We were pressured into an overpriced quote. The next day calling to cancel & being told it was canceled but it never was. The loan company and installation kept emailing me. Got a quote for half of the price from bathfitter. Jacuzzi is pressuring and very in genuine. I would not recommend working with them or wasting your time with an outrageous quote.

They did a great job, but it was a simple remodel- no pull down seat, no shower door install (we opted for rod with curtains)…. It was over $14,000!!! I don’t call that affordable for most people. Even the workers said, "Wow this is the easiest one we’ve done in days!" They were very quick and professional. But in hindsight not worth the high cost. Re-Bath quote was over $20,000 for the same exact job.

Our installer's name was Stephen. He had one mission. Get this job done as quickly as possible so he could go to a concert. His work was subpar at best. He cut every corner possible. Love Your Bath, more like hate your bath. This was a horrible experience. Our salesperson's name was Jared **. Nice young man. He should be ashamed at working for this company out of Tampa Florida. There’s a special place for people that take advantage of senior citizens.

After installation the sliding shower doors make a thumping sound. Crew came to check it out, confirmed the noises, attempted adjustments and finally called manufacturing site. Told me "sometimes this happens"! Repeated calls to Customer Service always promised a call back to help resolve but never got calls back and no resolution. Six attempts so far and now have a shower I am embarrassed with!!!! Certainly not $15,000 worth of satisfaction! Stay away from this company. They knew beforehand about this potential problem but did not tell me about it and now I am stuck!

I am a widow that has been completing projects left unfinished by my late husband. Here are my complaints with Jacuzzi (also called Reborn Bath): In January 2025, the sales person was nice but appointment was LONG and I felt pressured into taking their special price that was only available THAT DAY. My shower is custom, and they came back in a month (February) with the wrong sized pan. PM, Giovani, tried to pressure me into using the wrong pan which was smaller. They didn't come back again until April 28th. It took them three days to complete their install. They weren't going to do a full demo, which I had paid for. They damaged my drywall on the other side of the shower. They did fix it, but it needs to be painted. I did not have them install the shower doors. I waited 24 hours before trying the new plumbing.
There have been three times that water is seeping out, onto the floor, probably under the pan, but they won't come back to check it out. It is not every day. The doors are being installed today, and my sales rep cannot get Giovani to reply to me. He said to have the doors installed and Jacuzzi will have to pay to have the whole thing re-done if it is leaking under the pan. I called this morning and can NOT get a supervisor to call me back. They do NOT have a good reputation for customer service and I am getting the word out to everyone to NOT USE THEM!!

Was approached at the car show this past Saturday by Jacuzzi reps so we scheduled an appointment for Tuesday at 10 AM to get our shower replaced. At 10:20 Ricky called us from Jacuzzi. Said he needed to reschedule to 11:30 AM which we did. Then at 11:55, My husband called him to find out where he was. Supposedly he was on his way. So we canceled, was not impressed from the get-go, and would not recommend Jacuzzi.

I ran into this company at Costco, thinking this should reasonable? Wrong, we have a basic tub shower combo. The salesman comes over, does his thing then writes out an estimate for 21,000 dollars for Formica on a waterproof foam core backing in 4 color choices. This made me laugh uncontrollably. Then he thought he'd make me a bargain and charge me 17,000. For 3 walls and fiberglass tub. What a scam. We went with Onyx material for tub and shower which is a corian like product. We had our shower tub 3 wall install new tile new cabinet and sink for 6k. Jacuzzi translates to Eileen and Ben **.

We called for the no payments for a year and it also said teachers and Veterans. However, we ended up having to put down $1000 not planned and could not wait a year. We have to start paying as soon as they install it. We had a great honest sales guy, but the commercial is deceiving. Plus, I had to her stuff after the appointment to sign and verify and it is a mess because I'm a teacher and too busy and nothing is getting taken care of now it seems.

I have attempted to get a service/repair on a Jacuzzi shower head assembly for 2 months. I get nothing but promises of callbacks, delayed parts ordered, and rude sales techs. Waiting 3-4 weeks for a part to come in is ridiculous. I explained four times, to four different people that I need a replacement for a diverter button on the main shower assembly, and do not need the diverter button on the handheld shower attachment. Yet they keep telling me that a new handheld showerhead has been ordered. This is the 4th problem that I have encountered since the install 3 years ago, and I get the same run around every time. Jacuzzi is NOT reliable.

I have been a cautious shopper all my 74 years. Why weren't my wife and I told about less expensive shower conversions? Signed the contract during the initial meeting because we were told we wouldn't qualify for a $5000 discount if we waited till the next day. We shouldn't have fallen for that. Only then found out we didn't need all the bells and whistles we were sold. Complained to salesman's supervisor and canceled the contract, to be informed we forfeited a 1/3rd. $10,700 deposit. There was a 3 day cancellation policy in the 12 page contract but we missed the window by 6 hours. So much for Christina Hall's sales pitch... Terrible customer service, so beware!

We found Jacuzzi Remodels through Costco, which offers a rebate in the form of a Costco gift card. Our in-person appointment was scheduled for 10:00AM and was supposed to last 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours. The estimator arrived on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. His estimate for only the remodel of the shower stall was about $20,000. (Another contractor made the same bid also included a new vanity, a new tile floor, replacing part of the ceiling, and painting the bathroom.) We were babysitting our grandbaby that day and she was playing by herself while the estimator talked to us about our options.
Where this meeting went off the rails was that it last so long that our granddaughter had a meltdown after 2 1/2 hours. I apologized and took our grandbaby out of the room to settle her down. After 15-20 minutes, the baby fell asleep and I came back out to the dining room to find that the estimator had said that he couldn't do the financial portion of his presentation since I wasn't present. I joked that he could continue if he could keep it under an hour. He continued talking about the bathroom wall material called Virgin Acrylic and said that there was no showroom display to show what it would look like in person instead of the square samples he brought. I didn't want to use a plastic material that could look cheap.
When I told him that we wouldn't make an immediate decision to make an order since we had never heard of Virgin Acrylic and wanted to do more research about the material as opposed to tile, granite, and other typical materials, he continued to insist that Jacuzzi had been chosen by Costco and therefore must be a reputable company and the product must be good. I was dubious about his logic. I then referred him the multitude of 1-star reviews for his company on this website. I had figured that if they were associated with Costco, that I would at least listen to their sales pitch. Unfortunately, his presentation lasted for another two hours.
After Five-long hours, the estimator left at 3:00PM. While he was a nice and charming, I had to continually redirect him away from small talk and back to the presentation. Basically our whole day was wasted by this long presentation. I am probably not going to use their company since they were pushing a product that I had never heard of and can't even see in a display model.

