I had my tub covered and I had a cover for all the tubs about 2 months ago. I chose Bath Fitter because I thought they did a good job on my sister's that she had a couple of years ago. And I'd say they did a great job with mine too. The guy who installed was just very nice and I've not given him enough compliments. It was a very pleasant experience overall.

My experience with Bath Fitter... so far so good. We went to a home show and they were there. It's time to get rid of the old one, so we got a tub and a shower and wall surround about 2 and a half weeks ago. The installation was a long time period. They came in in the morning, and they left at probably 8 o'clock at night. They cleaned ok, but I think they could've done a little bit better. When they cut the other one to get it out of there, they kinda left it all over the place. It was fine 'cause we finished cleaning the rest of it. Overall, it was a different experience, very different.

About a month ago, we hired Bath Fitter to install a walk-in shower, and they did everything at the top. They have great reputation and they take care of business if anything goes wrong. They did an excellent job and I'd recommend them to the highest.

We purchased the walk-in shower. It has got a seat in it too. It was back in I think around March. The reason why we put the walk-in shower is because my wife has arthritis real bad and she was having trouble getting in and out of the tub so we decided to tear the tub out for a walk-in shower which she loves. If she does want to sit down, she can.

We have the tub removed and a full shower put in 6 weeks ago. It was my husband that really did it. It's his tub and as far as I know, he likes it very much and they did a very nice job. The house is 27 years old. The tub was just getting old and my husband had always wanted to take a shower so he decided to do it.

We're basically remodeling the whole house then we decided to upgrade the bathroom too to increase the resale value. We heard about Bath Fitter when we were at a home show, and 2 and a half months ago we had them put in the tub and shower. It's nice and they're good! They were pretty straightforward. I have no issues. It was fantastic and I had a great experience.

The tub that we had prior was hard to clean and it was very old. Then we had heard really good things about Bath Fitter and I guess we just decided to try it. It was this year that we had them install a tub and shower. It was just one guy. He was really really good. He came and he was tremendous. He knew what he was doing and was very very polite and a nice guy. Setting up the whole process and appointments, I didn't have any setbacks during that time. I'm just glad we chose them. We're very happy with them.

I purchased an oversized shower from Bath Fitter less than a year ago (it may have been last fall). I've never had a moment of displeasure. I wanted it because I was getting older and less capable to navigate a bathtub. I got in touch with Bath Fitter and within the day, they were done here and offered me everything that I needed and it was perfect. Installation was a day. I've had no problems and just enjoyed it tremendously since then.

I'm completely satisfied with Bath Fitter. Last May we took the tub out and put in the shower with the seat plus sliding doors. We had this done as my wife was having trouble stepping over the tub (about a year and a half ago she had a complete knee operation). We wanted something safer than that.

A couple of years ago I've gone to a home and garden expo and a business expo and Bath Fitter were there. I was happy with the example I saw, but I decided to hold off until just recently. I got all the information then. I saw them at the recent business expo again and I had the money, so I went ahead and ordered it and had them do it.

I heard good things about Bath Fitter and I called them as I was interested in their product. I chose them over other companies because they could do it quicker, and they could do it in a day. I heard about other companies but I'm not seeing anyone who had used them before. That's why we went with somebody reputable. I looked on the web and they sent me some literature and a coupon, and they gave me a pretty good price. Once we agreed to do it, they did it very fast. They installed a tub a month and a half ago, and I'd say having it setup and arranged was a simple process.

I've heard about Bath Fitter for years as the advertising has been around. I've seen the trucks and mall displays. Then we decided to have a tub surround put in 3 weeks ago. Everything went as planned. It was as expected, as promised. We have a small bathroom upstairs it went originally. We didn't want to tear the house apart as we just finished a major renovation. So the fact that we could get it done in a day was a driving factor.

The bathroom was so stained up and needed changing, so we hired Bath Fitter to install a tub a few months ago. The person from Bath Fitter was very nice, helpful and informative and everything. I came to know about them when I saw their advertisement. And then my daughter came at the same time and we talked, 'Oh, let's not put off,' for we're putting off a long time, and said, 'let's call them and see.' Since I called, the man said he would be available in the evening, which was a good thing because usually it said in a week's time or so, maybe I'll call somebody else. He came and we got things moving. We had no problems with the installation. It was eventful and it was a pleasant encounter.

I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter about six weeks ago. The salesperson was good. He answered all my questions and was helpful also and we're enjoying the shower. They did an excellent job. They worked with me and made sure I was happy. It's a large shower and it's working really well.

My husband is recovering from surgery. I knew we had to have our shower redone anyway and it was just one of those things that we kept putting off. And then when my husband had the emergency surgery, I knew that he needed to have a place to sit down and all that, so I went ahead. Now the reason I chose Bath Fitter is because a few years ago they did my bathroom with the tub overlay and the surround. So I knew that they do quality work and I believe they also did one for the people across the street which is how we knew that it was a good product. And I've been very happy with my bath tub.

We were getting ready to sell our house and the tiles cracked. We had some leakage that was getting into the wall there. It was time to do something and I just keep my eye on it. We chose Bath Fitter because they would do the walls. I don't know if other comes to do that. Also, they have their own people working so I didn't go any further with some contractors.

I heard about Bath Fitter at a festival. We have had a mixture of both tubs and showers done. The first one was a year ago this coming August. The other two, within the last 3 months. We had them done because ours was 30 years old. The salesman was awesome. He was great. All of the installers were good. Thing 1 and thing 2 were great. Thing 3 wasn't as good, but he still did the job. He came back and did what he was supposed to do. They look great. They're exactly what I wanted. Bath Fitter did an excellent job! Above and beyond what I expected!

I made an appointment two weeks ago. Bath Fitter picked the day and time (1PM on May 23). On that day, I received a courtesy call at 8:15AM confirming the appointment. That was nice. So I took off to run errands until 1PM. However, when I returned at noon, I found two voicemails (the first at 9:30) canceling the appointment because of an emergency. I adjusted my time today, to include canceling a lunch date, for this appointment. This is definitely not a positive way to begin a business relationship. If a company can't keep the initial appointment, what's to be expected later on? I'm not impressed and won't do business with this company to avoid future aggravations. I may be picky, but I expect topnotch service from beginning to end when you're dealing in thousands of dollars. Sorry Bath Fitter, I gave you a chance and you blew it.

I was getting ready to paint and just decided to put in a new tub while we're getting ready to remodel probably like a month ago or so, so we did that. I thought it was good. Everything went well. We have one little experience where they had ordered the wrong tub, but other than that everything was good. I didn't have any problems.

About three to four weeks ago, we installed a tub and shower enclosure. We just saw Bath Fitter in commercials and stuff like that. My dad had got it done before he passed away, and he was happy that's why we decided to go with Bath Fitter. Actually, they were more expensive than everybody else, but we decided to go with them.

We decided to replace our bath tub because it was like 20 years old. My husband said he didn't have the time, he really didn't know what to expect and how to take the bathtub that we had out. Then we happened to be on a fair and Bath Fitter had a display set up. We talked to the guy and got his number. The man came out and just demonstrated it and showed us what we were going to get and how it worked. Then we went by to the showroom in Charlotte and looked at the bath we want. It was like set up. That's when we decided on it.

Our old shower stall was leaking and that was the sign that it is time to remodel. It was along the first week of April when I purchased the shower stall. My wife and I both dealt with the salesperson and he's a typical sales guy. He was fine other than the fact that he mismeasured and he ordered the wrong sides enclosure, which put our installation off about a week. But then it all got made right. Bath Fitter did order the right size. They did come back. They did install it and we're happy with the product.

We were in BJ's and Bath Fitter was there. They had a model there so it was what we saw and thought, 'Well, we'll try this' because we just had a shower, and we wanted a tub and shower in our master bath. Then the salesman that came to us was very knowledgeable. He gave us all the information we needed. We had the tub installed about a month ago, and the installer got it done in one day. It was a good experience. We didn't have any issues and it was beautiful, so no problems. It's the easiest thing I've done. It was wonderful.

