The overall experience was excellent. From time of arrival which was quick for both the representative and technician. We asked a lot of questions and everything was answered immediately and with confidence, which in turn makes us confident in our purchase. The products themselves are well before their time in my opinion, just great quality. Anyone not using Vivint is missing out.

Very courteous, efficient. Nice to talk to. Very pleasant and so good to have a person that is good with dogs. He was aware that my dog was very sensitive to the alarm sound.. Very informative about the Deals on his Company.

Our installer was amazing! Everything from install to teaching was a wonderful experience! The equipment is easy to use and the cameras are perfect! The installation was done with pride. Clean up was done. No mess and cords are hidden.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. So far the service is everything I expected for a decent price. The technician uninstalled the previous equipment to install the new equipment. He asked what I wanted as far as camera placement and did a very good job.

System appears to be working as promised. Installers Cody ** and Jacob did an excellent job installing with explanations throughout the installation. Family feels more secure with this system. The keypad and features go way beyond the competition for comparable price. The warranty and support are top notch.

Marvin G. was my installer and he was assisted by a second gentleman, George. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and completed the install in half the estimated time. I was referred to Vivint by a friend and I will highly recommend Vivint to everyone I know because peace of mind doesn’t have to come at an outrageous price!

Technician was very courteous and kind. He answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend Vivint to others. The system seems fairly easy to use. I will call customer service if I have any questions. Glad to have upgraded my old alarm system. Thank you.

The service person was very professional and very accommodating to our situation. He was very patient with the explanation of service. The information was not different from what was explained over the phone. If anyone is interested I will refer them.

Vivint was quick, prompt, informative and our installer was very polite and made sure to educate us on other services they provide. He took his time to make sure everything was to our liking and that we fully understood what he was installing.

Both Julian, our sales rep and Nick, our installer were pleasant, easy to work with, answered our questions and made good suggestions as to what we needed. They did not pressure us to purchase unnecessary items. We were impressed at the new features with this security system.

Representative was friendly and patient with us. Very knowledgeable and helped with learning the system. Explained the system thoroughly and made sure we understood. Also placed where we wanted the items and removed old systems.

We had our Vivint panel system updated. We tried doing it over the phone but someone has to come do it in person. Person arrived promptly at 4:30. I believe the young man's name was Matthew. He was a nice gentleman but seemed a little rushed to explain us with full detail.

Excellent installation, installer answered all my questions and did a great job with the installation. Stephan was very detail oriented, left the house in good order and explained the system to me and provided his phone number in case I needed further assistance.

Best installer ever. Fast. Efficient. Explained everything thoroughly. Even the great lady that helped me on the phone was amazing. I feel safe inside my home already thanks to Vivint especially with being in a new neighborhood and not knowing what characters we may encounter. Extremely happy with the service.

The representatives Trenton and Levi were a great help. They came Monday afternoon and explained in detail each of the equipment Vivint has to offer. They also answered all of my questions providing extra information. When checking for a date on the technician to be available it was amazing that they were available that same day within 30 minutes of Trenton and Levi leaving the technician John ** arrived and had everything up and running for me within a few hours. Overall it was a great experience. Would definitely recommend Vivint for all your home security needs.

Our tech was great, but there was a lot of complex administrative stuff that had to happen before the tech could do anything. Given the 4 hour installation time window, having this (which included review of numerous disclosures and a video guided survey I could not skip through) right at the beginning of the installation window and was tough. I had to leave an important virtual meeting to walk through 20 minutes of admin stuff - if I had been able to do this at the end would have made for a much better experience.

I wanted to pay off my equipment. 30 minutes on hold. Verification process needs to be updated. I can't memorize every security password. There needs to another avenue. Due to the customer service agent's accent I ripped her a new one when she told me that the only way she could help was was with the password and I could not understand she was trying to tell me she could email the password. She then put me on hold permanently. I can understand why. She has a tough job. Verification process needs to be updated. I still need to pay my equipment off. Additionally, you have a walk in store where I can't make payments. Why do you even have a store? The customer service with Vivant had been disappointing and I am trying to give you money. I would have thought you want to make that easy, instead I get stuck in telephone hell.

The representative and installer of the Vivint security system have both been courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable of the system. We (the homeowners) are still getting familiar with all of the options of the security system and are very pleased. The representatives have made us feel welcome to ask questions. We will definitely share our positive experience.????

Sales personal and installers were very professional and very courteous. They worked very fast and professional. Had plenty of questions that they answered with hesitation, explained how to use everything very well and also suggested best spot for the cameras. Thanks.

