Techs were Great. Very professional. Free doorbell camera. Bell works. Camera doesn’t. Could not fix glitch in software. Tech will have to come back or call when fixed. Nothing Techs could do but were great. Google Mini works well. Hopefully issue with cameras is resolved soon.

Vivint did a great job installing. They were very fast and professional. Had great customer service. Explained things thoroughly and walked us through our app and devices. I would definitely recommend to have your home security system set up by them. We are excited to start using our system.

Vivint makes getting your home security system set up so easy. They work with you to customize a security package that works for you. From the moment I called til the time my security system was set up was less than 8 hours. I highly recommend their product and would refer any of my friends and family to them.

Having just had the system installed, it is going to take some getting used to. So far I like what I am seeing. The video and images and very clear both day and night. The deter feature is nice. No major issues as of yet but I am sure it will deter anyone from doing anything. I know that in time it will get better and then I may have to add some other features just to make the home more synced up. Thanks.

The installation process was long but the technician was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. She called for assistance and received it. She also reached out to her manager to inform them of the situation. Overall, she was able to get the panel to cooperate and complete the process.

The technician was very helpful with showing everything I needed to know and made sure he wore a mask to protect himself and my household from Covid. He showed me how to get into my account and make sure my house was safe at all times.

My account was set up improperly and my name was misspelled. The new install account wasn’t originally linked with our master account which created confusion all around until we got it fixed. We were on the phone for over an hour and transferred 8 times before it was finally resolved. It seems it’s not common for people to have multiple properties in different states. Ultimately it was a mixture of backend support, website settings, and mobile app settings that enabled the appropriate user experience to be presented. The pieces are all there but they just weren’t stitched together very well. It’s all working now except the quoted discounts weren’t applied for early payoff.

The salesman and tech were full of helpful ideas, experience, fast working, showed great teamwork. The tech putting the system in did a very clean job. We appreciate him cleaning after himself, ensuring everything was level. Just putting great pride in his work.

We had an alarm system, cameras, keyless entry lock installed. While the service rep was nice enough, he did not activate the keyless entry. We are seniors and do not understand technology very well. Our daughter-in-law Adriana was there to make sure we received the right equipment but she had to leave before he was done installing it. The tech gave us the keys to the entry and said that Adriana would be back to teach us. Of course she was expecting to go over what the tech had already showed us, but instead, she found that he not only failed to teach us the system, he did not activate the keyless entry and he did not install the app on our telephones.

Ja’Real was Knowledge, helpful, polite and professional. He was precise and did a clean job. He explained the system carefully along. Sure we understood all the features. Very nice guy. I would recommend Vivint to a friend as a result of the friendly and helpful service of this team.

Dino was absolutely wonderful. He called prior to arriving. He was able to modify the equipment to meet the half of the needs of our business. This was a result of only half of our business being secure due to the rep I spoke with over the phone not informing me that our location was too big. I will call customer service to address this issue. Again, Dino was an excellent tech! We were happy to work with him.

They were fair with their price and equipment. Daniel ** installed our equipment and was very accommodating and knowledgeable. We had pre-existing equipment when moving into our new home and accidentally set off the alarm. Well I’m impressed to say that the response from police was quick! I was sold after that!

My installation assistant, Jaden, was wonderful; professional, patient and courteous. However, I was quite miffed when he informed me that part of the Installation process required taking out a LOAN for the equipment for the term of 60 months! A real loan where my credit report would have to be accessed. Either take out the loan or spend over $600 buying the equipment outright. I found it silly to take out a loan for this amount and opted to pay for it. However, shame on you Vivint! This setup was not disclosed when the sales associate first spoke to me. It places the consumer in an awkward position to choose and I didn’t appreciate this being sprung on me without the proper time to consider my options. This should really be discussed when the sales representative is so enthusiastically getting you to sign up. It left a really sour taste in my mouth for the company. And again, this was no fault of Jaden, who was great.

Easy to understand got everything my family needed. I feel great knowing my home is protected the right way. The same day installation was something that sets them apart from other companies. I will highly recommend Vivint to family and friends.

It’s been only 1 day and I’m so happy I switched to Vivint. Huge update from my last service with another company. The tech they provide are so great and easy to use. My experience was great! Loved the sales representative, and they came the next day to do the install. My only complaint is the doorbell wire wraps around the door in an unsightly manner. It has to be there, I know; However, the installation of the wire doesn’t look good.

The installer was great. He was very nice and patient when papers were not signed. I called the day before he was supposed to arrive and was on hold/transferred to 6 different people who eventually told me everything was good to go. Needless to say I was very upset and disappointed when I was not “good to go” when installer got there. Regardless, we figured it out and Walt was able to do his job.

New camera system install only took 2 hours. The four cameras was more than enough to cover the areas surrounding my house. With the addition of the Ring I feel much more secure. Install went great! Haven’t had a chance to use the system too much given it’s the 1st day, but expect it will perform well. My 4yo has been testing out the doorbell cam and it’s so much better than a traditional doorbell. I like the option of being able to speak to unexpected visitors without opening the door.

The cameras and value of the security system is awesome. However the set up and adding users with the app was problematic. We had problems resetting and it did not work. Had to utilize a different email. This can pose a problem with older people. The app set set up should be simplified.

