Found a way to get back to the Vivint Family. The team happened to knock on my door. I needed to review my budget and finances before I’d be able to proceed. Working with the team was easy and they were able to get me out of my previous contract. Happy to be back.

The tech Ryan installed and explained everything! Did such a good job and feels good to have peace of mind for my family and our new home! With this being our new home, Ryan recommended areas we should have cameras and sensors also!

Decent job done the first time. One of the entry sensors did not work properly with the new system. So I requested that the installer come back to address the issues. He came back and fixed the problem with new sensors.

Rich ** the tech was wonderful! He explained everything to a T and made sure it was all right! I had the cable/internet being installed at the same time so they were working around each other. He made sure that it was perfect and fully working before he left.

Excellent service. No complaints. Great reps and great installation. The installer did a clean and efficient job. People were so helpful and informative and clear on what service I would be receiving. So yea no complaints and great reps, techs and service.

Pretty easy set up, overall. The technician was very patient with us and the conversion of the ancient thermostat. He walked us through everything and made sure everything worked properly before leaving. Very pleased with the service so far, and hopefully will continue to enjoy the comfort of Vivint's security system.

When I say that the sales representative’s customer service was top notch and knowledgeable about their product, that’s a complete understatement. From start to finish, you knew that you were about to get a great reliable service. I’m heavy into new technology and once I seen the features I was beyond sold, it was more or less where do I sign up, no pressure! When going out of town on extended trips I definitely leave home with a HUGE peace of mind knowing that home is safe, secured, and I can check from anywhere. I can’t forget the awesome technician, there wasn’t a hurdle they couldn’t overcome. Well trained staff and a Grade A product; keep keeping America safe!!??

The technicians were very friendly and professional, they did a great job with the install, taught us how to use the different features, and made sure every thing worked well. The camera quality is really good and the hardware looks high tech. We love the system!

The technician is very polite and courteous. Very knowledgeable about the service details. Will highly recommend to others and definitely satisfied with his service, attitude, cleanliness and technical details of the alarm system. Tech came out today to an investment property to connect 2 cameras, 2 motions, 2 door alarms. Everything was completed in 1 day. Everything works and technician was great. No complaints. Will be calling them on the next project for sure.

The install technician was terrible. I have filed a complaint with Vivint. My door jam is destroyed. He broke bricks off my house. He did a terrible job. Took way too long for the install. He doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing.

Luis was very professional. Very pleasant. Very polite! Very knowledgeable! He was on time, He explained every single detail to me of what he was installing, he answered all of my questions. Customer service was also very professional. Very pleasant to speak with! Zak was one of the customer service who was so helpful in finding something reasonable for me to pay! First of all, the installer. John is the best. If I had thousand words to describe this kind professional gentleman it would not be enough. Vivint you have a Diamond in John. Please appreciate him..From start to finish he was awesome..He walked me through everything. I love the Smart alarm soooo much..Being a Travel RN returning from FEMA deployment in Texas. The doorbell camera is very clear. It is a much better quality than our previous camera from a different company. The control panel and mobile app are very user friendly. The technician, “Clint”, was very professional and courteous. He explained how to operate the system, and was very knowledgeable.

Today I had a Smart Home security system. My tech was Aaron. He was prompt, friendly, efficient and very knowledgeable. I Very happy with my decision to get it. He installed my system quickly and answered all of our questions. I will be recommending this company to my friends and Family.

We already love our new security system. Jammarae was on time, the most professional and went above and beyond answering our questions. The system is user friendly, the app is easily navigated, and the quality 10/10. I will recommend Vivint to family and friends.

The installation was very quick and professional. The equipment is operating well and is an upgrade to what I had previously. I can recommend this system to anyone who needs home protection. The ability to see exactly what is going on at your home while away is valuable. Also the doorbell camera can alert you when a package is delivered. Altogether a first rate system.

Ivan was professional, thorough in explaining how the system works. He made sure I fully understood by guiding me the actual prompts to set my alarm system and to disarm it. He pointed out every feature. When he finished his work, he politely asked for a broom and a dust pan to clean up after himself. I gladly give him a 5 rating.

Mark from Vivint installed our system. He was very courteous and helpful. Answered all questions and explained and showed me how program the unit. I’ve never had anyone to carefully go over everything and explain it so well. If every company was like this it would be great. And the doorbell was great and I can see who’s coming and going.

