Emilio, the service tech was real knowledgeable about the equipment and was very helpful. He updated all my existing equipment and helped us set up our account thru the app. I’m looking forward to having our home protected in these tough and dangerous times.

I like the ease of use a lot of the features the ring doorbell. Installation was a breeze. Installer very professional and eager to help out. Salesman was a good but totally ignore the no soliciting sign. Enjoy the ring doorbell camera. Going to help out with deliveries and monitoring who’s at the front door.

I am pleased with service so far. We just set up yesterday. The serviceman was very nice and informative. I was also impressed with your salesperson, he was polite and knowledgeable and answered all questions and concerns. We will try out and be able to fill out service and use at that time.

He was helpful with the placement of their products and it was a very quick installation process. I was personally very content with the service provided and Carlos went above and beyond to provide the best costumer service. He explained everything thoroughly. Was on time and did not leave my home until all of the devices were working and he showed us everything he needed to before he had to go.

Jason was dope. Customer service isn’t how it used to be but Jason showed up and showed out. He was such a pleasure and very professional. My panel was being silly and didn’t want to work but he took the extra time to figure everything out. He was awesome. Love him. Vivint's rep was very professionally dressed and explained his procedures. The system up and running in about 5 hours. Worked thru a few setup bugs but once everything got lined out works great. A substantial upgrade from our old system. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

We just had our system installed and are very impressed with the seamless technology integration between the unit, cameras, lock, and phone. The quality of the cameras exceeded expectations, the picture is crystal clear. The unit itself is sleek and unobtrusive.

The interaction with Paris and his partner (I believe his name was Brian) was great. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and when one of them didn’t know an answer to something the other filled in and didn’t miss a beat. The install was great and very hands off on my part, I did a walk through with the technician, Elias, and showed him where the windows were and where I wanted the cameras then he ran the show from there and answered all of my questions on the alarm system through the system test and tutorial.

The sales representative and the tech crew were on time and very professional. They answered all my questions and were more than accommodating. I am very happy with my services and the care I received. Even after they left, and I have more questions, they still answered my calls.

I was really impressed with how they were very knowledgeable and very efficient. The text that came out was also very professional. The pricing was very reasonable. And they have the equipment installed quickly. The monthly fee was very reasonable.

My sales representative London, was low key, very informative, and knew her product thoroughly. She answered all my questions, and took extra time to make sure I was comfortable with the entire process. Installation was good but I was charged $1727 during the date of installation and that wasn’t part of the agreement. Billing and customer service needs to rectify this huge error. This is bad business and can definitely ruin the reputation of the business.

David was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to know about my new system. He made sure I was comfortable with using it before he left. He even took the time to entertain my 12 year old as she wanted to talk through the doorbell camera.

The system seems great. We haven’t used it much yet, but so far it is pretty awesome. We feel safe and we’re glad that they offered everything we wanted in a security system. The best part was the customer service. The techs who installed the system were amazingly friendly and helpful. We just bought a house and have dealt with so many services and contractors, Matt and the other installer had the best customer service of those that we have worked with by far. They were more than helpful. Matt worked with us to make sure we had everything we needed with the system and explained everything to us. Had this installed for my mom who is elderly. The installation process was done very well! The installer was professional, friendly and provided a lot of good information. The house was built in the 1940s so the doorbell transformer was probably the original. The installer was able to figure out a good solution and it was installed rather quickly considering the limited access to the old transformer.

The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The Vivint security system is a serious upgrade over our previous system. I highly recommend Vivint to anyone who is looking for a system or an upgrade to what they currently have.

Try Vivint. I have it in my home and at my business. The wireless cameras are great and easy to use with good wi-fi. Our installer was patient and went over and beyond to satisfy our needs. The sales representative worked with us remotely by phone.

Reps and techs very professional and courteous but rep did not tell me it would take 2+hrs to install the system. Set up evening appt. and it went pretty late. Would have rescheduled had I known. Otherwise very satisfied with the service and responsiveness of the reps and techs.

John and his trainee were very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the services offered. They went above and beyond my expectations to enhance the appearance of the original equipment installation. I would recommend these two guys for any job that requires troubleshooting and problem solving for difficult installs. Two thumbs up!!

The driving topic that the rep discussed about was how quickly we could access our camera vs. Ring. Showed lots of examples and such but in truth, they knew it has nothing to do with the cameras but with bandwidth of your internet. Examples were showed by rep’s iPad to display how quickly he access his cameras. There is no difference in our cameras, if anything, the cameras connect significantly slower than our Ring. We will be returning the systems.

Installer did a great job! Very nice and very knowledgeable! Pleased with equipment thus far. We have the doorbell camera package. Able to access through mobile app on phone and seems to be pretty easy to navigate. Just getting started!

Preston did a great job in installing our new security system. After three rescheduled appointments due to miscommunication with the techs, Preston went out of his way to add us to his schedule. He did a wonderful job and explained everything clearly!

