Not only is Vivint way cheaper than ADT but it’s better too. From start to finish Vivint customer service and professionalism was outstanding. They work with you and cater to meet your needs. I never felt pressured and felt very comfortable about joining the Vivint family!

I had Vivint alarm system 6 years ago. I had a chance to get it again, so I did and they are the best. I had to go back. The installation was very professional and quick. Now I have outside cameras and a better system.

The controls for the garage are not compatible and technician didn’t installed new sensors for all my doors. He use the same that were in the house, He left the old ones and some of them the batteries are low.

I just ordered the DIY installation security package and the whole package price wise was incredibly reasonable compared to a competitor in the security industry. I will receive everything in 2 business days. I will let you know when I get it and install it how easy it is.

Equipment is easy to use, but I love the features. I also love that I can give my kids a different pin to limit their accessibility to the cameras. My technician was knowledgeable and friendly. Not to mention the system itself was better priced than competitors.

Service tech kept in contact over the phone about time of arrival. Was very helpful throughout the installment process. Answering questions that I had over the system. Worked very efficient installing the system. After installing the system we did a full walk down over the system on the monitor screen and mobile app. Very satisfied customer.

The last company I had used had horrible customer service and the app was useless.. The Vivint installer was courteous, on time and excellent. Installer explained the setup, the options and covered all of his bases. First use was seamless.

Had a great overall experience with customer service and install. Only complaint, is that the prices given to me were a bit off. The first person I spoke to gave me diffident information than the prices seen in writing on contract. A bit annoying, I don't like surprises or lies.

Compared to what I have gone through with the last company I was with Vivint has so far been very professional and very very good customer service. The tech that brought the product to my home and installed everything was very professional and very curious and has very good customer service. On top of that he knows his products very well. I have only been with the company for a very short time but because the tech knew his products and was very professional and very curious I just said yes. I want to be with this company even if I am going to spend the extra. It's worth being with the company that knows what they are doing on top of knowing their products and how it works. 100 percent happy with Vivint so far.

Not only was the installation easy, there’s so many services that you have that we were using! My girlfriend was stoked to find out the smart pad could be coded to her and everything! Trevor is a great representative of your company, and I feel comfortable in his hands.

I had the pleasure of having my system install today and my engineer was absolutely wonderful. Not only did he answer all my questions and was super effective and efficient, but he was able to break down every component patiently when I asked him questions about my system. I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a security system. Everything is so easy to navigate with the press of a button and the use of my phone. No complaints here.

Installer very nice.. explained how everything works, and how to access it from my phone, also from the touch screen. Installed motion sensors, smoke and Co2 alarms. I am very pleased with the equipment and the customer service all around!

This company has good employer! Very professional staff, ported and well educated manners. They go the extra mile to keep inform on any detail how the alarm operated and the show step by step to operated the alarm. They show you how to activated and deactívate same.

Yes the installers were excellent, they answered every question I had. They were very polite and friendly. I would highly recommend Vivint. The installer was very precise in explaining the system and how it works. Very courteous and wore their masks the whole time.

I moved into a home that had a Vivint system. It was deactivated and we decided not to activate it at the moment. However, the other day I went to wipe/clean the screen (no idea what made me do that) and the system armed (why/how?? If deactivated). When I went to open my door obviously it went off. I had no access to the code to turn it off so called Vivant. The only way to turn it off was to activate it under my name ($$$$). I find that odd, you couldn’t send me a code or something to turn it off without my business? Anyway, in order to be able to at least leave my home and not rip this thing off the wall, I had no other choice really so activated it.

Had a great experience. Will recommend to friends and family 100%. Technician came over and installed everything in a timely manner. Was knowledgeable of the products and gave me a tutorial at the end to get me up to speed on my products.

The technician came to do an installation with equipment that was already in the home. He was able to tell me what kind of equipment was there and compare it to the newest equipment available. Technician was very personable and knowledgeable. Very willing to answer my questions. Was prompt, efficient, and very courteous.

