The experience with Bath Fitter was okay. The only issue was that they have installation that brought the wrong door. So we had to wait an extra week before we could use the shower. We had gone to the flea market on Pecan Park and there was a guy up there who was giving out their brochures. Aside from the wrong door, the installer was awesome and the sales representative was fine. I'm satisfied.

When my wife and I decided to redo our master bathroom shower we contacted about 5 different companies. They all came to the house, took measurements and explained their product, installation, and showed samples of their product and accessories. By far Ryan from Bath Fitters was very knowledgeable and confident in the product he was selling so we decided to go with them. Without going into a long dissertation, there were a couple of issues that arose that set the installation back. Everyone I spoke with during these issues not only showed concern, but went to the next step to make sure these problems were taken care of and followed through including keeping me updated. These were Acacia, Sue, and Hollie. The installers (Tim - Aaron - Tyler) went out of their way to explain what they were doing and why and made sure we were happy as the work progressed. I would not only recommend Bath Fitter for the professionalism of their entire staff, but most important was our total satisfaction with the final result of their work.

I started getting some price quotes. Bath Fitter came and theirs was so much better. I liked it better so I signed up right then, and I do not normally do that. I got to think about it for a day or two after I talked to somebody but the Bath Fitter people were so nice and everything looked so good. This was in January. They took out my bathtub and put in a step-in shower. My daughter has MS which is one of the reasons why I got it and another reason is me. I'm old but we decided we needed a couple more grab bars. They came out and put them in for a very reasonable price. I was surprised and I'm very satisfied. They're wonderful.

They were very professional and very good. It's beautiful and we enjoy it very much. The only thing that I would criticize is we were having trouble with the middle part that you can take loose, the handheld part of it and I couldn't get it off. I did call and asked them to send somebody out to help us with that but they never did. However, I was able to get it loosened, and everything is fine and worked out good.

Michael ** the salesperson from Bath Fitter was very knowledgeable and a very nice person, gracious, does not talk down to you, was very considerate of the situation. We have a 91-year-old mother in the house and he was able to help us make the bathroom safe for her. It couldn't be better. I'm a real estate agent and I had given him a number of other clients because he did such a good job.
The installers were perfect. They were in, did their work and were out. They didn't have to be called back for anything. I couldn't have asked for a better install and it was fast. Outstanding. Would recommend Bath Fitter to anyone with no reservations.

We had seen Bath Fitter from pamphlets that come in the mail, and when we went to the RV show in February where they had a booth with a tub with a girl there. We went to get an estimate and to see what they would be doing. We ended up purchasing a bathtub. The sales representative was absolutely wonderful and everybody was great. They were very talkative and down to business when it was time for business. We had the bathtub done in March and they did a wonderful job.

I liked Bath Fitter's advertisement and the way they said they were so efficient and everything. So I told my husband, “We need to get them down and talk to them and find out what their materials are.” Their sales rep whom we dealt with was fantastic and the guys who did the install were really good too. They came down here and it was so cold, our water was frozen, but they did a really good job. We did have to have them back because when the water thawed out, we did have a little leak and it was something with one of their fittings. They fixed it, and we are quite pleased with it and the way they worked. They cleaned everything up, and even things that I told them not to bother with, that I’d do. They said, “No, we’ll do it.” Bagged the little scraps and stuff. They did a fantastic job. They were neat, efficient, and very courteous.

I was looking for people online that could do work in my bathroom and found Bath Fitter. I'd heard that they did pretty good work and when they came by, I was impressed with the demonstration. I purchased the surround and the shower fittings and had it done about a month ago. The guy who did it was pretty cool and did a really good job. I was very happy with what Bath Fitter did and they said I can call back anytime if I need anything fixed.

I first heard about Bath Fitter at the home and patio show. I got three different estimates and looked at the different materials and my wife liked them better. It's been about a month now since we had the shower installation/replacement done. Their sales representative was cordial. Seemed well-informed - straight to the facts, which I prefer. And the guy they sent to do the job went straight to work and didn't take no breaks. He knocked it out, got it done and cleaned up afterwards. He was clean and very neat.
We're very satisfied with the way it turned out. I thought it was a little bit costly for the amount of labor and stuff that was truly involved, but I'm happy with what I got.

