My experience with Vivint, from start to finish, was very pleasant and informative. Alex was great in going over all the pros in the choice to choose Vivint as my new security for my home. He was interested in me being happy with my choice and gave me his phone number to contact him if I have any questions or problems. That personal touch means a lot to people like myself. Cash did my installation and he was very nice to deal with. Very informative, courteous, nice and was very neat in not leaving any mess behind. Except for his installations you would not even realize he was here. Am so glad I have a security system now where I actually feel secure. Thank you!!

They hooked us up! The service was amazing and the deals were phenomenal. We love all the features & incentives for a low, reasonable price. Our rep was Graham and he was the most sweet, funniest guy. He didn’t give us the runaround and went straight to the point. He gave us a couple ooohs & aahhhs with it lol. I was prepared to pay an outrageous amount for the system, but Graham did his thing! Our installer came the same day & installed everything within our best interest of where we wanted the cameras & what was important to us. We would definitely recommend them!

Chase and Rigo were amazing and helped a lot. They were super professional and proficient. I’m super satisfied with the system and I look forward to adding more feature in the future. I will be telling family member about this product as well.

This home security is definitely worth getting. The guys were very nice who advertised it to us and talked us into getting Vivint. They explained everything about the product thoroughly. I Love how you can operate everything from just one app on your phone.

My husband and I received great customer service from the sales representative to the installer. Everyone was very knowledgeable and went out of their way to make my husband and I Vivint comfortable. The installer was very fast and friendly.

Very inconvenient, inconsiderate of my living situation, my job, my time and my welfare.. The technician was at My house at 530 biu could not start because the RUDE operator would not help us get the payment situation straightened out. It was not the amazing technician's fault that it was running late...the salesman said it would only take an hour to install...he was wrong. The tech had to go into the attic space and up and down a ladder to install cameras. He still is not done and had to return. He left after installing what he could 11pm.and I had to call out of work because I was not going to be able to get o work at 4am after getting no sleep. Will Vivint pay me for my lost wages!!?? I suggest the representative selling this system take an understanding of what the technician actually has to do before he promises a 1 hour installation.

They were very friendly and were able to answer all my questions. They explained what they were doing every at every step. The install technicians were on time finished quickly and cleaned up after the job was complete. The overall experience was professional but friendly.

Both individuals we dealt with were extremely professional and great to talk to. The salesperson was very knowledgeable of the products available and that would be beneficial to our family. Justin was extremely knowledgeable and answered every question we had. Amazing personality and customer service. Explained everything in depth and walked us through every step. I would recommend him to anyone that I know. Absolutely wonderful guy that enjoys his work and it is very apparent.

I will recommend Vivint to everyone. My installer took the time to understand what I wanted he did a fantastic job. He took the time to make sure I understood the system and how to make changes. The video is crystal clear and I have been directional audio.

We are really disappointed in the whole process we have experienced with Vivint and won't be keeping the service. The whole thing has been an utter waste of our time and if you're on the fence and weren't sure which way to go with a system, this isn't what I'd choose. I think you're better off setting up your own smart home and actually getting what you'd like vs paying as much as they charge and being left feeling like you didn't actually get what you wanted.

I couldn’t have been more pleased with this service! All my questions were answered clearly, options presented thoroughly, and with little disruption to my day. I feel confident in my understanding of the system now and would definitely recommend the installer in particular to others.

I would recommend to all of my friends. It’s absolutely a great product and updated from the system I previously had. I love it. The Techs were professional and very patient. They explained how to use the equipment after installation and ensured the the equipment was working properly. I definitely would recommend this company.

Very professional and quick install. Very helpful going over everything with the system and all the information I needed. No complaints will the service, install or use of the product. I will be recommending this product to all of my friends.

If someone has time to research and feels like price is right but don’t be pushed into it especially if you’re not really looking for a system. I wasn’t really in the market and it happened so fast. Once I got approved they were there to install at 9 pm - 11:30 or so. Installer did a great job but feel a little pressured that it happened so fast. Also I was told in beginning it was free just for putting sign in yard and no contract and now I have a monthly payment for 60 months.

We recently acquired Vivint home security equipment and services. We worked with Graham on the sales end. He was thorough and didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need or want. Beth was our lead install technician. She was great - knowledgeable and helpful. Vivint camera images are excellent, the deter features make us feel safer, the control panel is easy to learn, and the Smart device app is user friendly.