I am a senior product designer here at Vivint and I needed to have a full system installed so that I can see how everything works. I also needed to shadow the technician to understand their process and pain points. Collyn was very informative and he seemed like an expert on the installation. He was quick, kind and I think he deserves a raise.

After 2 no shows and 2 rescheduled appointments —— The installer left a mess, drilled the latch slot in my door seam but didn’t even install the latch. Just a big hole with wood dust everywhere. Walls left dirty and system is not even working properly. Not the best experience so far. :(

I was extremely happy. The man that helped me was super quick and understood all my needs. I really enjoyed getting set up it was super easy as well. Can’t wait to receive my stuff in the mail. I’m sooo very excited. Thank you for protecting my family!!

Had a great installer who had some problems he had to resolve and he did a wonderful job. I would recommend him and my salesman, Julian, to any of my friends. We also had to talk with Vivint customer service and they were very helpful as well. Looking forward to using vivint home security.

Bobby did a great job with my initial install. Very thorough, made sure I understood all the features of my new system. He even gave me his cell to text if I have any questions. Also, my first contact was with Joey who answered all my initial questions and determined the best options for my home and family.

I am very satisfied so far with Vivint. The installer was awesome! 10/10 would recommend him. Everything is working perfect so far and I feel far more safe in my house now, especially when I work out of town and my kids are home.

I called on a Friday and installation came the following Tuesday. It took about 2.5 hours to install all of the equipment and then I was walked through the flat panel screen and my cell phone application. I couldn’t be happier with this process. Easy to understand and was set up for me.

Wonderful tech named Mike came to my house, made sure everything was working as I bought existing equipment with purchase of house. However He could not access a second order that a salesman named Remy forced on me saying I was a new customer. A rep named Cindy saw the second account when I called for a new appt because the tech Remy ordered never showed up. She promised me that the $160 something that Remy insisted I pay in advance on my American Express card would be refunded/credited back. I would like a written confirmation of that as the good tech Mike could not find it on his computer.

Rayvon was very helpful today! He was at my house in a timely manner, he answered all my questions, and was very friendly! He helped set up my app which was very helpful. He was able to save us money by finding out that the wires were hooked up to a different system.

My service was exceptional. My questions were answered and my home was respected during installation. Justin called after installation to be sure all went well. Blake did an excellent installation and explanation of how to use the service and install on my phone. There was one problem with the keypad to enter my internet password. Vivint does not have a comma on the keypad and I had a comma in my internet password. Blake had to go to the router to connect. He made it all happen although I could not enter my password due to no coma. I armed my system last night and even though I feel safe in my home, there was a more secure feeling. Thank you.

Matt was amazing!!! Answering every question and very knowledgeable about the system. Matt was very helpful and left his number for any problems that may arise in the future. Great job!!! I would refer anyone needing an alarm system to your company.

I give two thumbs up for Edwin ** the service technician and Matthew ** the representative. They both made me feel like a valuable customer. They valued my opinion and were very informative and gave excellent service. I was skeptic and had a lot of questions but they both answered my questions and made me feel very comfortable in choosing them. I am very happy with my decision.

I just had my security system installed and I am very happy with the result. Now I feel more protected and my family. Hope everything will be smooth on future services of this product and the tech support that I might in need in the future.

I had a terrible experience with Vivint home security system installation. To start, the technician was an hour late and stayed an hour over. This is time I did not plan for and it was very inconvenient as I had plans. He did not offer me any advice on which products to install where and instead left me, a person who has never had a security system, in charge of choosing where and what sensors were installed. I was told by the representative that Vivint would uninstall the current (nonfunctional) system, but he refused to take down any of that equipment. He then began installing the smart hub in the middle of my wall, a location we had not decided upon. I was able to stop him before he made any permanent installation but I would have much preferred him ask before choosing a random location in my home.

From top to bottom everything was tiptop! From the sales team to the install. And best of all. No surprise fees. Couldn't be happier. I can't say enough good things about Vivint as far as sticking to their word. Take a chance with them and you won't be sorry.

Chaz was friendly and he explained everything I needed to know. His work was excellent and he made sure I knew how to operate the security and camera system. I felt that he cared about me being as safe as possible. He is a positive asset to your company.

The technician was very nice and so quick and efficient when doing our install. The sales rep we worked with was so kind and made the whole process easy for us! He took the initiative to help get the account set up so it we didn’t have to hassle with all of the process.

