Our installer, Kevin, did a thorough and professional job. He arrived on time and called us twenty minutes before his arrival. He brought his own tools, was courteous, patient and respectful. He reviewed with my wife and I the use of our digital keypad and camera monitor and helped us download the Vivint app that allows us remote access.

Thorough installation and explanation of services. Gave recommendations as to where we can install cameras since this was our first time working with cameras. Very friendly service and recommended to our family and friends. We feel very safe and comfortable in our homes now.

Our technician was helpful, thorough and knowledgeable if a little bit too talkative for my liking. Overall we had an extremely satisfying experience. On our next appointment I would like to have the same technician again if possible.

Best team of folks! Our sales rep Jalen was exceptionally helpful, personable and knowledgeable. Then the techs showed for installs and everything went great. My husband and I are very pleased with the products and service that we have received in the first 24 hours. We are amazed by the technology, camera clarity and ease of use. It is a huge upgrade to our old security system and was able to use most of our existing units too.

My experience with the salesmen and the guy that installed the alarm system was a very positive one. They were very knowledgeable and very courteous. I surprised myself when l was sitting there talking to strangers, but feeling comfortable. Everything was explained to me well and l was given their numbers if l had further questions. Very hardworking young men.

Your service representative arrived at my house with many different packages and ideas on home security. We discussed what would be most appropriate for my needs and he was able to install that same day! What a surprise! He was a delight to work with! From the beginning our experience with Vivint, our sales rep Adam was so friendly, knowledgeable, and a go to guy! He helped us out a lot and was so nice. Then when it came to installation, Roden was amazing! He too was very knowledgeable and told us about the places we should put our security systems. We were teetering between two specific places and he gave a few recommendations and we went with it! He was very nice, super knowledgeable, personable, and relatable. Everything was great. Awesome people but a little pushy And my door beep wasn’t in a place I like and I tried to put installing it to another day but that wasn’t going to work because of a “competition” the team was in apparently so I wasn’t even able to be home for the instillation.

Great job by two very talented young men. Not only did they expertly install the system, but they carefully explained how everything works. Even my wife understood their explanations and could operate the system from her smartphone. Whatever you are paying these guys, you need to double it.

Great customer service and fast install. Cameras and security system works so great and clear picture quality! So happy we switch over to Vivint Smart Home from ADT. They offered more than ADT and cost about the same as we were paying. Happy customers here!

My technician (Troy N) was great! Very professional and courteous. Answered all of my questions and was very knowledgeable about the products. He was installing at my 2nd residence, so I’m not a “new” customer. Very pleased with my Vivint products.

My experience was great. They were friendly and they were really people people. They knew how to talk to you and they answered all the questions plus more. I really enjoyed them while they were here. Made me feel like they were my friends instead of someone installing a security system and the manager was awesome.

If you are looking to purchase a security system for your home, get Vivint. It is the best. We just had Justin install our system, he thoroughly explained everything we needed to know, and now besides being grateful, we can finally plan a vacation without anyone staying behind to watch our property. Got the new system installed, had trouble because no one told us we needed dual band router, techs were here for 4-5 hours, techs left empty boxes everywhere, didn’t sweep trash after drilling into doors, didn’t have their own broom or vacuum, very frustrating.

Technician was very very nice. Explain everything clearly and answered every questions. I was very happy with him. He was very Professional. Was helpful. Our account something we didn't understand he made understanding to me and my mom. I Really thank him for coming out to help make Process easy. Thank you so much.

Everything in my home is now automated and that was the plan. Marco was great with the setup and walked me through everything that I needed to know. I joined Vivint after being with ADT and I am overly satisfied that I did.

When comparing to other services this was more cost friendly, quick set up, in and out, easy operational equipment, we referred company to family and friends looking for a alarm system or upgrade. I will add more accessories at a later time.

Gavin ** was a very good sales person. I then set up the appointment, Randy ** came out, we went over everything. Included a few more items, Randy worked very professionally and installed the equipment necessary to "take over" my existing system where he could, and installed the new items I wanted. He even sold me a couple more items. Altogether very good job.

Stephen **. He did an amazing job. Whoever hired him good choose. He explain to the family how it works and help each one of us individual. He did examples so we can know hands on. He’s the best tech I ever experience. Good job.

Experience with Vivint went very well from agent on the phone to professional friendly tech on site. Vivint were very advanced in how they do business, the agent used no paper form just an iPad, so all signatures were digital. Tech also was able to install new devices same day. I would recommend vivint to my friends and family.

Jacob installed the new Vivint security system including an outside camera, a doorbell camera and five door sensors. The installation was professional and looks good. He took us through the entire system and explained everything in detail. We reviewed sign in and how to arm and disarm the system. We were shown how to use the cameras.

