They showed up on time and worked until they finished. There was no mess for me to clean up and I am thrilled with my new shower.

It was time to remodel our 20 or 25 year old bathroom. I know a friend of ours had recommended Bath Fitter and the local salesman whom he called set up an appointment and we went from there. The salesman was professional and he gave us all the information we needed to make the decision. And the installation was great. I mean it was 2 days in and out and they cleaned up all their mess and didn’t have any problems. I’d give Bath Fitter the highest rating, 5 stars. I find them fast, efficient and no hassle.

Doug was very good with the install and answered all my questions. He didn't even mind my children bugging him. I would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone.

My husband got a brochure at a home show regarding Bath Fitter. We had heard of them before but he picked up the brochure and we were in need of a new bathroom because ours is very old. They did our shower about 3 months ago. The initial meeting was a bit long. It could have been a little shorter but it was very informative. They were very polite and very nice and very thorough and yes, everything was good. Very professional, very courteous, very nice and has great product.

I saw advertisements on TV plus when I went to the home show that day, Bath Fitter and several others were there. Bath Fitter answered our call immediately. I just had one of the companies call me and the home show was in March and they just called me that late, that many months later to see what I wanted. Bath Fitter is very prompt. We had a new shower put in and the bathtub taken out and that was in, I believe, April. Our experience with the installation team was fantastic. He was absolutely great. No problems whatsoever.

My wife heard about Bath Fitter from her sister who had her tub done. We got the full bathroom, one piece with the walls and the tub acrylic. It’s been about 6 months ago. Everything has been great since then, no problems at all. The sales representative was good. He seemed like he knew everything and understood what he was trying to sell us. And he took the time to answer any question we had. The guy who came out to install was amazing. Now, we’ve had a lot of construction in the past 5 months in our house and this guy was the best. He was very understanding, went above and beyond, did a fantastic job, and left not a single trace of a mess, nothing. I couldn’t ask for any better. I would recommend them, and I have recommended them to other people. They will come over to my house and ask, “Who did your bath?” And I’d tell them, “Bath Fitter.” We got what we paid for and I’m very happy!

We’ve lived in our house for 43 years and I had remodeled the bathroom twice over that time. We were at the shopping center and saw one of Bath Fitter’s displays and stopped and talked to a gentleman there. We went ahead and had him come out and look at our situation and really liked it. So then we went ahead and had it done. It’s been a couple of years ago that they put the tub and the surrounding and we noticed that there were some cracks in the corner of the tub. I called them and they were here the next day, looked at it and came in and put a new surround on top of the old one, no questions asked. It’s been great. Then we had them come back and they put in a new vanity and sink and closet and a wainscot behind the toilet. It really looks nice. We’ve been very happy with our experience with Bath Fitter.

We practically did everything in two houses that we own so we had everything completely done in both rooms. Bath Fitter actually started on one back in February and then the other one was completed in April. I couldn’t ask for a better group of people from the sales all the way to the installation and everything, so everything worked out great.

I chose them because of their reputation and their warranty. They did three bathrooms. I had two tubs and one shower but I had one tub removed and a shower put in. I’m very satisfied with the work done by Bath Fitter. They are very professional, very thorough and quick.

We saw Bath Fitter at the mall. They had a display out there. We like the one that was there and purchased the full shower. It was a very good experience and we recommended them to a neighbor who also just bought one too right after we did. We like it! We’re very happy and well satisfied with it!

I saw Bath Fitter’s booth at a town and country fair. Through its reputation and recommendations from other people, we purchased a tub from them. The installation team was very knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves after they finished the project. We had no problem with them at all. Very professional, very thorough. The guy that came in was very good. Bath Fitter did an excellent job!

Bath Fitter of Erie removed my old bathtub and replaced it with a new shower. I am extremely impressed with the quality of the materials and the professionalism of the workers. Compared with other estimates that I got, Bath Fitter's price was quite reasonable, and I'm still amazed that the install only took one day (other estimates were from 3-5 days). I would highly recommend Bath Fitter of Erie!!

There were a few people in town that had gotten Bath Fitter. We got a shower. We chose them because of word of mouth. The installation guy was efficient and clean. They were very courteous. It was a good relationship.

We purchased a bathtub. The installation guy was clean and efficient. I’m very happy with the job that they did. But they really messed up the credit card thing that they were supposed to have. And they just couldn’t fix it and we didn’t get what we were supposed to get and they could not rectify that. And that’s the only thing I’m unhappy about.

I think it was at some mall in Des Moines that we first heard about Bath Fitter. We like what we heard so we chose them. We bought a tub with a surround shower, the whole combo. They were great. No problem with them at all. Overall, it was a great experience.

I heard about Bath Fitter from the TV. It’s the only one I checked. The other one was We Fix or whatever and it doesn’t come in a big piece like Bath Fitter does. The tub and shower were both done. They were great. They did an efficient job. They were very good, no issues at all.

Well, after many attempts to get a hold of someone at Bath Fitter we were finally able to get the president of the local Bath Fitter to come to the house to see the ongoing issue with the shower stall. He admitted that there is a problem with what they made to fit the space and will have to look into what options they have to make it right. He was in on a Wednesday and told me that he would have an answer for me that Friday. Well, that was three weeks ago! Here we go again, getting the runaround from Bath Fitter! I am sick and tired of companies that tell you one thing, make promises and never follow through. They have my money from the original install so why should they have to worry about me now? An absolute joke!

I guess I heard about Bath Fitter on television. I had the whole bathroom done. The sales rep was good. The guy that put it in was okay. I couldn’t understand why he didn’t put any towel racks in and I didn’t catch any of that until they were gone. Basically, it was okay. It was good.

The bathroom was horrible so I decided I’d have it remodeled. I saw Bath Fitter on the TV and one of my girlfriends had it done so I went with them. Interactions with the rep and the installation team were great. They were nice and they were courteous and they were on time and they were just pleasant. It was worth doing.

I was very pleased with the gentleman that we called at Bath Fitter to come and talk to us and sell us the product. We had some issues and the first guy that put it in said, “It doesn’t fit exactly the way I would want mine to fit.” He said, “I’m going to want to take it back.” It took a little extra on it but that was awesome, the fact that he could have left it with the whole gap in it but he just said, “I wouldn’t want mine to do that.” I mean, it had already taken an extra couple of weeks, I think. That’s fine. That was the best part right there.

