Billy ** was superb performing our installation of equipment! He not only recommended equipment that we didn’t think of and easily added it to our order on site. He was extremely knowledgeable with both equipment and installation plus he integrated his whole home concept knowledge into our installation. He took the time to carefully explain every piece of equipment and walked us through every step of the Vivint app. Additionally, he moved one of the cameras he installed to a different location to meet our needs without hesitation! No grumbling or anything! He also patched up the previous hole that he drilled.

Trevor was great. Very knowledgeable of the programs and was not in a rush to leave. Once everything was completed he showed me how everything worked and helped me add all people and their pass codes. Made sure all equipment worked properly.

James, our technician, was prompt and very knowledgeable about the services. Everything was installed smoothly without a hitch and overall a really great experience. The technology seems very advanced and we look forward to utilizing it on a daily basis.

Technician that I had whose name was Bob was very helpful and accommodating. He made sure I was aware of how the smart hub and the app works. Did a great job! There was some minor set back. Was able to fix it with the help from Bob.

Great system and fabulous service. From the initial call they answered all questions and listened to my needs. The installer Jeff was incredible. Determined that my thought for sensors and additional cameras were doing nothing as one camera served the purpose. Jeff also brought down sensors and added glass break sensors to cover what was needed better than with the individual window and door sensors.

Had a great experience. Great customer service!!! Installer was polite and courteous. My first experience was a good experience. I will recommend to friends and family. Tech had a body day but kept in touch with me. Kept in contact with me. Stayed with me to make certain I knew how to operate the system. Told me if I had any questions or problems don’t hesitate to call him for assistance.

Installation tech was amazing and really good. He cleaned after install and took the time to show us how everything worked. Sales reps were nice and chill too. They were kind to my family and offered advice. Don't really know what else to say.

Yes I would recommend yall to anyone. There was a bump before getting installed but my rep and technician were so great. Overall everything was on time and set up was easy. The price is right and the equipment was new.

The technology is impressive and easy to understand how to use, wow! The technicians, Art and his trainee, were personable, eager to serve and teach. Thorough, knowledgeable and patient. I drilled this guy with all sorts of questions. He was in no hurry to close the deal, just sincerely wanted to make sure ALL of my questions were answered in 2 different phone calls. Zero pressure sales. 100 percent care.

Went well. Took some time but it got done. I asked for two cameras???? But not happy having wires running inside my home. I will wait for garage door to be installed, then I will call for cameras to be installed.

I’m excited to have Vivint home security. But I still don’t know how to sync it with the Vivint app. I was told I would receive an email with instructions but it didn’t come. I am happy that I have the added security.

Jesse and Brandon are studs! Set my house up and even worked with us not having internet due to an issue with the internet installer. They set up a follow up and made sure I understood the setup. They are awesome at what they do!!

Yes I would recommend a friend. The alarm system is very efficient and practical and very useful. Technicians are very knowledgeable and easy to understand. Technicians make sure you received hands on experience before they leave the premises. I look forward to using the alarm system.

We recently bought a home with an existing Vivint system and decided to give the system a try to compare it to the system we had in our other home. I was able to easily reach Vivint to schedule an appointment for the next day. The problems started on the morning of the scheduled appointment... I first received an email saying that the install time window had changed. Then I received a voicemail indicating that the tech had called in sick and they didn’t have a replacement tech. I was told to call and reschedule. After calling I was first disconnected and then transferred twice. I was then told that I might be able to do a remote setup. We walked through the process but couldn’t get everything done. I was then transferred to two other technicians to try to resolve the remaining issue (cameras not recognized by the system).

Installation was fast and clean. System works great and tech was very personable. I would certainly recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a home security system. The whole process was seamless and easy. App works great and cameras are very clear. Touch screen panel is much better and easier than the old keypad.

As agreed with salesman that we were on a trial basis with no commitment and no charges and that has been the case immediately we gave debit card. Vivint charge the card. Pease refund money until we decide to keep system.

**Find another company. Terrible service and customer service. Due to poor customer service and hidden contract extensions, we finally decided to cancel service with Vivint. Our account was always paid in full and on time. We started by providing written cancellation in January. We received an email stating our account was closed. In February we saw that we had been charged again for service. In march we contacted customer service and they again "canceled" our service and another confirmation email stating that this account was closed. We are now at the end of March and the account has not been closed. We simply can not get rid of this company.

I love my service already. I just got it installed today and loving it already. Thanks again Vivint. I would highly recommend you guys to anyone. Most definitely worth every dime of mine. If anyone is looking for any security cameras I will be letting them know about you guys.

