Jacuzzi Bath Remodel Reviews

I had my shower done because I had it done six years ago, and I hated it. The people who did it did a crappy job, and I hated going in there every day. I hated thinking that I paid them to do this crappy child job. I'm 74 years old, and I want to live in this house till I die, and I didn't want to have to look at that shower anymore. I wanted somebody to be able to back me up, who is Costco. And I know that Costco has high standards and knows that companies can't get on with Costco unless they are proven to be quality.

They contacted me about the first time that they were going to remodel one of the baths within a week or so when they were going to be out. They had to order the equipment, and they had to receive it before they would schedule it. So that went by without any problems. Then, three weeks later, we were contacted by the second group of installers. Jacuzzi uses a two-man team and a van to do it, and, in one day, they said they could do it, and both of them went well.

We had a tub shower in our guest bath. And a lot of our guests are a little bit older, and I was worried about them getting in and out of it. So, I wanted a walk-in shower. We tried to check on some contractors to get quotes, but they just didn't respond very well. It seemed so much easier to just do the Jacuzzi Bath because it was quick and supposed to be one day. So we went with them. The sales rep was nice and thorough. The installers did a very thorough job as well. They took everything down to the studs and put a new wall in before they put the shower surface in. They were really clean and respectful to the property. Overall, it was a good experience. We're satisfied with it.

We saw the commercial for Jacuzzi. We went with them, and we did redo the shower stall, and I did the bars and the seat too. The sales rep was here for five and a half hours. She never stopped talking. The installation was fine, except it wasn't totally completed to my satisfaction. Somebody called to check on the installation, and I called, and then the manager called, and he sent somebody out, and they finished the job. I had something extra added. My shower stall had about an eight-inch-wide column on one side. The other side was the straight wall. Then, I had the product put on that column, but they didn't put an edge on the other side. So they had to come out and put an edge trim on the corner, and that guy did a nice job too.

The Jacuzzi salesman who came out was wonderful, and he had all the products to show me, which I really liked. And after I met with him, I didn't look for any other options. I went with them and did a tub-to-shower renovation. They took out the bathtub and put in a shower, and it has a seat, grab bars, and a handheld head as well as a regular stationary one, and it's just easy to walk in and out of. The installation was fine. It was long. It took all day, but they got it done in one day. And it seems like they did a fine job. However, a month later, I heard a big crash, and I went in, and the shower rod and curtain had fallen down. So I called for them to come and replace it, but they couldn't come for about five or six weeks. I had no shower curtain for that long, and I wasn't very happy about the service. They're also expensive as well.

The guy from Jacuzzi Bath came and we sat down and discussed the color and which way we wanted, the height, all the other walls and what I wanted then. Then he went through everything. I picked out what I wanted and left off what I didn't want. He showed me four different colors. The installers came in. They went to work. They were great. They got here about 8 o'clock that morning. About 3 o'clock, they were on their way out. Their work looks good. We just did one of the showers because both me and my husband both are old and climbing over that tub. I was getting scared of it. So, I’m still satisfied with it as it was the day they finished. As far as everything is right now, I’m completely satisfied unless something changed.

I heard about Jacuzzi on TV from an ad. And what ultimately made me choose them was the fact that it's guaranteed for as long as I own it. So it's worry-free for the rest of my time living at this place, which is probably the rest of my life at this point. We purchased two showers. The install was going to be one shower one day and one shower the other day. The first shower had some drain issues, which they fixed, which was another reason I liked it- the fact that they were going to fix whatever they found that was wrong. The first shower took two days, and the other shower took one day. But they sent out another crew, so it was on the second day. The quality of work was perfect. They're very nice. It's not the cheapest, but I'm very satisfied.

I went with Jacuzzi because it seemed like a very quick process with good materials. My experience with their team was very good and easy. We converted a tub and shower into a large walk-in shower. Everything seemed to be fine. It went very smoothly and easily. The finished product is lovely. It's so refreshing and clean-looking. I’m happy with it.