We did not have enough equipment to supply my home through the sales person. The tech was nice and did a great job. I was on the phone with customer service for 1 hour and 45 minutes to get the extra equipment needed. I was transferred to 6 different people and still needed to pay an extra $500. My daughter made a Twitter post and someone reached out immediately. Zoey was able to hear and understand our issues. Zoey worked with me and did not charge me for the additional equipment. I will stick with you guys for the moment but a first impression is a lasting one.

Both the tech and the sales guy were very knowledgeable and helped me pick the right equipment to protect my home. That day some just stole a package from my home and they were very quick and efficient. The tech stayed late to train us on the new system and installed the cameras fairly quickly. And killed a big spider in the process. Thank!!!!

I have no complaints. The guys came. Talked us through everything first. Did their work. Then went through and spoke about everything they did. Including setting us on the key fob, monitor, and the app on my smartphone. They are very proficient at their jobs and knowledge of the equipment that they installed.

I am very unhappy with my experience with your company!!! When I'm gone for business, my wife is in charge, and issues arose because she asked for camera to be placed at back door and was totally ignored! I am paying top dollar for this, and this is not how to treat customers!! Now I probably have to pay for another visit. Another issue is that my kiosk was not mounted. Installer just placed it on dining table. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE!!

Very professional installer. Nearly half the price of ADT. ADT left us with a real mess. Ripped wires out of our walls. Got them bunched and stuck in our wall. What a mess. After 4 hours of watching this disgrace we sent adt packing. Our installer did a stellar job and very professional. Thank you VIVINT????

Our technician was detailed and explained everything to us. There was an additional external camera I wanted but my home layout didn’t support it. He allowed me to think about it as he continued the install. I’m happy that the technician didn’t force me to place it elsewhere. We are happy with the items purchased.

Was helped throughout the whole process, Noah was a great sales. Told us what we needed to know & set up our cameras in the same day! Only took up to about 1-2 hours to get everything going! Thank you again.

The order process needs some work. First, too much verbal information/ instructions. Still unsure what the monthly charges are for equipment and how and where to obtain buy-out of existing contract. Secondly sales assessment of installation time was unrealistic and did not reveal problems that installer had to overcome which required second location of door camera, exposed wiring, and and another exposed translator which could have been eliminated by replacing an old window contact.

Justin was awesome. Great customer service and explained everything thoroughly. Took his time to install equipment correctly. Justin provided info to call for any questions and walked through setup for my wife to feel comfortable to use. I would recommend Justin for any install.

My technician was super nice, mannerable, and professional. He communicated well throughout the entire process. From calling me to let me know he finished another job an hr before my scheduled time to walking me through the steps of setting the Vivint system up. However, he was unable to connect to the internet on any of the Nest systems he installed, and on top of that he placed the nest system on top of another previous thermostat background. It looks very tacky. He did pretty much did the same thing with the smart lock. He replaced my original lock with a very bulky GOLD door handle/knob when the previous one was silver/nickel to match the house and other fixtures. I was specifically asked what color my door handles were just for him to still bring the incorrect one.

My daughter was home during installation and everything was signed up under her name even though I already had service for 8 years currently in another house. Would not switch it over to my name until I paid $2700 for equipment. Took 4 months and 10 calls for that to even happen and most associates could really care less and a couple had horrible attitudes.

The service was very prompt and professional. No hassle, very pleased with the installation personnel. Went through all details of the mechanics of the system and gave me some advice on options. I’m going to recommend the service to a friend in need of home security services.

Great system. Easy install. Only took an hour and half to install. Braxton did a great job. He was friendly, early on the arrival time. Went thru everything on system and how to use. Also showed us how to use the app. Easy phone call the day before. Caleb helped a lot to figure what package we needed for my home. Great customer service.

This is our 5th system. Vivint does a really good job. They are always courteous and very helpful. We would highly recommend using their monitoring services. The installation was very well done. They also arrived on time and kept us updated as to when they would actually get to the job.

Was absolutely excellent. I had not been told about the 60 months or especially the $2380+ dollars so I was very shocked. Poor customer service. Did not get a smart device that was compatible with what I had. They made a big hole in the wall or I would have canceled immediately. Not happy. Did not explain how to work alarm after it is set.

I just acquired a new system. 5 transfers, 1 1/2 hrs the phone and I still have unresolved issues, nor was I able to schedule a tech to come out unless I waited on the phone another 28 minutes. 2 hours and 5 people to get some help, I give up. Will prob just cancel and purchase system from another company.

I just moved into a home with some Vivint equipment already installed. I just called the number on the box, said a few words to several nice people, then a cool Vivint technician named Nolan showed up like 3 days later. The equipment is top-notch, the payment plans are excessively fair to the buyer, and the installation process seems to be efficient and well developed. I only had the system installed a few days ago, so maybe I'll find a chink in their armor, but so far so good. No complaints from me!

The Vivint technician was personable and efficient. He installed all the parts of my system neatly, being sure to clean up after himself. His explanation and instructions on using the very user friendly system were clear and patient as I learned to use the features. I expect to be comfortable with the system for years to come.

We had a less than great experience with our “sales” rep Jacob. He was not honest about how the loan worked or how we were locked in to a contract. We were told we could walk away scotch free at any time. Upon further research, we were swindled. We seriously considered cancelling everything due to this bad experience. Jacob -1 star. Our tech who came and installed everything, John, was absolutely amazing!! He was very knowledgeable and thorough. Really turned around our whole experience. John 5 stars!!!

There were two young man that installed my new equipment. They both were very knowledgeable and professional. Just like that! It was installed and explain with a whole lot of patience. If I didn’t quite understand something they would go back over it until I fully understood.
