Your service rep Mario was very professional and patient in teaching us the whole camera system. He ensured we understood everything on the contract prior to us signing which was very comforting. He was awesome!!!! The cameras were set up with precision and final approval by me with his assistant. He checked in with me when he needed additional assistance with anything within the house. He was very careful when working inside the house ensuring not to damage any my our house items.

Jason was very professional, knowledgeable and considerate. All my equipment is high tech and easy to operate. I would definitely recommend Vivint and especially Jason. My only issue was the service took several hours to install but it was done fairly quietly and without any mess.

Representative was here for 5 hours and within those hours he did an amazing job at being patient with what seemed to be 100 of my questions. Usually people rush you to make this decision and he was calm and collective.

Our experience with Matt was great! He came in when he said he would, & did amazing work on setting up our system & showing me how to use it properly. We would definitely recommend using Vivint for your home security needs.

Easy process. Sat back and Louis did all the work to install everything we ordered. He cleaned up after he was done. Also explained all I needed to know. Happy with the results. Really a friendly team from the start of this to the end.

Lovely company, fast easy consult and clearly outlined costs and options for payment. Scheduling was flexible and fast. Installer arrived on time, was amicable, worked diligently to ensure cables were secure but well hidden and walked us through the entire system's functionality. System itself looks great, works great, and is easy to use. Will probably call again in the near future for further additions+upgrades.

My service was excellent from the rep from Vivint. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a security system. My recommendation came from a family member who has always been satisfied with their service!!!

Nothing negative to say. Ryan was a great and personable sales guy. He provided a clear description of the service while also setting clear expectations on my side for what I was going to see going forward. David was a quick working and competent installer. Both guys were super friendly. Also, the service itself is not half bad. Two thumbs up.

We have been a customer with Vivint since 2016. Always prompt in response to concerns or troubleshooting. My family has relocated from Colorado to Texas and they have made sure to follow up with us to ensure our families security is of top priority. I highly recommend Vivint for your security needs.

Great system. The technology integrates really well into the home. Being able to access and control everything on my phone is fantastic. The camera is crystal clear even at night. The package protection feature is really well thought out. The smart hub panel looks nice and the light underneath gives a clear indication on the status of the system. Easy to use.

Fast and courteous service. The system goes beyond expectations. I am so pleased and I feel protected. The installation went well and smoothly. The gentleman installed everything and made sure I understood everything. He was so patient and thorough. He walked me through every step. Thank you

James and Doug were great! They did a walk through and recommended some things that weren’t on my original order and explained why those items would be useful to my safety. They were very polite and respectful and during these times that’s something that can’t go under appreciated. It’s been a couple days and everything works great! Thanks for everything guys!

Joey came to my house to Install my service and take his time to go over everything and explain me everything in details! The app is super easy to use as well. I highly recommend Vivint. only been one day and I’m very satisfied with it. :)

Technician 10, support 3. I applied online and somehow the order was wrong. Josh the tech was outstanding in explaining what was wrong and how he was trying to resolve it. I listened to him on the phone, he was calm and patient with the several support staff he was transferred to who couldn’t help! A Vivint Supv came out and too was a very good representative of the company. Josh did a great job representing Vivint. It was disappointing the issue couldn’t be resolved about 30 min earlier, it shouldn’t have been that difficult!

We were referred to Matthew by a friend and we see why. Matthew was very professional, polite and thorough. All equipment was installed in a timely manner and explained very well. We will be recommending him and Vivint to our friends, family and neighbors.

Had a great experience with the sales rep and the installer. Everyone was so polite and patient. I would recommend Vivint to other people. We tested everything with the system and I'm very happy with how well it works. We got everything we need to have a secure home.

They was really helpful and the guy who come to set up everything he was so helpful and he did everything currently. He was so friendly and nice. He keep his face mask all the time. After he done he explained everything about it and he help me with the app.

Kole was a great representative from the start. He made me feel secure in my decision and I didn’t feel taken advantage of or bombarded. James was great with installation. No issues and was very thorough. We just got basics and I already feel much better. We will definitely be adding more into the home with Vivint.

The tech walked all the way around, and inside the house. While conducting the walk through explained everything he was going to do to the fullest. As he worked and explained and asked me if there was any questions. When it was all completed he showed me each Piece of equipment, and how it was connected. Then we walk through the panel and how it is operated.