Experience was off to a rocky one but I was taking over the previous homeowner. Blake ** was my specialist.... Thank you. He was awesome with his service and he walked us through the panel, doors, windows, etc. He made sure we were comfortable with what he had explained to us.

They reviewed everything with me the first two salesperson then they told me technicians will be to my house around 30 min, and they did. Technicians explained to me everything they were going to do. I asked if they put window sensors, they put them on, then they explained how to work the system.

Made appointments for a simple door code change and no one can seem to call on time as scheduled and then I have to start all over with customer service who is clueless about the situation. Wait on hold for over 45 min each time I call. So time consuming and frustrating.

Unfortunate communication on day of scheduled installation. Did not receive a confirmation prior, other than contacting Rep to reassure appointment. Waited 6 hours, finally had to reach out to Rep again, only to find out technician was supposedly in auto accident. But found out Tech claimed to call several times - no answer. We never received call on our end. Appointment had to be rescheduled for the following day, and Tech showed up and completed install.

From getting and planing out the system to the install and walk through on “how to” it was an amazing experience!! Very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable!! Joe with the install was great! It’s a lot to install, but he was efficient and quick. He was patient when going through the app and panel on how it all works and answering any questions!! I feel super comfortable and confident in using this system!!!

Everyone was helpful and the process was easy. Setting up the system was an easy step by step process. Everything was explained in an understandable way. I liked that the directions were texted to me and then followed up with a call to complete everything. All options were explained and all questions answered. I was happy with everything.

Was unable to set up system with initial visit. Nothing set up so rescheduled a week later. Also told I could use ADT equipment however not the case and did not have a lot of the options installed that I originally requested

My Vivint install team did a great job with customer service, sales, and install. I am so impressed with our new system in our new house that I will never ever leave vivint! Best price and best service for home security and smart home needs. The initial jump into using vivint requires more down than the competitors, but it’s worth it in the long run whenever you have a killer system with a great app and options available to choose from.

The gentlemen that came by to do the install were excellent at their jobs. They made logical suggestions based on my home and I'm happy with the professional finish to the physical installation. They were also very courteous of my time.

We got a late start but they were able to finish the job! Instructions for use were very simple and we are looking forward to feeling more secure in our home!

Satisfied with the product and installation. I just wasn't aware of the fact that my bells that already existed throughout the house would not ring anymore. I'm not sure if I will be able to hear the doorbell ring on the Google Home Mini, if I'm in my basement doing laundry.

The process was fairly easy and harmless. The Tech arrived early and was very patient with all my questions and concerns and he (Mike) did an excellent job and swept up himself any shavings from drilling the holes for wires.

On hold for over an hour just to have someone answer and not fix the issue. The call disconnects and instead of the rep calling me back, here I am on a 17 minute wait hold! Let’s see how this goes!!!!

You charged me twice when the rep that went to my house said Vivint was only going to charge me once the installation was complete. We have tried to call text the rep, even the guy that installed our system and we never got and answer. We even left messages, no answer. I've emailed no answer. I even ask the rep I didn't want it to be charged out of my card and it still is. I also asked the guy to put some signs that we have you as our security and we didn't get that either. We have a few more questions and we need them answered. If anyone is reading this please call my husband at **. Hopefully you can get to us so we can ask some questions. Thank you.

Everything was fine installer was great. Maybe a heads up that I may need to touch up things after the install. Ie. paint around Thermostats and cameras. Other than that everything is great so far. Looking forward to getting to know this equipment and how it works.

Everyone should have one. Protect your family when you’re not around. You can see what goes on inside and outside of your home, when you're at work or away on a trip and you can even lock or turn on your system from where you are.

I feel any contractors entering someone's home with rugs, carpet, shoes covering should be worn, especially if it's wet outside. Other than that installers were very knowledgeable and thorough. I was pleased with the install as a whole down to the explained instructions of use of monitor and app.

The individual that came to our door presented us a sales pitch that was filled with false information. He presented us with the idea that we would be used for advertising and because of this we wouldn't pay any out of pocket for the equipment, but after he left it was discovered that actually we are paying for the equipment. The gentleman who did our install did a great job, no complaints there.

This is the Best security system by far! I love my Vivint Smart Home and what a company. Might be the best Company in the world! I control this system from anywhere in the world!! Nobody has a better doorbell camera.

Both the sales associate and the installer were very knowledgeable and informative. We are very satisfied with the equipment and experience. The security the system provides makes me sleep better at night! And when I leave for work in the morning I feel my wife is secure.

I would give 5 stars for the install and another 5 for customer service. My reps were great! However, the employee who was recovering training left my side gate open and my dogs got out. I then had to pay $60 to get my two dogs from the pound because they were picked up from animal control. That is very unprofessional.

The product is excellent but the price is kind of high. I don’t have any complaints. The product feel my expectations so I am very satisfy. I like Vivint. I will recommend it but like I say for me the price is high.