I had Bath Fitter install a walk-in shower (three walls and a bottom) 3 months ago. They came and I showed them what I wanted. Their sales rep was very good, very friendly, very thorough. I decided to go with them and am very well pleased and satisfied with everything. Also the guys who came to install the unit cleaned up before they left. I'd recommend Bath Fitter to anybody else.

The installer got here about 8:15 and was out of here by 3:30 or 4, done (bless his heart, I live in a four-room house with one bathroom). He took out the old tub and replaced it with the unit. He was very good at what he did. I really appreciated him and I’m very happy with the shower-tub. I wouldn’t trade it for all the tea in China.

My husband and I have several home projects on the horizon, one of which is replacing our tub and shower tiles. We were not initially considering Bath Fitter but after going to a Home expo, we decided to set up an in home estimate. At the show we were also given a 10% off coupon. When the sales associate showed up at our home, he was nice and after showing him the room that needed the work we began to go over specs. What disappointed me was the lack of options we had. The sales associate chose our fixtures for us. We did not realize we had an option until afterwards.
When we asked if we could have our own fixtures installed, he told us to hire a plumber for that. He included a shower rod in the price without explaining why we couldn't use our existing one since we had just purchased it ($189 additional cost). He showed us only one style of bath tub, did not give us any options with that except the outside appearance. Finally he gave us our estimate ($7900) which is roughly $2900 more than we had originally anticipated. He kept telling us bathroom remodels run at least $15K. We weren't looking for a remodel. Just a new tub and shower.
He started to get pretty abrasive at this point and we changed our options around to get it down to $7400 and after the 10% off coupon to $6800. He then wanted us to sign the agreement right then and there. After telling him we were still getting other estimates (we always get at least 3 per job), he laughed at us and said we are not going to find "what we want" for $5000. It's funny because he really didn't know what we wanted since he never did give us options. He then told us that if we didn't sign right then and there we would not get the 10% off and our quote would go back up to $7400.
These kind of high pressure sales tactics do not work on us. In fact, they are what loses a sale. I was initially impressed with the product, but his sales tactics are what lost Bath Fitter a sale from us and we definitely will be telling friends and family the same. The salesman tried giving us bad analogies like the cost of gas is different on every corner. Yeah but it doesn't cost me 7 grand to fill my tank. The inability to have the time to check our own finances and the rude attitude of this salesperson was absolutely shocking to me. Every other contractor we have ever gotten a quote from has the estimate expiry date a year from the day it was written. Shame on you Bath Fitter!

Everything went well. We're totally satisfied with the Bath Fitter. We had good, friendly service. They helped us all through the order, the installation and all. I purchased a house and the liner in the bathtub was leaking. I contacted the previous owner who mentioned Bath Fitter of Ridgeland, MS installed the bath liner. The previous owner also mentioned the liner was leaking before and Bath Fitter came out and repaired it 5 months prior. I contacted James ** who said the policy states once a house is sold then the warranty is no longer valid. He said to repair the liner would be a 4 hour job at $75 an hour and their work would not be warrantied. If the seal came up again he would charge $75/ 4 hours totaling $300 not including tax and supplies. I asked how much it would cost to get a warranty on his work and he said around $5,000. I also talked with the lady in the office and she said the particular liner that is in my bath is prone to leak. She also said the repairs would take only 3 hours but James insists on 4 hours of labor.
Hi Brad,
It is our policy to honor our warranty only to our original customer. In certain cases however, such as when a home is sold shortly after an install has been completed, it is the decision of the local manager to extend our warranty. If it is not a new installation, we cannot be responsible for how the product was maintained by the new owner. We understand you have contacted your local office regarding the transfer of the warranty and we suggest attempting to reach out to them again, thank you.

