I was with ADT for almost 2 months. It was the worst customer service and security system I have ever had. On the other hand, Vivint customer service and technician were amazing. The tech was on time, very friendly and he knew what he was doing. He listened to what I needed and provided some great recommendations. I am very pleased so far! I hope Vivint keep their professionalism always this way.

Had a great experience when technician came to install equipment and get the system online. The technician was very knowledgeable and polite. The only trouble was the scheduling to get them to come out to residence. We are very happy with the installation.

The sales manager was very thorough with the information about Vivint. He was able to get us a great package. The installation technician Trevor was quick. He showed us how everything works within the security system. The price was affordable and I actually got more features from Vivint than the previous security company.

Vivint has the best technology and price on the market. You really won’t find a more reliable and customizable system for your home. The technicians work extremely hard to make your system aesthetically pleasing and functional with the equipment. They won’t leave you with something that doesn’t fit your families needs. I always recommend Vivint because I know how great the products, service, and company are. Highly recommend to anyone looking for more peace of mind.

Our new system is up and running. The cameras add a new level of protection that I hope we never have to use. However, if we do, we feel confident that we are covered. Our setup was quick and easy and our tech was patient with us, making sure we were ready to work the system.

A sales rep was in our neighborhood and introduced Vivint Smart Home products to us. They were able to have our home system installed and working that same day, with no problems, and minimal disruption to our evening. The system was able to integrate with features we already had, such as the Nest thermostat. So far we're very happy with the service.

Very thorough and friendly. They paid attention to detail. Very informative and tech cleaned up after himself. If some asks about the company and its service I will not hesitate to tell them about my experience. Will do it again.

Just realized most important (interior) cameras were not installed. Garage control couldn’t be installed because unit not compatible. Have to buy new garage control (Chamberlain) to connect it which will be an additional out-of-pocket expense. Need to have installers return ASAP.

My guys took great care of me. My camera placement was tough to figure out and they stayed until it was handled. They were kind, considerate, hard working, and did a great job. I am excited about the system and as a first time customer I have been very satisfied.

Brady was a great tech. He gave good recommendations and is very good at his job. He made sure we understood how the system worked and told us to call him if we had more questions. We already love the keyless lock.

After numerous text when my rep that service would be properly set up I continue to get false promises from my rep. I have alarms sensors triggered by us because the tech did not install them correctly. I can set my alarm at all and other things. I finally had to call customer service myself to get someone to redo my system and do everything that wasn’t done the first time. Will not recommend even for that referral I was going to do.

The install team was amazing. Toi came through and handled the project with professionalism and positivity. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He advised me on all the details, guiding me with his expertise. Toi was patient answering all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with every decision made. I will be recommending Vivint to all my friends and family.

Everything was great. Alexis was wonderful and came at a great time. The tech was awesome. Everything was great and explained in detail. I am very excited to have all this technology in my home. This is something I truly needed.

Steve, our technician, was absolutely amazing. He installed everything we needed, he explained how the system worked perfectly, and solved all concerns immediately. We could not be happier with his service and expertise. We feel we can now operate the system safely and effectively.

I am very happy with my purchase and the patient explanation of what Vivint has to offer, especially in comparison to other competitors. Our salesman is easily accessible and honest. Our technician was kind, set everything up, and explained how to use it. My only complaint was how late we had to get started and finish the installation. Technician was here until 1 am. I agreed to being flexible with technicians in order to get a better deal, but that was a little excessive. Please don't do that to people.

Everything was explained correctly so it made it very easy to use. Both techs were amazing and broke everything down for me! The cameras are amazing showing more of what my ADT does. I’m truly excited to start using VIVINT.

I was so pleased with how quick set up was. I slept comfortable knowing that my condo is now fully set up with an alarm system. I love that I can simply check my phone to see if I armed the house or not.

Took 5 phone calls after the original agent who promised she’d call me back never did. Was confusing for each agent to figure out what I needed and the rate changed over the phone multiple times. We finally got the service setup and in my name yesterday.

I had an appointment at 6 yesterday to set up my panel. Rep didn’t call me until around 6:40 after me asking several times for help. He only got me halfway through the process and stopped responding. When I called the general help number I was told the department was closed for the night. Still don’t have a functioning system.

I would like to start by saying I had a great experience with signing up with Vivint. The tech RJ was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the products. He explained everything in detail and even explained to me what would be best for my security. I appreciate the service and I would definitely recommend vivint to anyone of my friends and family.

