The technician was amazing and made me appreciate the fact I chose Vivint! We just moved into an older home and he was able to work around all of the challenges in order to get us a fully automated home security system!

My technician set up my system and was very fast with the process. My appointment was originally scheduled at a later time. The technician called and came a little earlier. He was very knowledgeable about the system and and had wonderful customer service.

Very satisfied with all the super work of the technician and very kind on the time to explain every detail with a tremendous attitude knowing that I don't speak English. Even so he was super kind in every detail of his explanation.

Rep was very helpful with the process of which system to get. The installation guy explained everything very well, and so far I already have so much peace of mind after being shown all the features of my new home system.

Christian did a great job communicating the services and products that you offer, very friendly on the phone and a pleasure to work with. I was transferred to him from AT&T while setting up internet at a new address. I would definitely recommend to a friend, simply due to the great customer service.

Sales representative was professional and knowledgeable. The technician was also eager to assist and professional. He was efficient and then cleaned up after him self. He assisted me when I had questions with the app. I was very impressed with both of them.

I was pleased with the install team but disliked that window sensors aren’t part of the standard package. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have gotten Vivint and would’ve went with another company. Totally disappointed. Additionally, my door cam was on back order, therefore the tech has to come back. Which means more time away from work.

Tech did a professional job. He Explained from start to finish on installation plan and completed work in a timely manner. After his installation work was done, he tested everything with me to make sure everything was working before leaving. Went over everything that he physically did for install.

Troy was professional and personable. He explained things thoroughly and clearly… He will come back to finish install when the rest of the equipment comes in. When he comes back I’m sure that he will continue to provide the same great service.

Steve was extremely professional and helpful. He was nice and courteous. He asked if I had any questions, and answered all questions I had. The process was quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Vivint to any and everybody needing smart home security!

Enrique and Devonte did a phenomenal job and were so pleasant and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them after the experience I had today. They called ahead of time, waited without complaining and got everything done so well. I couldn’t have asked for a better install.

Customer service was very helpful, kind, and patient as we worked out a few mishaps. Went step by step to get the security system set up. Excellent service from beginning to end. Representative was able to answer all my questions as well.

Both individuals I spoke with were nice, patient, and personable. I didn’t feel like I was talking to a computer, and they didn’t speak to me as if I knew nothing about technology. It was a very easy to follow process.

I would absolutely recommend to a friend. I had things I wanted for my home security and just my home generally and all of those boxes were covered in one visit. The sales rep explained everything thoroughly and the installation people made me feel like I knew the system well.

Awesome service and customer care. Cameras are awesome. Love them. Door bell camera works just like Ring which is what I had before and Vivint also reimbursed me for the Ring camera thru there by back. They also installed the system the next day.

Good. They did the work fast in a timely manner. I was already familiar with the system and was easy to work. The worker cleaned up after himself. They still have to come back tomorrow to install the doorbell camera.

The sales representative wasn't pushy. He was able to addressed my main concerns. The installation process was a breeze and the overall customer service experience was hassle free. I've been looking to get a security system but didn't feel like going through fluff. The facts were delivered and I can respect that.

Our family had an attempted break-in while we were at home! That’s all we needed to decide HOW & WHAT we should to do to keep US SAFE! Our daughter’s family had VIVINT SECURITY. We felt it was too expensive for us. One phone call and we found out a NEW VIVINT would be $1.60 more a month than our years old and outdated security system! What a shock! We have more cameras with easy viewing on our app! We can be in our car & arm our home from our app. We have better “glass break” security. Our pictures are vibrant! Easy of use! Our Installer was fantastic. Shane had an answer for all our needs! He even walked us through all of our techy set ups! He didn’t leave us to stumble through after the install! THANK YOU VIVINT... We are good to GO!!

Loved our experience with Vivint. North Tullis helped us get set up with exactly what I wanted and needed and answered all my questions. We enjoyed our technician. He was very nice and explained things in detail to help us understand our new system.

