    In choosing Champion, the salesman was a big factor as well as the price. The salespeople and the people that came out are top-notch. They were wearing masks, keeping the distance and were very polite. Everything went pretty well with the installation. I'm most impressed with how the siding went up. It was relatively four days it took them to do the siding. But the windows, there’s still an open ticket for that. The guys that first installed the windows didn't square them up and make them level. The first one didn't have grids, but the second windows they had to reorder did have the grids. The windows are just not square. I just wish that the windows would have been done right the first time. But other than that, I like everything. The quality is great. It's much better than the windows that we had, which were original to the house. I like how my house looks a lot better.

    Champion installed our front entry door and a back entry sliding door in Dec 2019. They are absolutely gorgeous, but not very functional or energy efficient. The handle on the sliding screen door keeps falling off despite our attempts to replace the screws, which we shouldn't have to do. The front entry door has a "comfort 365 glass window", which is about to fall out. When you touch it moves back and forth. You can feel the winter wind come in all around it. Our remedy has been to place duct tape all around it hoping that will help save on high heating bills. Also, to prevent the glass from falling out for children to step in broken glass.

    In addition, the door doesn't seal properly. There is a crack 12 inches from the floor up on the latch side, which also allows cold air in. Locking the door is dependent on the temperature. I know homes settle, but this is not very energy efficient or safe. The salesman told us Champion has a patented latch that can be adjusted to correct the alignment of the door to prevent gaps. Not true or they just didn't install it.

    I originally placed the service request via email as suggested and never received acknowledgement of the request. I called on September 24th and November 2nd of 2020 and spoke with Allison (nice and polite lady) to confirm my service request has been received. It is now Jan 7, 2021 and still no call from Champion to discuss the issues or acknowledge that I am on the list for service. I guess the duct tape around the glass of the front entry door will remain with a sign "installed by Champion" until Champion can even acknowledge my service request and guarantee they will make it right like their warranty is written.

    Every morning, we open our shades and we have to wipe across the bottom of the window because of the moisture. The salesman told us that our house is too humid. So, we went and bought a dehumidifier that sits in our living room. Usually, if we can keep the humidity at 35% the windows are okay. But, that's the same thing we had with our old windows. Our salesman did not leave out flyers on humidity. It's great not to have to wipe humidity off our windows every morning. Giving a flyer is a basic thing to him and he was afraid to leave that for fear we'd know.

    The expense of going to buy a dehumidifier to keep the moisture off the windows kind of upset me. Also, we don't smell musty or anything like that from humidity. Champion said that if the moisture is between my windows, then there may have been a broken seal. But it's not and it's always along the bottom of the windows. We are also concerned with our bedroom window which thaws when it's warmer outside. It drips down to our front window. Our older windows never did that.

    Our experience with Champion Windows & Home Exteriors went fine on installation. We had a couple of window providers who showed us windows but as we chose someone local in Champion. I didn't like the part that they brought a different crew to put them in. While I have nothing against Mexican-oriented people, I was hoping for one of the guys to be someone I could talk to while they were doing the inside stuff.

    Our experience with Champion was less than stellar. In fact, from the beginning of this process in June until now it has been horrendous. We were not given the windows we purchased. We paid for a premium product. The windows received were the standard product and one of them was cracked. The installer indicated someone would return in two weeks to repair the cracked window. We immediately contacted Champion customer service. The person we spoke with stated someone would contact us promptly. We waited patiently but had no response so we called again without a positive result. We left numerous messages with no return calls.

    Finally, after three months of being given the run around, we got a call from a representative who put us in contact with a man who was identified as a national customer service rep. This was the week of November 16, 2020. He called us and we were unavailable but called him leaving a voicemail. His voicemail stated that he had a 24 hour turn around for messages. We called four additional times and left voicemails but never got a return call. The only reason we were able to make contact with him then is because we called customer service – again – and explained our inability to reach this person.

    The person we spoke to worked in the same building as the National Customer Service Rep and was able to get him to call us back the same day. From the beginning of the call he was very rude. He denied that his outgoing message indicated a 24 hour turn around. He accused us of blackmail and extortion because we explained we would be contacting the BBB and other consumer review sites to warn other people how this company operates.

    We told him that we do not want their product and would like a refund. The sales rep said Champion would not honor our request. We even tried to compromise by accepting the incorrect windows for the amount of the deposit we paid since there was a substantial cost difference, but this sales rep. refused to work with us. He insisted that Champion return and install the correct windows. We had a contract for a specific product and style but did not receive them initially.

    It took four months to even reach someone to discuss the issues we had with the company. It should not take six months to resolve an issue. We have never dealt with a company that was so lacking in customer service. We reiterated this situation reflected poorly on the company and asked to speak with someone else in authority but this sales rep told us he was the head of customer service and that he was the only person we could talk to about our issues. His exact quote was that he was “the highest of the high in the company” next to the CEO. The conversation became heated and he hung up while I was still talking.

    After this exchange I reached out to the CEO with no response. A few days later we called customer service again and indicated we need a resolution but stressed that we did not want to speak to the previous sales rep. We were directed to the VP of Human Resources. At first, we thought this person was going to be helpful but as the discussion progressed we realized she was more interested in talking down to us than taking responsibility for our problems. She did not allow us to get a word in edgewise. She finally agreed that Champion needed to find a resolution that would be satisfactory for us. We discussed the difference in the prices for what we ordered and what was actually installed. She said it would take a few days for her to gather all the information required to figure things out, but we didn’t hear from her again.

    After ten days we received a phone call from the previous sales rep which we made very clear we did not want to speak with again. The conversation was more heated and ugly than before. This time we ended the call. Champion Windows is a terrible company. From day one they have exhibited terrible customer service and a lack of integrity. It has been six months since we gave them a deposit in good faith with still no resolution.

    I was most impressed about the salesman that came out to talk to us about Champion's product. I liked the demonstration that he had in discussing the coatings on the window and his demonstration with using an hour of heat source on one side of the window. He brought out a couple other of their competitors' windows to demonstrate the better insulation properties of Champion's product. I felt like it was the best product that was out there out of the vendors that I looked at. It wasn't the cheapest product but I liked the build quality of the windows. I also liked the styling of the windows and some of the features and construction of the windows better.

    I got about 17 replacement windows and I was very happy with the quality of the work. The installation person was very professional and did a wonderful job. With that many windows, it took about three days to get all of them replaced. But he was thorough and walked me through everything that he would be doing. He also did a great job of cleaning up after he was finished. So far, we've noticed a slight reduction in our power bill so we're happy.

    The rep who's my friend knew what he was talking about. He was able to answer all my questions after I did my research. He was good. The installation crew was even better. That's probably where I was most impressed. They showed up at my property but the power was out on the whole block so they went and did another jo. They came back and their diligence, the quality of work that they did and explanation of things was the best experience. They did 9 windows and a roof and it came out really well. I got a good price too. I would recommend them and I would work with them again. Their product solved my problems.

    I'm from Louisiana and we always saw Champion in Louisiana doing renovations or additions or windows. We saw them advertised here and we wanted to expand our back so we put a 512 square feet on the back of the house. The experience was great. It didn't take as long. It took longer waiting for the stuff to come. The concrete guys came and went and we didn't know when they were coming back. But other than that, everything else worked like a charm. Dan, my salesman, was fantastic. When I couldn't get through to the project manager, he got me a direct line to get through to him. The guy was there by himself with all the projects they had going on. They finally got him help which made communication and feedback a lot easier to get across.

    The two guys were fantastic and polite. It was a very nice process. We had a heck of a storm come through and they even made it where we could make sure we got the water out. Even though they had to redo a piece of the bottom plate, we were able to keep water from coming up into the house. I gave the gentleman a hit list and they came back. They hit it and there was no issues. They really did a great job in taking care of the little stuff that may have been considered nitpicking to some people. I saw some dimples on the roof and the guy came and caulked it. Some screws were missing and they came back and filled in. A piece of trim was a little bit too big and it would bow so he fixed that.

    They were great. I would give a 10 out of 10 to them. We referred them to a couple of other people that saw the place and liked it. That's how happy we are with it. I just got to ask somebody about the noises though. Sometimes you think a bird's flying into a window or like something landed on a roof. It sounds that loud.

    We thought we would give Champion a call and have them come out. When they did, everything sounded good and at the time, I already talked to a few people who had other companies come out and put in their windows. They were happy with their windows but the prices were a little more expensive. So it was the expense that led us to go with Champion and they put in three windows for us. We just bought the place and we couldn't afford any more than that. But the installation went really well. The man was very conscious about keeping our home clean, so he was putting down tarps all the way up the staircase and through our living room space to get to the window in the dining room.

    Other than that, we liked everybody who showed up to our house. We wanted to have their sales person over for dinner. That was how nice he was. It was the same with the guy who came and put the windows in. We don't know if we had a problem with the window, but something looked a little different on one window than the other two and they were right out to make sure that there wasn't anything wrong. So that was really nice, too. If anybody asks about going with Champion, I'd tell them to go for it.

    I saw what Champion Windows did with my neighbors. They had good experiences with them and the salesman was very informative. I wanted windows done and it seemed like the right time. Champion did the windows and the vinyl all around the windows. They also replaced some rotten wood. There were three guys and they did it in two days. They worked very hard, did a great job and cleaned up after themselves well. They were friendly and seemed like they knew what they were doing. They accidentally ripped one of the screens though. One of the pieces of vinyl hit the screen but the company sent somebody else to redo the screen. The quality is good and I'm happy. I would recommend Champion. It’s better than what I had.

    We did windows and doors with Champion and the techs were very meticulous on their detail work. Everything seemed to go fine except we were having a draft issue. We had them come back out and we just need to get past this issue. They came back to test for the draftiness and it was not a windy day. They were not seeing the problem. They didn’t have a way to test for efficiency even though they guarantee it for a lifetime. They told us that property owners pay private companies to do that efficiency test and so, I have a problem with their lifetime warranty and their wording. Still, we like the windows and I would recommend Champion.

    My daughter and son-in-law contacted Champion for windows and doors at their house. Then they asked the sales rep to come in and visit me. They did storm doors and a replacement window. I had also got a porch. It took a while but I understand with covid that you can't get supplies overnight. About three weeks ago, we had very strong winds. It blew the storm door on my front porch open and it bent the arms on the closers. The closers weren't working right. By the time I called them, it took over two weeks to get somebody here. With the wind, it was just hanging out there. I was afraid it was gonna tear off or break so I had to, over two weeks, put a rocking chair and kind of jam it where if the wind blew, it didn't bounce around. I also had a new rescue dog and when he heard that noise, he went crazy barking.

    I was a little disappointed on the long wait to get somebody to fix it. I live on the main drag that comes into our small town so everybody had probably seen that I had a door open for over two weeks. When they sent somebody, he didn't have closers to replace the ones on there. They didn't have closers in stock but Menards handles the same kind of door. He even said, "I'll run to Menards to see if I can get one." I have not heard anything back from them and it's been over a week. I am still waiting for them to return and install proper closers on my door. It closes now but I have to pull it shut. But overall, I'm very pleased with them. Their product is very good and the rep was fantastic. The installers were very courteous, nice and efficient in getting things done.

    Years ago, my brother-in-law had something installed in his house and we thought we would try Champion a few years back. We really liked their work and their product. The team had been really good so far about taking care of anything they needed to. There's a pair that we really like, Jose and Irma, and we keep asking for them. They do a wonderful job.     Champion Windows built our sunroom several years ago. We liked what they did with it and so we went with them again for our windows. The rep was very professional and thorough. The installers were so fast. I thought the replacement would take a day or two. They got here in the morning and they were done by 2:00 in the afternoon after installing eight windows. They had plastic and so they didn't make a mess. They were careful where they stepped and after they were done, they cleaned up really well. The quality of the windows couldn't get any better. We had a problem with one which had an issue in the factory as it had a little hairline crack on the edge by the frame. It cracked all the way up but as soon as I notified the company, they had the window made and they replaced it.

    16 years ago, I had windows put in. I had been watching advertisements about Champion Windows. We had windows placed in, and I absolutely loved them. It's the best investment I ever made. Then I went and had a back porch put on it. I had a window got damaged and shattered. So, when I called Champion up, they came out. And that was my third experience with them. They came out to replace the windows. And they found out the front window, we had a seal broken. They replaced it too, and I am completely satisfied. I love them.

    I replaced all of my windows about 16 years ago. What I had Champion last out for was service on those windows. I was mowing the lawn, shot a rock, broke the outside glass on my patio door. But they came out. They replaced it for $99. This is the third time that has happened too. Also, I just replaced all my gutters in my house with Champion. They outsourced it, and I get it because I do that. I put an awning over my back. I liked that gutter so well. I figured, “Hey, you guys could fix that.” So, they did.

