The technician was very professional and helpful with setting up my cameras. I feel safe and knowledgeable with my system. I feel so safe and secure knowing my home is secured. The next time I go on vacation I know my home is safe.

Salesman was nice and friendly, knowledgeable! Install was good and reliable and very skilled with the equipment. The install team made sure they cleaned up after themselves and helpful in setting up app on phone. They even came the next day to make sure things were set up the way we wanted the security system.

Gerardo (Jerry) was an excellent installer. He explained everything and was patient, helpful and answered all my questions. Did a great job! Laura ** sales rep, was helpful and Polite. She went through everything really fast but went back when I asked her to explain again the part I didn’t catch.

Rep was pleasant. Did not receive paperwork with instructions for future reference. What happens if we need to cancel in near future? Do we receive a copy in paper of transaction. Is there a phone number for future questions?

Enjoying the new service so far. Had a great salesman and hard-working technician team setting up our new system. Looking forward to utilizing the new cameras and doorbell two way talk when packages arrive or when we are not home.

The people that we worked with, from the salesman to the technicians, we very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They helped explain all of the aspects of our new system and set everything up so we were ready to go immediately. I would highly recommend Vivint to anyone looking for home security.

Ask for Neil. He was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to recommend a couple work arounds based on me residing in a home that is several years older. He will come back to install one part that he did not have later today.

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful! The guys were able to come but the same night we even signed the contract! I would recommend anytime. The sales rep was also so friendly and very personal. The guys that installed were also great and so friendly.

We are very pleased so far with everything. The salesman and the installers were very polite and efficient. They taught us how to use everything and made sure we understood what to do in different situations. I have nothing to complain about.

They came out, got me taken care of very quick and installed everything that same day. They were really nice and helpful with everything. They already had all the equipment, even after I ordered extra equipment. They also helped me with all my questions.

The tech was great. Worked six hrs straight without a break. He was patient and explained the process clearly and was thorough in his completion of the job. Our only issue was with the scheduling process. Our first appt got cancelled without a phone call and we had hardship arranging that time period. Then no called about rescheduling they just told us when the appt would be. I guess texting has taken the place if a respectful phone call.

I was TOTALLY surprised by the contract/documents I received to sign. It was not what I was verbally told by the Rep, Matt **. I am very upset because I was given one price and received another. Also, I requested two (2) outside cameras and only received one (1). I was given a time for Monday and told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to coming that didn’t happen. Then I had to reschedule for Wednesday and was given the time of 8:00 am. I received a text after that time changing it to 10 am after I had taken off work and rearranged my day. I called him about the misquote in price and he advised me that the technician was the person to talk to about the equipment and he would be the person to discuss the cost and make any adjustments. The technician states that he could do that and contact I guess his supervisor Cindy at AMI. He told me he was giving me a discount of $450 but he only have me $200.

My installation technician did a great job installing everything. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with all the equipment and installation. He cleaned up after drilling holes. Also he walked me through how to use it all, app and the home wall unit.

Did great job. Wish could spent little more time explaining system. But overall no complaints at this time. Friendly young people. They very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Try give others information about the services. They should train them clean after they make mess. Thank you???. I have nothing else to say. Have a great day.

From the very first call I made to discuss getting the system through to the tech that came and did the install. The service was very good and helpful. The tech that did the install was very thoughtful and made sure to explain everything very well. He also made sure discuss prices so that it stayed in my budget.

The sales person and technicians were awesome. They worked professionally, quickly and efficiently. I received a new thermostat, smart lock, panel, exterior cameras, and door bell. I am extremely happy with my new services and I would certainly recommend Vivint to a friend!

Seemed to be a moving target. Installer said sometimes it comes up a little different than the estimate. At each step in the process, the price kept changing and while the installer was a good installer, he really wanted to finish the job. Sales rep was asked more than once about the quote, and she said that includes tax and everything. Felt more like buying a car.

Service at install was excellent! The system is so easy to use and the picture / video from the doorbell camera and the front facing driveway camera is so crisp! I would definitely recommend Vivint to neighbors and friends. I also got the smart thermostat. Why did I ever wait so long. If you are thinking about it just do it.

Cameron was very friendly and helpful. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend to family and friends. It was a very quick process and any questions I had were very well answered and deeply detailed. I’m very excited to use my equipment and have some extra security in the house.

The whole experience I had with from Tyler, the sales rep to the installers was awesome! There were no surprises with the cost. The rep was very knowledgeable with the product and pricing for the service. Installers was amazing. I would definitely recommend Vivint to family and friends!

