Service was great and the guys was awesome and friendly - explain everything and made sure everything worked before he left and went over everything and showed us how to work everything. So there was no problem and I would send other people.

Dalton was informative and personable. He was helpful in getting us through the contracts and loan approval. He explained the pros of the system with clarity. He explained how the system would work in our home. We were happy with our experience.

They were able to come out and install equipment later that same day of signing up. I found that amazing, The only reason I give it 4 stars is that they weren't able to finish the entire work order because they had run out of equipment from the busy work day. We scheduled for them to come back and finish. Still a quick turn around.

Everyone was awesome. The seller, the technician were very professional. I look forward to recommending to friends who need the service. I enjoy learning how to work it and review the videos from activities. My children are enjoying it and knowing that we will all be safe. The panel is easy to use and also the mobile app is easy to use.

He did an outstanding job. Explained what he was doing and showed us how the system worked. We were very happy. He showed us where he located the cameras. He helped us to download the application on my cell phone.

Our salesperson and installer were so cool- professional, knowledgeable and super personable. Our salesman showed us all the options and made recommendations for our needs, walked around with us to look at our access points.,very thorough. Our installer, who was finishing a job, came over the same day… unheard of! I didn’t have to take off work another day. He also walked our home and yard and we decided the best locations for camera and sensors. He was incredibly neat, vacuumed up any dust, took out empty boxes and was a fantastic teacher! Takes us through the system and made sure we understood the functionality. Worked with our other devices, and made sure they were working. All in all it was a great experience, we never felt pressured and the personalities of the two gentlemen were so reassuring and made us feel (so important) like we were talking with friends or neighbors.

I felt slightly mislead into what the system actually entailed, maybe an assumption that I knew each component was another "thing" to install. I did not. I won't use the motion detector, or the fall button, I think the glass breakage is overkill. I do like the the camera system - and the security that all is monitored when I travel.

Nick was great in explaining how the system worked and exactly what we were getting. We are pleased with the system in short amount of time we have had it. We look forward to working with Vivint to keep our home and property safe.

The products work well and good quality. Sales were professional and the service is great. Installer took the time to get it right. Better than the previous service I had for over two years. I would recommend this to anyone. Please continue to use this service.

Every step from the moment of sale to installation was completely smooth. Our sales representative gave us a good understanding of what we would be signing up for and receiving and was aurally nice guy altogether. The installation was done same day in a timely and efficient manner with minimal to no clean-up required when he was done. Overall very satisfied and will be looking to Vivint for my next home security installation.

Just had three cameras doorbell and motion sensors installed into the home. John was great. He was punctual and kind. He really walked us through all the steps and helped get everything set up. Unfortunately none of the wires in my home was labeled and he really stuck It out to get everything installed. So far I’m really happy with the quality of the camera equipment video looks great and will just have to see how it goes so for now would recommend to a friend.

Sam and Bronsen were incredible. Quick and easy to interact with. Excellent customer service!. We are very impressed on how quick everything got installed. Great guys to work with. Great first impression. Highly recommend for our first day... Installation was performed The same day.

Vivint installation today went so smoothly. Salesman checked in throughout the entire process to ensure our satisfaction. Technician was very professional, installation was quick (considering all the items he had to install), and he made sure we knew all the features before he left. The camera clarity and monitoring options are so much better than other systems we have had that they can't be considered in the same league. Vivint is the real deal. Highly recommend.

The sales representative and installation technician were awesome! They were very thorough with explaining the product and how to use it in its simplest terms! I have the doorbell with cameras and the thermostat systems. The way in which they explained how to use my husband and I caught on quickly and we are technically challenged.

Didn’t even finish setting me up!!! My panel is still logged in to the old owners!!! Didn’t even finish to set up my log in. I had to do it on my own with the directions from the website and still the old owners' cameras are on my login etc. Unacceptable.

Seth was kind and swift in his installation of our new system. He listen to our needs and complete the installation with our needs in mind. He left the house the way he found it and was respectful of our space and was great with our child asking incessant questions.

Had a salesman show up. Very upfront. Took the package. Installer was 15 min away. Had my house hooked up in less than 30 min for peace of mind. With all the crime in the area lately now I can feel safe and so can our family.

My experience with both Caden (sales Rep) and Isaac (installation) were great. They were able to answer all my questions and were very knowledgeable on the products and described how it all worked. The system itself is very easy to use and user friendly. I would definitely recommend.

This program offered everything we needed at one low price. We can watch over our horses and also know that my Dad is safe inside the house when I am outside doing chores, thanks to the fall alert pendant. This program has it all covered.

