I had been long time customer, had alarm turned off and called to restore service about a year later and found out I needed to purchase new equipment.☹️☹️ It would have been nice to get free upgrade considering I am a long time customer.

Install was good and it was easy to understand how to use the system. He explained how to use the system very well. The Tech was great! Thank you so much. I feel confident now that the system is installed.

The technician was quick, knowledgeable and made it easy to follow what to do with the security system. Overall, having the system access connected to my phone is very convenient because I carry my phone everywhere with me. Thanks, Vivint!

I recently got this system, so I don't how reliable it is. What I know is, for the short period of time I have used it, I have no problem. When I use it for a longer period of time, then I will be able to give a more accurate review.

The recognition explained everything in a very understandable way. He was professional and very courteous. He was clean and neat and made sure to Help me with setting up my online application. He understood what was best for my needs and worked with me to make best choices. No mess was left for me to clean up. He answered all my questions and appeared very knowledgeable about the system.

My experience with Vivint from calling and talking to the sales representative to Zach my installer was exceptional. I was very pleased with the entire process. I will definitely refer Vivint to others who may be in the market for home security.

We had a fabulous experience. It went smooth and was explained very well. Eric was a complete gentlemen and extremely thorough. He made the whole process easy to understand. We are so happy with the security system and feel so much better about having it in our home.

Shane was informative and very thorough making sure all my questions were answered. I felt more familiar with equipment and how to operate, and it's easy enough I should be able to teach my wife how to use it in the house or on her phone when away.

Excellent experience from first call, to technician leaving my home! Once I explained that my son's vehicle had been broken into, the lady on the phone, Nichole helped immediately. Made a system for my family and I even added some things. The tech was on time, super professional, and helpful!

Sales manager was great, installer was great, but it has been over a week since they installed system, but did not Finish, I was told I was going to get a camera for the inside, and a thermostat, but have not received anything yet.

Experience was fine, thus far. The customer service person should be knowledgeable of the process to be able to explain to the customer of what takes place, specifically having to open a line of credit to even get the alarm. That was something that was not told me when calling to get a quote and scheduling. Also the customer service person was pushy on getting me scheduled and putting down a deposit.

The Tech who installed the security system was very professional and a great job. Our agent was also very professional and answered all our questions. We are very pleased with Vivint. They met every need we wanted. The security system was installed within 30 minutes from when we signed the contract. They were very prompt.

Excellent service by the agent who sold the service. She takes her time and answers all the questions I had. She explained the services very good. Super friendly so I will recommend the Vivint to my friends and family members.

We just purchased our new home and knew we wanted a security system. We weren’t sure who to go with but our friend recommended Vivint. The whole experience was awesome. Our technician was named Brandon and he was very very thorough and really took his time in explaining and showing us how everything works. He really made us feel at peace knowing we chose a great security system. We would definitely recommend Vivint!!

What a great experience. From purchase from Matt to the install. Our installer was Josh and he did a great job. Very professional and unobtrusive while doing his work. When he ran into some issues integrating our old wired hardware, he called for Harlow and two other techs showed up within minutes. Our was a pretty big install and they worked together to solve problems and get the job done. They finally finished up at 10:00 pm after starting around 3:00 pm. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the sales pitch that we could get the “discount” price if we were “flexible” regarding installation. We said we were with the thought that that would mean in the next few days with some reasonable notice.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for great home security for their home. The high technology with the cameras are awesome. I can sleep much better now that I have this security for me and my grandchildren. Thanks for sending me the text.

Jamaine the sale manager in Fayetteville, did a absolute awesome job. He got straight to the point. Travis the technician also did a great job! Worked efficiently and got it up and running in no time. I’ll definitely be recommending this service to all my friends.

The salesman was super friendly and nice and was able to get a tech out to install minutes after I signed the contract. The installer knew what he was doing and was very friendly and quick with his install. Super fast friendly service.

Shawn did a great job explaining the services and features of the Vivint system. He was pleasant to work with and was not pushing to up sale us on devices we did not need. We’ve had Vivint in the past and really like the value we get from their services.