I wanted 4 cameras outside the doors not a adorable Ringer. Also it was the bonus. The $50 recommendation bonus was supposed to go Ron ** and they gave me the name of someone else, Also who wasn't surprised that I was told that I would have to pay.

Tyler and Kevin did a great job on the intro and install. Very professional and respectful. When we encountered unexpected issues they both made the solutions simple. They both worked to implement the correct solution for our home and family.

Joe is amazing and set everything up and explained everything so well. I am so impressed with the service and quality of the cameras and equipment for way less than Cox! So many ways to integrate your home easily from garage doors, to thermostats.

The Vivint system was already in my house when I bought it. I was very pleased with the technician that came to start my service up for me. He explained every step of the process. He had trouble with connection the Nest thermostat. After resetting it multiple times, he discovered that there was an issue with the Nest and replaced it with a new one.

Technician was beyond helpful and very patient. He explained everything before leaving my home. He also helped me link my garage to the QC app correctly (which was not part of his job) in order for me to sync it with the Vivint app. Great service.

Thomas was very thorough but I was also a little distracted that day but he was able to make the sale. You will hear from me if I have questions. The technicians were easygoing and efficient I think. Until I have someone check everything for me I guess they installed everything correctly. They also answered my questions.

I absolutely love my camera alarm system! There’s so many great benefits & different options & settings you can choose from. The salesman, Zee, went above & beyond ensuring everything we requested was to our satisfaction. His customer service skills are absolutely superb. He’s definitely an asset to Vivint. Carl E. & Thomas M. are excellent technicians. They worked diligently at my house & my Mother’s house. Both men explained in detail how to use the system. Yes, two camera alarm systems were purchased & installed both sold by Zee K.

It is a pricey service but well worth it with what you get. The cameras are amazing, the thermostat control is top notch, and the security you feel makes every penny worth it. The only thing that surprised us was having to drill out our own deadbolt to have the smart lock installed. We were not told this by the person who sold us the product even though I explicitly told them I did not have a deadbolt. Otherwise, top-notch.

Everything is great so far. The rep and installer were both very helpful and friendly. Price is fair. I would recommend over my last supplier. Such a user friendly system. I like feeling secure and being able to see who is at the door before opening it.

Customer service was amazing. The young lady in loyalty I think was simply unique, courteous very professional and should be the training supervisor to instruct the way you treat customers. She should given a raise because she represented Vivint like no other person can.

The service was great professionalism by the individuals that came in to do the work. I'm happy with the system. I talked to my neighbors about getting the system themselves and some of them will probably do that as well.

I was promised to have my camera and alarm installed on July 3 and only the Ipad was installed. Then they said Monday and it wasn’t done either. I guess as long as you all do the sale everything after that doesn’t matter. I was also told I didn’t have to make any payment for the first 30 days and I was charged 45 dollars. And that was a lie also. I have already paid money for something I don’t have. Wow that’s not right.

We were approached by a very professional and knowledgeable young man named Matt. He answered every question we had, and agreed to have our system installed. We were amazed for the same day service! We were initially told that it would take about an hour to get two cameras and front doorbell. It took a lot longer, but we understand that the installer had to assess the situations involved and explained the reasons as to why we couldn’t get the backyard camera at a certain location. It turned out better than expected!

Very impressed with Both the sales rep Eric and the technician! They were both very attentive and provided explanation to everything that was going to be done to make the transition back to Vivint. Glad to be back to Vivint family- never should have left. Lesson learned!

The Rep and technician were very helpful and friendly. They explained equipment in service thoroughly and made it easy to learn how to use. The Rep was not pushy. He just explain what the product does and let us decide if it was something that we wanted to buy or not and we had no obligation to get it at the time.

Connor took the time to explain every product with much detail, I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything. But comparing what Vivint had to offer compared to ADT, it was an easy decision to make. I am glad Connor was there to make the switch an easy switch.

Our tech William was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment that was being installed! He made sure to ensure that my family and I will be safe while we have our Vivint home security system! He gave me his personal number to ensure that if we ever have any issues to contact him directly and he would come in a heartbeat to help out with whatever situation arises.

My family and I received such excellent customer service! We now have the top-of-the-line security system, and we are happy with our choice. Being able to control the entire system from our phones is amazing. The best choice we could have made is Vivint. Would definitely recommend!

