Technicians were hardworking and courteous. They went over and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with the install. They took time to explain the processes and utility of all the components I had installed. They hit some snags but spent the time to resolve the issues. Great job overall.

The guy who installed my equipment was great. We had to call customer service to fix a thermostat setting. That took too long and the agents kept repeating back everything I said. I don’t need or want them to do that. It’s more professional to just have a conversation with me to fix what is needed. Thanks.

We are super excited about this security system. We had a great sales rep and install guy! The process was very quick to have everything installed. We were surprised that after we bought the system it was installed right after!

They contacted me and had our system put in the house the same day. It was fast and simple. Ended up telling my brother about the service and he got his install the next day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable!

For the most part, the team was professional and friendly. I was looking for a security system and Kaeden showed up shortly after the movers left. He took his time going over everything, which I appreciated. He stayed until after 8:00 pm. I was very surprised when he said they could install that night if I was going to be awake for a while. I was good with that, so shortly thereafter the install team arrived. They were nice/professional as well. They tried to get me to upgrade three more components by “selling” them. I ended up taking two of the three but regret upgrading the camera, at least right now. I didn’t realize how bulky and in-the-way it would look.

Amazing service by David our installer. He took lots of time to help me learn and understand the system. David worked in a timely fashion and was extremely professional. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and his knowledge of the product.

I wasn’t happy about getting it installed right then. I had things I was doing and they didn’t get done. Roommate was pissed off - he had to work at 6 the next morning. I’m old and I had a stroke a few weeks ago. I feel like I was railroaded. I kept asking questions that weren’t getting answered.

Mark worked in a timely manner. Explained to us every step on how to use our equipment very carefully making sure we understood. Mark also reassured my family that this smart home equipment is very reliable and very simple to use. I would definitely recommend this line of equipment to anyone looking to purchase smart home accessories.

Vivint team was great. Super happy with the purchase. I love the system and all its features. I was a shocked how quick and efficient the process was to get an alarm system put in my home. Thank you vivint.

I am not happy with the installation process of the cameras and the level of communication during the process. The tech did not communicate the issues and what needed to take place. He didn’t inform me he was having issues and what needed to take place. He put extra holes in my wall, patched them poorly and disconnected my garage opener and I am unable to get it synced to open and close with my opener as it was before. As far as system it is working and no issues at this time to report. The supervisor I reported to figured 2 months of no payment would be fine, but it will take more than that to fix and paint the wall to match. Lastly the tech left a mess in my home in areas. I am still finding pieces of wires here and there. The tech was nice but he needs to learn communication with customers before he tears up the home, because the patch job is gonna make it worse.

After talking with three different reps over the phone, Andy came thru and set the order according and was very professional, honest, and upfront. This is exactly what I always expect folks to be like! There is nothing less I could have asked for. Very much appreciated to lose this deal. Thank you Andy and was a pleasure meeting!!

Easy to deal with great system. Customer service is pretty good. Tech was nice and finished in a timely manner. Sales person was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment seems to be high end. So far video quality is amazing. Very user friendly.

Very quick and professional team. Had a full system installed and fully integrated within 24 hrs of sale. So far everything looks to work as advertised and the camera resolution is phenomenal. I love that the cameras use AI to understand the difference between motion from people and normal movement from the wind. Solid experience overall!

Great service. Jared explained all the equipment very well. He quickly installed everything and cleaned up after himself. I am looking forward to using this new system. So much more up to date than my previous system where I had to change my doorbell and constantly put batteries in my thermostat.

My technician was very friendly and kind and very professional. The process was easy and he even helped me install my garage door opener with another app. He took the time to help me, hook up my garage door opener and install the wireless garage door opener.

We just got our security system installed today and it looks very promising! We also had a great pro who came in and set everything up for us and then showed us how everything works! We are so excited to start using it!

My technician was amazing!! He was very knowledgeable, precise in his work and inviting. I did not feel uncomfortable with him in my home. He showed me and my husband how to use our new system. He made sure we had the correct app and knew how to work each camera. He was easy to converse with. He made conversation off of interest to us both. I would highly recommend him. He was great!

The Vivint Representative, Dell, was very thorough about the installation and how to use the system. Dell went over each area of the keypad and what we can add to make the home more secure. Can't wait to use the system.