I am working with a client who just had this company install a walk-in shower. 12K was the price for the shower alone. They did one of the worst jobs I have seen. Caulk/Sealant all over the panels, looks like they used a rock to smooth the caulk/sealant and then got is all over the panels in an effort to wipe it off. Did not seal the base of one panel and could not install the panels such that they are square. Do not use this company for anything! They are clearly without capable installers and while they might do something in a day, it is not going to be satisfactory.

The shower came out beautiful, and we're very pleased. Kaden and Jose are very skilled and expert installers. We are aware that Jacuzzi uses subcontractors for installation. The install was scheduled, and the night before we had a phone call that the install was cancelled as they discovered the shower base was damaged and needed to be reordered. We waited 4 weeks with no update, so I sent an email to Jacuzzi's main office asking what was the status and that I noted several negative comments on Google which made me think twice that we had selected Jacuzzi. Amazingly, they found another shower base that day and scheduled the install for later that week.

We had a sales rep come out to give us an estimate, she was very nice and knew the product well. When it came to a shower head choice we told her the shower head we had did the same thing. We also mentioned we would like to leave the pipe that the shower head fastens to. "You can't do that, it will void your warranty. We can change it after you leave," she was not pleased about that. When she go to the price I about fell out of my chair. Wham, $25,000. "Well if you sign today it will be $15.000for cash but $20,000 guaranteed price if you decide within a year", I believe it was.
Here's the good part, financing at 19.99%. The $25,000 tag would be payments of $800 a month for 5 years, that's a $48,000 shower. Kept telling her we needed to get a couple of more estimates, that's when the $15,000 deal came out. Talk about false advertising, one of the people talking about having a shower put in are friends of Christina's. I recall her remodeling their bath on one of her shows. She also proceeded to tell us no one was any cheaper and their warranty was no good. Felt like I was at a car dealer trying to buy a car.

Where do I start. I have never been so disappointed in a company (Jacuzzi ) in all of my life. All they do is lie. We signed up with them on January 18th to have them install a walk-in shower. It is now December 19th and all we have is a framed-in shower and NO doors. They have sent 4 sets of doors over the period of the project and all were the wrong size. Just to be fair we go back to Michigan for 6 months. But they still had FEBRUARY - APRIL and also all of NOVEMBER and December.
The last straw was when they came out to install door number 4 and it didn't fit on December 3rd. I got phone call later that that they found a door (#5) and said the manager is paying for it on his bank card and it will be shipped ASAP. I sent two different emails to two different people in charge on the 17th and still have not heard back. The biggest gripe I have is they never answer your emails. It might not be all the Jacuzzi franchises but the one in Tucson absolutely sucks. They wanted me to send them a check for the remaining balance and I told him, "You got to be kidding me." If you're thinking of using JACUZZI for a remodel, RUN FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN.

Jacuzzi shower remodels are a joke. Have a small bathroom and men with Jacuzzi for a quote. Got the same song and dance about the wife needing to be present but I held my ground as my wife was not wanting to participate as she had work to do. Got a quote of $22,000 for the shower install but I could get $2,000 off if I signed right away. $20,000 for a shower and the rest of the bathroom would still look horrible. I told the salesperson absolutely not and said goodbye. We wound up paying $14,500 for a full bathroom remodel where the entire space was gutted to the framework. Bathroom looks great and we are very happy. Do not fall for Jacuzzi shower installs as it is a huge waste of money.

I was excited to find them in Costco as I needed to redo my shower anyway. Agent came out and was very nice. I was ready to move forward with this. They pulled my credit and the person called me that evening who was incredibly short and in a rush to get off the phone. He said I didn't qualify and unless I paid the almost $30,000 in full they couldn't help me. I had more questions but he had to get off the phone. I then responded back to the texts and emails I received from the woman who had the appointment with me and no one ever responded. I just saw the infomercial on TV and was excited to see if I could still work with them in some way to get this done through Jacuzzi due to how long they've been in business. I called the toll free number at 1-800-813-3303. The man was asking me some questions and then hung up on me.
I can't imagine that if their customer service is this horrible before you even get the work done, how horrible it would be if you had the work done and had any questions or issues. We'll find another smaller, family owned local company to deal with. Unfortunately a company that's been around this long you would think would have better customer service. I'm attaching photos of what was designed by their agent at our in-home appointment and another one I liked that I will get done through another company with better customer service and better reviews. Shame on you jacuzzi. What an embarrassment for a company that works out of Costco, is pushing their business through infomercials and has been around so long.

