Champion Windows and Home Exteriors Reviews

I liked the sales guy from Champion Windows. We went with eight windows for the whole house. The windows took a day to get installed, and the doors took another day. Overall, the process and the quality of the products were good. The windows are sturdy and open nicely. One is a slider, and the rest are double-hung.

I had siding done on my whole exterior, and the pricing was good as well as the quality of the work. But the lifetime warranty that covers anything, including labor, sold it to me. The team was very good overall, and everyone I dealt with was super friendly and knowledgeable. Champion delivered the materials on Monday, then the installers worked full days on Tuesday and Wednesday and finished a little over half a day on Thursday. It was just two guys. One handled removing the lights and fixtures, and then both of them worked on tearing off the part of one end. While one continued removing the old siding, the other was already installing the new one. He could barely tear it off as fast as the other guy was putting it on.

We had our windows done by Champion as an upgrade to our patio with the ceiling, the window wall, and the sliding door. It was very expensive but the quality is excellent. We're really happy with how the room turned out. Champion's sales rep was really good. The installers were great. They did a very good job.

When Jeff came out here to explain it all, I liked the looks of it. He was very nice. He explained everything and went over the financing. He was very thorough. I like the quality of the products that Champion used. They put a patio door in, a doggie door and a bunch of windows. The installers were really good, too. The only problem that I had was that the seals around the windows themselves weren't down all the way like it should be. That was a factory issue. But the guy who installed it was swell. He was very professional and did a great job. When there was a slit in one of the screens, I let Corey know about it, and they came out here within next day and replaced it. Everybody was great. It was a great experience once they actually got out here. It took some time. They were so backlogged. But it was worth the wait.

I spoke to a customer service representative. I originally was going to go with Champion Windows, but they told me in the beginning that what I wanted done on my home could not be done. But when I called back a second time, someone was just very kind and courteous to explain to me, "Yes, you absolutely can do that." And they just reaffirmed my wife and me and told us the steps that we'd have to take. That's what kept us locked in with Champion Windows, going all the way through. The sales rep we worked with was personal, respectful, and engaging the whole time that we interacted with him.

One of the worst companies I have dealt with. We needed some work done on an existing champion sun room due to an accident. We paid them 130$ for a estimate to repair damages. Not only did they not follow up after they came out, they told us they would not repair or replace the sun room. We have every intention of paying for the repairs and waiting for the work to be done. We just need to know how much it would cost. This is by far some of the worst customer service I have ever had.

Windows are nice. Screens are flimsy and the “lifetime warranty” for the screens can only be used with a $130 service fee and won’t replace entire screen if the wind blew them away. I was quoted $81 per screen.

I would never recommend Champion! They have ruined my windows. After they were installed and I let the company know of my dissatisfaction, they sent someone out to help. The employee came out and was very rude and let me know he would follow up with a solution. I never heard back from them. They make empty promises to make the sale.

DO NOT LET THEM INTO YOUR HOME. The Champion Salesperson, Gerry **, RECORDED our WHOLE conversation on his laptop that he was showing us the product presentation from WITHOUT telling us he was recording and WITHOUT our consent!!!! This is a violation of our privacy in our home! Even when he step away to get material from his car, when my husband and I thought we were "alone". My husband and I were talking about private things including information about our kids, etc.. We feel SO personal VIOLATED. My husband confronted him, he claimed he deleted it... We called multiple times to talk with manager or corporate. We left message. No one was available to talk to us. We currently are waiting for some type response back.

We had all our windows completely replaced and installed and were happy with the services. We are in their local area here in Indiana. But! If you get doors through Champion be prepared to not get the same experience. We had a salesperson out (Jason) to get a quote and offer us a deal for exterior doors and storm doors back in Nov.2025 signed the sales contract to get the project started...our doors were finally completely installed April 21, 2026. The measurements were incorrect and the install was much later than timing provided.