Jason did an awesome job with our Vivint installation today, and Nate (our sales rep) was also really wonderful. Both of them took time to answer all of my questions and walk my husband and I through the process. They were kind, patient, and had great attention to detail. Vivint employee provided professional services. He was able to assist us with any questions or concerns. Customer service who scheduled the appt provided incorrect order, however, the worker was able to assist in the situation. So far happy with the service. Arrived when expected and provided a courtesy call.

I was very pleased with the way the salesman, Madison **, conducted himself and with his presentation of the services being offered. I was also pleased with the performance of the service technician, Patrick **. Both men were very knowledgeable about their job, very polite and professional. I didn't expect to have the equipment installed the same day which was a very nice surprise. Patrick did an outstanding job! He was clean, efficient and hardworking.

Almost perfect score, amazing customer service, just wish there was a more clear breakdown of price during presentation. I just wanted the bottom line cost instead of the merry go round conversation about features. The security devices work very well, albeit a little overpriced in my opinion. The free install definitely made up for this.

They were very nice and they went over the product they put in. They ask me if I understand. If not they would go over it again because I was their one most important customer. They wanted me to understand.

Just loved the new VIVINT doorbell and outdoor cameras. The images are so clear and have speaker to talk to. The main panel is so awesome, it’s touch screen and so user friendly. The sales rep. (Ben) and technician (Luis) were great, very professional and courteous.

The salesman was very courteous kind and helpful in answering my questions. The installer of the equipment was very courteous friendly and really helped a whole lot with any questions I had on the system when he completed. He also showed us every area as far as the camera the doorbell and the new locks he put on the door.

My first sales associate was not impressive and nearly went elsewhere. Recommendations from friends with Vivint caused me to try again with a different associate and I got Gavin, who actually knew his stuff and did what he said he would do. Impressed with short wait for install. Great communication from installer and he made sure all was correct even spending most of a day on us. He was nice, efficient and even got us some free add ons. His service was excellent. So far so good! Thank you.

Our sales person and installation tech both did a fantastic job! The process went smoothly and the system is going to be very helpful. The tech went above and beyond to make sure that everything went well, Including fixing a door that was misaligned and helping us as we were moving into the house.

Install was done very well, couldn’t believe how fast a technician was on-site to do the install. All items were connected and I was shown how to use the system. It’s very easy to control from the panel or the app.

The technology of Vivint is great and the service is great. It was installed and set after few hours after I signed up. The sales representative Josh is very professional and convincing. I’m happy we switch to Vivint. We now have a security system that really works.

Floyd and his team did an amazing job answering all the questions we had while making it a fast process. They got everything installed and showed up how to use it and helped if we had questions about it. Luke was great! Informative and helpful! We got set up and install came in right after him! Install guys were great! Working later than expected to get it set up, and very thorough! Only concern is the front door lock. Our sir is snug and it didn’t fit the metal plate for the deadbolt. Will have to fix that so it is more secure. But everything else was perfect and went without a hitch!

Duncan was amazing! I’d recommend him to anyone. He was professional, friendly and more companies should hire people like him. He explained everything clearly and made sure that we were taken care of. Great and timely service. This is my second install with Vivint!

Everything went well for the install. I understand they are trying to get in and out of our homes but as a contractor I would expect a little cleaner install. We had some issues with the paperwork but that had nothing to do with the field side. All in all it was a good experience.

Late night knock at door for selling security. Not too bad but also had to stay up for installation. 11:15 pm was when installer left our house. Happy to get system but I have to get to work early and this was a tiring experience.

I had the best experience with Vivint. I did not know it would control ac and doorbell and cameras! And I can unlock and lock my doors from anywhere and arm and disarm my security???? I can not wait to get the garage door on Vivint. The technician was so nice and worked hard on getting everything set up, his name was aumen????

The installer was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It didn’t take hardly any time to install and he walked me through everything so I would know what I am doing. He even helped me set up the app up on my phone and showed me how to navigate that.

Very clear picture! Very Knowledge of the service. Fast install. Tech called 30 mins before arriving & was on time. Tech had extra equipment on the truck. I asked for door keypad that was not on the workout. Tech installed it with no problem.

All the installers were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They efficient in stalling the equipment and cleaned up after they were through. They were clean and had their Id badges on. They answered my questions quickly. Felipe was patient in dealing with the Credit issue.

Signed up, was supposed to receive my equipment last Wednesday 4/21/21. I still haven’t received anything. Wasted 3 hours getting transferred over and over, with no help. No Rep can give me answers to why I don’t have my equipment yet. Poor Service.

All who came were very efficient. Manny, Garrett, and Gerald... very professional. Gerald explained how to use the system. Too bad a little booklet isn't supplied for us "old" folks to use. It looks like this system is easier than the old one to use.

