tech who came out was also very good, very nice, and very polite. I love the quality of the work and I would tell others to get Champion. As a matter of fact, I already recommended my neighbor next door to me.

Champion installed a glass window. They enclosed our back patio with just glass and no screens. We have a beautiful backyard, and the enclosed area allows us to be outside inside. It’s our new favorite room in the entire house. My wife sits out there. Last night she said, “This is just like being outside, only you’re not.” It’s air conditioned and heated inside. So, it’s really nice. We love it. We loved the experience with the sales rep that came out. It was great. Also, the interaction with the contractor was quite good. We got along well, and he made us happy the whole time. We’re really pleased with the quality of the work that was done.

Champion looked like a reputable company. I had windows installed and it went well. The installers were professional and finished in one or two days. The windows are super quality.

I had a large picture window replaced by Champion and things were quick and easy. The rep whom I spoke with was enthusiastic and knowledgeable. The installers kept everything neat. They got the installation done with no muss, no fuss and no mess. The window we got is very clear.

I live in Colorado and I hired Champion to build me a sun room. First they delayed to construction for two months. Then when they started they violated the construction permit and OSHA regulations so I stopped the work. Champion was removed from the construction permit as a result of their violating the construction permit. Their customer service department refuses to try to resolve this issue and after trying for a resolution for almost two months and many broken promises from Champion I have had to refer my case to the BBB and will follow up with a lawsuit if the BBB cannot help. Stay away from them.

Champion Window’s guy came out and went through all these demonstrations. I felt the heat light and that demonstration was very nice. It showed the heat that comes through regular glass compared to their glass or some other type of glass. I had two windows replaced. One was a double window and the other was a big window. But they replaced a total of five windows because they had to make one big window into three. The quality of work was great and I love Champion. I can't wait till it gets hot so I cannot feel the heat through the big window.

We used Champion in the past on our older house, 10 plus years ago, and recently, we purchased energy efficient windows on our second floor. The installers were very good, quick, and efficient. All in all, their product and service had been good to me.

In choosing Champion, the salesman was a big factor as well as the price. The salespeople and the people that came out are top-notch. They were wearing masks, keeping the distance and were very polite. Everything went pretty well with the installation. I'm most impressed with how the siding went up. It was relatively four days it took them to do the siding. But the windows, there’s still an open ticket for that. The guys that first installed the windows didn't square them up and make them level. The first one didn't have grids, but the second windows they had to reorder did have the grids. The windows are just not square. I just wish that the windows would have been done right the first time. But other than that, I like everything. The quality is great. It's much better than the windows that we had, which were original to the house. I like how my house looks a lot better.

The installation was great. I did not get to meet them but I talked to them on the phone and they all seemed very nice. They did an excellent job. The windows look good and my mom is very happy.

Champion installed our front entry door and a back entry sliding door in Dec 2019. They are absolutely gorgeous, but not very functional or energy efficient. The handle on the sliding screen door keeps falling off despite our attempts to replace the screws, which we shouldn't have to do. The front entry door has a "comfort 365 glass window", which is about to fall out. When you touch it moves back and forth. You can feel the winter wind come in all around it. Our remedy has been to place duct tape all around it hoping that will help save on high heating bills. Also, to prevent the glass from falling out for children to step in broken glass.

Every morning, we open our shades and we have to wipe across the bottom of the window because of the moisture. The salesman told us that our house is too humid. So, we went and bought a dehumidifier that sits in our living room. Usually, if we can keep the humidity at 35% the windows are okay. But, that's the same thing we had with our old windows. Our salesman did not leave out flyers on humidity. It's great not to have to wipe humidity off our windows every morning. Giving a flyer is a basic thing to him and he was afraid to leave that for fear we'd know.

Everything went well with Champion. We got a sunroom from them.

Our experience with Champion was less than stellar. In fact, from the beginning of this process in June until now it has been horrendous. We were not given the windows we purchased. We paid for a premium product. The windows received were the standard product and one of them was cracked. The installer indicated someone would return in two weeks to repair the cracked window. We immediately contacted Champion customer service. The person we spoke with stated someone would contact us promptly. We waited patiently but had no response so we called again without a positive result. We left numerous messages with no return calls.