Bath Fitter converted a tub to a shower about a year or nine months ago. I have heard about them on the TV and stuff. Without going for the contractor or redoing the whole thing, I thought it would be slightly cheaper to do the Bath Fitter. It was still expensive, but I guess just convenience.

My tub was old and I had to replace it. I was to either go with a new shower or a new tub. I wanted somebody that specializes in doing remodels for bathrooms and not just a carpenter of all trades. Since Bath Fitter came recommended by my sister-in-law, who had her bathroom done by Bath Fitter a few years ago, I decided to order a new tub from them sometime in February, around Valentine's day.

I had a little bit of a funny experience. I live in an older house and I had a cast iron tub (not one of the clawfooted ones but one of the flatter ones in a 1950/1940 house). So it has seen its better days, not to mention the wall and the tile above it. We went over different options, and that opened my mind up for Bath Fitter. I did three estimates with three different companies, basically the same thing. Lowe's is one of them. Home Depot is one of them. Then there was funny company and then Bath Fitter. Bath Fitter sits in $2,000 less than all these other companies. We're talking about Home Depot and Lowe's, and the product was much better. The salesperson was very knowledgeable, helpful and showed me different options from what I was thinking.

My mother and stepfather are living with me, and because of aging, they couldn't get their legs over the edge of the bath tub. We've been wanting to take the factory out of our bathroom and put something else in there, but we weren't having any luck with the stuff that was needed to do just that. One time, we just happen to be watching TV and the ad for Bath Fitter. We went to their webpage, went over everything, and sent them an email for consultation. We did that Friday or Saturday night, and by Monday night, we already had an appointment.

I had changed houses and I had bought another house and decided to remodel it after selling my previous house, and it needed upgrade. I heard about Bath Fitter when I went to the Southern Spring Show or whatever it is in North Carolina and I saw them down there. Then I decided to have a tub put in. I have not yet had time to use the tub mainly because I haven't been there to use it, but it looked excellent. The installation persons, Keith and John, were also excellent. It was a pleasure to work with the people and it looks like they did an excellent job.

I've seen ads in the stores in the mall really for years and I decided they come up and I gave them a call to do it. The salesperson was very knowledgeable about the products and he did a good job and answered any questions I had. Then it was first class folks who came out about a month ago and installed the two showers, cleaned up, left, and they didn't have to come back. That's what I appreciated. I've already recommended Bath Fitter to anybody who needs that type of service. It's just very pleasant.

We knew some folks who had used Bath Fitter in the past and once the salesman came to us, we were very pleased with him and certainly were pleased with all of the work they did for us. They took out the tub and put in a shower the end of March this year. The installers cleaned up after themselves. We've had nothing to do. It's great. We love it.

A house in the neighborhood had a Bath Fitter sign behind us and then my wife had seen it on TV on the news, and there you go, then she called. We just decided we wanted to get a shower because at our age it's getting hard to get in and out of the tub, and then we'd redone the other bathroom with a tub. It's been a couple of months now since we had that done. As far as the installer, he was this young man who was very nice, did a very good job and so far we've been very well satisfied. It was pretty neat to see it getting done and we're very happy with it.

We bought a shower enclosure about three months ago. I had no problems with the installation person. I do have a problem though with the salesperson; he lied to me but I did not make an issue of it. It was supposed to be a seamless assembly and it's not seamless. They had to put a seam all away around the top and the sides. So it really was false advertisement, at least an hour application it was. They were supposed to be the best in the industry that's why we went with them. I'm very disappointed with the sales staff but very happy with the quality of the installation.

We've bought a house and it had a tub. We wanted to have a shower that we didn't have to step up in, so we contacted Bath Fitter. I had used them before. I had a grandaunt that had a house and bathroom that needed redoing and this time I didn't know anybody, and I know what I had heard was all good so we had them do it. The installers came a month ago, but I didn't actually get to see them; my husband was here when all that went on and it looked very good. It's quick and easy and nice work.

We've been in the house for 35 years and we had a bathtub but decided to replace it. I had a good friend that had used Bath Fitter and he was satisfied that's why we chose them. We've also seen some ads in the paper. We went to Lutherville location and looked at the display and picked out what we wanted. The salesperson happened to live probably 6 or 8 miles from us. She was very good and so we decided we'd go that route. We made the deal, he came and measured. And the installer (a young man by the name of Brad) came and put in a walk in shower 3 or 4 weeks ago. It took approximately 3 days to do it and we were satisfied with the installation. Everything went according to schedule. The people we dealt with were very good and so far so good. It's a satisfactory experience.

We were out Christmas shopping in Hanes mall in Winston-Salem North Carolina. Bath Fitter had a tub sitting out there. We talked to the guy and he said, 'I tell you what, we'll call you in January.' Then they called and set up an appointment. The guy's name escaped me but he was very nice, very informative and I was pleased with the presentation and everything.

Terrible experience. I will not do business with this company! No one showed up for appointment and no one contacted us. Good luck.

We had a bathtub and shower replaced by Bath Fitters. The initial experience was good; however, they installed the wrong molding on the shower door 2 times over the past 2 months whereby the shower still leaks. We have tried several times to contact them to correct this problem with no response. During the second attempt to fix the problem, the installer told us that he mentioned to the salesperson that the molding was not the correct molding to use for our particular shower door. However, they installed it anyway.

We had a tub replaced with a shower about 2 months ago. Everything they did was superb. We're very satisfied with it.

Last January we had a tub put in and the whole bathroom done by Bath Fitter. They covered the ceramic tile that was on the walls and then they surrounded the tub all the way up to the ceiling and new sliding doors and everything. We'd been in our house almost 45 years and we wanted to have a new tub, because we had the ceramic tile with the caulking and I just didn't like the way it was looking anymore. We were pleased with the price and so we decided to go with them.

Beware - if it sounds too good to be true, it absolutely is not, good that is! In the past month, we had a reputable plumber and carpenter tear out Bath Fitter’s product that had leaked causing mildew and rot. We found there was no lip on the tub to prevent leaking down all areas of the tub insert. We found that in order to hold the side walls, a thin piece of plywood had been attached to the studs and then double-sided sticky tape was used to adhere the shower walls to this piece of plywood. Consequently, once the tape became damp, it no longer held anything so the walls became loose.

I heard about Bath Fitter when I went to a seminar in Greenville and I talked to them and they called me back. The salesperson talked to me about it and showed me all these stuff and told me what they were going to do. Then last night the man came and put the shower in in one day and he didn't take long to do it. He answered all of my questions and cleaned up properly when they were finished. Well, I enjoy my bath tub and there wasn't much of a problem.

I have done all the other upgrades in my house and I had already checked into doing different things in the bathroom, but they easily would have taken my bathroom out of commission for a while because I only have one bathroom. I looked into sealing the bathtub and they weren't able to do that because of how close the cabinet was to it. I had a pink tile on there. It was so like 1935. Then I went to a Pet Expo in February. There was a saleswoman there that was very helpful and offered me coupon so I started thinking about it. I had a bid on it before but I thought it was closer to Bath Fitter. I had both of them do a bid probably ten years ago but just because I got the coupons and saw the finished product, it was just time in my life to do it.

We went to a show and of the two we saw at that place, we like Bath Fitter better. We've been planning it for a while. We got a shower from them about 30 days ago. They salesperson and the installer were both good. The installation guy was especially good. Actually, he did a little bit different than we had planned on. The way he did was better than the original plan. It was a very good experience.

I'm old and it just made me nervous everytime I try to get in the tub and out. I couldn't sit in the tub anyway. I might as well do it so that when I get in the wheelchair whoever has to push me in there, that will be that large. So I had the shower put in. There's also a seat that I can fit in and one that I can stretch out and not even have to stand up when I get to that point. I really enjoy my bathroom. It was lovely.