It’s a good experience! I guess I saw Bath Fitter on a home show. We had a new shower put in. We put in a new toilet. We put in new floors and a new cabinet. I also had a good experience with the sales rep and the installers.

The experience with Bath Fitter was great. I never really thought about going with another one. That was the only one we ever called. I have no complaints. I am happy about it. I just wish it wasn’t so expensive but I am pleased with the job that they’ve done. I first heard about Bath Fitter on TV, got the tub-shower combination. The gentleman that installed it was fantastic. You wouldn’t even know that the installation guy was there. He cleaned up his mess from one day to the next. It was very nice. I couldn’t believe he’d done it in two days. It was excellent! I would recommend them.

I think we first saw Bath Fitter on TV probably. We have a neighbor, too, that we had found out that they had gotten something from them about five or six years ago and we talked to them about it a little bit. And she was happy with her stuff. And then when the representative came to talk to us, we were impressed with him. We got a tub with a shower. We had to get the smaller tub because of the way the bathroom was built before. They had to do a little addition. On the left side, there is a sink and then a closet. And because of the way the closet was built into the other tub, they had to put a little addition onto the closet and we had to get a smaller tub. But my husband just said to me a few days ago, “Why does it seem like it’s easier to take a bath than it used to be?” And I don’t know whether it’s because we didn’t get a shower door.

Bath Fitters Valparaiso, Indiana installed my shower 1996 with a lifetime warranty. Several months ago the shower drain started to leak. After two initial calls to 1-800-4533-6471, a man came to my house. He applied silicone at the shower floor/drain interface. I waited 24 hours before using the shower. It still leaked. I called every week or two for the two months. My last call for repair was a month ago. I received a very abrupt "we don't have time". Now I have loose floor tile and mold. The floor tile is an embarrassment and the mold is affecting my COPD. I feel that Bath Fitters is taking advantage of me, an 81 year old senior citizen.

Bath Fitter replaced our bathroom shower and added glass sliding doors two years ago. Last week, in the middle of the night while sleeping there was a loud crash, thinking someone was breaking into our home only to discover it was the glass sliding door in the bathroom. It shattered into pieces all over the bathroom. Thank God no one was in the bathroom or shower. I contacted Bath Fitter twice and have not had a response yet.

Bath Fitter did an excellent job and I was real satisfied. We had seen them in an expo show, a customer show. They put the cover over the tub. I chose them because they just happened to drop down the price to a range where I could do it. I’m very satisfied with the job. It looks good and I’d recommend it to other people.

Actually, I was in the mall and I walked by the guy that had this bath and all that and I was talking to him about it. And I got to know about Bath Fitter through there and made an appointment and had the showers put in. I purchased two, a full shower and a half shower. I chose them as they were there and they gave me the best deal. I didn’t have a problem with the installation. He did his job. He cleaned up after himself and took everything with him. I didn’t have to dispose of anything and he left a nice job. I’m very happy with it!

I was at the Dover Mall and they had Bath Fitter there. I chose them because it was going to take two days to do it. I purchased a shower. The installer was a good guy. He really did everything to please me. I was very pleased with Bath Fitter. I’m fussy and Greg did everything I wanted him to do.

I'm very, very satisfied with Bath Fitter. They did an excellent job. My husband first talked with them at a Pilot Mountain function where they were set up. We had them put a handheld shower and a seat in it. We just liked them and what they say they would do, and what they did and what he showed us and we're satisfied with them. The installation guy who came to the house was very nice and very professional. I would recommend Bath Fitter highly. We’ve been extremely satisfied. It’s exactly what we wanted and they made sure that it was what we wanted and it was done like we wanted.

I learned about Bath Fitter through the local TV show and the home show. The other companies I called, they were just trying to give me a price over the phone without coming to look at the work. Bath Fitter came out and looked at the work and gave me a price. And that’s what it was. The installation guy was very professional about asking for the address of the house, professional about entering the house, professional about doing his work. Just all-around professional. It’s outstanding. Can’t complain.

I learned about Bath Fitter through advertisement and men’s magazine, and I would say that they’re professional, courteous, and attentive. Honestly, they’re the only ones who I’m aware of that will come in and take a shower out and put a new one in. I suppose we could have gone to other places, but I don’t know. Maybe we were just in too much of a hurry to research other options. In the end, I got two showers from them.

I had a great experience with Bath Fitter. I chose to go with them because of the price that they offered at the time, and I told them what I wanted to get done and I guess it was more convenient at the time.

The concept is great - reasonable price, fast completion. The "look" is plastic but you can dress it up with nice floor tile and make it alright. So why am I so disappointed? It's because every time we asked them a question, they gave us a kind, courteous, knowledgeable answer that turned out to be completely misleading. They told us with certainty that we could tile over existing floor tile, and when we tried, no one would touch the job! The worst was the day they came to install the tub and shower wall. Several people at Bath Fitters told us we could install crown molding in advance and still have the Bath Fitter wall go floor to ceiling. The man came to install the Bath Fitter wall and said "no way!"

I just checked around and I guess the quickness in which Bath Fitter can get my bathroom put back together was why I picked them. I think they’re a professional place and they got a lot of good products. Unfortunately, a lot of people don’t know how good they are.

I would describe my experience with Bath Fitter as being the best decision we’ve made. We’ve been meaning to update our bathrooms for a while. At first, I thought maybe we could just put something over the existing tubs but we couldn’t because they were fiberglass. Lowe’s didn’t install tubs and I didn’t want a cast iron tub. And then we saw Bath Fitter on the television.

Bath Fitter was referred to us by people who used it before and were satisfied. So that’s why we chose them - reputation.

I purchased both tub and shower from Bath Fitter. I’m not sure where I heard about them, but probably on television or online. We were in a hurry because my husband was leaving for Alaska. They basically were quick and it’s something that we’ve been wanting to do - the bathroom. It was a very good experience.

I saw Bath Fitter on TV. I also had heard good things about them and I wanted to try them. When the guy came around here, I think his name was Joe, he came here and talked to me. He’s a good seller. I purchased a shower. My experience was great with them. It was great from beginning to the end. I would recommend them.