I didn't know that Vivint worked with third party techs. In the beginning it was either the fault of the computer or the tech, and I will never know.. He came in quoting me over $1600 what I was initially quoted before he showed and that's the only reason why I cannot give a solid 5 stars. I appreciate that he was able to call and get it fixed, I also appreciate he got his manager involved to come back a couple hours later in the day with a fixed contract for me. He also gave me his word on coming back with a sign for the yard which he did.

The technician, Dustin was very polite and super helpful. He walked me through all the security he installed on all ten of the house's Windows and all three of the house's doors, and also the camera installed inside the doorbell, and especially the touchscreen controls.

Aaron was extremely knowledgeable in his company's products. He saved me from overspending by stopping me from buying things I didn't need. Which is both refreshing and appreciated. The installation was very clean and the wiring is canceled very well.

The sales rep completely lied about everything that would be included. Made false promises that wasn’t on contract. When I was asked about he guided me what to say on call, didn’t let me read terms, just told me where to sign, was extremely pushy. He had me under the pretenses that I would be switching over from Guardian to you guys with everything guardian offered me and more however that was not the outcome and you guys charged just as much for not even half the features.

The salesman and tech were awesome. I hope everything goes well but I am extremely happy with services. I had service before with another but really happy with Vivint. Hope to get some of my friends to get their services also.

The installer Vivint sent out was amazing. Chandler did a great job. He was very professional. It was a great overall experience. The mobile app is designed for IOS at this time. It works on Android but doesn't have the full features.

Everything is great. Only thing that was a little off was when I spoke to the rep to set the appointment he made it seem as I wouldn’t have to but found out I would have to finance it. ADT didn't care that we never had our system running since last March. Left us without service for a year and still billed us every month. Vivint was responsive and beat the package we had with ADT. Vivint was friendly and made sure we as customers felt comfortable with their service.

I am was very happy with the whole journey. It started I needed some cameras and I emailed the Vivint security cameras. That’s when I met Payton. This guy was great. He told me about everything. I started out just wanting to know about it and then by the end of the conversation I am having a make appointment and having someone come out to install the cameras so I want to give big kudos to Payton.

It's super bowl sunday for us all... The tech arrived at 1020 and was here for near 5 hours. He was respectful. Most of the day, became frustrated occasionally due to what appeared to software and internet issues. During the survey, there was yes or no questions regarding receipt of an email from Oscar ** the sales rep. Did not receive the email at time of the 1st survey, thus could not answer yes. The tech demanded I answer yes and when I did not, he became agitated, said it was not his issue and if I did not respond yes, he'd have to call his supervisor. He did, I asked him to stop with the attitude.

The representatives were knowledgeable and friendly. They seemed to genuinely care for my wife and myself in regards to our safety and in the trust of the product. The price for the services and equipment seem to be good compared to the other security providers.

Their equipment is top drawer and their representatives are courteous and professional. Generic sounding praise, but earned. What was clear from the start is that Vivint has a much more forward-looking vision of this business than that to which we’ve grown accustomed. They want to be much more than a bunch of window and door sensors that set off alarms and emergency calls. For example, if it is the installation type, WHEN you arm the system and leave the house, THEN the system is armed AND the doors are all locked, period. You don’t have to run around and check the doors, much less worry about it after you’ve driven away. If you must, then a glance at one’s phone can confirm it. From the phone or control panel, one can lock all the doors, and/or confirm the doors are locked. Indeed, one can do just about everything from the phone or control panel.

Everyone was nice and professional, she explained the system in details and made sure I understood. There was a second installer as well and he told was nice and professional I had and have no complaints. The system is easy to use and kind of self explained.

Jimmy did a great job with his promotional pitch. It was a little misleading to be made to feel that you are being given an offer that includes several devices just to be told at the end that it's being financed for 5 years. I wasn't made aware of that until after I started the process and it said I was approved. Approved for what? Nonetheless, I continued the process. Five years is too long for me. I would rather have a shorter term, even if it requires paying more upfront. I feel you should provide customers with more payment options. Setting that aside, the installation went well. Mr. O was very professional and provided guidance on set up and use.