My elderly parents needed to convert their tub into a walk in shower. Jacuzzi came out and quoted. They were contracted to do the work. After all work was done we saw the finished product to the amount of $17,000.00. They had issues with the shower not working and had to have someone come out and fix that. It took 2 days to get someone and they did not want to come out because it was a Sunday. Also the shower pan was slippery and my father who was in hospice care slipped and fell with his nurse. That was just fixed. For the amount of money that was spent they could have redone their whole bathroom. They saw two elderly people and I believe they took full advantage of them knowing they needed this.
When questioning Jacuzzi they ran with, "Well supplies and labor are expensive." There is no way this is a $17,000.00 project. They got the bare minimum. I was ok with three weeks. Well, it wasn't delivered till February 7th of 2024. So, I was happy to get it. In March one of the drink lights stop working. I called warranty from California Backyard in Elk Grove CA and talked to the main warranty girl who said she would order the part and they would try to have it repaired without a cost to me for travel because it was before 120 days of ownership. Today is Father's Day June 16th of 2024 and I have emailed, called, etc with no response or effort from the Warranty department. I sent extra emails inquiring with no response. The exterior light will not stay off. Every day at 7 pm they come on till midnight. Directions were sent to me, and nothing has changed. I have to manually turn them off every night.
I was thinking about taking off the side panels and unplugging them. I was told not to do that, however when I tried to get the side panels off, they would not come off. I was afraid I would break them, so I stopped. Then the computer pad that controls the whole tub is so hard to push to get everything to come on sometimes it's frustrating. I called the Warranty department and emailed them also several times, that I thought I had a lemon. I have not heard from California Backyard in Elk Grove since. No response to emails or phone calls. I get emails from Jacuzzi.com all the time to refer or recommend their tubs. Are you kidding me. I will never recommend Jacuzzi tubs to anyone period. I will add here that the salesperson was awesome to work with. I felt confident with my purchase and was so excited when I left the store. But now I just feel let down. We received a visit by the Jacuzzi sales team in late January. We were initially impressed by their catalogue of options - and many promises - and we signed an agreement for a (very costly) shower stall installation. It took a few weeks for the installers to schedule a date, but a date was eventually fixed and they did complete the installation in one day. Unfortunately, the installers did not install the rainshower head that we ordered - and they also took away our recently purchased handheld shower nozzle & hose. We subsequently followed up with Jacuzzi's customer service and they agreed to rectify the two issues, but over the last +2 months we've only gotten the runaround.
In short, we've since spoken to 4-5 different people at Jacuzzi, yet they simply pass the buck - and so far, they have failed to replace the basic shower head they installed with the rainshower head that we ordered, or to return/replace the handheld nozzle. Unfortunately, while they initially agreed to do the right/fair thing, as of today they are claiming that we never ordered a rainshower head - and are essentially trying to gaslight us. In the end, it appears that we've fallen for the old Bait & Switch ploy, and it doesn't look like there'll be any restitution. If anyone is considering Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodeling for a shower installation, I would suggest they complete what I failed to fully do: conduct thorough research online, and particularly, read the reviews on Consumer Affairs, Yelp, etc.. Caveat Emptor.

I am a 71-year-old woman, and am still working. I bought this place, but my adult son is on the deed for legal reasons, and we have mutual healthcare surrogate and power of attorney agreements in place.
I saw the Jacuzzi ad in the AARP bulletin. However, Jacuzzi refused to send anyone out to see me without my son present, even though another company said they could call him to confirm. Well as others had noted the cost is very expensive, although I thought Jacuzzi Brand that a strong company so I went with it. Basic tub to shower conversion old fiberglass tub. They showed up to do the install and got the old tub out pretty quickly and started the shower install. After using a Sawzall to demo the old copper pipes they caused damage to the water line feeding the toilet so had to cut back the sheetrock to make that repair.
When they finished and asked me to inspect, I was horrified to see the job and even asked the installer if he would pay 15K for the job he did and he said no. The end wall where the shower head was was 6" deeper than the other end and when I asked why he said to cover the area where he fixed the pipe and he even cut the roof panel at a angle to meet the longer wall. Just crazy how it looked out of whack, not to mention they used 3/4 chip board behind as filler where the old tub walls were removed, but the sheet rock above was only 1/2 " so the walls dipped in at the top and to top it off they did not have a saw to cut the hole for the recessed light in the ceiling that I had them cover with the same materials as the walls, I'm not sure what he used but the hole was larger than the trim on the light so they caulked around the light to cover there mistake.
I did complain and after a few weeks they came back and fixed most everything to my liking although the damaged wall where they had the long side glued was now my issue to repair and I was just under the house 6 months after they finished to fix something unrelated and found all of the old plumbing parts and piping strewn around for me to clean up and lastly the caulking they used is all starting to mold so yes this is over 6 months old review and I hope it helps you decide to use or not use this company so please use judgment and watch them do your project.

Thought I would treat myself and give Jacuzzi a shot at converting the standard 3x5 tub shower combo into a walk in tub in a nice little rental on campus. Asked for the "Coles Notes" version of the sales pitch in order to save everybody's time...(Picked the basics (colors, fixtures, etc) to get a baseline for their work)... A small, 3x5 conversion, basic colors and fixtures...Wait for it...$18,000. No lie...$18,000. Price of a small kitchen WITH appliances. Three times what it should have been. Don't fall for it folks....They're trading on the Jacuzzi brand name. SOOOO many other "affordable" options out there. Still laughing as I type. What a waste of time. My husband and I wanted to do some remodeling on our first house. So since jacuzzi is a big company we figured it a smart choice. Jacuzzi bath remodeled two of our bathrooms. The master bath was done perfectly. However, the guest bathroom had so many problems. First, they advertise that they will complete the bathroom in one day. Awesome. But they kept pushing the date back to do our remodel by over 3 months. Then once they finally did the remodel, the water didn’t hot. Then we noticed that only a tiny bit of hot water would come out of the faucet when trying to fill up the bathtub.
When I called to see if someone could come out and take a look, management basically said that’s happening because of our pipes. But I politely said that in our old tub/ shower component the water came out at a normal amount. The manager basically told me there’s nothing they can do because the tub was already installed and marked as “complete”. I spent quite a bit of money with this company and I feel that their customer service needs to dramatically improve. I will never recommend jacuzzi bath to a single person I know.

I have seen two or three versions of this company's commercials on tv. When they show the BEFORE and AFTER photos, at the very bottom of the screen and much smaller is the disclaimer, "Not Actual Before and After Photos." My question is why? Why are the two photos of bathtubs/showers not before and after photos, as the ad shows at the top? This company has done at least two jobs in which they could use the before and after pics, so why be so deceptive to potential customers? I know why, because they do really mediocre work and charge a ton of money all while never finishing a job in one day as advertised..!! I bet they almost never have return customers or word-of-mouth new customers.