    I go and talk to them. And they say, “Hey, you think about this and this and this. If you wanna do something in the future, you don't have to do it.” I'll use the back patio. “You wanna put another fan, give us a call. But why don't you see how it works when you’re not in the sun anymore?” Those are the types of things that I rely on them to make the right decision and all the details. So, the communication is outstanding.

    They come in. Their face is covered. They asked if it's okay to come in when they replaced the back door, sliding glass door, as well as the front window where the seal is broken. My wife and I are fine with the COVID thing. I believe I've already had it back in December, so I'm not too concerned about it. But their technicians were, and that's what made it great. They noticed the seal breaking. I didn't. I thought the window was dirty. I was like, “That was clean.” And he was like, “That's not dirt on the inside or out. That's in between. Our seal broke.” All replaced and taken care of all in the same day. And it was 45 minutes for them, so they know what they're doing.

    I'm not getting that guy that's trying to collect money. I've had door-to-door salesmen tell me my roof needs fixing or those windows are old. I said, “You're not touching my windows. See you later.” But I love the fact that when I get here, it’s somebody that’s been in the business. They’re seasoned. They know what they're talking about. They give me ideas. It's not like a push. Every time I had a problem, I picked up the phone and called Champion. They tell me what they do or don't do. And they did everything so far I’ve gotten.

    We had challenges with COVID in getting the product. It took probably four months to get it installed. The thing was they kept calling. It's okay, but they kept calling me, saying, “Look, we're backlogged.” And as far as I know, I'm talking. It's when you don't know. That's when it happens. People start thinking. And it was even my wife, “When are they gonna fix the windows?” I said, “They’re backlogged, honey. It's still coming in.” They didn't have the window from locally. They said they even have to get it from the manufacturer’s shop in Cincinnati. It's coming in, everything else. I like the sales and the support I get in the phone calls, and they stand behind their product 100%.

    I've had a couple screens go. My dog tried to chase a rabbit. It went right through the screen. And they’ve had no questions asked. They came out, they repaired it and took care of it. I know there's a service call and everybody has to pay for gas somewhere, but outstanding. The service after the installation was even better than the service of the installation. I can't tell enough people when I walk around, “I go to Champion.” I know there are other manufacturers. They all preach the same thing. But Champion's quality and pricing are better than all.

    We had seven windows replaced and the back door replaced through Champion. We're still waiting on them to fix the screen door because the piece wasn't lining up correctly and it kept rubbing up against the thing. It was three weeks ago since they've been over at the house. I haven't heard anything from them though. They said they’d get it to us in a couple of weeks, and it's been well beyond that. I'm just a patient person and haven't really had time to call. Also, my parents recommended Champion to us, and we still have yet to receive that $200 referral thing. Other than those, we’re really pleased with the work that they did. The person we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful. So, that part went smooth.

    This is a horrible company to deal with and their people are extremely unprofessional and outright rude. After attempting to do business with them, it became clear they do not treat people the way they would want their own parents to be treated. When trying to work out a solution to problems, they hold others to different standards than they hold for themselves. When they failed to do what they said, when they said they would do it, I asked to cancel and refund the deposit. I was met with excuses on their part and wild accusations towards me by them.

    Champion was able to answer my questions about my existing roofline that I had and able to put a structure underneath of it that suits our needs. The installation went well. We got our sunroom and we're happy. I had a couple of issues with the locking system on the doors and the slider windows, but Champion came out and took care of that. It took two trips. But it was just tweak and adjustments that they needed to make. They are putting a tiled floor down right now, and the floor seems to be good, and level and square. Everything is going good right now.

    Champion Windows installed a sun room. The sales person was extremely friendly, explained about warranties and it was impressive. Installation was delayed several times. It went more than three months beyond the scheduled installation. This summer, doors were not locking. I placed online service request, called several times and left messages. It has been over three months and the problem is not resolved. I am extremely unhappy with the company's business. They are not reliable. I regret the decision to go with this company.

    We had some hail damage, and Champion could replace the windows relatively close to what was in it. They slide from side to side instead of up and down. The overall quality of our new windows is pretty good. But it's not as good as what we had in there. There's cold air that comes off the glass. Our sales agent was pretty good. The installation was really good, too. The installers helped me move some things out of the window and stuff that I couldn't lift. We were really happy. We had other window contractors come out and they said, “Well, we wanna put these windows in,” which meant totally redoing the outside of the house. They want to put up like three sections instead of the one big picture window. But we didn't want the open ones to go up and down. We wanted them to slide to the center, and Champion accommodated that.

    We bought a house that's on the water and we started having problems with the bedroom windows facing the water. So, we looked around and we saw the ad for Champion Windows. It was the answer. We got the French doors with the windows and then, we have a glass block window that's in the bathroom downstairs.     We had some windows installed by Champion not too long ago. I've used other people with other windows, and I wasn't happy with the results, the quality and the workmanship. So, I said, "I'm gonna try to go with somebody who's more reputable." Champion's lifetime warranty was the selling point for us. I was pretty pleased with the quality of their work. Everything about what they did was top-notch. The guys were clean. They were courteous, accurate and professional. I couldn't have asked for better.

    I have an 1860s farmhouse that we're redoing, and Champion did the big-size grids like the old style was. That was a feature that we had wanted. We had that done with the windows and we got all the extra seals. Everything was like stuff that I had to pay extra for with other windows. It all was a standard for the Champion Window, which was another good selling point for us. Even though it was more expensive, you get what you pay for. I'm gonna use them again. They will be my next and only call if I'm doing something else. I've had plenty of other choices, and I'm so glad I stuck with the Champion choice.

    Champion Windows came out and replaced some kitchen windows, and then I was pleased with them. I had a big Palladian window that had to be replaced. I got somebody cheaper, and within a year, it had cracked. And after many promises that they would be back, they never came back. I told Champion again, and they came back and replaced the window that was put in by another company. I've been really happy with them. Their installers were very professional. Their sales rep was very helpful. I had my credit frozen, so I had problems getting it unfrozen. He helped me with that, so that was good. Champion does a good job.

    I like what Champion showed me. The salesman was good, knowledgeable, and personable. The only thing I didn't like is that I didn't talk to anyone after we signed the paper. I haven't seen them after that. I just thought that he would try to keep in contact throughout the project but that didn't happen. I wanna talk to you since I’m comfortable with you, and you’re comfortable with me. And if something comes up, I can just call you, talk to you, and tell you what's going on, and you will fix it. That would have been nice. Other than that, during day one, the people that put the floor were good. The people that set up the screens were also excellent.     Champion put in 15 new windows. The installation team that came out was nice and they explained everything to me. But when I bought the windows, it wasn’t at the price that they first gave me, but I just signed the paper and got a deal with it. Other than that, everything is fine. They did a good job. The quality of the windows is really nice and I like them. When it was cold, the windows had kept a lot of air out. That was how I would get sick and I had never been sick since they did that.

    I was about to call Andersen ‘cause they gave me a new front door, but I had a horrible experience with them. They were way more expensive and their quality wasn't as good. My friend said that I needed Champion to come by. Their guy came and talked to the owner’s son. I ended up getting windows in my entire house and French doors. Everybody's been friendly. I'm just waiting for them to come and do a service. The locks on the French door was having a problem. I had a handyman look at it and he said he won't touch it. It’s stuck and it should be under warranty. I was not too thrilled about those locks. Maybe it was just the moisture. I didn't know why it would do that. Everything else, we like the whole thing with Champion Windows. These crank windows are absolutely beautiful and it’s my favorite.

    I need the locks to be fixed before my renters move in on Monday and so everybody was very helpful in trying to make that happen. They were nice and I knew they were tired. They were doing some drywall work and I had to go back and do a little bit of touch-up on what they did. They were wonderful, professional, kind, and did a great job. I've had my neighbors come over and look at my windows. I told them the experience between Andersen Windows and Champion was day and night.

    I had a very nice salesman come to my home. It is actually just a small house on a lake that I spend time at on the weekends and during my time off from work. He was very professional, had good sales pitches and I bought in. I ordered 7 windows.. 6 to be replaced and one was a new cut out installation. I was told 6-8 weeks for the windows to be complete and then I would get a call to schedule for installation. I took 2 weeks off during the 7-8 week mark so I could be here. I received no phone call.. I actually had to call them during the 8th week to find out what was going on. I was told then that my windows were completed and Had been but they just hadn’t gotten around to calling me... miscommunication they said.

    Installation was scheduled for the Monday After my vacation, so I had to get off work and drive the 40 minutes up here to relieve my Father in law who came up at 9am to let them in and be here in case of problems. It was 3:30 when I got here. There was 1 guy installing 7 windows. 1 window was cracked he said from just the travel here... 1 window that he installed was shattered with shards of glass sticking out of the edges because he leaned it up against the house and it fell over. He rushed around here and did a horrible job wrapping the windows. He cut wrong and then just filled it in with caulk. The new cut out had crooked framing, the picture window was sagging so he decided to pull my siding down to try to hide it. He did not clean up the shattered glass off of my porch and did not clean up around the outside of the house from shavings. He said someone would be in contact with me to replace the windows that were installed broken.

    2.5 weeks go by and no call. I call them and finally get a return call after having to send pics of the mess to the sales guy I worked with. They sent a guy out to replace the two windows but nothing else. He was also very professional and went thru every window and discovered that three were installed crooked and the wrap (trim job) was horrible as well. He stated that he made great notes and would recommend to the company to send out their best guy to fix this job and make it right. 2 weeks later I have to call again because no one contacted me and by this time I’m livid.

    Tristan told me that he would have them there on Friday.. This was a Wed.. They would be there on Friday at 9am. Now mind you, this is my off day that I am Again dealing with this company over 7 windows. Friday at 8:32 am I get a call that they won’t make it until 12:00. Unbelievable! 12:00 comes and no one is here, so I call again and hear rudely that they are on their way. They send 2 people this time and the guy that wrote down all of the problems. They went thru everything.. Uninstall and reinstall 3 windows but can’t get to the wrap because it was getting late.

    I was told that they would be back on the following Wed to fix the wrap and I didn’t have to be here.. All outside work. Well guess what.. I get here on Friday and nothing is done. I have 1 window with No wrap that they had to take out and straighten on the front of my house. Obviously they don’t care about their reputation. I am posting this on Friday.. I have called again and so has my husband and was told they were on their way and still no one here. My husband called back and Tristan told him that his employee is MIA. This company is a JOKE. Do Not use them for Anything! I have Never dealt with such a mess. This is now almost 2 months since the original installation. Buyer beware!!!

    I've known about Champion for quite some time. Decades ago, I did the financing for Champion in my area and then part of the southeast when I worked for a finance company. They were my main dealership from when I first started and it turned into many other places because of them. When I got ready to think about doing my windows, some other people in my neighborhood had recently used Champion and it kinda came to the forethought. It was a no-brainer. I got some prices out there and Champion came in very competitively. The person I worked with was very personable person and easy to get along with.

    I had windows installed then I got a three-panel door put in as well. I replaced every window in the house. The installation went well. There was some rain but their guys powered right through. They opened up a hole and before they left, they made sure the hole was filled. I was really well impressed with what they did and how they did it. That was a good experience. They were really enjoyable and they really improved the look of the house. I've always been proud of my house. Recently because rates dropped, I refinanced my house. I put the windows in and I built a deck as well. It was almost dollar-for-dollar and I got back on my appraisal.

    It's been 10 years plus since I've had an appraisal done. But I was well impressed with the value of the home. I really feel that's due to the windows, like the look and feel of the house plus updating it. Our investment really returned to us. I'm getting ready to call back and get one more door replaced. We were waffling whether we wanted to do it or not. We've changed our minds that we do wanna do it now so we're getting ready to engage Champion again here shortly.

    I talked to a couple of people in our neighborhood who had Champion work on their houses, then I decided to get them to put sliders on my screened-in porch. Their sales rep answered all my questions, showed me exactly what they were going to do, and how it would take place. I had plenty of confidence in Champion at that point. The installation team was very good, too. They quietly got their job done and were very efficient. They got in and out in one day. I'm also very pleased with the product. I like the sliders. I haven't been able to use the screens yet because most of the days down here have been 90-plus. But the product works very well, particularly down here in South Carolina. It tends to keep my porch cooler than it is outside and makes it comfortable to utilize. I’m not sure how it will be in the fall, but I'm sure that it will be warmer than it is outside.

    We tried to go through Renewal by Andersen first, but they don't service anything south of Colorado Springs. So, we called around, couldn't find anybody, and we found Champion. We got five windows, the doors, and siding. They are wonderful stuff and they really changed the house. I also had a good experience with the people who came to out. The guys who did the installation knocked it out in five days and they still have stuff here. But the work is phenomenal and my house looks awesome.