The guys who came were great. I told them my concerns and they were great in helping me figure out what I wanted. They had their suggestions and my ideas and they mixed them up to come up with a great strategy for my family to feel secure in our home. The team that came out were very friendly and understanding of our moving situation. Previous home owners had sensors where I did not need them and the techs were more than happy to move them. I liked that they weren’t trying to sell me on anything extra I didn’t need. The extra expenses for an alarm system can be overwhelming to a new home owner but they understood the situation and gladly helped. Additionally they were soooo patient with me as I was running around back and forth from my old house and new house.

From the moment I called Vivint and spoke with Kameron to set up my new account, he made it so easy and had a friendly attitude. The technician, Brooke, gave me step by step easy directions on how to set up the home security panel. She helped troubleshoot my areas of concern and was very thorough in explaining how to use the system.

Technician showed up on schedule. They reviewed my order before they began setup. The whole process from ordering over the phone, updating my order, scheduling setup, and the installation process could not have been easier. Logan our tech was very friendly and knowledgeable.

We are glad to sign up but we needed someone to come to the house to help us. We waited at least an hour or more being transferred around just to schedule an appointment for that. No one seemed to understand why we needed that. Once I finally was able to schedule the appointment I asked for the phone number in case I needed something before and the technician didn't know it. I had to ask him to go get it.

Erick ** was very nice. He explained everything from the financing to how I lock and unlock my house. He was very professional and even cleaned up when he was through. He showed me what all of the buttons are for and on my phone.

The young man who installed my alarm was fast, funny, and informative. He patiently explained everything I asked about. He said it would take 1 hour and 30 minutes, he did it in 45 minutes. He also had some cool boots!!!

This is hands down the best start home service on the market. Better than any DIY option out there. The platform is intuitive and organized. I like how everything in the hole can be controlled by a single app. Great product and even better company!

The installer was really nice but needs more training! The installation was horrible! She drilled a huge hole in my wall! The wires were supposed to be inconspicuous but they were bunched up and loose! She also left staples and shavings from the hole she drilled on the floor! The panel also keeps losing WiFi signal! This is the worst experience I’ve have with a home security system company!

My mother said she paid cheaper for her service about $400 for the same services and I paid $1200. I’m not happy I was taken advantaged of! We live in the same town and a couple of blocks from each other so it can’t be the location. I would like someone to contact me about getting a better deal and getting a refund!

I like the ease of use a lot of the features the ring doorbell. Installation was a breeze. Installer very professional and eager to help out. Salesman was a good but totally ignore the no soliciting sign. Enjoy the ring doorbell camera. Going to help out with deliveries and monitoring who’s at the front door.

Vivint's rep was very professionally dressed and explained his procedures. The system up and running in about 5 hours. Worked thru a few setup bugs but once everything got lined out works great. A substantial upgrade from our old system. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

The interaction with Paris and his partner (I believe his name was Brian) was great. Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and when one of them didn’t know an answer to something the other filled in and didn’t miss a beat. The install was great and very hands off on my part, I did a walk through with the technician, Elias, and showed him where the windows were and where I wanted the cameras then he ran the show from there and answered all of my questions on the alarm system through the system test and tutorial.

Installation was good but I was charged $1727 during the date of installation and that wasn’t part of the agreement. Billing and customer service needs to rectify this huge error. This is bad business and can definitely ruin the reputation of the business.

Had this installed for my mom who is elderly. The installation process was done very well! The installer was professional, friendly and provided a lot of good information. The house was built in the 1940s so the doorbell transformer was probably the original. The installer was able to figure out a good solution and it was installed rather quickly considering the limited access to the old transformer.

Tech was great and went above and beyond to help solve our issue. The person on the customer service phone line did not know what he was doing. But we really love the system features. Cameras work way better than my last company cams.

From the beginning of choosing Vivint the customer service was helpful and very quick. They made sure I got everything needed for my home, that I didn’t get anything unnecessary, and everything was very affordable. Would definitely refer to any of my family or friends!

The Vivint system is easy to use, and the service from the company has been top notch. As a new security system user, I find it simple yet effective. The hardware is sturdy and I already feel more safe at home.

Reps and techs very professional and courteous but rep did not tell me it would take 2+hrs to install the system. Set up evening appt. and it went pretty late. Would have rescheduled had I known. Otherwise very satisfied with the service and responsiveness of the reps and techs.

John and his trainee were very professional and knowledgeable about the product and the services offered. They went above and beyond my expectations to enhance the appearance of the original equipment installation. I would recommend these two guys for any job that requires troubleshooting and problem solving for difficult installs. Two thumbs up!!

The driving topic that the rep discussed about was how quickly we could access our camera vs. Ring. Showed lots of examples and such but in truth, they knew it has nothing to do with the cameras but with bandwidth of your internet. Examples were showed by rep’s iPad to display how quickly he access his cameras. There is no difference in our cameras, if anything, the cameras connect significantly slower than our Ring. We will be returning the systems.