This was one of the worst dealings we have ever had with contractors, and we have remodeled four houses. We hired Jacuzzi Bathroom Remodel out of Phoenix for a guest bathroom remodel and paid the highest prices we have ever seen (over $25k). I thought this price was ridiculously high, but trusted that since we paid top dollar with this reputable long-standing company that this would be the smoothest and best install with a warranty that we ever had, but we were wrong. After what was supposed to be a one day install turned into over six weeks and cost us an extra $2k plus in fees to fix things they damaged, we have some big-time regrets.
Day 1 of install was Thursday, July 20, and the first issue was when they failed to ask us where we wanted the rain shower head mounted. It was mounted too low and when I stood in the shower it was touching the top of my head (I am only 5’ 11”). They also broke three large tiles in front of the shower. The next issue was that none of the contractors had installed the glass sliding door we had chosen.
Day 2 (Friday July 21st) the new set of contractors had also never installed the door we had selected, and they had drilled the holes incorrectly in both walls. They needed to rip both of these new walls and replace them. This would allow them to install the shower door correctly and fix the issue with the rain shower head. Unfortunately, after reinstalling the new shower walls and drilling the new holes incorrectly again. they needed to rip the walls out a second time, but this time they were out of the material and needed to get more from the main facility in Phoenix.
Day 3 (Tuesday July 25th) and the ripping out of the walls also tears drywall and paint off. Day 4 (Wednesday July 26) shower finally completed, but they need a full week to try and match the tile they broke and if they are not able, they will re-tile the bathroom. It takes them another two weeks (until August 11) to schedule to fix the floor.
Friday August 11, they call to tell us they have the wrong mortar and want to delay a day so they can get a quickset type of mortar so it can all be completed in one day. Saturday August 12, I explained to the installer that the tile must go under the baseboards to the wall, and he agrees. During the demo they damage two baseboards in the process. The installer says he will be back next morning at 7:00am to complete the job. Sunday August 13, he shows up at 11:00am. We had already discussed the grout will need to be the darkest and thinnest lines, so it is barely noticeable. He tells me that I need to wait and mop the floor to remove the glaze. I did as instructed, and no matter how many times I mop, the residue won’t come off the grout. It is not universal in color.
Our painter comes out to fix the walls on August 15th and patch over the rips in the drywall and paint. He removes the baseboard so he can replace them and paint the new ones. He showed me that not only had they not installed the tile under the baseboards as we had asked, but they also left all the rubble from the old destroyed tiles under the baseboards. There is also a noticeable gap between the new tile and baseboards that they tried to hide with grout. I told the manager that the grout is not the same color throughout, and the tile was not installed under the baseboards as we had asked. I told him that we no longer have any confidence in them and would be hiring our own tile person to completely remove their work and do it again the right way.
We still needed Jacuzzi to fix the shower controls because they had switched the hot and cold to the wrong sides. The manager claims he was not aware we had held some money back from the final payment to fix all these issues if they failed to do so, and he wanted that money. Up until now we have been incredibly patient and flexible with this whole fiasco, but I finally said, “absolutely not”. Especially after we have spent over $2k fixing their mistakes (this is roughly the amount we held back).

These guys did lay down some drop cloth but on day two did nothing. Dust everywhere in every nook and cranny of my bedroom. And yes I said day two a one day job was promised the next day they were here from 8-3pm maybe if the one guy was chilling maybe it would have been done on time. A three bathroom update project turned into a 4 month horror show for my home. I saw the Jacuzzi ad on television offering a 24 hour bathroom remodel last April and thought Jacuzzi was a brand I could trust. Be very careful if you live in the Portland, OR area and are considering Jacuzzi for your bathroom remodel. After signing our contract with Jacuzzi, we waited 3 months for the Jacuzzi installers to arrive. We were excited when the installers first arrived. But, that's when our horror show began. Multiple sets of installer teams came to our home over a period of 4 months because of project installation delays, installation errors and damage to the Jacuzzi tub by one of the "expert" installation crews.
Our bathroom ceiling and floor were also damaged. The ceiling was fixed by another crew ~ they did a nice job. The gash in the bathroom floor next to the Jacuzzi tub was filled with white caulking and called good by their installer ~ I didn't find out about it till I went to clean our bathroom floor ... this is collateral damage I still need to take care of. The master bathroom shower was torn apart for over 6 weeks. One would think after signing a $50k contract for a 3 bathroom remodel in April, 2022 we would have received timely service and expert installation to go with a brand name like Jacuzzi. Don't make the same mistake I made, if you want to go with the Jacuzzi tub and shower brand, find a contractor you can trust to do the installation.

We had Jacuzzi bath come out to provide an estimate. First off the person arrived and started putting down every other company that does bath remodels. One thing is to compare other companies in what they offer versus others, and another is to put down. Then he stated that he knew the best cause he had worked for the competition so he knew who had the better product. After looking at the bathrooms we are wanting to remodel he sat down to discuss the price. He gave us a price then turned around and stated it was only good if we signed then. Like we told him we were just starting to get estimates. Then he gave us a price that was almost $3,000 more if we weren't going to sign immediately that new price was good thru the end of the month.
We asked him to break down the cost of the seat and the hands-free shower head and he seemed annoyed that we asked. When we stated we would let him know he got very pushy and keep stating you get what you pay for and that Jacuzzi is always having to go in behind the other companies and correct what they did.
They give you a price that is only good for that day. If you decide not to sign a sales contract on that day it goes up after that. Yes, you read that right. You will pay more money for the same thing. They don't give you the choice to get other estimates from other companies so you can research the difference products, options, and prices to help you make the best decision. This clearly shows they are afraid of the competition and desperate for business. Beware of this company!