    I still have a couple of questions for the sales rep about the billing though. We paid about 26,000 towards the project and the last time we called them, we were told we had to pay them 13,000. So, we paid that off. But yesterday, I talked to the guy who came out and did the installation, Doug, and he said that he was going to submit the bill to me. But I told him that we're all paid up. He said he was not sure then he passed me through to someone else at Champion. But they weren't sure either. We then called GreenSky yesterday and no one could answer how much we still owe. So, today the sales rep is supposed to look around and find out exactly if we're paid up or not.

    Champion should work on their billing. It’s one of their competition's strong points in the commercial. Renewal by Andersen's ad says, “You could ask any one of us a question, we'll answer it. We'll tell you exactly where you're at.” But when you go to Champion and do that, no one seems to have an answer. Not everyone should be privy to the billing but at least some of the people should be.

    Everything with Champion went well except the man told us when he left here that we had a flaw in one of the windows, and he pointed it out. He said, “I'm turning this into the company. They will have to have a window made for that to see it, and it will take anywhere from three to four weeks.” And that's been close to two months. I was planning on giving Champion a call today, but I haven't talked with them on it to see if they even got those instructions or what's going on. The man said it would be guaranteed and we would get a replacement window. So, I was going on the faith of the man that put them in. He's very nice. The only complaint I had was the caulk. It was a little bit gooey. I felt like it should harden better than that where it wouldn't mess up with a touch. Other than that, the windows are beautiful. We've enjoyed them. The installers did a good job, and they were very polite. Everything went well while they were here. They cleaned up, too.

    In late April we sat with a salesman on a sunroom being added. Excited about this, we entered into a contract. They started out great but the nightmare begins. The contract stated 12 weeks and they just sent out a company to pour the concrete on last Monday the 27th of July. Lack of communicating on updates between May when they came out to measure up until now. Now we have made 2 or 3 payments on something we don't have. They said that's for the down payment on the material. The gentleman stated at one time that they were waiting on Code Enforcement to get the permit. Well I call Code myself only to find out they had just applied June 24 or 26 and the permit had not been delivered because the company still owed $55. Wow from May to June 24 or 26 and owing money to them!!!

    Fast forward to now, they still haven't come back to start on actual building and we were told 4 days to allow concrete to completely dry. Well 4 days have turned into 7 days. We have been calling to speak with management about this whole ordeal and have been told this person or that would call and yet have we to hear from management. We are finally taking extra steps to get out this contract and be free of this company. I am at disbelief that we have dealt with this crap all this time. Now if we violated our end of the contract they wouldn't hesitate to take steps against us. I will not recommend them for anything.

    Updated on 08/05/2020: We wrote earlier review. We are still waiting on a response from someone. Room was ordered April 9th, they took deposit of 18,000. I have heard nothing for a month. Last response they had no concrete guy to do footers. I got a response from last review. It said from the owner. (No name) given. Call the number....I did, not answer... We are thoroughly disgusted. A phone call of any kind would have been great. At this point a refund would just be easier.

    Original Review: I signed up for a sunroom about 38,000. I signed contract in April 9th. I financed the room. Champion took draw off loan in shortly after signed contract... Materials are ready and done. Building permit done. I have been told for 4 weeks they have no concrete contractor. That is the hold up... I wish I had not have chosen them. As of now no date in mind to when they may find a concrete guy. I had loan company put hold on my account so no more draws could be taken. We are disappointed. Each time I have called Champion, no one freely calls just to update me. I am very nervous about this business deal. I was told we will get it, but we have no concrete guys right now. And no date to when they may have one!

    I'm satisfied with the quality of the windows. But I had one little incident after the work was completed. One screen in one of the bedrooms was slight short of getting in the frame completely. They immediately came back out and they tried to repair it, but they had to end up relining it and they had to put on a screen in it in the frame because it was kinda short on one little corner and it wasn't sealed into the frame like it should've been. They did the work very quickly. I was surprised at how quickly it happened. Once they arrived for them to do the work, it was done very timely. After that, I've had no other situations develop.

    Champion was more cost effective than the other companies out there. They replaced three windows for me and the quality is great. I really liked them. The person who installed the windows was great. But Champion needs to work on the reps that they send out because there was a lot of back-and-forth between me and the rep. I understand that he was new. In a case like that, they should have had a more seasoned person to shadow him during that process because he messed up the paperwork. So he had to come back and then I got confused on the pricing. I wouldn't go with them again. From my understanding, I could have really found some better deals out there. That could have been a little bit more money than what I paid.

    I purchased a sunroom from this kit company, and have never been more disappointed! Salesmen confirmed to me the gutters would tie into my house gutters so I wouldn’t have two additional downspouts, never happened! During the installation of the kit, I could see gaps between the foam panels, call and complained, was told by customer service that how they train their installers, it gets covered with vinyl and silicone! Reported to BBS and right before it went to arbitration, I was told because my copy of the contract did not match theirs, they had to go by Champion's contract. What kind of a company modifies a contract after the customer signs it? A low-quality company like Champion! Salesman told me what I wanted to hear, but not what I was paying for! I hope no one has the experience I had!

    I had looked into Champion previously and their reps that came by were extremely friendly, but they weren't pushy. At first, I started to decline it, and one of the gentlemen started asking me some questions and we started talking and they gave me a really good offer. If I start to say no and you cop an attitude, I want nothing to do with your company. Those guys were nothing like that.

    I would definitely recommend Champion. It was an extremely easy thing to set up and the work was done extremely fast and well. They redid the siding on my house and replaced an exterior door.     Champion offered the ability to do part of the windows. I have had other places out here, and the financing company would only run my credit to see if I could get all of them done and then, they would not approve me. My credit’s not good enough for that. The financing company of Champion approved me for an amount. Instead of all of the windows, I was able to get some of them done, which was fine with me.

    The other reason that I went with Champion was that I have a really old house that had rotted window frames that were gonna need to be replaced when the window was put back in. Two out of the three other companies that I had come in and look told me that I would have to have a second contract company come in, that their employees only installed the windows. They didn’t do any framework, which is kinda down. I also don't live in a neighborhood where I can just leave the windows open for another company to come in a week later to do something.

    I got six windows from Champion. My experience with their rep was pretty good. I didn’t have any complaints when he left. After the fact, he did miss something when he wrote the contract up, which caused a bit of a problem when the windows were installed. But ultimately, it was all worked out. The quality of the windows is pretty good. I don't have any complaints at all about them. They are far above the quality of the windows I had in here before. I’m definitely enjoying them.

    I feel like the installation could have been done a little cleaner though. There are little things that I don't like about it. For the amount of money that I paid, I expected something a little more than what I got. There are things like the sealant as well. It’s two different colors. They ran out of white, so they used clear. The front window on my house has two different colors on it. The fascia on the base is opened on the sides and they used sealant to fill it. So, it doesn't look very clean. The base of the windows, some of them are slanted and some of them are flat. The appearance of the windows is a little bothersome. But, it doesn't bother me enough to call in and complain and have somebody come out here and fix it.

Also, they were told by Champion to come back and fix my light, and fix my mailbox that they ran over and broke with their truck. They knew about it, and they still did not fix that.     I contracted with Champion to complete a 4 seasons sunroom addition to the back of my home. My husband and I interviewed 7 other companies/independent contractors here in Indiana, but Champion was able to provide the best pricing, quality product, and quick timeline. My experience from start to finish was wonderful! After meeting with our sales rep, and getting an offer we couldn't refuse, we signed our contract that day (on a Saturday), and a contractor was out to our house Monday to take final measurements for the project. We were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks to allow for approval of permits, HOA, and product production.

    During week 8 Jim and Dan started the project. We also contracted with Champion for a small deck/ platform. They worked hard each day for two weeks constructing our deck and putting up our sunroom up. They were professional and friendly throughout the entire process. My finished sunroom is perfect and everything I imagined! We have already gotten compliments from several of our neighbors. I would most certainly recommend Champion for your sunroom project!

    When the first guy came out to do the quote, he was great. I had a hiccup with Champion that I was not happy about though. I was told that they would beat the windows and everything will be in the next day and none of those things happened. I asked where the windows were and they said they thought they were going to be on the truck. I shouldn't have to call them, but they could tell me that they were gonna call me. I did not like that the guy told me that they were not gonna make it in and it was two days after the date I expected them, that I placed the call to them. That was not professional.

    After that, the windows came in and they called me. One of the guys that were gonna do the install came in the day before and assessed what they were going to do. I like that because they didn't just come in the day and try to figure things out. The installers then came in the next day, got busy, and those men worked. I had three old men and one young guy and they were all phenomenal. That team was outstanding. The product is awesome too. We love it because they explained to us that we wouldn't feel anything to the touch, and that's true. Also, the sun doesn't come in beaming through the windows, which is nice.

    We were looking to do some upgrades in the house, and we went online and checked everybody out. There were other companies that were cheaper, but I like Champion's windows better. They seemed to have a superior product and the price was in line with somewhere in the upper levels. So, we decided to go with them. With my interaction with their reps, they’re named correctly. We replaced the windows in the front room and the bedroom first and then recently, we did the bathroom and the large picture window in the dining room. The installation was fantastic. The installers showed up, and they were in and out within three hours. I was freaked out because they just cut right through it. They made it happen very quickly. It has made a big difference particularly in the dining room, which used to be relatively cold because those windows leaked really bad and now, it doesn’t. Most people try to make happy customers. I’m a happy advocate.

    I got a brochure in the mail and Champion Windows & Home Exteriors was offering the sunroom. My experience with them was pretty good but I thought the installation would be done a little faster. They got it done though and I was happy with it. The people who came over and worked on it were also nice and polite. But I can't use my outside electric outlet because there's a cover over it and I can't get the cover up. The front cover is kind of loose but I don't know how to get the thing open so I can use the duplex. I'm going to call and ask if they could send an electrician out here who can show me how to open it.

    Also, there was a fellow that called me about getting the inspection done by the county, then the inspector came out and said he was going to have to call Champion as there was some kind of an electrical problem on the outside. But I haven't seen or heard from anybody to fix whatever was wrong with it. They must have climbed over the fence to get in if they repaired the problem. Other than that, I'm pleased with Champion and so far, I'm satisfied with the product.

    I understood Champion's quality by what they said on the website and their customer review. And they had a good sale going on. The people were really good and professional. The thing is they were building the sunroom glass and the roof portion. We had a different guy for the concrete and different guy for the plumbing. But it was very well-coordinated by all three of them. It wasn't an easy task and they handled it very well and professionally. They even came to our homeowner's association and it helped a lot that they came with me. I don't think the outcome was good from that meeting, but I felt glad that their rep knew what we were into.

    The funniest portion is on one side of the room, we have installed the spa and they had to do the final cleaning of the windows. They looked at the pool and there's no edge on the other end. But they were very wise. They got the largest plank and they stood on the plank and cleaned the windows. Kudos for that. That gave me an idea on how to clean it in the future. I loved their people. They're wise and they're normal, simple people, which was the best thing.

    The salesman that first came out answered a lot of questions and I really liked him. I was also really happy and impressed with the guys that came and did the installation. It was cold when they were here and they worked so hard and they were really polite. They did more than I even expected them to do. Tommy promised he’d come with a magnet and pick up nails and right now, I have been waiting for him. He hasn’t come yet and we’ve picked up a lot of nails ourselves.     Salesman gave a super high pressure pitch with lots of "discounts" that still leave you with an expensive price and they lie to you about what the other companies don't do. They told us there was a cheaper price to sign today. I wasn't sure about this but the assured me I could cancel up to one week. This was a LIE. I signed and called 4 days later to cancel and they said it was only 3 days for cancellation and now I would be charged a 5% fee. They did not care at all what the salesman told me. I emailed the salesman about it and he just tried to offer me 12 month financing and ignored me asking him about the 1 week cancellation. He did not respond to my second email when I told him I was not interested in 12 month financing and wanted my 5% back. This company just stole my money for nothing. Do not do business with them. They are not worth it.

    We contacted Champion and a couple of other ones. Champion was the one that negotiated the price to what we thought was quite a reasonable level and they had a good reputation. I looked them up and word-of-mouth, I knew that they did good work. The sales rep was out here and we said what we wanted. We had a couple of things that we asked for that were not in their standard contract and he was quite accommodating about it. A couple of them were kind of big deals so he had to call his boss but he got approval for them and we proceeded.