I was most impressed about the salesman that came out to talk to us about Champion's product. I liked the demonstration that he had in discussing the coatings on the window and his demonstration with using an hour of heat source on one side of the window. He brought out a couple other of their competitors' windows to demonstrate the better insulation properties of Champion's product. I felt like it was the best product that was out there out of the vendors that I looked at. It wasn't the cheapest product but I liked the build quality of the windows. I also liked the styling of the windows and some of the features and construction of the windows better.

The rep who's my friend knew what he was talking about. He was able to answer all my questions after I did my research. He was good. The installation crew was even better. That's probably where I was most impressed. They showed up at my property but the power was out on the whole block so they went and did another jo. They came back and their diligence, the quality of work that they did and explanation of things was the best experience. They did 9 windows and a roof and it came out really well. I got a good price too. I would recommend them and I would work with them again. Their product solved my problems.

When Champion did 10 windows and 1 door, they did it on time. The quality of work was fantastic and the guys were great. They didn't leave any mess when they started as well as when they left. Since then, there are no more air leaks and there is a decrease in my electric bill.

I'm from Louisiana and we always saw Champion in Louisiana doing renovations or additions or windows. We saw them advertised here and we wanted to expand our back so we put a 512 square feet on the back of the house. The experience was great. It didn't take as long. It took longer waiting for the stuff to come. The concrete guys came and went and we didn't know when they were coming back. But other than that, everything else worked like a charm. Dan, my salesman, was fantastic. When I couldn't get through to the project manager, he got me a direct line to get through to him. The guy was there by himself with all the projects they had going on. They finally got him help which made communication and feedback a lot easier to get across.

We like the windows that we got from Champion and we've been really happy with our experience with them. Their sales rep was good and the installers were great. It took them just one day to do it.

We thought we would give Champion a call and have them come out. When they did, everything sounded good and at the time, I already talked to a few people who had other companies come out and put in their windows. They were happy with their windows but the prices were a little more expensive. So it was the expense that led us to go with Champion and they put in three windows for us. We just bought the place and we couldn't afford any more than that. But the installation went really well. The man was very conscious about keeping our home clean, so he was putting down tarps all the way up the staircase and through our living room space to get to the window in the dining room.

I saw what Champion Windows did with my neighbors. They had good experiences with them and the salesman was very informative. I wanted windows done and it seemed like the right time. Champion did the windows and the vinyl all around the windows. They also replaced some rotten wood. There were three guys and they did it in two days. They worked very hard, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves well. They were friendly and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They accidentally ripped one of the screens though. One of the pieces of vinyl hit the screen but the company sent somebody else to redo the screen. The quality is good and I'm happy. I would recommend Champion. It’s better than what I had.

We did windows and doors with Champion and the techs were very meticulous on their detail work. Everything seemed to go fine except we were having a draft issue. We had them come back out and we just need to get past this issue. They came back to test for the draftiness and it was not a windy day. They were not seeing the problem. They didn’t have a way to test for efficiency even though they guarantee it for a lifetime. They told us that property owners pay private companies to do that efficiency test and so, I have a problem with their lifetime warranty and their wording. Still, we like the windows and I would recommend Champion.

I liked Champion’s reputation and warranty. The salesman explained the process and the product, especially to my wife. She was the ultimate decision-maker. We got windows, doors and siding and the experience with the contractor was great. But Champion is still working on the project. They’re finishing up the siding and some trim work. They have been accommodating and they’ve been good to work with.

My daughter and son-in-law contacted Champion for windows and doors at their house. Then they asked the sales rep to come in and visit me. They did storm doors and a replacement window. I had also got a porch. It took a while but I understand with covid that you can't get supplies overnight. About three weeks ago, we had very strong winds. It blew the storm door on my front porch open and it bent the arms on the closers. The closers weren't working right. By the time I called them, it took over two weeks to get somebody here. With the wind, it was just hanging out there. I was afraid it was gonna tear off or break so I had to, over two weeks, put a rocking chair and kind of jam it where if the wind blew, it didn't bounce around. I also had a new rescue dog and when he heard that noise, he went crazy barking.