My technician was knowledgeable, efficient and helpful. They walked us through the whole process and even was kind to my dog petting her and talking to her. He helped us figure out what was best for us. The sales rep was kind and personable. The product does speak for itself.

Both the salesman and the tech were personable and professional. Both went the extra mile to make sure we knew what we were getting and how to use it. Their work is appreciated! Just great guys all around.

Mike has excellent customer service. He was on time, courteous. He explained everything about the system. Walked us thru the panel and website. He let us know if we had any questions to call Vivint and they would help us.

Justin made the initial sales call and was very informative. Holbert made the installation and contract process easy and even fun. The install took some time but I was kept informed and updated on the progress so I felt comfortable. Highly recommend!

The service was great and I had no issues understanding what was required of me in my package. The service time did not take too long. I was recommended by my mother. I have known about Vivint for a few years and I’m sure I will stick with the service.

I had been a customer for 6 or so years and I’ve had a number of problems with thermostats going offline but I’ve continued to work with them to fix the problems. This past December I sold the house on the 6th. On that day the new owner and myself worked with customer service to pull me off and put new owner on. I was told at that time I was done. The new owner apparently decided at some point to go another direction and did not finish the transition. Since then I have tried to cancel the account however they continue to bill me and have been rude.

Vivint Outdoor claim to have 140° but I think I’m only getting 120°. I compared Vivint Outdoor Camera to My Ring Floodlight. And it’s a really big difference. Sorry Vivint I’m staying with My old Home Security System. I will be canceling My contract.

Luis was wonderful. Answered all my questions, was very respectful in my house and went over everything. Very happy and felt very confident in the product he installed. He left everything very clean and organized and helped with every detail of the set up.

Ryan was very patient with me as I asked questions + he also noted that we had our sensor's covered on garage and back doors. He showed me where I actually put weather stripping around back door and metal stripping when our house was built was on garage door. He was very helpful and courteous.

My installation went extremely smooth and quick. I appreciate the knowledgeable technicians that were sent to my home. They even took time to assist my neighbors who are also Vivint customers. I will definitely be recommending Vivint to everyone I know.

Can I say this was the second this got installed and setup and my pro Aaron ** was amazing!! He was patient, professional with a good personality and understanding. When he needed to explain things he was thorough and broke it down well. It's great when a company has a person so good they make you want to find people to have him install the system. We had a wonderful experience with Romar. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind! We ran into a doorbell hiccup and he has tried everything possible to fix it, which we really appreciated. When we moved in our house about 4 years ago, our doorbell never worked and we’ve always wanted cameras but just never knew who to go through... but yesterday’s changes our life. Rep was PERFECT, and our installers did an awesome job.

Didn’t give five stars because I had to ask one technician to wear his mask correctly. I told salesman my husband is immune suppressed. Also it would be nice if they wore shoe covers. Also they ran out of smart drives so my cameras won’t store any videos if needed until Monday which is six days away so hopefully we have no incidents during this time. However, I am happy with the equipment we were able to get for our home. :)

TJ was amazing. He explained everything to me and I felt very comfortable making the decision for my safety. I also didn’t catch the installer’s name (my fault as he did say it), but he was just as great! He explained everything to me and showed me how to use the system and completed the work quickly. I was not very impressed with Vivint. I worked in their call center for a short time, and was surprised how difficult it was to help customers with their problems. The hold times were usually 30 minutes to an hour, and you were frequently transferred around and lost your spot in the queue. The actual equipment and service is good, but expensive, and the cancellation policy is horrible.

Shannon was a great installation specialist. We really appreciated her attention to detail and explanation of how to operate the system. Love the new security system! The equipment is really top notch. We are happy with the entire setup and feel very safe now.

Should have stress to us about what wouldn't work without wi-fi. We couldn't download the app, Will be calling customer care for help hopefully they can help me with this problem I'm looking forward to be using this new system with the app as soon as possible.

Braxton ** did a great job. He was very friendly and helpful. The alarm system is very cool!! Everyone should change to a Vivint alarm system! All exterior doors now have very cool electronic locks that can be controlled by the app or the monitor!

I love the system with the cameras and doorbell ring, the monitor is great and the fire and carbon monoxide detectors. Easy to use on the smartphone. Monitoring, this is truly a great system. The tech that was install was great and respectful. If I needed someone to be sent out again I would like him to be the one be sent if available. He works very well. Can’t find anymore words on how happy and satisfied with his great work.

Chris was friendly with excellent communication and technical skill. He overcame issues with low power and small wiring to get the doorbell camera to work. He came prepared with all tools and parts on hand. It was a good experience.

