Salesman and install team were knowledgeable and very professional. Went step by step on the install and through the use of the app. Showed functionality on the display and using the phone which was nice. Worked around some electrical challenges and adjusted cameras for max visibility.

The worst company ever. Sales tells me one thing, tech comes out it a whole different price. He had to call to make sure I was not lying, had problems with door lock, schedule appointment, tech went to an apartment and I live in a house. Tech said reschedule service when he screwed up, when we called customer service it’s all a run around so now my house is unlocked for a month waiting on them to fix the door lock. I left a very good company over some cameras and it has gave us nothing but heartaches

Gabby and Brandon were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting our smart home system set up. Everything was ready to go in less than two hours. The cost is very reasonable. The cameras are very fun to watch.

Glad we upgraded from SimpliSafe. We expect this system to outperform our old one. Better Cameras and Connectivity. Looking forward to how this will help us out moving forward. Customer service is top notch. They listened to all of our concerns and did all they could to make sure our needs were met.

Very professional and courteous sales and installers. Cameras working well and easy to set up on your smartphone. Price point is competitive. I have used other security products these cameras are much better. I would recommend this system over the other three I have used.

Dang was professional and polite and he instructed me on how to use the system. The sales representative, Carlos was very informative and helpful as well. I do wish the price was a little less as I am working with a tight budget. After all, some of the equipment is left over from the previous provider.

Christian was amazing. He worked through the threatening thunderstorm that we had coming and finished everything in time. He explained the system use and all our questions were answered. After the work. He cleaned up and was on his way to the next customer.

If it wasn’t for Caleb the installer that came out the 2nd time we probably would of gone with different company due to two weeks of nightmares with Vivint and lack of communication with its different departments and lack of inventory.

We were sold on the system, had it installed, up and running all in the same visit! Same day service, everything works as it should, it is very easy to understand and use. We were hoping for the wiring to be better hidden, other than that, well thought out, user friendly system.

My review is of sign-up and installation. I realized there were a few things I didn’t ask about when signing up but the installer helped with what he could and I’ll be calling the rep later this week. Friendly service was my experience. Just set up the system yesterday so I’m still learning it. The panel has a bright light that I haven’t figured out how to adjust so I covered it with a piece of painter's tape. So far so good.

We were looking for a new security system. I like Vivint because it was easy to install and is reasonably priced. It was compatible with our old system and the representative was very informative. The technicians were also knowledgeable and friendly.

Sat. July 2, four day weekend. Installer came about 6:30pm and was there until midnight. Not ok. Would have appreciated a question like- it can be installed today.. Is that alright since it's the Saturday of a four day weekend? Installer was good, I guess. The process was beyond ridiculous!!!

The guys did a great job. Bridger and Steph were great and very professional. The equipment is working well. We’ve been looking to change security providers and Vivint seems to be a good choice. Overall very pleased with the service.

Our new Vivint system is wonderful. It is easy to use and the camera video is awesome! The installer was so polite and knowledgeable. He also cleaned up all the areas that he was working at. The sales rep was so nice and so knowledgeable. He was not pushy and went over the details until my wife and I understood the whole process.

Mayla was knowledgeable and kind. She helped keep us within budget while meeting our family’s needs. Gavin was quick and efficient when installing our equipment. Overall it was a great experience, and we are very pleased. I would highly recommend this system and company to all my friends and family. I love how safe and secure my home is. I don’t always like solicitation at my home but my experience with the Vivint representative was great. My salesperson was not only knowledgeable but he showed respect for my home. Tony was great and walked us through our options with patience. The technician was also respectful.

From the start, both Tyler (representative) and Grant (installer) were both very respectful and professional. Would recommend them to anyone, friends and family. If I was to have any problems or concerns I would not feel a bit hesitant about calling anyone.

I had Epi install my system and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable and did his best to set up the perfect package for me. Wires were tucked and hidden, perfect views and sensors in all the right spots. He is the best.

Trevor came by the day before and my husband told him to come by the next day because I’m the one who makes the decisions about things like that. Of course you’d think he wouldn’t. It’s hot. Kid is out pounding the pavement. Well, he did. He was amazing!! Got a plan for an easily economical price. He told me to be patient on installation because I guess installation people can’t teleport themselves from place to place. I’m thinking a week or so. My tech was there in 20 minutes (whaaaat?). Perfect timing I guess. Nick was a gem as well. As far as their perks and top of the line technology, impressive. I can now go to sleep at night knowing my family is safe. Thanks Vivint. I like the wide 180 degree viewing angle of the doorbell cam. Exactly what I needed. It’s much better than my Ring doorbell cam. Both the sales guy and installation tech were friendly and professional. Both answered all my questions.

