I had experience with Jacuzzi Bathrooms in another house and I was impressed with the way they presented the remodel and what kind of work they were supposed to do. We have a Jack and Jill bathroom where there's a sink and a shower in one part of it and a bathtub without a shower in another part. I had them convert the bathtub into a bathtub with a shower and block off the shower and convert it into a linen closet. They were very nice young people and did a real good job. I'm very happy with the work except for one small detail. We had put in safety bars but the finish is falling off on one of them. One can see the aluminum coming through. They promised to come down here next weekend to place it. But having talked to other people about it, Jacuzzi's price was good and the work was excellent. I'm very happy with the way the bathroom looks and functions.

The installation was great. The guys were real nice. They took out the bathtub and installed a shower. But once they did the remodel, I thought they had messed up. The bathroom is smaller than I thought. When you have a bathtub, it looks bigger. They assured me that that's how it's supposed to be but I would have liked a little more clarification on exactly how big it would have been so I wouldn't have been shocked. Other than that, the product is great and we're enjoying it.

Jacuzzi — Espree 7236 bathtub installed in 2006. 10 year warranty. Jacuzzi Tub is rarely used - perhaps 2-3 times a year. Less than 40 times since its installation. Filled for use 4 weeks ago. Happened to be in basement and noted water leaking from ceiling below the Jacuzzi on the first floor. Opened side access door - 4 jets are leaking. There are 8 other jets that are not accessible - not certain of their disposition. Contacted Jacuzzi. They suggested jet replacements purchased from supplier. Extremely unhappy with lack of quality and that Jacuzzi ignores that the design and manufacturing is at fault.

I liked their customer service. In the master bathroom, I got a walk-in shower and countertop. Then, in the other bathroom, I upgraded the bathtub and the countertops. The installation was good. I like everything about it pretty much. I'm enjoying it.

The sales rep of Jacuzzi Bathrooms was pleasant. However, a lot of pieces were misordered and there were delays. The project took three and a half days when it was supposed to take one day. That didn't go well. I had to make quite a few adjustments. The workmanship was okay, but it could have been better. The quality of the product is fine. Some part of the install was not necessarily to my liking, though. Specifically, the walls were supposed to go to the ceiling. Because they weren't the right size, the walls went about 10 inches below the ceiling. There were some low-quality workarounds that were done to accommodate that.

Jacuzzi Bathrooms did very well. I had a very old home from the ‘70s. The extensive work that they did, taking out the old lead pipes, I didn't feel like I’d get that level of service with other places I was looking at. The sales rep was a very nice gentleman. Very polite and courteous. He spent quality time answering all of my questions. I was very pleased with him.

I had an incident at the end in one of my bathrooms. They didn't have the right floor base for the shower. When they were trying to install the door, they shattered the glass and the door. I had to wait a couple of weeks extra to get a new floor base and a new door to have that installed. But it was one of those things that weren't anything that they did intentionally. But it was a mishap that caused the delay. I like everything about the new bathroom. They did two of them for me and I'm just thrilled with all of them. I get nothing but compliments from people that come in and see the product and the bathrooms. They're just amazing.

We had a nasty bathtub. We turned into a standing shower, one of the ones that go all the way to the roof. The sales rep of Jacuzzi Bathrooms was awesome. Then, the dude that came out and installed it was nice, too. He was in there the whole time. The quality is good. It’s easy to clean. At one point, I had called because I was confused because they didn't toss the metal piece that goes around the showerhead. I thought that they forgot to do it. But then, they told me that they did that on purpose so that they were able to get in there. But otherwise, that’s not something we are professionals in. We had a good experience.

Jacuzzi Bathrooms' products looked good and the price seemed reasonable. I purchased a walk-in shower and my rep Scott was very nice. He kept in contact with me as to what was going on, the product being made, when the delivery date was gonna be, setting up and all that. I called Scott back 'cause I decided to add another shelf to the tub. He was really good at implementing that and sent me my paperwork via the internet. Scott felt more like a friend, like we've known him for a long time. He fit right in with us.

The techs removed my bathtub and put the shower in with see-through glass doors and the hood on top. It's really cool-looking. I really love it. My cats love to play in there. There are toys in there so it's like it's their toy area. When the water runs, they're all happy 'cause they can see through the class and see the water going. They just watch everything going on. When everything's dried up, they put their toys back in. The shower is also much easier to keep clean and I really like that. It still looks very nice and I'm planning on it still looking this nice years down the road.

Jacuzzi Bathroom installed a new shower for us. Our installers were Jon ** and Tanner **. They went above and beyond to make sure that the shower was installed properly and to our satisfactory. They were very polite, friendly and professional. Great experience.