    I can't imagine how our experience could’ve been any better. They did a superb job and they were here in the worst weather imaginable. They were here for about two weeks, almost every day, and those were the days that we had snow. They were very attentive to detail and were incredibly neat and competent. They were very concerned that we were pleased right along and kept us fully informed as to what they were doing. Also, the electricians did a fine job. We’re very pleased with their product. It looks a lot better than I expected. I've had a three-season room before and this is even better. We've told others about Champion and that they should give them a call if they want a good job. We’re much more pleased than we expected.

    Screened Porch Project Contract signed 12/26/19 with salesman John **. Project estimated to start mid-March. Aaron took measurements 1/7/20 Called John ** 2/6 and again 2/10 leaving voice mails each time without a returned call. I was asking if the docs to get HOA approval and permitting have been sent. Called corporate in Atlanta on 2/10 and spoke with Kimberly in customer service and was told there were no notes in the system about HOA and permitting and someone would call back in 48 hours.

    After not getting a call back by 2/12, I called corporate on 2/14 and spoke with Karen in customer service. She said someone in patio dept will call me and was called back by Brooks 2/14 who told me John ** was no longer with company and HOA and permitting was not submitted. Project was supposed to start in 1 month. He said he would get me the docs later in day.

    On 2/17, I called Brooks and he said he sent the docs but I told him I didn’t get them. On 2/18, I exchanged texts with Brooks about paperwork and permit status when I was told the job was “put on hold by a higher authority” as the job was sold under par and not approved by management. Spoke with Brooks on 2/18 and told Jason ** from management would call me to discuss the situation. On 2/20 spoke with Jason and he could not answer why I was not contacted a long time ago on this. I also asked why they weren’t honoring the contract since this is an internal issue not caused by me and didn’t get a satisfactory answer on that. I requested my deposit be returned which I have received and I have started the process of finding a new company to work on my project.

    Salesman came out. After many "discounts" quoted a price that was twice the cost of 3 other quotes I had received. Adamant that this was the bottom line. When I told him that they were much too expensive and we were done talking, by a miracle he pulled out another $1100 discount if I would put a sign on my lawn! This is absurd since I live at the end of a deadend street! I buy from a company that offers quality and integrity. I agree that they offer quality but based on the sales technique they suffer in integrity.

    I had an appointment a few weeks ago. The tech showed up and looked at my windows and he told me that Champion Windows was going to be more expensive. No estimate. You see I had some windows replaced a few years ago (12 yrs), and I was just checking around on pricing. I did get a quote from the previous company and I also got another quote from another company but their quote was in writing. I didn't think much about quote from champion after the tech left but I keep getting these mailers asking about my estimate.     I don’t know about anyone else, but my experience was amazing. Because of it, all my friends and families got windows, doors, siding, roofing, and a few sunrooms because of the amazing product and the customer service was very informative. What some customers don’t understand is that it takes longer than five weeks to get everything made and installed. They are the only company that actually makes their product at a higher grade versus Andersen Windows which is absolute crap and their warranty is worse.

    I purchased a new front storm door and 6 windows for the back of my house, which was built in 1858 and has numerous challenges. I was promised the door in about 2 weeks and the windows in 10. Time went by, no door, no windows, no one called to say what the hold up was. With this company you call whatever local office there is, they know NOTHING - you can give them your order numbers. They say they have them, but they can't even track the merchandise to find out anything more than it is still at the factory - absolutely NO one can tell you where in the process they are at with your product while it is at the factory - they might as well be lost!

    If you throw enough fits, you finally get to a woman named Lynn who is the National Customer Care person, (and who does not have a clue what good customer service is and tries her best to never speak in person to you but leave you a voice mail instead and she never backs up whatever she has promised you) and operates directly below Tom Dixen, who is the CEO of the entire company. Interesting thing: this company was family owned and highly rated for something like 60 years, and had huge success and ended up with offices spread across the nation. According to one person with whom I talked, it changed management and apparently Dixen is the CEO of that management.

    I have contacted Lynn several times, my windows were late because "they were made the first time in the wrong color". Now they are done in the correct color but can't be installed on the day I stayed home to make sure all went well, because they neglected to tell the crew who would do the install that they needed a 40 foot ladder to reach the ones on the second floor successfully. Day wasted. They drove off with the windows. We will see if there is better luck now that it is rescheduled. I will say that the workmanship of the installers changes from one job to another because the installers do not work for Champion. They are crews from other companies and how good they are depends on their own parent company.

    The crew that brought my storm door out and installed it were wonderful. Champion had come out 2 weeks after the initial purchase and measuring, to re-measure because they thought there was a problem. My door is not really a 36" door, so they had put in for a 34" storm door since that is what was previously there and the shims were already there for that kind of install. Then they told me to forget the 34" door because it is a "custom build" - (isn't almost all of their work supposed to be custom built to what you need???) - and that a 34" door would cost me way more so they suggested a 32" storm door and they would shim it more. But guess what size the door was when it arrived??? 35.5"!!

    Fortunately the installers were wonder workers - they went out and bought extra lumber, extra vinyl to match the door, etc etc. and completely rebuilt my door frame to fit the damn door that was sent. That is how messed up Champion's customer service is and for those who say they got good service, it is due to the individual local installers who sub out to them. I did not get lucky enough to draw the same company of installers on this failed window install today or next week when hopefully they will actually get them in, so we will see, but from what I have seen so far, the people at Champion have their head up their --- as far as what they know and what they can do, so your luck is all with whatever local subcontractor you happen to get stuck with.

    That might account for leaking sun porches I keep reading about on here - the windows themselves may be ok, might be the problem of the people building the structure around the windows who are at fault, so you might try contacting some of them to see if they are interested in cleaning up their mess if Champion isn't. And once you try all avenues, it would seem from all of us who have written a review that Champion is a company to steer clear of. You may hear from me again on this topic after they reschedule with a ladder and the other materials they were not told they would need to do this job of mine. Thanks for reading! Judy

    The Sunroom started leaking one week after the project was completed. The worker had to come back out, take the entire sunroom down and rebuild the sunroom and it still leak. It took them three months to correct problems. This morning I woke and water was in sunroom again. Please don’t have Champion Windows to build you a sunroom.

    The biggest mistake I made with my home remodeling was hiring Champion Window and Door to replace all my windows, install new siding, and replace the soffit and fascia. At this moment I have soggy insulation in my walls because of the terrible workmanship they performed and the poor quality of their windows, terrible is an understatement! I could write a small book on where I caught them cutting corners the few times I was able to inspect while they were doing the install.

    Within a week or two there were pieces of siding that had fallen off my house and were blowing around my yard. They did a horrible job of caulking around the windows that they even bothered to caulk around and even those that they did the caulk had broken already. Within months I had whole pieces of siding falling off and water damage on the woodwork inside the house. Unfortunately I was away from home quite a bit and unable to catch it actively leaking until tonight almost a year after the install.

    They came out and tore the siding off and put up new about 9 months after the original install and caulked the windows they skipped the first time, poorly. One window leaks more than the single pane they replaced and I can feel the wind blow through the closed and latched window as I type this. If you want a TLDR then don't hire this company, they cost just as much if not more than the better ones even with their "discounts" and their quality is just slightly above absolute garbage.

    In August 2019 I signed a good faith contract stating 12 to 14 weeks build time. I have been told twice now that my job has been pushed back 8 more weeks. I talked with operations manager and was advised I could not cancel my contract without losing 30 percent of the contract price and I would just have to wait until they could get around to my project. Be careful of this company’s business practices. Had they told me it would take 16 weeks or better before my build I would have gone with another company that was not so far behind.

    We have one window that needs to be replaced. No one else seemed to be interested in just one window so we call Champion. The sales meeting was supposed to last 1 hour. It started with the sales rep flipping through a 3 ring binder telling us how awful all of the other window warranties were. When we told the rep we weren't interested in the bad mouthing of other brands to just get to the info on their windows she continued as if she wasn't allowed to not do the presentation. When we finally got to the pricing the best price was for more than 1 window so we came up with 2 windows and a door. We were quoted a price that was heavily discounted but only if we purchased today. I told the rep that I wouldn't buy a door sight unseen and I would want to go to the showroom before deciding.

    I flat out said that we would not be making a decision that day and she continued to push us. She wanted us to commit and then if we didn't like the door we could cancel the order within 3 days (standard PA consumer projection law). After we said we wouldn't be deciding that day she continued to push and stayed an additional 45 minutes - even saying, "If I don't get you to buy today I know when I leave here you won't call me back." I would never do business with this company because of their high pressure sales. This is a lot of money and I want time to make sure I am making the right decision. Any company that doesn't allow will not get my business. Our 1 hour meeting took 2 1/2 hours and it was all we could do to get the sales rep out of our house. She was right - we aren't calling her back.

    Thank goodness I didn't buy windows, but I did strongly entertain the idea of buying. Their salesman came to my home and was pitching their product for 2 1/2 hours. Then they give you a price that is way out of anyone's budget, but wait there's more... Then they start knocking percentages off for all sorts of stuff - they even gave me 5% off because I answered a couple of questions correctly about what they had explained to me in their high pressure sales pitch. They then want to get you with a buy now tactic - put $100 down tonight to lock in this price... If you find a comparable product we will beat their price and give you the $100 back. The catch is that you have to find a comparable product that is EVERYTHING they are selling, and yet one of those items is something that is only with their company. Sad to say that even I got suckered in to this $100, but thank goodness that is all they got out of me.

    I wish I would have been more wise and told them that if their product was that good today at that price that it would be good in a few days at the same price, but their tactics even got the better of me. When I had another window replacement company come in to give me a bid, their starting price on windows was $2000 lower that where Champion ended up after all of those percentages knocked off, and I don't feel that I am getting an inferior product. They are sharks waiting in the dark for unsuspecting customers. Even when I explained all of this to the salesman in a text, at first he wanted to know more, but then after I gave more of these details, I have heard nothing back from them. Seems to be that I hit the nail right on the head!!! Stay away from this company!!!!

    Called Champion for a 12 window comparison quote. Although I had already chosen another company and I had heard nothing good about Champion I wanted to hear their sales pitch. Well all the bad things are true. The sales person went over at least 20 other companies' warranties (part of the hype) to make me think I was going to get a great product and deal. To make a long story short Champion (12 windows) STARTED at $24,500.00 then $12,500 then the final price of $9,500.00, they were going to "bundle" me in with some supposed massive project they had. Bottom line DON'T GO NEAR Champion. They are nothing but used car sales people in plaid jackets. Oh, the other company... 12 windows better quality, $6,600.00 . Run FROM CHAMPION.

    Go anywhere but this company. Salesman Phillip ** seem nice, claim someone would be out to remeasure in about two weeks. Projects were running behind and would be about 8 weeks before they start. This was first week in May. About middle of July we had not heard from them, so we contacted Phillip. He returned our call with company and said had lost our contract. During this time we were on vacation and told him we would return July 28th. He claimed someone would contact us for remeasure.

    Contacted Phillip again on August 23rd to tell him we had heard nothing and wanted a refund. He claimed he would contact us on Monday August 26. A Install supervisor Josh called Monday afternoon to inform me I was rude. I called and spoke with Install Mgr Josh who claimed I would not be refunded and someone had come to my house while on vacation and climbed my fence in the backyard and did a remeasure. Nothing is recorded on our security cameras. Go anywhere but don’t use this company. Nightmare continues.

    Biggest mistake of my life - I am 69. Screened porch disaster. Cheapest material I have ever seen. Salesman lied about everything. 4 months after contract still leaking after 3 months before completed. $27,000 for $4,000 gazebo at Lowe's. Tried to get entire loan and my down payment upfront before I stopped them. Got loan for more than I needed and tried to start interest. Don't do it and for sure don't let them get loan they control.

    I was planning to install a sun room for my mom. We signed the contract and took out a loan thru their preferred provider. Six days later, my mom changed her mind and I cancelled the project. I was told by the sales rep that it would be at least 10 days before they got to my project due to a back log. However, when I cancelled the project I was told that I had only 3 days to do so and after the 3rd day, there is a $2000 cancellation fee! Keep in mind, NOTHING had been done, NOTHING... so I am paying $2000 for the sales rep visit?!? Also, DO NOT USE THEIR LOAN SERVICE, even with a credit score of over 720, the interest rate was 24.9%!!

    I will try to make this short and simple. We purchased a sunroom with Champion back in April 2019. We were told it would be the end of July before installation would begin. We paid $9,600 down and paid over $3,000 to have a door installed (where a wall used to be) and the AC/water moved. We FINALLY received a call after threatening to cancel the contract and were told that no zoning permits were completed. It's funny this information was only revealed to us after we called several times. This was never relayed during the 3 months they had our deposit. We ended up speaking with the owner's assistant, but have yet to receive an update yet. I'd be careful using them to install anything. I'm out a lot of money and still have no sunroom or estimated start date. I am also out the money I spent to install a door that leads to a 4' drop. I should also mention that the back of my house looks hideous with the plastic sheeting draped over the doors. Not happy!