Our sales rep did everything on his power to make sure we were 100% satisfied. The specials were you believable! So many option to secure your home. Jaden ** made us feel as if we were family. Installation is same day, no waiting and so affordable. You all now have a faithful customer thanks.

May be a dead battery. Why wasn’t this checked out before leaving. It was reported immediately on my phone. Had company did not have time to call immediately. Called yesterday and was told I wasn’t connected to WiFi. I told him then about window and the gentlemen just talked over me and so I just gave up.

Once the sale was completed the install was super fast. The guys were polite and professional. Only hiccup was the setup wasn't completed at time of set up. I had to call Vivint to troubleshoot. The call center was also fast and we cleared up the issue promptly.

Ryan & Cory were very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Ryan made sure I had a full understanding of the system and functions before he left and I greatly appreciate them cleaning up after themselves. This was a positive experience.

Luis was a rockstar. Knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Great resolution on cameras and all other features offer a great sense of security. Not out to price gouge. Highly recommend for your home security needs. Got nothing else to say about that. Great job.

The installation was smooth. The panel notifications are a little annoying. I've never heard of Citizens One, but I know it isn't Citizens National Bank of Texas. Citizens One says they are financing my purchase, but the contract said 0% finance fee. My phone keeps "dumping" the app. As I think about the overall scenario, I have plenty more to say, but this isn't the proper vehicle.

Originally, I purchased Vivint to ensure I could keep track of who was coming into my house with my sister on hospice. But it has turned into an all around great home security system, whether I am home or away on some errands. I love being able to talk through the doorbell camera while also having the ability to unlock/lock the door from my phone.

Very satisfied with my security system installation! All employees who entered my home were very professional! All were adherent to COVID-19 restrictions and CDC guidelines! They were friendly and helpful while explaining how it all works! I would definitely recommend this company to family, friends and my neighbors.

The technician was very professional and quick with his service. He showed us how to work everything before he finished. The appointment time said between 10:00 and 12:00 and he didn’t arrive until 12:45, but once he was there he got right to work to get everything installed and completed.

Very pleased with the deal, the equipment, and the installation service. After the installation the tech did a thorough job explaining the system and how it works. Very satisfied with salesperson and installation technicians. Only issues are garage door system not quite compatible with genie door opener and technician was not able to install all equipment as he stated they did not have any window sensors.

Our salesperson was awesome! He was friendly and professional. You are lucky to have him. He explained everything and may even come over to BBQ! We are so far happy with our system. I understand he will come back to make sure everything is ok. The installer was fabulous as well.

The guy was amazing. He can keep up with my speed and that's what I need. First one here and stayed till he was sure I was the guy. I'm ordering more for this apartment cause I can. Danksfarmcorp is a non profit run by me a retired vet. I'm paranoid so great job. Never leaving.

The system was installed on 5/28/21. Everything works from the panel however I can not pull up cameras or arm or disarm the system from my phone. Vivint has already taken a payment from my account which is fine if the system works like it is suppose to. At this point I am hoping I have not made a mistake. The technician was supposed to come this morning and I have not heard anything from him. Needless to say I am a little upset.

Recently had my system installed and am so pleased to say the least. Cost effective, maintainable, and easy to use! 100% recommend to anyone looking for a system for their home! I was unsure especially with all the other companies coming to sell me at my doorstep, Vivint was by far the best!

All of the service members I have talked to have been great. Sales, Tech Installation, Online Chat Support, have all have been amazing. Not only does Vivint have the latest tech to feel protected but you know if there is ever an issue, you have great people there to support you. So happy I chose Vivint.

Salesman needs to be upfront about installation. Scheduled installation 30 min from transaction completion. Had to cancel plans w/ family until we demanded next day install. Really wish they’d just done this from the beginning. Made it seem like we were asking for the world. Install tech was polite and did the best he could. Needed 2 more teammates to help finish the job. Install took 5 hrs instead of the 2.5-3.

I am very disappointed that I agreed to switch alarms and nothing was explained to me. I didn’t even know what the router was for. I was told I was going to be able to control my thermostat with my alarm and it was a lie. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Love my new Vivint Smart Home Pro System! I now have peace of mind knowing my home is protected. I can view the live camera feed from anywhere at anytime and get notified as soon as someone approaches my property. The system and app are easy to use and I can arm and disarm it with the touch of a button. Installation was quick and easy. Would recommend it to anyone.