We ran into some issues, but it really initially wasn’t their fault. We had some plumbing issues. But then when we got that straightened out and fixed, it took them forever to come back and get everything completed. When they had other things scheduled, they would put us on the end of the list until they had time to come fix what needed to be fixed, when it was just small things that had to be done. They kept putting it off. It took them five months before they came out ‘cause they had to order the floor. After they did that, then they scheduled it. Then, within a week, we got our plumbing issues worked out. We got it fixed. But then, it took another couple of months to get it complete.
They had to have a supervisor. In the end, the supervisor wanted to come out. Because they had so many trips out here, the supervisor just wanted to make sure it was complete. I had to wait another week. Every time something happened, I had to wait a week or two for them to schedule to come out. But then, they wanted the supervisor to come out and make sure everything was taken care of. But I had to wait a week for him to come out. So, every single time that happened, I had to take off work and be here for them. When they advertised that they can do a job in a day, that was a joke. That didn't go well. I had to make quite a few adjustments. The workmanship was okay, but it could have been better. The quality of the product is fine. Some part of the install was not necessarily to my liking, though. Specifically, the walls were supposed to go to the ceiling. It could have come down at least another 20%. I had no clue at the time that it was going to be that expensive. It said $500 off but it didn’t say $500 off of what. It's gonna take a long time to pay it off and we're not ones who believe in debt. I'm not working and we're retired now. The product itself is excellent but they can pare some of that down if it means doing things a little differently. I can't take away from the quality because it's definitely there as well as the workmanship. Then, he dropped them off and they tore into it. The next day, they were done. I waited three days because they put silicone in and I wanted to make sure everything's good and dry. After using the shower for about a week, I was standing on one side of the shower stall and for some reason, I had to walk across the other side and I heard this squishing in the floor. I turned the shower off and I started walking around. It sounded like water squishing underneath the floor of the shower stall. I didn't think much of that but then, it migrated to the other side of the shower stall so it completely covered the entire underneath the floor of the shower. I quit using the shower and called the repair people.
A guy was sent out and came to find out that the installers did not put a compression washer in the drain like they were supposed to. They filled it up with silicone sealer and thought it was good to go. That didn't do it and it had leaked. Now, they have to come back. It’s probably gonna be another three weeks. We started on this in March and here we are in the middle of June, and I still have a shower that I can't use.
Jacuzzi agreed to totally replace the whole shower. I told them not to send those two guys back if they are still working for them because I will not let them in my house. The shower stall is a nice ornament for now. But the cleanup was easy and I enjoyed the solid glass doors. It’s easy to keep clean underneath, where the old one wasn't. It ended up getting a mold build-up under the old shower doors. We called Jacuzzi and came to find out that there is up to a 12-week delay on the foam underneath the base. So, we’re waiting for the base to come. They said there's a shortage.

I replaced a fiberglass tub and shower with a shower, which has a low profile base, and all the walls, and had Delta fixtures. But it's all Jacuzzi. The gentlemen that came out for the installation did it in a day and did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I'm very happy with the product. I’ll recommend Jacuzzi to others, and I have.

Jacuzzi Bathrooms' rep was polite and professional. They redid our shower because it was falling apart. It looked horrible. I feel sorry for those guys who carried things up and down. And then the guy said, "Where's your vacuum? I'll vacuum the floor." But when they put in the glass doors, "You can't use this on it, you can't do that." I understand. That doesn't leave you with a lot of things to use. Other than that, my daughter loves it. I like the showerhead. We've got one that is handheld. And we got shelves in it we didn't have in the other one. When I first got in it, I said, "This water is not hard like a lot of them are, it's soft." My three-year old granddaughter wants to go up there and take a shower all the time.

We are so glad your family is enjoying your new shower. Thank you for the positive review!

We got a shower and the quality is pretty good. But the sealant that they put into the corners wasn't all that great. I was kind of disappointed about that. With the kind of money we were paying to have a shower done, I was thinking there would be somebody professionally doing seam work in there or caulking. But I got a guy in there, just putting it on his finger and putting it into the corners. If you look at it, it does not look symmetrical at all in the corners.
The gentleman that came in and presented the product brought in the samples. He was super cool and very professional. I liked dealing with him. He was a really good guy. As far as the rest of the guys, they were all pretty good people and they were good to get along with. Pat was a pretty good guy. Overall, they were very nice and helpful, and courteous. Everything went pretty smooth. It took them a little bit more time than what they'd anticipated. But I used to work construction, and you can't ever meet the deadline that you're anticipating.

We wanted to change over the tub to a shower and the installation went according to what Jacuzzi Bathrooms told us. It took two days to get it done and there was a little damage to the ceiling below that. But they sent somebody out quickly and the guy fixed that. So, there was no problem. One thing I can't figure out is how come when you push the button on one, the main shower doesn't work. It doesn’t shut off and they both keep going. But the shower is not leaking and it doesn’t seem like anything is breaking. We can get in and get out, and it works fine.

Keep in mind we did NOT choose to purchase a BathWraps shower. I'm leaving a review to describe the sales process only. We scheduled an appointment for a Wednesday. The salesman showed up at our house on Monday claiming someone in the office scheduled the appointment incorrectly. We continued with the appointment and were overall okay with the presentation, and came up with a design that we liked. Then came the pricing....
That Monday the salesman told us the retail price was $14,535. Our price good for 1 year was $12,581. Our price if we signed THAT DAY was $9,927. We told him thanks but no thanks, we wanted to meet with some other contractors before signing anything. On Tuesday the salesman showed up at our house again, uninvited, and wanted to discuss more options to get our price down. My husband told him to leave. On Wednesday the salesman's boss called my husband and said they wanted to do our project as part of their marketing budget and could do the same shower for $6,500. Again, we said, "No thank you, we're not doing the project anymore." On Thursday a "customer advocate" sent my husband a text asking for feedback, looking for what went wrong. Overall, I'd steer clear of this company. They do not have a fair pricing structure and will charge a 60% higher price to those who sign without negotiating.

Everything is working out great with the new tub from Jacuzzi Bathrooms. I went with them because number one, Lowe’s and Home Depot wouldn’t even do what I wanted to do in a short amount of time. Number two, I was doing this long-distance. I was buying this for my mother-in-law who lived in California. And I live in Utah. So, in order for that to happen, they would like for me to do the post-inspection. But I said, “I’m not available. I’m just here to give you money.” Jacuzzi said they'd do it for me. And I threw money at it, and all of a sudden, it’s a one-day gig and it’s all done. From what I saw, it’s very thick acrylics that are in there, so it’s pretty nice.

It was time for us to remodel ‘cause of that old tub. Jacuzzi Bathrooms had a book and they showed me all the different designs. Then I picked out which one I liked. The two guys who did the installation were really nice. By the time I came home from work, they were basically done. The only thing they were doing was taking out the garbage and caulking around the shower. It didn't take long. It's a new tub and you can walk in and walk out of it. I enjoy everything about it.