I am beyond pleased with this entire experience. The customer service I have received from Dan and Miranda, my SMART HOME Pro and VIVINT install technician, is second to none. The equipment is top of the line with 4K cameras and the app that runs it all is easy to navigate. 30 day DVR for recording and the 5G service gives me the peace of mind I was looking for in a security system. Thanks Dan and Miranda for helping my family and myself sleep better! VIVINT is lucky to have the two of you representing their company on the service level.

All was great from the salesman to the installer coming back the next day to explain how the system works. Having difficulty with the citizen's sign up. The link is saying there is a problem. I will speak with the sales agent this evening.

Technician Conner did an excellent job installing new equipment. He explained how everything worked very succinctly and sometimes had to re-explain (that was needed on our part!). He was very personable and worked in a timely fashion. Thank you for your courteous people.

The sales rep was Very Knowledgeable and professional. He answered all my question. He was even able to get a Same day installation. The installer was fast and professional. He took the time to explain everything to me a couple times until I understood how the system worked.

Vivint home security. Professional personnel and top notch installation and service. The installers were professional. Brought in an electrician to wire the system in. The installers were extremely thorough and thoughtful with the explanation and tutorial on how the system worked. We're very happy with our new Vivint home security system.

To start, the product is great and our technician was amazing. But when trying to make the sale, my rep wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and made a huge expensive package for me to try for a trial week. I knew what I wanted and did not want to make unnecessary holes in my house for things I knew I did not want and for them to be removed in a week. So when the tech got here to install he actually listened to the four products I wanted and called the sales guy to tell him to remove the unnecessary things from the package which got some push back but ultimately took off the products after I had said a sale is a sale and I do not need 8k worth of products.

It’s so easy and smooth to make the order. I already did my research online, I know what I want. Just this time is for a gift, if I purchase for myself, I would use Bundle purchase, if we can customized it, will even better. I will give you A Plus, High 5 for you,

There was a lot of things that had to be adjusted for the home security to work & the guy did everything no complaints & was super friendly. Our doorbell was old & broken so he had to rewire & our router for the Internet was also old so he had to give us a device that could connect to the Internet.

Roy was great. Punctual to appointment. Explained things. Was fast. Overall great experience. He could of cleaned up his mess he made from drilling Better. And I don’t think he doubled check the front door which already have the keyless entry so it’s making extra double noise and has a delay.

Easy to use. Excellent monitoring system. I love the door bell camera feature. The salesmen were professional and the installer was so very informative and helpful going over all the parts of the system and everything I needed to do to get started.

Once paperwork got signed it went fairly smooth. 4/5 stars is due to issues from Vivint website to get my signatures. So there I was… Unprotected from video or audio from the outside world. A salesman came by and told me that I could be protected and then I wouldn’t have to worry so much. He explained how he could put a fire alarm/smoke detector in here that would contact the local bar department when it went off… He also installed a doorbell that has a camera… And added an extra camera to watch the driveway with. On top of all that I got glass break detectors installed and an automatic front door lock that I can lock from anywhere off of my app on my phone. Now I have complete control over my home security’s by using my telephone. For the products that I received compared to what little I had to pay for them was a no brainer. I feel a lot safer and more secure with the system. It was worth every penny. I would recommend this system to anybody!

I love this system from the minute it was installed. My tech that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did everything quickly and efficiently and walked me through the entire system afterwards. Even helped me troubleshoot my garage door opener that wasn't working. I would recommend Vivint to everyone.

The technician did a great job. Vivint wasn't upfront with their customer. I didn't like that. I was quoted a different price and the equipment was expensive. Financing is 5 years as well. The only good thing is that the equipment belongs to you once purchased even if you move.

Salesman didn't explain the camera. Had to have power. Little more work for me but he was very nice so I will have to run wire And tech will come put cameras in in two weeks. Not enough time for me to move everything so he could finish last night.

Informative info about Home Security, and just a couple hours later our home is protected with Vivint. From the salesperson to the install everything went professionally and flawlessly. I highly recommend. I am amazed at the service we received for the low-cost.

They keep texting me, calling me James, their new customer. I am NOT James. I have asked repeatedly to stop texting me and figure out James number. Must not be a really good home security company if they can’t get their customer's number correct and keep harassing other people.

Transformer burned out but was replaced quickly. Been working great since. Considering a 2nd camera for backyard to watch my pool with. The one I have has excellent picture. Accidentally set its off once. Response time by your team was very quick.

The only reason I am not giving 5 starts is because when I initially called the person on the phone spelled my name wrong in the system and so that caused a delay as Jon had to contact them and get it fixed.