Had problems from the first day. Don't have enough space to put all the problems with this system. First problem, main camera driveway, couldn't see at night, image to dark. They changed the camera after I complained. Asked the tech if internet went down, would the system still work? He said it would still record but the phone app will otherwise not connect. My ISP had a schedule outage, camera did not record and my vehicle was violated that night. If there's a power outages system will not work. With this in mind, people that know of this vulnerability can turn the power off the house to get access to the home. Still have many other issues. The system work intermittently. The finding are after the fact when checking the system it didn't record the event. The panel will not show any history but the current day. Very upset about the whole system.

The representative was punctual, polite, and professional. He installed all the equipment in a timely manner. He answered all questions and once completed, he cleaned all the work areas then proceeded to provide a tutorial on how the equipment worked.

Our salesman Randell was awesome, he had to stop by several times before we could get everything up and running. No fault of Vivint, I had to get a few things in order because we were still painting the inside of the house and hadn’t moved in yet. Randell even helped move a couple of very pieces of furniture in the house for us. Today we had all our ducks in a row and within an hour of e-signing the paperwork, our installation man was there to get everything installed. He was quick and efficient and walked us through how to use everything.

Chase was extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Well versed in not just the technical aspects of his job but customer service oriented as well. I would recommend Vivint to more potential customers if Chase was the installation technician.

Your salesperson, Parker misrepresented his authority to waive various fees. He lied!! I am trying the system. My fence post was uprooted from the ground and left. A small in home ladder used was left in the yard. I cleaned all shavings left.

Just had Vivint installed on our new home. Outdoor cameras, 24/7 video recording, doorbell, the works. Our tech was amazing. Everything professionally installed and looks great! Couldn’t be happier with my choice. Far exceeds that of Xfinity or ADT and I’ve had all of them.

It has been less than 24 hrs since my household received the new devices. We are familiarizing ourselves with the controls. Locking and unlocking the deadbolt on the front door from the app and the main panel. Learning how to use the Google Nest as well. The systems seem to be user friendly.

Adam did an awesome job with installation and our service works beautifully. We switched to Vivint from another service and are satisfied with our decision so far. We only wish we had made the change sooner. Our customer sales agent, Phil, was very helpful in assisting with choosing the right products for our home and made sure that I understood product features. Overall the security system products & related services are great - a major upgrade from the archaic security system (ADT) we had prior. However, the sales guy knocked on our door at 7pm right as we were making dinner which was terribly inconvenient so he offered to come back earlier the next day. His first pitch was that we could do a trial of one or two new Vivint products and it would be added to our existing system for the trial, but before I knew it, he was getting us set up as new vivint customers and scheduling the full installation for that same day. I tried to stop and ask why we were getting the full system vs the trial products but the sales guy was not clear and brushed past my concerns. While this system is way better than what we had before & better value for only a slightly higher monthly rate, I felt like I was getting the run-around on being offered the products as a trial vs. installing and starting service with vivint (i.e. no trial).

Very good service, recommend this system to a lot of people, if you're looking to secure your home and best prices available on the market call or contact Vivint, awesome prices and techs are awesome, and they work with you thru each step of the way.

Brian was training Luke and the two actually removed their shoes before entering my home. It was like sitting with two old friends. Everything which discussed was on my application. They did a great job and made sure I was comfortable before signing my contract. Shane arrived about 2 hours later and did a magnificent job on the install, answering questions and educating my on the business of Vivint with its history. They all left their contact information. The system has been working great my wife is happy and like the setup! THANKS GUYS. WONDERFUL JOB!

Technician was very nice, helpful and made sure we knew how to run our device. I would recommend this company to anybody, we are very impressed with the clarity of the 190 angle view of the cameras and job well done.

The sale person Joshua and I spoke about the installation and what was of importance to me. But when all was said and done. I still did not get the garage door function. I have called Joshua and he said someone will come back to take care of it. I am still waiting. This will be a deal breaker for me. Right now I am not a happy customer.

Very knowledgeable staff and fantastic customer service! Very eager to help and get you what you want and most importantly what you need! The installers even did a clean job of the install and took the time to really explain everything from the parts to the operating of the system! The quality of the hardware even seems to be very durable and up to date!

Great service was able to explain how to work the system. Good walkthrough of the navigation of the equipment. The technician knew exactly what he was doing, and made the process very quick and painless. I am very pleased with the service already, and it has only been a day having it.