I had two showers put in by Bath Fitter. The first bathroom that I had, my old tub had a crack in it and I've been patching it and it wouldn't hold so I decided it was time with that one. I had a stand up shower done probably last November. We liked that and we decided to do the second one this past week, which was done with a built-in seat because my wife's disabled.

I was having trouble getting in my bath tub because of arthritis. I needed to get rid of the tub and get me a shower, and then I saw Bath Fitter's ad in a magazine so I called them. We had a tub taken out and a shower put in with two grab bars and a seat a couple of months ago. The installation went well. The installers answered all my questions and did a good job.

We had a tub and one shower, and the other bathtub was fiber glass and they were just old and ugly - it's just time to do something. We were leaning towards getting it down with a tile. It's just gone to that process. We checked it out and it was less expensive with them but it'd be taking a lot longer to probably 7-8 days actual work for each one. That's what sort of steered us towards Bath Fitter.

Bath Fitter came and put in a shower with a seat in it 'cause I'm handicapped, and I've got glass doors to hold on to. I just got it and started using it last week. I like it very much. It's really nice. They made the bathroom look bigger. It's just what I needed for a long time. One man came 2 days and worked on it. He was real good and left it nice and clean when he got through, worked real hard getting it fixed up.

I had a very good experience with Bath Fitter. As far as the bathroom, we love it. We took everything out, new plumbing, new tub, new fixtures, new everything and the overhead. We are still pleased with it. We learned about them when we went to the showroom. We had had someone else out and then we were impressed with Bath Fitter's product. The people that we dealt within the office were very upront and very nice and very polite. The gentleman that installed the Bath Fitter, James, was right upront, did a wonderful job, tried to please us. Everything went well. I have recommended it to several people. Very good quality.

I had a very positive experience all around right from the salesman through to the installer and follow up service. I had a shower put in, just coming on to a month. I went to a home and patio show and there were a couple of outfits presenting what I wanted, then I chose Bath Fitter. They are trustworthy, efficient, and extremely professional.

I contracted Bath Fitter to remodel a tub. It has been in the house for 40 years and it was pink. I also got shelves. I decided to go with Bath Fitter because they were the best solution for what I did. I didn't want to change the tub. I want to use the same tub that was there and they supplied that. I had a friend that did the same thing earlier. So, they said it was good. I did it and I got $50 for volunteering my information. They were all very professional. The installers came and did their job. Everything was great and they were clean. I enjoyed their company. They did everything excellent.

We have a mobile home - an old one. My father, who just recently passed in December, had contracted Agent Orange so we had to remodel the bathroom for him to be able to get in and out. And the other bathroom was just getting too small for our household. The bathrooms have been there since we bought the house. My father had been working around and he had to shop around. One of the bathrooms was actually to be done through the VA, and Bath Fitter had the best pricing and the best estimate. They came within what we wanted because the VA would do one bathroom, but nobody would do the second bathroom. They were the first one to say they can do both bathrooms, where the charge for the VA for the one bathroom had to be good. Then Bath Fitter gave my father an excellent deal. He got two bathrooms done for less than $5000.

My tub shower was a little old so I decided to contact Bath Fitter to have a new shower installed. The process went fast. It was really easy to do. Ordering was easy and the guy that came to install it was very pleasant. He cleaned everything up. He answered the few questions we had. We had some cleaning questions - how to take care of it - he answered all those and gave us information about what cleaners and things to use. It's a very good experience. When it's time to do the other bathroom, we'll probably go to Bath Fitter again.

I was extremely pleased with their work four years ago when I did the whole tub and shower stall, so I decided to purchase a new shower from Bath Fitter again just over a month ago. I also had a corner shelf put in for the soaps and body washes. The age of my current shower made me decide it was time to remodel. The sales team that came to my house was fantastic and the gentleman that came to install it was a complete professional. He answered any questions I had. They were very thorough and easy to work with. Fineliness to everything.

My bathroom had a leak in the shower floor which was ceramic. After many attempts, people coming in trying to fix it, my husband said, 'Forget it, we're going with Bath Fitter because it's one piece and it should alleviate the ceramic tile leakage.' We just saw their ads in the area, made a call, and then got a quote. I had a portion of my bathroom remodelled less than a year ago, and then the rest of it in January. I got a new shower and also a grab bar. It was a really good experience all the way around. The installer was fabulous. He did a really good job.

We were already having a lot of issues in our bathroom so we decided it was time to remodel. Trying to keep the tiles clean was difficult and there was a leak in between the grouting; the water was leaking to the basement. Last August, we purchased a tub overlay and two shelves from Bath Fitter. We couldn't afford a full-fledged remodel so we decided to go with something that will be easy to clean and help us remove the water from the leak.

We've been thinking of remodeling for quite some time now. We noticed that a crack was starting on our original tub, which was put in when the house was built back in the 70's. It was also starting to form pits in a couple of places and our walls were also caving in. Apparently, there was water leakage behind it and there was no way of getting in to see what was wrong. Unfortunately, we didn't have a little cubby that leads to the plumbing like most people do. Then we saw Bath Fitter when we were out as a family at Sam's. There was a guy there who had a display up. We talked to him and asked how long it would take and how much it was going to cost. He told us he would come down, take some measurements and give us an estimate. I think what sold us to Bath Fitter were the seamless walls; you don't have to worry about water getting in because it has no seams. Also, the salesman that came to our house was fantastic. He held nothing back. He had the correct answers for any questions we had, and it was a pleasant experience. I give him a lot of credit. I know they do a lot of training.

I chose Bath Fitter because I thought it was a good way to remodel my old bathroom, which was not looking nice anymore, without having to spend $20,000 for a full remodel. About a year and a half ago, I purchased a shower from them along with a soap dispenser. It was a great experience. I ordered it and it was done in one day. I was very happy with it. I'd give it 100%. Excellent.

I got a Bath Fitter flyer in the mail and thought that they were interesting. They were guaranteeing me a tub that would last more than the years I lived in my home. My own tub had a crack in it since it's pretty old so I figured it needed to be replaced. Bath Fitter explained everything to me, and I thought they were a qualified place to get a good tub from. So about 4 or 5 months ago, just right after Christmas, I purchased a tub and shower combination from them. I didn't get any other finishing touches except the shelves that came built-in with it. The guy that came over to install it was very neat and did the work in the time I was told it would be done - in a day. He had a problem that concerned him a little but he figured it out. He was also telling me what he would do before doing it. It was an excellent experience, and it was good for me. I would recommend them to anybody.

We found that it would be less expensive than tile. And my mother-in-law had done Bath Fitter and she was very happy with it. So like a month ago, we had them install a corner shower and the corner shelves. It's something that we'd wanted to do for a long time and we were finally able to do it. And it looks great. They were very nice and answered all the questions we had. The installer was very nice and everything was very quick and easy, so we were very happy with that.

I filled out an online request to be contacted, which they did that evening. I gave the man all my information and scheduled an appointment for the next day. Wonderful! But then, he passed me onto someone else to confirm the appointment and that man insisted that my husband be present. Bath Fitter has lost me as a prospective customer. I will be making the choice of style and material. I will be paying the bill (cash). My husband does not have to be involved nor does he want to be. He is agreeable to whatever I select. For Pete's sake, I have purchased a car without my husband being involved. This is merely a tub liner. Bath Fitter better learn to respect women and learn to work with them. I'm boycotting Bath Fitter. Please join me.

We ordered a shower stall. The rep measured the old one several times before putting in the order. We were told 4-6 weeks before we would have it in. 8 weeks later, we received a call to schedule install. 4 weeks later, the new shower stall was installed. We had completely removed the old stall and the entire bathroom was renovated so the new stall had nothing in the room so that the work people could easily install. We used the new stall and looking at it, you didn't realize that the stall was much smaller than the old one. If you bent over, the door flew open.

Product is expensive, but I believe you get what you pay for. We have been using the shower for several months now. It's so easy to clean, no "soft" spots in the floor. The chrome fixtures are obviously quality. This has been a lifetime investment - so pleased.