Good service. I didn’t get my lights connected to the system as promised though. I will love to discuss with someone about this feature. When something is promised it should be delivered. We had an agreement and it was not met. I would like to know why. Thanks.

The equipments and the program are user friendly. The features are logical and the price affordable. The process of purchasing the system and then setting it up was really hassle-free. You were supposed to take out 58.00, you took out 103.69. From now on BILL ME 58.00. NO MORE AUTO PAY. What more do I have to say. The installer left a mess in my house, I had to clean up, he didn't make sure app was set up on phone before he left, I had to figure out on my own. And I did I was fine till yall took out too much money out my account and ** up the test of my payments that have to be paid, so who's going to pay them. I don't have any paperwork or anything else. I agreed to 58.00$ and I dont have a contact number. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, and you will bill me in the future. NO MORE ACCESS TO MY BANK ACCOUNT.

Justin did a great job. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He was very careful. He went way above to make sure everything was correct. He explained everything and answered all of our questions. I would recommend him to anyone.

Amazing system, user friendly and the tech was a very kind, considerate and knowledgeable of the product. The tech set everything up within a reasonable amount of time and left everything in order. Probably could have cleaned up a little better, but that was not much of a concern with an understanding that the tech had limited time.

Jason was very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. He was a joy to talk with while he work and he made sure to explain every step. His customer service was EXCELLENT and I wouldn't want any other technician to do my work but him!!!!

He described everything perfectly. And did an amazing job setting everything up and showing us how to use it. He broke everything down for us when placing the security system up. Altogether we are very satisfied with our setup.

They were professional and very quick to get my home installed. It did take the 2-4 hour timeframe for installation. Once setup they talk with you on all the features you selected and recommend other products that are compatible if you wanted more later.

The techs who came to set everything up were so nice and took time to explain the whole set up. Although it took a bit to get everything ready and connected due to internet connections, they never once complained and still were very patient. Would recommend.

A superb experience. Vivint is up-front about their pricing and our installer, Joey A, was fantastic. He was professional, very knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker. He listened to our concerns, did not try to sell us on things we didn’t need, and we had complete confidence in his recommendations. Best of all, he didn’t rush the installation as the job went on, and took his time to answer all of our questions and explain the service. After being a customer with another security company (founded over 100 yrs ago) for a few years, I felt that they were not providing the security I wanted. I decided I wanted to add more cameras. They sent a tech over and he said he was unable to set my backyard camera where I wanted because it would not get a clear angle of the yard. They wanted to run a wire over my bathroom tub to get the angle they wanted. I did not agree. So, after the first tech left, I called the company to complain and they sent another tech. He said the same thing as the first. Fortunately, I did not install the camera because I felt that their opinion was not valid.

Smooth and professional. Installed everything where we wanted it and worked to get the doorbell installed with brick and mortar issues. Would recommend Vivint as a security system. Cameras have great view and sound is great even for my wife who has cochlear implants.

I’ve had a really good experience with my sales good and installer. They were very communicative throughout the process the technology is incredible. I feel very safe in our home and much more comfortable leaving as well. I would recommend this to anyone.

Sales rep great. Tech was good. Tech support and customer service on phones terrible. 30 min tech visit took hours and Vivint charged me for 2 tech visits. Phone support told me to wait until both charges posted and then call back for a refund. You steal my money and I have to resolve it. Not cool. I want to cancel.

Setup was great & installer was kind and respectful. He came within the allotted time frame & was quick with his work and patient with me. I am grateful to have some peace of mind in my old house with the new security system.

This company I have had security before, but them are very good. I will recommend other to get with them. Rate 5 stars. Their price is not high and they're fast in the installation. The camera doorbell is the bomb, great view and warn you of someone at the door.

The process to setup was fast. I received an appointment a couple of days after I called in to setup service. The technician was in time and setup everything to my liking. The only thing that upset me was the sales associate did NOT disclose to me that there would be a hard credit check once the technician showed up. When I called in the sales associate said he was doing a “soft credit check” to see if I qualified which I agreed to. But when the technician showed up and went over the services and disclosures with me on his tablet that’s when he told me about the “hard credit check”.

I REALLY wanted a Vivint system. Not only for its security but smart home automation. My tech Jackson was nothing short of AMAZING! He was at my house for about 7 hours and he made sure that everything was neat and I was happy with every setting!!! He was very professional and I’m so glad he was the first interaction I had with Vivint.