We got a tub which has a shower head in it. That’s the biggest reason we got it. We just bought a house and it needed a lot of remodeling. It had an old cast iron tub in there and it was in fine condition, but they had no shower in there and no way to put one in there. They just have some kind of craft board up there for the ceramics in the bathtub and I’m like if we use that at all, that’s never going to hold up. I saw on Bath Fitters the way they surrounded the tub and everything. And I thought, “Oh, my God, this is perfect because that can be the window too” so it really won me over. We went ahead and decided when the guy came that day that that’s what we wanted to do. But then we just had to wait a while because we waited until we got into the house because this is just our guest bathroom. It’s probably been about a month when they came and put it in.

I’ve seen Bath Fitter in the mall and found it was cheaper so I purchased a tub. I had my tile done in my bath and I didn’t want to take them out. The experience was good. They did a great job!

I purchased a shower. It was a fantastic experience. Everything about them was AA, spot on, perfect. In fact, the installer found the problem with the first one and would not install until we got a new one. They’d gone above and beyond and even threw in a couple of extra stuff for us.

My brother-in-law had it installed quite a few years back. We got a shower. It used to be a tub so it’s a conversion from a tub to a shower. I liked the fact that it was acrylic. We just wanted to change the tub into a shower, and we decided to go with Bath Fitter. They’ve been around for a while. The installer was very good. It was absolutely a fine experience.

I’ve seen Bath Fitter’s office and went and inquired about their product. I liked it better than the other and it was less expensive. I bought the shower. The young man was very, very professional. I’m a retired installer myself so I know. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism. He was very good. I’m very, very satisfied except for one small detail. My wife is handicapped and they put in handicap grab bars which I understand all about them, but they’re chrome and they’re slippery. I went to the company and asked them to change them out. But I haven’t heard from them since. Of course, I know they’re moving in a location so I’m assuming they’re very, very busy tied up there. But I would sure like to ask them something done with the grab bars because they’re just not satisfactory. The chrome is slippery for her. She can’t hang on to them in the shower. And I would like to have them change that. So, less chrome and more of the grip surface on them.

I purchased a shower 2 months ago. My brother had done his so I also chose Bath Fitter. I’ve got no complaints on it. They just come out and it looks good. The installers also left the area clean. I recommend them.

Did Bath Fitter ever impress me with their professional attitude and conduct. They arrived on time and in 8 hours completed the job, which included removing cast iron tub and marble walls including sheet rock and replacing with plywood, replacing all fixtures from floor up, then installing new base and walls. Took time and made sure finish caulking was done properly. Only 1 man did all this and it all has a lifetime warranty.

We had one done and we moved to a condo, and we didn’t like that. So we moved to the home one. Now, we had both our bathrooms done here so it’s our third one. All three of them have been taken the tub out and replaced with the shower unit. The installers were wonderful all the way around. We were very pleased with them. We’ve passed the word on to many people that if they need it done, they’re the ones to go to.

My wife told me about Bath Fitter. We chose them because we have a lot of people who would tell us they were okay. We chose the combo. That is, they’ve put in a new tub and they fixed the shower. We’re pleased with the service. The installation was clean and efficient. I’d say they were very concerned and very up to date and very well trained.

Actually two friends of mine had something done by Bath Fitter and recommended them. I got my tub done in one bathroom and my shower done in the other. They were here at the end of July. The installation team was absolutely clean and efficient. They were very meticulous in their job. They did extra work for me by putting in vanities and sink tops at the same time. They did a beautiful job and I was happy with everything they did.

I think I just found Bath Fitter through the Yellow Pages on the phone book and I might as well call them. My bathroom was getting older. I got a shower. The installation team was clean and efficient. They were real helpful and respectful. I couldn’t ask for anybody to do it better. I’m very satisfied. A month ago we decided it’s time to remodel the bathroom and install a shower. We were going to do it ourselves then we thought maybe we’d better not. We don’t know that much about it. We saw a Bath Fitter advertisement or something so I thought we’ll have a Bath Fitter rep come in and tell us about it anyway. He might give us some ideas on what to do and how to do it. So we kind of just used him as a guinea pig, I guess, and try to do it ourselves. And then we decided it’s a little bigger job than we wanted to do. So we just went ahead and hired him. But I tore out the bathroom myself to save a little money. So we put him on hold for I think three weeks after we made the purchase. We told him we were ready and so they scheduled it for the following week. He came over and did it and he did great.

We’ve used Bath Fitter before. They’ve always got those flyers for the $500 off. I purchased the bathtub and shower liner or surround from them a couple of months ago. The installer team was efficient and clean. I do find that their sales reps are a little bit hard-sell people. Having dealt with them both in a different place and here, their salespeople are really aggressive. But overall, we like the products. It’s what we expected. Their installation people here was better than the previous one. Management made sure we were happy, so that was great!!

We decided to remodel the bathroom and replace the shower. Our bathroom was getting a little older and the door wasn’t working at all. The sliding door was falling off the track all the time. I couldn’t do anything with it. So I figured I’d get it redone. And the shower isn’t working good, things like that. I saw Bath Fitter in the Yellow Pages or on the newspaper and called them. The sales rep was pretty knowledgeable, courteous and professional. The guy that put it in did a good job.

I needed to remodel my bathroom and Bath Fitter had the best price and time that it was going to take. I had it done in the end of June. They did everything very well and very quickly. They did what they said they were going to do. They did it very quickly and efficiently. There’s only one thing that I was surprised at. It’s just that I thought it would have a little more pizazz than it does. It’s really pretty plain Jane, pretty vanilla. Overall, the experience with BathFitter was fine.

We decided to do a bathroom remodel for my mother a couple of months ago. It was to change the bathtub into a shower where it’s easier to walk in. So we just looked at different ads and stuff in the paper or in the flyers, things like that and found Bath Fitter. The sales and install teams were very professional and we were pretty happy with them. Bath Fitter met our expectations of the product.

My husband has home therapy and the therapist that was working here said that she had been in homes where they had theirs done by BathFitter. And she just always thought that it was real good. And then when we had the man come out here to talk to us and he was telling us about the hospitals that they were doing, I kind of thought, “Well, if it’s good enough for hospitals, it’s good enough for us.”