Had a door to door guy come on a Sunday because I was out the night before with friends. He did show up, explained the system, got my install set and I got a deal on my services. Overall I would recommend them. Customer service excellent, but the equipment is good quality.

I had an installation, loving the system, however the tech was unprofessional. He was on his phone talking to a friend the entire time, and he even said "I gotta get out of here" but wasn't finished with the job. I Couldn't ask any questions since he was on his phone, I felt like I was interrupting even though it was my installation. He didn't leave the sign or stickers, and about 5 minutes after he left, my doorbell camera went offline and wouldn't come up, the side of the door also blocks some of the camera, and when I asked him about it, he said it would be fine. It still shows on my camera.

The representative was very helpful and grateful and I thank them so much and I will recommend family members and friends to Vivint. Thanks so much and the price a month for my home is very reasonable and yes I will most definitely refer someone.

The gentleman who came to install the equipment told us that we will need to pay additional $278 to replace the sensors and install new ones. Later I found that I was charged $331. He didn’t bother to explain the details, left in a hurry as he was getting late for his next service. Very frustrating.

From the beginning of my Vivint journey with Bryce selling me on the service, to Bri installing the system, I had a wonderful experience. They were both knowledgeable and patient with all questions I may have had, and at times even explaining twice if I didn’t understand. They were both great and I’m looking forward to all this system offers!

Clay from Vivint and his team were awesome. He had a team on site in a couple of hours to install my service. My security system makes me feel safe whether I am at home or not. Clay explained everything thoroughly.

Deliver all that it promised and more to make a safe and secure home, the doorbell especially very useful to identify who is at the door. When each door is open we are alerted, the ability to alert fire police or requesting medical assistance is priceless.

Darius and Bridget discussed the home security system with me and we arranged for me to get one security camera outside the garage, the doorbell, keypad deadbolt, 3 sensors, the glass break, and the garage door opener. They were very knowledgeable about the product and tailored the services to my needs. When Audrey came to install the equipment, she was upfront in disclosing that the existing Genie garage system may not be compatible with the Vivint system. In fact, she said it's very rare that it would work but she would give it a try. She installed the doorbell, deadbolt, and the glass break. She showed me how to use the panel and made sure I could use the system from my phone. Lastly, we were both elated that the Genie system worked and I am super pleased with the product and service I received.

Polite and very helpful! Made the setup process simple and easy! Walked me through everything and now I have peace of mind! Would totally recommend them! Cameras and sensors are clear and functioning spot on! Love the app that allows you to see and control everything!

Gabriel the installer was so polite and friendly and helpful. He was very respectful of my home. The sales rep was also so very nice and respectful. The install was quick and easy and Gabriel took his time walking me through the system. And said if we needed any help to let him know. It started out that they were giving away free equipment because they were doing a large volume. It turned out that nothing was free and you are paying for an overpriced bundle for five years. The overpriced equipment notwithstanding the monitoring does make me feel safer so I’m willing to ignore the misleading sales pitch.

Daniel ** was very professional and explained thoroughly and understood what our needs were. Diego ** installed our system and was very professional and explained all the features and how to use them. He made sure we understood everything before he left. The Vivint Team was very courteous, professional and explained everything and answered all put questions.

My experience was great with both the salesman and the technician. So far so good. I'm satisfied with the Vivint equipment. I look forward to a long relationship with the company. The technician was great. He was fast. He explained everything really well. And he switched over from my last provider with ease.

I am very pleased with the Security system, the entire process of reviewing the needs for my house, to applying and installing the system was made in a 4 hour window. I did not have to wait or scheduled an install date. The cameras are very good quality and having the chance to integrate other smart home features within the Vivint app is amazing and makes it for a one stop location. I highly recommend this product.

Caleb was fantastic. He was timely, helpful and extraordinarily customer driven. On the other hand Vivint customer service was not up to par, the wait times were ridiculous and some of the employees did not have the knowledge necessary to assist. Because of this I hung up on a couple and had to call back. All-in-all I value the security system that was set up and I am excited to put it to use.

Tech communicated well on what he would be doing and where in the house. Made great suggestions on camera placements. Cleaned up any mess he made from holes that had to be drilled. Other techs even came to help since they finished their jobs early. Very team oriented.

It was a good experience. I would definitely let people know to get this for their house and it great price and it good for a bad area so I would let people know about it. So far I like the system. It good.

