My tech was awesome! Kelsey was prepared to do the job and do it right! She was very knowledgeable and kept me up to speed with what she was doing. That gave me so much confidence in the tech and the products.

Good pitch but took somewhat long to get to the actual details and pricing could of done without the fluff. Installation same day is practically unheard of these day so that was wonderful! Happy to have a new services with more features for less per month!

Both the salesman and installer were courteous and very helpful and clear with my questions. I am very satisfied with the equipment and installation. This purchase of this type of system has been on my mind for some time and and will give me peace of mind when I leave the house and my wife alone. She has recently been diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer's and this system will be a great comfort to me and the family.

Great clarity. I love the system. We feel secure now that we can see what’s going on outside. Now I can feel my Wife is safe when I leave my house. The system is user friendly. I needed a system since my Arlo system went down.

The tech support who came to my house was very knowledgeable on the system. Helped me operate it.. Told me the ins and outs of the camera systems and the app on my phone I am very confident in using now.

Alec, was amazing and very professional. He explained everything very clearly. We had some app issues, however Alec called customer service and stayed on the line until the issue was resolved. I would definitely refer a friend. There was a new technician that came to do the installation and it took longer than expected, however, he called for assistance and 3 other technicians came to assist him. I truly saw the great teamwork between them all and it was nice to see how they were there to help each other. Great job!

Our sales Person ** was awesome in setting up our quote, making sure we got every discount we possibly could. And then our installer was amazing as well. Dustin was very professional and personable treating every part of the install in our home like it was his own home.

They were quick, efficient, kind, and very businesslike. Especially the young man named Morgan from Utah. He deserves more than what you're paying him. He's a fantastic salesman and at such a young age WILL GO FAR. We even became friends after this. Last thing. Id gladly pay extra a month just to see you pay Morgan a little more money. He's the nicest guy I've ever met and my kids. As for the system itself, It's simply amazing. Everyone should have one of these in their home. I will recommend this to anyone and everyone I meet. Very knowledgeable and answered all questions without getting annoyed. Respectful of property and had shoe covers that he used diligently while going back and forth from indoor and outdoor. Was professional and cleaned up after himself.

Great experience with the sales and installation team but they did not complete the job. Climate control was supposed to be a part of the package and was not done. I contacted the sales person and was told they didn’t realize it was not done. No word since.

Technician did not had the proper tools for the job.. And also he only asked me for the the code to the post survey and he did it on its own without asking me the questions… Other than that I think Vivint is a great company. It was just the technician not having the proper tools on hand.

We just switched from ADT!’ The door to door customer service we received was amazing! Chris and Trey were both very professional and timely. All of our questions were answered efficiently. Our set up is Awesome! So much More than we expected!! Thank you.. The **’s.

My overall experience with Vivint was wonderful. My service guy was very knowledgeable and thorough during the whole installation process. I'm so glad I choose this company & not the other brand I thought about getting. I definitely recommend this company if you want to experience great customer service & exceptional work completed the right way instead of trying to do it yourself.

Vivint sales pitch and their actual product performance is very different. The door lock does work mostly, but the door camera is flaky. Sometimes when trying to connect it would load forever or be very spotty. Additionally, I had inconsistent success with the trying to look at the camera videos alerts from the past. Note, I was on a 1GB internet pipe at the house and the system had a direct view of my modem about 30 feet away as well as the door about another 30 feet away.

Great service. Could not be happier. Guy was really nice and knew what he was talking about. He should really get a raise. He explained everything. Real good guy. I would have him do an installation again. Did I mention he did a really nice job. He was a very polite person.

I am extremely happy that we selected Vivint for our home security. Both the sales representative and the installation gentleman were thorough, not pushy, made sure we understood what we were signing for, how to work everything and above all, Great customer service. Highly suggest this company.

From our first meeting with the Vivint representative who was so knowledgeable & carefully explained all the features we were sold. He made sure we understood costs & all the features they could provide. Next came the technician and she was just as professional & efficient. She also showed us how to use the system, until we felt comfortable in understanding how everything works. Very happy customers!