Our experience with Vivint sales team was amazing! The salesperson explained the technology around what was the important to us for security. She said think about the most important aspects for what we wanted and we can either scale up to add more or scale down to meet our budget. In the end the solution was affordable and installed the same day after the sales presentation. Even better it will get less expensive over time.

The technician that hooked up my system was very helpful showing me how to work the panel, etc. He answer any questions I had. The system is great. I can now see all my cars in the driveway. I recommend Vivint to anyone.

Both the sales rep and installer were very helpful and informative. I found both personable. The sales rep didn't rush me and I didn't feel pushed or intimidated. The installer stayed and made sure I understood and to fix a small glitch.

Sales Manager was great. Loved her interaction with us and presented information well. We appreciate the same day or next day free installation however, I didn't realize her selling the protect at 9pm would most likely include the installation the same night. I wasn't prepared to be up all night and if would have known that, I would have asked for her to come back the following day. We still would have purchased the project. Installation guy was great however and worked fast and diligently.

Mr. Luis ** was the installer.. He was patient and informative.. He allowed me to read thoroughly each contract, consent & agreement. He also explained, and made sure I was comfortable.. After reviewing my home he was better able to recommend products best suited for my needs. He was pleasant, personable and respectful.

The technician was very nice and courteous, very professional at all times and was very knowledgeable of his craft. I definitely will recommend to others. He showed up on time and he even offered to come sooner but unfortunately we weren’t able to do that but he was very sharp and got it done.

Tech who came to install our Vivint system was very professional and courteous! Fully explained our best options and system capabilities. Look forward to having Vivint as our security system provider. Tech explained system entirely in language we understood. We are not that tech savvy but he made us feel comfortable and confident in the operation of the system.

Robert ** did a fantastic job with the install. He was very detailed in the work that he did. The process was painless and fairly quick. The system is up and running and we are having no problems at all.

Michael was great! Couldn't have been better. He was friendly, efficient. When he realized the smoke detector wasn't hard wired, he didn't grumble. He just got it connected. He also loved my cat so that was an added bonus. 10 out of 10!

Professional install and Mitchell was awesome. The process was easy and the quality of the cameras and system is worth the money. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. One thing I don’t like is the hard credit pull for an alarm system. I see this as a potential negative for clients.

First let me say how fantastic and awesome Abert ** is!!!! He went out of his way to get every fixed before he left and even called the next to check on me and to see if I had any questions to give him a call. Vivint you better keep Mr ** because to lose him would be a great loss to your company.

The technician was very helpful, professional, and informative. All of my questions were answered and I was shown all the features of my devices and app. He even brought my trash cans up to the garage after the trash truck came by!

The tech guy doing the install was very polite & friendly & seemed knowledgeable. However the panel he was installing wasn’t connecting and tried 3 different units. Stated that the company sometimes sends back out defective units without ensuring they work properly. Not confident in the company’s equipment or quality. He was here until 1:30am. Still has to come back today to finish the job for garage doors. Bottom line if the panels really are defective don’t send techs out with them. Don’t have the techs talk about the company in such a way that you are now doubting your decision, the quality of their equipment and judgment of the people refurbishing the equipment. I’m really doubting moving forward with the solar idea now.

Our Vivint contacts were Josh ** - Regional Manager, and two technicians - David and a second coworker. All three were knowledgeable, professional, and proved themselves to be great people to do business with. All are excellent representatives for your company.

Was to busy to go over the system with the installer. Will contact company to go over some items. However the cameras are not facing the right areas that we wanted covered.. Will need them moved as soon as possible.

Chase was very helpful and great explaining everything. It took him no time to install what he could. It was rain so he will return for a follow up to place outdoor camera. He took his time choosing the best placement for my backyard. I am very pleased.

Home security smart home. Vivint has excellent products and equipment. It was a fast installation and it is very easy to use. I like to be able to talk with the person at the door without opening the door. The whistling sound is fun.

The installation of our system was expertly implement and the technicians attention to detail is greatly appreciated. They were highly knowledgeable, friendly, and took the utmost consideration for each part of the install. If I could preselect a technician for future troubleshooting, I'd always pick this crew. I cannot stress how wonderful of a job they did. I hope Clint buys them both a dinner of their choice (nice steak dinner) to treat them for not only an exceptional nights work but also to congratulate them both on the soon-to-be new additions to their families.

Amazing work in a timely fashion. Explained everything nicely and kindly, friendly service with someone I can trust. They even convinced me to get something extra skeptical about but it is definitely going to pay off in the long run when things are all settled in.