Salesman guy won me over first and then The Tech guy. He was super friendly. Fast and knowledgeable. Knew the answers to all the questions I had in mind. Would definitely recommend to my friends and family. Love all the upgrades. Will be adding on more devices in due time.

Installation of Smart Home Hub, Sensors, Camera, smoke detector and other equipment associated with my order. Bart, my technician contacted me and arrived on time. He took the time to walk around my home, listened to my security concerns, and explained the action needed to address those concerns. Willie came out and installed my equipment and he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned up the very minimal mess he made as he went! Very satisfied! They have a very reliable system and customer service always has very promptly!

Everything was good. However they told me I’d have a sign left in my yard to help them market but that didn’t happen. The sales pitch was pretty good, the financing part wasn’t very clear and was a bit surprised to find out that I had financed the system for $1,200.

Tech was very friendly and courteous. Explain the system very well and thorough. Helped with connecting all of my compatible devices. His work was done neatly and professionally. He was very respectful and make sure I understood how to operate the system. Great job!

Everything was so smooth, customer service was amazing!! They explained everything very well, cleaned up after themselves. And made sure I knew how to use the equipment. They also recommended the amount of sensors needed and made me feel safe.

The Vivint system seems to be quite good. Cameras and control panel are simple to use. The sales approach promising “free” equipment and installation was misleading and deceptive. We actually are financing the equipment for five years. Installation staff was very competent and friendly. Explained everything.

T.J. was very helpful explaining everything to me and setting everything up. He help answer any questions I had and help me make sure I knew how to have my app set up on my phone as well and how to navigate it. I 100% would and I have already recommended to a friend!

Awesome install. The guy was professional and understanding. He worked hard to get everything put in. However, I was told that the cameras were wired in and not plugged in. He had to drill a hole in the wall to an outlet in order to plug it in the wall. That was my only downfall of this installation.

Excellent work. The only disappointment is that our garage door openers were not compatible with the system. Installation was professionally done. The installer Was polite and knowledgeable. The system is easy to use and works very well.

Five stars for Seth, our installer, he was thorough, professional, and patient. I’m taking off a star for the overall experience because of some frustrations with the scheduling of the appointment and my dislike of the sales push for insurance and other additional products which made me a bit uncomfortable.

I had a smooth process and the products are more impressive than I could have ever imagined. The video quality is clear and the ability to add multiple users is an added benefit. Very thankful to have this system in place at time when our country is at its worst and protection is the most important.

Both the sales rep and the product installer were great. So far so good on the system too. Our sales rep explained each product, was friendly and informative. The installer was quick and efficient but also friendly and informative. Overall better experience than last time we were with Vivint. As long as you guys stick to charging us what we agreed on and not whatever you feel like we’ll be golden.

I’m not a big fan of salespeople but our Vivint sales rep made the experience pleasant and stress free. He (Michael Las Vegas) was very informative and was able to answer all our questions well and execute a flawless install. Vivint is not the cheapest way by any means but he tries to give me as many incentive they can to accommodate our needs and budget.

It is early in experience, so far so good! Our Sales rep was very personable, knowledgeable. Bent over backwards to make sure we were happy.. Installers, very respectful, knowledgeable and personable. The same day was great. We look forward to a long relationship with Vivint.

I already had ADT set up in my home, Vivint salesman said they would buyout the contract for full amount of the contract but they only paid $1000, the total amount I owed is $1791.96, leaving me with an almost $800 bill I had to pay out of pocket.

I called a few days ago because I was recommended by a friend of mine to order the service. I spoke to the agent on the phone for over an hour describing in great detail that I wanted to use the service and in this conversation I specifically and very clearly told him that I did not want my credit card billed after the initial deposit was billed to my card. I wanted to pay the rest in cash and they assured me that the technician would come out install everything and I could pay the balance remaining in cash.
