The gentleman that did our install was great! Very professional and friendly! He was able to install everything quickly and correctly. He walked me through how to set-up and operate every aspect of our system. I would highly recommend his service!

I just got set up with a system from Vivint. Eli guided me through the process and was fantastic! He answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with the package I was getting. The installer Christian was amazing as well and so friendly! I have been telling all my co-workers they need to switch to Vivint! It’s an amazing company with great people helping their customers!!

The installer was very knowledgeable and professional in the installation of SMART HOME. I would give William a 10. The new security is working just fine. All the little things that it has are really liked and are very helpful.

Very good customer service. Tech was super friendly and very knowledgeable and explained everything to the T. He was in and out in about 1 1/2 hours time super quick installed doorknob, control pad, sensors and indoor cam.

Today Jacob came to our home to set up our Vivint customer transfer. Jacob was impressively knowledgeable, professional, personable and diligently determined to go above and beyond! He stated that with Vivint, our new home was “Fort Knox secure”! This was very comforting! We are very pleased with his exceptional customer service! We will definitely refer to VIVINT because of our experience with Jacob.

Everyone was super helpful and friendly, Audry was super informative and showed us how to work everything properly. And Tristan was very detailed with explaining their products, he was super helpful! I will be recommending to my friends/family!

Excellent customer service! Ok Was quick and simple. Explained everything in detail and cleaned up any mess from install. Easy to work with, didn’t overexplain or confuse me with terms I didn’t understand. Great service overall! I would recommend this company to others due to the ease of install and also the ease of using the system. The tech was professional and quick and made the entire process very easy for us.

Technician did a great job. Customer service and manager were helpful. Didn’t like having to share SS# for financing approval. Took 3.5 hours to upgrade system which seemed very Long! New 4K HD cameras work great and the Vivint app is easy to use for everything. Love being able to control everything by phone including viewing all camera angles around house 24-7. We also got a good deal and good monthly pricing. Thank you!

Two days ago Brian came to our door and asked about if we want to change our security service. We talk to him and he explain few things about Vivint so we decided to change for your service. Next day Jonathan came to us to install equipment. Jonathan was very polite, friendly, professional, explained and helped us with app on our phones, because we over 60 years old and not very good with electronics. Now we feel more safe because we can see what going on around our house.

I was skeptical at first but with how many times our cars have been broken into, we were ready to do something proactive about it. It was easy to teach our 13 year old how to use it and it’s my new favorite thing about our home. The young man who came to our door was great at educating us about the system and the installer made it very easy to learn/teach how to use it! Very grateful!

Tech was very patient and knowledgeable. It took him some time but he was able to set up a home that has never had a security despite challenges. I would definitely recommend Vivint to provide security in anyone's home. I was able to step away and handle business while he continued to install my security system. Great job William and thank you for all that you.

Your salesperson, Nik Gerard, did an excellent job matching up my needs with the available packages your company offers. I was unfortunately disappointed with the installation technician when several features sold to me were not included in the initial installation. I contacted Nik regarding these concerns and he was able to quickly dispatch the technician back to our house to install the missing services, within 24 hours. I really appreciate his quick response time and willingness to assist me with my issues despite not being tech support himself. Don't get me wrong, I'm not name dropping or throwing the technician under the bus either, he seemed like he probably needs a little more time off and a few less work orders in his day... As he did an excellent job installing and returning to the job to amend the missing features... But honestly seems like he's probably overworked.

It was awesome!! Very rarely do I ever let a door salesman in my house!! Doug was extremely nice, outgoing and very knowledgeable about the product. Brad the installer, was extremely nice. I am just wondering why I have never heard anything about your product. I will inform my friends and neighbors on the quality of your service and the value of your product. Really great team of guys came by to install and teach us how to use our new security system. They were extremely polite and patient with my husband and I. They walked us through the whole system and gave us all the information we needed.

Amazing team. Nice clean work. Stunning system! Very happy client and staff like it too! Interface is easy to use and it cost less than the old alarm did. Once you try out this set up you will wonder why the other guys are still in business. It's that good.

