Purchased a Costco Jacuzzi tub to shower conversion. Very negative experience. Spent $25K (after Costco rebate). It took three days, not one. Has major problem with shelf/grab bar sticking out so far on one side and inside rail of glass door on the other; an average size person can hardly turn around. Scratched my slate floor and walls. Contacted both Jacuzzi and Costco with three week response time and then no help. I purchased through Costco due to their reputation. Bad choice!

This company doesn't stand by the company that they sent out to represent Jacuzzi. Instead they sent out another company to get more money for a job that wasn't done. Terrible company to deal with. Would not recommend.

Agent came to my house. Half hour pitch. Price to convert tub to shower was $17,000-$18,000! Absolutely unaffordable!!! We didn't even bother to see my bathroom. Prices are insane. Man went over the company history which I didn't need to hear. How can average people afford this?

The remodel is complete and could not paint where the installer caught to existing wall. He came back dug the clock out of the round of perimeter of the shower and then it turned yellow. Not a good experience, do not recommend!

The service was terrible with hidden fees. The work doesn't match the prices. $8,000- $22,000 for a small shower. Too many promises that's never kept, the material is the same as any other company but overpriced tremendously.

This was a huge regret. It was a dream that turned into a nightmare. A spa that can't withstand the sun and rain. After only three years of use, it became a scrap heap in my backyard. They charge a lot for labor, which isn't included in the warranty. It's a very expensive product to lose in such a short time. See the photos and draw your own conclusions.

Was quoted $22000 for a vast single shower stall (from 3rd party installation company). They use very cheap plastic materials that look terrible. Stay away and go with a reputable local company if you can.

My most recent installation 24 hour walk-in shower went very smoothly and stress-free... From the salesman, Ben **, who made the process so easy to navigate through, was there on a snap for any questions I had, and someone who really cares about his customers! The Installation I cannot say enough about how wonderful, professional, and considerate the two gentlemen that installed our walk-in shower. From the time they started, laying down tarps so that no part of my house would get dirty to a perfect seven-hour installation and everything was left immaculately clean. There wasn't a speck of dirt on the floors. They did a fantastic job! Overall experience was smooth, pleasant and I would highly recommend this service. You will love your bathroom. We love ours!!!!

The tv advertisement about "Waiving installation Costs" got me to call. Quick response from local contractor. Came to my home did his measurements to replace two showers and nothing else. One was already a shower the other was a tub/shower. Fiberglass or whatever they used in the 1975 time frame. He quoted me $18000-20000 for EACH shower. I had them both replaced for under $11,000 TOTAL for both. I would hate to see what the cost from Jacuzzi would have been if they weren't "waiving" installation costs.

This is the biggest scam national company that I had to deal with. They wanted $22000 for a small walkthrough shower. They advertise no installment cost so I guess 3 pieces of acrylic/plastic cost $22000. Stay away from them if you can! Or you will be way overpay for a cheap shower/bath remodel.

We had a very good experience with the sales portion of Jacuzzi Bath Remodel. After a short phone call, Jackie appeared at our home within one day and gave a complete and concise explanation of the product and process of 1 day application. Jackie was very thorough and not at all pushy and gave us many options to choose from for products to choose from and for payment. While we ultimately decided to go a different way, I was very impressed with Jackie.

Setup a walk in shower remodel thru Costco. The one day install turned into two days. The crew never showed on day two. Job started Wednesday. No one called me to inform me that I was not having anyone show up on day two. When I called in the guy was rude and said it would be done this week. Crew showed up Friday to finish the install. They were at my house past 10pm on a Friday night. Come Saturday I went to test the water in the shower. There is zero water. Not a drop. I call customer service. There was more lack of care. The basic answer was we don’t have anyone work weekends and we will see what we can do Monday.

Sales pitch was a joke. Said we would hate to work with a contractor, only to admit they will only do the wet space and we would still have to find a contractor to remodel the rest of the bathroom. Why work with two when we could get one? They ended the excruciatingly long experience by performatively yelling at their manager on the phone about all the great deals we're throwing away to convince us to reconsider. I walked out of the room and closed the door and suddenly the conversation stopped.

After the 3rd question repeat, I asked again. I must have upset the representative as she told me she didn't want my business.

I'm not sure why I have to give them a one star. This has been the worst experience ever. Installation June 23rd suppose to be a one day and then advised two day project that went to 3 days and it's now July 21st and still not completed. The door fell off the shower on my husband. Our contract said leave the existing wood in the shower alone. My first husband who died from agent orange did construction and cabinetry work. Him and our son worked on installing wood in the bathroom to make it look like a sauna. It was beautiful. We told our representative we didn't want this touched.