This is a great alarm company to go through. Their customer service is amazing. Even when I had issues they solved them right away. Our technician Caleb was very nice, helpful and quick. The representative that set us up for our installation was Jason and he was the most helpful. I was able to direct message him and get everything taken care of in minutes.

Our Vivint installer, Tim ** was very cool/good. He did an outstanding job with the installation and training us on how to use it. He also quizzed us on what we were taught. I most definitely plan to sending more references to Vivint/Mr. **.

Our experience has been very pleasant. As soon as I showed interest online I was receiving a phone call and installation was set up very quickly for us. The installer was very nice, very helpful and very efficient. He completed the task within the amount of time did they said, approximately four hours, and showed us how to work the system and make sure we were comfortable with everything before he left.

I highly recommend the Vivint Home Security system. From sales to installation the staff was polite, professional and knowledgeable. In fact the sales and installation were both completed in the same day. You do not need to be a techno whiz to use this product.

The gentleman that showed up to install my home security was by far the more knowledgeable, understanding, patient person ever. I'm somewhat savvy to techno, but totally new to home security. Had no idea what I needed, or what was available. He answered every question..And I had a lot of them, and made suggestions. I have never felt so good about a major purchase. If other technicians are 1/2 what he was, you are in good hands!

System and components very “clean” and streamlined. Cameras are excellent. I like the ability for the cameras to alert someone they’re being recorded. You can also speak through cameras as well as doorbell camera. Door pins and other accessories more low profile than older technology. Mobile app is very well done and easy to use. Keypad is also very simple and advanced. Very happy so far.

The installation and activation of my security system was conducted with professional and courteous attention to detail. I am very satisfied with the results so far. If I needed additional training on my system the technician indicated that this was possible due to the fact that my cell phone is outdated. Shaun ** installed our security system today and did a wonderful job. First off he cleaned up after he drilled for the door lock and panel on the wall. He made sure we understand the contracts, programming our panel & using the app. He was very kind & thoughtful. Five stars.

Customer service was easy to talk to and got to point during my lunch. They didn’t rush and wasn’t more than 30 minutes to pay and then activate service and details through text very very accurate, would and have referred Vivint to friends and family.

From contact to installation it was a very painless process and quick, salesman was very knowledgeable of product information and details. Installers were great at minimizing damage to insulation areas while maximizing coverage of products. Extremely satisfied with the whole process and experience.

The installation Vivint workers were excellent. There was confusion with the order. I just ordered a doorbell install, but they had difficulty getting that order corrected. So, the installer gave me a Google home and the wall thingy for free he said. So I was impressed by his customer service and help getting it all working correctly.

I'm not satisfy with the installation of the equipment. The tech did not take of the old sensors, before he put new sensors on the doors. Two doors are address wrong when you open the doors. The sensor on the front window is to large, it effects locking and opening the window. Plus, he wouldn't remove the old security box. A better job could have been done.

Tech was very knowledgeable and gave good advice with regards to services required and perimeters used. Clean, respectful and kind to my puppies. Explained system throughout and best use practices. Recommend service. Set up phone and chose best location for unit.

This is very helpful in my stress levels knowing that I'm a little safer. I was watching the cameras last night and the visual looks to be pretty clear. Vivint was easy and quick to work with. Setting up my account over the phone was a breeze and took maybe 5 minutes. They were able to schedule a technician to come out that day and install my system. Eric was the tech who came, he was very professional and set up my system beautifully. He taught me all about how to use it and answered all my questions. I feel so much safer with this system installed and I love all the features. I highly recommend Vivint.

I was told that my ADT system would connect to Vivint security, so I decided to switch to Vivint. But once the tech installed the unit he said it couldn’t connect. I was lie to from the sale person and “I my have $3000 ADT secure system is not connect and now I have $1400 secure on top of it working half ** way so really damn disappointed on my damn outcome!”

Our salesmen and installers were extremely professional and great. Answered all of our questions and install was fast. Walked us through the setup and showed how everything works. Will take some time to get used to, but my wife and I are happy with the product and have peace of mind.

He was a true professional. He explained everything thoroughly and was extremely detailed. The setup was a bit complicated and time consuming but he was very patient and walked me through the entire process. He left me not wondering about anything and how it should work.

The installation went fast and efficient. The application was also quick and in 48 hrs of applying my house was equipped with the alarm system. I get easy access to control the security system via application. The instructions are user friendly. I recommend without hesitation.

Love this new company. Been with ADT for over 20 years for my office and all houses I own but I’m done with ADT. I’ll never used them moving forward. On a personal note, their contracted technicians show up when I’m not home to say they’re working on my system. They send different techs. Never the same one. I’ve had at least 5-7 different ones plus some cheap cameras and multi - systems I don’t need. It’s a mess. Just bills. They take advantage of who doesn’t know anything to upsell. This is why I have moved over to VIVINT and I’m very pleased. I will have all my other homes and offices moved over as well and highly recommend using VIVINT. Great tech. Great service.