We looked at a bunch of different companies and Jacuzzi had the best price and product description. I liked the guy who came out. It took a little longer than we expected for the tub to actually get in because everybody was redoing their bathrooms this time. But once the installers were here, they were very professional and mostly got it done in a day. But they had to come out the next day and do some finish work because we not only had the tub, but also the surround changed. We did have an issue with the shower, which they came right out and fixed. Overall, it was a very good experience. I'd be happy to recommend Jacuzzi to anyone who asked me about it.

I was really impressed with how the sales rep went in and measured to see if the tub would fit. The installation was excellent. I like the water and the tub is a really good experience. The one thing I would advise is that they see if they can get a bigger, wider tub. Because I could have gotten a wider one. 'Cause I was thinking the features. But then when I walk into someone else's house, they have a bigger tub, and I'm like, "Okay."

The company that I used was incredible. I did the Jacuzzi and they sent the company out. The salesperson was extremely nice and awesome. I had a stroke and he explained everything to me in a way that I would understand. Justin, the installer, was incredible. He left my place better than it was, and now it's really nice because all the bathroom is done. I have hard water, and it does not stain. The water turns the tub yellow, but I just spray the 9 Elements Cleaner and it's beautiful again. I would recommend BathWraps to a friend. As a matter of fact, three people have come here, saw that and said, “Oh my goodness, I'm gonna get that.”

The salesperson was honest with us. Then when the product was sold to us, it was going to be a two-day installation thing, one day to take it out, and another day to put it back. But our house was built in 1950 and so it ended up taking the guy three full days to install. I was not 100% pleased with the caulking and I thought by the time he got into that, he was getting tired. It could have been a little neater. But then I'm a perfectionist, so that's my fault. There is an eight-month warranty on it, so, if in eight months we think something needs to be fixed, we'll have him come fix it.

I had the shower installed and the installers supplied me information before I could ask. I was really impressed. Even when they were finished for the day, everything was neat and tidy and there was no mess left. I would highly recommend the product and the company that did the installation.

It took a long time to get all the parts together and then the installer came. He tore the tub out and got into the plumbing. The second day that he was there, one of the other co-workers came along with him and they cut the stuff outside. They did a nice job siliconing it. All the seams look good and it doesn't leak. I'm happy with it. I could have got it done cheaper, but the quality would not have been as nice as what I have.

I liked the product and so I got the tub and shower. However, the installation sucked. The sales rep lied like there was no tomorrow saying that they'll have a one-day installation. The crew came out and took them three days to install and two days to come back out and fix the mistakes they made which were like handyman did it. The wall sheet wasn't all the way in to the corner. The drain for it was way off. Then I could do a better caulk job than they did. They were supposed to be the professional. The guy that came back out did a pretty good job correcting and fixing it.

My experience was excellent. The tech was very timely, got here promptly and did the work in one day. I was very happy with Jacuzzi’s product and the work product is beautiful, well done and has a good warranty but I only had the shower done and it was quite expensive. It could have come down at least another 20%. I had no clue at the time that it was going to be that expensive. It said $500 off but it didn’t say $500 off of what. It's gonna take a long time to pay it off and we're not ones who believe in debt. I'm not working and we're retired now. The product itself is excellent but they can pare some of that down if it means doing things a little differently. I can't take away from the quality because it's definitely there as well as the workmanship. Two other friends had larger bathrooms and they did sinks as well, and I still paid substantially higher than they did, enough that I could have had the sink too if I had gone with a different company.

I got a stand-in shower from Jacuzzi Bathrooms and the rep was really knowledgeable about the product. He just went on and on and on, and I finally had to say, “That’s enough. I believe you”. The installation went fine but I had an issue with the tech wearing his shoes in my house. He didn't have any shoe covers. So he bought new drop cloth, put it all the way through my house, and walked on that. Other than that, the work he did looks great. I like the seat that I sit on when I take a shower. I had a wonderful experience with Jacuzzi. Top-quality installation, and hopefully, product.

The sales rep was very nice, and the installer was very meticulous and super efficient. He looked like he really enjoyed his work, and he did an awesome job on the shower installation. My mom didn't want to do a bathtub, so she got the sit down. The guy installed three bars on each side, and it's very nice. I'm much more relaxed because my mom has those bars and it's safer for her. I'm very satisfied and we would recommend Jacuzzi to everybody.

It went very well with the sales rep. I was pleased with him more than I was the other four or five that were here and giving me quotes. Then, the installers came in and cut out the old steel tub. They fixed what drywall they damaged and took that out. But I was under the understanding they were going to replace all the drywall and they didn't. I was a little disappointed in that but they did a nice job and I was very satisfied with what they did. They were in and out of here in one day. Also, the tub seems pretty easy to clean and it seems solid. I liked that it was insulated like it was.

