DON'T DO IT - Jacuzzi farms it out to contractors and the contractors that did ours were bulls in a china shop - they ruined our floor, didn't finish off the shower, the product molded quickly, the floor of the shower already has micro-fishers in it. The product is poor, the installation was worse than poor and to top it all off Costco was promoting it. I hope they no longer are promoting Jacuzzi - worst thing we've done and it was expensive!! If I could leave this without a star I would.

I called called the number on tv and was referred to a local company. v A representative gave me a quote to replace existing tub and tile for $15,000. Is that what they call affordable? Also, too many commercials that are misleading about the cost for the average working person.

If you are smart, DO NOT REMODEL your bathroom from JACUZZI!!! You are better off going to Lowe’s or Home Depot. My mom got the bathroom installed since she has had a couple of knee surgeries and another health issue. She wanted to install jacuzzi. They charged so much money and DID NOT install it one day. My mom almost FELL in that shower due to the CHEAP shower. The SEATING they added she was SLIPPING. This is absolutely DANGEROUS for elderly. SAVE your elderly parents. I had to go to TARGET and buy tons of non-slip bath mats. It helped. What was the point of getting the shower remodeled if my mom kept slipping??? I HATE JACUZZI for FALSELY ADVERTISING!

Several years ago Christina Hall began the Jacuzzi bath remodel ads on tv. I was excited by the free upgrades and the free installation. I contacted the company on the Internet and was called back by a company operating out of Pensacola, FL. Not only did I not get free upgrades or installation, they refused to install the door I very much wanted. I'm stuck with a big, ugly shower curtain rod. I was never given an itemized list of costs and will be paying for this mistake for years to come. Not a happy camper.

Very expensive and they left a large hole they cut in my subfloor, I have to have fixed, they built a wall, but did not finish that either. Tundraland is the contractor in the Minneapolis area, they just want to get in and out, do not care about quality. We were promised a discount because they did not start on the promised date, that never materialized, and we were charged twice for an upgrade in the accessories (faucet and handles). AVOID THIS COMPANY.

The bathtub and surround are very nice, but the silicone that was place on the top for lifting up after less than a month, screws that held the grab bar up were stripped, I called the company to complain about these things, it took over 2 weeks to get someone out to do the repair, he was very nice, I also asked him about where the curtain rod was placed, he said the installers should have asked where we wanted it placed, he said he could have redone it but that would leave holes on both side that would have to be filled and could be seen. We had two bath surrounds placed one on my tenant's side and one on our side, I think for the kind of money we spent on this, they should have offered to repair the curtain rod placement.

Prior to October 20, 2025, I had contacted Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel per their online advertising to set up an appointment to discuss the renovation of my bathroom. On Oct 20th I thought Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel was coming to my condo instead NewPro, subsidiary of Renova Partners, came to the appointment. They discussed with me that they contract with Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel in providing the renovation of the project, but Jacuzzi provides the materials. After negotiating the contract with Liam **, Design Consultant from NewPro, I agree to pay a 3rd of the contract price with work to be completed in mid-December. My check was dated Oct 20, 2025 for $9,026 and cashed on Oct 22, 2025.

A family member notified me the following Tuesday, Oct 28th, 2025 that she heard on the news that NewPro had abruptly closed their doors without notification to employees or consumers. Now I am out $9,026 and have hired an attorney to try and recover my deposit. Why Renovo Partners did not notify NewPro not to accept any more contracts from consumers to me is a crime knowing they were going to close operations. Instead, they fraudulently accepted and cashed checks of consumers leaving them high and dry. Renova Partners should be held criminally liable for this. Jacuzzi Bath & Remodel also bears responsibility in not notifying the consumer that they will be sending another company/contractor to do the renovation. Another question I have for Jacuzzi how well did you vet NewPro?

$21,000 for a small shower is not affordable. The shower door doesn’t stay closed and I’ve called several times to get it fixed, and no one is getting back to me. The shower seat was a disappointment, since it was too big to be installed-something I would have liked to know ahead of time. The people that worked on the shower drilled the holes wrong and covered them up with putty. Not professional.

I have called and e-mailed no less than 30 times, no one answers the phone or replies to the e-mails. Apparently ZERO Warranty! I Wouldn’t recommend them!