Rick was super helpful with any questions we had. Definitely deserve 10 stars. We love our doorbell. He let us know what would be a good fit and helped us set everything up. If we ever move we would definitely love to have him be our tech.

I had Vivint installed today. It was fast and outstanding service. The tech went over everything. I could not be happier. The various features are prompt and efficient such as notices about someone being in a certain part of the house. We like the clarity of picture and sound from the porch and we really love the weather forecast!

Just got my Vivint alarm installed yesterday 3/4/21. It was a great experience. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, and very efficient. Noah was very helpful in explaining things and getting us setup. For future reference It would have been nice to know we were making a “loan” for the equipment. It caught us a little off guard. We would have gone ahead but would probably have paid for the equipment outright.

Had Vivint come by today to install our new system. First our technician Jesika was able to come sooner than originally scheduled, which was great. She was very professional and proficient. She made sure we understood how to use our system.

Mark and his niece Audry were amazing. They were professional and proficient in their knowledge of the products. They walked us through what we needed to know including how to use the device and how to maneuver through the intricacies of the security system they installed. The only problem was with our garage, which was out of their hands. We trust Mark so much more than our sales person. He seems much more reliable and he is a man of his word. They were very cool too and great conversationalists. I would definitely refer Mark to install for Vivint any day.

The tech Elijah was great, very friendly and knowledgeable, he felt bad that I wasn't able to get the door bell or exterior camera because of the apartment complex I live in wouldn't allow any alterations to the outside exterior. I would definitely recommend Vivint to all of my family and friends.

The tech was friendly and efficient. He got our system installed and walked us through how to use it. It is pretty user grieving and not difficult to use. We are very happy with it and will refer our friends and neighbors.

Jimmy ** was the technician who worked with me and my brother. I’m grateful for the patience he showed my brother who had questions about the whole experience. Jimmy communicated with me through text, phone and email. He was on time, made sure he understood the needs of service on the property and made accommodations where needed. He explained how the system works and gave my brother a tutorial which my brother was very comfortable with. He helped me sign up for the app, which was very easy. I was very satisfied with his service and would recommend it to others.

Drin was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job installing and explaining how to use the system, I’m going to offer him a job working for me. I am appreciative the texting and phone communication before the appointments as well.

Smooth install process for door lock, doorbell camera and smoke, door, water detection, garage door control and glass break sensors. Terms and fees are fair and competitive. Representative answered all of my questions and concerns I had at the time. Security systems have changed quite a bit the last 20 years and are much better today. I don't plan to switch companies again. I think I found the best security service in the market today.

Worst experience ever. 5 hours of no resolution. Money out my account I didn’t approve. Sales manager not really managers. I didn’t receive all my items also can reach anybody on phone that sold me the order. Unless someone reach out to me and try to resolve my issue will not continue my service.

Missing 3 key fobs. Wrong debit card was used causing an overdraft on my account.. I gave him a card to make the initial payment and a different card to have on file to continue to make monthly payments.. He charged the wrong after verifying with me that he used the correct card.. Viewing Panel screen was not installed or hard wired to my house.. It is sitting on my dresser in bedroom.. Was told that someone would call to install it.. No one has contacted me as of yet.. He said that he did not have the part to install it on the wall..How can an installer go to a customer’s home without connecting the main source.. I was also misquoted the price..it was wavy more: Too many errors.

My tech was friendly and made learning about my new system easy. He took his time, and answered questions along the way. I would definitely recommend to a friend. My kids and I feel much safer with this system in our home now.

I appreciate the service. But I was getting a bit tired of the installer trying to sell me every thing from more security service to auto insurance... home insurance and other stuff & he was quite persistent. I had to say no at least 3 times.

Everything went well... Only issue is it was mentioned that someone would contact me because I’m active military to discuss a discount but I have yet to hear anything... I would like to hear more about that...

My experience has been great from the start. The initial phone consultation gave me all the information I needed. We dialed in the plan and had me scheduled asap. The installers were most knowledgeable and professional. We discussed the best areas to place each sensor and equipment. In fact, we ended up taking off a couple of sensors because they weren't necessary. I've already recommended two people to Vivint.

Our neighborhood and city seem to be having an increase in outside people bringing violence into the neighborhood. Recently two cars having a shootout while racing on our streets. Bullets that missed their targets went into people's yards and homes. Police canvased the neighborhood looking at videos from security cameras to help identify the culprits. Vivint reps came into the area with presentations about their available system and products. We decided to improve our security with their product.