I got in touch with Bath Fitter a month ago when I decided it was time to remodel the bathroom and I just like it to be installed in a day. We had a rough spot in the tub that we couldn’t replace anymore so we had to take it out. The salesman is awesome. The installer did a great job. I’m not sure if I’m 100% satisfied. The only problem is it came out shorter than it was supposed to be size-wise which I’m not really thrilled with. And some of the parts, the poles on the sliding doors are rusting already. We’ve only had it for three weeks or so. But we live at the beach and so that was one of my concerns.

We saw Bath Fitter’s booth in the mall. We bought a foreclosure so we didn’t want to use a pretty nasty looking tub. I’d rather we take the expense of pulling it out instead of just putting something over it. The sales rep was nice. He came to the house, was very professional and he showed us everything. All different styles we could have. The installer was very professional. He came in when they said. He showed us what he was doing. He asked us a few questions. They took a little longer on the mold. It only took about an extra week. Then they had it in a day and I’ve had no issues. It was a couple of months ago. I’d recommend them again. They called us every step of the way.

This was our first Bath Fitter remodel. The salesman was very informative and straight to the point. He was very nice. He told us exactly what we needed to hear. The installer was just one guy. He explained everything that he was doing, he showed us and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He took the bathtub out and put in a walk-in shower because I’m ill and can’t step over a bathtub. He was done in six hours. It was wonderful! I would suggest it to anybody else.

My wife actually just called in and found the phone book. We looked Bath Fitter up, called them and asked them to come out and give us some estimates. The salesmen were quite helpful and they were very thorough and listened to my wife’s suggestions. They did a fine job. The installation team was only one young man. But he did a fantastic job. He was very articulate about his work. The product turned out well. It’s only been about a month now and we were quite pleased with the result. It was quite helpful dealing with them and they were all pleasant.

I was looking online for a solution to my unsightly tub. Well, my home is 20 years old and probably within the next five or so years, I’d probably plan to sell my home. So I’m trying to take care of things that would be taken care of. I don’t want to have to do everything until the last moment. And now that my children are grown, I felt I could tackle that bathroom. That’s when I saw Bath Fitter. The sales rep came to my home at a time that was convenient so both my husband and I could be here. He answered all our questions. He had his cell phone number if we had any more questions. He was very accessible. The installer was very polite. He answered all our questions and he came on time. He was also very clean and I’m very fussy. I have to also say we had one problem after it was installed. There was unfortunately a leak. But as soon as we called, they came immediately to repair that. I’m very pleased with the way my tub now looks. It solved a big problem for me. And it was done very professionally. It was a very favorable experience.

I saw Bath Fitter in the mall years ago. I had a tub that need repainting of its deck so I got their service. It was just for a tub and was our first Bath Fitter remodel. It was done two months ago. The sales rep was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what we are looking for, explained the process, very good at the pricing, and everything was well laid out. On the installation, the guy did a great job. It was probably one of the hottest days of the year and he was sweating whatever off in that little room even with the air conditioning and the window open. He did a good job all the way through. I forgot how long it took him but it was right around the timeframe that they said it was going to take. And it was clean. When everything was completed, he cleaned up after himself. So nothing but good things to say about the installation. I would recommend them. They said what they were going to do and they did what they said.

A neighbor here had somebody do her bathroom for her and that's how I found out about Bath Fitter. I’m going to be 90 and to get in the shower at my age, I have to step over the damn tub to get in the shower. That’s quite a job to do so I called Bath Fitter. The young man answered all my question. He explained everything to us. We purchased a shower. They took the tub out. Installation was very good. It was very professional and they did it in the time they said they were going to do it. They were here in the afternoon and then they came in the morning the next day and that was it. So it was really like almost one day. They were also very clean. No dirt at all.

We purchased a shower from Bath Fitter over a month ago, but we really had the install a couple of weeks ago. We really only wanted a shower door. We had this card and I wanted to use it because we hadn’t used it. Where we live, I found out that Bath Fitter was the only one that we could use for that bath problem pretty much.

We were walking through and saw a display of Bath Fitter at the Stroud Mall in Stroudsburg, PA. My husband wanted to remodel our bathroom for the last year because he wanted all the handles getting in and out. We had a whirlpool tub which was very high and it was difficult for him to get in and out. He wasn’t comfortable anymore and wanted to get rid of that and something that he could just walk right in. So we got our shower in August. We called maybe six weeks before that but it was done around August 8. We didn’t look at any other remodeling company. We saw Bath Fitter and called the representative. He came and showed us the pictures in his catalog and just went with that one.

We have had a shower stall installed in our en-suite a few years ago. The base of the shower cracked along the wall. Bath Fitter replaced it but told us our warranty ran out so we had to pay. Once we paid, we were then told that we now have a lifetime warranty! Well, not too long after, the base cracked again in the same spot. This time Bath Fitter replaced the flooring under the stall as well as putting in a new stall. Not two years into the new stall and it has cracked again in the same spot! We have called into Bath Fitter to come and see the cracks and talk about replacing the stall. It has been 4 months and we have not heard from Bath Fitter. Each time we call we are told that someone will call us back and no one does! Very poor customer service and product quality!!

This company did a good job and delivered as expected until something went wrong. The first time I went to use my new tub, my downstairs neighbor was flooded. So, I had to stop showering altogether. Since it was a Sunday, I left messages with several people at this company stating that it was an emergency and I needed them to fix it first thing Monday. I had to take a vacation day to wait for them and they did not bother to show up until 4:00. They promised to fix it the next day - ANOTHER VACATION DAY to accommodate their poor work. That isn't the worst part. Jim, the "manager", decided in a feat of unbelievable misogyny to offer me "a nice dinner on him" and handed me a business card instead of crediting me for the two days and all of the damage they caused. Do not use this business.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter about a month ago. I decided it was time to remodel because I had three people that had slipped in the bathtub getting in and out, so I thought, “I need to do something here.” My sister referred me to them - she had one put in. The sales rep and the installation team were great. They were neat and clean, and were here on time and explained throughout the day what was going on. The whole experience with them was great. I would recommend it.

They were pretty quick and did it a day and a half. The sales rep even came back and did some double checking to make sure. He took pictures when he did it, and he came back and just embellished and took more pictures. And he came back after it’s completed to make sure I was satisfied. The experience was excellent and painless.