    I would NOT recommend Champion Windows. We purchased a sunroom from this company with a lifetime warranty. We have been trying to get them to come out and repair a window since March of this year! Customer service is a nightmare! Please DO NOT purchase from this company. It is NOT WORTH THE HEADACHE.

    Currently on third garden patio door, first leaked and vinyl trim on exterior buckled to the point it split open and left a hole for water to run in. Second door installed had identical problems, they agreed to install a third door after Mgr review of pictures of second door. Mgr’s comment on picture “Why the water is just pouring in.” Third door installed—door leaked water within 4 days, screen factory sent was wrong size, (they had to take it back and cut it down, would bring it back next week)—still haven’t brought it back. Daylight can be seen above door when it’s closed. I would strongly advise not purchasing a patio door from Champion.

    Sunroom room leak and I had to fix it myself because they refused to and after they came to fix the floor leaking it still leak. A month later it still leaks. I'll be speaking with my lawyer and judging from all the negative reviews I've seen. I think this could be a class action lawsuit. It seems this company has been thriving on shoddy work and banking on no one standing up to them.

    I found out the next day that my contract had been cancelled without any reason or discussion from the sales manager. Champion Window is deceitful and did not want to honor their buy one window and get the second one at a 50% discount. The service manager stated that he would not be undersold..whatever that meant! They are very disrespectful and dishonest in their business practices. Why was I cancelled when the sales Rep called and confirmed the sale! They even caused a hard hit against my credit for the financing!! I will never DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AND THEY SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF THEMSELVES FOR BEING DECEITFUL TO THE CONSUMER!

    The only good thing that I can say about Champion siding is their sales department. We got our financial way to pay back quickly. But the way we were treated after that was a horrible experience that I would never have Champion do another job for me on any other house I own. We have had two siding jobs with Champion and both times was a struggle to get them to finish the job within a good time frame. Their workers broke our outdoor lights and did not put the lights back up and the workers tried to use one of our porch table for a ladder and broke it.

    Then, Champion charged us for siding that was not even used and took it back with them when they finished the job. Now my husband has to put an outside light back up on the side of the house that Champion's worker took down to do the upper part of the house. They also have a bad attitude when you try to call their main office in Dayton, Ohio. They also blocked our garage so we could not get in our garage for a week with a large thing the workers use to do the upper part of our house. I would like to say that in closing that the rating of even a one star is too much for Champion of Dayton. I would not give them any star rating.

    I bought a custom sunroom from Champion Boston. I have been calling for 4 months, people come out look at it, take pictures and never come back. 1 guy came out with Windex and cleaned all the windows. The roofing edges are ragged and unfinished looking. Looks like trim is missing between roof and walls, and there is a piece of siding that is wavy where they cut it too long and just stapled it on anyway. I would not recommend their products to anyone.

    We bought replacement windows for our sunroom in Fall of 2018. They were installed in December 2018 incorrectly. They leaked all winter long. I kept calling to get someone out to our house to look at them and they would say they would have to call me back and never would. Finally Spring 2019 someone came out to look at them and said they needed to be completely taken out and re-installed, made another appointment for that. May 2019 they come out to re-install and one of the 3 windows still leaks. I call them back, they send same person out who re-installed it and says they have to order a new sash (sp?).

    I call two days later about the parts, they said it would be a month and that is a rush order... I call a little over a month later and they had to go look to see if they had the part and call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later they call and they have the part and can come out July 10th. I talked to a manager about some sort of a refund as we have paid heat bills on a entire room made of windows they put in that we heated and are now cooling. THEY DON'T DO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND! This company is extremely unorganized and I would never recommend them to anyone looking to buy windows. They claim they have the best windows but after this experience I think I could have custom ordered a window from Menards and installed it myself with less issues and spend a ton less!

    Newly constructed sunroom. I get leaks with each heavy rain from ceiling, windows and buttress. Just opened 1 window and it's not installed properly because it won't lock. I keep calling and emailing customer care. The company does send a man out to fix each issue. But others keep occurring. Do not waste nearly $49K after interest with this company. They also use an outside financer called GreenSky. High interest and no recourse since Champion has already been paid.

    The lifetime guarantee is deceiving. The salesman kept talking about the kid throwing the ball through the window and Champion replaces it for free. It's not free. After 2 years it's $99. And my problem is not a broken window but screens that the insects eat. What good is a screen that doesn't stop insects? Every year I have holes in all of my screens.

    Memphis Buyer Beware!!!! These folks are so good at a sales presentation but that is the only thing they are good at. Lying. I was sold a picture window and was asked to review this company and give it 5 stars in order to get my discount. So I did. And how wrong I was for doing this. 3-26-2018. My window has a hole in the wood and I needed my windows replaced before it started getting hot. I purchased the window and made a 50% deposit. The sales rep, Keron, promised me 4-5 weeks before installation would happen. We agreed on this. That was the last communication I have had "from" this company.

    A week later I called to ask when the appointment to take proper measurements would happen. At that point they scheduled it with me. To be honest, I do not think they would have called to schedule this appointment for my measurements without me calling first. So the guy called at the last minute the day of my appointment and told me it would have to be the next day and asked if I could accommodate him since he had to ride down to Mississippi and it would be easier on him if I would meet him at a less convenient time for me. I agreed. He came and he came without knowledge of what was actually sold and what was going to be done inside the wall with rebuilding the wood.

    I waited 5 weeks from the sale of the window and made a call on the Thursday prior to 6 weeks. 5-9-2019. A man answered and told me that he saw my window was on a truck and is being shipped. It would be in the following week. I waited until the following Thursday and still no call. 5-16-2019. So I called. A lady named Mabel answered and started to explain that there is no way this window could ever be ready in 5 weeks. She then went into an explanation about the color process and that the windows with color always take 10-12 weeks and so on!!! I abruptly interrupted her and told me none of that means anything to me because our deal was for 4-5 weeks and I needed this done before the hot weather hit.

    She then explained to me that she had to tell the salesmen to quit telling people that color windows would be 4-5 weeks. It had been an internal issue. I then asked her why would the man tell me that he saw my window was on a truck due to ship?!? She responded that he couldn't have told me, which I quickly interrupted her again and told her this happened and how did it happen. She then explained that this guy was new and didn't know how to read the codes on the paper. I told her let's just cancel this and refund my deposit. She told me I would have to speak with the sales manager, so I asked for his number. I was told his number is private and they do not give that out but she would have him call me. That was at 9:00am. 5-16-2018.

    At 3:30 I called back and went to their answering machine so I had to call corporate who transferred me down and they answered. I asked why I hadn't received a call. Mable said he had tried and left me a voicemail. Of course you know cell phones, they ID all calls and I had no missed calls or voicemails. So I asked her to have someone higher up than the sales manager to call me. She gave me two names, Jason ** or Bob ** (spelled wrong) and assured me that one of them would call me back. They did not call, nor did I receive a call from anyone on Friday 5-17-2019 either. Nothing like service after the sale HA. So Saturday 5-18-2019, I called the national appointment line and they were helpful. But nobody was in the office and she would have the lady over operations in the Corporate office, call the Memphis office and make someone call me back. Strange that this happens a lot.

    I do not trust the local operations and their poor service and lies have convinced me that Champion Windows is not the company I want in my home. I called American Express and complained about the company and started the process of negating the transaction. I'm absolutely shocked that after such a good sales presentation, this company just crapped on me and then lied and continued to lie to me and never bothered to call, not even once after the sale. I don't care how good the window may be, with lousy service and misrepresentation, I fear they are selling crap. I'm guessing you can read the other reviews on Yelp and see that these folks have a horrible track record.

    It hurts worse when you think you found a company you can trust and then later find out it was all lies and they hide like cowards and won't address the problems. They just want to sell and make money and do not care about the consumer. That reminds me of the story my sales rep was telling me about someone trashing them on a review before they had had a chance to address the problem. Well, if they have called and have been ignored and not called back like Champions Windows Memphis has done to me, and hid from addressing problems, I would say their trashing of Champion Windows was valid.

    Misleading. After 2 months of waiting for Champion to start building numerous calls I finally had to call my finance company for them to reach out. Finance called me back. Said they said they can’t build my sunroom. I wasted two months with them contract in hand. Looking for another contractor.

    I called asking for a quote for a vinyl windows sunroom. The salesman came out and told me they don’t do vinyl only glass. Why didn’t they say so from the beginning? When he left he l got into my car to leave as well only to notice a huge puddle of oil on my freshly pressure washed driveway. I’ve been calling and calling Champion and it seems all calls get routed to the home office in Cincinnati. I cannot find ANYONE to talk to in Georgia much less my salesman who never left me a his card or business information. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CHAMPION. If you do, hope you never have to have a repair. You’ll never hear from them.

    Ok...Salesman came out and spoke with Timothy. Didn't hear from him again... They had a booth at the Home Show we were going to walk past and they stepped out and approached us. Timothy just politely told them they had their chance and blew it. Explained a rep already came out and 3 weeks later all we heard was crickets. He took Timothy's information and stated "Oh I remember this address". Should have been a clue... We gave him the name of the rep and asked he not come again. Doorbell rings...guess who same guy. I had reservations about letting him in so gave him the Benefit of the doubt and let him in anyway. He sat down and asked me to turn off the View. I had the sound turned almost off and plus put all 4 dogs out. Doesn't address what he's there for launched into a spiel about his political and religious views, held my tongue if anyone knows me at all knows how hard that can be.

    I just asked is he here to sell windows and doors, speak about politics or give a sermon which neither I’m interested in. He turned kind of red and pulled out his measuring tape. We went thru the house and he measured. I asked him what happened to the ones he took when Timothy had him here the 1st time… “Oh my wife threw them away cleaning off my desk... Ok got measurements. Now can we get a rough estimate for replacement windows and the sliding door.” “Oh I have to have Timothy here. Can't talk to just one of you. Week goes by crickets again. Timothy then called and spoke with the Supervisor that we had talked who advised he would get the measurements and send us an estimate... That's been a week. All I'll say I thought this was 2019 not 1950. Same Sex couples aren't welcome with this company.

    Buyer Beware! Sales and related material are "misleading" at best. 365 Comfort, Patented 7 layer process, etc... These are base level windows (See Energy Star Rating). The cost is exorbitant! Go to your local home improvement store and buy higher quality at lower price. After the contract is signed everything changes. Wait for install of windows that are mismeasured, Low quality, Electrical Shorts, Staff that employ Threats and character assassination instead of solutions to extensive real problems. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!

    I have contacted the people in Chattanooga about this problem and I get no satisfaction from them about fixing it. I have talked with the sunroom installation supervisor, and talked with the district installation manager and this still is not resolved. I have a warranty on this product but it appears no one seems to care. It is now March of 2019 and still waiting for closure.

    I requested service to have a large window replaced. The salesperson Jeffrey told me the company’s policy only allows a minimum of 3 windows but he could try to work with me with at least two. I agreed to have two windows replaced despite knowing there was no problem with the second window. He did a fantastic convincing demonstration on the different windows, and brought great attention where is product was better than other. Then he drafted a bill for $4,600.00 to replace the two windows. He offered a 10% discount if I sign the contract immediately. He further offered a 20% discount when I told him I need to shop around. He told me I live in a nice neighborhood, so if I agree to have their sign posted in my front lawn for 6 months, he could remove an extra $600.00. Jeffrey further went on to tell me if he didn’t make the sale, his company could get audited and the company to get into trouble. All the red flags of a scammer was up.

    He even called his boss to see if he could convince me into signing that contract. His boss made a mistake, he asked me, “how about getting one window done?” He was on the speaker phone, so he asked his salesman, “did you give her the price to have the one window done?” His response yes, that was a lie because he already made it clear his company limits repair to 3 windows. I tried to question the salesperson regarding his motive to deceive me, that didn’t go well, he got upset and walked out my house immediately. I contacted Champion corporate office, share my concern to a lady and requested that the manager get back to me, that was January 2019, a month later, still no call. Beware, this company is a fraud!!! The salesperson dress nicely and they are very charming, scammers in professional look.

    My sliding door glass (double glazed) leaked after 6 years and started to get cloudy inside. I called the manufacturer that happened to be Champion Window. After back and forth with the customer Service finally got a price to replace one sliding door for over $1,800 and they would not even warranty their work either. I called their VP of Operations, CEO and many other offices and no one would return my calls. After couple months, I did not want to deal with them anymore specially with their poor service response and quality of their products. I called my local glass company and replaced the glass for 3rd of what Champion was going to charge me plus I got 10 years warranty on the product. Go figure that one out...