He explained everything clearly, was extremely punctual and professional, answered all my questions about camera placement, and wore a mask and shoe covers without me having to make the request. I will recommend Patrick to my friends. I do wish Vivint offered removal of old cameras and hardware that is no longer useable because techs are not allowed to do that for customers. It should be an additional line of service the customer has the option to buy with installation. I also like the ability to finance purchases at 0%.

Staff was nice explained everything to me and was fast to install. Porter was great nice caring and very informational. Kevin who installed my system was super caring and was very neat and clean. I'm going to spread the word to family and friends.

So far so good. They were fast and efficient with installation. Only needing to return with one item the next day. Very knowledgeable team member for installation and proficient. Answered all of my questions and made sure I understood my equipment. Made sure I had a way to contact them for further questions as well.

Set up was fast and efficient. Explanation of how to use the equipment was thorough and easy to understand. The installer was kind and use his time wisely. I barely Knew he was in the house and moving about. I look forward to working with Vivint in the future for all of my family’s security needs.

Highly recommend this system. It’s very user-friendly and very affordable. We recently had this installed and couldn’t be more pleased. We chose to add on the medic alert feature which gives me great peace of mind for my elderly mother.

The installer, Tomar and the other guy were both very knowledgeable and friendly. They were courteous and installed the equipment with care. They cared about the aesthetics as well and made sure everything looked nice before leaving. Also seemed really helpful and receptive to helping with anything should the need arise in the future.

Problem with window but I relieve that the problem was going to be fixed with sending out a new window sensor. No problem. Everything went well and I am happy and very pleased to hear the news. The representative was very friendly. She was very patient. She also took the time to test the system to go back and forth to make sure that the problem was the window sensor and found out that it was and she corrected it by Marilyn or sending out a new one to me. Very pleased with her great job.

Good experience. Tech knew exactly what to do. He was very informative and helpful. He showed me the cameras, locks and motion sensors. He showed me how to use the panel and phone app. When he was finished, he cleaned up by vacuuming and taking his trash out. He was friendly and cautious by wearing his face mask.

My technician Mike was great. Very professional, knowledgeable, and considerate. He explained everything he was doing and was a pro. If I had any questions Mike was able to answer them immediately without hesitation. If any issues came up during the installation Mike was able to come up with a solution without any stress or worry.

The installer did a fantastic job of getting our system up and running! While I was not home at time of install, my mom worked with our installer to get things up and running. He called me on a FaceTime to get everything going and I could not have asked for better service!

Vivint offers $0 Activation online for new customers, but because I moved into a house with some Vivint equipment installed, they refused to honor the deal, DESPITE being a NEW customer myself and wanting to purchase more equipment from Vivint. They chose to nickel and dime me over a basic administrative fee because the previous owner of our home purchased the equipment. We just bought the house, which included purchasing the equipment from the previous owner. Thus, they could simply make the administrative switch, which the CS rep told me was "easy" and done online.

Juan the technician that came to install my alarm system was here on time. He explained everything to me that I needed to know in order to be able to operate the alarm system. Made sure that all of the paperwork was filled out properly.

The installation was smooth and fast. Techs knew how to properly accommodate without breaking code and our sales rep who signed us on I believe was Jake ** was knowledgeable and friendly. His breakdown of the whole process was very straightforward and helped us choose the system that best fitted our needs perfectly.

Great sales team and installation team. Explained product and services thoroughly. I have had 2 different security systems in the past and was never happy with either. Vivint is user friendly and being over 60, it's easy to operate and understand.

They were very professional but a little messy. They were there for 3 hours late into the evening so I understand wanted to leave. Should clean up a little of their boxes and shaving left on floor from drilling in two places.. Didn't lock the gate back or let me know it needed to be locked.

The salesman was great patient and made sure I was set up and taken care of. We had some issues and he was still consistent and determined to get us taken care of! Also the tech installed everything fast and easy. Also explained how to use the system.

My rep Preston went above and beyond to make sure my system was working correctly. It took far longer than expected, but he saw it through. Happy with the system so far, we have a follow up to install equipment we added during the on-site consult.

We love our new system. Especially being able to check my phone or the panel to know who is at the door before I go downstairs. I am also advised when I hear a door open, I instantly know whether my grandson went out the front door or the back door.