I wanted to get rid of one of those safety tubs that I had in the bathroom. That was my mother’s and it didn’t benefit us. It just wasn’t practical for us. In order to remove it, I wanted it done within a timely manner without so much restoration. Then I heard about Bath Fitter on the internet. I chose them because they’re advertising that they can do it usually in a day or two, the factor that I was looking for because I wanted a product that is able to be installed in a short length of time. And that’s what I wanted. Because I’ve done remodeling myself and it takes over a week to do it and it costs a lot more money.

Our house is over 50 years old so we decided it’s time to remodel the bathroom. I heard about Bath Fitter through my grandparent. They’re having their bathroom done yesterday and today. They referred me to them. I made the purchase 3 weeks ago. We had a whole shower done. The sales rep, Trixie, was knowledgeable and very good. Braden from the installation team was very nice. He was able to explain everything and was very clean. It was a very nice experience overall. I really like it!! I would recommend them.

Went to Market of Marion and saw the Bath Fitters display before, I came back this weekend to try and get some info on your product. When I got to your booth, there was an older gentleman named Fred. He was rude, gave me no attention and was eating while I was trying to get info. Also had his wife and another visitor in his booth and his wife kept butting in and interrupting. So I decided to go down and speak to a different bath installer at Fairbanks Construction... They were extremely helpful and I have decided to purchase my shower and sink through them. I have never been treated so rudely as I was by your company and rep. Just thought you should know that this rude man and his wife cost your company an $8,000.00 sale and you want to send him to a class to teach him manners and customer service abilities...

We knew someone who hired BathFitter and he had a very good experience with it so we just went with that. We also saw BathFitter’s advertising somewhere.

Once the sales person was back from vacation and reviewed the situation, he took care of everything. The results were better than we could have imagined. I believe had he not been away the situation would have been resolved much sooner. But once he was back he had the problem fixed and the results were better than what we had originally chosen and we were not charged anything more. We could not have been happier. A lesson learned for me was not to gripe too soon. If I had realized I could update my review I would have done it sooner. It was only when Consumer Affairs alerted me that my review was out there that I asked how could I update it. Everything was handled back in September of 2013.

I had thought about having my bathroom remodelled for a while when a Bath Fitter flyer came to the mail, so I just decided at that time to do it. I decided to go with them because I saw that they could do it in a couple of days. So about three weeks ago, I had a bathtub removed and a shower put in. The sales rep was okay and the installation team was great, and they were able to finish remodelling in two days. It was really great and I’m very pleased.

We needed to remodel the original bathroom to the house so we decided to go with Bath Fitter because my mother-in-law has used them. We purchased the shower from them and they came in first week in August. The sales rep came to our home and he was nice and knowledgeable. The installer was nice, too, but my problem with the installation was that they actually installed the wrong wall. That was not in the contract. And I don’t think that they took off as much as they should have for that error. I was pleased with the installer but I was displeased with the results because I didn’t get what I wanted.

We got a flyer about Bath Fitter in our morning newspaper. We had the walk-in shower and the handicapped commode, the high commode done. That was about two months ago. This was the first time we’ve done business with them. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. The installation team did a real good job. It was only one man, but he did the work of about five or six! We didn’t even consider any other company for the job.

One of the tubs was broken. So we did that, and then we just decided to go ahead and do them all. We got a bathtub and a shower. This was our first purchase. The sales rep was super nice. He was really helpful. He knew exactly what he was talking about. His name is Steve, and Josh was the installer’s name and he answered all our questions and he took time to talk with me and show me what he was doing and I really liked him a lot. It has only been a couple of months.

Everything was wonderful. Bath Fitter did a wonderful job. We saw them at a festival uptown. They had set up a booth. We had our bathroom remodeled and we got the shower unit. That’s what we saw when we were at the location. We actually had just talked to a remodeling company that we know and we were getting the whole bathroom and we actually had them price it out in tiles, the shower unit. And we opted to go with what Bath Fitter had because it actually saved us money. They did a good job of installing it and we’re very happy with it. This was just in May or June. It was one gentleman who came and did the installation and he did a wonderful job. I was surprised he could do it on his own.

We saw an advertisement for Bath Fitter on some TV. We decided to remodel because it just needed to be redone. This is our first time to have a remodel with them. We had the acrylic put up on the walls, the tub and shower. This was all done in June. The sales representative and installation team were really nice. They were great. They were on time. They did the job in the amount of time they said they’d do it. It was just a great overall experience.

I called the company and received a quick response from a salesperson. She made an appointment with me and answered all my questions about the product. She also told me the time line for installation. She and the gentleman with her were very professional and knowledgeable. Later, the installer set the date for the installation, reminding me that the tub cannot be used for 24 hours. He completed the installation in a few hours and left the place clean. He left information with me and answered any questions I had. We are very happy with the product so far. We have enjoyed working with this considerate company.

We had Bath Fitter before, so we’re happy with them. This time, we had a shower installed. Everything went fine. They were very professional and what they said they were going to do, they did it all in one day. I rate them a 5.

My wife heard about Bath Fitter. We had the complete bathroom that was done back in the later part of the year. I don’t have any problems with it, and their people were fine. I would recommend it to a friend.

Well, when my husband was still alive, you see Bath Fitter commercials. I also had gone to I think the Home and Flower Show, saw the display and picked up a brochure. My husband’s health was getting bad and we were thinking about possibly doing the walk-in shower. But then, he passed away and so we didn’t do it. But then my mother moved in with me and she’s 88. I was thinking I only have one bathroom and I didn’t know how safe it was. So I was thinking for her safety and I’m getting older, too, I was going to call Bath Fitter. I had gone to a craft show and the guy was there. So I signed up for them to call me.

Well, I had some more family members come in and it started to get moldy and different things that were happening. I thought, “Well, I better do something.” I probably had seen advertisements at different times that they advertised. And so I thought, “Well, maybe that’s the way to go” because I had an old-tiled bathroom. The installer was fantastic. He was very good. And I’m very satisfied with it, very much so. I’ve already told people. I’ve shown them how nice it looks and everything. If anybody else wants them, yes, I would recommend it.

I heard about Bath Fitter through a friend of mine that usually does some work for me. I had my bathtub done a couple of months ago, about two or three months ago. That wasn’t very long. The experience went very well. I would recommend them. They did a wonderful job.