Spencer is amazing!!! He is kind, friendly and very knowledgeable about the product. He made the process present and extremely easy. The installation service Technician was very well knowledgeable on the installation and operation of the equipment. He was very professional and very proficient in explaining the operation of the new system. The sales person was also very helpful with explaining what to expect.

The guys did a great job. They were very thorough and made sure I understood everything. I like the cameras, they cover a lot of ground. The alarm system seems to be easy to navigate, it’s user-friendly And I feel comfortable using it.

Very fast and efficient installation. He was very thorough and explained everything to a T. Had a few hiccups but was easily able to fix them. Cameras have an amazing view so I can see nearly all of my property.

The options and smart home capabilites are awesome. The only thing is it is slightly pricey to get it. Overall very satisfied with our set up. The also save us from our previous provider with the buyout program. What ever you do, stay away from gaurdian protection. Vivint blew those guys out of the water.

Excellent, secure, flexible security system. I really like all of the cool features as well as the privacy it allows to prevent sharing data to others. The company seems focused on security in every aspect for the customer. I can't state how awesome it is that they care about privacy and security.

I got a customized security system that fits my specific needs for a fair price. Installation was done as scheduled and crew did a great job in spite of my house be an old building that made a little difficult to work around the studs.

I couldn't be more pleased with our security team. I say team because they are always looking out for us. I was even able to get a necklace alarm for my mother in law and now I can not worry about her safety.

Love the tech. Really cool stuff. I do need someone to fix the thermostat but that is already being taken care of. I love the new screen and the fact that I have more cameras and an auto garage door timer!!! All in all amazing deal and I’m very happy!!

The installer forgot to clean some his mess up after install. But I've done similar work and understand, plus it only takes a few minutes to clean up so not a huge deal. System worked great for the first night.

I am very impressed by the professionalism of the sales rep and the equipment installer. The security system is easy to use, and Easy to access on your smart phone. Felt safer as soon as it was installed. I will be recommending this Company/system to my family, friends, neighbors and co-workers.

We had a wonderful experience with Giovanni and the install team. Very thorough and knowledgeable. All equipment is working great and is easy to use. We have cameras, glass break detection and door sensors. We didn’t previously have a doorbell but we do now and it has a camera which is great. We did not feel unsafe in our home before but were interested in at least getting cameras.

The salesperson Laura zeroed in on what I needed! She took care of everything! I would give her a 10. The installation was done by Jerry. He was great! He installed all my needs plus he spent time explaining how I was going to use it! I would give him a 10 also! If my system works as good as the company’s employees I will be very satisfied! I have recommended the system to my friend and she bought it.

I am very pleased with the service that I and my wife received, the people were very considerate and they all knew their jobs and did them gracefully. If there were any problems they were correctly on the spot. The crew person installing did a wonderful job.

The technician that set up the equipment was very polite and quick in setting up all of our equipment, even when the project lasted longer than anticipated.

I was very happy with the service provided. Our representative was extremely patient (since it was hard finding a spot to install screen due to how the house is built) and answered all our questions. In addition the equipment is very good and now I can sleep comfortable at night. Great customer service.

Sales persons were very courteous and polite. Very good sales skills. To me, he talked a bit too fast, not giving a person much time to digest what he was saying. After installation, I found that I don’t have the 5G necessary to use all the features of the system.

Both Danny ** and service technicians were very nice and professional during installation of equipment. They explained how everything worked and showed me how everything worked. They stayed pretty late but did not leave until everything was installed and working.

I was very impressed with the gentleman that serviced our home. They were quick, precise and extremely professional. I was planning to get an alarm system but wasn’t sure where to start until they knocked on our door at the perfect time and was able to get the job done the same day!

I was very well, no I was overly pleased with the two gentlemen. They were very well spoken, and understanding of any questions of ours. The installer was just a blessing in the mist of and confusion, if there was any. Sir or Madam, your installation guy is God sent and a blessing to be around. Conversation and attitude was above any expectations I could think of or want. They say you have to sale yourself for your job you represent, if I was a billionaire, I would bought you out!! The experience was a good one. I have just got my Vivint installed. I'm happy with it. The technicians were friendly and did a good job. I would recommend it to a friend. I feel safer already in my home and in my cars.