We had Champion Windows take care of our back porch several years ago. They put in windows and screens. Recently, we had three new windows put in the front of our house and the installation went very well. We'll probably be getting in touch with them to have three put in our bedroom in the spring.

Years ago, my brother-in-law had something installed in his house and we thought we would try Champion a few years back. We really liked their work and their product. The team had been really good so far about taking care of anything they needed to. There's a pair that we really like, Jose and Irma, and we keep asking for them. They do a wonderful job. We had some pretty old windows before they installed the new ones. We noticed a difference in the warmth of the room and how it buttoned up the house. We enjoyed working with them.

Mike let us know about Champion Windows, and he got us interested in them to get them. The representative laid everything out for us and let us know the cost and what was what. I was happy with it. The contractors were very courteous. They cared for our property and they were knowledgeable on what they were doing. We were happy with them too. Champion Windows was great. I've already recommended it to several people.

Champion Windows built our sunroom several years ago. We liked what they did with it and so we went with them again for our windows. The rep was very professional and thorough. The installers were so fast. I thought the replacement would take a day or two. They got here in the morning and they were done by 2:00 in the afternoon after installing eight windows. They had plastic and so they didn't make a mess. They were careful where they stepped and after they were done, they cleaned up really well. The quality of the windows couldn't get any better. We had a problem with one which had an issue in the factory as it had a little hairline crack on the edge by the frame. It cracked all the way up but as soon as I notified the company, they had the window made and they replaced it.

16 years ago, I had windows put in. I had been watching advertisements about Champion Windows. We had windows placed in, and I absolutely loved them. It's the best investment I ever made. Then I went and had a back porch put on it. I had a window got damaged and shattered. So, when I called Champion up, they came out. And that was my third experience with them. They came out to replace the windows. And they found out the front window, we had a seal broken. They replaced it too, and I am completely satisfied. I love them.

I found Champion on the internet and they had a special going on at the time. 18 windows were replaced by them. The quality of work was good. The people who did the work cleaned up before they left, so I have no complaints on that. My house is warmer now. The windows are definitely a help.

We had seven windows replaced and the back door replaced through Champion. We're still waiting on them to fix the screen door because the piece wasn't lining up correctly and it kept rubbing up against the thing. It was three weeks ago since they've been over at the house. I haven't heard anything from them though. They said they’d get it to us in a couple of weeks, and it's been well beyond that. I'm just a patient person and haven't really had time to call. Also, my parents recommended Champion to us, and we still have yet to receive that $200 referral thing. Other than those, we’re really pleased with the work that they did. The person we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. So, that part went smooth.

This is a horrible company to deal with and their people are extremely unprofessional and outright rude. After attempting to do business with them, it became clear they do not treat people the way they would want their own parents to be treated. When trying to work out a solution to problems, they hold others to different standards than they hold for themselves. When they failed to do what they said, when they said they would do it, I asked to cancel and refund the deposit. I was met with excuses on their part and wild accusations towards me by them.

I read some of the reviews and I didn't like some of those that I found in other windows. I went with Champion and it was a very good experience. The installers were very professional. The salesman was very good too. Thank you.

Champion Windows came out and gave me a good price. Everything was great from the interaction with the salesman to the team that came out to do it. The guys that came out to do the install did a great job. They should get a bonus. We got windows, a couple of sliders and a couple of regular windows that don't open. They're of great quality. I love them.

Champion was able to answer my questions about my existing roofline that I had and able to put a structure underneath of it that suits our needs. The installation went well. We got our sunroom and we're happy. I had a couple of issues with the locking system on the doors and the slider windows, but Champion came out and took care of that. It took two trips. But it was just tweak and adjustments that they needed to make. They are putting a tiled floor down right now, and the floor seems to be good, and level and square. Everything is going good right now.