Vivint's rep, Patrick, is a rock star. Thorough, knowledgeable, competent and even saved us money. The new cameras are HD quality and have a much wider field of view. The window sensors and other features provide me with confidence that my family is safe when I'm traveling for work.

Now my experience may be unusual but it was great. Afternoon visit from a salesperson where I contracted to have security installed. Within eight hours I was hooked up and the job was done. The technician was efficient and quick. He explained the system and made me feel comfortable. Solved a couple of installation challenges easily.

The installer left my house a mess! He moved things and didn’t put them back (pictures & toys). He unplugged items and plugged up his equipment and left my items unplugged. He left little pieces of wire and dust on my front porch and back room. He broke the blinds in my back room. He opened blinds and didn’t close them. He left my back door unlocked which I discovered 2 days later. I am very disappointed as I walk around my house and find these things.

The way Bill and Anil broke everything down made it a very simple process. Those guy are awesome and made me a customer. The approach, the professionalism and these guys' attitudes bought me plus the product and the prices are very competitive and made it a simple decision.

He did not know anything about the medical alert. He told me that the alert would work anywhere. It only works within range of my personal WiFi. I am not happy about that. Is there anything that you can do about this situation?

Our installation went perfectly. Colton, our installer, was intimately familiar with every aspect of the system and showed us exactly how everything works, how to use the app, how to change batteries, etc. Extremely happy with the service so far.

Layne did a great job on our install. The equipment is very impressive and easy to use. After using another professionally installed and DYI security systems for well over a decade I can see there’s a huge difference in the level of technology used in Vivint and with the other products.

Kyle was incredibly professional and installed all equipment expertly and cleanly. He also answered all questions I had expertly and acted as a medium for customer service to ensure my contract was correct. I am very happy with my experience.

The sales reps Brendan was knowledgeable and did not hesitate to call to get the answer we needed. He was not pushy with trying to get a sale. The installer Eli was quick and friendly both were and Brendan asked if we had any questions and explained clearly how to operate the system.

Brand new to system even though it was previously installed. I am able to do more through my phone than I was with a Nest thermostat and ADT system. I haven't armed as yet, as dog and I are settling in. But I love love the door bell camera.

My experience with Vivint, from start to finish, was very pleasant and informative. Alex was great in going over all the pros in the choice to choose Vivint as my new security for my home. He was interested in me being happy with my choice and gave me his phone number to contact him if I have any questions or problems. That personal touch means a lot to people like myself. Cash did my installation and he was very nice to deal with. Very informative, courteous, nice and was very neat in not leaving any mess behind. Except for his installations you would not even realize he was here. Am so glad I have a security system now where I actually feel secure. Thank you!!

They hooked us up! The service was amazing and the deals were phenomenal. We love all the features & incentives for a low, reasonable price. Our rep was Graham and he was the most sweet, funniest guy. He didn’t give us the runaround and went straight to the point. He gave us a couple ooohs & aahhhs with it lol. I was prepared to pay an outrageous amount for the system, but Graham did his thing! Our installer came the same day & installed everything within our best interest of where we wanted the cameras & what was important to us. We would definitely recommend them!

This home security is definitely worth getting. The guys were very nice who advertised it to us and talked us into getting Vivint. They explained everything about the product thoroughly. I Love how you can operate everything from just one app on your phone.

My husband and I received great customer service from the sales representative to the installer. Everyone was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make my husband and I Vivint comfortable. The installer was very fast and friendly.

Very inconvenient, inconsiderate of my living situation, my job, my time and my welfare.. The technician was at My house at 530 biu could not start because the RUDE operator would not help us get the payment situation straightened out. It was not the amazing technician's fault that it was running late...the salesman said it would only take an hour to install...he was wrong. The tech had to go into the attic space and up and down a ladder to install cameras. He still is not done and had to return. He left after installing what he could 11pm.and I had to call out of work because I was not going to be able to get o work at 4am after getting no sleep. Will Vivint pay me for my lost wages!!?? I suggest the representative selling this system take an understanding of what the technician actually has to do before he promises a 1 hour installation.

They were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. They explained what they were doing every at every step. The install technicians were on time finished quickly and cleaned up after the job was complete. The overall experience was professional but friendly.

I will recommend Vivint to everyone. My installer took the time to understand what I wanted he did a fantastic job. He took the time to make sure I understood the system and how to make changes. The video is crystal clear and I have been directional audio.