I had written a not so favorable review for Bath Fitter after my install and it was a fair description of the issues I had. UPDATE: I was notified by Roger the sales person for Bath Fitter and he wanted to know what the issues were and what I would like to have done, I explained the issues and sent him photos and he told me the problems I had would be corrected and he carried through on that promise.
Jeremy the problem solver, was at my house yesterday, he was very pleasant and extremely professional when dealing with me and my numerous questions. I was a little guarded because of my first experience with Bath Fitter but was open minded and let Jeremy work his magic on the problems I had. I asked many questions and he answered all without hesitation or attitude (this was the issue with the other installer). I am 65 years old and attitude is not something I deal well with. I cannot say enough about how pleased I was with the work Jeremy completed at my house and his attitude was in my opinion great and also informative. I would recommend Bath Fitter, Roger was quick to address the problems I had and in my opinion sent me a great installer in Jeremy, this guy is indeed a valuable employee and I cannot thank him enough for all of his hard work.

We went to a home show and saw a Bath Fitters display on 3/15. We signed up for a 'free/no risk' in-home estimate. The person came over 3/27 and the estimate took 3 hours! Though I wanted time to think it over, we were pressured into signing up that night, with the promise of being able to cancel in 3 days. On Sunday 3/23, we told the person who came over that we want to cancel. He stated that he still had to turn in our paperwork. Yesterday, per a conversation with Customer Service, I faxed a cancellation notice & sent a cancellation via priority mail. My check for the down payment was cashed today. This company is over-priced and preys upon people. Now I have all this drama and am out hundreds of dollars. Please take this as a warning. I doubt acrylic bath tubs are worth the care that is needed to maintain them, and the money this company wants to give you them!

We got a brochure with our newspaper and then we called Bath Fitter. We saw what they had and this is what we wanted to do and decided to check them out before we contracted somebody else to do it. We were just going to go with a contractor and had them tear out the tub and the tile and then just do it exactly what we've got now with ceramic tile.
That’s about it. We found exactly what we wanted. The representative was very good. He explained everything. I thought he was a pretty knowledgeable sales guy, pretty knowledgeable in explaining everything. We only had one installer. They said they were going to send two. But the guy worked. He really worked hard. And there was just one of him. It is a big job, yes, it is. And he didn't get done until after 6 o'clock and he got here early morning. He really worked hard.
We were really impressed at how hard and how good a job he did. He knew every aspect of his job. We did recommend them to a friend. I took a client over to take a look at it because they were going to do one of those that you go in and sit down with, with the door. You just walk in one of those. And I told her she needs to come over and take a look at what we had before she decided on that. It was really outstanding. He was here. He did his work. He didn't make a big mess. It was fairly easy to live with really.

We heard about Bath Fitter when we went to the Home and Patio show. We tried them for the first time and we liked it. We had the whole bathroom done in September. We just had our tub covered, all the walls and the dome ceiling. There was just such a small area left in the small bathroom that we had acrylic put on the rest of it and the ceiling instead of painting it. And it just looks very, very nice. But it was very expensive.
The people had done a good job. It's just one thing which I'm unpleased of - they took out the medicine cabinet, which had a beveled edge mirror, and both of the bottom corners were a little chipped off. I could feel the cutting edge rather than the finished edge and it's on the bottom. They could have been a little bit more careful with that. And another thing, we realized that our cane to our commode had a hairline crack in the porcelain. If you feel across it there's a little cut in the porcelain. I have not called the company for it. I had to get somebody else to finish the bathroom and the wall cabinet we put in there plus the floor (that was just finished last weekend) because I had problems with that too.
The wrong things were sent to us by Home Depot where it was ordered and we had to wait and get another one. But they compensated for their mistake and that has been taken care of. We're happy with the outcome and the way they done it - very efficient, very good workers. We must have spent all total between $7000 and $8000 for that bathroom.

Installer was conscientious and professional. Materials are of high quality. A drainage problem was encountered due to A) improper plumbing work when the house was built (11 years previously), or B) pipe was jostled out of place during shower installation. Bath Fitter immediately dispatched their plumber who quickly identified the problem and repaired it, as guaranteed in their contract. There was no discussion or argument about what caused the problem. They just fixed it at no charge. Then they sent a team of drywall specialists to repair and spray the ceiling in the downstairs bathroom. Again, at no charge. Upgrading one's bathroom isn't cheap, but based on my experience, I'm pleased that I selected Bath Fitter. Score: 10 out of 10.

