I am very satisfied with my installation and the technician Enrique (Ricky) was amazing. He was very efficient, knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything. Ricky was also pleasant and answered all my questions. I am beyond pleased with how everything went.

The gentlemen were very kind and were able to get the install done quickly. They went through each step with me and what they were going to do. They showed me how to use the system. I would recommend Vivint to my friends.

I have been with Vivint for five years now for my home, I added another account for my Office in American Canyon. Great Company, great products, stellar service! I highly Recommend Vivint for all residential and commercial properties. I have tried other Systems but they all did not meet my standards.

So excited to finally have a home security system, the process was super quick & he explained everything perfectly. The installation took place same day and the technician was awesome! We were shown some of the basics on how to use our system and it was pretty easy to understand and use.

Ben ** was my customer install representative. Ben arrived on time, explained what services I selected and installed the equipment taking care not to scratch the new paint. Ben was professional and explained all aspects on completion of install. Vivint is awesome!

The install was quick and painless and exactly what we wanted. The work was professional and clean. A lot of the wiring and whatnot was usable from the previous install. The cameras and sensors all work flawlessly. Highly recommended!

This is a really good security system. I seen people online using some of the features it has. However I do think it is rather pricey for the stuff included. It is a expensive more high-end I suppose security system.

Drake was great at making a package that fit my needs and went above and beyond with the discounts. The installer Christopher came same day and installed everything. Polite and knowledgeable. I feel safe with this new system and I know that my family is too.

The technicians were great. The technicians were efficient. The technicians were quick. The technicians got to my home and had several helpers to get the job done quickly. I’m going to watch over the years to see if what ADT said about Vivint is true.

Lance was very informative and helpful answering all my questions. He wasn’t pushy and took it step by step to ensure I understood everything we were getting. I would definitely recommend to our family and friends. He was friendly and made us feel comfortable with our purchase.

So far we are happy with our choice. Just got service installed. Cameras provide adequate coverage and the picture seems to be pretty clear. The user interface is intuitive and easy to understand. The mobile app is simple to use although it crashed a bit the other day. Hopefully this system works as advertised.

Perfect outcome. Very nice! Fast and easy. Affordable. These guys understand and know what they are doing. I can view my home without being home. Making me and my kids feel safe. His professionalism and his knowledge of the equipment. He didn’t finish until he had all the parts to complete the job. He even left to get the needed information to complete the job and came back to set up the system and give me training on how to operate it. Yes.

The sales associate and through it all my questions and found us a reasonable price for what we needed. Installation was quick and very professional and clean. I was excited to use the app. It was able to easily navigate all the options that they showed me from my phone. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who receives packages or is out of town a lot or works better control and situational awareness of their home.

Vivint is hands down second to none, great services and the setup is awesome! From the time I signed up for the security service and the time I had it installed was less than 2 hours. The tech was super, cleaned up as he was installing!

Just want to give a shoutout to Santiago for installing our system. Professional, excellent workmanship, answered all our questions, just an overall class act - hard to come by these days. 5 out of 5, would recommend to friends!

My initial technician couldn’t get my system connected. I had to reschedule, the new technician Darvell was awesome, knowledgeable about the installation process. Darvell was very hands-on with showing me how to use my system and set-up apps on my cellphone. Great experience overall.

My rep's name is Chris, when I say he was so detailed about the system every question I had for him he answered in detail, not just one-word answers. All around it has been a great experience. Chris, keep up the good work.

Mitchell has excellent communication skills and was extremely thorough in his explanation of using the alarm system. He answered all our big and small questions. Will definitely be recommending Vivint to my brother as he just purchased a new house.

I appreciate the employees who sold and installed the Vivint system in two houses. They were laid back with us just like you would treat a family member but were still professional with their job. The instillation guys were great with explaining system installed and my rep Matthew was awesome with answering all of my questions with this system but what sold me the most was his excitement on the product he is selling and the way he took the opportunity to get to know us a little and not just try to sell and run. I'm very excited about what your system can do and I was going to look for a system soon so when my rep showed up at the door I said why not now. Thank you so much!!

We haven’t had an armed security system on our home in quite some time and are thrilled that Vivint came our way. We dealt with three wonderful representatives from Vivint who were great in helping us through the process of deciding on Vivint and installation. So excited to be protected by this new system!

Dylan was very amazing. He was really experienced and patient with us. Could not of asked for anything better. Hope his tire gets fixed soon. Poor kid ended up with a flat tire in our alley. Anyways very excited to use Vivint security system.

Installed security system for office. Great customer service and support. Will recommend them to other businesses. Quick install and cameras have great resolution and sound. Sensors for breaking glass is a good thing. Adding users is simple and easy to keep track of.