I wasn’t able to be there while it was being installed but me coming home to my husband explaining everything to me, shows me that Shawn show my husband how to exactly use it! Thanks again Shawn, we feel more safe with our brand new home!

Our salesman was top notch. Vivint will be fortunate to keep someone of his caliber for an extended period of time. Zachary ** left his family to pursue his career with Vivint. If I ran their sales org I would ensure he was home with his family sooner rather than later. While a strong man, no man should be home from home as he is. Our experience with our assigned technician was subpar. Sloppy install job and some work was not completed. Disappointing experience, which I hope will be right sized in short order.

The Technician “Awan **" was Experience and knowledgeable about his jobs/work. The salesman/supervisor “Patrick **” was kind respectful and very experienced and knowledgeable about his work and the work of the technician. Patrick the sales representative and Awan the tech are professional who represent the companies “Vivint” with technical knowledge of related products. The salesman “Patrick” provide insights and demonstrated live footed of the product before it was installed, he also was very effective at understanding my need and wants. He was able to put himself in my shoes to really understand what’s important to me and my family.

The Vivint installation was fast, the technician was prompt and professional. Also the camera is crystal clear. Best alarm system by far. The tech explained every detail perfectly. I truly recommend this company for excellent service and great customer service.

Had a great experience with the installation of a Vivint security system. Kevin was extremely thorough throughout walk-through and installation. He did also work and we felt like experts on the system by the end of his visit. Thanks so much for such a great product and technician!

Our Vivint Alarm system was installed today. The representative was so friendly and so knowledgeable that it immediately calmed all my apprehension. He was completely thorough in his explanation of the product and its use. I can’t think of how I would have preferred everything gone. It was perfect!

I enjoyed how well the technician was very patient with our questions he was fast on installing the equipment. Vivint will have my business for a long time. Now I feel safe when my family and I go to bed or when we leave home then our garage door will close by itself or front door will close by itself. Very great system.

Excellent customer service from technician Chase. Spent half the day at my house installing and reviewing with my family the procedures of alarming the house. I referred my friend and received a free month. Vivint was on time and very professional!

From the salesman to the installer I am happy with the service offered, Shawn and Jake, respectively. I didn't feel pushed by Shawn, which is not often the case by door to door sales, and was respectful in that my wants/needs were covered. And Jake was prompt and friendly. I've yet to explore the installed service quite yet, but so far so good.

Christian went above and beyond to accommodate our busy schedule. The entire sign-up and installation process was super easy. The system is high quality and looks like it will meet all of our security needs. I love that everything has a lifetime warranty.

Devin was professional and knowledgeable on most alarm options but our garage door opener was not compatible with their system. Installation was done quickly but took the time to explain all features. Would recommend to anyone who was looking to replace or upgrade their alarm system.

I should never have given you a second chance. The salesman talked me into it with a bunch of lies. He told me I wouldn't have to pay my 1st bill then informed me he was going to cover it after I signed the contract. Haven't received a single dime from salesman. Told him I had a poor experience with you guys in the past and your customer service. He told me not to worry about the customer service although they were great and to call him with any problems. I had problems the 1st day and he did not take care of it. He told me he would have a repair guy out as soon as possible I never heard back from him.

Brandon was very pleasant and explained everything so thoroughly, I had no issue choosing Vivint as our security system. The pricing and options were better than any other security system on the market. They had the system set up and done within an hour.

John has been working tirelessly to work on our schedule. He kept in great communication and was very knowledgeable. Or was hit and miss but he finally got us. Great service. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I am a new customer. Sale representative arrive late in the evening. He was very personable. Once finished he had an installation guy out same night. Took about one hour for full installation. Installation guy helped set up the app and then run through how to use it and connect it to what I already had installed in the house.

My experience with Vivint so far has been professional, easy, and convenient. There haven’t been any surprises with pricing or setup. My technician was knowledgeable and friendly and the app seems very intuitive. I wish I was able to connect my Ecobee smart thermostat to the Vivint system but everything else is working for me.

The system is very user friendly as well as the app. I enjoy the smarthome feature. Doorlocks that's a added plus....I'm coming from another alarm service provider that I had for 7yrs and compared to them I'm highly impressed with the quality and clarity of Vivint's cameras. I'm glad I made this change and hope that this experience with this change remains great.

As part of the solar promo I got the free doorbell, sensor and thermostat deal. Install went smoothly and the installer explained everything well. It’s free for 3 years so it’s a great deal. I would recommend to anyone looking to try Vivint.

The quality of the cameras are MUCH better than the ones we had prior. They have several options to choose from. The sales rep we had (Nicole) was very straightforward and very personable. Only complaint I have was how late it was when the service technician finished installation that night.

Nate did an incredible job. Was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of great feedback on how to position our cameras. Really like the way the set up was as well as the alert tones and everything else that is within this product.