Everything works great and the technician was a big help!!! The technician took his time to make sure he installed everything sufficiently. Even though it’s one camera offline he has agreed to return to get it up and running for me!

Shane was great and helpful. He took time to teach the gentleman shadowing him. He came by later to check on the same day Install. I would recommend to all my friends. I already told my neighbors about the service. I really like that in 5 years my service goes down. I also love the camera on the doorbell.

Technician Efren was very patient and acknowledged about every step of the process. System is working good so far. Easy to alarm and disarm. Panel is in sync with phone app, and can be controlled from anywhere. No cameras were added due to their high cost.

Salvador, was very knowledgeable and precise on location of cameras. Customer service/sales messed up my application but he was also able to complete what sales failed to do. He took the time to make sure I knew how to change batteries, work the app and work the monitor. Will recommend Salvador!!!

Hey Neighbors! My family and I also got the Vivint Security System installed in our home today, and we love it! My husband and I have wanted to get a Smart Home Security System ever since we first moved into our new home in May, but everything got delayed due to COVID. The unique feature about the Vivint Security System is that all of the equipment does not run through your wifi; it's all connected through satellite, so there’s no fear of your security system going down when there are storms or if someone cuts the connection to your wifi. George was our sales rep, and he did a fantastic job explaining all of the features of what they offered and sold us on the spot of why we needed it in our home. All of our furbabies loved George, too, as you can see in the picture. LOL!

Emilio and his trainee who came to install were professional, polite and very much subject matter experts in their job. Made and explained everything very easily. Their installation jobs were very precise and clean. I would definitely recommend going through Vivint and I would recommend these guys to do any installation.

The technician that came out was very professional and fun to be around. I strive to hire employees like this one. Really went above and beyond to make sure the system was installed the best way possible. Best install service I have ever had. Would recommend to anybody I met.

My wife and I had three sales representatives come to our Home. My wife chose Angel **. Angel was wonderful and family oriented. He listened to what we wanted and explained everything to us regarding purchasing or Financing our equipment. Also explained how some of the equipment worked. Our equipment was installed by Quincy. He immediately confirmed the equipment we ordered then asked where we wanted our equipment. During and after installment of the equipment he explained how the equipment worked and helped with setting the Apps on my phone, helped with logging on and showed me hands on how to navigate the Apps. Quincy also asked for a broom and cleaned after himself. Great attitude and an awesome experience with both Employees from Vivint.

Your representatives were very friendly, polite and knowledgeable with their presentation and installation of the system. I am very satisfied with the system as it affords more and better features than the previous one I was using and would highly recommend it to friends and family.

Very high in technology, every thing you could wish for to be safe. I recommend Vivint for your security needs. From cameras, to doorbells, even thermostats. The installer was very knowledgeable, of the equipment. Explained every detail. Answered all my questions, even if I ask them twice.

Tech knew what he was doing. He installed everything without a hitch and. It took him around 5 hours but did everything perfectly. There isn’t really anything I would change about my experience with Vivint and the installation process.

My experience so far with Vivint has been great. From me making the initial call with the customer representative all the way to the technician that came to my home. It was a great experience!! My technician was very patient and show my husband and I all we needed to know. I even added more equipment to my home and the technician was great and kind.

The Vivint install and specifically Christian was amazing all around. I understand my system and was able to ask any questions while he was here. The cameras/keypad/wall pad look great and there’s nothing I need to do except enjoy my new system.

A Vivint Sales Rep visited us in person to explain the Vivint system, products and features. We were impressed with its functionality, ease of setup and warranty. So far, we are pleased with the system and look forward to using it.

Trying to get everything coordinated was a nightmare but the tech that came to my house was awesome! He took care of everything. He did a fabulous job! Great technician, super super nice. Explained everything about Vivint, and showed us how to use everything. Installed the cameras right where I wanted them. If one camera angle didn’t look right he would fix it right away! Hoping to stay with Vivint for many many years. Also explained to me what to do in case we move!

Yes I am happy with my alarm system but the quote the sales representative gave me was way off from what the installation representative gave me and I felt like that was really messed up. So I still went with it but felt very disappointed with the initial quote and then find out it’s gonna be more. Not cool.

Everything was working perfect and going smooth. But as soon as the install team left my wife got kicked out and two cameras went offline! We have 7 other friends waiting to get theirs. I hope this is fixed very VERY SOON! NIKO OUR SALESMAN GREAT. 5 STARS. My wife and I would sleep better at night with our kids knowing our security cameras are working. I don't want this to leave a bad thought in my mind. I'm waiting to give a 5 star rating. For now it's a 2 but can easily be a 5. Again the guys were GREAT BEYOND GREAT. HOWEVER THE CAMERA TROUBLESHOOTING (LESS THAN 8 HOURS MAKES YOU WONDER).

Daniel was my installer, top of the line, knew his job and was no guesswork involved. He was efficient and cleaned up before he left. I showed me how the system works and installed the Vivint app on my phone. I give him an A+ rating.