Then he started the install. He had everything required. Very efficient and very professional. He is an asset to Vivint.

Great experience. Friendly, kind, helpful, and cooperative service. They did a great job helping support in home devices. All the technology is up to date and the support I got for these products was excellent. I would give more stars if possible.

Carlos was very helpful when setting up my security system and he took his time to show me how to use everything correctly. Everything was installed nicely and the cameras look good. Everything is simple to use and I’m happy I went with Vivint.

Fantastic experience. Didn't feel rushed or pressured in any way. Installer was personable and very knowledgeable. Made sure I had no remaining questions before he left. Installation looks great and everything is functioning as expected. Calvin (I hope that was his name. Now I'm not certain) was fantastic. Would highly recommend!

Works great! I did recommend to friend and he installed the system also. He loves it. In these violent times we live in it gives us peace of mind! Love the remote access to the system. I can check on my house and yard at any time.

Without your tech, Mario, I would have never continued business with you guys. He expressed a lot of patience, concern, and the want to accomplish his installation... Agent and Tech were very professional and friendly and open to answers, were very helpful explaining the equipment to me and my wife, we felt very comfortable using the equipment after the tech left, salesman was so easy to talk to and had very good personality while explaining the plan.

So far it's cameras are better quality and clearer. Haven't had any trouble yet. I just switched on Memorial Day. It's has not been long enough yet to see if I have any service issues. Hopefully I don't. The only thing I don't like is having to split 2 different payments instead of one transaction.

The service techs were amazing quick and kept me notified on everything they were doing. Very pleasant and courteous. The females worked on the inside and the male one the outside. I asked them not to walk into the rooms with shoes on and they respected that and they never did. Thank you.

The gentleman was friendly and explained every step of the process he was doing! The gentleman was very clean in everything and explained that he did not have everything requested but would be back to install when he received it.

Guy came last night so me my system the specific reason I wanted it was for the ring doorbell. When the installer came the one thing he didn’t have was the main component, the ring doorbell six stream. Lee dissatisfy.

Your sales representatives were very friendly informative and knowledgeable of their equipment and service. Your installation team again with very friendly knowledgeable and professional and courteous and very very helpful as far as placement of equipment and so forth. Your installers are well worth the money and deserve raises for being in my attic as hard as it was and then excellent job at placing equipment, cleaning up behind themselves and leaving the house exactly how they found it or better.

This is something we have discussed installing previously at our home. The sales rep, Thomas, was very helpful and informative. The technician made quick work of the installation and was polite. I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job. Both gentlemen were very professional and considerate.

I am very disappointed in the installation of my security system. I was told that the best technician was going to install my system. The individual that installed my system ended up putting a hole in my wall that I believe was unavoidable. Three of my door sensors were installed perfectly; however the fourth one was forgotten until I said something. Then it was installed it was not done like the previous ones because “the technician does not have enough sensors.”

We are happy we joined Vivint. Ben did a marvelous job explaining the features offered by Vivint! He is outstanding and Vivint should hire more people like Ben **! Thank you! To Braden, the one who installed the equipments, you are outstanding! You ensured that everything was working properly and I understood everything. You guys are awesome! Thank you!

Nick was a very nice and respectful technician which did a very good job installing and clean up, he was very knowledgeable of system and explaining the use and options. I would recommend Nick for installs to others. Christian ** my sales did a great job explaining the process of security options and was respectful sales man.

The service was quick and both reps were very friendly. I am pleased with the product and look forward to taking advantage of all the features. Hopefully I will be able to get more equipment after I finish paying for the equipment I have already.

The install tech was professional and helpful, informative and walked us through everything, making sure it was working and we knew how to use it. The equipment seems easy to use, so far very happy we made the decision to purchase this system.