We also decided to add on a second exterior camera and Charles had one available and set it up in no time.

Didn't do what he said e was going to do when they installed system. Not a good salesperson. Didn't keep his word and don't answer his phone. Bad business. Installer say salesperson tell all customer lies trying to make a sale.

Their Installation services are great! The technician was professional, and very knowledgeable as to the equipment installed. My questions regarding the contract were thoroughly answered. I feel safer now that the security features have been explained to me. I will be sharing positive experience with my loved ones, so they too can feel safer.

Installer was very knowledgeable about everything and gave very good assessment and recommendations. Very friendly and professional as well. After systems installed, he was very detailed but clear and concise as to the operation of the system. I would highly recommend VIVINT to anyone seeking a reliable security system.

Installation was quick and the installers were polite, friendly and courteous. They cleanup up after the installation so my home was left clean. The consultant was extremely knowledgeable and he took his time to explain everything. He provided greater explanation of any questions I had. The security system is excellent. It covers my entire backyard, front yard doors and windows as well as as fire, carbon monoxide and flood notice.

From sales rep Brian to installer Kier, process was easy, comfortable and professional. Never felt pressured and got all questions answered prior to departure. Made switch from competitor company a complete breeze. At least am no longer locked into a 3 year contract.

It is a nice and simple device to use. The view from the front door is very clear and l can easily see when the mailman delivers my packages. The installer came on time and did a terrific job. Unfortunately your supporting tech were not so good. The link for my signature for the financing offer didn’t work. I had the option to reschedule or to forgo the zero percent financing on the equipment and pay it upfront. I didn’t have time to reschedule. Not so happy about your IT support.

I am quite pleased with this system. It’s everything that I need to protect my family and our belongings. I would recommend this system to anyone looking for an all in one home security system. The price was way less than I expected for all that Vivint provides.

Had the most amazing, prompt and professional service and installation by Vivint technician, Gary, yesterday. The customer service rep who assisted me was detail and professional. We highly recommend Vivint for your home security needs. Very high-tech, with movement sensory detection cameras: front door doorbell and driveway. Remote access. I can see what is going on at home when I am at work or traveling for work. This is great!

First the tech Aron, was amazing. I was very impressed with his knowledge of the system. He was very patient in explaining how everything works and was very professional. The installation was clean and quick. Very good work by this young man. So far the system is working great. Love the camera clarity and the ease of use. The only downfall I have noticed so far is when you zoom in on the camera it losses a lot of resolution.

We absolutely love our Vivint security system, we have others in place but nothing can compare to the Vivint system I’ve seen! The sales staff were courteous and professional and the installation technicians were professional and ensured we were not lacking in operating our system. Fantastic experience with the Vivint professionals!

The person doing the installation worked until approximately 10 pm and returned Saturday and worked another 4 hours or so. When he left he said he would be back on Monday. Monday he called and told us to call a electrician to install what was needed to be done. He gave us a number to call and their response was no. I then called Douglass and told him it was his responsibility to get the job done. We bought a system and if they couldn’t get it completed to take everything out and we would contact another company. He said the system couldn’t come out because it had been installed for 2 weeks. He then said he would get back to me. He contacted me a few days later and said he was working on problem..

Lundy was on point from the minute he arrived at our house. Definitely knows his stuff and seems to enjoy what he does. We had Roger do the install and he was super polite and did a fantastic and thorough job. Will recommend for sure.

Levi was great. He was very considerate of our home and helping us make the best decisions regarding placement of glass breaks, camera etc.. Levi represents Vivint in a very positive light!! We are excited about upgrading our old alarm system to Vivint and it’s technology. We see this as a beginning to a “Smart Home” with all of the additional features available to us.

Full house security and outside cameras. Door lock and video doorbell. Very satisfied. Great job. Well done. On time and kept me updated on their progress. Unused parts removed from installation order. Saved me a large chunk of my equipment cost.