Wasn't really asked where to put anything. Have to have another installer come out to move stuff because where the last installer put it. They barely told me anything. I have random holes in my walls where they put stuff. The location of the CO2 detector is in a horrible place. They didn't ask where to put anything. They left a huge mess. Not only did my kids step on the screws they left on the floor. They didn't clean up all the wood chips from the drills in my wall. They obviously didn't want to be here. I'm not happy with where things were placed. The mess that was left. I had to be asked how to work stuff. I wasn't even showed. Had to ask to see a receipt for what I was even charged for. Plus they were super loud and woke my kids up. I asked multiple times for them to stop slamming the door. I would not recommend to any one else. I actually kinda regret getting this system already.

Luis ** went above and beyond to install our alarm system, set-up our garage and AC system with Nest! He provided a 5 Star Customer experience and we sent him our family members as referrals. We will be recommending Vivint to anyone we come into contact with.

Benjamin helped me out throughout the entire process and helped me figure out the best price and the best equipment for my house. When Dan came to my house to install the equipment he was very friendly and professional. He installed the system as quick as possible and helped me through the entire process.

The sales pitch was way too long! After spending approximately 5 hours with Vivint personnel only 1/2 of the install was complete. Was complete. It was midnight when I asked them to leave. I can't imagine anyone being ok with a Tech setting off and testing alarms past midnight. Additionally, what the salesman told me the equipment would do and what the Tech told me the equipment did were not at all the same. I just want the half installed equipment gone.

Very nice people. Also it seems to be a very good product. We had wanted to get more window sensors and some web enabled cameras for a long time, but didn't know where to start. Consequently had not done anything. They made it easy, and were very pleasant to deal with and were honest and forthright. I also found out they are both members I'm of the same church we go to, and that I'm distantly related to the Vivint salesman (8th cousin 3 times removed). So overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

Both were very professional and knowledgeable about the product, I just wanted to say Thank You to Evan ** sales person and Michael ** installation person, these two young men are outstanding, Vivint is really blessed to have them on your team. I will recommend Vivint to other people I know.

I left ADT for Vivint because quality is so much better. Picture on cameras are crystal clear and you can zoom in. Even on the doorbell. Plus they bought me out of my previous contract! Easy peasy. Thank you.

Very very happy with the three gentlemen I met during the introduction of Vivint and installation. Could not be happier with the performance, ease of use and cost of product. All three gentlemen were professional and friendly and all had excellent personalities.

Installation of security system Technician did an outstanding job. The weather was very bad rainy, etc; but that did not stop him from doing his job. There were five cameras to install outside the residence. He was very customer oriented.

The tech was very helpful and very nice. It was a good vibe. I liked how helpful he was and that he was timely. He was also very nice to my dog and was very cleanly. I would definitely recommend it to a friend.

I was already at a peace of mind and the installer did an awesome job and I would recommend Vivint to anyone. He was on time and he cleaned up his mess. All my questions were asked and he even showed me how the system works on my phone.

Agent was nice and polite and very helpful, he make sure that he go over everything so I understand the whole system, and he is very easy to talked to and helped me set it on my phone cause not savvy about technology and he even left his name and number if I have question.

My experience getting started with Vivint was amazing from start to finish. Will, Skylar, and Carlos were all extremely helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I felt like they all took the time to explain things to me and ensure I was comfortable with each step of the process.

Chandler ** did an excellent job installing the system and walking me through the app and panel interface. I like the simplified look of the components. Vivint should start carrying the black smart lock deadbolt/keypads.

I'm very happy with this security system. Simple and easy to use and the equipment quality is amazing. I would absolutely recommend to anyone looking to be and feel safe especially when children are involved. Also the tech that installed my equipment did a fantastic job.

Sales associate was very personable and professional. Great monthly price. Equipment price was a little high but comes with a lifetime warranty which makes up for it. Installation was fast and easy. Installer walked us through the setup, relatively simple and easy to use.

The tech did a wonderful job and show me and my wife how to use the phone and pad. And if I know of someone that need an alarm system I will have them call you. He was on time and did all the work in a timely manner.

Was told we wouldn’t have a payment for 3 or 4 months. Got charged the next day and his response was, "Oh well they charge for the service fee, that’s not waived." He didn’t inform us that. You don’t see any totals until the end when you’re signing. Then the sales person takes the tablet back and rates themselves 5 stars. Installer placed camera at base of garage, I offered a ladder to install higher as my suv blocks a good amount of the view. Very frustrating. I will have to fix myself because Vivint says they will have to charge to come out. We had to disable the flood sensors because they are tripping the alarm and I’m getting multiple calls per week. Cannot recommend Vivint to anyone.

Jordan was a very nice person. Easy to talk to and very informative. Installation didn't take as long as originally thought. Installer was great and knew his stuff. Highly recommend them and their company. Still trying to figure out how to set correct times on the cameras.