I always say. Let it happen. Don’t make it happen. Door to Door sales is a tough business. Shawn gets 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He made it easy. No pressure. About an hour is all it takes to go over the details. I asked a lot questions. Shawn did not try to sell me a bag of air. Lord knows I have enough of them. VIVINT must be doing something right. It’s not easy keeping the good ones around. It’s about 1/2 hour to install. The same day. Who does that. “VIVINT” That’s Who. Thank you.

I am very pleased. Collin arrived early and was ready to go and very polite. He was super helpful with showing how to set everything up after he was done with installation of cameras and doorbell door lock and garage door remote. He was quick and diligent in his install and made sure I liked all camera placements. Super pleased with Collin and the installation he did! A++++ for sure! Would want him back if I ever got more gear or needed something fixed!

A phenomenal first experience with Vivint. The initial sales rep gave a great description of products & why you’re better than current provider. Same day install was even better! The installer was exceptional as well! Thank you for a great experience!

Quick installation. Great picture quality. Would recommend to a friend. Kind and courteous sales representative. Installation team was knowledgeable and efficient with the installation as well as answering any questions. Seems like a fair overall price. Solid value for money.

The sales rep I spoke with Zach was attentive, professional and courteous. The tech Cole that was supposed to call me but didn't he started sending texts to try to have me setup the system. Needless to say I'm already disappointed as text is not convenient if you have questions. Cole only called after I requested he call. Hopefully this is not how Vivint operates.

Tech was amazing. I had agreed to financing the new system, but after the tech left I checked and was charged the whole up front amount. Not sure who messed up, but pretty crappy. Thank goodness I could afford it.

Installation. I want to terminate service. I don't need it and all the in and out is confusing. The guys were very nice. I understand I was to be a "model" home so to say. Even though there was no upfront charges I still have to pay monthly for something I don't want.

We had an amazing experience from beginning to end. Aaron ** handled our sales experience. He always responded promptly to questions and guided us through everything. He gave us the VIP treatment. I was a previous Ring door bell customer and simply wanted more security. Vivint seems to be very user friendly and the camera quality is clear! Our technician, Justin, was very professional and answered all of our questions that we had during the set up!

Salesman was a good salesman. Did not however follow up with us as he promised. The installer did not clean up after himself and put furniture back where he moved it. Other than that, the system seems to work well.

I was not please with the aggression way your salesman interrupted when I was reading the contract for purchasing the equipment. He kept telling me that I didn’t need to read it. Secondly he was prompting me to say “yes” when interacting with the video questioning me about information I was told. Some of the information was in the contract I took time to read.

After the installation of my security system. My ac hasn’t been working since, only blows hot air/ heat. Even though it’s set at 50degrees, it’s 89 degrees in my house right now and I can’t get the tech to return my text.

I was looking for a security system that was set up to my specs. Vivint came to my door and offered exactly what I was looking for. A great deal. The sales person and technician were very knowledgeable of their products and where to place the cameras for a better view for security purposes.

Installation was very quick. The installer was very professional, his work was nice, no cords dangling or hanging loose in my garage when he was done. He cleaned up after himself very well and explained how to setup the cameras on my phone well.

Your tech Roden, did a fantastic job installing the new equipment! He was very thorough in explaining to us how to use it. He modeled the process for us and then ask us to do it ourselves. We’re very happy at his professionalism and kind manners.

Both techs provided great customer service. Have a good explanation of how the system works and made sure everything works before leaving the job site. Did not leave any trash behind and discarded all trash properly. Also, both tech respected the homeowners by wearing booties upon entering the residence.

This security system is very efficient and essential to provide the customer with feeling secure at home. It offers great options and clear visibility of your property. I recommend this system to everyone. The representatives are very informative and friendly. I am so thankful for accepting my new security system as I have more comfort at home.

Chris the Tech was great. He was professional and followed instructions. He was upfront on the time frame but finished job ahead of time. Was respectful of the time it was and treated us fair. Second tech David was also good, was respectful.