Got the basic security package as we live in a townhouse within a small community. It's the surrounding area and random unknown people walking around which this security was added. This discrete and small kit does what it should and I feel safer already!!

This is just the beginning, but so far so good. I hope everything goes well throughout my customer service experience and I will remain a loyal customer. No one wants to continually change security companies or any service, honestly. That’s why it’s all about customer service. As I said so far so good.

The installer was not meticulous about routing exterior cables. Did not hide them as should have been done and did not reset siding when he moved it. Needs to be better at this and not in such a hurry. Hopefully in the future he will get better.

The main issue I had with Vivint is the lack of explanation of the services provide on equipment like sensors cost if the home had a previous system. I was told the tech will check to make sure the home is secure before he leaves on the windows. He did that but then he told me it’s a charge to place the missing sensors. Which I wasn’t happy. I was also having to pay upfront for the fees which is ok, but again this sales rep on the phone didn’t explain this to me. Being a new home owner I have a budget to work with because I have repairs to do that are costly. I just wish all the fees paid up front would of been explained to me. So mainly the lack of knowledge to the consumer from sales rep is my complaint.

Breanna and Eli were very informative and professional. Explained everything and every aspect of the system in full detail, which was very much appreciated, they were very patient and attentive and clear about how the system works and their recommendations, they addressed every concerned that my wife and I had.

Professional from beginning to end. Clearly went over everything so I could understand. Install was quick and tech was awesome. Explained all areas of the upgrade to our current setup and included options for increasing each to protect our home, property and belongings for our family. Very impressed!

Install was great. Great employee, easy to follow instructions, no house damage. Felt like sales rep left a lot of info out. Didn’t tell us that the “waived” equipment fees were actually just us applying for a line of credit. So while we didn’t pay thousands out of pocket now, we signed up for a loan that we weren’t given a disclaimer for until I started filling out my personal information. I don’t appreciate that sales tactic.

Joe, the Vivint installer, did an incredible job. He was meticulous, very professional, thorough and nothing was too much trouble. He hid the wires, ensured everything was working and showed me how to use the system. He spent over 12 hours on our install and followed up the next day! I couldn’t be happier with the install and the service!

Our Vivint rep miscalculation how much we would be out of pocket for our part of the buyout. He is as off by over $1,800. Overall the installation was good. We still have two windows to be installed and two doors.

Roderick R and Frank did an awesome job installing my system. They gave me a time and were punctual at the beginning and have me an end time and were out of here before that time. They were so polite, informative and friendly. It made me know I made the right decision going with Vivint. Roderick was an excellent trainer for Frank and he explained every detail of my install and demoed every aspect of my service and modeled that so well for Frank. I enjoyed having them here???

Our son has this system in his home and we think it has served him well which encouraged us to try the service. The installer was very thorough when demonstrating the use of the system. We currently have an Arlo system. However, it is my hope that Vivint helps to improve the value and security of our home.

We couldn’t be more impressed with both the salesman Wesley, and the technician Cameron. Both were incredibly professional especially for their ages. They made the entire process seamless and even though it was a quick turnaround from the time we decided to change to Vivint, it was very easy and seamless.

Barry with Vivint made this process very clear and easy! Install took a few hours, but it was all done correctly! Any mess left was cleaned up and he explained how all the equipment worked. Barry made sure we got the maximum security & camera coverage

Blake was pleasant and professional, he explained everything thoroughly. The only downside to this, is that by joining Vivint, you are opening a new account and I would not recommend it if you are about to purchase a home or car. The cameras view are very clear with good quality, I was not happy the garage was not compatible but is there a way to make it compatible? The other downside to this is that they must do the work on the same day if they cut you a good deal not the next day. Like for my case, Rodney came back the next day to make adjustments and finish up. I gave it a 4 star so far but it could change to a 5. I hope the $100 incentive per customer is real and will write more reviews as we end the deal with the overall service. Thank you!