The presentation of the Jacuzzi rep was well done. It was scheduled to be done towards the end of this month, but they happened to have a cancelation two days away from when they called. And they were here and did it. Everything was great. The two gentlemen that did the actual work amazed me with the cleanliness. I don't think there was any dust flying around. They had things covered up. Every piece was carried out of here almost individually. It was amazing.

I had my bathtub converted to a walk-in shower through Jacuzzi Bath. I made my purchase maybe a month ago. The process was excellent and very smooth. My overall experience was a 5.

I needed to replace the tub because it was in bad condition. I liked Jacuzzi's reputation. Their reps were really good and professional. Any time that changes needed to be made, they let me know ahead of time so I would know. The installation process went really well. There two people most of the time. It took about two and a half days. The sales representative told me everything we were gonna get done. She was upfront. She answered my questions, and she didn't seem to be just pushing the product. With the new bathroom area, I can take a shower without worrying about slipping and falling. It makes me wanna take more showers. When you're 67, the last thing you wanna do is slip in the shower. The bathtub floor itself is not smooth. It's like bubbly and makes it more slip resistant. I just told them I want a slip-resistant tub, and that's what they brought out to me.

I had a wonderful experience with Jacuzzi. The guys did good and I’m very happy.

I was at Costco, and they were offering a special bathroom shower installation. We purchased a Jacuzzi walk-in shower. We've used it quite a bit. We really like that it's walk-in and it has a bench. We like the separate sprayer wands that we have. My wife can take her shower in there, and we don't have the tub that's hard to step over anymore. We just walk in and just shower.

We've been in that house for about 15 years and we could never get the water pressure good until now. It's awesome. Jacuzzi did a super job and everything went great. We’re pleased and I would recommend them.

It was a nightmare. It took more than 3 months. Day one they arrived and performed the demo and while they were inspecting the shower pan they found many deep scratches in the pan. Turns out it had been taken back to the shop by previous installer and sent it out with the installer. I refused it and we had to wait an additional 3 weeks for new shower pan. They did have to put put down leveling compound on the first visit. They returned to continue the job. They tried to install the new shower pan and wouldn't seat properly so they added additional floor leveler but had to return the the next day because they had to wait for the leveler to set. Next day they returned to install the pan and it didn't set right. The tech couldn't figure it out so I inspected the pan and found it was a bad form.

Doing a bathroom remodel was something I was thinking about. Jacuzzi Bath's website looked good and appealing. I got a shower package. The shower is good. The quality, too, was great on it. It came with shelves and the adjustable showerhead. It came with two handrails as well. Jacuzzi's reps were kind and weren't pushy. They inspected and did their job well. The installation didn't take long for them. They came early and got started. They informed us that the water had to be off, and it wasn't off for long. Then they were clean. They laid down the stuff so dirt wouldn't be everywhere. If people I know are looking at a remodel, I'd tell them that Jacuzzi Bath would probably be a great option for them.

We bought a tub and shower from Jacuzzi Bathrooms. The people who came for the sales visit were on time and attentive. Installation was good. There two people who came out, and their work was of good quality.

Jacuzzi Bath did a wonderful job. They were friendly, easy to work with, and responsive. My wife and I are both elderly. We put a shower over a Jacuzzi tub, and it was getting a little bit risky to step over that tub now. So, that was the reason we decided to do it. We spent about three hours when Jacuzzi's rep came here that day. He didn't try to push anything on us. It wasn't a hard sell. He let us make up our mind.

We saw Jacuzzi at a home show and talked to them, and it just seemed like it was the right time to remodel. We purchased the shower enclosure back in April, and everything was good with the installation team.

Remodelling the bathroom was something I wanted done, but I was dealing with some family trauma at the time that I was in Costco. So, I was weak, and when Jacuzzi came, I said, "Sure. Come to my house. We'll talk about it," and did it. It was something we were going to do anyway. It just moved up on the timeline. It kind of worked because it's a walk-in shower that we put in, and my mother-in-law fell and broke her hips, so she's getting good use out of it. From the designer who came to my house, to the construction crew that did the work, to the people that I called when I had a problem at Jacuzzi, everything was amazing. They were all friendly.