We are really enjoying our walk-in shower. I only met two of the Bath Fitters' employees, the sales representative and the installer, and both were terrific. They were professional but personable. Everything was explained clearly, including what to expect. The installation went smoothly, even though we were replacing a very old bath tub, wall tile and drain problems. The installer took extreme care when transporting the material (upstairs) and wasted no time transforming the old outdated bathroom into a convenient and visually pleasing place. I would certainly recommend Bath Fitters. It was worth the cost!

We are very pleased with our experience with Bath Fitter. Our tub, shower and sink are beautiful and so easy to keep clean. The workers were very courteous and the work was done in a timely manner. The sales representative was very helpful and provided us with all the necessary information. The price was very affordable. We highly recommend this company.

It's been two or three months now since Bath Fitter installed a tub with a shower in it and the surround that goes on the wall, plus a corner shelf unit. My wife said our old bathroom was ugly, and it was. It was very stained no matter what we did (an atomic bomb when you got that thing). Anyway, it was time.

I submitted an online request to be contacted. Someone called twice but did not leave a message, so I phoned them back. After giving all of my information, I was transferred to someone else to confirm the appointment. In reality, it was another attempt to make certain my husband would be available for the appointment. Bath Fitter canceled the appointment when I said he would not be there. Too bad because it so happens I make 100% of the money and 100% of the financial decisions in the family. I don't need their special financing package and I was ready to get it done! It's clear they are only interested in the sale, not the customer. We wouldn't have a new HVAC unit, water heater, garage door, etc. if other companies treated me the same way!

I had a leak in the bathroom and it was just dripping and dripping and dripping, so I thought it's time to get a new one. I had a shower done downstairs in my second bathroom a couple of years back by Bath Fitter and they did a good job then, so I figured, well, I might as well get them again for my bath. I called and I received a callback and then had someone come here. This time (it was before Christmas, I know), I only had the tub and one shelf put in in the shower; and I had a bar, to hang on to when you get in the tub, and the ones for the soap and for the towels. The gentleman that was here was very nice. He's very prompt and he was very clean. He cleaned up after everything. He was a very polite man. He did very good work and everything. They were out of this world! It was very good.

We moved in this house this year. This house was built in 1960 and it still had the original bathtub. It was never really a shower, so we wanted to convert it to a bathtub/shower combo. Also, it was pink, which my husband hates. So we were thinking of either painting it, but then there was no wall - there was just wallpaper... Then we saw Bath Fitter's demonstration at the Iowa State Fair.

I had a new tub surround installed. It makes the bathroom look like new. Service installation was conducted in a very professional manner. It was in and out in less than one day.

So we signed up to have a salesperson come out and give us the old sales pitch; this was in August. He came out and gave us the dog and pony show which was fine. We found that we could replace our 1960s tub that when you used the shower, the tub faucet still poured out water. It was supposed to be a two-day process. On the first day, a plumber came and replaced the old faucets and any piping that needed to be replaced and put up the new wall board which went very well and was done in just a few hours.

When stuff get where you can't clean it, you need to do something about it and you do the best you can. We're both getting older and we both need something convenient. So, sometime in February, we had Bath Fitter put in two showers for us. We had considered Jacuzzi Walk-In (in a magazine), but then we decided to go with Bath Fitter because we've seen so many commercials on it locally, in our local television.

When we purchased our new home, one of the bathrooms that had a tub didn't have a shower, and the shower in the other bathroom was trash. It was obvious that we needed to remodel so we called Bath Fitter. About a month ago, we had our tub and shower re-done, and we also purchased a grab bar to be installed.

I have a huge Jacuzzi that I can't seem to get the jets cleaned properly, and I eventually got tired of messing with it. When I saw an advertisement from Bath Fitter, I decided to call them and was impressed with what they showed me in terms of their track record in fixing bathroom problems. I ended up ordering a tub from them about a month ago. Ordering was a fairly easy process, and I was able to pick the materials I wanted and needed. The installer that came to my house (I think his name was Jeffrey) was very nice. He was accommodating and answered any questions I had. He worked hard and made sure everything was done as I wanted. He also made sure that everything was clean before he left. I was very pleased and could not ask for more. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them to a friend.

About 6 or 7 months ago, we saw Bath Fitter at a local mall and what they offered looked wonderful. The thought of a liner appealed to me since we didn't want to redo the entire bathroom. They were also offering a guarantee on the plumbing behind the wall. I believe it was a lifetime guarantee, which was a huge selling point for me. I talked to the sales guy on the spot and we scheduled something out. I ended up purchasing a tub, a shower and some shelves from them. We decided to remodel because our bathroom is already outdated. We initially had some work done on the shower so all the old tiles were busted open in order to get the fixtures out. There was no way we could have matched the old tiles so it seemed like a great option to fit everything with what Bath Fitter would do for us.

I called to make an appointment for a technician to come to my house to give me a price for a stall shower replacement. The call center person would not even make an appointment unless my husband was present! I explained that I was paying for the repairs and my husband was not needed. He replied that my husband was needed in case there was a question on financing inferring that I couldn't possibly understand financing! After asking for a supervisor, I was told the same thing! Outrageous! I told them it was discriminatory and insulting to think I couldn't handle this on my own, but they wouldn't budge. I would advise all the ladies out there to boycott Bath Fitters unless you have a husband who can handle it for you. They obviously think women can't handle repairs and will only deal with men.

I ordered a tub insert and tile surround, and we got the tile finish (Italian marble) from Bath Fitter. I had my bathroom remodeled back in 2009 because my tile wall was falling apart. When the guy from Bath Fitter came, they removed the tiles and found that the wall behind it was soaked and moldy. While waiting for them to get the parts that they needed, which was approximately a 3-week wait, I tried to dry the wet wall by putting a fan in front of it. I also placed some plastic sheets on the wall so that we wouldn't add any more water to it whenever we take a shower. I actually like the guy they sent over to do the installation. I had no problems interacting with them and they answered all my questions. I even asked the guy if I could watch him repair the walls since I couldn't imagine how they were going to fix it. I watched almost the entire day. They installed the Italian marble tiles I ordered and it was beautiful; it still looks like brand new today.

I am an old lady, and I need something to hang on to when I get out of the bath tub. So, I ordered a tub liner and a grab bar from Bath Fitter about a month ago. Ordering the service was fairly easy and I was able to pick out the materials I needed. I didn't think of calling any other company other than Bath Fitter since I hear about them all the time and even see them on magazines. The guy that came to install them came and did his work real good and real fast. He was out and gone in just a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend them to a friend because of the very good service and experience I received from them.

We had signed a contract with the expectation of 30-day install and 1-day convenience. Due to change in the contract, salesman needed new contract signed before install. We ended up having to wait over 3 months for installation. Finally, on the 3rd month, salesman decided to mail the new contract to be signed and within a week was able to get it installed but after 3 months of waiting and putting down 30% at signing.

I just hated my tub and didn't want to reach the entire bathroom so I just decided to remodel. I thought that was a good way to go. I got the shower and tub-like combo. I chose Bath Fitter because I have done research on other things and just felt it was the right way to go. I liked the feedback. I've looked at the Home Depot, and Bath Fitter just seemed like they had more options. My tub isn't previously painted. So I didn't want to go through that scenario again, because it obviously didn't hold up.

Thanks for charging me an extra $1,500. When they had a concern my bathroom floor should be replaced, I stated I would replace it before the tub is replaced. The salesman said his workmen would take care of it for an extra $1,500 including an upgrade of the tub. The salesman only meant under the tub but did not say it only included under the tub. Now, I have to spend $1,000 to replace the floor. The guy who will do the work says he could have done my whole bathroom for the amount they charged me for the tub if only the salesman would have let me replace the floor myself instead of upping the price.