All of the paper work I have from Vivint is for 2597.98 dollars. Citizen bank sent me the paperwork for the same amount. They show 60 payments 42.79. For a total of 2596.90. When I go to the bank website they show that I owe 2813.40. The amount was changed by some one. But I was never informed. Sorry I got involve with this company. Signed agreements mean nothing to them.

This company and all their workers are excellent in all ways. The product is awesome. The original contact person was very helpful and knowledgeable in all ways to be sure I understood everything. The installer who came was very clean and on time. He also was very knowledgeable and informative. He was quick and cleaned up afterwards. He also explained everything very thoroughly. Highly recommend the company and their people to all.

Appt. was scheduled 3-6 pm. Wife had to redo her work schedule to be home. The tech did not show up till 8:30. Was told by sales person he was dispatched at 3:00 so a little upset. If would have known would not have needed to redo schedule.

The app is easy to use and I like the ability to access my cameras and security system from anywhere. Downsides are the costs and customer service. Be aware that when you sign up, unless you pay for the equipment upfront, they set up a loan for you to pay off the equipment in 2-3 years. They didn't tell us this at the time of install and we thought we would be paying Vivint directly for these products. If you are unhappy with their service, there is a HUGE fee to cancel and you have to return the equipment, even though you were paying for it.... So clearly we were stuck.

My sales rep, Chris ** was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and assured me that the service and product was outstanding. Our installer, Mr. Ralph ** was also great with showing us how to use and operate the product.

Brian did a great job. Very informative, walked me through the complete process and answered all my questions. Showed up on time per our schedule. Actually called ahead of time to let me know he would be there. Made me feel comfortable with the service Vivint is selling.

Technician was very friendly, very polite and professional. Was very clear on explaining how everything worked. System set up was seamless, and quick. Made sure I did not have any questions before leaving. Took the extra time to made sure all of my needs were covered.

Vivint tech was punctual and good customer service. He handled and taught me about being a vivint customer in a matter of minutes. I would highly recommend this company and for the home package it was a price that couldn’t be ignored. Even with the construction that is going on the technician still maneuver and got system activated in a decent amount of time. I’m considering adding more features because vivint technician made me feel honored to be a customer without harassing me to install more products. I only recommend one thing is that the sensor's price be reconsidered to be lowered being that it’s part of the alarm system and the batteries go bad pretty quick. I’m proud to say I’m a part of a family and not just a place to give money for a service and know relationship.

Everything was good, except for calling customer service. The tech did an awesome job. When ordering the service some things were not explained properly. I personally think that customer reps needs more knowledge about products and services. Also when I set my services up on the phone some info was left out.

Rep was pleasant. Did not receive paperwork with instructions for future reference. What happens if we need to cancel in near future? Do we receive a copy in paper of transaction. Is there a phone number for future questions?

Ask for Neil. He was great! Friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to recommend a couple work arounds based on me residing in a home that is several years older. He will come back to install one part that he did not have later today.

Everyone was so friendly and very helpful! The guys were able to come but the same night we even signed the contract! I would recommend anytime. The sales rep was also so friendly and very personal. The guys that installed were also great and so friendly.

We are very pleased so far with everything. The salesman and the installers were very polite and efficient. They taught us how to use everything and made sure we understood what to do in different situations. I have nothing to complain about.

They came out, got me taken care of very quick and installed everything that same day. They were really nice and helpful with everything. They already had all the equipment, even after I ordered extra equipment. They also helped me with all my questions.

The tech was great. Worked six hrs straight without a break. He was patient and explained the process clearly and was thorough in his completion of the job. Our only issue was with the scheduling process. Our first appt got cancelled without a phone call and we had hardship arranging that time period. Then no called about rescheduling they just told us when the appt would be. I guess texting has taken the place if a respectful phone call.