Purchased a Costco Jacuzzi tub to shower conversion. Very negative experience. Spent $25K (after Costco rebate). It took three days, not one. Has major problem with shelf/grab bar sticking out so far on one side and inside rail of glass door on the other; an average size person can hardly turn around. Scratched my slate floor and walls. Contacted both Jacuzzi and Costco with three week response time and then no help. I purchased through Costco due to their reputation. Bad choice!

Setup a walk in shower remodel thru Costco. The one day install turned into two days. The crew never showed on day two. Job started Wednesday. No one called me to inform me that I was not having anyone show up on day two. When I called in the guy was rude and said it would be done this week. Crew showed up Friday to finish the install. They were at my house past 10pm on a Friday night. Come Saturday I went to test the water in the shower. There is zero water. Not a drop. I call customer service. There was more lack of care. The basic answer was we don’t have anyone work weekends and we will see what we can do Monday.

Sales pitch was a joke. Said we would hate to work with a contractor, only to admit they will only do the wet space and we would still have to find a contractor to remodel the rest of the bathroom. Why work with two when we could get one? They ended the excruciatingly long experience by performatively yelling at their manager on the phone about all the great deals we're throwing away to convince us to reconsider. I walked out of the room and closed the door and suddenly the conversation stopped.

I'm not sure why I have to give them a one star. This has been the worst experience ever. Installation June 23rd suppose to be a one day and then advised two day project that went to 3 days and it's now July 21st and still not completed. The door fell off the shower on my husband. Our contract said leave the existing wood in the shower alone. My first husband who died from agent orange did construction and cabinetry work. Him and our son worked on installing wood in the bathroom to make it look like a sauna. It was beautiful. We told our representative we didn't want this touched.

When the guy came to install we told him numerous times, "Don't touch the wood" and it was on our contract. He closed the bathroom door to start working. A little later stepped outside so I looked in the bathroom only to find he tore out the wood and it was destroyed and a hole in the wall and ceiling. We said something. He stepped out and said he failed to see this in the contract. I'm so upset with the destruction of the wood and the damage. This still hasn't been completed and they are billing us for our first payment. This company is the worst. No one will call you back.

We have been very disappointed with our shower remodel. What they advertised as taking 1-2 days has more drawn to a month waiting on doors to be put in. The lack of communication has been the most frustrating. We are always calling them to find out when our doors will be put in. They never call us back. I highly recommend you use another company other than Jacuzzi.

The worst company in the world!!! They installed a shower in our home in Ft Collins. It was a $10,000 installation. I was a bit underwhelmed with it but it was esthetically pleasing. But from the first time I used the shower, it felt like I was standing on a marshmallow. I called the installers almost 9 months from the installation, as I nearly suffered a near fatal fall. If I could upload pictures I would!! The installers no-showed 2 times to try to come view the problem. And the warranty repair team is never ever available to talk. I wish I had our money back!! I am pursuing legal action, cannot wait for a refund. I fell in the shower because they didn't install it properly, the doors fell on me and trapped me for quite a while. I STRONGLY ADVISE LOOKING FOR BETTER OPTIONS. I THINK KOHLER WOULD HAVE BEEN A MUCH BETTER OPTION! The entire thing is a disaster!!

Seen ad on TV with no insulation fee. I knew it would be a joke and I was right. I am redoing the whole bathroom, I am taking everything out to studs same with the shower so when the sales rep showed up late! I told him what I wanted just a simple walk in shower. And I would be all the demo.so after his sales pitch he quoted a price for 21,000 but said with the promotion of no insulation fee it would be around 15,000 so I asked him so you are charging me 15,000 just for the shower material. So he keep bringing up the 21,000 saying I am saving money. Then he goes and calls his manager on speakerphone she makes it sound like she is going to give me a bigger discount. 12,000 now. Just remember that's with no insulation fee just for the shower itself. This company is a joke.

I had both my Master bathroom and Guest bathroom remodeled. The master bath was done first and from a distance it looked very nice. It wasn’t until I reviewed the construction up close that I noticed crocked cuts and they pulled the back wall to hide this fact. The Guest bath was to be a bathtub with shower replacement but ended up nowhere near the quality of the master bathroom even with its imperfections. 5/8” plywood sticking out from under the tub, caulking that looked like a 2-year-old did it, and dirty hands and fingers used to spread the chalk with marking lines on the walls done with indelible ink marker. This was a project not worth rating on the star scale other than giving it ZERO STARS!!! The only thing either team touched was removing the original tubs and installing new ones and did not put in flooring, molding, or any finish work. Look elsewhere for a better company and BTW it took 2 days per bathroom.