Very efficient and knowledgeable. Was very helpful in assuring me with any questions I may have. Everything works flawlessly so far, the setup process was a breeze, the notifications are instantaneous without delay and all my zones are working properly.

Daniel came on time. He was very helpful and explained everything easy. The work was very nice and clean. I had ADT before in the past and had nothing but problems This system seems user friendly. Nice job.

I was told that the new panel would be compatible with my existing equipment. After panel was installed it wouldn’t work with my existing sensors so I had to purchase theirs. Also this system is not compatible with Alexa like my old system was. I was happy with my old system, don’t know why I changed.

Was pleased with the professionalism of Dion, the salesman and Chris, the installer. Everything was explained in easy to understand details and all my questions were answered. I have peace of mind with this system, knowing I am well protected. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

So far am a very happy customer with Vivint. The initial order experience and description of all the services was easy to understand and the installation experience was detailed and thorough. This has changed our lives for sure! I definitely feel more safe being able to monitor outside my home and being able to see at all times what is going on outside not only when something or someone moves with a motion sensor camera.

I am a new mommy and security for me is really important. Kanaan was on time, effective and efficient. He answered all of my questions and made sure I knew how to navigate the devices before he left!! I purchased cameras, sensors, glass break devices and more. He helped me download the app and set up my preferences. The added bonus was the air conditioning interface because now We can control the air from our cell phones.

The Vivint home security technology is legit. Fast service as well when it comes to installation. In and out quick and my home feels super safe already. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family for shizzle my nizzle.

Technician refused to move camera higher or out of reach of potential theft area. And no signs were placed on the lawn. There was also a lot of miscommunication between the Vivint team and delayed the process a bit and incurred extra costs.

I was using Xfinity home security for the same price as Vivint, but got nothing for my money except for a couple cameras that didn’t even record. Plus xfinity was not on a completely secure network. It just makes sense to switch to Vivint.

The person who came to set up my service explained very well and did a great job! I feel like I understand the system I have. I have to try it out for a bit to see if I would recommend it to a friend.

I am very satisfied with my installation and the technician Enrique (Ricky) was amazing. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. Ricky was also pleasant and answered all my questions. I am beyond pleased with how everything went.

The gentlemen were very kind and were able to get the install done quickly. They went through each step with me and what they were going to do. They showed me how to use the system. I would recommend Vivint to my friends.

I have been with Vivint for five years now for my home, I added another account for my Office in American Canyon. Great Company, great products, stellar service! I highly Recommend Vivint for all residential and commercial properties. I have tried other Systems but they all did not meet my standards.

So excited to finally have a home security system, the process was super quick & he explained everything perfectly. The installation took place same day and the technician was awesome! We were shown some of the basics on how to use our system and it was pretty easy to understand and use.

Ben ** was my customer install representative. Ben arrived on time, explained what services I selected and installed the equipment taking care not to scratch the new paint. Ben was professional and explained all aspects on completion of install. Vivint is awesome!

The install was quick and painless and exactly what we wanted. The work was professional and clean. A lot of the wiring and whatnot was usable from the previous install. The cameras and sensors all work flawlessly. Highly recommended!

This is a really good security system. I seen people online using some of the features it has. However I do think it is rather pricey for the stuff included. It is a expensive more high-end I suppose security system.

Drake was great at making a package that fit my needs and went above and beyond with the discounts. The installer Christopher came same day and installed everything. Polite and knowledgeable. I feel safe with this new system and I know that my family is too.

So far we are happy with our choice. Just got service installed. Cameras provide adequate coverage and the picture seems to be pretty clear. The user interface is intuitive and easy to understand. The mobile app is simple to use although it crashed a bit the other day. Hopefully this system works as advertised.

His professionalism and his knowledge of the equipment. He didn’t finish until he had all the parts to complete the job. He even left to get the needed information to complete the job and came back to set up the system and give me training on how to operate it. Yes.

The sales associate and through it all my questions and found us a reasonable price for what we needed. Installation was quick and very professional and clean. I was excited to use the app. It was able to easily navigate all the options that they showed me from my phone. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who receives packages or is out of town a lot or works better control and situational awareness of their home.