I had an alarm installation conducted on 18 Feb 21. The technician was nice and did a great job, however, during the installation of one camera while he was fishing the line through the wall part of the drywall and paint was damaged near the outlet cover that extends beyond the cover.

My Vivint technician was very friendly, informative, and thorough. He walked me through everything from setting up my account, to the touch pad features, to the equipment usage. I highly recommend him! I have had vivint many years ago and love all the upgrades! I feel very safe!

I am very upset. I asked three times to verify that the full amount of 1,000 + was not going to be charged on the card on file & was told we had until the 1st to update the card because we were not able to do so today. The card on file was charged & there are other funds withdrawing.

They take valuable time to assess your family’s or individual’s needs and work with you on reaching that goal. I highly recommend Vivint to anyone looking to secure the safety of themselves and loved ones.

Professional and quick, they were close behind the sales team and efficiently installed what they could, modified what they couldn't rapidly. They also took the time to explain the setups, of course, but they were clear and concise. I would consider Vivint if friends or family members ask for suggestions.

My Installer was EXCELLENT in every way! 5 Stars - He worked with me for a couple of hours just to fine tune the install - really appreciate his expertise and patience. Then he finished a difficult install 2 hours sooner than we thought!

I think there is a noticeable 2 second delay when having a conversation with someone on the phone- I think that was a cause for some confusion. The sound quality coming from Vivint is quite choppy at times, so that probably caused some other confusion as well.

A complete system with 12 windows, 7 doors, doorbell cam, front door lock, medical alert key fob, auto garage door opener controller and a Nest Thermostat. Very clean job. The installers were the best. Best of all $$ THE PRICE $$.

Initially, everything went well. Equipment was explained thoroughly. Got the agreement, signed and the installation was the same day. I gave it 4 stars due the extensive time it took to get me set up. I previously had an alarm system, so I figured it should be fast. It took almost 5 hours. He showed up after 7PM and was done at 12AM. I just found it odd, he was a young man and another young man showed up a couple hours later to help him. Also, I was told I would get a Nest thermostat and he wasn’t able to install it, so they installed a different one. They didn’t even bother cleaning up their mess after.

My technician was great. He explained everything to me. He was detailed and he cleaned behind himself! Very good representative of Vivint. I would recommend my neighbors, my friends and my coworkers for sure. As long as the service remain the same and the equipment proves itself Vivint has my vote!

Chad was terrific. He was very professional. He was very clean and did a great job cleaning up his mess. He took time to explain the system to us. Clint who sold us the system was awesome too. I’m so glad I changed companies!

Jesus (technician) and Austin (customer service representative) were both friendly, courteous and efficient. Both gentlemen exemplify excellent customer service. They made my experience with Vivint pleasurable. I am hoping that all of my encounters with Vivint are as seamless as my recent experience.

From start to finish I felt comfortable in the behavior of the sales representative and the technician. I have friends and family who use Vivint, and was excited to have a chance to use it myself. The services have been excellent and the system runs beautifully. I was afraid it would be too complicated at first but it was explained to me very simply and it is a comfort to have. I’m very pleased.

The installation process was awful. They made a huge hole in my garage, where they were supposed to install the garage camera, and filled it with clear glue. Complete mess. Then, they messed up my garage door sensors, my door wouldn't close, then the manager wouldn't allow the installer to help fix it. I told them that it worked before they messed with it, and he refused to let them help me. He even uttered multiple racist statements that were ironically caught on my new Vivint cameras. I asked for help, again stating it worked before they worked on it, and he just shook his head and made them leave.

I understand of the explain how to operate the unit. The tech ozzy and the sales person celeb they have such a warm heart. They explained it to my mother and the she understand everything and the timing was great.

Yesterday we got sold the products and service. The installation was a terrible experience, rushed and careless. After actually using the products for a few hours we are dissatisfied with the end result and want to cancel. Alex, our salesman, mentioned he would give us a call today to follow up with us, but he has yet to call us. We’ve called him 3 times, left a voicemail, 2 text messages and no response. We want to cancel immediately and we are having trouble getting a hold of someone to do so. I recommend researching the entire security market before settling with Vivint, because if you change your mind it will be difficult to cancel.

Best decision ever! Great prices and excellent customer service. Devin ** as well as The Tech guy Chad, went up and above. These guys definitely deserve recognition. I’m happy, really happy with my system. I will be happy to refer this amazing system (Team) to my family and friends.