Truly felt that Alana was God sent to my door. I was hesitant about choosing home security due to all the other companies and what they were offering. One thing that your company offered was real security, no sharing information. My private space wasn't going to be compromised and that won me over. Alana and Cody are a very good team. Install was great and all functions are amazing. Technician Anpherny was good. He helped us learn how to operate system. He made sure to adjust all cameras for most coverage and moves all furniture back after installing. Would definitely recommend to a friend and definitely for family as camera quality is great and technicians are always helpful.

One thing is the team needs to be sure and double check if a existing system is compatible before saying it is. Trying to add items at the end doesn’t leave a real positive feeling.

Sam **, sales person ** was amazing. Pleasant, great personality. Was so patient with my questions and showing me how everything works. He knew his job well. Complaint: Sam had a question. Called manager, told him to call another #, they told him to call someone else. This went on for 45 minutes. Felt sorry for Sam.

I was really looking for something to make my home secured while away and wow! I can say Vivint is really a great choice and I'm glad I chose it. The camera footage is just so crisp and clear you can see everything that you couldn't before!!

I was very pleased with the installer Charlie. He was very professional and very informative as he completed the install. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Charlie did a great job testing and walking me through the used of the control panel. The clarity of the cameras was superb.

The camera and door locks were not installed because he had no ladder and he could not figure out the door lock. No uniform or any way to identify he was an employee. He stayed on phone with manager trying to figure things out and took over 4 hours only to no complete everything. Very disappointed.

The tech who installed was very nice and helpful. It was a seamless experience and hope I will be happy with Vivint’s service. The only thing I wish were different is the way the quote is issued. I think a walk through the house and then issuing the quote would be better. The quote ended up being higher than originally thought.

Dealing with these guys was a breeze. They were not pushy and did not try to get crazy with upselling. If you didn’t want something they would not try to pressure you into buying it. The tech was pretty fast with getting everything installed and was very professional.

I was dissatisfied with the length of time it took to install the system. The tech showed up at 1 and didn’t finish until after 5 pm. This took up my entire Saturday afternoon. I was also taken aback how the tech walked through out my home without asking. He took off upstairs looking for something then came back downstairs and asked where it was located. At the end he did show us how to use the system.

Got a quote and the tech was on site to install within minutes! SERIOUSLY! Couldn’t be more pleased with the professionalism and friendliness. If you are considering any home security, I would recommend this company! From the initial presentation to the final completion of the installation, it has been a pleasure.

Sales representative wasn't clear about credit check and the effect it would or wouldn't have on credit pulling. Sales rep wasn't clear about the charge of how much would come out today or on another day.

Sales man was great most definitely go be number one. Also great techs but the salesman was the show stopper. Awesome. His name was Mitchell. Awesome guy. He was professional and honest, knowledgeable. I most definitely would refer him to anybody.

Kaleb, was prompt, showing up in the early end of the time frame scheduled. He was very efficient and professional with the installation and patient when explaining how to use the new products, downloading and using the app., even provided his cell phone number in case we have any questions or problems. Kaleb represented Vivint very well and offered great customer service.

The sales representative was great and knew his job very well. The installer was also great and did his job in a professional manner and cleaned up before he left my house. Overall I am very happy with my purchase and install.

My rep told me I would have free installation. I've waited 2 weeks and still no install. Vivint said they would send someone for a $199 installation fee. That's not the agreement I made. Your reps shouldn't be allowed to make promises that they can't keep. I'm canceling and I want my money back.

The sales person for Vivint home monitoring was very knowledgeable and well spoken, very professional, I already had a home alarm system but the vivint team explained to me how their system was far better than what I was already using.

We answered the door around 5 to a very friendly Sam G. Turns out Vivint had a deal on equipment I was going to buy and install anyway, but they'd install for a low price! By 9ish, Gabby G had everything installed and running! They were both professional and courteous and we've decided to adopt Sam - he was so fun and helpful!

The equipment is not bulky and fits in with the decor of my home well. The staff was courteous and friendly. The panel control is easy to use. I feel safer with Vivint smart home protection system. I would recommend Vivint to friends.

Was surprised they came at dark but just the night before someone hit my doorbell and made it stick. So I took a chance and let him in and I thought the experience was very professional and comfortable. Can’t afford much but I feel better having Vivint installed.

Travis came in and gave us all the information we wanted. Short, clear and direct to the point. He had a installation technician at our home in less then 5 minutes of leaving our house and had our full system up and running perfect all in a couple hours!

The night my dad passed away someone tried to break into his house. I called and ordered a System at 8 am on a Friday, They told me install was 5-6 days out. The technician heard the situation and came out the same day. He was wonderful.

The first night we had a storm and there was water coming in the basement in the morning and the alarm went off the sensor detected the water. It was nice to know that the alarm would go off when the water came in. The sales associate and the installer were very nice and answered all my questions and I would recommend Vivint security to my friends and family.

