Everything went great. Start to finish. Already happy being away from Cox. Very smooth process. Great communication from everyone. System is easy to use even for someone who isn’t into techie stuff like myself. I would definitely recommend Vivint to family and friends.

Jake ** was great and helped me put together a system that will accommodate my needs. Your install tech was not skilled enough to accomplish this task. He initially told me he could do the install the way I wanted. Then he didn’t have the right tools. When he left, my deadbolt was not installed, and one of my cameras would not stay online and still doesn’t work. I asked him to secure all the cables he ran under the house to the floor joists. He just left all the wire laying on the ground. He was supposed staple the cable to the door frame to hide it, but it comes through the wall and just hangs. This is right next to my front door (picture attached). Again, I asked him to secure it, but he lost his staple gun… Lastly, he tried to use a multi-plug under my house to power some outdoor cameras (picture attached) and this looks like a fire hazard as well as the plug doesn’t seat properly and the camera loses power. I am really disappointed with my install….

My experience with Chris and Anthony were very professional. They knew their job. They were very helpful. And they made sure I understood everything and they were very nice and when my husband came they also showed and had no problem let him know what was going on so again I am please so far with everything that went on so far so again thanks and their hospitality and everything was great they were. They knew everything so thank you.

The video and sound quality is very good. Only day 2 of having the system and we can already tell this is the security system we have been looking for. Oh and the hidden door alerts are well designed. We are very happy.

The installer showed up early. To my surprise and really knew his stuff. I was hesitant at first with Vivint but man the video quality and the installer really made me a believer. Good stuff. My boat's cool.

I was rather in a hurry for the sales presentation, but glad I listened and signed up. The equipment is definitely an improvement from what I have had. So, so far, so good. I am happy with this system. I like the extra outside cameras. I like the way the system communicates with each part and the ease of operation on the associated app. I like that the thermostat is controllable from the app and it looks sleek and is an essential step to a smart home. I like the ease of use of the door lock (keypad) and that it can be programmed to speak, or not, to the home security setting. The main control panel is easy to use and looks great on the wall. In the short time I’ve had the Vivint system (1week) I can say I like it, a lot, the equipment, looks and ease of use.

They did a great job and they cleaned up after they finished the job. And they helped set up our phones and explained the system to us. Thanks for a great job. They spent a lot of time to make sure everything was right.

I really needed the system because I am home by myself. The security system is just what I needed because I can see who's at the door before I open it. It a safe and secure system. Everyone need to invest in one because it is worth every cent that is spent on it. It's very amazing to have a system like it.

Lots of moving parts to coordinate, but after three tries the provider was able to get us set up. The final tech was very smart and knowledgeable but the first two techs were sweet but not able to get the system to work when our internet was not installed yet. I wonder if two trips could have been avoided with better information from the office before the wasted trips to my house regarding the lack of internet and what to do in that situation.

I would recommend to anybody. The person to install my Vivint have very nice personality and also be patient and explain everything step-by-step for me to understand. I hope you Keep up with the good work. I would recommend you for anybody.

Kyle was helpful and efficient and I would happily recommend him and your company to friends, neighbors, cousin etc. However —and this is NOTHING against Kyle—as a 73- year old junior/senior, citizen, I’m Old School & I’d really appreciate an owner's manual or at least a small sheet of paper with instructions!!!

Matt walked us through the full process of the programs not just once, but twice to be sure we understood the system. He was very patient. Offered a strong friendly service. Likewise, all of the available options are a plus. Works well with phone too.

To date, VIVINT is the best alarm system that I have owned. They are constantly upgrading their equipment to meet new technologies. Monitoring fees are not bad either. They are quick to call and send an email if an alarm is detected. Their customer support, sales team and installers are very professional.

I would recommend to a friend. Both the sales staff and installation technician were very nice and friendly. After doing selection they were able to install that same night. Technician was very helpful and explained about the system. He also swept up the drywall from drilling and the wood chips from drilling in the doors.

I had Alarm.com through a 3rd the service in the beginning. Worked nice. Then for two years a nightmare and a 5 year contract I had to end. Vivint is professional and by the book. 24 hrs support and superior service.

