Champion Energy Services really does a great job. They're honest and up front about all their services and pricing. Their prices are very good. Many of the other power brokers use deceptive marketing. With Champion you don't have to worry about surprises around every corner.

I have used Champion over the years, in Texas and in Illinois. I appreciate the so-called "Heads Up" on my weekly consumption thereby allowing me to better budget my electrical usage to stay within my budget. The prices are fair.

I really enjoy the tips and tricks on how to save energy. I also love the fact that I get weekly emails regarding my weekly usage. It helps me manage my usage. Thank you for being a great company. I am a very satisfied customer!

Since becoming a customer of Champion Energy it seems that the stress associated with spikes in energy costs have disappeared. With Champion we are able to keep our budget throughout the year and are able to experience more family trips and peace of mind. Thank you Champion!

I've had Champion for over 4 years now and they have been very good about keeping my rates low. When I moved to a new address they weren't sending my bills right away and after I called them they offered a payment plan. Haven't ever had any issues with their service.

Sometime you like surprises, but not on your electric bill! The weekly updates from Champion keeps me informed. My contract is for 3 years and it never changes. When it comes due and my statement tells me that, I will renew with Champion for as long as I can. Can you say you love your electric company?

I've been with champion energy for three and a half years because they offered me the best value. I've moved twice during that time frame. The last time we moved was in April of this year. Service was turned on when I requested; however I did not start receiving bills till July. In July they gave me three electric bills in the same week. When I talked to someone about the issue they apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help set up a payment plan to spread out the bills. I declined the payment plan and paid it off and kept champion energy service but was disappointed by them. Also I had to make multiple calls to get signed up for auto pay. I think it should be very simple for a customer service representative to set up auto-pay for an account.

Love having my weekly energy report, keeps me posted on my energy consumption and how to lower it. Great customer service and great rates. They beat everyone else out there as far as rates go. Have recommended them to several people.

We have been with Champion for a few years now. Each year I will compare companies and always Champion is my choice. Customer Service is fantastic. Always available to answer any questions. Website is accessible and I have recommended them to family and friends.

I just wanted to comment on Balance Billing and how this plan has helped our family with our fixed income. During the summer months it is sometimes difficult to pay the true-up fees that are due and I appreciate the time that your Customer Service Department took in reviewing our bill and explaining the payment plan for our family. I appreciate the payment plan that I was able to afford to have no disruptions during the summer months. As a senior citizen it is very comforting to know that I will be comfortable during the summer months.
Several customers are on a fixed income and balanced billing is an option we offer customers to help spread the costs out through the year to avoid those high bills in the TX summer months. Thanks for being a customer!

I love using Champion Energy Services, they have the best prices around for energy. With a family of 8 every dollar counts and I know I can count on Champion to give me the best price. I have used a few of the other competitors and none have been able to compare to Champion.

When I switched my electricity provider to Champion Energy I had a painless and flawless experience. They offer great rates, e-billing and no-fee e-payment all of which were critical to my decision. As an added bonus, they send weekly emails showing my usage from week over week which is very helpful. I am so happy I made the move to Champion Energy and only wish I had done it sooner.

When I made the switch from TXU to Champion Energy - their customer service Dept made it a very easy transition without errors or delay. Once I called to switch, I didn't have to do anything from my side, Champion Energy took care of everything. Very glad I switched to Champion Energy!

I have used Champion Energy for 5 years and have never even thought about changing to another energy company. I have been more than satisfied in the 5 years and 4 moves since I started using them. One of my favorite things about Champion is their Weekly Energy Report. Seeing my daily usage allows me to determine new ways to save electricity and reduce my bill. I also love how they give you tips and recommendations on how to save on your monthly bill. They also have a several contracts term lengths so you can choice the right one for you. If you don't to be in a contact no worries because you can go month to month as well. I have never had any issues and I am a very satisfied customer. I am looking forward to being their customer for many more years to come.

Each time I have called Champion, the response has always been quick and accurate. In today's world, customer service is a "thing of the past"; however, Champion still holds the belief that the customer comes first.

I haven't owned a house in almost 25 years until now. I didn't know who to use as a provider, but I did my homework, and decided on Champion for my electrical provider. I am proud of my decision, and proud to be a customer of this great company. They have never let me down. Fast, economical and friendly. You can't get better than this. I have used Champion for many years. I was always happy with them but I thought I would try another provider a while back that was slightly cheaper. That experience really made me realize how exceptional Champion really is. I have never had an issue in over 6 years of service. After 1 month, I switch back to Champion and it was so easy. You can always talk to someone, unlike other providers, and they are always helpful and responsive. I have recommended Champion to everyone I know and I won't be switching again. They are among the least expensive and have the absolute best service. If you haven't given them a try, switch to a month to month plan and see what you think. If you are happy, lock in a rate or keep in month to month.