We didn't really get any other estimates. I asked around, talked to some people, and I had several friends who had used them in the past, and they were very happy with them. So, I decided to go that route. We got the bathtub from Bath Fitter and had it installed back in October or November if I remember. The installer's work was very good. He cleaned up and I didn't have to do a thing. The sales person was very good and their office was excellent. Nothing actually stood out, but I have no complaints whatsoever. And I did it the second time. Tomorrow they're installing a shower. The first one was cosmetic and this one now has a crack on the floor of the shower installed so we had to change it. Great work. I am very satisfied more than any other.

I just happen to see Bath Fitter in an advertisement and called. They had a salesperson come out and explain things fresh, showed us what they had and so I decided to go with them. We got the shower. We had the old one painted about 5 years ago, and it was starting to chip and crack so we figured we put in something more permanent.

Our old shower had a problem with the drain and it has been there for 15 years so we decided to get a new one a month ago. We added an extra shelf and a bar, something to hold on to. There was no particular reason why we chose Bath Fitter; I came up over an ad on the internet. There aren't a whole lot of companies that specialize in items like that. So it was just a matter of finding one that was local instead of a contractor.

I purchased a tub from Bath Fitter. My experience was wonderful. I was actually very happy with everything, and the thing that impressed me the most was the professional manner of the installer and what a wonderful job he did on my home. Totally satisfied and extremely happy with everything.

About two months ago, we purchased a shower and a shelf from Bath Fitter. We needed to upgrade our bathroom and we were also experiencing some deterioration where some of the tiles wear. I liked their choices. I liked that they were close by to where we live. And I felt that their pricing was definitely within the budget that we had. On the day of the installation, we were very impressed with how quickly it was done. I also had a positive experience dealing with the salesman who came out to the house - and then we also were able to interact with him again in the showroom. He's very patient. He took his time giving us all of our options. It was a pleasant experience - excellent customer service, quality product, and definitely an efficient process from start to finish.

We just had it installed a short time ago. I had a shower put in. We bought the pole (or what did you call it?), some shelves and all that. We had that put in as well. This was all that we got. I mean it was just from the picture in the magazine. It had that shower part, and we had the seat part put in, but that was the whole idea in the picture.

What Bath Fitter did was they converted my garden tub to a 7-ft. shower less than a month ago. In the corner I had shelves put in, with the bottom shelf being so you could pick up a foot and shave your leg, and two grab bars. I thought it would be much safer for me to do this because of my age and it was too hard to get up on the step and get up over into the bathtub I had to take a shower; and I had press on in holds, but they don't really work very good; and I got a coupon in the mail that said, 'Oh, you're getting so much.'' I know people who have used them before and they were very happy, and it was at the time I guess I was thinking about doing it and I happened to get a coupon in the mail. So I thought why procrastinate, why not call them before I slide in my tub? So I called them and they came within a day.

Twenty-nine years of the same bathroom - it was time, it was beyond time. When we were doing ours, looking into it and whatnot, because of their commercials, we called them to see what they had to offer. And we liked what Bath Fitter had to offer. So last month we had a shower enclosure and a tub enclosure installed, plus seats, extra shelves and bath bars and grab bars. They were helpful. The installers were courteous and they weren't sloppy; they didn't leave a mess behind. It was a very professional job. My husband and I were really pleased, so pleased that we got one for my mother-in-law. Very, very satisfied.

The house was falling down. We had planned on selling it and going travelling and stuff, but we had a problem with the foundation. And the insurance wouldn't cover it... We had to start over again. We were able to get a home line of equity credit and basically just started over. We did a shower stall and had a seat put in about two months ago. It was finished within a day, like they said it would be. They did excellent work. The people that came out were extremely nice. We're so happy with the bathroom, we're like, ''Why didn't we do this 30 years ago?'' It was expensive, but it seems to be worth every penny.

We purchased a tub-shower combo from Bath Fitter less than six months ago. We've been in the house for 20 years and the whole bathroom area needed to be redone. The ordering process went well. We went to the store, saw what we wanted to get, and they came down and explained everything to us. They did the measurements, ordered all the materials that we needed. A month later, we had it installed. The installer did a very good job. He cleaned up after himself. They had to come back out once to re-caulk one area, and I didn't have any problems any time getting them out here in a timely manner. We just chose them out of the blue. That was it. We had a contractor do the rest of the bathroom, but they took care of the bath-shower issue. They did an excellent job. Great product.

Our bathroom was starting to look ugly. And I wanted a one-piece shroud; I didn't want 3 pieces. That's why I went with Bath Fitter - it was all one piece. They put in a shower shroud and a shower door and fixtures - it goes around the window. This was done August last year. It was fantastic. The salesman did a good job. And the two guys who were here, they knew what they were doing. They were clean. And I had trouble with it after they installed. It had a little leak and I called them about it. And they went back down in two days and fixed the leak. And around the shroud door, they got the leak fixed. They did a great job. We like it. We love it. It's easy to take care of.

I have seen and heard of Bath Fitter's advertisement. I wanted to speak with them and have them come out and show us some of their products, and that's when we decided to go with them. I did two bathrooms - they installed a shower and shelves in both them and a seat in one of them. The first bathroom was done a year ago and the other one was two years ago. It's an older home and it just needed to be updated. Bath Fitter did a good work and that's why I had them come back a second time. The installers were very friendly. They were very nice young men. It was a good experience. There were no problems at all. They did some nice work and they came through with everything they had to do.

I heard about Bath Fitter through advertising and word of mouth from other people. Everything was looking shabby so I decided to remodel. I had a tub and shower put in plus grab bars and some shelves 3 or more years ago. Everything was very nice. The sales people were friendly. The installers were friendly and extremely neat. It was a pleasant experience. I guess that's the best way and I feel like I got good results.

I purchased two showers and shelves from Bath Fitter about 3 years ago. We just returned from overseas and we're kinda gotten our place and doing everything. The reason why we went with Bath Fitter was because they were very easy to clean and maintain. My wife says she absolutely loves them, actually. I usually see them on TV or got an ad in the mail, one of the two. We were here when the installers were here. Everything was professional; everything was done on time. They made sure that nothing else got damaged and didn't track anything through the house and all that kinda good stuff. They also did the demolition of the old showers. It's a great product. Everything was very satisfactory. My experience is exactly as they advertised it; good and positive experience with a good and positive product.

My wife made an appointment for Bath Fitter to meet her at a condo she rents out in order to get an estimate on a tub. (The present one is cast iron and she wants it fitted with a covering because it's been painted and looks awful but replacement is not practical.) The day before the appointment, Bath Fitter called (my wife wasn't home) to say both of us needed to be there. I had other obligations and said I couldn't be there, and they said we couldn't get the estimate without both of us present. I explained that she is the one who makes all of the decisions about the rental property, but that didn't matter to them.

It was the original bathtub and I had this rust occurring and could never get it out. And I know when we go to resell the house, we would remodel anyway. From the get go, the salesman that came to give us a free estimate was exceptional and the guy that installed it was. However, after about a month after they installed it, the drain started filling up, like it was clogged up. I just thought it was time to get the hair out so I had somebody come out. There was a bunch of silicone stuff stuck in there. They pulled that out, showed me the correct way to do the drain and stuff like that. They gave me a paper on cleaning products to use and not use, and I like that. So, it went really well. When I had the trouble, I called Bath Fitter and they came out. And then the sales guy that came for the first visit came like it was in a couple of months and he asked how everything was and took pictures in the bathroom and such.

We didn't like what we had, so we decided we needed change. And with our age, we didn't want to do anything ourselves. We felt that Bath Fitter had put in all the fixtures in different houses now, so surely they know what they're doing. We purchased two new shower heads and shower stall bars from them. But we didn't need any tiling or flooring or anything like that. The order went fine. The plumber came out and installed them. He did a good job and that was it. It went without any hitches whatsoever.