We just had a new Jacuzzi shower installed. The guy did excellent work. He didn’t waste any time. In fact, the time that was wasted was when we were talking to him. The shower was installed in one day, and it works fine. Overall, the installation was good, but the labor was awfully expensive though. We had another shower put into the home, and it’s like granite they put. That was only like 2,500 bucks. This $7,500 seemed like a little expensive for that 24 hours. Other than that, the guy that installed it was courteous, and I recommend him to anybody.
The shower is beautiful. I love the product. It’s great and it works perfectly. My wife loves it. I just think that a cheaper price should be offered a lot more to people because most people won’t go down to a bank to get a loan to get a shower. They don’t wanna pay that many years. I would’ve ended up 10 years the way they had it originally. It was 44 months and I ended up 60 months with the insurance on my truck. So, that worked out good.

They were training and, he had cut the drywall wrong and they fixed that. But other than that, they tried to do a good job. We are extremely upset because we have a ponding on the base and had a guy come out over two weeks. Nobody’s talked to us, nobody answers their voicemails. They totally shut us off. I had sent them a picture and the rep said, “Oh, that shouldn’t do that. I’ll send a guy out.” They sent a guy out. That was the end of it. We haven’t heard a word. It doesn’t drain properly. I had one of those walk-in bathtubs put in about 10 years ago. It works, but I'm not happy with it. It just doesn’t work as a bathtub for us, which was why I had the BathWraps bathtub and shower combination thing put in. It was quite expensive because the area that I wanted the bathtub in was shorter than normal so they customized it for me. It was close to $9,000 and from what I understand, I was kind of taken advantage of. However, that included the labor and the whole shot.
I used Community Builders and they did a nice job. The installers were good guys. They were very fast and put it in in a day and a half. It was almost ready to go in one day, but they had to come back the next day to seal up a couple of little places that they missed. The bathtub is pretty, new, and shiny. I'm really happy with it. The BathWraps installers did a fine job up but put the showerhead up way too high. And when the electrician ran his electrical wires, it was kinda a crappy job. He didn’t put them into a casing and he didn’t fill the holes where he screwed through the wall. He got it inside and it seems to do fairly well, but he also didn’t fix the trim. They also left some stuff undone, which kinda irritated us. Supposedly, there was something that wasn’t there that they had to install. There’s supposed to be somebody coming out here later this month and fix something that I never even heard about. Moreover, I was under the impression that this thing had a water heater in it, but it doesn’t. I don’t know if we misunderstood, but it was implied that there was a heater that would keep the water warm in it. It turns out that there’s some other model that does but ours isn’t that model.

We were in the market for bath remodeling because I have a lot of knee problems and my husband doesn't walk too good. I'm gonna be 80 and he's 82 and we needed to get rid of the bathtub and get a shower. We wanted the BathWraps' item, so we called them.and they said that they could do it in one day. I was skeptical of that, but they did and they cleaned after themselves, you couldn't tell they've been here. We were well pleased. Everything is just what they said it'd be. They did wonderful. The man that came to sell it didn't pressure us, and the man that came out here did a fine job.
I really liked everything they've done. But when you sit naked on the little bench and you got soap on you, that little thing that would keep you from sliding, it doesn't work all that good. Last week was the first time that this happened. I sat down to shave my legs, went to get up, and I put a bath mat inside mine. It was one that has all the little suction cups under. They didn't tell us to do that but I did because we didn't wanna fall. It didn't fit too good on that pebbly stuff that's in there. And when I was to stand up holding on to that little rail, I began to slip and the mat was slipping. I continued slipping and grabbing hold of that grab bar with soapy wet hands and it being wet, I just went right on down. I knew it wasn't far, I wasn't gonna hurt myself. I just slid with it. And then I said, "Well, how am I gonna get up?"
So, I just slid my legs over sideways and leaned them out the steps and sat up there, and then I was able to grab hold of that bar and get up. I didn't get hurt. It's just a bit confusing because you think you're safe with that nonskid stuff and I probably shouldn't have that mat in there but still, we feel like we're not safe without something in there. It needs to be thick, it needs to be more pebbly where you don't slip as easy. So I'm gonna be much more careful. They might want to improve on the bottom of the tub and that seat, to make it a little more rough. Also, those grab bars are good but they’re not gonna keep me from falling if I'm wet. I'd tell my friends about BathWraps, but I would also have to tell them to be careful. I don't wanna mess up with them but I don't wanna be misinforming my friend.

I purchased a shower from BathWraps. However, I didn’t like the sales rep at all. He lied for one thing. First of all, he said they were gonna measure my old tub with a laser so everything fit in there perfectly. That didn’t happen. And the other thing he lied about was the thickness of the surround that was going on the tub. I was misled on that. I also gave him a down payment check and he told me that wouldn’t be cashed until the shower was started. He also bragged about how reduced the price was gonna be over what showers normally cost. I have found since then that that’s not so. I feel like he took advantage of a couple of old people. The only thing I was told when I would call BathWraps back was they were gonna keep the payment.
I've used it and in the first place, the shower pan isn’t level. The bottom of the floor contours down. It’s higher on one end than it is on the other. And that’s the way it’s made. There’s nothing I could do about that, but I wasn’t told that. But the person that put the shower in did a wonderful job, even though it wasn’t what I expected or what I thought I was gonna get.

This company's main downfall is too many people, sales being the most poorly "trained", handling a project where there is poor communications. The sales rep had little understanding of the process & therefore made promises in order to sell the job that could not happen. His recording of the order, sent by text had some incorrect information. Once calls & more text to correct had to happen, it caused a domino effect. Next comes someone to evaluate, then another person (a plumber) to actually measure (a very nice gentleman), who said he'd come by to check the job at the end (he DID NOT). Next your surround etc. are fabricated over the next few weeks.
Finally installation. He was really the only person who understood the whole process (& found a piece that needed refabrication). These installs usually take 1 1/2 to 2 days. Salesperson said 1 day "almost every case", proving his lack of knowledge. The gentleman who installed is really the only reason for the 3 stars, otherwise it would be 2.
Finally, prepare to be paying OVER twice what a Lowes prefab would cost. Our thoughts were that this is going to be superior. We have leaking now as we could not pay any more for doors (we were up to 7 thousand dollars ) but were Assured that would not happen (the doors would have added1500 to 2000). A gentleman in the co. has talked nicely with us & corrected the grab bar on the original sales & added the corner shelf on the correct end as my husband's mobility is compromised. That was done today but this Sunday past he fell to the floor before the lower grab bar was placed & had to CRAWL out. Trust me this is unacceptable. The only person in this company I truly trust was the experienced install professional. I cannot recommend Carolina Home Remodeling.