I felt that I was forced into something that was not at all what they explained to me. Most of the details was left out until it was time to sign an agreement that had way more stipulations than I was lead to believe. First I was not informed that I would be applying for credit to purchase the equipment that I would be receiving. The representative only stated I would be paying a certain amount a month and whenever I wanted to cancel services I could do so with no penalty. Which is in fact not true. I would be liable for the equipment until paid off. Then I was forced into putting my banking info on the account. The rep hit the back button on the tablet and made me go locate my bank info and I felt really uncomfortable about this. When the technician came he better explained to me what was going on and that I am in a 60 month agreement.

Had a great time talking to the technician. Real respectful, hard-working man. He knows what he’s doing. He explained everything to me in detail where I could understand. Because I’m the type of person that if you don’t explain to me hands-on I will not quite get it but he did a great job. And to me that’s quality service right there.

Marqees is our customer representative and he was so helpful in getting us set up. The cost for the service and equipment is very low and the quality of service received is great. Ding set our equipment up within 45 minutes of talking to our representative. These guys were amazing and we’ll absolutely be recommending to friends.

System is so easy to use and is great to have for my kids safety and our dog! I love knowing who is coming and going from the house and making sure the doors and windows are locked from my smart phone

Installer was great. Explained the system very well, the rep on the phone was very misleading about the system but the installer explained it much better. So far I do like the system but I’m only a day in.

All that I spoke with were very helpful until I got to tech support. He acted like he was more interested in getting off the phone. I have never had this service before and it is at a new house. I had no idea what he was talking about because I had never been introduced to the equipment. I asked for a tech to come out and was given every excuse why I couldn’t.

Decent job done the first time. One of the entry sensors did not work properly with the new system. So I requested that the installer come back to address the issues. He came back and fixed the problem with new sensors.

Pretty easy set up, overall. The technician was very patient with us and the conversion of the ancient thermostat. When I say that the sales representative’s customer service was top notch and knowledgeable about their product, that’s a complete understatement. From start to finish, you knew that you were about to get a great reliable service. Tech came out today to an investment property to connect 2 cameras, 2 motions, 2 door alarms. Everything was completed in 1 day. Everything works and technician was great. No complaints. Will be calling them on the next project for sure.

The install technician was terrible. I have filed a complaint with Vivint. My door jam is destroyed. He broke bricks off my house. He did a terrible job. Took way too long for the install. He doesn’t seem to know what he’s doing.

The doorbell camera is very clear. It is a much better quality than our previous camera from a different company. The control panel and mobile app are very user friendly. The technician, “Clint”, was very professional and courteous. He explained how to operate the system, and was very knowledgeable.

May be a dead battery. Why wasn’t this checked out before leaving. It was reported immediately on my phone. Had company did not have time to call immediately. Called yesterday and was told I wasn’t connected to WiFi. I told him then about window and the gentlemen just talked over me and so I just gave up.

Once the sale was completed the install was super fast. The guys were polite and professional. Only hiccup was the setup wasn't completed at time of set up. I had to call Vivint to troubleshoot. The call center was also fast and we cleared up the issue promptly.

The installation was smooth. The panel notifications are a little annoying. I've never heard of Citizens One, but I know it isn't Citizens National Bank of Texas. Citizens One says they are financing my purchase, but the contract said 0% finance fee. My phone keeps "dumping" the app. As I think about the overall scenario, I have plenty more to say, but this isn't the proper vehicle.

Originally, I purchased Vivint to ensure I could keep track of who was coming into my house with my sister on hospice. But it has turned into an all around great home security system, whether I am home or away on some errands. I love being able to talk through the doorbell camera while also having the ability to unlock/lock the door from my phone.

The technician was very professional and quick with his service. He showed us how to work everything before he finished. The appointment time said between 10:00 and 12:00 and he didn’t arrive until 12:45, but once he was there he got right to work to get everything installed and completed.

Easy to follow instructions and very helpful customer service reps. The system was up and running in no time and we're very happy with the results. We would definitely recommend the service to friends and family. It's easy to use for people of all technical levels.

The system was installed on 5/28/21. Everything works from the panel however I can not pull up cameras or arm or disarm the system from my phone. Vivint has already taken a payment from my account which is fine if the system works like it is suppose to. At this point I am hoping I have not made a mistake. The technician was supposed to come this morning and I have not heard anything from him. Needless to say I am a little upset.