Excellent techs and sales men. I was really surprised when they told me how fast they were gonna be able to install everything. Literally 30 mins after I gave the sales men the green light. The techs used excels to team work to get the job banged out and were very helpful teaching my wife and I.

The young man Jessie was very professional and thorough. He had an answer for every question we asked. When techs came in to install it was very late when they got started but they worked with a sense of urgency the entire time and knew what they were doing.

Awesome customer service thus far. They have to come back and fix some issues but not a big deal as I still have a security alarm system. I love having cameras so I can view my house inside and out while I am home and away. I also like I can answer the door with my doorbell service.

Because it’s great. And lets me know when there is someone at my door. And I like that. It protects my family. And can control my Thermostat. Which is great. And can do it all on my phone which is great.

The system is super cool and works well so far. I’m really impressed with everything I’ve seen so far. The associates are professional, honest, and do a great job!! They work to find the best stuff to suit your home.

Overall the alarm system seems to be very user friendly and has some good features. Items that seem to be amiss are the lack of Vivint smart light switches and only one model (888) of the Kwikset lock that are compatible. I wanted to use a different Kwikset lock but was told it is not guaranteed to work. My current Schlage lock works but has some glitches with Vivint.

From customer service to installation, and overall service, Vivint is awesome. They were very helpful explaining how the system works and ensured us full coverage in and out of the house. They have done an excellent job. Please use them to safely watch your home.

The only reason this isn’t a 1 is because the customer service person I talked to corrected most of the issues I had with installation and billing. However, it resulted in hours of wasted time for no reason. The installer was horrible, barely showed us how to use the system, improperly installed some equipment, did a poor job of removing the prior equipment, couldn’t explain the bill and tried to overcharge me. The only response to my questions was I needed to call someone else.

We wanted to change from old service to new service with added security for an elderly parent living with us. They delivered what they promised and very quickly too. I would highly recommend their services if you are considering a change or new services.

My security system is built on my needs with Vivint, rather than a cam system that I had. I received great explanation on how the new system works and they even synced my fob from my old system to the new. An added plus is, after paying for the equipment, my monthly bill will be lower than what I was paying.

Awesome service. Very experienced. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient, knew what he was doing, explained the install and walked me through correct usage of the installation. Told me what to do and what not to do as well as the consequences in not following the correct steps and dealing with the responder if I should make a mistake.

Great salesman and installation tech. All questions answered as expected. The service is what I expected. I was given a great demo and was provided step by step instructions. I enjoy the ease of being able to use an app on phone. All cameras provide extra protection we were looking for. Would definitely recommend to others.

I have only had the system up and running for about 13 hours. So far it is everything I expected. Would like to have had an instruction book furnished after it was installed, just in case I missed something after receiving the verbal instructions. Really impressed with the cameras.

Had a Vivint home security system installed last evening. Looking forward to using the system for added security at home. I had home security installed in 2 properties. I found the tech to be courteous and quite knowledgeable about his job. I would definitely recommend Vivint to friends and family. We have tried other home security services that have just come up short for us. Our kids suggested Vivint and we are please we made this decision.

Jerry was my original rep which was beyond behind one day. I waited 12-6 so he rescheduled for the next morning only to cancel again. He finally came 2 days later and couldn’t find the power source which he believed to be in the crawl space, at this time we didn’t have a ladder so we couldn’t see. 8/3 the job was transferred to Cortland. Once he got here we gave him the run down and he had a ladder in the car which I believe Jerry had also but was too lazy to grab it and start our activation. Once Cortland came he set everything up no problem. I truly appreciate him and would recommend him all over Vegas. Sweet kid.

Very efficient team. Spoke with a mobile sales rep who was in our neighborhood late afternoon, agreed to terms online while at a kids’ sport practice that evening, install team showed up that night…at like 9PM??!! Everyone was really nice and professional, but honestly the install was pretty inconvenient as we had young kids to put to bed and jobs requiring early wake-ups the next day. That said, the system seems very capable and is intuitive to use.

Alec was very knowledgeable, polite, and easy to talk to when selling the system to us. The installation crew came in immediately after we purchased the system and had it installed on the same day. We are very happy with the service and the products we purchased.

Ryan was very thorough in his presentation of the product. Answered every question with expertise. The technical team was very good. Very efficient and particular about their work. Pleasant experience. The spiel was quite long but the technicians showed within minutes of my signing the contract. They had to work until 10:30 to do the complete installation. Not an easy thing in an older home with few outlets.

These guys went above and beyond and it’s much appreciated in this day and age of lazy work ethic.