Updated my security with Vivint and so far so good... User-friendly and convenient... Professional and efficient staff! I like how I will be able to connect to my kids in case of an emergency through the alarm system! I also like how it catalogs events in the recording process. Very useful.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. He explained to me what the package consisted of. The installer was very patient with me; he went over the material several times to explain to me how to use it. I am very pleased so far.

We had such a great experience with getting Vivint set up! From the rep, Austin, to our technician! They were both very professional and knowledgeable about Vivint. They made learning to use the system so easy and had everything completed in such a timely manner!

Our installer Clayton kept me updated on his arrival time, explained to me all the details of the equipment I was getting, also how to use it. He was very friendly. I’m very satisfied with everything. Would recommend Vivint to anybody.

The installer was timely, professional and very helpful. He took his time and explained the system clearly. He went over the settings and chose the best location for the cameras. He installed the cameras quickly and there was very little evidence he had installed the system.

He had a great attitude and was knowledgeable about the equipment he was installing. He was punctual as well. He answered all my questions with no problems. He even interacted with son and answered his questions as well, which was a welcomed surprise!

Matt and Joseph were both wonderful to work with! They both had great personalities and were very kind and professional. We are very happy with our new smart home! We are excited to save money with our thermostat as well.

We had a pre-existing system that was outdated & needed to be upgraded. Was referred by a friend to call Joshua & have an estimate done. So far so good, loving the new system & Joshua’s help throughout the install. Thanks.

The person who did our install was incredible. Today is the first day of summer and we just moved in to our new house, so my hands were full wrangling my two kids and two dogs. Not only was the tech installed quickly, but he befriended my dogs and tolerated the one that wouldn’t stop barking, and even wiped the cookie mess off one of my boys faces when I needed to get the door for another delivery. After the install, he helped me learn how to use the system and get it set up on my phone. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I wish I knew his name so I could include it in this review.

My experience was awesome with Vivint. The salesman was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation technicians were friendly and had no problem answering all my questions. They were also confident in their abilities to install the system properly and they did a good job cleaning up after themselves.

The service rep was very professional and did not pressure us. However once we had signed up our bill was way higher than we thought it would be, we have some buyers remorse. The installation guy came over right away, but the service rep didn’t ask us if that was ok as it was getting late at night. The installation guy wasn’t done until 12 am and while everyone was nice the whole experience was slightly inconvenient. And I had to be at work very early.

Our install guy Carlos was great! Very professional and helpful. Was done pretty quickly. I'd recommend him to anyone. Very pleased with the service and hardware. It's still pretty new so we'll wait and see how everything works and have a further review.

Tim was very informative and helpful to me!! Setting up my system was very easy and he explained everything thoroughly!! He was timely in his installation and very professional and comforting in his explanation of the system! I would refer friends to Vivint! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Both were very polite and professional. Would recommend to a friend. The security system is exactly what we need. The product is easy to use. The fact that I can use my cell phone to use the security system is great.

Had a camera, DVR, and panel installed. Very courteous installer, professional, and fast. He gave us great instructions on how to operate the system. He also gave us a new CO2 detector since ours was expired. The system performs great and offers everything we were looking for. Great customer service. I would totally recommend Vivint.

Although it was nice to have the equipment installed same day, it would of been better another day. The tech did not leave until midnight and forgot to pair our thermostat, which we now come to find is not compatible after the tech left and we were never told. Also our salesman just seemed to have a kind of I’m done with today attitude.

The salesman Jose who came and sold us our Vivint system was very friendly, customer service oriented, and did a great job. The installer Luke did a fantastic job was very efficient, friendly, and communicated every step as he was installing. I appreciated his quick and direct answers without trying to confuse me. Overall, I am impressed with the service I have received.

Very happy so far. Nick was very helpful and professional during installation. He explained everything about the system and answered all my questions. The whole process from the initial approval and application to the install and tutorial took little time out of my day.

So far my experience has been a good one. The salesperson Seth ** AND technicians were some of the nicest and most polite people!! Extremely respectful of my home and time. I hope the product lives up to its expectations.

The install technician did a pretty good job. I was happy with the sales person that sold me the system. He was a very professional and easy to work with. I believe his name was Jason. Hopefully after we’ve had the system for a while we can learn a little bit better. I believe it’s pretty simple at this point.

Overall simple, installed the same day. I wasn't pressured to buy things I didn't really want. I mentioned off the bat what I wanted and then a package was worked for me. In the end the financing and monitoring monthly was almost the same price as other companies where I had to pay a large chunk out of pocket and still had a similar payment. All the employees were super nice.