Really friendly people and they got right to work and finished pretty quickly and they answered any questions I had. I like that I will be able to take the service to another house when the time comes that I got to move again.

The technician JT assigned to my home was courteous, he explained all facets of what was to be expected. My door bell camera is broken he explained that door bell was no longer in stock. I had concerns because that was not explained to me when I called in for service. I was not in position to upgrade but I needed my camera. I asked JT if there was an anchored camera that would be capable to my system. He stated yes but he had to get permission to install it. He did and the installation and reactivating of my system was done very well.

Everything went well with installation and the buying process was made very easy. Steve did a great job of making sure we got everything we need. Both made sure that we had everything completed day of. Looking forward to the product and buying add ons in the future.

Professional and expertise of employees was grateful helpful to understand what I really needed in terms of security for my family. In terms of costs and charges which is go hand in hand with service, I really appreciate it because I was needed of a lower cost security service. Now I have lower cost of good quality service.

Overall it was a good experience. The salesman was nice and informative. The installers were great very fast and helpful. The problem I had with this experience was the time. The salesman knocked on our door at 8:30 pm. That’s a little late in my opinion. We let him in and purchased. Ok, then the installer came. They were nice and fast. The problem is they didn’t leave until nearly 1 am.

Our tech Bailey did a great job installing everything and explaining it all to use on how it works. He was efficient and let us know that if there are issues or anything just to reach out. He explained how everything was to work.

The security camera quality is amazing, I love the pool motion detector. The convenience of the app with all sorts of products is well worth it. So happy to have switched to a security system that feels personalized to exactly what will work for our needs.

Tim was great! Professional and polite! Even cleaned up his mess with his little vacuum!! Very informative about the equipment and how to use. He made sure I understood my brochure, as well as the app. I described what I needed and he delivered with no issues! Pretty cool equipment and works well with my internet and iPhone.

I had a great experience. The boys were very respectful, took their shoes off at the door and introduced their self to the whole family. They made sure that my hard of hearing husband understood and heard everything. Nick was very enthusiastic and educated about his job and perfecting my family. The sales man was great. The install was great. I’m not a computer guy app is very easy. The installer walked us through everything. I felt no pressure at all. Tyler explained everything very well. Ty was great with explaining app and getting everything set up and walk us the the screen.

Mitch came in and did an install for me in a Rancho Cordova condo unit. He checked my height and adjusted the panel to make sure I had perfect access to it, installed all the sensors really fast, helped me setup and connect my thermostat that was already installed in the home, showed me how the panel worked on the panel and on my phone, and was really pleasant to conversate with! Overall, everything went so smoothly (in a week that everything had been going wrong for me) and I will stick with Vivint until I die now simply because Mitch is an amazing human being and that made me feel confident in putting my trust into Vivint. If I move again, Vivint is most definitely my go-to for home security now!

Pleasantly surprised at the low pressure, but informative sales pitch, and the speed with which the whole process happened, as well as the politeness of both the sales rep and the technician. They made it simple to understand, and painless to have it installed.

My Vivint installer Cesar was awesome and very helpful and answered all of my questions and showed me step by step how to operate my security system from the panel and from my phone quick and easy like a pro.

He was a very nice and knowledgeable associate who stayed as long as he needed to finish the job. We would recommend him to anyone we know. He knew all the equipment which did what and its purpose. Most definitely will use Vivint again.

The sales guy was great but the pitch was too long. But a very nice kid. The guy that installed was more than excellent! Tech explained system and working of the system in a way that I understood and I am able to work the system without any difficulty, very nice young man, I love the work he did and the way he explained to me how to operate it.