Champion Windows installed a sun room. The sales person was extremely friendly, explained about warranties and it was impressive. Installation was delayed several times. It went more than three months beyond the scheduled installation. This summer, doors were not locking. I placed online service request, called several times and left messages. It has been over three months and the problem is not resolved. I am extremely unhappy with the company's business. They are not reliable. I regret the decision to go with this company.

We had some hail damage, and Champion could replace the windows relatively close to what was in it. They slide from side to side instead of up and down. The overall quality of our new windows is pretty good. But it's not as good as what we had in there. There's cold air that comes off the glass. Our sales agent was pretty good. The installation was really good, too. The installers helped me move some things out of the window and stuff that I couldn't lift. We were really happy. We had other window contractors come out and they said, “Well, we wanna put these windows in,” which meant totally redoing the outside of the house. They want to put up like three sections instead of the one big picture window. But we didn't want the open ones to go up and down. We wanted them to slide to the center, and Champion accommodated that.

We bought a house that's on the water and we started having problems with the bedroom windows facing the water. So, we looked around and we saw the ad for Champion Windows. It was the answer. We wanted a warranty and we had Champion price it and another manufacturer. From there, we decided on Champion. We got the French doors with the windows and then, we have a glass block window that's in the bathroom downstairs. We had no problems with installation although we had something that didn't work right. They came back in, stood by it and we were fine. The quality was very good.

We had some windows installed by Champion not too long ago. I've used other people with other windows, and I wasn't happy with the results, the quality and the workmanship. So, I said, "I'm gonna try to go with somebody who's more reputable." Champion's lifetime warranty was the selling point for us. I was pretty pleased with the quality of their work. Everything about what they did was top-notch. The guys were clean. They were courteous, accurate and professional. I couldn't have asked for better.

When we saw what Champion did next door, we liked the product, how good it seemed, and how insulated it was. That’s what we wanted. Champion did a sunroom for me. They built an addition. Everything was excellent. The sales rep was super. When he came out and measured, it was fine. The installation was neat. We got to hang around and watch. It was really neat how they did things and how professional they were. Everything ended up exactly what we needed, and we've had no problems.

Champion Windows came out and replaced some kitchen windows, and then I was pleased with them. I had a big Palladian window that had to be replaced. I got somebody cheaper, and within a year, it had cracked. And after many promises that they would be back, they never came back. I told Champion again, and they came back and replaced the window that was put in by another company. I've been really happy with them. Their installers were very professional. Their sales rep was very helpful. I had my credit frozen, so I had problems getting it unfrozen. He helped me with that, so that was good. Champion does a good job.

We set up an appointment for Champion to come here and talk to us. The rep who came was very knowledgeable. My husband said the installer was very good. Our windows are great. They're much wider than our old ones. My brother-in-law had windows put in and he paid more from a different company.

I heard a lot about Champion. I had some gutters replaced with them a while back, and they did a good job. I also got doors done, and they did a good job on my windows in my garage. Also, Lowe's got some doors from them a while back. The reps did their job very well. They explained everything, and I understood what they were talking about. When they did the gutters, they were very professional. They took their time, which I liked very much. They didn't try to cut corners. They saw something and fixed it, and then it worked out. I recommended Champion to anybody that needed a house repair or something like that.

I wanted replacement of a couple of windows, Champion's offer was what I needed to have done. They were willing to work with me on the price and I was pleased with the workmanship and speed. The installer was excellent.

I like what Champion showed me. The salesman was good, knowledgeable, and personable. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't talk to anyone after we signed the paper. I haven't seen them after that. I just thought that he would try to keep in contact throughout the project but that didn't happen. I wanna talk to you since I’m comfortable with you, and you’re comfortable with me. And if something comes up, I can just call you, talk to you, and tell you what's going on, and you will fix it. That would have been nice. Other than that, during day one, the people that put the floor were good. The people that set up the screens were also excellent. And then, the electrician was friendly and knowledgeable of what they were doing. Most of the time that they said they would be here, they were. I like the work they did. I got a screened porch and it looks fine. I enjoy it. Everything went well. I was satisfied.