It was pretty smooth and straightforward with the sales rep and the installation team. I wish the product was a little thicker so I don't feel like if I slip and fall, I might bust through it. But it makes the space a hundred times better.

I had Jacuzzi Bathrooms do a shower replacement and one of the older guys came out with two younger guys. He said he had worked with them on about eight different installations and I said okay. Then, he dropped them off and they tore into it. The next day, they were done. I waited three days because they put silicone in and I wanted to make sure everything's good and dry. After using the shower for about a week, I was standing on one side of the shower stall and for some reason, I had to walk across the other side and I heard this squishing in the floor. I turned the shower off and I started walking around. It sounded like water squishing underneath the floor of the shower stall. I didn't think much of that but then, it migrated to the other side of the shower stall so it completely covered the entire underneath the floor of the shower. I quit using the shower and called the repair people.

A guy was sent out and came to find out that the installers did not put a compression washer in the drain like they were supposed to. They filled it up with silicone sealer and thought it was good to go. That didn't do it and it had leaked. Now, they have to come back. It’s probably gonna be another three weeks. We started on this in March and here we are in the middle of June, and I still have a shower that I can't use.

Jacuzzi agreed to totally replace the whole shower. I told them not to send those two guys back if they are still working for them because I will not let them in my house. The shower stall is a nice ornament for now. But the cleanup was easy and I enjoyed the solid glass doors. It’s easy to keep clean underneath, where the old one wasn't. It ended up getting a mold build-up under the old shower doors. We called Jacuzzi and came to find out that there is up to a 12-week delay on the foam underneath the base. So, we’re waiting for the base to come. They said there's a shortage.

The rep was very friendly, personable, and easygoing. We hit it up really well. The installation was a little intrusive because my bedroom is my sanctuary and that's where my office, bed, clothes, and stuff for my grandkids are. The crew wasn't concerned about it. They were very nice guys. I just stayed in the bedroom taking care of all my business and they worked the bathroom. I love the remodeling and the fact that I finally just have a shower and not a tub with a shower. It's easier to keep clean and it's got more room for shampoos and hair products. Also, I don't have to bend over and get anything. It's right there on the wall. It really works.

I replaced a fiberglass tub and shower with a shower, which has a low profile base, and all the walls, and had Delta fixtures. But it's all Jacuzzi. The gentlemen that came out for the installation did it in a day and did a great job. They cleaned up everything. I'm very happy with the product. I’ll recommend Jacuzzi to others, and I have.

Jacuzzi Bathrooms' rep was polite and professional. They redid our shower because it was falling apart. It looked horrible. I feel sorry for those guys who carried things up and down. And then the guy said, "Where's your vacuum? I'll vacuum the floor." But when they put in the glass doors, "You can't use this on it, you can't do that." I understand. That doesn't leave you with a lot of things to use. Other than that, my daughter loves it. I like the showerhead. We've got one that is handheld. And we got shelves in it we didn't have in the other one. When I first got in it, I said, "This water is not hard like a lot of them are, it's soft." My three-year old granddaughter wants to go up there and take a shower all the time.

We got a shower and the quality is pretty good. But the sealant that they put into the corners wasn't all that great. I was kind of disappointed about that. With the kind of money we were paying to have a shower done, I was thinking there would be somebody professionally doing seam work in there or caulking. But I got a guy in there, just putting it on his finger and putting it into the corners. If you look at it, it does not look symmetrical at all in the corners.

The gentleman that came in and presented the product brought in the samples. He was super cool and very professional. I liked dealing with him. He was a really good guy. As far as the rest of the guys, they were all pretty good people and they were good to get along with. Pat was a pretty good guy. Overall, they were very nice and helpful, and courteous. Everything went pretty smooth. It took them a little bit more time than what they'd anticipated. But I used to work construction, and you can't ever meet the deadline that you're anticipating.

We got the shower from Jacuzzi Bathrooms and it is beautiful. It was expensive but we were willing to get the best we could get. We got everything and had it done in the shower upstairs. It's twice as big. My wife got what she wanted. I ask her about her bath, “Do you still like that shower?” She loves it. It just makes her baths really good. Jacuzzi did a good job and everything is wonderful. We’re totally happy.

We wanted to change over the tub to a shower and the installation went according to what Jacuzzi Bathrooms told us. It took two days to get it done and there was a little damage to the ceiling below that. But they sent somebody out quickly and the guy fixed that. So, there was no problem. One thing I can't figure out is how come when you push the button on one, the main shower doesn't work. It doesn’t shut off and they both keep going. But the shower is not leaking and it doesn’t seem like anything is breaking. We can get in and get out, and it works fine.