We decided to purchase your alarm system and they brought out a tech quick. They told us it would be pretty quick and smooth. Well, the tech got here at around 6:30pm and it was well after 10pm when they left and the job was not complete. The front door camera doesn’t work and apparently there are 2 issues with the system that’s causing it to show as malfunctions on the app. We asked for the front door lock and when they got here, they didn’t have it. So now we got a system installed that’s half working and they have to come back Wednesday to finish. My 3 day trial better NOT start until these issues are resolved. The tech told me not to worry because a master technician would come with him on Wednesday. My excitement to get Vivint quickly turned into disappointment. I hope this is a decision that I don’t regret.

From Casey’s sales personality to Tyler’s courtesy and expertise during the install, it was a pleasant experience all around! Would highly recommend to friends and family. They do a thorough job making sure that everything is understood and working properly.

So far I love the cameras and the service was amazing. Lucas and Adam were outstanding!! They both need some form of kickback for as hard as they worked and for the quality customer service they both provided. Adam cleaned up after himself and Lucas came back to check in to see how the installation went. Amazing Young men.

I love the set up. It gives us peace of mind with our smaller children and as they grow older. The cameras are very accurate. The locking door is a bonus. I would definitely recommend this. The installation was quick and easy.

We purchased a house that supposedly had Vivint as a primary supplier. We were asked if we wanted to continue the service, we discussed and decided that since we had a built in system our only issue was the month to month payment.

It was a really good experience dealing with Nic and Alec. Both young men were very polite and friendly. They seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. Alec was very helpful showing us how to use everything and getting our phones set up with the system. Alec cleaned any mess that was made with his installation, leaving everything how it was when they got there. Really enjoyed the whole interaction with them both.

I had Vivint security system installed today. Justin was the technician and not only did he completed the install, but he took his time doing so. He provided exceptional customer service and provided important information, feedback and suggestions. Justin created such a great experience with this installation and was very communicative every step of the way.

Changed rating to 5 stars because they resolved my account issue. They also refunded my activation fee. The system is working great and set up was very easy. The monthly fee is reasonable and the customer service is 24/7.

Services received was great from beginning to end. Joey was awesome and I feel very secure with my new system. Everything was explained on how to use the equipment and Joey to his time with setting up the services. I recommend your company to anyone that need your services.

Did a great job explaining and making sure I had the best equipment for the house and our security needs and concerns. Did a great job with placement and doing as less damage to the walls as possible and repairing it like it had always been there. Awesome

Mike was great. Quick and clean. Very friendly and thorough. Very professional and answered any and all my questions. I highly recommend Vivint as a company and Mike as your installer. Reasonable prices by people who really know what they are doing.

Technician was amazing, walked me through everything, was nice and professional. He installed and tested the system. He helped my children understand the system as well. The system is easy to use and even my 10 year old is able to use it.

Our sales person was very thorough in going through our wants and needs. He was able to get a technician to install our system that night. Then he came by the next day to make sure the installation went well. The technician was very knowledgeable. He methodically laid all devices out and within a few hours we were totally up and running. He showed us how to use the panel and app.

Tyler was very knowledgeable about all of the products and current promotions. They were able to come do my install right after I signed up and Cody the technician was very good at finding the best placement of the different security items needed then explaining how everything works

Great and easy purchase and setup experience. I got lucky and the installation started right after purchase was complete. We were up and running same day. The salesperson walked through everything in detail and explained all the features and pricing. Definitely recommend it!

Complete liars, charge for items you say You Do Not Want. Will not allow you to make an appointment for install even when you tell them I CAN NOT DO IT NOW. I am paying $2404. for a security system that advises me my back door is open. The front door sensor does not work. At 11:00 pm I had 4 young men in my home. I wanted them OUT. I was fearful as a senior this is not right…. This company needs to be shut down. You can not cancel. They don't answer their phone and hang up on you time and time again. The WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER USED. Buyer BEWARE- SEND THE SALES PERSON AWAY - Once you sign up they don't care they get their $$ from Citizen One and they are done they will not give you any service. SCAM COMPANY

He was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He took his time installing everything. At one point we had a minor issue installing the lock on the door so he took his time and kept adjusting it. Thank you for your help

My experience with getting my home security set up by Cedrin went very well. He was very friendly and respectful of my home. He set everything up in a timely manner and was able to answer any questions that I had.