When the guy came to install we told him numerous times, "Don't touch the wood" and it was on our contract. He closed the bathroom door to start working. A little later stepped outside so I looked in the bathroom only to find he tore out the wood and it was destroyed and a hole in the wall and ceiling. We said something. He stepped out and said he failed to see this in the contract. I'm so upset with the destruction of the wood and the damage. This still hasn't been completed and they are billing us for our first payment. This company is the worst. No one will call you back.

We have been very disappointed with our shower remodel. What they advertised as taking 1-2 days has more drawn to a month waiting on doors to be put in. The lack of communication has been the most frustrating. We are always calling them to find out when our doors will be put in. They never call us back. I highly recommend you use another company other than Jacuzzi.

The worst company in the world!!! They installed a shower in our home in Ft Collins. It was a $10,000 installation. I was a bit underwhelmed with it but it was esthetically pleasing. But from the first time I used the shower, it felt like I was standing on a marshmallow. I called the installers almost 9 months from the installation, as I nearly suffered a near fatal fall. If I could upload pictures I would!! The installers no-showed 2 times to try to come view the problem. And the warranty repair team is never ever available to talk. I wish I had our money back!! I am pursuing legal action, cannot wait for a refund. I fell in the shower because they didn't install it properly, the doors fell on me and trapped me for quite a while. I STRONGLY ADVISE LOOKING FOR BETTER OPTIONS. I THINK KOHLER WOULD HAVE BEEN A MUCH BETTER OPTION! The entire thing is a disaster!!

Seen ad on TV with no insulation fee. I knew it would be a joke and I was right. I am redoing the whole bathroom, I am taking everything out to studs same with the shower so when the sales rep showed up late! I told him what I wanted just a simple walk in shower. And I would be all the demo.so after his sales pitch he quoted a price for 21,000 but said with the promotion of no insulation fee it would be around 15,000 so I asked him so you are charging me 15,000 just for the shower material. So he keep bringing up the 21,000 saying I am saving money. Then he goes and calls his manager on speakerphone she makes it sound like she is going to give me a bigger discount. 12,000 now. Just remember that's with no insulation fee just for the shower itself. This company is a joke.

The cost does not equal the quality! The two guys that did our two bathrooms didn’t match the brick pattern in the first bathroom which I find is ridiculous since they match the right side. The left side did not match. They also smelled like ** when they came in for the third time.

I bought a home that included an installed Jacuzzi brand walk-in tub with jets. I have called the company many times to have someone come out and do a service maintenance and check the system out since it's about 6 years old. The Jacuzzi company never responds to my requests for service. So now I have a tub I really do not use that's sitting idle most of the time because I have no idea how functional the system is.

I had both my Master bathroom and Guest bathroom remodeled. The master bath was done first and from a distance it looked very nice. It wasn’t until I reviewed the construction up close that I noticed crocked cuts and they pulled the back wall to hide this fact. The Guest bath was to be a bathtub with shower replacement but ended up nowhere near the quality of the master bathroom even with its imperfections. 5/8” plywood sticking out from under the tub, caulking that looked like a 2-year-old did it, and dirty hands and fingers used to spread the chalk with marking lines on the walls done with indelible ink marker. This was a project not worth rating on the star scale other than giving it ZERO STARS!!! The only thing either team touched was removing the original tubs and installing new ones and did not put in flooring, molding, or any finish work. Look elsewhere for a better company and BTW it took 2 days per bathroom.

Horrible!! They didn't show up for my install after waiting almost 3 months (not the 8-10 weeks they promised). I took the day off from work for this. After finally getting someone on the phone (apparently the whole company was in a meeting as I was trying to get an answer) they offered me $100 off LOL. When they finally showed up for the 2nd install date, they had the wrong order. Totally unprofessional company and WROTTEN customer service. I had to ask 9 times for a breakdown of my invoice. I have owned Jacuzzi sand filters and pumps for my inground pool. Sadly, Jacuzzi has been bought and sold many times by private equity, and the company no longer supports its products. I went to Leslie's pool store today to buy a pump coupling for $50 (you can't find them, and Leslie's could not either!). Leslie's said they were dropping Jacuzzi. If you buy into filtration systems, you'll need to buy parts later. I cannot get Jacuzzi parts anywhere. In 1987, Kidde was acquired by Hanson PLC. In 1995, Hanson spun off Jacuzzi and other brands into a public company called U.S. Industries. USI renamed itself Jacuzzi Brands in 2003. This was in turn bought out by Apollo Management, and then by Investindustrial in 2019.

They did a great job, but it was a simple remodel- no pull down seat, no shower door install (we opted for rod with curtains)…. It was over $14,000!!! I don’t call that affordable for most people. Even the workers said, "Wow this is the easiest one we’ve done in days!" They were very quick and professional. But in hindsight not worth the high cost. Re-Bath quote was over $20,000 for the same exact job.