My bathroom came out very nice with the exception of the wrong hardware showing up. Then it took a week for them to correct it. Also they don't offer spot free Moen products which is better quality. It still doesn't even look like it all matches 100%. Your choices are much more limited than if chose tile with a contractor. For a bit more I could have done anything I wanted & it probably would have looked even better and more stylish.
My real gripe is with the co. & salesperson who recommended a contractor. I said "is he licensed?" and they gave me his liability ins. info. He said he works under another contractor & gave a license # so I did a contract with him. I checked it out and it was valid. According to him and Bathfitter he is allowed to use someone else's license. When I later called the person that actually has the license with a complaint about his bad job on my floor, he said he has nothing to do with it, that he only works for Bathfitter. So Bathfitter refers this handyman that posed as a contractor which is borderline fraud.
Some co's here in Fl can get away with these shady practices. If you want this then go with Bathfitter. He raised my floors up too high so now I have a ramp going from my tile to my laminate in bedroom. He refused to admit it was done incorrectly. Also Bathfitter raved how great this guy was and he couldn't even finish one thing that he was doing before going on to something else. When asked why he does this he had no answer. What should have taken less than 1 month took 6 weeks - floors, painting, vanity replacement. I couldn't take it anymore, so I had to get him out of my house and hire someone else to finish things. He was unreliable only showing up 1/2 day some days, had other excuses - didn't show up for 2 days in a row claiming he had an emergency? and claiming truck broke down? Questionable.... He only had one person assisting him with floor and he wasn't there even 1/2 the time.
So I got screwed by Bathfitter's referral, paying contractors pricing when I didn't get that. So I get unreliable, incapable, and incompetent instead. Turns out this handyman only is incorporated and his insurance liability insurance lapsed while working on my job. This guy was a train wreck and it was a nightmare having him work on my house. Also it was left so filthy that I had so much to clean up myself during the job. Word to the wise, get a real contractor only with referrals from Angie's list preferably, contact the contractor first and stay away from these type of co's. I was in a hurry to find someone fast around the holidays to fix some things after a water heater flood and chose this too hastily.
My advise to anyone wanting to use Bathfitters, do yourself a favor and pay a little more to tile your bathroom and avoid them. I could get another bathroom done, but will not patronize them again after the trouble they caused me with this. They answer the phone with "how can we make you smile today" which makes them look like fools when they can't. Workers there don't seem to be trained to answer simple questions. I had a question re: product coloring and they said they don't know. So call Moen and find out! They said they would have to get a manager. How helpless can you be? They can't or won't go the extra mile. Also they blamed packaging on mfg. for me getting 1/2 nickle and 1/2 chrome in the box. It's highly unlikely mfg packs a brushed nickle item with a chrome item... Common. They just didn't check or follow up on my order, $4000 later.
I would think for that much I would get excellent service. Instead they blame me for changing my mind about the color. Then they act like they did me a favor by giving me the nickle instead of the chrome which they kept reminding me about afterwards.. But this was done before they messed up the colors. Also why are they so secretive about their pricing? It's $4000 for a shower and tub everyone and that's with a coupon. Does everyone know now?? Why do timeshares hide their pricing towards the end? So that they can try to finagle their way into getting the sale... So this fast talking finagler tells me that the handyman's name is exclusive, he can't give it out unless I buy the Bathfitter. Part of the reason I do Bathfitter is to get this great worker.. So he makes me think I am getting someone that is so great. What a scam and ripoff! Ask yourself if you want to be treated like this? Never thought that Bathfitter fit into this category. Now you know...

Our bathroom needed a remodel badly. We saw an ad on TV and in the paper about Bath Fitter. It just looked like it might be the easy way out for us. We got the tub and shower closer this past summer. It was beautiful. It was the one day thing. The sales representatives were very nice and knowledgeable. There was just one guy for the installation, and he was excellent. I thought they did a very professional job. They were in and out. Everything was nice and clean when they left. You know they just did a very good job.