The rep explained everything about remodeling my bathroom and it was gonna raise the value of my home. They were very pleasant, everybody was very nice and I had no problem there. They told me what the charge would be and I said this just goes all the way up the wall. I thought they were remodeling the bathroom. I told them I will do my own floor so, this was all understood. They told me this was $10,000. I got things going on and things were in the making at the time that we were discussing all this. I couldn't even stay here while the man did the work on the tub. I didn't get anything but a bathtub for $10,000. The shower is connected with the whole unit. I kept my own shower because I had one similar to theirs. It's on the cord that you can lift it off and I just bought it about three years ago. So, I said that they didn't even have to bother to put theirs in, but they left it in a bag here for me.
I depend on the people I'm trying to do business with to give me at least a ballpark figure, which BathWraps did not. The man that they sent out here was very nice. He was working on his own because he had let his crew off for the holidays, which made me feel better. When I came back, it was all done. The job was completed but all I got for $10,000 was an acrylic bathtub. My kids went online and the most expensive acrylic bathtub was $700.
The rep from the company called me because they wanted me to pay and I wasn’t paying. I told them that my furnace has gone down and it cost me $500 for that and a few other things have come up. I couldn't do this right now so, I wanna go ahead and cancel it. They said that I signed the contract and I said that I understood but there were extenuating circumstances. So, I told them that I would like to have this canceled and do this at another time. That was before I didn't realize that they ripped me off.
The reps at BathWraps were very pleasant and polite but my overall experience was very shocking and devastating. It should have been made very clear that all I was getting was just a bathtub. I already had arrangements made to have someone come in and do the flooring. They said to put the bathtub in first so I said okay. I was thinking I was gonna have wall to wall in that shower area covered with some kind of background wall but I have nothing. I have as far as the tub goes up, and they came to the shelf that I had there that I wanted to keep. I was sure that they were gonna install insulation because they were working with two outside walls but there's no insulation. I would not recommend BathWraps. They are very nice and pleasant to work with. But as far as representing the facts, they didn’t give me the facts at all.

Installation done by Inspire Baths/BathWraps.....Farmingdale NJ. 8/22 - Workers came for initial installation, realized that the "faucet" that came in was damaged, and would have to come back the next day with the replacement. (We were told NOT to use the shower because of the caulking.)
8/23- Workers returned with, what they thought was the correct faucet; however, it was NOT the same as the damaged one they were replacing. We were told that the "replacement" faucet was the one that should have come originally, but it was much more "flimsy". I told the workers that I wanted the other faucet, as it was much more sturdy, and had a "lip" around it for a better fit. They said I could leave the wrong faucet on and they would have to order the one I wanted, and be able to shower (after 24 hours) OR, leave no faucet and be without shower ability for 4 to 5 more days waiting for the correct faucet to come in. It was also noted to the workers that the pipe that feeds into the faucet was wobbly. They (he) spoke with Shane and suggested using an "expanding foam" behind the faucet that should make the pipe More solid.
Approximately 8/29-8/30 I called for the status on the new faucet, and had to leave a message for Shane....NO CALL BACK! 9/5 - S/w Shane and advised him that the expanding foam did not correct the faucet from being "moved around". He acknowledged and said that the correct faucet should be in that day and someone would contact me. He also said that the owner, Paul, was on vacation and wants to assess the damages etc HIMSELF. I advised Shane that I am also looking for compensation for ALL the inconvenience caused by his company. 9/6 ---- No follow up call.
9/7- I called and spoke with Cheyenne (receptionist) who was unaware of my problems (even after looking into my installation records on her computer). NOTHING was documented in my file. She said that Shane was not available but she would call him, and that there have been "more than a few" customers calling and complaining about no return call backs. She called back after speaking with Shane who told her to tell me (wouldn't make the call himself) that the part came in" late" Friday night and that someone "should" be in touch with me on Monday to set up an appointment. I also told her to tell Shane about the floor "creaking" and to tell him that the loose faucet is not repaired, even after the spray foam was put in. I called Mark my salesman, and left him a voice mail. He returned the call later on Saturday, and after explaining all the problems, he claims he was not aware of anything.
9/9 - Two workers, Richard and a younger guy, showed up, without a heads up phone call, and installed the correct faucet. When I asked them if they were told about the "shaky" faucet and the floor they said NO. They videoed the loose faucet, and the floor, saying that they would show it to Shane tonight or tomorrow, when back in the store. I called Shane after they left, and he claims that he DID tell the workers about the faucet, but FORGOT to mention the floor problem. Workers advised us to not use the shower for a few hours, but later today was ok. Shane said to be sure, DON"T use the shower until tomorrow. Now the 5th time we were advised not to use our $8100 investment. Shane said that Paul was due back in the office next Monday, Sept 16th, and wanted to assess the leaky ceiling problem and the floor, AND any compensation would have to be discussed with him.
9/13 - I phoned the office and was told Paul is due back from vacation on Monday 9/16. Left a call back message. 9/16 NO CALL BACK from Paul. 9/17 - I phoned at 10:35 and was told Paul was in a "meeting" with someone, and that he would call me back "in a few minutes". 9/17 NO CALL BACK AGAIN. 9/18 - Phoned at 6:00 PM and spoke with Cheyenne (receptionist). She said that Paul was out, but WOULD be returning that evening. Once again, explained the reason for my call. I asked her to write down my specific message, that being: "Paul, this is my third phone call to you without a return call." She said that she would call Paul and give him the message, and that SHE would definitely call me back regardless of whether she spoke to him or not.
9/17 - NO PHONE CALL FROM EITHER CHEYENNE OR PAUL. On or about 9/19-9/20 - Paul called back claiming to have returned my calls 2 or 3 times, but no answer (impossible as I have voicemail on both my land line and cell phone). He offered us a choice of $1000.00 or have his men repair the water damage caused by the installation. We chose to have his men do the work, and it was completed in a timely fashion. At the end of the day, this installation was the worst I've ever had, including adding an additional bedroom, and an $80,000.00 extension; plus several "smaller" jobs. If anyone were to ask for a referral, in good conscience, I would have to tell them to shop elsewhere!!!!