I was TOTALLY surprised by the contract/documents I received to sign. It was not what I was verbally told by the Rep, Matt **. I am very upset because I was given one price and received another. Also, I requested two (2) outside cameras and only received one (1). I was given a time for Monday and told the technician would call 30 minutes prior to coming that didn’t happen. Then I had to reschedule for Wednesday and was given the time of 8:00 am. I received a text after that time changing it to 10 am after I had taken off work and rearranged my day. I called him about the misquote in price and he advised me that the technician was the person to talk to about the equipment and he would be the person to discuss the cost and make any adjustments. The technician states that he could do that and contact I guess his supervisor Cindy at AMI. He told me he was giving me a discount of $450 but he only have me $200.

My installation technician did a great job installing everything. He was very knowledgeable and efficient with all the equipment and installation. He cleaned up after drilling holes. Also he walked me through how to use it all, app and the home wall unit.

Did great job. Wish could spent little more time explaining system. But overall no complaints at this time. Friendly young people. They very knowledgeable about what they were doing. Try give others information about the services. They should train them clean after they make mess. Thank you???. I have nothing else to say. Have a great day.

From the very first call I made to discuss getting the system through to the tech that came and did the install. The service was very good and helpful. The tech that did the install was very thoughtful and made sure to explain everything very well. He also made sure discuss prices so that it stayed in my budget.

Seemed to be a moving target. Installer said sometimes it comes up a little different than the estimate. At each step in the process, the price kept changing and while the installer was a good installer, he really wanted to finish the job. Sales rep was asked more than once about the quote, and she said that includes tax and everything. Felt more like buying a car.

Service at install was excellent! The system is so easy to use and the picture / video from the doorbell camera and the front facing driveway camera is so crisp! I would definitely recommend Vivint to neighbors and friends. I also got the smart thermostat. Why did I ever wait so long. If you are thinking about it just do it.

Vivint employee provided professional services. He was able to assist us with any questions or concerns. Customer service who scheduled the appt provided incorrect order, however, the worker was able to assist in the situation. So far happy with the service. Almost perfect score, amazing customer service, just wish there was a more clear breakdown of price during presentation. I just wanted the bottom line cost instead of the merry go round conversation about features. The security devices work very well, albeit a little overpriced in my opinion. The free install definitely made up for this.

Just loved the new VIVINT doorbell and outdoor cameras. The images are so clear and have speaker to talk to. The main panel is so awesome, it’s touch screen and so user friendly. The sales rep. (Ben) and technician (Luis) were great, very professional and courteous.

Very professional service. Did a great job installing the system. Very knowledgeable and very clean. Did not rush the job. Very thoroughly done and was very respectful of our home. Very nice. Was willing to answer any questions we had.

The salesman was very courteous kind and helpful in answering my questions. The installer of the equipment was very courteous friendly and really helped a whole lot with any questions I had on the system when he completed. He also showed us every area as far as the camera the doorbell and the new locks he put on the door.

My first sales associate was not impressive and nearly went elsewhere. Recommendations from friends with Vivint caused me to try again with a different associate and I got Gavin, who actually knew his stuff and did what he said he would do. Impressed with short wait for install. Great communication from installer and he made sure all was correct even spending most of a day on us. He was nice, efficient and even got us some free add ons. His service was excellent. So far so good! Thank you.

Our sales person and installation tech both did a fantastic job! The process went smoothly and the system is going to be very helpful. The tech went above and beyond to make sure that everything went well, Including fixing a door that was misaligned and helping us as we were moving into the house.

Install was done very well, couldn’t believe how fast a technician was on-site to do the install. All items were connected and I was shown how to use the system. It’s very easy to control from the panel or the app.

The technology of Vivint is great and the service is great. It was installed and set after few hours after I signed up. The sales representative Josh is very professional and convincing. I’m happy we switch to Vivint. We now have a security system that really works.

Floyd and his team did an amazing job answering all the questions we had while making it a fast process. They got everything installed and showed up how to use it and helped if we had questions about it. Luke was great! Informative and helpful! We got set up and install came in right after him! Install guys were great! Working later than expected to get it set up, and very thorough! Only concern is the front door lock. Our sir is snug and it didn’t fit the metal plate for the deadbolt. Will have to fix that so it is more secure. But everything else was perfect and went without a hitch!

