Tech is top of the line. On time, polite, down to earth, clean and respectful. The best ...I would give him 20 stars if I could. He came and politely waited in the car until it was time. He knows the system equipment and software and really has people skills. Thank you!

The service we received from start to finish was phenomenal. From placing our order onto the time of the installation being complete was approximately four hours. Everything was explained to us and easy to use Terminology and set up completely by the professionals. Shout out to Jared for a job well done. Your service should be the type of service that all companies provide.

The installers did an outstanding job. Very helpful and very informative. Very professional and very helpful. Your staff made sure that we understood everything and offered numbers for assistance if we needed any help. Oh, I would recommend these installers to anyone.

Our salesman did an accurate and down to the last point. He let us ask questions as he went along. If we didn't understand something he would explain it to where we understood it. When he left he left us with no question. He did a great job.

I found this company online, read the reviews and decided to find out the price. The operator answered immediately, told me all the available options, suggested the best one for my premises. Two days later the installers came, and did everything quickly, accurately and professionally. I highly recommend this company. Feeling secure now.

My technician was very knowledgeable about the system. He was very friendly and answer all questions asked! He said if I have any issues or concerns to personally to call him and he help me through the issue. Would recommend to friends and family.

Our sales rep Joseph was amazing and very helpful! The installers came around 10 minutes after he left and installed the equipment and showed us how to use it all. They got it done super quick and were very respectful. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family!

The tech guys were both very informative & helpful. They showed both my husband and myself how the system works & how to use said system. They also send a digital card with additional contact information. They even explained how to connect the system to the internet once that's installed.

We had thought of buying home security for years. But figured it was too expensive. The representative was very likeable and did not pressure me at all. He explained what they had to offer and I picked what I wanted. He explained that my payment would never go up and after the equipment was paid for the payment actually went down, because you were then paying for the monitoring. The installer was here within 20 minutes and did not leave until everything was perfect. When he was ready to leave he made sure everything was back to the way it was when he arrived. I have it for less than 24 hours, but I am very pleased so far.

Excellent service. Respectful. Knowledgeable. Professional. Came on time, explained how the system works, set up my cell to work with my security system. They were dressed professionally in clean shirts and pants. It was a wonderful experience all the way around. I would recommend this service to friends and family.

It’s too early for me to be giving a review on the system itself because I’ve only had the system about half a day. But what I can tell you is the installer was courteous, prompt, on time and professional. He answered all our questions and explained everything in detail to our satisfaction. My installer was friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He answered all my questions without hesitation. I was also impressed by all the bells and whistles included with my service. Only time will tell if the product delivers as well as expected.

My technician, Ruiz, was very pleasant and efficient. He did a great job answering my questions. He cleaned up as he was working. He started working at 11:00 am and was finished by 3:45 pm. I found him to be a pleasant young man.

I was not planning on leaving Brinks but the rep was in my neighborhood. My contract was almost up, & I was not planning on making any changes until moving later this year. I had been wanting cameras but was going to wait for the move. Bracken paid the relocation fee, so I had no reason not to do it now. I had a great experience with both him & the installer!

Richard was so thorough and really set me up extremely well. Richard came at 8 AM and was very prompt. The only slight complaint I had was that the sound of the drill was so loud. But other than that, everything was perfect!

The technician is good, the whole activation process is smooth, the product is perfect, I'll definitely recommend to my friends whoever need it, it will be better if we can add door lock by ourselves, because the Kwikset doorlock they're using are far less expensive than they're charging if I Purchase from the market.

Nick was great setting up our house. He answered all my questions and I love my new security system. I also learned a few new things. It was a pleasure working with him. My doorbell camera, outside camera and door sensors all work great.

I Wasn’t very happy with our installer. He installed cable in middle of walls and when asked to move a camera angle he was very annoyed. When we asked to move cable he said it’s fine just paint over it.

My installer Phil treated my home as if it was his own. He gave great suggestions regarding equipment, made sure I knew how to work the equipment properly, and was very courteous and respectful. The service so far is above average, would definitely recommend.

I like the system. Great technician, fast, efficient and friendly, he was very nice, answered all of my questions, taught me how to use the Vivint app and made sure I was happy with the position of the panel and sensors.

Salesman was kind, relaxed, and accommodating. Installation team was the same. They were timely, and informative. The only issue was the installation took a little longer than expected and was at our house until 10:30pm. The promotion is good and the team was great otherwise.

Yes service is great. My mom has it on her home and Sister have recommended to several other friends. Don't know where to register code for person to get 50 dollars if direction was clearly. The installer was great guy. He did a great job.

I appreciated the whole process from Vivint. My experience with sales, the installer and customer service on the phone have been very good. I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable home security system that uses very good hardware and cameras and so forth. Others are cheaper perhaps but quality goes a long way.