A girl I work with told me about Bath Fitter. She said they’re a little bit expensive but she did get the work that she wants. I had a tub. I had it taken out and a shower put in. I was surprised with the salesman when he said, “Yeah, they’ll come out and do it in a day.” And I said, “Yeah, sure, they will.” They came out and did it in a day. I was impressed the guy knew what the hell he was doing when he came out and put it in. It was good. I had a little problem 3 or 4 weeks after they installed it. I called them and they came out the next day and fixed it. No problem.

Bath Fitters is selling a product not a bathroom renovation. They want to wrap your bathroom in acrylic. They quoted me a price of $25,000 for 2 bathrooms. And that was not even a finished product. After they were done, I would still have to get a painter and an electrician to complete the job. I would not recommend to anyone. The person that came to my house was all about his commission. Buyer beware!

My first bathroom was done by Bath Fitter. We had seen it advertised and I think we got something in the mail. It had a discount coupon attached to it so we called to see how much it was. We thought that it was a little expensive but the guarantee sounded good so we thought we’d try it. My husband and I decided to go with them and we have been very pleased and it still looks like brand new. That’s why I decided to have my second bathroom done. It was great! They cleaned up well. I got what I was promised. I did recommend them to a friend.

We saw Bath Fitter at the mall and had them reline a new bathtub two months ago. Their sales rep was fine and courteous, and the installers cleaned up after themselves. Very good! I’d recommend them. I’d rate them high.

We talked about fixing the bathroom and my husband saw Bath Fitter at the mall and talked to them. They came and we talked with them. We had a new tub installed for him. Their people were very good. I would say we were happy with the tub and would recommend them.

This was a rental property that I had. I had a tub liner put in. Also the toilet and the pedestal sink were replaced a couple of months ago, 2 or 3 months ago. It all went fine. Everything was done as I was told it would be. Everything was great. The only thing that I didn’t like about Bath Fitter was that I thought it was a little more expensive than it should have been but I needed it done in a rush so I wasn’t trying to shop around too much. The other thing was that the tub liner was white but the toilet and the pedestal sink were not as white as the tub liner so it doesn’t really match. Those are the only two things that I really was not entirely happy with.

A couple of years before we had a man come here. We had seen an advertisement. I think it was in the mall. They came in and gave us an estimate. I think we just had a number that we called. We had the bath tub installed in January. Their people were fine. If I would need it done, I’d have them again. I think maybe my husband might recommend it to somebody.

Had a great experience with Bath Fitter. I think it was kind of like in the middle of June when we had the installation done. There was a tub liner put in, I guess splash arts, something like wainscoting that comes up maybe four or five feet, new fixtures like shelves for shampoo and whatnot, conditioner, etc. Nothing too crazy. They came in and they got it done as quickly as they could and it seems like they did an excellent job. So no complaints really. It was good. In fact, just coincidentally, my 9-year-old niece, her friend from school’s dad happened to be the guy who installed it.

We used Bath Fitter to convert our modular tub-shower into a shower. We first checked the store in Knoxville and talked to David ** who was extremely helpful and arranged for a representative to call on us. Sales representative Jim ** called on us the following week. He was very knowledgeable and very precise in his measurements. He was very patient in answering our questions; also, he did not attempt to pressure us into purchasing. He helped us pick out exactly what we wanted. Jim spent about two hours with us. Sixteen days later Randy ** arrived at our home at 8:20 AM for our installation (he left at 6:00 PM). He removed our modular unit and installed our new shower in a fine professional manner. He answered all of our questions and explained the use and care of our new shower. Randy cleaned up so well that one could not tell a complete renovation had taken place.

I’ve heard about Bath Fitter on TV a lot and everything. And then my wife has Alzheimer’s and she had back surgery, hip replacement and everything, so took the tub out, put a big walk-in shower. She couldn’t get in and out of the tub and it seemed like the right thing to do. It worked out real good and it really helped my wife’s condition and everything else, so we’re satisfied with it. I didn’t have a problem with Bath Fitter. I’d recommend them.

Much to our surprise, the product looked great and the quality was much better than we expected. Our experience with all of the Bath Fitter staff was excellent, from sales to installation. Every timeframe that was promised was met and always with a follow up call to make sure we were satisfied. The installation took one day and we're very happy with the result. We recommend it highly. Not only does it look great, but we saved 50% on the project!!

I heard about Bath Fitter years ago, probably through word of mouth. I needed the tile replaced in my bathroom. And while I was doing it, I thought I might as well go ahead and get the tub to match. Once I got the tub and the tile in which I totally love, the toilet didn’t match so I had to get a new toilet too.

My bathroom was leaking and I saw Bath Fitter on television. Had a fine experience working with the sales representative and the installers who came here less than six months ago. Very satisfactory.

We were walking through the mall and Bath Fitter has been up there in the center of the mall. We’ve always looked at them and I said something to my husband because our bathtub was cracked and we were going to have to replace it. So we decided to try it. I knew the salesman so that went well except we don’t like the price so I don’t think I would recommend it. The price is so expensive but it’s nice. I mean, it’s really nice! And the guy that did the installation was very nice, very efficient. They took the bathtub out and put a shower in. It was done within the year.

We needed some remodeling done and I saw an ad in the paper on Bath Fitter, and I decided to go with them. I later realized that I made a mistake actually. I could’ve gotten it cheaper at another place. My experience with the sales representative and the installation team went well. But I would never recommend it. I paid, there’s way too much maintenance. I’m very disappointed.

My bathroom was old so I decided to remodel. I first saw Bath Fitter at a mall, during the holidays. They had a little display. I had a walk-in shower. It's not a tub, just a shower stall. I had an overlay. They basically put an insert into it. My interactions with the sales representative and the installers went very well. The experience was very easy. I would recommend them.

My husband is blind. I had to have a walk-in shower. And a friend of ours had one, had a Bath Fitter and solid tub in her house. The sales group was fine. The installation was okay but we had problems, meaning I had to have a plumber up the next day because by jarring, they removed everything and the pipes and then, I guess, the drain pipes got clogged. And then I bought a new shower rod, put it up, and it would not stay up. So they came up and I had to buy a shower rod from Bath Fitter, put it up. And I couldn’t get any flow out of the main showerhead. And they took that off and said that it was sediment and things like that. Everything worked fine before Bath Fitter. I don’t know if it was just the jarring of the pipes and everything but I had to have that done. And it was just kind of a pain for a while. I would give them a 3.

