Javier was absolutely great today with our installation of our new security system. We are so satisfied with his excellent service and the products. Highly recommend Vivint. They have products that no other company has. By far the best service we have received. He took his time answering all of our questions and showing us all the ins and outs of the system.

Erik who was our technician for installer all of our security needs. He was really good and took his time explaining how to use the cameras, thermostat, door camera and even the app. I can honestly say he did an amazing job and definitely would recommend him to others.

Oscar & Kevin are incredible. Oscar made the experience feel like we were talking to a friend who truly cared about the safety of us and our home. Kevin was an installation pro and he was by far the best installer we’ve ever had in our home. They both answered all our questions clearly, made everything easy and ensured we felt comfortable with the system before they left our home. They are AWESOME ambassadors for the company. Mike was very quick with the installation and very easy to work with. Great technician and very knowledgeable with his area of work. The app seems like it is very easy to use and very accurate with the notifications and alerts.

It’s definitely a Big upgrade over ADT plus I got more features for the same price & I don’t got to worry 'bout my service going offline during bad weather no more so if you’re trying to get your money's worth you’ll be doing yourself a huge favor switching to Vivint....

Great customer service, installation tech was very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. System is great. Couldn't be happier. The setup process was super quick and easy. My tech answered all of my questions and was very helpful. I was hesitant to get a security system but everyone with Vivint has made the process easy and eased my nerves.

It's very easy to install and nice working to alarm against any offenses. The price per month is very effective and reasonable. They are so kind and gave me any information to maintain the system. Now, I can protect my house and sleep well with this security system for 24/7.

Salesman was pushy and had a hard time listening to requests for timeframes around my work schedule which came off as rude. Recommend do not make it obvious that pushing for commission is the primary concern. Giving a 5 star however as our technician was great.

The two gentlemen were really good. Nice and respectful. They explained everything very well. Those got a sale and some food to eat while they were getting me and my family taken care of. Those two guys were good at what they do.

Jaden installed my system today. He was friendly, knowledgeable and conscientious. He worked quickly and efficiently. Did a great job and made sure not to let my pups out. The display interface looks awesome. Vivint came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint.

There are several reasons for my dissatisfaction rating. I was mislead on several descriptions on the system switch over would be compatible. Next, the cancelation fee would be covered and it would be simple. It has not simple. The ease of transition/transfer from ADT to Vivint has not been. I was Not informed my credit would be pulled and that the equipment would be financed through a third party until after it was already complete. The list goes on, I will be seeking a cancelation.

Very pleased with the service the technician provided. I would highly recommend him to do your next installation service. He was a very personable and professional guy, he walked me through the processes and made it easy to comprehend. Vivint home is the way to go especially with the exceptional service they provide to customers.

Amazing signup and install! Everything was so speedy! It was such a painless process to make myself super secure. Everything is smart too! I love how I can customize everything and would most definitely recommend this service to anyone, anytime!

The people I came face to face with were friendly and professional. The whole setup was quick and easy, and the system seems easy to use. It only took a couple of days from the moment I talked to the Vivint representative to the the installation tech to get everything up and running.

Salesperson was very pleasant and informative. He explained clearly the new system and reviewed why an upgrade was needed. Looking forward to the camera setup and security system which we did did not have with our old system.

My service tech was incredible! I felt very safe with him in my home; he wore his mask the entire time and shoe covers. He answered all my questions and was very neat. I love the security system! Great quality, clear pictures/videos!

The salesman told me I have a free 30 day trial period with no charge. Now on the paper it state 3 days trial. After that time I would be obligated to pay the bank per bank representative I talked to. If I decide that I don't want Vivint after 30 day I would have to continue to pay off the $2800 without the service for equipment. The saleman wrote on the paper 6/6/21. Instead writing do not have to pay after 30 day trial period for equipment. I have ADT and they don't have me lock in to pay for equipment. I pay 49 a month without banks involved to finance alarm system. Your saleman are not honest about selling your alarm systems. They said installation is free but it's included in the equipment. $2800.00 price over 60 months. So they can come get the system Monday.

Ethan Was on time as scheduled. Explained in detail the equipment he was installing. Explained how to work the system, how to download the app and use, he answer all our questions in detail. He was very professional and courteous.

I ordered the self install kit and it's not even going to have the major reason I'm getting the system for in the first place which is the outdoor camera to guard my front door. And my car. And they would not even add it to the kit for me and I'm coming from ADT that really dicked me over. And I want a system in my home. And my system has not even shipped yet.

The install went very smoothly and the technician was very friendly and caring and helpful. I am very happy with the system installed and it meets all of our needs and wants. I feel safe and protected for a good price and great quality!

Christina was very thorough with her install. She cleaned up her workspace prior to moving to a new location. She made sure I was okay with a location of a product before drilling and mounting anything. Upon completion, her instructions were thorough. She made sure I was able to operate the functions and features of my new system before leaving. It was a pleasure having her in my home to complete this installation.

Vivint installed my new home alarm, the servicemen were great, they installed my system really fast as I am very satisfied with the products. I was a bit apprehensive of the pricing but the servicemen thoroughly explained the charges, the terms and the service. I think it’s well worth the cost...

I had a wonderful experience connecting my Vivint system. They were on time, friendly and all questions that I had were answered thoroughly. I am entirely new to the Vivint home security system so it was nice to have someone that was willing to take the time to help me set it up around my lifestyle. I will recommend to family and friends!