Angel was the sweetest, most accommodating Installer ever. I was very agitated because of lack of sleep just being stressed out and no matter how I was towards him he just maintained the same temperament and he just aimed to please. Gary arrived on time!! He was positive, professional and answered the many questions I had. This was a new install. The house had an older system and he looked for the box and wires he needed, but it was not operable. He had to improvise and did exactly what I wanted. He was so helpful! I would highly recommend Gary B and Vivint to any friends and family looking to install or upgrade security system. On a scale of 1-10... this install was a 20!

The activation went well, and I appreciate the level of customer service, but I don’t appreciate being told it was month to month only to realize after the fact that it seems I’ve signed a year long contract. Overall, I’ll have to wait and see if the service outweighs the unwanted contract.

The technicians was very informative and was very neat with her work. Excellent. She was friendly friendly and did her best to make sure that we felt safe in our home. She made us feel more safe. We appreciate everything she did for us. I would give her a A++++.

I was very happy with Vivint's sales team because they were not pushy or trying to up sell me. Then installation was very easy and the technician was thorough, professional and nice. After installation I needed help with the certificate of installation so I called the help center and I immediately got a person to speak with and within 5 minutes they emailed the certificate. My Vivint install was a perfectly easy and seamless experience. Our technician provided us with security placement options, walked through the system functionality and made recommendations on how to get the most out of our system. He even provided different set up scenarios to use depending upon house occupancy and time of day. Couldn’t be happier!

Started too late in the day to have the install completed timely. Installer was here until after 11pm. Really too late and very disruptive. Was told it had to be done that evening. Should have had more info before starting.

I inherited the Vivint security system from my previous owners. I paid the transfer fee and signed the agreement but they never sent a technician to explain the functioning of the system. After spending 5-6 hours with the tech support, it didn’t work. Finally vivint sent a technician. He made things work but few mins after he left, the panel froze and one of the camera stopped working. I was able to reboot panel but for the camera I spent two hours each with customer service, call drops, I call again and start over. In last couple of days 10+ hours on call no results.

Technician was friendly and very knowledgeable. Was very thorough in explaining system. Would highly recommend system as it is easy to use and the cameras are great. Vivint appears to be a very customer service oriented company and it shows through their employees.

I had a great install tech named Marco install our system. He was knowledgeable and honest with the install and even gave us suggestions to make our system work harmoniously with other systems in our network. Overall the experience has been top-notch and so far our system works without a hiccup. Also, if you have a vehicle that needs security, their car system is great and can manage vehicles location in a breeze. Miles ahead of our old Arlo pro system and simplisafe never worked correctly. Mike was great. Showed up and installed what we needed. Even had an issue with parts but we called and they made it happen. Def recommend the smart home option. We did alarm 3 cameras with new tstat and doorbell.

Bryan was great on the install and Nick did a great job explaining everything we were getting. The install occurred late in the evening, but Bryan never seemed rushed or anything and made sure the job was done correctly. One tech Arrived at 230 pm and also another tech arrived, neither had face mask or face coverings. They didn’t finish until the shift was over which was almost 7 clock. Felt that was kinda a long time for two techs. Only had 2 cameras, doorbell camera, and keypad installed. Once they left my wife told me one of the techs (Shannon) called my newborn little monkey. Claim she call her grandkids the same thing, but I took it as it was a racism statement. Overall everything works like it should.

Everything went very smoothly. I love the system and feel so much safer. John and Jaimie were fantastic and took great care of me! The cameras have fantastic resolution, the app is extremely user friendly, and I love the door lock features.

It isn’t often I entertain salesmen who come to my house to sell products door to door, however I have been in the market for a security system so I was willing to chat with Nick to get information about Vivint Smart Home Security. Vivint had all of the security equipment, monitoring capabilities (and then some) that I have been looking for. Nick was pleasant and not at all high pressure. Additionally, the install happened on the same day...which was a Saturday evening. While it was great they could install so quickly, I probably would have preferred that the install happen during the daytime rather than at 10pm on a Saturday night. The installer, Jared, was also fantastic. He was professional, informative, knowledgeable and took the time to explain the system and make sure I understood before heading to his next job. I would definitely recommend this system based on my experience so far over the last 24 hours!