We had no problem with Bath Fitter. We had a great experience with them. We had the wall surround. I didn’t have any issues. It all went smoothly.

We had a whole new shower put in. The sales representative and the installation people were fine and very helpful. The shower is gorgeous and having it only be a mess for one day was wonderful. As long as it holds up to my hard water like they say it will, I will be eternally grateful.

The bathroom was 28 years old and the bath was too high for me to step over, and it was dangerous. And Bath Fitter had an advertisement in Southern Living and I saw the advertisement and I phoned them up. Actually, it probably was an ad in the Jacksonville Magazine. The experience was very good. The sales representative was very knowledgeable, made sure he had all the measurements correct, and the guy who fitted it was wonderful. He appeared at 9:00 and they were out by 4:00 as they’ve guaranteed. They took all their muck with them and did a superb job.

Bath Fitter did a great job and it was just what I expected. They all did a fine job… Actually it was better than I expected! I give them a 5.

My mom had gotten sick and she hired some guy who was supposed to be like a contractor, someone who would get to come and remove the garden tub and put in a full shower because she couldn’t climb the tub anymore. He didn’t do quite well. He did such a crappy job. I work in a full-time job so we just decided to go to BJ's one day and they have all this stuff setup there and said, “Here's our showroom. Take a look.” I was like, “Yes, I’ll go take a look at it.” That was a big mistake. It must have been $7,000.

I’ve done everything with Bath Fitter. I just got through putting down some bars in my shower and putting my floor down in the shower. I just moved here and I just came from South Carolina and they put me two showers down, walk-in showers. Put my tub out. Everything went good. I would recommend them. They’ve done an excellent job and the guys were good.

My husband and I were extremely satisfied from the first meeting with the sales rep to the final installation. Everyone was on time and extremely helpful. We were told by the sales rep it would take 4-6 weeks for installation and we were notified after 3 weeks Bath Fitter was ready to install. The plumber arrived prior to installer, on time, worked fast and was gone in 30 minutes or so. Shortly thereafter the installer, Dominick, arrived. We were very satisfied with Dominick; he worked all day to do an expert job. It's showroom quality for sure! I would recommend Bath Fitter to everyone. From start to finish... excellent!

I had fallen and broke my hip and I was having problems getting in the tub. So we had off the bat doing this and my neighbor had done it by so I just decided it was time to get it done and I really like it. I had the tub taken out and a high walk-in shower put in. Bath Fitter just came all the way quick and had it done. I really like it and my wife likes it.

My husband and I absolutely love our new Bathroom. We live in Columbia, South Carolina. The entire process has been such a pleasure. We saw an ad on TV and decided to give Bath Fitter a call. The lady I spoke with was very nice and recommend that we go see the showroom for ourselves. We were greeted at the door by a very nice young man who answered all our questions and showed us around very patiently. While we were there we set up a time for the estimator to come to our home. After purchase we were called within a couple weeks to schedule our installation. Mr. Don came to our home and treated it like it was his own while he was working. He covered up all areas and left no mess what so ever. Since then we have received a call just checking on us and how we are enjoying our shower. I can not recommend Bath Fitter enough. Everyone was very polite and professional. We have showed all our guest our new shower, and hope to one day have our second Bathroom done by them also.

I had Bath Fitter install their bath unit. Though the job was done well, they did not deliver one of the fixtures as promised on delivery day. Several calls were made to re-schedule, to install a much needed handle for an 86 year old army vet., but they are always too busy to get it done. Mind you, they were paid in full for the services, and have yet to have the job done. Needless to say, I will not be giving them out as a reference if you want the job done completely on the specified date. To me they did not live up to the terms of the contract.

I had Bath Fitter put that thing in there and sold that condo immediately. I've never used it. I didn't have any experience with them. But I tell you it looked great and I'm sure it was fine, so I give them a 5.

I decided to renovate my bathroom and was debating between going through the traditional renovation process or trying something different like Bath Fitter. After asking for several estimates from different contractors I called Bath Fitter. They were there on time and the sales representative was very professional and he was able to answer all my questions. He offered a faster and simpler renovation process (3 days total). I decided to go with Bath Fitter. It was the best decision ever. Everything went as planned and my bathroom was done in three days. Very professional team. I am really enjoying my new shower. I highly recommend Bath Fitter.

I had seen Bath Fitter's advertisements in magazines and heard about them for a long time. And we had a shower that had been re-colored and they don't last very long and had some really bad spots on the tile and we just decided to instead of having it re-colored again, to just go and have the shower replaced with Bath Fitter. It was our first remodel with them and everything went fine. I have no complaints about it at all. We needed a new look in there that was going to be permanent and easy to take care of. And we were pleased with the overall product.

I just went to a home show and I saw Bath Fitter down there and I liked it pretty well. I had a new shower put in. I had a tub and I couldn't get in it thoroughly and so they took it out and put a new shower in. It's been about two months, I guess, a month and a half. Sales rep and installation team were fine. They were real good and I like it very well. It looks good and they did a fine job and didn't make a mess or anything.

We've got an old house that was built in 1978. The bath tub in it was heavy, big and ugly. We had it painted one time. I had it painted like gray but then the paint starts coming off. So now we got to do something. We were afraid. We didn't know how we're going to get that tub out and get the new stuff in. The Bath Fitter guy came and told us, 'We'll do that.' So they got it out. They fit in the new shower and we love it! It was great. The installation people were nice guys. They did a really good job. It was a wonderful experience.

Several months ago I called Home Depot and I talked to a man who was there and he said they can go out and do this but he said that especially he had had Bath Fitter do his and he was real pleased with it. So I just went ahead and called Bath Fitter. I got just the bath. They took out the short bathtub I had and put in a new bathtub. My bathtub was rusting out and I put newer parts now and put in a shower. I didn't have a shower. I put down a deposit and in April they came and did it. It was April about 26th or 27th, somewhere in the end of that week. The sales guy was fine. No problems at all. As for the installation, only one man came. He said they only send one person. It's just a small bathroom and he did fine, and he cleaned everything up. There wasn't a shred of anything around.