Jacuzzi told me one price and when I got the bill, it was a different thing. So, I'm not happy with them. When their rep came out and signed me up, he never put a price down on paper. He just told me it would cost about about 7,000 to 10,000, and when they called up to get it authorized, they told him one price. So he told me about that and that I shouldn't worry because that was not the price I was going to pay. But when I got the bill, it stated $17,000. My daughter and I talked to the guy about it and he said it is what it is and we have to pay that. That's a ripoff. Other than that, the bath is good. But I would never recommend anybody to Jacuzzi because what they did was dishonest.

The young lady came out and looked at what we wanted to do and showed us the products and the options and choices on the computer that she had with her. We did two bathrooms with Jacuzzi. One was a tub-and-shower combination, and the other one was just a walk-in shower. The tub that they ordered came in damaged, so they had to reorder the tub. That took a couple of weeks extra. They came out and did the shower install first. Then they came back when they got the replacement tub and did it. It was the same team that did both bathrooms. They did a fantastic job. I had a great experience, and I'd recommend Jacuzzi to anybody. It was expensive, but it was worth the expense. The quality is great.

I signed the paperwork in May, and then Jacuzzi did the work the last week of July. They installed the Jacuzzi walk-in shower on July 27th. I love everything about it. I liked the person who was the salesperson that came out the first time. I really liked the guys that installed it. They said that they would finish it in one day, and they did. They installed the whole thing in one day. Wherever they had to go pick up the shipment from, they took the wrong part for one of the faucets. So, they had to drive back. But they did that just so that I could have it installed in one day.

It was getting hard to get in and out of the old tub. So we purchased from Jacuzzi around March. They were excellent. But we had a hiccup the first day because they brought the long wall panels. So they had to bring them the following day. But they did the demo and got it all prepped. I love it. The guys did a great job. They had to cut down the concrete that was in the shower before to lower the entry, but they cleaned it all up and they kept it going as much as they could. But the only problem was that it lasted three days instead of one.

I had a Jacuzzi bathtub. My wife and I hadn't used it in five years, and she passed on. So I decided that I was just going to get me a shower. I looked on Facebook, and I saw the Jacuzzi advertisement, and I just said I'll call them up. And the next thing I know, they called me back, and I had a representative come down and give me a quote, and I had him do it the same day. The rep was really good at what he did. I was impressed with that. But when the repairmen showed up, some of the stuff was missing that was on my contract. But they corrected it, and we all came out happy with the deal. I like the whole thing myself. I like the way they put it in. They put it in over my window that I have, and everything looks good. They did an outstanding job, especially the installers. They were awesome.

Jacuzzi has been excellent. I heard about them on television and I ended up purchasing a walk-in shower from them. I rate them 5 stars!

I had a company hired, and they flaked out on me. I then used Jacuzzi Bath and the experience was good. I got a shower. The guys got here and they did their job. My sister's already looked at mine. She's planning on doing hers. Doing business with Jacuzzi was good because it was about the same price as the other company I that I hired that then flaked out on me. So far, everything's been really good.

I had Jacuzzi come and give me an estimate. The price was rather high, but I was impressed with everything they said about the product. So, I decided to go for it. The two gentlemen that came out to do the installation couldn't have been nicer, and they made sure that they covered everything. There was no damage. They did a really good job with the walk-in shower. When they promote the product, they say it'll be done in one day. But it took two full days. Though I knew that upfront. I'm very happy with the product.

My wife is an invalid, so we needed a walk-in shower. She couldn't get into a tub. We saw the commercials for Jacuzzi on TV. I didn't like what the other companies offered or how they did things. Jacuzzi was awesome. We did the shower. The installation went pretty smoothly. They were pretty quick about it and clean as well. The quality of work was good. However, the shelves that they put up didn't leave a lot of space in between them, so it's hard to put a bottle of shampoo there. But I like the handheld shower nozzle. It has a lot of power when you need it, and if you don't need it, you can turn it down.