Nice guy. He did nice install and explained as best as he could. I made mistake setting up app. Password mistake So he couldn’t go over how to use app. I need to call company and reset password and have someone explain and help set up. - So far I give Braiden a 10.

Cameras, panel & Arming system are great but I still haven’t ever got my doorbell and few other things I’m paying for. It has been about 3 weeks and I still haven’t heard anything about it. The home visitor told me to be patient with them. As I completely understand but also I don’t understand why I’m paying for it when I have not yet even received it.

DO NOT agree to the “Trial Period” of a Vivint Home Security System unless you are SURE you can commit! We tried it, the Sales Rep gave us a week Trial instead of the standard 3 days, and on day 6, I called Customer Care to tell them that we liked the System and it seemed like a good deal but we crunched the numbers and we were just a little concerned that taking on a new monthly bill might be biting off a little more than we could chew right now so we wanted to cancel and have them come get the equipment… The Customer Care Rep basically told me that he couldn’t acknowledge the extension on the Trial Period because it wasn’t notated by the Sales Rep and since it was past the usual 3 day Trial Period, he couldn’t initiate the cancellation and we were stuck with this System that we didn’t agree to and weren’t sure we could afford!

The guys were great and did the best they could based on the circumstances which were: it was raining, wifi connection took longer than expected and someone else has to come in to complete. System seems to be working properly. They were late arriving due to being backed up on another. But overall they did a great job

Connecting with VIVINT was one of the best decisions in my life, dependable, friendly, and ultimate service. 4k cameras, direct connections to emergency services. I feel really safe having VIVINT in control of my security service. I'd recommend VIVINT over any other security services provider. To think that I used the these other services, seeing VIVINT quality shows you the real difference, not to include agents are smart and a real help.

Mr ** was very polite and helpful. Explained everything before he left. Installing took longer than I thought it would. But he was always working. He hardly took a break. I guess it was a hard installation. Still took the time to go over the programming

My fiance and I had such a wonderful experience with all of the kind and knowledgeable gentleman from Vivint! They answered all of our questions, got our new equipment install easily, and even had fun chatting with our children! We're very happy with their services and look forward to sharing with our friends.

Tyler was very friendly and nice to talk to, he knows his job well. We’ve lived in this house for 16 years, never considered an alarm system before, I'm retired now, so I’m home a lot more. I was skeptical at first because we do rent, but we’re going to try it and see how it goes.

Installation went smoothly. Rep was in great contact from the start. I received text day before to confirm what he needed before he came. He even texted day of to see if he could come earlier than my scheduled time. He was very helpful and explained things clearly. Let me know if other options available as well as a way to safe on home and auto insurance. Great overall experience. Loving my upgrade so far! Everything has exceeded my expectations so far.

The installer Scott was amazing. He explained everything completely before he began. He was quick and efficient with his work and showed me how everything worked after. Awesome! The cameras are very high definition and the tablet is user friendly.

Very happy with my new Vivint system. Every Vivint employee was super nice and professional. The installer worked so hard to get our system up and running, explained how to use it and did a great job! All the equipment is top of the line and working beautifully so far.

We just had a new security system installed. Signed up and installed the same day. We have 2 outdoor cameras and a new doorbell camera door sensors and automatic locking deadbolts. Very happy and excited and pleased with the price.

The customer service is GREAT so far and we are loving our new cameras! The only reason why I rated four stars instead of five is because I wanted to include the widget feature which is still on beta testing.

We enjoyed our salesman a lot. And our tech who installed. Definitely new technology that we like. This will keep our kids safe. Also keep those kids from knocking on our windows at night! Price was worth it to me.