To make a long story short. I called 11/12 regarding a crack in my tub. I was not able to locate my original paper work at that time. When the service guy came out he told me that unfortunately the Lifetime Warranty had started shortly after I had gotten my tub. I asked him to please call his Manager and see if there was anything they could do since the time frame was so close. He said that my tub could not be fixed but they would replace it and not charge me the labor. The estimate was $1,500. I said I could not afford, so he did nothing.

I had just a tub. That was installed in early May. The sales rep was very good. I'm not sure that everything went perfectly with the installation. It's an old house from maybe the 1940s and it doesn't have particularly level floors and straight walls and stuff like that. So I was a little concerned about the meeting places where the tub would meet the floor and so on and I was kind of assured that ''Oh, this uses this wonderful cock and you'll never have anymore leakage.'' Because I have had leaking from the upstairs apartment to the downstairs apartment and that was what I was trying to solve.

I made my remodel to refit my second bathroom so that it would be more accessible to my mom who was coming to visit and is handicapped. I had a regular tub/shower arrangement and I wanted a walk-in shower arrangement. I had heard that they did bathrooms at the rectory and I asked them who they used and someone who found out for me says they had used Bath Fitters. So that's how I came to call Bath Fitter to begin with. It was right about the first of May. Interaction with the sales rep went very well. The team was one guy and he was great and a little frustrated with waiting on the inspection folks to come to the city of Greensboro so that they can move past the first bit and finish. He's used to finishing everything in one day and it didn't work out that way because we sat around waiting for this inspection guy to show up.

I heard about Bath Fitter through ads on TV and also I went to a fair. They were at a fair type thing. The reason I remodeled was because I hated my tile bathroom. I had my shower enclosure and wall redone with their product. It was in, I believe, March or April. It's my first Bath Fitter remodel. Their installation and their product were absolutely what I wanted. I have a custom shower and it's really strange. You would almost have to see it to understand it but there's a lot of inside corners and outside corners. What they told me that they could do with it was really what sold the product more than anything. I would recommend them. It is a great product and the sales and installation people were very, very helpful.

And then a friend of ours had something done by Bath Fitter, like a tub surround or something, so that's kind of how I thought about phoning them. In May, I had a shower put in by Bath Fitter. It was the same size as the tub. The sales representative was good, really good. The installer, the young guy, was also good and he was courteous. I have no complaints. They did everything I wanted.

About 3 or 4 months ago, we had our first remodel with Bath Fitter and converted our bathtub to a shower. They were very knowledgeable and pleasant. The installers were courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. The service was satisfactory.

This is the second job Bath Fitter actually did for me - the first one was two years ago. The second one this year, they did a bathroom deal that would go all the way around the wall, placed that on the tub. I also had them put liner over my tub. They did a good job with the cutting and installation. The first installation team, I didn't deal with them because they were there all day and I wasn't.

Well, one of my friends got her tub done and I think she did hers about three years ago. I waited until I really needed to do mine. I just needed to do my tub over, but I also did the grab bars and the shelves. I was going to just take the tub out and put in a new tub, but then Bath Fitter started talking about the pipes, what they may run into, and the cost and stuff. So they just went ahead and got somebody to come in and they dealt with it. It's been a little over a month since that was done. He explained everything and was very friendly.

I've used Re-Bath probably five or six years ago in my sister's house in North Carolina, and they've done a good job. I just happened to be driving down a street and I saw a Bath Fitters truck. I found out later that he's one of their plumbers and it just hit me, so when I got back to Atlanta, I went on a computer and found Bath Fitters. A guy came out. He was really nice and he gave me a price. He did a great job. And because he's done such a good job, when we went back to North Carolina, I had like a seat put in and it's a full shower. I had a seat put in so it's nice to be able to wash your feet, have a place for them. I like the idea that they form everything right outside and that's AMAZING! Both of the remodel has been this year.

Actually, we were at the air show last year in Winston and they had a booth out there. And whatever day it was, my wife was talking to him and picked up a card and told him we were interested in redoing our kids' bathrooms. Then we forgot about it for a while, and then we had a small leak under the house that was connected to the bathtub. So we figured that we need to go ahead and get it done. We still have the business card on the refrigerator and we called them up.

Our home is almost 50 years old and one of our bathrooms was small, dark, and dated. Bath Fitter turned this bathroom from drab to FAB! We are so pleased with the outcome and especially with the professionalism of every person who worked with us. Our installer, Jeff **, was extremely competent, efficient, and did such a thorough job that we are so happy that we made the decision to use Bath Fitter. Every promise that was made was kept.

Nobody called to confirm installation. I took it upon myself to check since I requested time off from work. On the day of the installation, the installer called at 9am to say that he's picking up the shipment from Canada. I sincerely doubt that. I am sure a company does not sit and wait for a tub to be delivered on the day of the delivery. Since it's a standard size and gets cut around and fit/shaped on the premises. Installer put up some fuss over the old popcorn ceiling I had in the bathroom, but after a quick call to the company and my "take it all back" approach, I was able to clear the old ceiling in 5 mins, since it was nothing but dust anyway and came down with a swipe. In all fairness, the installer and his assistant were courteous after the initial bump and were very apologetic the entire day. They were clean, efficient, respectful of my home and could not be nicer or more professional for which I gave them a very generous gratuity.

Well, I had had an experience with another company, and I called them out and they showed me what they had to offer. And then I did a survey with Bath Fitters by way of BJ's. One of the associates down at BJ's had some information for Bath Fitters to come by. So then we engaged in a conversation with Bath Fitters, talked about the various bathrooms, and the most comfortable fit for us for perhaps the next five or six years was the work that we got done.

Well, we've wanted to remodel and I guess we've seen ads. Then we saw the booth and talked to the people about a year ago in a home show in Greensboro. They were nice people and we pretty much knew after we figured out what they could do. The salesman came by at 5 o'clock on Good Friday and he was willing to meet us then. He did that and we told him what we wanted. He started doing sales pitch and we told him, 'Don't worry about it. Here's what we want.' And so it took him no time at all when he got a price that we mutually agreed upon. And I mean it took all of maybe an hour at the most. It was quick and easy and they took the money upfront, so we were all happy.

A nice job was done. The bath/shower area is wonderful compared to what it was before. I will be honest and admit it is very expensive, but if they stand behind their work, then we'll be satisfied.