Installer did a great job! Very nice and very knowledgeable! Pleased with equipment thus far. We have the doorbell camera package. Able to access through mobile app on phone and seems to be pretty easy to navigate. Just getting started!

Preston did a great job in installing our new security system. After three rescheduled appointments due to miscommunication with the techs, Preston went out of his way to add us to his schedule. He did a wonderful job and explained everything clearly!

Experience was off to a rocky one but I was taking over the previous homeowner. Blake ** was my specialist.... Thank you. He was awesome with his service and he walked us through the panel, doors, windows, etc. He made sure we were comfortable with what he had explained to us.

They reviewed everything with me the first two salesperson then they told me technicians will be to my house around 30 min, and they did. Technicians explained to me everything they were going to do. I asked if they put window sensors, they put them on, then they explained how to work the system.

Tech was great guy & made sure I had what I needed. He was thorough and listened. Panel looks good .. I like you can see the camera from the panel. Seems user friendly system. I guess time will tell. Thanks.

Salespeople along with technicians are all great people, super friendly and they explained everything thoroughly for you to understand. They will help you in any way possible. Our representative Shane showed up and made our doorbell camera and driveway camera so nice and efficient. Hooked up the sensors to the doors and really did the install complimentary to our home. I was exceptionally please with the product and the install. Camera quality is amazing.

Made appointments for a simple door code change and no one can seem to call on time as scheduled and then I have to start all over with customer service who is clueless about the situation. Wait on hold for over 45 min each time I call. So time consuming and frustrating.

Great overall experience. Knowledgeable staff. Great technician with experience. Would recommend to family and friends. I’ve had Vivint in the past and brought it to our new home. I will be upgrading to new doorbell and exterior and interior cameras in the near future.

Unfortunate communication on day of scheduled installation. Did not receive a confirmation prior, other than contacting Rep to reassure appointment. Waited 6 hours, finally had to reach out to Rep again, only to find out technician was supposedly in auto accident. But found out Tech claimed to call several times - no answer. We never received call on our end. Appointment had to be rescheduled for the following day, and Tech showed up and completed install.

From getting and planing out the system to the install and walk through on “how to” it was an amazing experience!! Very nice, respectful, and knowledgeable!! Joe with the install was great! It’s a lot to install, but he was efficient and quick. He was patient when going through the app and panel on how it all works and answering any questions!! I feel super comfortable and confident in using this system!!!

Everyone was helpful and the process was easy. Setting up the system was an easy step by step process. Everything was explained in an understandable way. I liked that the directions were texted to me and then followed up with a call to complete everything. All options were explained and all questions answered. I was happy with everything.

Chad provided awesome customer service, and was extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. He did a great job installing our cameras while explaining the product and had the installation done pretty quickly. We appreciate all the help he provided to us. Set up was so easy. Everything was clearly explained during the initial consult. Installation happened immediately after. The installation was so smooth and it was cleaned up like he was never even here. We love the equipment, easy of use, and peace of mind.

Was unable to set up system with initial visit. Nothing set up so rescheduled a week later. Also told I could use ADT equipment however not the case and did not have a lot of the options installed that I originally requested

My Vivint install team did a great job with customer service, sales, and install. I am so impressed with our new system in our new house that I will never ever leave vivint! Best price and best service for home security and smart home needs. The initial jump into using vivint requires more down than the competitors, but it’s worth it in the long run whenever you have a killer system with a great app and options available to choose from.

The gentlemen that came by to do the install were excellent at their jobs. They made logical suggestions based on my home and I'm happy with the professional finish to the physical installation. They were also very courteous of my time.

Awesome service! Great people! Spencer and Tristan were great and so were Josh and his partner doing the install. Very knowledgeable and efficient. We got a late start but they were able to finish the job! Instructions for use were very simple and we are looking forward to feeling more secure in our home!

Chris our installer was professional and courteous. He had the correct answers for all of our questions. His installation was perfect leaving little evidence of installation. He showed us how everything works from panel to phones and turn on and off.

Satisfied with the product and installation. I just wasn't aware of the fact that my bells that already existed throughout the house would not ring anymore. I'm not sure if I will be able to hear the doorbell ring on the Google Home Mini, if I'm in my basement doing laundry.

The process was fairly easy and harmless. The Tech arrived early and was very patient with all my questions and concerns and he (Mike) did an excellent job and swept up himself any shavings from drilling the holes for wires.

On hold for over an hour just to have someone answer and not fix the issue. The call disconnects and instead of the rep calling me back, here I am on a 17 minute wait hold! Let’s see how this goes!!!!