We are really disappointed in the whole process we have experienced with Vivint and won't be keeping the service. The whole thing has been an utter waste of our time and if you're on the fence and weren't sure which way to go with a system, this isn't what I'd choose. I think you're better off setting up your own smart home and actually getting what you'd like vs paying as much as they charge and being left feeling like you didn't actually get what you wanted.

If someone has time to research and feels like price is right but don’t be pushed into it especially if you’re not really looking for a system. I wasn’t really in the market and it happened so fast. Once I got approved they were there to install at 9 pm - 11:30 or so. Installer did a great job but feel a little pressured that it happened so fast. Also I was told in beginning it was free just for putting sign in yard and no contract and now I have a monthly payment for 60 months.

We recently acquired Vivint home security equipment and services. We worked with Graham on the sales end. He was thorough and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want. Beth was our lead install technician. She was great - knowledgeable and helpful. Vivint camera images are excellent, the deter features make us feel safer, the control panel is easy to learn, and the Smart device app is user friendly.

Updated my security with Vivint and so far so good... User-friendly and convenient... Professional and efficient staff! I like how I will be able to connect to my kids in case of an emergency through the alarm system! I also like how it catalogs events in the recording process. Very useful.

The person who did our install was incredible. Today is the first day of summer and we just moved in to our new house, so my hands were full wrangling my two kids and two dogs. Not only was the tech installed quickly, but he befriended my dogs and tolerated the one that wouldn’t stop barking, and even wiped the cookie mess off one of my boys faces when I needed to get the door for another delivery. After the install, he helped me learn how to use the system and get it set up on my phone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I wish I knew his name so I could include it in this review.

My experience was awesome with Vivint. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation technicians were friendly and had no problem answering all my questions. They were also confident in their abilities to install the system properly and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

The service rep was very professional and did not pressure us. However once we had signed up our bill was way higher than we thought it would be, we have some buyers remorse. The installation guy came over right away, but the service rep didn’t ask us if that was ok as it was getting late at night. The installation guy wasn’t done until 12 am and while everyone was nice the whole experience was slightly inconvenient. And I had to be at work very early.

Our install guy Carlos was great! Very professional and helpful. Was done pretty quickly. I'd recommend him to anyone. Very pleased with the service and hardware. It's still pretty new so we'll wait and see how everything works and have a further review.

Although it was nice to have the equipment installed same day, it would of been better another day. The tech did not leave until midnight and forgot to pair our thermostat, which we now come to find is not compatible after the tech left and we were never told. Also our salesman just seemed to have a kind of I’m done with today attitude.

The salesman Jose who came and sold us our Vivint system was very friendly, customer service oriented, and did a great job. The installer Luke did a fantastic job was very efficient, friendly, and communicated every step as he was installing. I appreciated his quick and direct answers without trying to confuse me. Overall, I am impressed with the service I have received.

The install technician did a pretty good job. I was happy with the sales person that sold me the system. He was a very professional and easy to work with. I believe his name was Jason. Hopefully after we’ve had the system for a while we can learn a little bit better. I believe it’s pretty simple at this point.

Overall simple, installed the same day. I wasn't pressured to buy things I didn't really want. I mentioned off the bat what I wanted and then a package was worked for me. In the end the financing and monitoring monthly was almost the same price as other companies where I had to pay a large chunk out of pocket and still had a similar payment. All the employees were super nice.

My technician Michael was very professional and he knew the product very well. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He did an amazing job. At the end of the day I’m so glad I choose Vivint.

Cameron appeared at my home to perform the installation of my equipment and he was absolutely great. He was professional and thorough from the moment he stepped in the door. I asked him a million questions and he responded to me each time as if I only made one inquiry. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the bonus technician that arrived at my home at assist Cameron- Bobby. Bobby came to assist and they were in tandem with the service and professionalism they provided. I also have to say it warmed my heart that they addressed me as ma’am every time they addressed me. Southern hospitality at its finest!! It’s not very often that you receive excellent service from one technician but to receive that same level of service for 2 was a blessing. Your company should be proud to have 2 fine young gentlemen represent your company.

The sales team was very polite and very informative. The installation team was equally polite and informative. The installation team showed up about an hour and a half after the sales team left and they were done in about an hour or so. At this point I have no complaints. I'm happy with my system.

My husband and I had a great experience with Kolby in sales, and Chris the installer. Kolby was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Chris was prompt and did a very nice and clean install. After he was done, he took the time to show us how everything worked. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.