    I had Champion Windows installed 2014. Since, I have had 5 sashes replaced due to seal failure. I asked them over and over again (BEFORE the 2 yr labor warranty was up) to get the issue fixed. Either the original installation was performed by an incompetent or their windows are inferior. At one point I could open a window but couldn't close it! They came out and reinstalled two rear windows and told me that should fix it. Well no, it didn't. Within months two front windows had sash failure! They'd order a new sash but not fess up to the issue, not even reply! They just replaced a 5th sash (replaced before) in a window they reinstalled, and charged me $99.

    They'll kick that proverbial warranty can down the road till they can collect 99 bucks every time they come to your home! BEWARE and Stay away from Champion Windows. Overpriced, installed by incompetents and inferior windows/product. You can bet I'll be replacing their inferior windows soon! Window seals should not fail every 1 1/2 to 2 years!

    We just finished going round and round with the Cincinnati-based Champion because they had installed the wrong color French doors, then we had several other problems. This time, it's our 50-year warrantied roof. Champion re-roofed our house in Nov. of 2016. We now have a leak in our living room ceiling, directly below the flashing placed at the base of our chimney. We called Monday, Feb. 18, and had to call back on Wed. because the returned phone call never came. I was assured on Thursday the roofer would be coming to make repairs on Friday. He never showed. According to Keith, the dept. manager, the roofer was unable to find our house.

    The original roofers didn't have any problem, the door installers found us, and the salesmen certainly were able to find us. According to Keith, he was likes to leave early on Fridays to "spend time with his family." Don't we all? He said it would be early next week before he can get someone else to our house, but heavy rain is forecast for this weekend. I've had it with this company. A piece of advice? Don't ever, ever, ever purchase anything from Champion, because you will almost certainly regret it.

    They destroyed my fuse breaker when wiring the electric outlets. My fuse breaker trips all day long because of their faulty wiring issues. I have major problems with my fuse box breakers. I had an established electric review why my fuse breaker is always tripping and they informed me that Champion put faulty wiring in my fuse box breaker.

    Champion installed patio doors in a new construction sunroom. Several years later seals went bad and they sent service guy out and charged me a service call and said they’d repair it under warranty. Four months later they still haven’t fixed my door and their fast talking customer rep tells me it will be at least 2 more months before they can fix my door. Too many reputable manufacturers out there. Don’t buy from Champion!

    We purchased windows from Champion and took a little while to get the windows. That was our fault because we had to get approval from the HOA for what we were doing to the house. The install is where everything came crashing down. They say the windows are custom built to your window opening but that's a lie. One of my windows had half inch gap on top and both sides of the opening. They say it is installed correctly. Also on install day they didn't have all of our windows on the truck and were going to send the last one out on another truck. It magically "broke" and had to wait 2 weeks for it to come in.

    They also didn't have our screens with our order on the install day. When complaining or checking on order updates always had to call the so-called manager to get any answers even though they "broke" the window and forgot products on our install. When I did get ahold of the manager he said "I told you in the email that I would call you on Monday". When I called him it was Tuesday and the email said he would be in contact on Friday. He said he had inventory and other things that's why he didn't call not on Monday but still didn't call on Tuesday, I called him.

    The install was horrible. They left holes in the caulking which is the seal for your windows. They left stains all over my carpet and left trash all around my house. Left broken glass in my driveway and street. I took pictures of horrible work and sent them not only to corporate but to the manager and no-one came out to look at my house until I spoke with the manager on the Tuesday I mentioned above and complained. Stay away and spend your money elsewhere. You can get windows from many places and the other companies probably care about the customer more than Champion has shown.

    We had all new windows installed 10 years ago. In early December we noticed a crack in one of our bedroom windows. We contacted Champion to come and replace the window. They told me it was probably a stress crack, placed tape over it and said they had to order the window, which would probably take 2-3 weeks to come in. They charged me a $99.00 trip fee even though the windows are to be guaranteed for a lifetime. Apparently, after two years you have to pay a trip fee. It's been a month and still no window.

    We would like to give Joe ten stars, but this site will only allow five. From the moment we met him, we knew we could trust him. While his competitors gave us quotes of twice to four times as much (a few lower, but so was the quality of their products), Joe gave us several options to fit our budget and needs. He never pressured us, and was very patient while we made our decisions and dealt with approval from our HOA. Joe was always professional, courteous, and helpful with all aspects of our patio door options!

    We had a sales person come to our home for a free consultation. All he brought was a book with pictures and talked about what "number do we need to be at" to sign a contract. Never spoke of the company, products they use and couldnt answer many of our questions. He kept having to call someone to get the answers. After 2 1/2 hrs he left. The next day I called and told the person from the company about the visit. He was suppose to bring sample products and do a demonstration which he never did. I asked to speak to a manager and was told it would take 24- 48 hrs. Well it's now been 5 days and still no call. They won't get our business.

    Service on windows is basically nonexistent. In August of this year (2018) I set up an appointment to look at 5-6 windows in our house that have seal failure. The person took down all the information from the job order labels which requires taking them out (vents). He left without putting them back in. In October I called to inquire about our replacements. October 15th they came out with one window and said the other broke on the truck. I said, "OK but where are the rest of them?" They knew nothing of the others and again they went through the house as I pointed which ones had failed. They took down all the job order info. I called again December 3rd, explained the situation and wanted to know the status. I was told they did not know but the Boise/Meridian office would call me within 48 hrs.

    That never happened. I called today and was on hold with the service dept. for 33 minutes. I finally hung up and called the sales dept., phone rang one time and was picked up (go figure). I told my story again! I finally got the number to corporate customer care (1-888-395-0041). I will be calling them again to see what happens. Buyer beware! Very quick to take your money but after sales customer service seems to be non-existent. If you live in Idaho, use a very well known manufacturer here in Nampa (you can see them from the freeway). The windows are just as good if not better at a much more realistic price.

    My Husband and I purchased a Sunroom from Champions back in 2006 and have regretted it! It has been a nightmare lost track of how many times they had to come out! Roof constantly leaking, door and window latching breaking off! Now The Sunroom ceiling is coming apart and started leaking. I am not one to write negative reviews but if I can help save someone else from this horrible company that put a lemon Sunroom in for a ton of money that we never got to enjoy because it was always leaking then it was worth my time to write this! Very dishonest Company!

    You're local criminal organization. Promising to begin work in only a few weeks. Months later when you call trying to cancel they tell you "There's a 30% penalty fee". Of course you complain and you're told, "Hey it's at the bottom of the contract, you signed it". Thank you 'Dale' from the Oklahoma City office, you're such a winner of a human being. So I have to pay a 'penalty' for work THEY never started.

    As a disabled Vet I say, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHAMPION. Last July Champion inventoried my windows that had broken seals and said they would take 6 to 8 weeks to come in. In September I contacted Champion and was told they were never ordered. After posting this issue all over the internet, I was assured by their national office that my bad windows would be replaced on Nov 13. I called them a week ago and was told my replacement windows had not come in yet and they would not schedule the work till the windows came in. Today is Nov 13 and they are not at my home installing the windows, nor have they contacted me with a status. I truly think Champion learned their customer service skills from the TV cable industry.

    My 2006 window replacement cost me $8,300 and a crooked, deformed finger. The windows are terrible. I saved for years to have them replaced and have regretted it ever since. Plants were damaged, and broken glass and trash were left after the install, along with personal property damage. Champion has had to replace and repair several of the windows. Now that the cold weather is here again, I have to put window shrink plastic film on each of the 11 windows because they are so cold! The windows freeze shut during cold weather, and Lord help us if there is a fire as we can't get out! In order to open them, I have to slowly pour hot water in the frame, which takes a long time for each window.

    It has been a while since I got sucked into buying these from the slick salesman. A single mom with a disabled child, I guess I made a mistake trusting this company. Every time I look at my crooked, deformed finger, or get asked about it, I tell them about my Champion window experience. The first winter after they were installed, I was so alarmed at how bitter cold they were that I used packing tape to seal each seam on all 11 working windows. Realizing that wasn't such a great idea in case we needed to get out quickly, I removed all the tape, and spent days and days AND DAYS removing the tape adhesive, unbeknownst to me, damaging my right pointer finger for good.

    The windows protrude from the side of the home, looking hideous and the frames are incredibly wide. My neighbor brought that to my attention. Great. So I am stuck with them and about to get back to my annual tedious project of covering each one in plastic. Just want to vent and warn others who might be considering these windows.

    The work was sloppy and half-assed. Patio door: It took 4 attempts to install the lock correctly. It still doesn't work right and feels creaky and crunchy when I turn the mechanism. Caulk was smeared in several spots on the patio. The caulking job around the patio door was sloppy and left holes in places. Bathroom window: The window was not installed level! Installer tried to pass it off like the frame of the house wasn't level, but that's nonsense. The interior seal wasn't caulked. Even after it was pointed out, the installer still only caulked the sides and the top - I had to caulk the bottom seal myself. Entry door: The threshold is warped and bent. The paint around the doorknob and deadbolt started chipping the moment the installers left. The deadbolt wouldn't fit snuggly into the opening, so the opening had to be ground out. It now looks like it's been gnawed at by beavers.

    Responsiveness and communication was terrible. I repeatedly had to wait for over a week to hear back from anybody, and often had to call and call again to get a response. Sometimes it felt like nobody knew what was going on there. First, I was supposed to get a whole new sash for the patio door to fix the lock, then I was supposed to get a sash from another project, but in the end I got no new sash but rather another lame attempt at a fix. This project cost me nearly $10,000 and the refund they offered me was $150. I talked them up to $300, which is still ridiculous, if you ask me. With projects like this, it's all about the little details.

    I want the patio lock to feel smooth and solid. I shouldn't have to look at a crooked bathroom window. The entry door threshold should not be warped and bent, and the paint shouldn't chip on the day of the install. There shouldn't be any smears of caulk all over my patio. These are things I'm going to have to deal with for the life of this house, but Champion doesn't really seem to give a crap. They've got their money, so what do they care about the shoddy, sloppy work they did, right? I would never hire them again, and I suggest you avoid them at all costs.

    Salesman demonstrated their product and services but when signing the several pages of the contract. He explain what each page represented except the page reflecting a 30% cancellation fee. Their cancellation fee is a ripoff. As in my case, they did no work, only did the free estimate. My 30% cancellation fee was over $3,700.00. I want consumers to be aware of these outrageous cancellation fees imposed on customers for their gain. I think the government should look into these practices as it's much too much money for doing nothing.

    I ordered six custom windows and one custom front entry door with sidelite. Our signed contract stated installation would be in 7 - 9 weeks. After a string of lies by Champion, they finally installed my windows and door after approx. 17 weeks. Then, part of the installation crew was rude and uncaring. They replaced my old 100% vinyl windows with vinyl windows separated by unfinished wood trim, which was a surprise to me. I now have to carefully paint the unfinished wood trim. Overall, they did NOT do a professional job, and also damaged my bushes and property due to the uncaring part of the crew. I would NOT recommend Champion to anyone.

    I signed with them in 2017. Here it is 2018 and they cannot pass the county inspection and still want me to pay. Their craftsmanship is the worst. They attempted to build a sunroom over my deck. They replaced the deck and say they are not responsible for the uneven subfloor. They suggested that I get someone to unscrew floor and sand it down at my expense. 4 x 10 feet of deck was to be left which originally had solar light post in each corner. They took that down and left the lights on the ground.

    When asked about it, they tell me what kind of lights that I can buy. The wall was not the right height and they asked to substitute something for the mistake. The doors they installed has to be pushed so hard to get it to open. They lie about financing and continue to ask you to release the funds and the room is not finished and has not passed the county inspection. Called corporate and they are no better. She suggest that I pay and she will guarantee me that they will finish. Well who is she? There are so many things wrong that I can not begin to say. I will end up getting a lawyer. It will be a year in a few days and still not finished and they still bug me to pay. They subcontract the cheapest contractors. DO NOT USE CHAMPION FOR SUNROOMS.

    Extremely frustrated and angry with our recent purchase of Champion Windows!!! The high pressure saleswomen talked us into getting $13,000.00 windows. Mind you that was just for the back of our home. She dangled their 18 month same as cash program for the purchase. We agreed and signed up for the program even though we had the cash for the purchase. Big mistake, They sold us a 12 month program and we were unaware. The interest was tacked on totaling $3000.00. Buyer Beware. They are in bed with the finance company and despite repeated calls to both Champion and Greensky, the finance company, they refuse to assist us. We paid off the windows immediately but, remain in dispute over the exorbitant finance charge.