To be clear had company installers set up products in my home. Installation was a challenge with garage door opener. Took not 1 not 2 but 3 different devices before it worked. Doorbell audio outside not working. Had to contact support FIRST DAY and had to manually remove device and re-add in order to work. Not something a customer should have to do right out of the gate. Highly doubting if will keep product and service after 48 hours.

Reps were informative and super nice! Talk to my son who talks to everyone about anything and they were not rude or short with him when he asked questions!! They came back when it was available and great installation time.

Hard to get started for someone they never had one before. Can’t get the app to work on Apple phone? Waiting for internet but had it when the last owner had it with no internet. If can’t use something after the internet get turned on then we are not keeping it.

The guys did very well and worked well together. I have looked into other companies and just did not want to invest so I got my own but they do not record 24 7. I like that. I hope this does not let me down.

This is not like buying a new car, there is nothing much to get excited about. We agreed to buy this system and the installer was here within the hour and a far as I can tell everything works. I guess that we will find out! The installer did go over how to operate the system and what to do in case of an emergency.

Mike from Vivint is an awesome installer. He installed the system perfectly and neatly as always and did so when the prior tenant interrupted and was aggressive and even called the police due to her eviction. But even with all of that disruption Mike didn’t allow that to disrupt the install.

My experience assessment with Kevin, the installer for Vivint and Vivint's customer service on 4/24/2021, needs to be revised. Kevin left our house with a non-functioning security system that lost its power connection and continually drops its WiFi connection. The customer service number connects to an employee in the Philippines. They told me I would have to wait 9 days for another technician to be scheduled. I told them if my security system wasn't operating by Monday, 4/26/2021 I would cancel my contract. They told me they would call me Monday, 4/26/2021 at 8 am. We will see how Monday unfolds.

Love the guys that came out to see us, Brandon and Kolby. They made it fun showing us all the really cool ways we can protect our home and for a super great price! The install crew, Anthony and Devin did a great job putting everything in and explaining how it works. Brandon followed up with us in person on how we like it and love that! Great company in my opinion. Thank yall for ringing our doorbell!

Today we took the next step in our home security and had Vivint installed in our home. Our guy Mike was absolutely fantastic! Aside from his accent which was awesome, he was very professional and so easy to get along with, I would definitely recommend him and Vivint, For all your home security needs. He made the process so easy and we feel very secure with our home system. He did a very nice job on explaining everything to us and made it so easy with the whole install!

Very kind and respectful, and also explained how to use the panel in a good understanding form. I love the camera quality. I will mention this to some friends, so they can take a look at it and to hopefully get Vivint.

Yes I would recommend Vivint to a friend or family member. In today’s world with everything that is going on I feel that companies Customer service should be top priority. At Vivint They are fast, efficient and Customer service is A+.

His Product Knowledge, caring and professional work ethics, and the manner in which he presented “SHOW AND TELL” TRAINING, we’re very pleased with Mr ** and how he preformed our installation.

Sam did outstanding job and installing crew were great as well. Sam has returned to make sure install went well. Install crew were on time and explained how equipment worked. Very pleased with all aspects of job and happy with camera etc.

We were with the same company for years and constantly felt like we only received mediocre service. After less than a week we are more than satisfied with Vivint. The installer arrived on time and thoroughly explained each step of the process. We are very satisfied with the setup and because of the clear explanation we have not had any issues with using the system. Our installer, Kevin, did a thorough and professional job. He arrived on time and called us twenty minutes before his arrival. He brought his own tools, was courteous, patient and respectful. He reviewed with my wife and I the use of our digital keypad and camera monitor and helped us download the Vivint app that allows us remote access.

Everything was great. Awesome people but a little pushy And my door beep wasn’t in a place I like and I tried to put installing it to another day but that wasn’t going to work because of a “competition” the team was in apparently so I wasn’t even able to be home for the instillation.

Got the new system installed, had trouble because no one told us we needed dual band router, techs were here for 4-5 hours, techs left empty boxes everywhere, didn’t sweep trash after drilling into doors, didn’t have their own broom or vacuum, very frustrating.

Experience with Vivint went very well from agent on the phone to professional friendly tech on site. Vivint were very advanced in how they do business, the agent used no paper form just an iPad, so all signatures were digital. Tech also was able to install new devices same day. Jacob installed the new Vivint security system including an outside camera, a doorbell camera and five door sensors. The installation was professional and looks good. He took us through the entire system and explained everything in detail. We reviewed sign in and how to arm and disarm the system. We were shown how to use the cameras.

This is a great alarm company to go through. Their customer service is amazing. Even when I had issues they solved them right away. Our technician Caleb was very nice, helpful and quick. The representative that set us up for our installation was Jason and he was the most helpful. I was able to direct message him and get everything taken care of in minutes.