Champion Windows installed three windows and a front door and it was an outstanding service. I went with them because of the quality. Everybody was professional and their focus was work. They came there with a focus, they met that focus and they moved on. They did a fantastic job and the overall experience was very pleasing.

Champion put in 15 new windows. The installation team that came out was nice and they explained everything to me. But when I bought the windows, it wasn’t at the price that they first gave me, but I just signed the paper and got a deal with it. Other than that, everything is fine. They did a good job. The quality of the windows is really nice and I like them. When it was cold, the windows had kept a lot of air out. That was how I would get sick and I had never been sick since they did that.

About seven years ago, I got some windows from Champion for my old house. Then I got another window last year for my new house. I really like it. The sales agent was very nice, helpful, and explained things. However, I was not happy with the installation at my first house. But last year, the installation was really good. I was happy with that.

I was about to call Andersen ‘cause they gave me a new front door, but I had a horrible experience with them. They were way more expensive and their quality wasn't as good. My friend said that I needed Champion to come by. Their guy came and talked to the owner’s son. I ended up getting windows in my entire house and French doors. Everybody's been friendly. I'm just waiting for them to come and do a service. The locks on the French door was having a problem. I had a handyman look at it and he said he won't touch it. It’s stuck and it should be under warranty. I was not too thrilled about those locks. Maybe it was just the moisture. I didn't know why it would do that. Everything else, we like the whole thing with Champion Windows. These crank windows are absolutely beautiful and it’s my favorite.

We were needing windows then we got Champion Windows off Facebook and we compared it to different stuff. We liked the way it was put together and how it was insulated compared to other windows that we looked at. The thermal was the best part about it. We liked the way the sales representative came in and explained stuff. Then the installers got the windows in pretty quickly.

The sales representative was great. The installation was quick and simple. The people came in the morning and it was done the same day. Champion Window & Home Exteriors did pretty well with my windows and I will recite them to other people.

I got windows and siding from Champion Windows and the quality of work was great. Any time I've had a need, the reps from Champion Window have been there. They've been very cooperative, kind and responsive. I've had no complaints whatsoever. I had guys from different countries to come and install, and their workmanship was amazing. They cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. I’m glad that it’s done.

Champion has been around forever. They installed a sunroom for us and they did a good job. The work took a week and everything went smoothly. The installers were fine and we were very pleased. If I need Champion again, I will not hesitate to use them.

I had a very nice salesman come to my home. It is actually just a small house on a lake that I spend time at on the weekends and during my time off from work. He was very professional, had good sales pitches and I bought in. I ordered 7 windows.. 6 to be replaced and one was a new cut out installation. I was told 6-8 weeks for the windows to be complete and then I would get a call to schedule for installation. I took 2 weeks off during the 7-8 week mark so I could be here. I received no phone call.. I actually had to call them during the 8th week to find out what was going on. I was told then that my windows were completed and Had been but they just hadn’t gotten around to calling me... miscommunication they said.

Champion was awesome. I had them install sliding glass doors and the quality is amazing. They did a really nice job. The installers were really good. They came in, they did their thing, they took out the old stuff and they cleaned everything up. They went over everything with me. They finished in about four hours. I was very pleased.

I've known about Champion for quite some time. Decades ago, I did the financing for Champion in my area and then part of the southeast when I worked for a finance company. They were my main dealership from when I first started and it turned into many other places because of them. When I got ready to think about doing my windows, some other people in my neighborhood had recently used Champion and it kinda came to the forethought. It was a no-brainer. I got some prices out there and Champion came in very competitively. The person I worked with was very personable person and easy to get along with.

I talked to a couple of people in our neighborhood who had Champion work on their houses, then I decided to get them to put sliders on my screened-in porch. Their sales rep answered all my questions, showed me exactly what they were going to do, and how it would take place. I had plenty of confidence in Champion at that point. The installation team was very good, too. They quietly got their job done and were very efficient. They got in and out in one day. I'm also very pleased with the product. I like the sliders. I haven't been able to use the screens yet because most of the days down here have been 90-plus. But the product works very well, particularly down here in South Carolina. It tends to keep my porch cooler than it is outside and makes it comfortable to utilize. I’m not sure how it will be in the fall, but I'm sure that it will be warmer than it is outside.