My technician Michael was very professional and he knew the product very well. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He did an amazing job. At the end of the day I’m so glad I choose Vivint.

Cameron appeared at my home to perform the installation of my equipment and he was absolutely great. He was professional and thorough from the moment he stepped in the door. I asked him a million questions and he responded to me each time as if I only made one inquiry. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the bonus technician that arrived at my home at assist Cameron- Bobby. Bobby came to assist and they were in tandem with the service and professionalism they provided. I also have to say it warmed my heart that they addressed me as ma’am every time they addressed me. Southern hospitality at its finest!! It’s not very often that you receive excellent service from one technician but to receive that same level of service for 2 was a blessing. Your company should be proud to have 2 fine young gentlemen represent your company.

The sales team was very polite and very informative. The installation team was equally polite and informative. The installation team showed up about an hour and a half after the sales team left and they were done in about an hour or so. At this point I have no complaints. I'm happy with my system.

My husband and I had a great experience with Kolby in sales, and Chris the installer. Kolby was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Chris was prompt and did a very nice and clean install. After he was done, he took the time to show us how everything worked. We would highly recommend them to friends and family.

Had great service Aaron. I am excited to get my things in and set up. Aaron did a wonderful job explaining and helping me with everything and any questions I needed. Definitely would recommend this for anyone to use or try out.

I found the process of signup with Ian to be very straightforward and easy to understand for a Senior. ;-p And, once signed up Eric was in for installation and finished in less than 2 hours. Now to see how obnoxious the alarm is. Hopefully I will never find out. So I cannot comment on ease of use of the system, yet.

I am happy with the Vivint services I received. The guys who sold and set up the system were friendly, and the system was set up on the same day I bought the product. I feel safer with this system so far.

I love my Vivint system. It’s very easy to use and I’ve already caught a man stealing a package off my porch with my awesome doorbell camera. The installation was super easy and my technician was professional and courteous. I highly recommend this company.

Techs were awesome. Didn’t leave till everything was working perfectly. Kindly went over how to use each feature. Very professional at their job. Sales rep was upfront about cost and features you would get. Kind, pleasant and professional. Walked you through everything step by step. Answered all questions. Very knowledgeable.

Austin and Elli was so helpful and great! Austin walked me through the complete process of telling me exactly how everything works! He was overall awesome. ☺️ The install process was so quick and efficient. Although being told it was going to take up to 4 hours he worked so fast and swift.

Installer was very knowledgeable and professional. Everything was tested after installation and the processes were thoroughly explained. Several sensors and location options were discussed to optimize coverage and minimize cost. Overall, a very positive experience. The system seems well designed and user-friendly.

The sales team was polite and service tech was the same. I am waiting for results. I hope it is the same. I cannot wait to view the footage from the door and garage, it will likely be great and put me and my family at rest.

The sales representative was sort of misleading in his presentation as to what were supposed to get in our package and what we actually received. The installer was very nice and informative but it did take more time than I expected for the complete installation. Taking into consideration that I was in a contract with an security company that I was satisfied with but thought I was getting a better deal base on the representative presentation makes me feel overall dissatisfied.

Miler was awesome. Connected everything I needed him to. He also cleaned up after himself. I would recommend upgrading the panel you use. The current one looks old and not as appealing as the one my house came with. If you have a newer one please upgrade me.

Taylor was an awesome guy who helped us in a pinch. Needed out of Zenith quickly! He came through! We were in a bad way with zenith which issues all of the time with the panel. Always on hold, always being told they’d be out soon. Bill kept rising. We were fed up with them

Awesome sales person and technician, the experience was more than I expected. Sold me the product and within thirty minutes the technician was available for the install. I will tell anyone that asks about what a positive experience I had

The installer was so patient and courteous despite having to stay till 10:30pm (5 stars). I and my 4 yr old were 1.5 hrs past bedtime and I would have preferred a 2nd visit to finish. Also 3 mos no payment was misleading despite receiving a cash advance.

Rep, Dillon knocked my door, and explained the system, options, price, and I opted to have his team install the system we agreed on. The team came immediately (11:00 PM) and in a little over an hour, were done and on their way.

Great people and great service. I am very happy with my purchase. Chris got us set up no problems and got us a great deal on our new system. Better quality, better service and better experience than I’ve had before with previous providers.