I had an existing fiber glass shower that had cracked on me and I needed to do something about it. The traditional shower stall was not gonna fit in there. It had to be something that was customized. I was approached when I went to Home Depot one day and asked me if I was interested in any different things, and there was a person who asked me if I was interested in Bath Fitter. I made the purchase last fall. The guy who put it on was a really nice guy.
After I had it installed, I thought it was wonderful but I've noticed a few things have started to go wrong and some things that aren't as good as I thought it was. I thought they would be much better on their measurements. The one thing that my wife was very concerned about, because she had seen this product in her friend's house, was that when you put your hand against the wall, it kind of gave. I don't want this to feel like you can push the wall. I don't know if the measurements weren't right when he bent it or what happened but there is a lot of give in the walls. And then there's some little knobs that have started to fall off. I can see where the caulking has started to discolor and I kind of thought that would happen anyway. There's a lot of caulking around the base and on the door and things.
I was hoping that there would be a follow-up to the installation but nobody had ever followed up to see how well we liked it. It really is an expensive product but if it works, it's worth the money.
Hi Samuel, we have followed up with your local office and understand all issues with your shower have been resolved. If you have any additional concerns or questions, feel free to reach out to us at customercare@bathfitter.com thank you!

Because of a leak part of my flooring had rotted out and I had a salesman from Bath Fitter to come out and give me price on repairing my floor and installing new bathtub/shower. The sales pitch was wonderful. Promised all would be done in 1 1/2 days or less. They were here 5 times and still did not do the job they said they would do. Only half of the bathroom flooring had to be replaced, but they lowered that part 1/2 inch. If not for my son they would not have come back at all. After trying to correct the flooring, they tried to cover up mistakes by caulking over holes they had made in the wall. Even after coming back all those times they still did not do the job correctly.
The salesman came out 2/27/14, gave me $300.00 credit, and threatened me with a lien on my house if I didn't pay the balance. Being a widow for little over a year, I paid. If I had only done my research about Bath Fitters, I would never had used them, because I have read some really horror stories, even from one of their former managers. Right now I'm just weighing my options about what to do to get the job done correctly. I have pictures, and would post them, but I don't know how.

They messed up the first install and when I said something a gentleman came out to tell me what they were going to do to rectify the situation, that was all well and good then reality struck. I did 85% of the tear out myself hoping it would give them more time to do a better initial install, a couple of broken floor tiles and misaligned faucet, shower head and drain were a few of the others. When they finally got around to fixing the problems the installer told me that part of the problem could not be fixed. All they did was reinstall new walls over the existing walls they had previously put up. When I put in the tension rod for the shower curtain it pushed the walls in leaving gaps at the molding where water can run behind it. The molding on one side was 1/2 to 3/4 of an inch out of plumb and looks terrible, so much for a good job and customer service! You will be lucky to see the photos I have attached, things like this have a way of disappearing. Tired of being taken advantage of, I am disabled Vet and on SS so this was a huge expense for this little fish in a huge corporate pond.

We had an old tub taken out and replaced with a walk-in shower. We changed our mind a couple of times, even after they started the job, and Tim, the owner of Bath Fitters Erie, just kept saying, "We want you to be happy." One change involved a price change, but it was a reasonable change. Tim actually constructed the shower base onsite to fit our odd shaped space. The guys who were here worked a non-stop 10 hour day and were very careful about cleaning up any mess. They put down runners across the living room floor, up the stairs and to the bathroom to protect our carpet. The shower is beautiful and very easy to clean. It has a fixed shower head and an adjustable hand-held shower. We definitely would recommend Bath Fitters - Erie to everyone. Nice, nice people of integrity and great workmanship.

You call them one day and they're right out the next day. The sales representative seems to be knowledgeable but I sort of cut them short from going through their how spiel because I'd already seen the workmanship and I knew what I wanted and I just didn't want to waste a lot of time going throughout the whole sales pitch. So I just told them the right deal whether they can get it done. The man that came to put it in was very pleasant... very conscientious. I'm very happy with them.