The only issue I had has having to purchase new equipment after being told my current equipment could be synced to Vivint's system. I would also suggest customers have knowledge that they are financing the equipment for 5 years and should have a equipment buyout option. During the installation I heard the tech on the phone with customer service and the issue was my "new" system was a refurbished system still attached to a customers account. My question to myself was what's the difference in what I am financing for a refurbished system than a new system. It shouldn't be the same price. The installation took about an hour. Mainly technical issues and the representatives were courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and cleaned up after themselves. It looks professionally done and I feel secure with my new system.

The technician was very very knowledgeable, very real, well mannered and very helpful and helping us to install our systems and I appreciated everything that he did for us and he was very professional very very professional and I would refer him to anyone that I know that needs any type of alarm system.

The team that worked on my project was friendly and professional. I have had the same security system in my house for 7 years or so, haven't had a reason to change, nor did I want to. After dealing with the team that came to my house I am happy I did. They were not pushy, they didn't try to sell me everything under the sun. Henry made me question how much I was paying and what I was getting for my money. I told Henry at first I needed to talk to my wife about the change and would call him and let him know. In short this means "I don't want to buy your product" in a nice way. After he left I checked my bill with ADT and found out it had went up again. I then went and talked to my wife and quickly called Henry back. Within the same day, I had my new system installed.

Our salesman persisted to give us good info, complete info on the Vivint product. Our installer came in a couple hours and showed us all the features and how to use them. I have concerns about the financial papers we signed but hope all is well.

I had a very positive experience with the installation of my new alarm system. I’m very pleased with the Vivint system after having been an ADT customer for so many years, I already see features with the Vivint system that I’m happier with versus ADT.

The tech had explained the system very well and showed me everything that I needed to know on how to work the system, the cameras, arming and disarming through the app, etc. He explained to me how the doorbell works and how I can review the cameras from both my phone app and the alarm system. He explained how if there's glass breaking The system will pick that up and alert Vivint and the police.

Our technician Seth was awesome. Explained everything so I could understand it. Gave us all the equipment that we wanted and was helpful in explaining how each worked. We added more items as we were unsure what we needed with our home.

Mr. Freeman ** came out on time and did exceptional work. Made sure we knew how to work the system and the Garage controller. I would highly recommend Vivint. I was recently an ADT customer and Vivint trumps ADT by miles.

The techs were very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Cleaned up after installation. Appearance was clean and uniform. On time for appointment. They wore mask. Answered all questions and explained the system. We Will totally recommend to friends and family. Camera quality excellent. Easy to use system.

The technician almost got a perfect score, pleased once the process was started. He explained everything and cleaned up and left. He was on time and once work started he finished and checked his work as he completed each task.

I love this system. It is so easy to use. Our 12 year old son knows what to do in an emergency; it's that easy! The camera has such a great picture and picks up such a large area. You can even adjust the cameras to pick up something new.

Our tech Jessie did an awesome job installing our system, was knowledge on the products, and handled himself professionally. There was a bump in our installation plan and he went above and beyond to repair the problem and ensure that it was done perfectly. Compared to other companies' technicians, Jessie blew them out of the water.

I’ve always been very comfortable with Vivint. We have installed four systems so far. To be honest I haven’t tried any others because I’ve been very happy with them. They don’t charge a lot monthly and their service seems to be timely. Also, I’ve always had good experiences with the installers and with everyone that I have called on the phone. No company is perfect and I’m sure there are people out there with complaints but I don’t have any.

I feel that the wiring should've been ran through the attic so, I don't see visible wiring in the rooms. He needed a outlet for cameras. Looks really tacky. He didn't put a fitting around the wire in rooms so I've hole with wiring in it. I've seen better installations in my time. And also your first tech canceled on me because he had a doctor's appointment so he sent Evan in his place.

I switched from Brinks. The rep took his time to explain everything to my husband and since I wasn't available at the time he explained it to me also. The installation was amazing and done within 30 minutes of signing the paperwork. It only been a day but based on customer service I'm very pleased.

I requested a total of 6 cameras and a doorbell. Although I made it quite clear that I needed to see the products, I was charged and money immediately withdrawn. Feb 12th 1 installation was done and eventually completed on February 17th. I installed a total of 4 cameras- cannot contact CS and a further charge was taken out of my account. Communication with the company is the worst I’ve ever experienced. Still waiting to hear back.