The person who came gave us a quote was nice and quick. The person who installed it also took their time and came to install it when It was dark. Overall it’s ok. But I had like a package deal where I can change the thermostats with my phone but now my air is not working anymore. Not sure if it’s for changing it or something else.

I installed a smarthome system in my house in 2008. Because the technology advanced significantly I decided to upgrade my system. I contacted Vivint to do so. They listened and promised to install a brand new smarthome system. I was very specific about my needs. After talking to 6 managers, sending 9 pictures of my current system and 2 appointments they communicated to me that they were not capable to do even what I have. They talked about cameras, door locks - the security system. I was talking about full house automation. Vivint is advertising that they are expert in the smarthomes. This is far from the truth. Their advertisement is misleading at least. It is wrong and very unprofessional. Beware of their promises. I wasted a lot of time and energy with their representatives. They charged my credit card already. Waiting to be reimbursed.

Sales rep was great to understand and he explained everything in a way I could understand. Didn’t try to pressure us into signing up! The technician did a great job and handled the installation very professionally and in a timely manner.

Both sales and install process was great. Install guy worked diligently to overcome some challenges with my home and was very professional. Sales was excellent. I was not prepared to actually sign up on the spot but he really sold me on the product and its capabilities.

Sales guy Ben ** was great, but install technician and one of the electricians need more training. One of the electricians moved a piece of furniture without asking if it was ok. The installation technician used a 2 step ladder, then proceeded to stand on the top bar of the ladder which isn't even a step, it's more like a handle. This is a safety issue that could result in a fall/injury. I told her she shouldn't do that, but she said she hasn't fallen yet.

Reestablishment of service was Done smooth and easy. There were a few obstacles with communication, however they were resolved with no problem. The service the installer provided with professional and courteous.

Vivint Rep was extremely knowledgeable of products. Thoroughly explained everything. The installation process was quick and professional. The system is complex, but the installer gave excellent tutorial. We are very pleased. We would highly recommend. We have complete access to our home via tablets, cell phones from anywhere.

We had ADT. Our doorbell camera rarely worked the whole time we had it. Vivint offered us the same price we were paying ADT, and gave us better, and more products than what we had through Vivint. I’m very glad we switched.

I honestly wish the rep who originally scheduled my appointment gave me a more detailed explanation of what to expect on installation day but my tech was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was fairly quick in setup and recommending products more suitable for my place. He gets extra points because he moved my big fish tank which I wish I knew to move before his arrival. But I definitely would recommend the service and can't wait to purchase my own home and be able to experience more products and service.

Thus far I am delighted with my camera doorbell and outside camera. The new door lock is exciting. I just joined yesterday, so I cannot fully comment about the service. The technician were nice, and surprisingly knowledgeable, despite being young and small in size. Thus far, I am happy.

Great service provided and clear explanation from the program overall and installation process. They explained everything and answered every question we had. Here are my initial impressions. Pros/ the cameras are absolutely fabulous and I love the deter features on the cameras and the doorbell. The picture is incredibly clear and the radius of the view is quite impressive. The panel is simple and easy to use. Cons: the door locks are so loud that I don’t know if we can even use them. They would literally wake everyone in the house if they were used at night. I am still figuring out the system so I do not understand the sensor features. The panel was placed downstairs. How would we ever hear the sound if a sensor went off in the night? The volume would need to be changed each down to turn down the volume during the day and to turn up the volume at night. I wish that the volume had day and night settings. As I said, I am still a brand new user and will continue to figure this out.

Overall I had a good experience. I like the service so far, but I have a few issues with the install. The tech left without getting my garage set up though. The tech also left a loose wire inside garage going into attic.

Both the rep and install guy were fantastic! They both answered all my questions and were very polite the entire time. They were very professional and knowledgeable about their job. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone! I am already enjoying my new equipment and my kids love being able to use the door lock.

My tech arrived and was friendly and knowledgeable about my new system. He went over all of the blind spots in my home and offered extra equipment to fix those spots. At anytime was he pushy or try to upsell me anything that wasn’t necessary. I love the new system!!

Didn't put in my inside camera in and he didn't leave me a Vivint sign or my window sticker and HE LEFT MY HOUSE IN A MESS!!! I DON'T CLEAN UP BEHIND NOBODY, leaving wires on my floor and inviting someone else to my Damn Home. No way do I ever want him in my house again. He did a poor job.