Jon was excellent! His customer service was top-notch. Moved a camera for me, install was seemed to go easy for him. I had an entire system installed. Jon walked me through it, explained everything he was doing and made sure I fully understood how it all worked before he left.

The female that set up the system indoors was fantastic! The male that went into the attic didn't ask questions and after completed and they left, I went into the room where attic entrance is and the plug there seems overloaded to me but all seems to be working ok.

Purchased a Vivint alarm system. The sales representative was excellent in presentation and answered my questions. The Installer was very knowledgeable and efficient and both are excellent representatives for Vivint. The alarm system is more up to date and easier to navigate.

Vivint installation was smooth and the installer was very professional without being boring/dull. Definitely going to add on to the system later on as it isn't difficult to do so. The app is also easy to use and runs quickly even on my older phone.

I was not happy at all with the doorbell, I have a doorbell and intercom so I thought it would work that drill a hole through the brick and plaster and the cord was down the wall and plug in at bottom. It look terrible to me. I want them to take that doorbell out and put a outdoor camera there and so now I will get my wall repainted and fix the brick on outside and other than that it was fine. They were very polite.

The installer was very knowledgeable and professional. The equipment on the other hand was outdated looking. I was told by the installer that my panel was refurbished and the company will not have new panels until later this month. This is not ok with me. I am paying for some refurbished scuffed equipment.

I have been a Vector customer for years and finally made the switch to Vivint. I love how fast the install was. The techs really took the time to think about best camera placement. The install was clean with good cable management. They also took the time to make sure all other smart home compatible devices were linked and working to the smart hub.

Initial call with Vivint was great! Customer service was wonderful and scheduled my installation appointment. The reason I’m only giving 4 stars is because of their installation appointments. It was canceled twice last minute. Very frustrating!! I was ready to cancel the system. Finally got my installation done last night and Michael the technician was great!! Installation appointment needs to improve otherwise I’m happy.

Of course we met the salesman first, Esteban. He was wonderful during the whole process. He answered all my questions and explained everything to me clearly. The Tech was prompt and efficient. I am very happy with the system and service we got.

The gentlemen that came out was very professional and answered our questions. Equipment provided, is state of the art, love it. And the pricing for the service provided is very competitive. Worth looking into if you are in need of a security system. A++

After installer left we discovered our door/window sensors we not working. After call to support was told the module to use the sensors was not in the system. Will find out tomorrow if this was just overlooked or it will be additional. Will cancel if more cost and have old system reinstalled.

I am a prime example of you never know what somebody may be going through and just a smile or just someone to listen to you makes a huge difference and can also make a huge difference in someone’s life in a way that they’re feeling are things that they’re going through. Let me start off with your agent that answered the phone for investigating your services to see what exactly you need and the young lady that I spoke with and I hope she’s on record was a Maysey from the phone call to getting the right equipment to getting the right price that would fit me down to the perfect day of installation and to put the icing on the cake the people you sent to my house were absolutely amazing and gorgeous my dad but back to business.

Caleb and Nick rock even my 5lb Poodle. Love those guys. Very professional, explained everything and Nick surprised me with installing everything ❤ the same day. He is great with what he does. Even cleaned up his mess. They both get a 10 from me.

RJ was awesome! Walked the whole site with me to find best locations for all equipment. Took the time to make sure I understood all my options. Super easy install. He did a great job, It is somewhat annoying that Vivint has to use Standard electrical plugs and doesn’t come with the option be hard wired directly into the building.

Spencer, Bryan, and Jared are an excellent team who get the job done right away. They are very efficient. They were right on the ball and arrived immediately to install the unit after I purchased it. Although it did not take long to install the unit, they stayed late into the evening to make sure that it was done before we went to bed. We certainly feel safer with Vivint in our home!

My wife and I were customers 2 or 3 years ago. Knowing Vivint was a good company to do business with in the past, we decided to "come back home" in a manner of speaking. Brennan ** was professional and personable speaking with. Knowledgeable about the equipment and what it does to provide security and peace of mind. The future garage remote upgrade and the cameras being able to communicate like a walkie-talkie was the deal.

Our technician was very professional, helpful and extremely patient. We are a group home and things were busy and noisy but he always stayed focused and patient. He explained things clearly to two separate people and helped with challenges in getting cell phone setup for account access.

I was told setup would be completed in an hour or I could have the installer start and come back to finish another time, but it took almost 2 and a half hours. I had company over at the time, and was told I wasn't allowed to schedule my installation for any other day- that it had to be done today. It was frustrating to have someone drilling and asking questions in the middle of entertaining- not his fault, he was scheduled for that time, but definitely would have been better for everyone if it could have been done the next day. I wasn't warned that I would need to do everything that day until after the sales rep had already run the credit check, so I felt like I was stuck, and put in a bad place without an option to turn back. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and I'm glad to have it installed, but I felt very rushed to make everything happen right away.