Everything went well for the install. I understand they are trying to get in and out of our homes but as a contractor I would expect a little cleaner install. We had some issues with the paperwork but that had nothing to do with the field side. All in all it was a good experience.

Late night knock at door for selling security. Not too bad but also had to stay up for installation. 11:15 pm was when installer left our house. Happy to get system but I have to get to work early and this was a tiring experience.

I had the best experience with Vivint. I did not know it would control ac and doorbell and cameras! And I can unlock and lock my doors from anywhere and arm and disarm my security???? I can not wait to get the garage door on Vivint. The technician was so nice and worked hard on getting everything set up, his name was aumen????

The installer was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It didn’t take hardly any time to install and he walked me through everything so I would know what I am doing. He even helped me set up the app up on my phone and showed me how to navigate that.

Very clear picture! Very Knowledge of the service. Fast install. Tech called 30 mins before arriving & was on time. Tech had extra equipment on the truck. I asked for door keypad that was not on the workout. Tech installed it with no problem.

Signed up, was supposed to receive my equipment last Wednesday 4/21/21. I still haven’t received anything. Wasted 3 hours getting transferred over and over, with no help. No Rep can give me answers to why I don’t have my equipment yet. Poor Service.

All who came were very efficient. Manny, Garrett, and Gerald... very professional. Gerald explained how to use the system. Too bad a little booklet isn't supplied for us "old" folks to use. It looks like this system is easier than the old one to use.

Our experience with Vivint sales team was amazing! The salesperson explained the technology around what was the important to us for security. She said think about the most important aspects for what we wanted and we can either scale up to add more or scale down to meet our budget. In the end the solution was affordable and installed the same day after the sales presentation. Even better it will get less expensive over time.

Sales Manager was great. Loved her interaction with us and presented information well. We appreciate the same day or next day free installation however, I didn't realize her selling the protect at 9pm would most likely include the installation the same night. I wasn't prepared to be up all night and if would have known that, I would have asked for her to come back the following day. We still would have purchased the project. Installation guy was great however and worked fast and diligently.

Mr. Luis ** was the installer.. He was patient and informative.. He allowed me to read thoroughly each contract, consent & agreement. He also explained, and made sure I was comfortable.. After reviewing my home he was better able to recommend products best suited for my needs. He was pleasant, personable and respectful.

The technician was very nice and courteous, very professional at all times and was very knowledgeable of his craft. I definitely will recommend to others. He showed up on time and he even offered to come sooner but unfortunately we weren’t able to do that but he was very sharp and got it done.

Michael was great! Couldn't have been better. He was friendly, efficient. When he realized the smoke detector wasn't hard wired, he didn't grumble. He just got it connected. He also loved my cat so that was an added bonus. 10 out of 10!

Professional install and Mitchell was awesome. The process was easy and the quality of the cameras and system is worth the money. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends. One thing I don’t like is the hard credit pull for an alarm system. I see this as a potential negative for clients.

The technician was very helpful, professional, and informative. All of my questions were answered and I was shown all the features of my devices and app. He even brought my trash cans up to the garage after the trash truck came by!

The tech guy doing the install was very polite & friendly & seemed knowledgeable. However the panel he was installing wasn’t connecting and tried 3 different units. Stated that the company sometimes sends back out defective units without ensuring they work properly. Not confident in the company’s equipment or quality. He was here until 1:30am. Still has to come back today to finish the job for garage doors. Bottom line if the panels really are defective don’t send techs out with them. Don’t have the techs talk about the company in such a way that you are now doubting your decision, the quality of their equipment and judgment of the people refurbishing the equipment. I’m really doubting moving forward with the solar idea now.

Was to busy to go over the system with the installer. Will contact company to go over some items. However the cameras are not facing the right areas that we wanted covered.. Will need them moved as soon as possible.

Chase was very helpful and great explaining everything. It took him no time to install what he could. It was rain so he will return for a follow up to place outdoor camera. He took his time choosing the best placement for my backyard. I am very pleased.