When I took Dad to the VA, two gentlemen said dad was given a grant of $6800 to put a bath in. So then I went to talk to the gentleman that oversees it at the VA and he told me "try Bath Fitters, from what I understand from a lot of the other vets they're excellent." So then he gave me a phone number and I called the sales representative, I called the office, and they sent out this gentleman. The gentleman that come out was very polite, very courteous, very explanatory about all the different types that was available to my dad and his price range. And then we paid to have a tub set up and accessories and the total come to like $7000 and some change and dad's portion was only $107 which was great. And the style... the walk-in tub or shower that dad has... there's a window in that bathroom and we thought maybe they would have to cover it and the salesman told me, "We can wrap that." And I said, "You can?" He said, "Yes, sir, we can wrap that. There's really no extra charge." And I said, "Well, mom loves to look out the window when she showers." So I said, "Let's do it!"
And then the installer, I believe he's out of West Virginia... he was A1. The gentleman was very good. He come in, we talked about it and then he went right at it and before you know it, he was just getting it done. He knows what he's doing. He's definitely not a rookie. He had put up a wall between the toilet and the shower and had everything done in 8 hours.
Dad and Mom loves it, everybody in the house (my sister moved back in, my niece moved in, so everybody showers back there. I don't shower back there - I got my own shower). It's just a quality job. I would recommend Bath Fitters to anybody that would ask me. Just the general politeness, courtesy, and very respectable and very knowledgeable, from the salesman right down to the installer and even the ladies in the office when I talked to them...

The installation team was very good. Something wasn't quite right and they made that right. In the bathroom the water pipe comes up instead of a register. There's a tin runner that covers our heating pipe and they had to cut that off. They finished it for me so that I didn't have to do that. And then they had to put in a window, too. I wanted to put a shower head over my existing bathtub in my bathroom. But there was a window above the bathtub and I had convinced myself that it wasn't going to be possible because I was not going to give up the window in the bathroom. I was at Merle Hay Mall a year ago in January and this nice young gal stopped me and said something about Bath Fitter. I told her that I knew that this just couldn't be done. And she said, "Well, let me give you a pamphlet with some information," and I gave her my phone number. Somebody called me and set up a time to come out and look at my bathroom and yes, it could be done because I had replacement windows put in a few years ago and it was vinyl covered so it was going to work.
The sales representative and the installation team were wonderful! I was sick with a strep throat and bronchitis when the gentleman came to take all of the measurements so I stayed away from him as far as I could. The day that the installer and his buddy came to put all of this in, I had the stomach flu. It was a very good experience. I was very happy. After much consideration, my husband and I decided to do something about the deterioration of our bath area. My son, Wayde suggested that we attend the 20th Anniversary party at Bath Fitter, on Exeter Road in London, and after arriving we were immediately greeted by your salesperson Adam. He took my son and me into his fold and listened intently to our issues regarding the sad shape of our bathroom. His knowledge was impressive; he listened intently and offered many suggestions. After he visited our house (way out here near Port Stanley, Ontario), we signed a contract that frankly made my husband and I very nervous, as we are both seniors on a limited income.
We all realized the amount of work to fix our problem might be tremendous and feared the possibility of extra cost not mentioned in the contract, although Adam insisted that the estimate was complete and not subject to change - no matter what they found when everything was disassembled. On January 15th and 16th, 2014, the complete and installed shower in the bathroom of our home was soon considered by all of us to be a proud 'show-piece!!!'
Our sincere admiration is offered to your installer Dougie. He not only did a perfect installation, but he tailored the installation amongst any difficult issues apparent to this particular install. His overall attitude was friendly and forthcoming, and he made my husband and I very comfortable with the somewhat frightening and 'abrasive' nature of construction, and promised over and again that we had nothing to be concerned about. What talent and hard work, as indicated by his respect for my husband and I, and all of our questions answered as the work unfolded.
We will assuredly spread the good word to our visitors and friends, and as well, we all thank Adam for his support throughout this project. We are genuinely pleased with the work that has been done and thoroughly enjoy our new shower on a daily basis. Keep those two employees, they are golden.

You had to go along with the script page by page by page and it was awful. I would never deal with Bath Fitter again because of him, ever. And I found out later that they are deceitful.
Part of the appeal was the fact that my husband and I are in our mid 70s and this was going to be such easy maintenance. After it was installed I come to find out that actually every time we take a shower they recommend that you take a bath towel and completely dry the shower stall. And how is that easy maintenance for old people? That's ridiculous. I was flabbergasted at that. And then I ran into somebody else who has the same deal, younger person, old parents and they are not doing what they should do and theirs has yellowed so they are all unhappy. Another thing was that they kept insisting that nobody else made this one piece thing and now I come to find out that they are not the only one making the one piece thing; that was untrue.
I would never recommend Bath Fitter. The thing looks really nice and I'm very happy with how it was installed, but it is way overpriced and it does require more effort that they lead you to believe to keep it nice and for old people... that is a big issue. And then the last thing that was totally infuriating. I had a coupon but I had to do it right now or my coupon had no value. That is high pressure tactic that is totally ascensive. I would never use them again.