Salesman needs to be upfront about installation. Scheduled installation 30 min from transaction completion. Had to cancel plans w/ family until we demanded next day install. Really wish they’d just done this from the beginning. Made it seem like we were asking for the world. Install tech was polite and did the best he could. Needed 2 more teammates to help finish the job. Install took 5 hrs instead of the 2.5-3.

I am very disappointed that I agreed to switch alarms and nothing was explained to me. I didn’t even know what the router was for. I was told I was going to be able to control my thermostat with my alarm and it was a lie. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Love my new Vivint Smart Home Pro System! I now have peace of mind knowing my home is protected. I can view the live camera feed from anywhere at anytime and get notified as soon as someone approaches my property. The system and app are easy to use and I can arm and disarm it with the touch of a button. Installation was quick and easy. Would recommend it to anyone.

Had problems from the first day. Don't have enough space to put all the problems with this system. First problem, main camera driveway, couldn't see at night, image to dark. They changed the camera after I complained. Asked the tech if internet went down, would the system still work? He said it would still record but the phone app will otherwise not connect. My ISP had a schedule outage, camera did not record and my vehicle was violated that night. If there's a power outages system will not work. With this in mind, people that know of this vulnerability can turn the power off the house to get access to the home. Still have many other issues. The system work intermittently. The finding are after the fact when checking the system it didn't record the event. The panel will not show any history but the current day. Very upset about the whole system.

The representative was punctual, polite, and professional. He installed all the equipment in a timely manner. He answered all questions and once completed, he cleaned all the work areas then proceeded to provide a tutorial on how the equipment worked.

Our salesman Randell was awesome, he had to stop by several times before we could get everything up and running. No fault of Vivint, I had to get a few things in order because we were still painting the inside of the house and hadn’t moved in yet. Randell even helped move a couple of very pieces of furniture in the house for us. Today we had all our ducks in a row and within an hour of e-signing the paperwork, our installation man was there to get everything installed. He was quick and efficient and walked us through how to use everything.

Chase was extremely helpful, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Well versed in not just the technical aspects of his job but customer service oriented as well. I would recommend Vivint to more potential customers if Chase was the installation technician.

Your salesperson, Parker misrepresented his authority to waive various fees. He lied!! I am trying the system. My fence post was uprooted from the ground and left. A small in home ladder used was left in the yard. I cleaned all shavings left.

Just had Vivint installed on our new home. Outdoor cameras, 24/7 video recording, doorbell, the works. Our tech was amazing. Everything professionally installed and looks great! Couldn’t be happier with my choice. Far exceeds that of Xfinity or ADT and I’ve had all of them.

It has been less than 24 hrs since my household received the new devices. We are familiarizing ourselves with the controls. Locking and unlocking the deadbolt on the front door from the app and the main panel. Learning how to use the Google Nest as well. The systems seem to be user friendly.

We only wish we had made the change sooner. Overall the security system products & related services are great - a major upgrade from the archaic security system (ADT) we had prior. However, the sales guy knocked on our door at 7pm right as we were making dinner which was terribly inconvenient so he offered to come back earlier the next day. His first pitch was that we could do a trial of one or two new Vivint products and it would be added to our existing system for the trial, but before I knew it, he was getting us set up as new vivint customers and scheduling the full installation for that same day. I tried to stop and ask why we were getting the full system vs the trial products but the sales guy was not clear and brushed past my concerns. While this system is way better than what we had before & better value for only a slightly higher monthly rate, I felt like I was getting the run-around on being offered the products as a trial vs. installing and starting service with vivint (i.e. no trial).

Brian was training Luke and the two actually removed their shoes before entering my home. It was like sitting with two old friends. Everything which discussed was on my application. They did a great job and made sure I was comfortable before signing my contract. Shane arrived about 2 hours later and did a magnificent job on the install, answering questions and educating my on the business of Vivint with its history. They all left their contact information. The system has been working great my wife is happy and like the setup! THANKS GUYS. WONDERFUL JOB!

The sale person Joshua and I spoke about the installation and what was of importance to me. But when all was said and done. I still did not get the garage door function. I have called Joshua and he said someone will come back to take care of it. I am still waiting. This will be a deal breaker for me. Right now I am not a happy customer.