They seemed like they were interested in doing it and the sales representatives were right to the point and explained the financing and all. We purchased a stand-up shower and there was only one guy who did the installation. He did an excellent job and he explained what was going on. We got an old house with old plumbing and he took care of everything. We were figuring on going camping for the three days he said it would take, but then he had water within one day so we didn't get to go camping. We haven't had any difficulties and I'm real happy with him. If I was gonna do anything else or recommend anybody, that's who I'd recommend. And now that we have the shower, I don't fall out of the tub as much.

Spoke with the installer and inquired about missing tile. He took pictures and said they would contact me. I'm still waiting. It has been 2 months i.

Excellent service! The two men who installed our new shower did a fantastic job and kept our house super clean during their work! Thank you! Also our consultation prior to the shower installation was excellent! We are very pleased with our new bath/shower and love the appearance of it. What a beautiful job and wonderful company.

Installers were good, Ordered 1st part of July and not installed until end of Oct. It should never take that long. Also it was scheduled for 21st of Oct but no one notified me or installers. When someone is out of office there should be someone to step in to do that job, very poor communication in the office, not sure I could recommend this business.

My husband and I are extremely pleased with the BathWraps products and their installation by Central Iowa Home Renovations. Our ancient, tiny bath tub and peeling, mildewed shower surround have been replaced by a roomy walk-in shower with built-in seat. We love the new vanity top and lavatory, designed to minimize the amount of caulking needed and therefore far easier to keep clean. New slip-proof flooring completes the project. Materials were exactly as we specified. Once the materials arrived, all work was finished within two days, as promised -- much appreciated since this is our one bathroom. Excellent communication whenever we had questions.

Bathroom remodel. It took 3 days to finish the bath when they said it would be 2 days. The works were very respectful. They always cleaned up very well. Love the wrap. So easy to keep clean and really looks nice. Everything was installed well and looks great. Would do it again. I have to admit was rough not taking a bath or shower for 2 days. They didn't come till 9:30 am. Feel like would have finished faster if would have got here earlier and worked till 5. They left at 3:30.

The initial contact with Carol was positive and not a preview of what would come. I choose the materials I wanted and gave my billing info along with the time frame that was mutually acceptable. Two weeks out from the install date, I got a call asking if I could move up the date of installation. I could not due to appts. When the worker arrived I was informed that they did not have the vanity top nor the doors for the shower. They also had the wrong hardware for the sink. Other installers would be doing the doors and the vanity top. The installers that worked on the tub removal and shower install were professional and competent. They went to get the correct sink hardware after I showed them my work order. The shower doors arrived later that evening, unannounced. The vanity top was not available.
When I mentioned that they called weeks earlier, to do the installation. I would be over a month without full access to my bathroom. I was told it was a "special" order and it takes time. I believe admin dropped the marble and did not place the order until install time. Meanwhile, My credit card cleared and the payments made in a timely fashion. No, I will not recommend Bath Wraps to my friends. No acknowledgement on the part of admin errors. Only added to my frustration with the organization.

I love both of our new guest tube with shower and master shower. They are beautiful and I love the idea that I don’t have to to scrub to clean them like I had to do with the old fiberglass bath and shower. The one day installations were amazing. Bathwrap is the exact type of bath installation company I was looking for. Well done Bathwrap!!

They also hauled all the junk away and tidied everything up.

BathWraps did a wonderful job with our bathroom. I saw them in one of the magazines and I gave them a call up. They got me a hold of a guy that does all the scheduling for it and we set up a date. The sales rep did a very good job in explaining the options and there were no surprises. Three weeks later, their guys came down to my home and they took one day to get all done. They put in a couple of shelves in there as well as the regular standard stuff. They did a really good job on keeping it where it didn’t leak water all over the floor. So, it's very good quality. I go in there, wash myself and take it nice and slow.

BathWraps could tear down and do all the work with one person and they didn't have to get in there and have separate contractors. That really sealed the deal plus they tore everything out and went down to the studs. So that way, if there was any other damage back there which we did not know, and if there was anything that we needed to repair at that time, they could do it also. They allotted two days for it, which I understand because of the what if situation once they took it down to the studs. We had no idea what we were getting into, so that gave them extra time to assess the situation and put a plan in place, and they did it in a day and a half. We're very pleased with how the bathroom came out. I like how much easier it is to get in and out. It looks much better so it's not an eyesore and it’s easy to clean.

We should have known from the beginning that this was a con job. But, we were taken in by the fancy presentation. After the order was placed in late April, installation did not arrive until late August!! The original installer was embroiled in a claims issue with DaBella and could not do the job. After a heated phone call with the manager and a discount, someone from Federal Way had to come up and do the installation. Fortunately, we are mostly pleased with the final product, although, the representative lied about having shower doors installed after the install.

I saw a BathWraps advertising with the paper that comes once a week. There was the advertising of a bath and the shower. I don’t have the time to be calling anybody. So, BathWraps was in the paper, and they had the telephone, so I called them. The rep I worked with was okay. The lady got me because I said, “I will let you know.” And she said, “Well, you take it right now. I can give you a little bit discount.” So, I took it even if it was not cheap.
The installers were fine. The only thing that I’m not happy about is the showerhead is too high for me. I cannot reach it. Because it’s only one door open, and when I opened the water, I was freezing and I got away. Water comes cold the first time. And I called BathWraps, but I haven’t heard from them. Besides that, it's fine. I would recommend BathWraps. I like it.

BathWrap's television advertisement and the salesman were the reasons I went with them. Once I called the 1-88 number and got the salesman here, he was wonderful. He was honest and compassionate. He had experienced things in his life that gave him wonderful people skills. He has knowledge of the material and the process. He’s well-versed in the products that he was selling.
The guy who did the installation did a wonderful job. He worked alone and did it in one day. We really believe there should have been two. He came all the way from Texas and he worked steady, clean, professional, and knew what he had to do and how to do it. BathWrap needs to inform their workers that they need to take their breaks or their lunch because that’s their federal right. He wanted to work straight through. We stopped him so that he could drink and take a break. At first, I saw that BathWrap's product is simply the same material we had before but it’s better quality and has a gloss and a coating to it, and it’s awesome. The shower adjustments are wonderful.