We're getting ready to sell the house in about three or four or five years, but bathrooms are the one thing people want to have updated, looking good and it's so nice this way. So, we hired Bath Fitter to install a bathtub, and the wall is going around three sides and on up to the ceiling. We also added a grab bar and shelves for soap and stuff. It's sort of a complete unit and boy, it looks so much better. They're the only ones that do this type of thing. I did check on people who do home repair and stuff and that type and they say, 'It will cost you about $10,000 because we have to take out the entire old bathtub, rip it out and then we got to re-do the surfacing and then we got to go in and get a new one put in.' This comes in and this was for maybe I think $4,000 in all. Way less and much better and easier to do and it will last nicely. We didn't have to tear out anything.

I weigh 300 lbs and I couldn't lift up my leg over the tub anymore. I had a shoulder surgery replacement on November 3rd 2011. And there's no way that I could do the tub anymore and even the shower rather, because I had to reach way up to my shower head. I said forget it. It was a big health reason. So, I purchased the walk-in shower with the glass door from Bath Fitter, and you only have to step up maybe an inch. I had it done 3 years ago. I love it. The only thing I didn't like is I had to wait a long, long time for the correct seat to be attached to the wall. Because of my weight, they couldn't take any chances on a not wide enough seats. But they never told me that. Then I got a little upset at that because I had waited, waited, waited and wait. The shower was all done, but I couldn't use it because there was no seat. And that's fine. They finally got the seat in from I think Great Britain or something. And I'm like well, at least they found one. I've had many, many wonderful days knowing that I could take a shower and not go in the tub anymore.

My first experience with Bath Fitter and I could not be more impressed!

We had purchased a condo for a family member and there was an issue with the plumbing in the tub, and so that means we have to remove the tile. And a friend of mine had just had BathFitter put in for her family; she told me they were fabulous and clean but a little more expensive than some other people that did the same thing. When she said that, I called Bath Fitter and I had them come out and give me an estimate. It was between doing tile or doing that. And I like the idea that it was one day. So, I had them install a bathtub and a liner and one shelf. Actually, next week it will be a year.

I had been looking at this ugly tiled shower for about 23 years. I did everything I could around it and then hid it with a shower curtain, but it just wasn't going away. So, it was time. I decided I was going to treat myself after all these years to a shower that I would enjoy looking at. And that's what I did - I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter. I purchased the unit that looks like it's been tiled so it has a nice texture to it with the shower doors, the two shower doors and then I had a corner shelf and then a longer shelf on the other hand that's used for shampoos. I love it. I absolutely love it. They were the most professional organization that I have dealt with in a long time. The fellow who came here did an excellent job. He was neat and clean and just worked all day. It looks beautiful. He did a beautiful job. Everything is seamless and straight and it just looks great. I just had it done last February.

I've seen Bath Fitter's advertisements on television and I had a couple of friends in Arlington and Fremont who had had them and had put them in. I was impressed with the workmanship and the product itself and the price too, so I went with them. All I had there before was a big shower with two molded seats because about 15 years ago right after we sold our business, my husband had a massive stroke. We had to sell our house in Arlington because it wasn't handicap-accessible. We had this house over here we were building anyway, so we just put in a huge shower with two molded seats and everything where I could get in there and get him in there and give him a shower and take him out well. Then after, he passed away about four years ago. I didn't have a tub in the house because I can only spend so much money on building the home and that would have meant another bathroom and another plumbing. But this worked perfectly because Bath Fitter, they came and they just took the shower out and they could use the existing tile above it, and all the plumbing and everything was right there and put me in this beautiful tub shower and wall surround and everything. Oh, I just love it. I was so pleased and so amazed. I enjoy the tub, setting and soaking. It's awesome.

My bathroom was ugly, just ugly, so I decided to purchase a tub-shower and shelf from Bath Fitter six months ago. The guy was very friendly, and he didn't try to sell us anything that we really didn't need or want. And as far as the installation, he came in the morning and then he was done. I kept going in there, checking in and I was taking pictures. I chose Bath Fitter because of the convenience and because of the 'one day.' Awesome and worth it.

Bath Fitter redid my shower and placed some wainscoting on the wall for me. They replaced the valve and put a little thing in the corner for soaps and shampoos and things like that. I guess it's been 3 to 4 weeks now since I had it installed. We've been here 35 years; it was time to remodel. It's more of aesthetics than everything else. I talked to a few people who had used them and I've read some of their advertising and things like that - seeing what they did and reading about it, looking at at least two other jobs that they had done. And then a friend of ours, they got a place down the beach and he had Bath Fitter come in down there and do a little job for him; I had looked at that and kinda liked what they had done.

I'm selling a house because I'm the executor of an estate and my relative passed away last year, and I was fixing the house to get ready for a sale. It's actually not my house. I had Bath Fitter put in a tub and a shower there - it was all in one. There was a soap holder thing in the corner. Also, there was a shower curtain rod. It was probably in the fall when I had it done. The sales people were really nice. I could tell my sales person was really new, which was fine. I wasn't there during the installation. I had people there working that could let them in, so I don't know how that went. But it looks fantastic. It's amazing. I actually emailed the before pictures to my salesperson so she could use it on her Facebook page. There was tremendous transformation because it was just a disgusting mess in there. It was just awful. Now it's beautiful. Now it's brand new. It looks great. I have no complaints. The caulking looks fantastic. It looks like a brand new bathroom now. I mean, it was the most disgusting room in the house before. Now, it looks really wonderful.

All the tiles were cracking around the old tub, so we had Bath Fitter come here around the end of October to install a new tub and the surround; the ceiling was put in as well. The guy that came and actually did the 'presell' was fantastic. He was a hell of a nice guy. He came in and he was very obliging and told us everything we needed to know. And we picked what we wanted and that was it. Then, we made a day for him to come to put it in. It went along really good. It was a one-day install, which was fantastic. The guy that did it, you could tell that he did this work in the past. He had the tools to do it; he had the tools to fix the plumbing and the whole nine yards. That's one of the reasons why we went there in the first place. Clean, neat and tidy. Professional. Everything went really well.

Someone in our building had Bath Fitter and we looked at theirs and it's really nice. We couldn't stand our bathroom; we could never get it cleaned, so we thought it was about time to remodel. It says it's very easy, so we decided to get the tub and the shower from them and purchased soap racks and grab bars on top of that. It was like not a big deal. We didn't even compare prices and everything. If we should have, I don't know. So we didn't.

I bought a shower, tub, and the liner (I'm guessing maybe 2 or 3 years ago). This is a replacement over an existing one, which was of cheaper quality. It wasn't that good. I thought it needed remodeling. It needed to have something done. In addition, I bought a 4-shelf corner shelf from them. The reason I chose Bath Fitter was because somebody else we'd met recommended them to me and I can't remember who it was. It was either that or the fact that I felt they were reputable, for some reason. I just wouldn't go ahead and look up in the phonebook and say, 'Oh, I'm getting this guy.' I had to have a reason to have faith in them.

We had Bath Fitter redo the tub and walls about 18 years ago; the trim has yellowed out badly now, and they won't honor the 'lifetime' warranty because the franchise we bought it from went out of business. I'm not paying a trip charge of $79.95 for $6.00 worth of trim. Thanks for wasting my time, Bath Fitter. I'll make sure I tell all my clients not to bother to use you.

Just from the looks of our old tub and shower stuff, we decided to remodel. We just happened to be wandering within Walmart when my wife saw Bath Fitter, so that's why we went with them. We purchased a tub and shower and a couple of grab bars and some shelvings about a year ago. It was done quickly in one day like they said and other than that, it came out looking nice. Well done. We like the products. And the installers were great.

I saw Bath Fitter advertise on TV and I decided to give them a try. About a month ago they installed my tub, plus I had grab bars added. It was very timely. The person who put it in was nice and friendly, got the job done and did a good job. He also cleaned up after himself. It was a very good experience.

Up here, the house is over 50 years old. And the tiles fell down in the shower. So I figured I'm gonna see what to do here. (How much longer can you wait?) And then I said, 'Let me see what the television keeps on saying. Let me see what the Better Business Bureau has to say about this.' And they told me they'd put a very good report about the Bath Fitter. (One place that I called - I forgot about them right away, because I didn't like it at all.)