The tech was not very friendly but came and did the job...There was some residue from the hole drilling left on the floor but the system works great???? I’m satisfied with the outcome on my new home. It was much needed.

I had Vivint install a new alarm system for me, they were wonderful to work with, answered all my questions even when I asked the same thing over and over. They did extra for me and went out of their way to help. I would recommend them if you are looking for a good company.

Very fast and easy. No need to explain more than once and most of it on text. They were on time and helped me understand everything. I feel more safe and secure and I can even access on my phone when I’m away.

They were very well explaining everything they installed and always asking if it was okay. And they always asked if we had any doubts and they clarified our questions very well. They were very friendly and kept the area where they worked very clean.

I’m not tech savvy but Andrew explained the FUNCTIONS of the security system in layman terms that made it super to use. He broke it down to how folks live... Now I can incorporate using the system as readily as grabbing my keys when running to the store.

I switched to Vivint from ADT. The sales man promised to help with the cash out from ADT and I never heard back from him, if you go please have it on paper or recording. After the salesman the technician was unsure of what to install so we had to call the salesman. He left at 2 AM with a lot unfinished then did not show up the next day.. Then was here late again!!!! We still don’t know how to operate the system. They only gave us one sign and no window stickers.. more than a month after I find out I needed a DVR for 24/7 recording. The salesman told me we could all see it through the app due to it being a smart device. It has been nothing but lies and a mess!

Very satisfied so far, although it’s only been one day since my cameras were installed. I am really going to enjoy being able to check on my house from anywhere and the fact that I can speak through the cameras!

Customer service has been great since my first inquiry to the install. The technician did a great job with the installation. I’m in love with the camera quality. The system seems easy enough to use and it looks very sleek.

So I know I agreed to a late install. They didn't get done till about 1: 30am and I agreed with that. That part was fine but the mess that they left behind if they would have at least cleaned up their mess instead of leaving it for me to clean up. I didn't find that to be very professional and the fact that they drill two holes in my wall because they made a mistake and didn't patch it I didn't find that to be professional as well.

We haven’t had Vivint long but we are hopeful that it will prove its worth. If so, we may add additional cameras. We had been talking about getting better cameras so we were in the market at the time that the respectful and courteous employees had stopped by our house.

Great service! Sales person London answered all of my questions. Great price! Installation happened 30 minutes after sales person left. The installer was quick and showed me how to use the equipment. I am happy to have a home security system and will sleep easier.

Zero stars!!! I believe I was scammed and taken advantage of to purchase a system I did not want and did not need. I am a 69 year old widow living alone and had an Xfinity security system I was happy with. I told the young man who came to my door the evening of July 4th I did not need another system. I had been drinking a few glasses of Prosecco and he and his three friends somehow talked me into it. They had a crew who showed up a few minutes later to install it, putting holes in my wall and door. I tried to cancel it, but was told I could not and ended up paying $2245 as it sits unused. I feel like a fool and am trashing Vivint on social media every chance I get.

The installation took longer than expected and characters in our password were not compatible with the keyboard the tech had. The tech was very respectful, courteous and efficient. The MyQ couldn't sync with the Vivint app and the garage remote system doesn't work correctly.

Not only did he update everything, he checked each and every alarm, battery etc.. What I was most impressed by was his professionalism and knowledge of the product. The installation took all day. The young man was very polite and on time. However, he did not have all the tools he needed to complete the job. A manager did come to the house to assist him. He seemed to want to do what was easy and not what was going to look the best. I would have liked to have someone come to the house first to discuss the install and show us the equipment to decide where to place everything then return with all the proper equipment and knowledge. We are pleased with the service and so far the app.

Everything from the initial sales consultation to the install was quite good. All parties involved, Billy in particular, did a phenomenal job. The system itself seems very intuitive and we are thus far exceedingly pleased with our investment. Well done everyone. Throughout the process no one was on time. First an untrained salesperson taking hours to go through the process kept saying 10 more minutes for installation. After 2 hours had to cancel and set up for next day. An hour late again. Still didn't finish. Postponed to monday.

Our technician was very good to work with and explained the process very clearly. It all went smoothly except that the alarm system doesn’t work properly and he left before we could test it. Now we will need another technician to come out to fix the problem.

Since installing the system the doorbell has not worked. I have called customer service twice o my to remain on hold for several minutes. I am not happy with the system at all. I would like to return the system. The monthly fee is too much to pay for something that doesn’t work properly. I have read other complaints with the same issue.

Good job of installation and able to answer our questions. The only problem was that pricing was not as agreed with the salesperson. The installer was able to reconcile the difference to our satisfaction. Would like to have a couple of lawn and window signs.