    I met with the salesman in July 7th and gave him a down payment of $9300. I called the next week to see why the check had not cleared and I was told it will take about 3 weeks. So needless to say my windows, door and gutters were not ordered until then. By the way, I did not realize my order was not in until late July until I called them over and over. So to date, I finally have windows and yes some were made too small. I have called numerous times looking for my door. I am done. They are the most non responsive company I have dealt with in my rebuild. Do not do business with this company. I will try to cancel the remaining items of my order. Good luck to me.

    Champion Windows and Siding came to my house to do a vinyl siding, soffit, fascia gutter and downspout installation. The siding installation was rushed. According to the foreman - the boss wanted them to hurry up and finish this job. As a result, some of the sheet metal trim is installed correctly. The caulking was done haphazardly and the excess was wiped on the posts holding up the roof over the porch. Some of the trim strips are not straight. The crew left two large boxes of trash, nails and screws. They did not pick up after themselves very well. They even stole my 20' aluminum extension ladder. I have called several times about this and have not got it back yet. Overall shoddy workmanship and I don't care attitude. Litigation is our next step. I would never use Champion again, nor would I ever recommend them.

    The initial construction of the deck was ok, aside from the workers actually running the gutter drain into the MIDDLE of our very small yard and having to clean up the worker's cigarette butts. After a phone call, Champion did correct the drainage. My real complaint is that we were told that Champion guarantees all aspects of their screen rooms. We spent over $20,000 on a very small screen room because we were assured by the salesman that everything would be taken care of in the case of a torn screen or anything else.

    Several months ago we had a screen tear. We called Champion and requested to have the screen fixed. Their representative came out and replaced the torn screen. Now we have another screen tear. We called Champion to have someone come out to fix it. We were told at this time that only the repair was done at no charge. There is a $90 "trip" fee. We told them that's not in our agreement and they had repaired a screen in the past without charge as we were promised in our sales agreement. The guy at Champion said "this is something we're just implementing." When I protested that I never would have bought this extraordinary expensive screen room without that guarantee. He told me he would have his manager call me. That was 6 days ago. And I've heard NOTHING from them.

    Champion reneged on the deal about 2 months after I signed papers and provided 30% down payment. Miserable experience. 4-6 phone calls over one month regarding status were never returned (Even the National Customer Care Dept did not call me, contrary to promise via chat). After filling out a requested survey, I still was not contacted. I still do not know why Champion reneged on the deal. The only good thing is that Champion finally returned my down payment.

    Had new siding put on house 5/17. The gutter recently came disconnected from house. Obviously I would think this would be under warranty, but since it was an existing gutter, they would charge $100 to come and reconnect the gutter to the house! Totally disappointed in the warranty side of Champion.

    I bought a house at the end of March, 2018. I was later informed that the seller had purchased 3 windows to be replaced by Champion. In April, the installer arrived. Only 2 of the 3 windows were replaced, as the latches were put on the wrong side of the third window. He said it'd be 4-6 weeks for a new one to be made. I called a couple of months later, not having heard anything. I had to leave a message that wasn't returned. I called and left another message a couple of days later. No response. When I got voicemail again a couple of days after that I called the national office they said they would try to contact my local office and would have them call me. No one did.

    I called the national office a couple more times and finally someone called from the local office to make an appointment to replace that window the following week. No one showed up for the appointment and no one called. I called a week later and spoke (surprise) to the person who scheduled the appointment. She said the installer would call me the next morning. He didn't. I called yesterday and left another voicemail. I haven't heard back yet. At least I didn't give them any money, but it's the worst-looking window of the 3 that needs replaced!

    My wife and I called to get a quote for windows and siding. He stated that because I was at work and we were not ready to sign that he was just wasting his time. He went on to say that to put siding and windows on our 1400 sq ft house we were looking at about 40,000 dollars! They are out of their minds. He never sent us a quote and at that price it would have been a waste anyways. We had another reputable company quote less than half of that for cement board siding including paint.

    I am currently in litigation with Champion Windows. After a year of trying to have them repair and replace faulty windows, which are only 7 years old, which are covered under my so-called lifetime warranty, I had to contact an attorney. They lie, they don't return phone calls and their products are faulty. Just read any review source, I wish I did before getting involved with this crooked company.

    We purchased a bay window and from the start, the glass would fog up. When we contacted the company they said that was normal, all windows do this. Nothing for warranty. Now, 10+ years later their “lifetime warranty” doesn’t apply and we’ve learned that this window should never have fogged like it does.

    They killed 3 of my flowers and I called Holcomb's which are very expensive flowers 24.95. They are called hellebores -Christmas roses, my thornless blackberry bushes and 2 of my elephant ears bulbs that had come up. They are smashed down. Now me and my husband had to go around the driveway picking up nails and trash throwed in my strawberry patch and grapevines. Just because we live in the country doesn't mean we are trash.

    They promised which why need to look the word up to take care of anything or replace that was destroyed or repay us the amount of money it cost and they will not return our calls but they got what they wanted out of us. I have pictures and a yard full of material boxes that haven't been open that is not the color of our house and we made them leave it for proof and material that they miss cut because they never used a ruler to cut by. They guessed at it. The cost of my job was 19,0000 dollars for a small house 2 bedroom and 1 bath and 3 windows and the 1 was to be free. See the advertisement.

    Saw a lot of negative reviews and want to tell my experience w/ Champion Windows. I live in Brush, CO and in December of 2015, I had Champion (Loveland, Colorado) replace all 21 windows in my home and put siding on the parts of the house not bricked. My windows were made in Longmont, CO. Which is great for high altitude. I had no problems with promises, services, etc. I was totally amazed that there were 4 people. They had the windows out of the house, put back in 1 day & came back the 2nd day to finish. Amazing. My siding was a different story because the gentlemen that did it, did it in the snow.

    All of the siding looks great except over my garage so I have to look at it every morning and night. It has buckled. However, I have never called Champion to look at it. The only call I made is when the new rain gutters were still spilling over in the front of the house. They came out immediately and fixed the problem. 3 yrs later, my daughter is looking to do the same with her windows. Would highly recommend them.

    I have tried for about a month to the local office in Ft Worth Tx to come out and look at repairing my roof on my Champion patio room. One man came out and I have called several times and they keep telling me one person will call, they never do, call again and someone is on vacation, I am nothing to these people after spending 30k on my room. It is 15 yrs old and just outside of warranty and the roof leaks bad. I need Help. These people do not care. Do not buy any product from this company.

    I signed a contract with a nationwide home improvement company (Champion) with an office in Nashville in March. I gave them $8300 downpayment with the understanding that it would be completed by the end of April, so I went ahead and got the loan from my bank so I would be sure to have the money for them when they finished the job. The middle of April and nothing was started yet so I called the office. Office manager rudely told me that it stated in the contract that the completion date was June 11. Ok, I understand that even though salesman told me differently. I wait until June 11... still not started. Contact BBB. File complaint. Company contacted me (obviously to fulfill conditions of BBB complaint response) and told me that they would be starting the build on July 5.

    They called me July 3 (2 days before promised start date) and told me that "due to the weather they would be unable to begin build on July 5" and before we got off the phone I would be fed two other excuses as to why they hadn't started yet. "You know there is a lot of construction going on in the Nashville area" and "the building permit has yet to be applied for, corporate is working on this and we don't know how the ball got dropped on this one". "We will get back to you sometime next week" was the last thing he told me. That would have been the week of July 9. It is now July 24 and I have yet to hear from anyone from the company about this build. They have held $8300 of my money which could have been in the bank gaining interest, if it hadn't actually been part of the loan that I am actually paying interest on and the other $20000 that is still sitting in the bank waiting for them to complete the build.

    Contract states that I have 3 days to break contract. They can break contract anytime before the build starts. Contract states that if I break contract now I will have to pay them 30% of contract price which is over $8000! What recourse do I have? Contract also states that if they have to get attorney to get money from me that I will pay all attorney fees and court costs... Can I do the same? If I have to get an attorney to make them hold up their end of the contract, can I make them pay attorney fees and court costs??

    BBB complaint will likely not be posted to their website because Champion told them that they were starting the build on July 5 even though they didn't really do that. I kept the BBB complaint opened just in case that happened. BBB will not post complaint if it is resolved... meaning if I get my refund or they complete the build it will not be public info. I wanted this to be public info so I am posting here in hopes that others will be saved the trouble I have had with Champion Windows, Doors and Sunrooms of Nashville, Tennessee!

    They don't answer phones return calls. Feb 15 $5000 down for sunroom. They said they will start 4-16-18/5-15-18/and 6-21. All no show no call. Received call Thurs 6-21-18. "Rain will not come. Will be there Friday 6-22." No show no call. On 6-25 I was not home. I left note on gate not to enter and they showed up unannounced. I got home and called. They broke their contract. States 8-12 to start. It is now 17 weeks. They said I will not get my refund back. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!! I also checked with building permit where I live. They never even pulled permit.

    Scheduling an in home appointment was easy, and from what I read on their site, seemed like they would be a front runner out of the companies we planned on comparing them with. Sales rep showed up on time, wasnt terribly friendly, but was to the point; measure the doors, then sit down to talk. I was handed a lifetime warranty document explaining all that they cover, which did sound nice, but that was it. He gave me a little demo showing how when one side of the glass sample he brought was chilled to -24 deg that the other side remained at 74. Impressive if you dont know what to be looking for; glass has its highest performing zones at the center of the glass, whereas the edges have a higher transference of heat/cold.

    Secondly this demo lasted all of 30 seconds; had the window been exposed to -24 deg for hours and hours, what would the temp on the other side show. I saw where he also had a heat lamp in his bag; these "demos" are more trickery than proof of performance. I asked the Rep if the windows were energy star rated, his answer "oh, yea of course". When I asked for documentation, he scrounged through his bag until he found a piece of paper which contained an Energy Star logo, and their company name on the same sheet. This was his "proof". I asked if they had different grades of doors/windows; his answer "we dont have good, better, or best, only the best windows on the market". Yet again, no proof. He showed me their stainless steel bearing and track/guide system, and their foam filled vinyl construction.

    Overall I was relatively impressed with the parts and products that he showed, but truly lost my support when it came to numbers. The rep, listened that I wanted a vinyl window, white exterior, possible wood look interior, and a possible blind between the glass option. He got out a binder, scratched 4 numbers on a piece of paper and handed it to me. The numbers, while high, were not exorbitant. I asked him if Champion offered any specials throughout the year, or offered financing, deals etc.

    He said, "Yes, we have one going on right now," I asked what is it, he said "it's the right now special...when I walk out the door the price goes up 50%". I flat out told him that I dont appreciate the hard line sales tactics and thats a poor way to do business, then which he replied that "everyone in the business does it." To which I replied, "Well, it still doesnt make it right," and he said "well, imagine if I dont make the sale on the first trip out, and I have to come back a second or third time." And I said, "so you're telling me it costs you $3500 to make a in house sales call?"

    Abruptly I told him that I had what I needed to make a decision and he should leave. Even if Champion had the best product, and the best prices in town, I would NEVER work with them; imagine how you'd be treated should there be a warranty claim, or customer service issue. Champion, in my opinion, is one of the, if not the, sleaziest business I have ever dealt with. I've never had this kind of sales rep disrespect in my life, and I am business owner who does a lot of business every day. Whether or not this guy performs these tactics out of his own doing, or this is how Champion teaches their reps to do so is unknown to me. I hope that Champion reads this, and the word gets out and they change their practices. This is utterly atrocious behavior, and I hope it impacts their business.

    The flashing around my windows has turned pink. I have talked to both the office manager and the service manager of their Louisville office. Both have promised repeatedly that they would fix the issue. I have now been waiting over a month with no action. I will never use Champion again and will strongly recommend to friends and family that they avoid Champion. I would give them zero stars if this site would let me.

    Updated on 10/10/2018: DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM CHAMPION. I took months to get Champion to replace the metal flashing around my windows as it had turned pink. They finally did replace it in Late July. At that same time, they inventoried my windows with broken seals and said they would order them and be back to replace them in 6 to 8 weeks. I also showed them a broken trim piece on my $5,000 Champion front door. They took one of the screw hole cover plugs so they could match the stain on the replacement piece.

    I called them in Late September to get a status and they told me they lost the order and would have to come out again to inspect and measure my windows to place a new order. Since then I have gotten nothing but the runaround, and nothing has been accomplished. Now I have a home on the market with clouded over windows. Champion assured me they would send me an email so I could assure anyone considering buying the house that the windows would be replaced. I have not received that either. I informed my realtor that the home has Champion windows, siding, front door, sliding door, and 6 inch gutters with gutter guard. Champion has such a bad reputation in Louisville, she would not use that in the home description.