I am more than satisfied with the work that Bath Fitter has done. They did a fine job. The cost is more than I expected, but I think I got what I paid for. And I don't mind the cost if I get what I pay for. They cleaned up afterwards. I can't find any problem.

We purchased a shower from Bath Fitter. I happen to be a designer and I think they're fabulous. The thing came out looking stunning and I did it in my mother's 91's apartment. We didn't want to spend all the time taking all that tile out. I wanted it to look fresh and clean, but it also looks stunning. They did an amazing job. So, I am very happy. The people that came, the product and everything - it's fabulous. I think they were just darling. As a matter of fact, we did a second bathroom with them in my mother's apartment. It really looks great. It's a fabulous product. I never would've believed it. I had a great experience. I would say anything good for Bath Fitter.

Our bathroom was just disgusting; if my husband showers, it was just awful, so we decided to put some good in. We had Bath Fitter put in a shower with doors last month. The work was actually 4 hours. I have nothing to say but good things. We're super happy with the way the sale went. We're happy about the installation and the clean up. It was flawless. It was a very good experience.

I kept falling in my bathtub and I had to have a shower to stand up in, so I decided to remodel. I've seen Bath Fitter in an advertisement. I thought it was really expensive for me, but they were helpful when I ordered it and tried to work with me. They installed my shower three weeks ago. I was in the hospital when they came in and fitted it. Our neighbor was here when they came. They did everything to specification. They are just great.

I had a replacement tub, siding and shower installed by Bath Fitter plus one grab bar and one rack that you could put soap and shampoo on. This was done a year and a half ago. First of all, everything went like clockwork. We saw them at a demonstration with their ad set up. We just happened to be walking by and there was somebody out there with a Bath Fitter. My wife had been nagging so I said, 'Hey, go talk to them.' She did. Probably within the week the salesperson came by and measured and took numbers and showed us some book of what flavors we could get and so forth. We picked and we had them look at a couple of other things around the house. We picked the bath tub surround that they did. Probably within a week or two, they basically set the schedule. We did two tub units in two days. Yes, they came in one day, knocked out one and I don't think we did them back to back because that's a work-related thing. But it was I could be off this day and I could be off this day. And that was all good and they did it.

A friend of mine actually had Bath Fitter; I talked to them about their experience first. My bathroom has been there for a long time and it's getting kind of shabby looking, so a few months ago, we had Bath Fitter install a tub and surround, down the tub up to the ceiling, plus a soap bar and a grab bar. The wall and tub were fine. It wasn't broken or anything like that, so to me it was a lot easier to cover over with the way they do it than to rip everything out and start from scratch and fill it back in. That makes an awful mess.

We hadn't remodeled our bathroom for 37 years, so I had Bath Fitter put in a tub plus finishing touches, such as grab bars, shelves, shower curtain bar (maybe that comes with it automatically) last June. I chose Bath Fitter because it was just so easy and so well presented. We've gone into hardware stores. We've been in and out when we remodeled the other bedrooms, the hallway and the porch. We were in and out looking for the best buy. At no time were we under the impression that we could've done better financially than we did. It is cheaper to do it yourself, right? But if you're not able to carry your tub or work over, it was better to have it professionally done like that. We just kind of thought along the way that if we had to hire different people to come in and deliver, it would have been just as expensive.

Last February I purchased a shower from Bath Fitter plus glass doors and shelves. Everything was ideal. I can't speak more highly of the gentleman that came initially to see exactly what I wanted and take measurements and that sort of thing. I felt like he didn't come to sell me something but rather that he came to make sure I got what I wanted. I don't think I can speak more highly of that guy in his position doing his job that way. So I'm very satisfied with him. I think his name is John.

We had a walk-in shower and a tub done in two separate bathrooms last year. We added glass sliding doors and some designs in the patterns. Our house is over 40 years old. We remodeled to make our bathrooms more attractive. The work was done well and on time. They came when they promised to come. The installer was very friendly. They finished it all within two days. We're very pleased with the results. We chose Bath Fitter because we thought they were the best in the field from the research we did.

Bath Fitter installed our shower with seats and grab bars last year around March. We're kind of getting old and we need help; the tub was too high. Everything was great. We had this fellow Jason who was wonderful, very courteous and very neat. They were friendly and answered my questions. They were very nice. We chose Bath Fitter as we had a few neighbors upstairs had them put in and I saw them and I kind of like it. I already recommended Bath Fitter to a friend and they're getting it too. We had no problems with them. It was quick, fast and we're enjoying it now.

I scheduled an appointment for an in-home estimate/consultation 2 weeks ago. I confirmed the appointment both via the internet and thereafter via phone. I took time out of work to meet the consultant at my home and no one showed up. I called the office who connected me to the consultant who indicated he had trouble finding my home and tried calling me several times which is absolutely untrue. I asked if he had GPS and he confirmed he did but said we'd have to reschedule. I asked if he was in my area and he fumbled with his response and asked what city I lived in! Well, I declined to reschedule and the office manager called me back within 2 minutes. He was completely unprofessional and even upset with me that I wouldn't reschedule. They're not the kind of company I want to do business with.

They're beautiful. They put their tub inside my tub; they did that for me and then all around with the shelves. The walls, a couple of years ago, boy, it's beautiful and it's so easy for me to take care of. My mom and dad bought the house and they tried to do a lot, but they both passed away before they got it done, and I knew what they wanted to do. So, I just went ahead and did it. There's nothing bad about Bath Fitter. They were so cooperative. They listened to me in comparison with other people I dealt with. They were so helpful. I couldn't thank them enough really, because I know one of the ladies that works there. And I got the two grab bars Oh, what a God send. I'm not afraid to get in and out like I was before.

We got the tub and the shower surround in one bathroom three years ago. We have one grab bar and a towel rack and corner shelf too. Our whole bathroom was ceramic tile, and we had my dad here. He was ill, and right around the tub, we got to keep growling and growling. And friends of ours had gotten one and I said, 'Oh, maybe that's the way to go.' From day 1, everybody was really nice, really helpful. We went to the showroom and picked out what we wanted. And when it came, the guy who came was very nice, very polite and friendly. They were only here a day. In fact, I made him sit down, and we ate lunch together. He did a great job. We love it. We should have done it years ago but you know how that goes. And it looks great. It cleans great. We made a good choice.

We won a bathroom makeover contest which included a certificate for $1031.00 from Bath Fitter. The finished work was beautiful. Our bathroom looks amazing.They helped bring our bathroom into the 21st century. The staff was very helpful and professional. My only disappointment was the final cost. While I knew that it would cost more than a thousand, I was a bit surprised with the total being $5000.

The people at Bath Fitter were awesome. They did the tub and the walls. My bathroom was old. I also had the shelves put in for like the shampoo and the soaps and stuff; I had two of those put in. I've had this done at least a couple of months ago. They came in and showed me what they had. I picked what I wanted and then they had a plumber come. He was there for like an hour or so, doing what he had to do. And then the next day, they came in and they did the entire thing and they were gone in a day. The installer is wicked. He was awesome. He was absolutely fabulous. I chose Bath Fitter for two reasons: My brother suggested them, number one; Number two, I only have one bathroom, so I couldn't have it go on for too long - I had to get it done and over with. Again, they're really awesome.

We received the paperwork about Bath Fitter. We filled it out and sent it back. The guys that did my house were superb, especially Jerry. I would say that they left no stone unturned. They strived for perfection in what they did and it showed. And if there was any one time we had to have Jerry come back and address one issue, it was better the next time.

We have 2 bathrooms done by Bath Fitter. It was an upstairs bathroom that we turned the tub into a shower and the downstairs bathroom that we just redid the tub. On the one upstairs, we had one of the handles added to it, and we had shelves on both, and then of course the pole where the curtain racks go. I have been in this house for a while and I've just been wanting to remodel and change the bathroom.