The sales team was very thorough in their explanations and so far I can honestly say their word lives up to their product. The price is always better than most I have seen which is all the better. Can't put a price on peace of mind but the low cost helps tremendously.

We had bad experience with the driveway camera, someone was at my yard and it’s like we don’t have any security cameras at the house, we like the idea to get cameras to feel secure at the house, but is like we don’t have any....

Benito was very informative, worked with the exact placements I requested, did very little holes and kept everything tidy and secure, I wasn't 100% sure where I wanted some things and was super happy to see he was patient with me and understood as he helped me place some of my items. I was super happy with his knowledge and customer service.

Customer service was also helpful and helped with any questions/concerns. The security app is user friendly and easy to navigate. Would definitely recommend to others. As a matter a fact, I recommended my parents and 2 cousins whom all were serviced by my same tech and got the security system also. No complaints. Everything worked out perfectly.

I was a bit concerned that the office listed my address incorrectly but overall experience was good! Technician (Kobe **) was very personable, did a great job in explaining the dynamics of the system and even cleaned up after himself!

Company wise and getting this scheduled and the steel of sales at how many times I was rescheduled was ridiculous but I’m happy with Eric and the service he provided upon install!! I allowed him in and he showed me the different cameras and security features that the company offers and how easy the set up would be for the technicians. I signed up for the system and the technician showed up a few hours later. They were very professional and quick. They were in and out in less than an hour. I am also impressed by the price. I had previously used ADT and would have paid a lot more for the equipment that I have now. I would definitely recommend!

Very professional. Lucas and Dakota did a really good job at explaining the system and service. Then Chase came in and installed our system and went over how to use it. So far I’m very pleased with Vivint so far. I already feel better.

The technician came same night and installed my panel but didn’t get to finish up with the cameras and door locks. But will return the next day. The sales guy was very nice but not knowledgeable about many of his products. I appreciate that he confirmed the capabilities of his products with his technicians but what should have been at most an hour long conversation took 3 hours. The technician that came the next day was great. I felt bad because he was alone on a job that ended up taking 7 hours. To be fair the last hour and a half was spent being shuffled around tech support because at first I had access to other people's homes and businesses and then I was locked out completely. Tech support was completely useless and if it wasn't for the technician figuring out a workaround with his manager my system would have been completely useless. The hard work of the lone technician is the only reason for having 2 stars instead of one.

I had a wonderful time with Zack **, our sales representative. He explained all about Vivint's security systems and made an excellent match with our needs. I found the equipment to be superior in quality and the install was quick! I had the need to call in to ask some additional questions and, once again, was bowled over by the excellent and professional customer service! Though Vivint is not the least expensive security provider out there, I believe it is worth every penny!

The sales, customer service and the installation was exceptional. The staff introduced their product in a timely manner and with expertise. They were very pleasant while doing their job, even though we had young kids in the house for a time. I would recommend this company to everyone I meet.

To start, Tyler was amazing. He did a great job at explaining the process from start to finish. He was able answer all of my questions from the agreement to the equipment as well as installation. He was extremely professional and respectful. Speaking of installation, let’s talk about the fact that Brian (installation crew) was here in less than 20 min of me signing my agreement to start the installation process! No wait time. None! Brian showed up with a smile. You can see his dedication to not only Vivint but also their customers by the way he works. He was diligent and precise. He did not leave until he was certain he had proper placement and connectivity.

He was great with explaining how the system works & showing us how to operate it. Awesome customer service skills. Very nice & friendly from the moment he walked in until he left. Awesome job all around. Would recommend to friends & family.

From the time the salesman arrived till the set up was completed only 3 hours went by. Although we weren't expecting immediate setup that evening, it was nice to have it ready to go right away. The system is very easy to operate as well.

I had an installation done 5/25 and I'm very happy. The installers were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They explained everything clearly and I never felt rushed when answering questions. Eric, my sales guy was awesome. Even though he was selling me a system he was very personable and didn't pressure me into buying more than I needed. The team as a whole was wonderful to work with.

The system and outdoor camera is really good. I currently have Brinks. But Vivint has updated security system. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Keypad is totally updated than the one I currently had. Camera has a great view with a deter option to scare intruders.