Moved from Ring to Vivint so that I would have 24/7 video recording. Install tech was unprofessional and was trying to get me to cancel the install. Tech was eager to leave and rushed thru any explanations. The whole reason I moved from Ring to Vivint was so I had 24/7 recording on all my cameras, but that feature doesn’t even work! If this feature is not fixed before my trail period, I will be canceling my service.

Zane was awesome and took care of setting everything up. Even replaced a camera that was acting spotty and suggested the best, aesthetically pleasing way to install the cameras that also covered the needed areas. Also put everything back to where it was afterwards and tested all systems.

My Vivint service/equipment installer was Chad **. Chad was simply AWESOME today with his customer service, his explanations of required documentation, his installation is equipment, ensure everything was operating prior to his departure & his overview of the equipment integration into my home and how to operate the system from both the control panel and the Vivint smart phone mobile app.

The Vivint folks rang my doorbell and after discussing their system, costs, reliability, customer ratings, etc.. I decided to switch my doorbell and security system. I did not think I could afford a security system. Very doable. I love having cameras in front and back. The unit is very easy to operate. Installation was quick. The guys took time to make sure I understood everything from paperwork to operations. The keypad on the front door is a little crooked but that is the only problem. Glad they came by. Technician was at the house until 1AM. Broke the A/C. Had to call emergency services. Called customer service and they stated they couldn’t make an appointment until 5 days out. Unacceptable. Technician left all trash and debris. Nothing positive came from this horrid experience.

Dion was so nice and explained the entire system very accurately, he gave no pressure to us like most salesmen, he was very personable, he stayed until Noah came to install and was just about finished before he left. Brooklyn ** sales & Mike tech saved your acct. I was ready to go to another co. I was so unhappy w/ you. The upgrade cost $1800 unhappy about that but love results. Brooklyn and Mike spent lots of time to fix things.

Sales guy was wonderful. Only thing is he scheduled our installation extremely late forcing us to stay up till 3 am. There was no discussion on when would be a good time to install. The installation guys were amazing and tried to be very polite despite it being 1 am in the morning. Overall the experience was great and we are happy with the results but a little more planning and notice would be appreciated.

I was so excited to begin my contract with Vivint, new devices, updated system, and to top it off the price I was quoted was great. What a horrible experience from trying to get a tech to come out and install it since day one. There was no accuracy on arrival time, no window given, no timeline of job completion. When a tech finally arrived it was 10pm and they expected the installation to happen then and there, not going to happen. Told them to come back Friday on my day off. Sales rep was trying to get his commission in and asked me to do him a solid and get it installed before the end of the month so I did just that.

I would score them a 10 out of 10. The resolution on all the cameras are excellent and then app is user friendly. My whole family has the app and love how simple all the features are to use. Vivint is really a high quality alarm system.

Vivint has upped their game! The technology is top notch and customer service is the best. Alex was professional and did a great job with the install. His level of service was stellar. This is the second house I brought Vivint to and it won’t be the last. I’m a lifelong customer!

Great people! We've had Vivint for a few years now and we truly love it! Being a family with teenagers, surveillance cameras are a must! Every time Vivint has had to come out they are always very pleasant and respectful. I do feel as they are kind of pricey.

Service personnel were great and very informative. The system was well explained and installation was clean and well thought out. I was also impressed by the many features the system has as well as the level of security and customization you can program into the unit. My family and I are pleased with going with Vivint.

I was very impressed with the salesman, he was extremely knowledgeable of the products and helpful in helping me select the products that I needed to upgrade the system the I had. The technician who came to install the system was just as knowledgeable and professional. He completed to installation and went over all the functions about the system.

Called about having a system installed. Within 24 hours a technician was at the door. He evaluated my needs and recommended the right items I needed to safety secure and monitor my home. The install was done promptly in time less than 2 hours.

Both the sales rep and system installer guy were nice, easy to talk to and understand. I felt like nothing was being sugar-coated and there were no hidden agendas or fees. This is only day one but so far the people have been good. Not sure about the actual system yet, it’s too early to tell.

My installer Deyvone ** polite and very thorough in all of the directions and how to work my system!! She certainly is one of you top technicians!! She was very helpful and was sure to leave her info so if I had any questions I could call her!! I think she would impress anyone that she services!

Tyler was very knowledge of the different products and was able to answer all our questions. He was also very willing to work Werth is to add and remove any opens we didn't want or that wouldn't work with our house setup. Installation was fast and the demo of the system was thorough but easy to remember.

Our whole experience with Vivint has been amazing thus far!! John came to the door and was very polite and straight to the point. Came in and explained everything quickly but thoroughly. We told him what we wanted and he wrote everything up. He showed us all the specific details that’s were turning points for us. We filled out our documents and Cory showed up in 15 minutes to install. He was also very thorough and walked us through everything that we needed to know and answered all of our questions as well. I will highly recommend Vivint to any of my friends and family!