We had a shower and full bathroom redone by Bath Fitter about a year or two ago. It was great. I used the new shower and I like the glass door they put in and it works fine. We haven't had any problem with the shower or the bathroom. It was a little bit longer than what we projected but that was okay because we had a spare bathroom. The install team did clean up. We would recommend Bath Fitter.

I'm not new to Bath Fitter. I had them do a bathtub liner a long time ago. I didn't have a problem with their sales and the installation team. I was very pleased with the work they did and they were fast and they seemed to know what they were doing compared to the other one I had before them. I called recently because the tub was turning yellow and the fellow called me back and told me to use a Dobie pad with what I was using and it worked. It took the yellow right out.

We were at a county fair and looking through the commercial building. It's been time to remodel my bathroom since I moved here so I had my bathtub done upstairs and last year I had my shower done downstairs by Bath Fitter. Everything was good, but nobody I know is going to pay what I paid for that. I didn't even try to see how much it would be to rip everything out. I thought it would take longer. Well, it would take a lot longer.

Job is shabby to say the least, would never use them again or recommend them to anyone! We are still dealing with this nightmare, they want full payment and we wanted it done like they said one day or at the very MAX two days. I would say 33 days is not even close, have problems with water sitting in threshold by shower door, there is more silicone than anyone could possibly imagine in one little area, it looks worse than the old shower. I am soooo sorry we got involved with these people!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, DON'T USE THEM. THEY LIE ABOUT WHAT THEY CAN DO FOR YOU AND HOW LONG IT WILL TAKE! IT'S NOTHING BUT A SCAM!

The remodel by Bath Fitter was done all right, but the person had to come back and fix a little water leak at the door and every once in a while, it's still leaking now. It's seeping out through the caulking, the piece that goes across the bottom of the door.

Years ago, we had our bathroom done over by Bath Fitter. I got arthritis in my two knees and I couldn't get over the tub, so I had them come and put the shower in for me, the low type where you just walk in. I like it very much. It's very convenient for me. We were always happy with the way they explained things to us, and we got along fine together. I've stayed with Bath Fitter, and I recommend them to relatives and friends, and whoever is in need of changes of their bathrooms and what they want new. I always tell them about the quality of the things they use, and the service is very good. I was never disappointed. And when anything goes wrong with anything in my bathroom, I'm guaranteed that since I live in this home and own it, they will fix it for me. So that's another plus. And I appreciate what they did for me.

We had Bath Fitter put in some wainscoting in our bathroom. We've had 3 experiences with them, and the first experiences were good. The last one was where we got into a little bit of a hassle where the representative did not know everything he was talking about. He drew up a contract. We signed the contract. And then we got a call back from the company to confirm the visit, but then they said it was not the correct price, and so they had to charge me for close to a thousand dollars more for the project. And it was the sales representative's mistake.
At that, my wife said we'll just cancel it. That's when the owner of the company called me back and asked if there was a problem, so I explained. He said, "I'll tell you what. That was his mistake. We'll honor the contract as is, as it is signed." But I said to him, "Hey, you can walk away from this. I'm not angry with you. He made a mistake. If that's what it costs us, that's what it costs us. We just don't want to go with it now." He pushed a little bit, asking why. I said we've had bad experiences with other contractors in the past where they would sign the contract but they always had a loophole in the contract where they can raise the price. The last one that did that to us went from $30,000 to $48,000. My wife said we're not going to go through that again, and so we just wanted to cancel the contract.
But Bath Fitter came in. They came and did the project for the price that was on the contract. They honored the contract, and they did the job. I was here the whole time, and helped the workman. It was a challenge because this is an old parsonage. It's not easy repairing the place. But he got the wainscoting in, and it looks great. They're a little bit expensive, but they do quality work and it lasts. They're a good company.