I enjoyed talking to Jack, he was very informative, and if I didn't understand something he did explain step by step and made sure I understood it, and as the installation person he did show me how to use the system. He as well did an excellent job.

Zachary, was very friendly and knowledgeable about all of Vivint products. He provided my wife and I with a custom-built system just for us. He also came by the day of the installation to ensure that everything was going at exactly as we had planned. Brandon, the technician was very professional and detailed. Thanks again!

Jose, the person selling the system was cordial and accommodating. Seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. The technicians spent numerous hours making sure the system was installed correctly, adding multiple boosters since our house is relatively large and long. They were diligent and communicated well. Made sure we understood how to use the system with the App.

The technician was right on point. He explained everything that he did from the installing all the way to the end where we went over everything, show me how to work the alarm, what to do, what not to do. He was great. I am bad with names but I want to know now. He’s very knowledgeable with what he does and he leaves you with no questions.

Only issue I had was with the connection when answering virtual questions. The link was difficult to position to get a good link. The system goes in and out intermittently, but the technician was helpful over the phone. Overall good experience so far.

The tech did a great job setting up my Vivint products, he explained all of the products that Kelly had requested for my install. He walked me through each product and explained all of the fears addition to showing how each device worked.

He show me how to use the keypad and my cellphone. He explain everything to me about this system. He told me what he was doing, where everything is located. He was very knowable, he was patience and he took his time. I was very pleased with his work.

The person who did the installation was very nice and professional, the only thing I didn’t like was that he didn’t have all the equipment on installation day. Had to installed on my own one of the cameras, it’s a pain in the butt.

I’ll be honest, I’m not that person that likes people doing sales door to door. But we had been interested in updating our security system cameras and all so I bit and allowed the rep, Tito, to come back later and do the presentation with my husband also. The presentation was upfront, details were upfront, and they literally installed the system 30 mins after we signed up. The installers were professional also, snd super friendly. Good experience all around. The app and setup is super easy to use, super easy to understand and you control it all from your phone. Was the easiest door sales that I ever accepted lol.

The guys did a good job! Professional, fast and accurate. Kind of reminded me of a Nascar pit crew. Products seem to be well made and technology looks solid. I look forward to using the system to protect my family and have peace of mind. This is part of a layered defense to work with other barrier protection products and my German Shepherd. Everything explained by technician & minimal disruption during install. Not sure why took longer than expected (from 1030 am to 330 pm) but overall pleased with product. AC interrupted after tech left & house is now taking longer than normal to cool down.

Gabe was a big help. He was thorough with his explanation and set up. He gave good suggestions on where cameras should be placed and how they should be setup. He also made sure all cameras worked the proper way before leaving.

I had to help the install in the attic. The systems are not hardwired like promised. I’m sure Vivint is a fine service. Just haven’t seen it yet. My ring system has been better thus far. Especially for how much I am paying for this system bad experience and not sure why I am paying so much for this subpar service that I had to help install.

Salesman was nice and the installers did an ok job. I think the price was a little high for what we received, but comparable to other companies it’s about the same. Way cheaper to do it yourself but that wasn’t what we wanted. Cleanup was not done well at all. They left wood chips everywhere.

I am looking forward to using this system to help keep my family and home safe. I am new to the Vivint Family. This service came highly recommended. The installer Robert was great and very helpful. He also cleaned up after himself. I appreciate that very much.

I feel that we got a fair deal. Our sales rep Finn was good at explaining everything and the installation tech Greg was fast and through as well. They listened to what I needed and were able to make it work. I have a disabled child and this system means peace of mind and above all else safety for my children and me. The installers were professional and quick. Set everything up and the entire system was ready to go before they left. There is a short follow up for one piece that has been on back order for the system and I expect nothing less than the same level of professionalism.

As far as installation went, perfect, the technician did great. Communication with tech from Vivint was terrible. On two different occasions I’ve had to call and explain my situation to Vivint and they didn’t relay that message to the tech. Other than that, everything went smooth.

I spoke with the sales rep Justin and was able to have my system installed the very same day! I didn’t have to wait weeks for a technician to come between 8-5. He was there within 30 minutes. Set everything up and showed me how to use it!

Chris has been outstanding and has really went above and beyond my expectations and delivered the results he promised on. Vivint is the Chick-fil-A of the security industry. Definitely wish I would have went with Vivint for my first option of security because they strive for the customer satisfaction before, during, and after the agreement with the company.