We decided it was time for a bathroom remodel because of my husband’s health and he needed some items in the shower for safety. Our old shower was small, so it was time to make it bigger and safer for him. We went with Jacuzzi and got a shower remodel with a walk-in shower that’s about double the size of the one we had before. Plus, this one's on the first floor. I use the bathroom on the second floor, which has got a closet tub, and I take a bath. But with this bigger shower, I probably will end up using it too.

This house was built in 1962, and the original tub didn't look very good. It's the main bathroom. When guests come over, I want it to be nice. The Jacuzzi salesman that came out here was so nice. He explained everything very well to me and told me exactly what it was going to cost and how long it would take and all that. It all worked out. So, I'm a pretty happy camper about it all. Jacuzzi is superior. They manufacture their own stuff. You don't buy it from somebody else. The installation went very well, except the plumber had an emergency call, and the plumber had to do some stuff before they could continue. So, it took a couple of days instead of one, but that was unavoidable. So, I was all right with that. My water was back on, so it worked out.

The presentation that Jacuzzi did was good. It took about 45 minutes. The rep went over everything for me when I picked out all the items and the materials that I wanted. He was good about it. They did all the work in two days. The price that I paid was extreme. But after I spoke to a couple of different people and did some more research, it was reasonable. I have the waterfall, and I love it. The only thing is that your water bill will go up. I've already referred Jacuzzi to two people. One is getting his installed, and another friend of mine is coming to look at the product first before he decides.

I got a shower from Jacuzzi Bath. The install was easy. They walk you through everything, material-wise, and then what they were gonna do. They called in the midst of it to let me know where they were at in the process. They put tarps down, cleaned everything up when they were finished, and took a picture. So, it was very user-friendly. They were very nice people that did it. The final result looked amazing. So, they did a great job. I've told several people that I'd recommend Jacuzzi Bath. I like the price, and I like the fact it's a one-day install and it’s very easy.

Jacuzzi was professional. They came in and did the job. The people who put it in seem to be quite intelligent, quite concerned about just how I wanted it, and they explained everything: that this is a lifetime thing, that I can call them anytime if I find anything that I did not like.

We did the shower bathtub with Jacuzzi Bathrooms. It was completed about three weeks ago. The installation team was fine. We made it clear that we didn't want them to try and rush it to complete in a day and that we preferred they take two days because we would be here a good number of years.

My wife got tired of a bathtub that was 30 years old. It was a nice bathtub, though. We decided to put a shower in there instead. I've seen Jacuzzi on the TV, and I figured I'd give it a shot. I finally negotiated down the price that I was willing to pay. Once we got that done, which took a bit of doing, we got it done. They were going to do the installation on the following Monday. I said it was too soon and asked them to do the one after that. So, they did. They started the Monday after that, and it took them a day and a half to get it done.

That company's a long-standing company that's always been around. I went with them, and I like that everything Jacuzzi did was ADA compliant. And they build their own product and install it. I purchased a walk-in shower. It was a tub conversion to a shower. I've had it for two months now and I just hired them again yesterday to come in and change out a bathtub. They've been great. I just felt very confident going with them. My experience with them was really awesome.

I've known Jacuzzi for years, but it really caught me this last year with their online ad. It was time to redo some things, so I called them up, and off we went. The young fellow that came here originally for the estimate was courteous and very personable and professional. He explained everything exactly what we could do and what we could go for, and went through the whole process. It was very satisfying. I ended up taking out the bathtub and having a walk-in shower installed with the enclosure. They finished the construction in two weeks. They did run into a few little problems behind once they pulled the old enclosure out. There was some water damage from the old tub installation that we had done 15 years ago. It led to a day and a half instead of just a day because they did the repairs for all that, which was wonderful.

The installers did the remodel in one day, as what was said, and cleaned up everything. I love my shower and my experience with Jacuzzi was excellent.

I have been thinking about remodeling our bathroom, and I made my purchase with Jacuzzi in July. My interactions with their representatives went great.