I'm grateful for Andy for introducing us to the Vivint home security system. It's been heaven sent with the recent break ins and thefts of packages off of people's front doors. The sales rep was nice and charismatic. Got the features I wanted and they were installed the same day. The upgraded technology is amazing, I love the integration with the cell phone and the deter feature. The sales rep just happened to catch me at the right time.

The Salesperson and the Technician were very helpful and friendly. The Alarm system is easy to use after 4 tries. I can sleep early knowing no one can get into my home. I love the camera doorbell. The Technician fixed my doorbell unlike another Alarm company would do. I hoping to talk to my other neighbors on my surroundings area to get Vivint. Crime is going up everywhere and having a Alarm system would get the police to your house faster. The panel has not only a Alarm the police the firefighters and the Ambulance. Happy I have it.

The technician sent for the installation did not have the licenses to install all the components included as part of my setup. Prior to installation, the technician had me speak to customer support and they said that would be taken care off the next business day (Monday). After the partial installation was completed, and before the technician was leaving, he said the remaining installation was again reassigned to him. The technician said he wasn't able to help and I would have to call in and get it fixed.

The young man, Marco, who came to our door was polite, friendly and upfront. Being in business I appreciate that. Vivint is lucky to have an enthusiastic and ambitious worker. The installer who came knew his business, asked questions and had answers to ours.

I was a customer for several years. I left Vivint because their service was not good. I met with one of their managers this week and the quality of the equipment was 100% better. Additionally, the manager explained each new feature thoroughly. Hopefully, Vivint will live up to the second chance I've given them.

Setting up an account to use with existing equipment was very easy. Had a scheduling hiccup but they recovered well and kept me apprised as to when they would arrive. Tech was knowledgeable on equipment and got everything squared away quickly.

This equipment is unreal. The service is top notch and the app is incredible. I wish I’d of gotten this system sooner. The alarm system is cool but I have their 4K ultra HD cameras and being able to control the ac, my door locks and lighting along with my alarm system is too cool. Shout out to Vivint.

We had a pleasant visit with Josh, he is very knowledgeable about the product and was funny and polite. The installation crew was very prompt and polite. They listened to where we wanted the cameras and other items placed and were prompt in the installation process.

We bought a house that had an existing system. We still have no idea how to work it. We were supposed to get a call to walk us through everything. Instead, I got a text message asking for our contact info for their system. I was told I would get an e-mail with all of that information including the app info. Instead, I got a contract agreeing to their monthly rate. At the same time our air conditioning turned off. I called the service number and spent 45 minutes with a “tech” reading from a manual. He concluded we needed a new thermostat. My husband called back a bit later, was in the phone less than 10 minutes and the issue was completely fixed! I’m really worried about what we’ve signed up for….

The whole experience was very easy! Jacob was awesome and explained us everything in detail! The people who installed everything was fast and helped us set everything up! I purchased the home security Vivint system. The salesman Jake was very courtesy and patient. He told me all about the system and how it worked and what sold me was that I could have it installed that same day. Ryan the installer was very professional and helped me decide where to place the outside camera. He showed me how everything worked on the panel and was very kind.

Rayvon was my Vivint technician and he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate him being patient making sure our system was set up properly, and he was willing to answer my questions. He also didn’t bug me or make me feel like I had to be involved in every tiny thing, because I prefer that the tech just goes ahead and does what he knows to do. He was great!

Vivint was fast and courteous. Their system is easy to use. We did have a break in on money of our cars the night we had our system installed but the motion sensors didn't catch anything solid. Didn't record. I made a police report and called Vivint the next morning and they had a technician come out the same day and install a new add on that would continually record and did it free of charge for an apology of the system not catching the break in on the street.

There was no pressure to buy. He explain the produce. I was also looking up information on the product. He asked me what I was looking for in an alarm system. From there he provided options. The good thing I REALLY liked was that I didn’t have to wait until the product was delivered for ME to hook up. That helped with me decision to get this system. The next day, the Rep called to make sure everything was going good. I would recommend this product. Plus my neighbors use this system as well.

Kyle listened to our concerns and answered our questions before starting installation. He was very efficient while installing and kept us informed along the way. He gave us thorough instructions on using the system after installation. It was a great experience working with Kyle and we will definitely recommend him and Vivint for a home security system.

Great install wouldn't really smooth. The technician showed up on time. Equipment works great. I love it and would definitely recommend it. The doorbell gives you an instant image to your phone. The panel also records and provides the image of who's outside your house. Works great. Definitely would recommend.