We hope that our customers stay with us, but sometimes they leave for a lower rate often ending up unhappy with a plan that didn't turn out the way they had hoped (hidden fees or teaser rate) or service that wasn't what they expected. I've switched from "Spark Energy" to Champion when I had a major customer service issue in which Spark Energy charged me for investigating a seemingly electricity drain after charging me $600 electricity bill for under 1000 sq ft apartment in Fall. I wasn't happy about their "It's you not me" attitude when I needed help. After switching to Champion Energy, they are sending me the weekly monitoring chart so that I can do my own electricity bill monitoring which helps me saving electricity bill and also gives a peace of mind that I won't be wrongfully charged with such ridiculous electricity bill from Spark.
Also renewing the contract was cinch with Champion. I can simply click the best plan for me at the end of the contract and no need for calling in or signing the paper, not to mention pretty good price (I know that Champion is not the cheapest company out there) & no-jacking-up-the-price for 4 years and 3 renewal. It would have to be a really, really good electricity offer to make me switch from Champion.

I have never had any problems with Champion. I love the reports I get weekly comparing weeks and my projected bill. It makes it easier to maintain and save. I have only had to call customer service one or two times and they were always helpful. The reason why I left my left Electricity company was because they never notified me that my set rate was expired. With Champion they send announcements months ahead of time with new rates. They are great!

I've been pleased with the service and pricing. I like the weekly energy usage report; it's really helpful. The area where I've had difficulty is in the multiple account numbers that I've had to juggle as I've transferred service from one location to another. When I call in, my account numbers don't seem to be linked and the customer service representatives have trouble answering my questions or making changes as a result. Other than that, I've been pleased.

I think Champion Energy's Smart Track Home Energy Consumption Report is a great tool to help us know how much electrical energy we are consuming. Since the beginning of this program, I have never been surprised by our monthly energy bill. I know week by week during the billing period what our projected electrical bill will be for that period. I can adjust our monthly budget to reflect any major changes such as having our family visit or exceptionally hot weather. During the summer months in Texas that is a real benefit. It is nice to KNOW in advance approximately what your electric bill will be each month. Smart Track means no more Shocks when your bill arrives on-line. Nice work CHAMPION ENERGY SERVICES!

I'm big on customer service! If a establishment is rude or gives false promises I refuse to give them my business. With Champion, I can honestly say I'm a very satisfied customer. I love that you guys always reward your customers with giveaways. Power is always running at my house. You guys have never left me in the dark.

I had been a TXU customer for more than 30 years when a charge policy led me to search for a new energy provider. First, I went to the internet to find those companies in my area and to locate reviews of their service. I discovered that Champion was a recipient of the JDPowers award for customer service - something that I had not received previously. I contacted Champion and they helped me select the plan appropriate for my needs and professionally answered every question I posed. In addition, the plan significantly reduced my costs. When renewal time came, I received a notice from Champion, and when I called, they again gave me expert advice on plan selection. I like that I can receive periodic notices of my energy usage and my bills is sent via email. I have been so pleased with Champion that I have recruited neighbors, who are just as pleased with Champion service as I am. My only regret is that I didn't come to Champion sooner.

Since moving to Dallas in 2013, and using Champion Energy Services which was recommended to me by a coworker, it has been great. The website is very informative and detailed. The weekly updates are wonderful so that I can see where my usage is during my billing cycle. I have recommended this service to all my co-workers ... Great job guys and gals.

I don't usually use the word "love" with my utility providers. Most of them could care less about my needs or issues. Champion Energy, however, is the exception to that! They have the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with and always treat me fairly. Every time I've called, my issues have been taken care of quickly and with me in mind. They may not be the cheapest electricity company around, but I also know they are there if I need them and they'll actually be pleasant to me, too - something you don't find too often these days! I love Champion Energy!

The Smart Track reports are awesome! They tell me what my next bill will be so I can budget accordingly. I also love how helpful and caring their customer service is. When I entered the wrong move-out date for my old apartment while I was transferring my service, Champion Energy fixed the request promptly and I was able to maintain power in both locations until I was fully moved. One less worry during a stressful time.

My switch to Champion Energy is one of the best decisions I have made in a long while. The personalized service I receive far surpasses experiences I have had with other providers. Having the ability to track my usage and get a projected bill make my electricity bill less of a surprise every month.