We've purchased a couple of things from Bath Fitter, so this is our second time around. The first product several years ago, we did a bath tub, shower, and now we just did a shower most recently. The second one was just a couple of months ago (we had it done around Christmas time), and the first one probably was about maybe 5 years ago. If you would have seen the way the bathroom looked, you would have been remodelling also - it was time to fix it up.

Bath Fitter installed my acrylic bath tub ten years ago. The bath tub is okay. My home attendant is taking good care of it and that's it. I don't want to spend any more money on this. I paid a thousand dollars for it and that was it. The bath tub is still in good condition. But you know, now, there is a crack in the wall and the water came through the hole. It fills the bath tub and the acrylic detached. The water went away and the bathtub is okay but the water between the tap and the bathtub that was installed. So, he came in and unscrewed the thing that wouldn't go away but it did. They fixed the problem and the water went away but the bath tub is very good. I like everything - it's pleasant, white and nice and has no damage at all. The quality is not bad.

It was a shower that I purchased from Bath Fitter. Well, it covers the bath tub and the shower wall - it's a one-piece thing. We also had safety bars installed. This was done September last year. Our house is an older home, and it was showing its signs of age. We thought that we'd better make some improvements and down the road we'd like to sell the house at some point, and we thought that would be a good selling feature.

We worked with Bath Fitter 6 months ago. We purchased a bath tub surround and shelves from them. We were having a lot of mildew-y problems. The fact that it took one day was a real plus. They are very professional and organized.

We got the tub insert for the shower, the wall, and the faucet. We also have a shampoo holder in the corner added. We had walls which were starting to crack. Whatever the original owners put up before just wasn't holding up. We got it installed just before Christmas, a couple of months ago. The salesman was honest, very informative, really knew the product. He took all the measurements. The installer came when they said he would come. He took exactly how long they said. He cleaned up his mess. Job was satisfactory all the way around. We went with that style just for convenience. And there are other companies that are doing the same thing, but we've seen Bath Fitters around for a long time; they've been around in the area for quite a while. There were some testimonies on their website that were very positive too. And I had a positive experience. Everything was delivered exactly as promised.

I purchased a shower enclosure. Everything was fine. I was happy with it. I had no problem. It was the beginning of this year that I got that fit in. I had a three-piece enclosure and it was old, so it was time to replace. I found they were very obliging. They cleaned up their mess. They were very good. I guess there was some little thing that I probably wanted over and above; he was more than willing to try to oblige me with it. I can say I have no complaints. I would recommend Bath Fitter. They are very efficient, reliable and very quick in installing.

I had a shower installed by Bath Fitter two months ago. And we had a seat put in. The shower that we had was about 15 years old, an enclosure, and it was starting to fall apart; I had no choice. I heard enough about Bath Fitter that I felt that they're the ones I wanted to deal with. Some of friends of ours had Bath Fitter work for them. And they were very pleased with them. When I called, the person that came out and measured up and gave us a quotation was very knowledgeable, and so we accepted immediately. About a month later, the chair that they installed was very tidy, very clean. It took them about a day and a half to install it. Certainly no mess, no fuss, no problems. The installers were very friendly. There were no problems, none whatsoever. I've got praise for the way it was handled and the whole works. Very pleasant.

It was a tub surround that we ordered from Bath Fitter about two months ago. There was some water leaking down on the floor. It's in one of our rental units, so we don't know what the problem was. And we don't know if the tenant was just not putting the curtain in the shower or what the problem was. Anyway, the one that was there was getting old so it was just time to change it. My tenants are happy with it. Great. Very good. The man was very nice and very helpful and did the job efficiently and quick, so that was good. And we like it. It looks nice. We got what we paid for, and that's what we want.

Bath Fitter installed my tub, the whole thing, the enclosure and a sealant for that. I had a corner shelf, four little things for holding bottles of soap and that and two handles. They installed it a little over a month ago. We had the tiles for a long time. The tiles were kind of dirty and we'd have to scrape them, and when you scrape them, you take the grout out. The day the installer did it, I was amazed at what he'd done in the day. They put a tub inside of my tub. Everything was cut to perfection. And he came off the side and he was hitting a window and he just cut around the molding for the window and all this. He did a super job.

I had a whole new bathroom installed. Where I live (it's coop housing), I have 20 units up here. I was the head of maintenance up here. We had a lot of bathroom issues, so we designed a five-year plan to replace four bathrooms a year for the next five years. That way, all twenty bathrooms would be getting all new updates, right? And we looked at local plumbing companies around here, we looked at one or two in Halifax, and Bath Fitter was one of them. So we had them come in. And I worked all of them, giving quotes, and doing interviews, just to get a feel for it. And Bath Fitter sounded really appealing to us. Their prices were good. And they answered all our questions, no matter how small or minimal they seemed. So, we decided to go with Bath Fitters.

I bought two different products at different times. I started with a shower first, and then I ended up buying the bath - that would be a following year later when I had more money. I got the shower in last year in April. We were just very simple - we took the Delta shower head with the shower handle, which was okay. I didn't like that one as much. I ended up buying another Delta faucet that worked out better for me. That would be the only thing. But obviously, I'm happy and that's worth it.

We had a tub, and then we put in a shower. And in the other bathroom, we put in a new shower. Well, we've been here for 15 years, and I just wanted a walk-in shower, because I use that bathroom and my husband uses the other plain walk-in shower. The people at Bath Fitter did excellent. I would recommend them highly; they did very well. One guy came and did the installation all by himself. I wasn't here part of the day anyway, but I don't know how he got the whole tub out and did it all by himself. And he stayed until 8 o'clock, I guess. The second one was a different guy. I mean it was just a walk-in shower to begin with, so that wasn't much of a problem than taking the whole tub out and putting a shower in. They did very well.

I'm very satisfied with Bath Fitter. I have nothing bad to say about them. I purchased a shower from them last year. The people at Bath Fitter were very efficient and they took their time, but they did it in a timely manner. They were informative. I guess I could put it that way.

We purchased a shower from Bath Fitter about four weeks ago. We had the seat and two handrails. We remodeled due to health reasons - the shower is a lot more convenient. The installer was very knowledgeable and was able to complete the job and in less than a day. So we're just very satisfied. I had a very good experience with Bath Fitter.

I had a shower installed by Bath Fitter a year and a half ago. We got tired to look at the darn thing we had. That was ceramic tile and we just weren't satisfied with it. My wife thought of doing it. We'd been offered about it a good while and then we decided, 'Let's go for it,' so we did. My wife's the one that handled the ordering process. We called and got an appointment, and then the lady came out. She showed us our options, different products, and so we chose what's in there. The lady kept trying to get us to change some things, but we told her this is what my wife wanted. And then they got out here, and in about three fourths of a day, they had that thing in.

I had the tub taken out and the shower put in a year ago. We also had the shower doors put in and grab bars. We have a house that's quite old and this is the original bathroom that was in it that was starting to leak through the tiles. And there's another reason - my wife couldn't get into the bathtub (she couldn't climb over to get in). We figured a shower was the best thing to do. The installers were wonderful. When they came in, they installed the thing. They had a professional man who did it, who knew his stuff and did a wonderful job. They answered all of my questions. I have no complaints at all.

I invited them into my home to give me an estimate for tub/shower remodel. After two hours of going over everything, they spring on me the 20% discount was only if I signed the contract today. I told them I never make a $5K decision on only one estimate. They pressured me, and once the salesman realized I was not changing my mind, he turned on me like a cornered snake. Rude and unprofessional doesn't even describe his attitude. After reading these reviews, I am so glad I am going in another direction. In my opinion, the discount of only today should be illegal.

The advertising of the work done in one day is false. It took three trips to complete a small bathroom and the results were not worth the cost. The second bathroom will remain unused before ever allowing Bath Fitters to do work for us again. I will add pictures on Facebook soon.