Was told by my sales guy I was not going to be locked into a contract and turns out I’m in a 5 year contract!! Installers showed up and stayed late even though I told sales guy to have it done the next morning, he sent them that night anyways. They forgot to connect 3 devices to the panel and Vivint technical support is a joke. If I wasn’t past the 3 day return period I would send all this junk back. I regret setting anything up thru vivint. I was lied to from the start

The technician was prompt, personable, thorough and attentive during the installation. He walked me through what he was doing, why he was choosing certain locations and making recommendations, and then ultimately system usage. It took less time than initially quoted and the technician was very mindful of any drilling or other noise as I was working while he was here.

I certainly didn’t feel trapped or forced into doing anything, and the tech was good about being flexible with the package being installed at my property. A friend who used to install for Vivint told me that my techs work was really good. And I am definitely enjoying using the system. I purchased it for use in my short term rental.

I purchased this system believing that it was more secure that the system I previously had. Was told that someone would come out and discuss the system and service but instead techs came to install. I had to call after they left because the door would not lock.

Justin was very friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t push us to purchase more than we needed for our home. He took his time to help guide us through equipment that would best fit our needs and made recommendations only when we requested.

Can’t tell yet. So far we had an error message for the front door sensor. We haven’t had the system long enough to review. Staff was pleasant, helpful and efficient. We like that we can see who is at the front door.

My installer very very good. He got all my services up and running in no time. Explained how to set up and use them clearly. The cameras are clear and set perfectly. The only thing is that it's slow on Android phones but once it's up it's good.

Cody provided one of the quickest installs ever, and it was like 10 o clock at night, usually you have to wait for normal business hours to get things done. I literally said I’ll pay the 1000 bucks whatever, was hooked up like 45 minutes after that. System works great.

Pretty smooth selection and installation process. Both Jimmy and Kevin did a good job. Still a little confused as to how everything works and have to wait a few days to get everything installed but overall I’m satisfied so far.

After almost three hours on three phone with three different agents and transfers to different with different guidance I finally hope I successfully canceled my contract within three business days. Nice system but equipment is just too expensive and I did not like a five year contract.

Salesman stated that as long as we advertised with the Vivint sign and his picture on Facebook then the equipment would be free. The technician didn’t check his work before he left and the thermostat didn’t work and cycled our air conditioning unit on and off every thirty seconds and the door locks didn’t function properly. Got the run around and the phone with the cancellation department after waiting hours on hold, being transferred numerous times and your service department couldn’t figure out how to fix the thermostat.

Jessica the sales rep and Jonny the technician were wonderful. Very happy with the system so far and the customer service. The system is easy to use and I have had no issues so far using the phone app. I had issues with my home panel but Jonny was able to fix it and everything works great now.

It has taken 2.5 months to handle my transfer. I have spoken with countless representatives over the phone and been led in circles. What type of company takes more than a week to create an account??? Not even a credit check, just creating my contact card. Not only that, but the previous home owner has continued to be charged and have access to my home security during the last 2.5 months!!!! CRAZY! The in-person techs are amazing and really try to help!

They explain the service contact to me. What I like best is that it continues to run for the whole month you can rewind it back to check. The installation was quick he was polite courteous explain everything to you showed you how to put it in your phone. Explain the board to you and how to use it. He was Prompt handle his business in a timely manner, I recommend it my friend which she had her installed the next day.

Nobody has showed up to finish installing the equipment and I am wanted to purchase additional equipment and services but nobody will return my calls or show up. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE. The customer service line is even worse.

Security alarm with doorbell camera on front door and camera on back installed and downloaded to my iPhone which I can control. That makes it very convenient for me and makes me feel safe to know the system is able to contact police, fire & ambulance.

I Changed service from ADT. The service was not what I was told nor was the cost. I didn't have that same experience here. Installer was great. The phone representative was very accommodating. Everyone was very thorough and most importantly PROFESSIONAL! What l was quoted was the same when it was installed. I am very pleased.

Salesman was great at selling the service and I actually switched from ADT. The main reason I switched was for the camera in the doorbell. Unfortunately the camera has shown offline the majority of the 24 hours it has been installed.

I like the alarm system. Everything was done in 1 day from the advertising to installation of the alarm. It was a rushed encounter to make a decision on the spot. Despite all that, I'm so far happy, but still have questions.

Sales rep was not clear on amount of money systems cost! Sales rep was not very good at explaining what all the cost was going to be that I was actually getting a line of credit to buy a system. He kept references to paying for two cell phones but wasn’t really explaining I was paying money like buying two phones! Technician was fantastic he was great explaining everything! Did a good job fixed my main system to work more efficient. I was very happy with his work!