    We had siding put on our house and I have complained three times that the siding is dropping down. They did come out and put it back up but it has since dropped yet again. Phoned again and was told that they charge $100.00 to out to look at the complaint. They said they have already been out once and didn't charge me. Surely when you have a complaint they should not be charging you to come out to see their poor workmanship. I would never recommend them to my own worst enemy.

    The salesman came to my home twice. I accepted the quote and sent the paperwork with a deposit. I expected to have a roof in a few weeks. They gave me an old quote form, which had the wrong address on it. I talked to them. They decided they bid too low and wanted to rebid. Their paperwork is not worth the paper it’s printed on. With this problem, I question what their work quality would be. They may be legal with a clause in the contract that they can change the price but not ethical.

    My Invoice says Voucher, Deposit and Prepaid Total. Merriam-Webster.com definition of Voucher: a form or check indicating a credit against future purchases or expenditures. That amount was not taken off of my loan. My Window Contract says 33% off plus $250.00 Gift Card. The price before the Fictional Discounts is not in any paperwork. It also was not credited to my loan. The Contract says Down Payment (Voucher Amount), this also was not applied to my loan. Quality? The inside surface of the windows are cold on cold days. Quality is POOR.

    Windows and patio door - Stay away from this company. My salesman was misleading and talked me into doubling my budget in writing, yet verbally agreed upon a totally different number. The manager called and made an accusation that I was complaining about the price because I am battling cancer and trying to make him feel sorry for me. I don't need anyone to feel sorry for me and the fact he is accusing me of contacting him for sympathy is extremely offensive. I just need to deal with honest, ethical companies. Beware and make sure you have a witness to your sales pitch conversation.

    We placed an order with Champion Window which they stated in their contract would be four to 8 weeks out. After 7 weeks and trying to get ahold of someone to call us back to set up our final measurements (which they never did.) we decided to cancel since it was clear that we were not going even get started on time or if ever. We also received a bill from the finance company they were using on interest owed for the job. Again we never heard from them except for the initial sales guy at the start of the process.

    The only time that they called us back was after we called the finance company and put in a dispute and told them we needed to cancel for expectations not fulfilled. We are now being hit for a cancellation fee for $1400 for not even being able to get a call from this company. I feel like we were scammed and they just want their customers to sign on the dotted line and wait for them to cancel and be able to take money from them without having to actually do anything.

    In mid-June, I contacted office to report compromised seal on a bedroom window; noticed it when an obvious hand drawn "image" appeared within the sealed portion of the window. Called and spoke with representative in NB office who advised would have the scheduler contact me. No call back, medical issues arose, so again contacted the office in August and was given service call date of 8/15. Serviceman came and measured window; was advised at that time it would take two to three months to get window from factory. Advised installer I would contact corporate, as office/scheduling of this "event" was the worst customer service I had ever encountered. Called corporate and left message on mailbox (where is everyone?) and NEVER heard back. Early October, received call from Champion service office in NB that window is in and want to schedule install date.

    Scheduled install for after 2:00 pm on 10/25; date arrives and knock on door shortly before 1:00 pm; needless to say, it appears nothing about a customer's selecting a time for an appointment is followed. Was advised installer was in the area and took a chance that I would be available. Same installer as took measurements in August; allowed him to replace the window at this time; was told service call fee is $175.00!!! WTF??? I advised installer I did not want to BUY the window and considered the fee outrageous and was not advised by local office of this. He indicated would let Champion Windows know of my displeasure and refusal to pay their "service fee". I have yet to hear from corporate or the NB office, whomever wants to get in my face and hear me out!!! Pulled out Lifetime Limited Transferable Warranty and note "There is a nominal trip charge after two years for all service calls".

    Last service call was only $65 and vehicle fuel prices were MUCH HIGHER and office was in Des Moines, not NB!!! I have a folder of my initial purchase replacing EVERY window and slider in my home, investing over $19,000. Beware doing business with this company. Their palm is out at every turn to squeeze the consumer for $$$. There were only two installers that I would have recommended, but I am sure they are no longer with the company. I had to request first one and then the replacement site manager responsible for the integrity of the work being done not be allowed to return, as it was obvious that the placement of some windows was not done level.

    FINALLY had someone who knew what it should look like come out and confirm the installation was not correct.     A contract was signed with Champion Window to build a sunroom addition on our home. We paid Champion in full but had water intrusion issues when the spring rains arrived. We immediately contacted Champion Window to schedule a warranty repair which they claim is the best in the industry. The Champion repairman has been at our house approximately 10 times and is unable to stop the sunroom from leaking. The repairman has caulked the outside of the sunroom extensively and is causing property damage to our house. He has damaged our new deck, left caulk beads on the sunroom glass, has damaged our wood flooring, and failed to stop the multiple leaks. Another contractor has spotted black mold forming on the sunroom and this may be a potential health hazard to our family.

    Ordered replacement of 3 Champion Windows that had broken seals on May 22, 2017. Was told it would be 3 weeks. It is now 4 months. Two of the three windows arrived in Memphis but the third is yet to come. I did not want a day of my life reserved to put 2 windows and another day for the third in so I wait, wait, wait. Today, 4 months later, I was told it takes 8-12 weeks to get the windows back from the one factory (in Cincinnati) servicing the whole USA. Yet, they continue to advertise. Lifetime guarantee but I don't think the company will last a Lifetime.

    I had a good experience with the company until I had to prove to them the glass in the front window was warped. It took 2 months for them to order a new "sash." It wasn't any better than what I already had. I live in Colorado where it's high altitude. The windows are made in Ohio. Does this make any sense? The argon gas inside the window created a warped look that I notice especially at night. It's something I've been told I'll have to live with and that's how tempered glass is supposed to look. The man, Bernard, said maybe it'll go away. He was talking about "in my head" like I'm making this up... I definitely picked the wrong company.

    In June we started the process of finding a company to replace a large window over our front door. We ended up signing a contract with Champion on June 8, 2017. During the sales conversation, the salesman Mike went on and on about how he's not going to make a cent off of this and he just really wants to help us out. I should point out that getting this window fixed by a closing date of August 4th was a contingency in the contract for the person buying my home. We agreed on a price of $1500, $750 up front and $750 when it was installed. He told us a measuring would need to be done, and the window would be installed before the August 4th deadline. We had the measuring done - no complaints. What followed was 3 weeks of silence broken by a call telling us that the window would cost more due to the size. Being the trusting fellow that I am, I took him at his word and ponied up the extra $350. The total cost was to be $2200 now.

    More radio silence, despite numerous attempts to get a hold of the sales rep, Mike. Today we escalated to management. Management sent us a copy of a contract that we never signed, yet had my wife's signature on it. This 'addendum' stated that we opted to change the type of window we were installing, thus the extra $700 cost. In fact, it was impossible for us to have signed it on the date that was on the contract. Their salesman Mike had flat out lied to both my wife and I on separate occasions about why the price had jumped. On top of that, the window had not been made yet. Original date of contract - June 8. Supposed 'addendum' - July 17. The window was not scheduled to be made until the middle of this month, completely destroying the date of August 4th we had made clear we needed it installed by.

    I am writing this review to warn ANYONE against doing business with Champion Windows. We cancelled our contract. We are scrambling to find something to appease our buyers of the home while attempting to find a company with ethics to work with. We are headed to swear out a criminal complaint of forgery against the Champion Windows sales rep, Mike **. May God have mercy on their souls.

    I am a reasonable person and I do know that it does take time for some things to happen but this is ridiculous. We had Champion Window install our living room window. Installed in 2006. Well about a couple of years ago the seal in the center window was going bad. There was brown streaks across the window and it is difficult to see out of it. Well I decided to call Champion Windows to inquire about our warranty. I was told it did have a life time warranty. So they sent someone out on 26th May 2017. After jotting down some notes about the window, I was told that I have to pay the $99 fee for travel expenses before the window was ordered. Well the payment for the travel fee came out of my account on 30 May 2017.

    After that, I called several times as well as sent e-mails wanting information when our window will be repaired. The two or three times that they did respond it was not pleasant. I still have not received a date for installation and it is going on two months. I know that I will never use them again. They were fast when installing the window but they drag their feet when honoring the warranty. I spoke with Susan today and she informed me that the window is still on order. She then transfer me to Ashley... Well Ashley was too busy to come to the phone. The Ms. ** tells me that the window was ordered on Jun 16th, 2017. WHAT! I don't know why it took so long to order the windows especially when I was told that they were ordered when I first called back in May 2017. LORD HELP ME.

    My wife and I are extremely pleased with our Champion sunroom and the excellent service and courtesy of everyone involved in the ordering and installation process. In our case, we needed to obtain prior condo HOA approval before adding the sunroom and Champions technical representatives were very helpful by providing specifications, drawings and references for HOA review and approval. They also efficiently took care of speeding the building permit process, which can sometimes be a long procedure in Atlanta. The company's construction engineer was present and available throughout the installation process for any questions we could have and even allowed us to make last-minute choices regarding door and panel locations. The beautiful sunroom has become the favorite year-round sitting area in our home.

    The salesperson was fantastic! Knowledgeable and friendly! The installers however were completely unprofessional as well as the manager himself. They continually argued about what was supposed to be replaced and continually refused to do the work! It took 3 phone calls to even get them to do their job after months of waiting for the work to be completed. The whole thing was absolutely ridiculous. Future buyers make sure your work is complete before you pay your invoice!

    We ordered a screenroom from the Toledo Champion and have had no contact with salespeople since the first visit. Then after waiting 3 weeks will started getting a bill from the finance company. We don't have a screenroom nor have heard an ETA on when it will be installed. This is out and out fraud and I will be pursuing a lawsuit against everyone involved. I would not deal with these people for any reason.

    Window failure. I have a large sunroom and all of the glass has failed. It looks like there is a coating on the inside that is coming off which makes the glass look dirty. It's under warranty but I don't have any confidence that they will do anything about it due to numerous reviews I have read where they impose trip charges and generally do all they can to avoid fixing problems. I would find another company to replace the glass and avoid all dealings with Champion.

    Purchased these windows for my entire home 7 years ago. The price was very expensive, but because of the lifetime warranty, I felt it was reasonable. The price was approximately $9,000.00. Firstly, they damaged everyone of my stainless steel window sills upon installation of the windows. They did pay to replace the sills, but a huge inconvenience. Secondly, less than one month my windows began to fog up. They agreed to replace the 1st one, but the charge was $195.00 for the installation. I could pick up and install the window myself at "no charge" so I drove an hour and a half to pick it up.

    Since then, every 2-3 months another window fogs up and cannot be seen through. I have to drive far to get a replacement or pay $200 for them to bring it to me. Out of 19 windows, only 2 haven't been replaced. Today I went to install another window I just picked up from them. Now they are excluding the latch on the replacement window, so I have to remove the old one and re-install it on the new warranty window. The quality of these windows is horrible.

    Glass is thermally insulated and block uv sun rays. It has sliding doors and windows built on a track. The designs cost less than other competitive company brands. It is very energy efficient. My energy bill dropped by over half from $500 to $199. It was great to that and the glass is beautiful. Really enjoying it. Rooms are also warmer during cooler months. Very happy with my customer service experience. The windows were installed quickly and cleanup was done well. Installers were very friendly and patient and satisfied you. The value of the windows were great. Lower in price than many of its competitors. Received a special promotion and discount for installation.

    It is high quality, and reliable. In the 3 years since we added on the room we have only had positive thoughts! It holds the temperature of the house well, even on hot summer days or cold winter nights. Honestly one of my favorite features of the house! Unlike other sunrooms that I have seen/been in, ours is able to be steady in the fact that even on the hottest days, and I'm in the room I am comfortable. We have not seen a huge increase in our bills even with the room. I was expecting a big difference, but I am very pleasantly surprised! They were not only eager to help, but actually helpful. They made the experience of adding on (which was something I was dreading) a delightfully easy and pain-free process. I am able to sit and enjoy the outdoors without actually being outdoors. I love love love natural sunlight and this room is my go to for when I need a little pick-me-up!

    We have not regretted doing this to our home. We spend all our time here and it's increased value on our home! Greatest decision made on our home improvement projects!     Material is great and reliable, not expensive and very easy to use. You get great quality for what you pay. I would definitely recommend this. The energy efficiency in the sunroom is great.     The installation took no time. The quality of product was exceptional and the price was outstanding. I would recommend this to others cause I've enjoyed it very much. The sunroom uses the products and it only increased bill by 10 dollars a month. There is no other product that will help you relax more than a sunroom made by these people installed by these people. Customer service was excellent cause I had one question after they left and I called they answered quickly and efficiently but the installer walked me thru everything before they left so there was really no issues. The sunroom helps with aches and pains of the day and helps you relax in ways that no other product offers.