Service was great, just no clean up after so we have wood chips and drywall dust left everywhere. Layne was great at helping get everything going and explains the functions. So far so good. Cameras are great and everything seems to be working as it should be.

One of the most professional installs I have ever had Deanna tech #** was polite, professional and did an amazing job. She answered all questions and made sure we were all taken care of!!!! We will be definitely referring her more customers.

Bishop was our sales rep for our area, he was very knowledgeable and great to talk to! Frank was very knowledgeable of the equipment and how to install it. He answered all of our questions and showed us how to operate the system. Only flaw was him having to make a 60 mile round trip for equipment which caused him to be late for our appointment, which probably was not his fault.

I highly recommend Vivint. I enjoyed the entire process. The sales person was really good at explaining everything and the techs were very professional and even offered to sweep some of the mess for me. The system is really easy to use and I can now sleep in peace knowing my property is secure.

I like it, the equipment seems to be top notch, clear images, sales person and installer did good. I would recommend Vivint to my friends and my family. It definitely makes your home more secure. Feel good about leaving home knowing our house is secure.

Install Tech showed up an hour later than he was scheduled to be here. Salesperson did text to say he was going to show up late but he was still later than I was told he was going to be here. Once he got here he went right to work, he was friendly and professional. The install couldn’t be completed and the installer had to come back the next day because he did not have all the equipment he needed to complete the job. Came back the second day on time and completed the job. Explained the system, helped get my wife’s phone hooked up and left. Less than an hour after he left the system showed I had an open window so I went hunting for the window and then learned that several windows sensors were not even working and they were not named correctly.

Overall great customer satisfaction. I was mispriced but the manager corrected the issue and gave an extra incentive. My first appointment was cancelled due to the tech calling off and the sales manager corrected that issue with a callback for a next day appointment. The tech explained the system and did his best.

The installation process was great and the technician Eric was great at explaining everything. The equipment was installed with minimal holes to the walls. The cameras were placed well and cover the area that we were hoping to cover. The home panel was placed in a convenient spot, and it is very easy to use. The app a also very easy to use. We are happy to recommend Vivint to our friends and family.

Calvin was very pleasant to work with I am enjoying my Vivint and now my kids want to join so I need Calvin to contact me. I think that's his name so if someone could please contact him and let him know I have customers for him.

To say I’m pleased with my service is an understatement! This has been the best customer service, installation, and product experience I have ever had with any security service. The cameras are extremely clear and that whistle the cameras does when someone is in the frame longer than 10 seconds is priceless! I have a pool and have always been concerned with someone falling in who can’t swim! Well with Vivint I get notifications, actual snapshots on my watch of anyone too close to the pool. LOOK AT VIVINT! Because it is in such real time it could really save someone’s life! This is so epic and absolutely necessary if you have a pool especially with kids. I have so much more comfort in my own home thanks to Vivint.

Steven and Matt were beyond good—outstanding. Steven in sales answered multiple questions in a steadfast and courteous manner. Matt was meticulous and exacting in completing the installation all the while answering questions and providing expert advice. If equipment is as good as these men we are set!!

My neighbors recently had a system installed and I was impressed enough to want one. Salesperson and technician were very professional and knowledgeable. I had my quote and service set up all in one day. :) The old sensors wouldn’t connect to the new system so they replaced them for me free of charge. Aaron was pretty nice and added a deadbolt to a door I hadn’t planned at first.

We just closed on a beautiful custom home and wanted to protect it. Our home has an 8 foot tall solid Alder front door as well as an 8 foot standard painted exterior door into the garage. Usually Vivint does a 3/4" bore into doors and the jamb to hide an internal sensor in exterior doors for better aesthetics. I specifically asked about this when I ordered the install and was told they would bore it...as that is the proper way. Instead, the technician put external sensors similar to those on windows, stating that he wasn't allowed to standard bore into custom doors. But instead of using the adhesive, he drilled them into the doors...the interior face that is seen by everyone. He did not ask before doing this. He did not ask for placement. Just placed them, and put holes into the doors. So his answer to "I can't drill you custom door" where no one will see it...was to drill the custom door where EVERYONE can see it.

I was very much in need of home security mainly doorbell cams when your rep Clay showed up with exact packaged I needed with a great price. Installation was done the same day.