The gentlemen were very nice and explained everything so I could understand. I Will feel much safer since l live here alone. My husband of 45 years passed away recently, so l will feel safer now. Thank you for everything!

We had a great experience with signing up for Vivint and getting our equipment installed. Our sales rep and tech were both fast, friendly, and efficient. Our sales rep was never pushy and made sure we knew what we were buying and our tech was very helpful and understanding of what and where we wanted our products installed.

Ring was good but not good enough, we feel safer now knowing that we have a System that is beyond awesome.

Salesperson and technician were very courteous and knowledgeable. The installation process happened quickly and I find the system easy to use. It has been less than 24 hours but I like what I see so far. The only drawback was that you all don’t carry the battery operated Nest thermostat so I was unable to get that installed. Otherwise so far so good.

I think Vivint Smart home system are worth the money and off were really good security for your loved ones and property my daughter has the same system and so does my brother and they are both very happy with theirs.

I haven’t had a great customer experience like this is YEARS!!!! Harold went above and beyond!!! He was attentive to details, respectful, knowledgeable and quick. He was ready with all tools, and left the house very clean. Please give this guy a raise, well deserved!!

Excellent technician. Very professional and knowledgeable. Explained everything thoroughly. He made the process into a very pleasant experience! Instilled confidence in the product and in its ease of use. We feel secure about the quality of the product and the safety of our home.

I don’t like that the coaster service everything is left up to the customer to do. And everyone may not know how to use the function. Of the computer why can’t the company make it easy for the customer. I don’t like that part of this. When one needs help. What can’t they get it. And then I need help with completing the process. Information about the buyout was not totally honest about the gift card.

I want a full refund and my old system reinstalled. I was told the cameras will record continuously and can play back, That feature does not work. I was told the cameras can pick up license plates and record in 4k. That feature does not work. The cameras constantly tell me there is a person in my backyard when it is just my dogs, tech came to fix it, that also did not work. I have had a tech here twice. They have installed a mesh router and it did not help.

We love our new setup. It meets our basic but necessary security needs. Our salesman did an awesome job of explaining our options and working with us to set up exactly what we wanted. The tech was fast and the entire process went very smoothly.

Definitely will recommend Vivint to others. Now I have access all around property and my home is secured. Great customer service and very neat installation. Great equipment and lots of options while setup. Overall I'm very pleased with Vivint Home Security.

My technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure that everything was connected the in the best way possible that made me comfortable. When he arrived he had a smile on his face. I would recommend him to anyone.

Door salesman was good in the beginning, he was knowledgeable and able to answer most of our questions. But was misleading on a couple of details. We asked if it was a soft or hard credit inquiry. He first stated soft, then afterwards it discovered that was not true and it was a hard inquiry. Then when installer came. It was not explained that it had to be a hard wired mounted system. Which I didn’t not like exposed wires. The installer went to his car and took another install job. Came back in and never said anything to myself or my wife and left.

Robert was tremendous! He's very knowledgeable of the system and took time to answer any questions I may have had. I enjoyed his professionalism! GREAT GUY and was very funny at times. He even was ok while my Aunt flirted with him.

I am very pleased with the service I received today with Joe - Vivint Tech, he was very understanding with our needs and took care of it right away. I would definitely recommend him to service a security system for all of my family and friends.

The technician knew about the product and was able to accurately walk me through the app and the different devices. However, the technician did something to the electrical circuit she attempted to use for the HUB. The circuit is now tripped and will need to have some troubleshooting to figure what exactly is causing the circuit to be tripped.

Tech was very knowledgeable and professional and on time. He answered all questions and gave suggestions to fit our family’s needs. His demonstration on how to use equipment made it easy for us non tech savvy people to operate. He was great. Will recommend to family and friends.

Everyone was nice until I was “accidentally” charged 713.98 which put my bank account into the negative. If I receive my refund in a timely manner it would have been a great service, but I have yet to be re contacted about a refund.

Ariel and Steven did an amazing job in explaining how the system consist if and how it works. We had a lot of questions as this is the is the first time we have a security system. So they explained everything from camera, doorbell, sensors, smoke alarm and how our cool thermostat works They did a clean job in stalling it. We appreciate their work!

I never wanted a whole security system. Just front and back cameras and a thermostats…I don’t really know why I have all this extra stuff and have to pay all the extra money each month. I will not use the extra equipment.

The entire process was easy and all my questions were answered thoroughly. The system materials are high quality and easy to use. We weren’t planning to install a system but we got 3 free years with our solar purchase, so more than worth it!