I just loved the service, this is not a paid review by far. Unfortunately I was duped into a 3rd party contract with ADT & received outdated equipment and was paying a Bill of $70 a month. I was given the opportunity to switch with Vivint replacing all of my outdated equipment with newer stuff of course & my bill would be only $15 more than what I’m paying now. Almost everyone in my neighborhood has Vivint and now I’m happy to be a part of the family.

Our representative was very knowledgeable about alarm systems. She helped guide us through selecting the products we needed and the ones that would enhance our security. We loved the video doorbell and the camera over the garage. The video quality was very impressive. We loved that you could talk through the doorbell and the video camera.

Everything looks and works great. The tech that installed my equipment was extremely helpful and professional. He explained everything in detail and went over all equipment and ap functions. I would recommend Vivint to all my friends and family members.

He gave an impressive, inclusive presentation with visuals, videos. As a retired educator, I appreciated his knowledge, patience, and empathetic demeanor.

My sales guy and the guy who installed my security system were really professional, fast, and kind, right after I got approved literally 15 min after that a guy was here ready to install and explained to me how to use my security system and answered all my questions with patience. Technician, Q, was very good with meeting our needs. He was very patient in explaining process and took into account what our needs were. I felt bad for him because installation took 4 hrs! But he hung in there! Rebecca, rep, was very patient in explaining the program even if it took 2-3 times to ensure understanding.

Dylan ** was the rep who knocked on our door and actually sold us the Vivint system. He was incredibly friendly and thorough with his explanations of all the products and services offered through Vivint. As soon as we purchased everything he had technicians to our house within 20 minutes to install! Our technician was Gabriel ** and he was very friendly and efficient as well. He brought a couple guys to help and they were in and out very quickly. All in all we are very happy with not only the products we received, but also the team members we interacted with. Also, the price of the system itself is amazing and much better than other companies we have looked at.

Vivint sent us a great technician! He answered all of our questions. He set up system quickly and efficiently. It was obvious he knew what he was doing! He was very patient in his explanations. I am not technically oriented and our technician made certain I was able to manage our new system and handle it confidently. He was one of the best technicians I have had from any company. He had the winning combination of knowledge, professionalism, and cheerful patience. Vivint is fortunate to have him as a technician.

The sales and installation teams were professional and friendly. All questions were answered and the work was completed right away. I upgraded the panel and added several smart home features that I had not previously had. So far all is working well. The installation was not complete until nearly 1 AM, which is my only complaint.

Great service and product works very well so far. Cameras look great and have great coverage. It’s more responsive than our ring system. Very easy to use. Only issues are cheap seeming materials of the lock and thermostat, and lack of color selection for items like the lock during install. We got a gold color lock that doesn’t match anything. So far happy and impressed.

We were pleased with the great customer service today! Darryl and his partner did exactly what we needed. Very professional in service. I would highly recommend this service to anyone. Now with 4k quality makes also a huge difference. We pick up a total of 7 cameras and sensors. Now we have a great peace of mind leaving and using our application to activate and disactivate alarm.

I was skeptical about it and in the end I decided to go for it. It’s been amazing to see what happens when you are not home. I would really recommend this to everyone. I thought I would have to sell a kidney to afford this but it’s literally not expensive.

It took 4 hours to install our alarm because they said the rep on the phone did not run a "hard" credit on me during my application hence Juan the technician had to get the run around transferred from 1 dept to another to verify that I qualified for financing. The customer service lines are terrible, you get 1 phone rep only to be transferred to another one who is still unable to resolve the issue at hand. Vivint needs to consolidate your phone lines to a single person who is efficient, and reliable. We were transferred numerous times and I'm just glad Juan the technician was patient enough to stay that long just to install the alarm. I will Definitely not recommend Vivint to anybody due to the terrible run around/customer service on the phone. It is not consumer friendly, imagine wasting half a day on phone calls! It is a very inefficient system your phone customer service. That will be vivint's downfall

The tech guys were both very informative & helpful. They showed both my husband and myself how the system works & how to use said system. They also send a digital card with additional contact information. They even explained how to connect the system to the internet once that's installed.

We had thought of buying home security for years. But figured it was too expensive. The representative was very likeable and did not pressure me at all. He explained what they had to offer and I picked what I wanted. He explained that my payment would never go up and after the equipment was paid for the payment actually went down, because you were then paying for the monitoring. The installer was here within 20 minutes and did not leave until everything was perfect. When he was ready to leave he made sure everything was back to the way it was when he arrived. I have it for less than 24 hours, but I am very pleased so far.

My technician, Ruiz, was very pleasant and efficient. He did a great job answering my questions. He cleaned up as he was working. He started working at 11:00 am and was finished by 3:45 pm. I found him to be a pleasant young man.

The installation was fast and he got to my house right on time, he was friendly and courteous also he showed me how the system works on the screen as well as the app and showed me what every little button does. Thank you!

Richard was so thorough and really set me up extremely well. Richard came at 8 AM and was very prompt. The only slight complaint I had was that the sound of the drill was so loud. But other than that, everything was perfect!

I Wasn’t very happy with our installer. He installed cable in middle of walls and when asked to move a camera angle he was very annoyed. When we asked to move cable he said it’s fine just paint over it.

My installer Phil treated my home as if it was his own. He gave great suggestions regarding equipment, made sure I knew how to work the equipment properly, and was very courteous and respectful. The service so far is above average, would definitely recommend.

I like the system. Great technician, fast, efficient and friendly, he was very nice, answered all of my questions, taught me how to use the Vivint app and made sure I was happy with the position of the panel and sensors.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone wanting a reliable home security system that uses very good hardware and cameras and so forth. Others are cheaper perhaps but quality goes a long way.