We had five windows replaced in our house. The guys did all that work in about six hours. Everything went really well. I like the fact that Champion custom makes the windows. That's primarily because the windows are set out and they were custom built. I needed somebody that would do something that would fit in there right and not give me any problems. So far, it's been pretty seamless.

We tried to go through Renewal by Andersen first, but they don't service anything south of Colorado Springs. So, we called around, couldn't find anybody, and we found Champion. We got five windows, the doors, and siding. They are wonderful stuff and they really changed the house. I also had a good experience with the people who came to out. The guys who did the installation knocked it out in five days and they still have stuff here. But the work is phenomenal and my house looks awesome.

I knew about Champion Windows from advertising. We were in the market for windows, and so I called Champion Windows. I called some other places and got estimates, and then I chose Champion. They removed old and installed new windows throughout our house. The sales rep was very informative. He understood windows obviously well. He did the demonstrations of the good function of the windows. It seemed like it was kind of a long presentation, but there was a lot to talk about and a lot to see. He did a good job. The installation was excellent. I could not have asked for anything better. The installers were clean. They were speedy and knew what they were doing. I really like the final products. I'm very happy with them. Champion has met all my expectations from installation to use of the product.

Everything with Champion went well except the man told us when he left here that we had a flaw in one of the windows, and he pointed it out. He said, “I'm turning this into the company. They will have to have a window made for that to see it, and it will take anywhere from three to four weeks.” And that's been close to two months. I was planning on giving Champion a call today, but I haven't talked with them on it to see if they even got those instructions or what's going on. The man said it would be guaranteed and we would get a replacement window. So, I was going on the faith of the man that put them in. He's very nice. The only complaint I had was the caulk. It was a little bit gooey. I felt like it should harden better than that where it wouldn't mess up with a touch. Other than that, the windows are beautiful. We've enjoyed them. The installers did a good job, and they were very polite. Everything went well while they were here. They cleaned up, too.

We ordered our windows 18 months ago and are now waiting for our 5th REPLACEMENT set due to scratches in the glass. You'd think they'd check them at the factory before shipping, but Champion doesn't do that. Should have gone with Andersen Windows.

We heard that Champion was the best. The installation for the windows was great. We have a manufactured house. So, they did eight windows and two doors, one is a patio door, the other one is our front door. The salesman was fantastic. The installers did a very good job. The doors gave the guys a lot of problems, but they did the absolute best they could, and they look and work great. We have called to ask them to come back to fix the problems, but we haven't heard from them yet.

I'm satisfied with the work that Champion Windows did. It all went well. One gentleman came out. He was very nice and very personable. I did follow up with him after the initial sale and he answered my call and answered my question and concern. I liked his presentation and the quality of the work that they did with the windows that they make themselves. They reduce the heat and keep it warm in the winter. We had them help us with the sunroom. The quality is very high. I got what I paid for with the package and how I got everything I wanted electrical-wise. The installation was very efficient. It took them a couple of days to get it all done. They cleaned up afterwards, so it went really well.

Pretty terrible service when you wait three months for a patio door and after confirming the day before, you then cancel the same day (today) with no reschedule date in sight. Would not hire them again!

In late April we sat with a salesman on a sunroom being added. Excited about this, we entered into a contract. They started out great but the nightmare begins. The contract stated 12 weeks and they just sent out a company to pour the concrete on last Monday the 27th of July. Lack of communicating on updates between May when they came out to measure up until now. Now we have made 2 or 3 payments on something we don't have. They said that's for the down payment on the material. The gentleman stated at one time that they were waiting on Code Enforcement to get the permit. Well I call Code myself only to find out they had just applied June 24 or 26 and the permit had not been delivered because the company still owed $55. Wow from May to June 24 or 26 and owing money to them!!!