Overall it was a great experience! We did have some issues at the beginning but we were able to overcome those and the installer Markus was great! It was installed yesterday so we have only used it a day. I am sure we will love it. Our installer, Chandler, was so great. He showed us everything and explained it all. When we have Someone ask about our doorbell, we will for sure tell them to ask for him.

The experience was good. The installation went well. Just having problems logging into the app. The tech is coming out to see what the problem is and help me log. They are very good about helping with the situation and the rep who sold the alarm system she explained everything good so could understand the system.

Was lied to by salesman. He told me I’d get a garage controller; installer said it wouldn’t work. Did not know til after install. It took 8 hrs to install. He called a helper, left the place a mess. I’m cleaning it up now. Outside camera can’t hear out of. I would like a pro to come make sure it is properly equipped.

Been using Vivint for 2years now and we are very satisfied with the service. Fast response and very accurate alarms. We love Vivint, 13 window sensor and 3 door sensor, fire alarm and 2 outdoor and indoor camera and the system for only $80. And easy to operate.

The security system works real well and surely hope it will protect our new house and us for years to come. We want to thank Jacob ** for going over all the instructions to better work with the Vivint system.

It was 9:15 PM Saturday, Sam was still out knocking. I had been thinking about Vivint after seeing the undercover boss, and Sam’s commitment to stopping and saying hi was all I needed. Great experience and I will recommend anyone to Vivint! Sam especially.

The technician who installed service was wonderful! Otherwise, the customer care is extremely poor, no one showed up or called to cancel for first appointment, spent approximately one hour, spoken with three agents which none of them could help me. I received a call from Tabitha, very nonchalant and provided little help.

Both representatives I spoke to were polite, friendly and patient while trying to troubleshoot my issues. While I still needed to have a technician come out to my home they tried to troubleshoot all angles before sending someone out.

All went well. The equipment was functional. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Everything was well explained and demonstrated. The technician was on time and followed directions well. All the paperwork was signed and explained. That's all I have to say.

Onshore customer service team is great; however, Vivint has a bad habit of not doing ALL of the work and then wanting to charge you more to come out and fix or "upgrade" what you already paid for. The technicians are usually really nice...messy, but really nice. I only had one that made me uncomfortable. I have had no issues with my service in terms of alarms going off prematurely and the response team is great when an alarm does go off.

Our sales Person ** was awesome in setting up our quote, making sure we got every discount we possibly could. And then our installer was amazing as well. Dustin was very professional and personable treating every part of the install in our home like it was his own home.

Very knowledgeable and answered all questions without getting annoyed. Respectful of property and had shoe covers that he used diligently while going back and forth from indoor and outdoor. Was professional and cleaned up after himself.

Great experience with the sales and installation team but they did not complete the job. Climate control was supposed to be a part of the package and was not done. I contacted the sales person and was told they didn’t realize it was not done. No word since.

Technician did not had the proper tools for the job.. And also he only asked me for the the code to the post survey and he did it on its own without asking me the questions… Other than that I think Vivint is a great company. It was just the technician not having the proper tools on hand.

My overall experience with Vivint was wonderful. My service guy was very knowledgeable and thorough during the whole installation process. I'm so glad I choose this company & not the other brand I thought about getting. I definitely recommend this company if you want to experience great customer service & exceptional work completed the right way instead of trying to do it yourself.

Vivint sales pitch and their actual product performance is very different. The door lock does work mostly, but the door camera is flaky. Sometimes when trying to connect it would load forever or be very spotty. Additionally, I had inconsistent success with the trying to look at the camera videos alerts from the past. Note, I was on a 1GB internet pipe at the house and the system had a direct view of my modem about 30 feet away as well as the door about another 30 feet away.

Great service. Could not be happier. Guy was really nice and knew what he was talking about. He should really get a raise. He explained everything. Real good guy. I would have him do an installation again. Did I mention he did a really nice job. He was a very polite person.

I am extremely happy that we selected Vivint for our home security. Both the sales representative and the installation gentleman were thorough, not pushy, made sure we understood what we were signing for, how to work everything and above all, Great customer service. Highly suggest this company.

The options and smart home capabilites are awesome. The only thing is it is slightly pricey to get it. Overall very satisfied with our set up. The also save us from our previous provider with the buyout program. What ever you do, stay away from gaurdian protection. Vivint blew those guys out of the water.

Love the tech. Really cool stuff. I do need someone to fix the thermostat but that is already being taken care of. I love the new screen and the fact that I have more cameras and an auto garage door timer!!! All in all amazing deal and I’m very happy!!

The installer forgot to clean some his mess up after install. But I've done similar work and understand, plus it only takes a few minutes to clean up so not a huge deal. System worked great for the first night.

We had a wonderful experience with Giovanni and the install team. Very thorough and knowledgeable. All equipment is working great and is easy to use. We have cameras, glass break detection and door sensors. We didn’t previously have a doorbell but we do now and it has a camera which is great. We did not feel unsafe in our home before but were interested in at least getting cameras.