Race and the technician were awesome. Both made sure I understand what I purchased, the price, how it worked, & how to operate it. They were so friendly & customer driven l, it felt like extended family installed cameras over a get together. If the system is as good the people who installed it, I don't anticipate any issues at all. I love it and keep up the GREAT WORK.

This technician was patient and gave us all the information we needed. The guy who installed the system was very quiet and he was very friendly. Not able to say much about the service due to me being new and all to this company.

Both the salesman and the installer did pretty well but something were not correct. We were told our garage door could be connected. The installer said it wouldn’t work for our opener and the existing door lock we had could not be programmed with several codes (one per child) but just 2 could be done. The installers didn’t clean up some of the dust from drilled holes either. These items were not huge issues for me but maybe for some. All told I was satisfied with their service to this point. Also the ADT sign was not replaced with a Vivint sign.

The installation was great. Not a lot of clean up. The technician was quick and knowledgeable. Great experience. I am pleased with the equipment. It is easy to use and you can do everything from your phone. This system is an upgrade from what I had and I feel that my home is better protected.

We loved our sales rep, he was very professional. This is our first home security system, we were able to pick what we needed for our home. Installation was done the same day, and very fast. So far I have been satisfied with the alarm system. Easy to use and very helpful. I wish the technician was a little more clean with his install. He knew what he needed to do, but was very sloppy with the wiring placement within the house. I may have to remove and re-route myself.

Great sales person and very Knowledgeable Installation tech. Explain the system and how everything works on the mobile app. Made sure me and my wife understood about the rules and Notifications on the system. Showed how the doorbell camera worked and Security camera worked to Retrieve videos.

Customer service has been outstanding so far! Installation was free and only paying 80$ a month for top of the line security! Can't get any better than that. Never pay the minimum eqauipment for safety and security!! Highly recommend 9/10 only cause we've only a few days.

Jake ** was great and helped me put together a system that will accommodate my needs. Your install tech was not skilled enough to accomplish this task. He initially told me he could do the install the way I wanted. Then he didn’t have the right tools. When he left, my deadbolt was not installed, and one of my cameras would not stay online and still doesn’t work. I asked him to secure all the cables he ran under the house to the floor joists. He just left all the wire laying on the ground. He was supposed staple the cable to the door frame to hide it, but it comes through the wall and just hangs. This is right next to my front door (picture attached). Again, I asked him to secure it, but he lost his staple gun… Lastly, he tried to use a multi-plug under my house to power some outdoor cameras (picture attached) and this looks like a fire hazard as well as the plug doesn’t seat properly and the camera loses power. I am really disappointed with my install….

My experience with Chris and Anthony were very professional. They knew their job. They were very helpful. And they made sure I understood everything and they were very nice and when my husband came they also showed and had no problem let him know what was going on so again I am please so far with everything that went on so far so again thanks and their hospitality and everything was great they were. The video and sound quality is very good. Only day 2 of having the system and we can already tell this is the security system we have been looking for. Oh and the hidden door alerts are well designed. We are very happy.

I was rather in a hurry for the sales presentation, but glad I listened and signed up. The equipment is definitely an improvement from what I have had. So, so far, so good. I am happy with this system. I like the extra outside cameras. I like the way the system communicates with each part and the ease of operation on the associated app. I like that the thermostat is controllable from the app and it looks sleek and is an essential step to a smart home. I like the ease of use of the door lock (keypad) and that it can be programmed to speak, or not, to the home security setting. The main control panel is easy to use and looks great on the wall. In the short time I’ve had the Vivint system (1week) I can say I like it, a lot, the equipment, looks and ease of use.

I really needed the system because I am home by myself. The security system is just what I needed because I can see who's at the door before I open it. It a safe and secure system. Lots of moving parts to coordinate, but after three tries the provider was able to get us set up. The final tech was very smart and knowledgeable but the first two techs were sweet but not able to get the system to work when our internet was not installed yet. I wonder if two trips could have been avoided with better information from the office before the wasted trips to my house regarding the lack of internet and what to do in that situation.

To date, VIVINT is the best alarm system that I have owned. They are constantly upgrading their equipment to meet new technologies. Monitoring fees are not bad either. They are quick to call and send an email if an alarm is detected. Their customer support, sales team and installers are very professional.