We had Vivint for a few years and then moved homes. In our new home, they offered us a trial period with ADT and the overall experience and service just did not compare to Vivint. They are super kind and informative. They are not pushy in any way. I felt like they truly cared about us and what they could provide for my family. Customer service has been excellent! We will never use another service for home security!

Fellow I talked to about it was professional about getting the service. Then the techs to install and set up were extremely quick, prompt and knowledgeable. Granted only a day with it but it's easy to use and isn't a burden on my daily routine.

Installer named Cory- or Corey- I can’t remember last name- but took the dude just two hours and he had the cameras, door locks, glass sensors, water line sensors, etc- the whole damn thing finished. Excellent setup and system guys. Zero complaints.

Crew installed 4 cameras, panel and door bell. They did a very professional job. The installation took about 2 hours from start to finish. The system is not complicated to operate. So far, we are pleased and would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone who is considering adding additional security to protect their family.

I started my service on 6/6/2021 and I was more than happy with the person who helped get me started, but the technician Ryan did not complete the installation as it was 11pm that evening by the time he finished 2 of the 3 cameras. Ryan then text the next day asking which day would be best to come since the camera wasn’t available at the time and install the backyard camera. I told him Wednesday 6/9/2021 around 6 pm because someone would be home. He was persistent that he wanted to come in the morning so I told him Friday 6/11/2021 I’d be home. We agreed to 8am and on that day, I didn’t receive a text from Ryan as it was around 10:30/11am. I asked him when he was coming and he said his boss got the schedules mixed up and if he can come Saturday morning. I agreed. As Saturday, again around 10am, I had to again reach out for information. Ryan then said his boss wouldn’t allow him to come because he was busy.

Tech was prompt, efficient and professional. He was thorough in explaining the details of the system. I’m very comfortable to operate the system and was given details about what to do if there were any technical issues. Would recommend the package to family and friends.

We had our salesman Josh come to our house and give us information on all of Vivint's home security. Which I loved and we even had it all installed the same night. And we really liked our installer Joe. He showed us everything we needed to know and he patched up holes on our wall when he took down our old equipment.

The whole experience was awesome and very affordable! Everyone I dealt with from the sales guy to the installer was great. Install was clean! Sales person gave me a good deal, the cameras are all 4K and overall just a great job all around. Highly recommend.

My home was broken into and after contacting Braun ** I was able to get cameras installed the next day by Levi. They were awesome to work with and I've never felt safer. Vivint was easy to work with and we found a plan that fit my needs and my budget.

The installer did an excellent job. The sales person talked us into a late install immediately following purchase. He promised a free month. The install process was discontinued at 1 am with a return in the morning to finish the process. Our family was exhausted and unprepared for the last minute late night. I would not recommend Vivint for this reason. It was actually worse than buying a car.

I haven’t had much time to experience the benefits of the Vivint package I purchased. However, from what I have heard from friends and family, it is truly a blessing to have. The Vivint representative was nice and courteous. He was also very detailed and very knowledgeable of the product.

Very polite salesman. Richy wasn’t pushy at all. Explained everything to T. Blew me away with the breakdown of cost of me buying it on my own vs going through Vivint. He sold me right after. Then he was able to have his tech come right after we signed the agreement. The techs came and did their thing. Appreciate every ring they have done because I never wanted to get a security system until my garage was broken into and my wife’s car was stolen along with some belongings a week ago. So this worked out with perfect timing because me and my wife were deciding who to go with. So it was like a coincidence when he showed a week after it that happen. Overall I’m happy with my system. I'm canceling, the salesman didn't tell me that this was a 5yr commitment. Also was told I could use it for 2 weeks with no obligation to purchase and the contract says I have to cancel within 3 days of the signing of the agreement.

Salesman and tech guy were both very courteous and professional. Was not thrilled with the first check guy coming out at 9:45 at night to do a two hour plus job. So we asked him to leave and he very professional he said he understood and did leave.

He explained everything about the system and made sure I was comfortable with it before leaving. He left his card and # for me to use anytime I needed to ask a question. Very happy I switched from Protection One.

The installer was very good. he knew a lot about technology. He did great work. He knew how to get multiple nests to work on iPhone. The iPhone makes multiple nests glitch if you have a mesh router system. I'm happy with the timing it took as well.

Good experience, just wish it had been earlier in the night. Other than that it went well. I would have like to have been told that our smoke detectors would not be monitored. That’s kind of a big deal. We might have traded out for new ones.

Salesman David went above and beyond to get me installed and buy out on my Brinks account since they wouldn’t let me out of my contract. He followed up with calls and emails. Installer was very efficient and quick on install. He taught us everything we needed to know about the system and was very professional. What a great company!