My initial technician couldn’t get my system connected. I had to reschedule, the new technician Darvell was awesome, knowledgeable about the installation process. Darvell was very hands-on with showing me how to use my system and set-up apps on my cellphone. Great experience overall.

My rep's name is Chris, when I say he was so detailed about the system every question I had for him he answered in detail, not just one-word answers. All around it has been a great experience. Chris, keep up the good work.

Mitchell has excellent communication skills and was extremely thorough in his explanation of using the alarm system. He answered all our big and small questions. Will definitely be recommending Vivint to my brother as he just purchased a new house.

I appreciate the employees who sold and installed the Vivint system in two houses. They were laid back with us just like you would treat a family member but were still professional with their job. The instillation guys were great with explaining system installed and my rep Matthew was awesome with answering all of my questions with this system but what sold me the most was his excitement on the product he is selling and the way he took the opportunity to get to know us a little and not just try to sell and run. We haven’t had an armed security system on our home in quite some time and are thrilled that Vivint came our way. Installed security system for office. Great customer service and support. Will recommend them to other businesses. Quick install and cameras have great resolution and sound. Sensors for breaking glass is a good thing. Adding users is simple and easy to keep track of.

Wasn't really asked where to put anything. Have to have another installer come out to move stuff because where the last installer put it. They barely told me anything. I have random holes in my walls where they put stuff. The location of the CO2 detector is in a horrible place. They didn't ask where to put anything. They left a huge mess. Not only did my kids step on the screws they left on the floor. They didn't clean up all the wood chips from the drills in my wall. They obviously didn't want to be here. I'm not happy with where things were placed. The mess that was left. I had to be asked how to work stuff. I wasn't even showed. Had to ask to see a receipt for what I was even charged for. Plus they were super loud and woke my kids up. I asked multiple times for them to stop slamming the door. I would not recommend to any one else. I actually kinda regret getting this system already.

Luis ** went above and beyond to install our alarm system, set-up our garage and AC system with Nest! He provided a 5 Star Customer experience and we sent him our family members as referrals. We will be recommending Vivint to anyone we come into contact with.

Benjamin helped me out throughout the entire process and helped me figure out the best price and the best equipment for my house. When Dan came to my house to install the equipment he was very friendly and professional. He installed the system as quick as possible and helped me through the entire process.

The sales pitch was way too long! After spending approximately 5 hours with Vivint personnel only 1/2 of the install was complete. Was complete. It was midnight when I asked them to leave. I can't imagine anyone being ok with a Tech setting off and testing alarms past midnight. Additionally, what the salesman told me the equipment would do and what the Tech told me the equipment did were not at all the same. I just want the half installed equipment gone.

Very nice people. Also it seems to be a very good product. We had wanted to get more window sensors and some web enabled cameras for a long time, but didn't know where to start. Consequently had not done anything. They made it easy, and were very pleasant to deal with and were honest and forthright. I also found out they are both members I'm of the same church we go to, and that I'm distantly related to the Vivint salesman (8th cousin 3 times removed). So overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

I left ADT for Vivint because quality is so much better. Picture on cameras are crystal clear and you can zoom in. Even on the doorbell. Plus they bought me out of my previous contract! Easy peasy. Thank you.

Very very happy with the three gentlemen I met during the introduction of Vivint and installation. Could not be happier with the performance, ease of use and cost of product. All three gentlemen were professional and friendly and all had excellent personalities.

Installation of security system Technician did an outstanding job. The weather was very bad rainy, etc; but that did not stop him from doing his job. There were five cameras to install outside the residence. He was very customer oriented.

The tech was very helpful and very nice. It was a good vibe. I liked how helpful he was and that he was timely. He was also very nice to my dog and was very cleanly. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

Agent was nice and polite and very helpful, he make sure that he go over everything so I understand the whole system, and he is very easy to talked to and helped me set it on my phone cause not savvy about technology and he even left his name and number if I have question.