Updated on 08/05/2020: We wrote earlier review. We are still waiting on a response from someone. Room was ordered April 9th, they took deposit of 18,000. I have heard nothing for a month. Last response they had no concrete guy to do footers. I got a response from last review. It said from the owner. (No name) given. Call the number....I did, not answer... We are thoroughly disgusted. A phone call of any kind would have been great. At this point a refund would just be easier.

We kind of thought Champion Window & Home Exteriors was supposedly a good brand. We already had our minds made up of what we wanted before we ever called. It took a couple of hours for them to do the installation, and that was okay. I expected it to take that long.

I'm satisfied with the quality of the windows. But I had one little incident after the work was completed. One screen in one of the bedrooms was slight short of getting in the frame completely. They immediately came back out and they tried to repair it, but they had to end up relining it and they had to put on a screen in it in the frame because it was kinda short on one little corner and it wasn't sealed into the frame like it should've been. They did the work very quickly. I was surprised at how quickly it happened. Once they arrived for them to do the work, it was done very timely. After that, I've had no other situations develop.

I love the product. I'm so pleased with how the window looks and functions. The price was great too. They beat everybody else. The salesperson was informative, nice and polite. The installers were polite and friendly. They did a great job. They kept it clean as they went. There must have been either something wrong with how it was getting installed or maybe a flaw in the product, but the installer completely took a huge window out and put another one in without even saying anything. It would’ve been nice to have a communication as to what was happening, but he didn't wanna bother me with it. It was good that he redid it.

Champion was more cost effective than the other companies out there. They replaced three windows for me and the quality is great. I really liked them. The person who installed the windows was great. But Champion needs to work on the reps that they send out because there was a lot of back-and-forth between me and the rep. I understand that he was new. In a case like that, they should have had a more seasoned person to shadow him during that process because he messed up the paperwork. So he had to come back and then I got confused on the pricing. I wouldn't go with them again. From my understanding, I could have really found some better deals out there. That could have been a little bit more money than what I paid.

I purchased a sunroom from this kit company, and have never been more disappointed! Salesmen confirmed to me the gutters would tie into my house gutters so I wouldn’t have two additional downspouts, never happened! During the installation of the kit, I could see gaps between the foam panels, call and complained, was told by customer service that how they train their installers, it gets covered with vinyl and silicone! Reported to BBS and right before it went to arbitration, I was told because my copy of the contract did not match theirs, they had to go by Champion's contract. What kind of a company modifies a contract after the customer signs it? A low-quality company like Champion! Salesman told me what I wanted to hear, but not what I was paying for! I hope no one has the experience I had!

At the time that I was looking, Champion had a special going on with some sale prices going on with the windows so I got in contact with them and get an idea. Everybody that I worked with was spectacular. They were so knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They wanted to work everything out around my schedule. They just made everything easy. We had three windows put in. One large one in our living room and two small ones in the bathrooms. One of them has a safety glass and they have some shading to them. We had a new front door installed with a glass inset in it. The installers were extremely friendly. They let me know if I had any questions, to just give them a holler. They went about their job and they were done pretty quick.

I had looked into Champion previously and their reps that came by were extremely friendly, but they weren't pushy. At first, I started to decline it, and one of the gentlemen started asking me some questions and we started talking and they gave me a really good offer. If I start to say no and you cop an attitude, I want nothing to do with your company. Those guys were nothing like that.

I was looking for some siding on my doors and windows, and other companies either did siding or windows. With Champion, I was able to combine that effort. They did a dual task and presented themselves very well. The salesman explained his products extensively. It took 3 or 4 hours. He showed me that the quality was there. I, too, am a salesman. I sell quality products, and I stand on value. It’s pricey, but I paid a premium price for a premium product. I really am not a big fan of vinyl siding, but for what I got, it was a good deal. The people that did the work were very professional. They told me they got some ideas in mind and they were going to apply that to what they were doing. They did very good. It was as good as I expected and as I wanted.

Champion offered the ability to do part of the windows. I have had other places out here, and the financing company would only run my credit to see if I could get all of them done and then, they would not approve me. My credit’s not good enough for that. The financing company of Champion approved me for an amount. Instead of all of the windows, I was able to get some of them done, which was fine with me.
