George and the technician we had were so amazing! We got our new security system in the same day and we couldn’t be happier. Everything was so easy and so fast! Our technician was so friendly and our sales man was a great person. Such an amazing experience!

I am very pleased with the Security system, the entire process of reviewing the needs for my house, to applying and installing the system was made in a 4 hour window. I did not have to wait or scheduled an install date. The cameras are very good quality and having the chance to integrate other smart home features within the Vivint app is amazing and makes it for a one stop location. I highly recommend this product.

The entire team was extremely professional. They came in, installed, provided instruction, and cleaned up after themselves. I was able to sleep without a care in the world. I would definitely recommend them! Definitely give them a call if you’re considering a security system.

The salesman, Leo was extremely professional and quite knowledgeable. I rarely ever invite a door to door salesman in, but Leo was very personable. The install technician was also very competent and professional. The training session was very well done. So far, everything seems great. Thanks.

Caleb was fantastic. He was timely, helpful and extraordinarily customer driven. On the other hand Vivint customer service was not up to par, the wait times were ridiculous and some of the employees did not have the knowledge necessary to assist. Because of this I hung up on a couple and had to call back. All-in-all I value the security system that was set up and I am excited to put it to use.

Tech communicated well on what he would be doing and where in the house. Made great suggestions on camera placements. Cleaned up any mess he made from holes that had to be drilled. Other techs even came to help since they finished their jobs early. Very team oriented.

It was a good experience. I would definitely let people know to get this for their house and it great price and it good for a bad area so I would let people know about it. So far I like the system. It good.

I'm grateful for Andy for introducing us to the Vivint home security system. It's been heaven sent with the recent break ins and thefts of packages off of people's front doors. I'm rest assured that my family is safe and protected and the system works perfectly to keep me updated of what's happening around my neighborhood, Thank you.

The sales rep was nice and charismatic. Got the features I wanted and they were installed the same day. The upgraded technology is amazing, I love the integration with the cell phone and the deter feature. The sales rep just happened to catch me at the right time.

The Salesperson and the Technician were very helpful and friendly. The Alarm system is easy to use after 4 tries. I can sleep early knowing no one can get into my home. I love the camera doorbell. The Technician fixed my doorbell unlike another Alarm company would do. I hoping to talk to my other neighbors on my surroundings area to get Vivint. Crime is going up everywhere and having a Alarm system would get the police to your house faster. The panel has not only a Alarm the police the firefighters and the Ambulance. Happy I have it.

The salesperson was made sure I understood what I was signing up for. The technician made sure everything was up and running perfectly and I knew how to use the equipment before leaving. New system, time will tell how good it works when I really need it.

The technician sent for the installation did not have the licenses to install all the components included as part of my setup. Prior to installation, the technician had me speak to customer support and they said that would be taken care off the next business day (Monday). After the partial installation was completed, and before the technician was leaving, he said the remaining installation was again reassigned to him. The technician said he wasn't able to help and I would have to call in and get it fixed.

The young man, Marco, who came to our door was polite, friendly and upfront. Being in business I appreciate that. Vivint is lucky to have an enthusiastic and ambitious worker. The installer who came knew his business, asked questions and had answers to ours.

I was a customer for several years. I left Vivint because their service was not good. I met with one of their managers this week and the quality of the equipment was 100% better. Additionally, the manager explained each new feature thoroughly. Hopefully, Vivint will live up to the second chance I've given them.

Yes I would definitely recommend them to a friend. I love the technicians. They were very helpful and explained everything to me. They were wonderful with putting in the equipment. I had a wonderful overall experience and I have recommended them to some family and friends.

Setting up an account to use with existing equipment was very easy. Had a scheduling hiccup but they recovered well and kept me apprised as to when they would arrive. Tech was knowledgeable on equipment and got everything squared away quickly.

This equipment is unreal. The service is top notch and the app is incredible. I wish I’d of gotten this system sooner. The alarm system is cool but I have their 4K ultra HD cameras and being able to control the ac, my door locks and lighting along with my alarm system is too cool. Shout out to Vivint.

We had a pleasant visit with Josh, he is very knowledgeable about the product and was funny and polite. The installation crew was very prompt and polite. They listened to where we wanted the cameras and other items placed and were prompt in the installation process.

We bought a house that had an existing system. We still have no idea how to work it. We were supposed to get a call to walk us through everything. Instead, I got a text message asking for our contact info for their system. I was told I would get an e-mail with all of that information including the app info. Instead, I got a contract agreeing to their monthly rate. At the same time our air conditioning turned off. I called the service number and spent 45 minutes with a “tech” reading from a manual. He concluded we needed a new thermostat. My husband called back a bit later, was in the phone less than 10 minutes and the issue was completely fixed! I’m really worried about what we’ve signed up for….

The whole experience was very easy! Jacob was awesome and explained us everything in detail! The people who installed everything was fast and helped us set everything up! Everyone was very kind and helpful! I definitely recommend Vivint! The security system will definitely be a peace of mind and you won’t have to worry!

The installer was friendly and did a great job. Very professional and did a great job showing us how everything worked. The system appears easy to use and I like how it links to my phone. I purchased the home security Vivint system. The salesman Jake was very courtesy and patient. He told me all about the system and how it worked and what sold me was that I could have it installed that same day. Ryan the installer was very professional and helped me decide where to place the outside camera. He showed me how everything worked on the panel and was very kind.

Rayvon was my Vivint technician and he was very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I appreciate him being patient making sure our system was set up properly, and he was willing to answer my questions. He also didn’t bug me or make me feel like I had to be involved in every tiny thing, because I prefer that the tech just goes ahead and does what he knows to do. He was great!

Vivint was fast and courteous. Their system is easy to use. We did have a break in on money of our cars the night we had our system installed but the motion sensors didn't catch anything solid. Didn't record. I made a police report and called Vivint the next morning and they had a technician come out the same day and install a new add on that would continually record and did it free of charge for an apology of the system not catching the break in on the street.

There was no pressure to buy. He explain the produce. I was also looking up information on the product. He asked me what I was looking for in an alarm system. From there he provided options. The good thing I REALLY liked was that I didn’t have to wait until the product was delivered for ME to hook up. That helped with me decision to get this system. The next day, the Rep called to make sure everything was going good. I would recommend this product. Plus my neighbors use this system as well.

Kyle listened to our concerns and answered our questions before starting installation. He was very efficient while installing and kept us informed along the way. He gave us thorough instructions on using the system after installation. It was a great experience working with Kyle and we will definitely recommend him and Vivint for a home security system.

The marketing rep (Joey) was very informative and helpful, and we were able to get everything installed very quickly. The systems work great, and are very easy to use. The systems have great camera quality and provide a immense sense of safety.

Our technician Javier did a great job of assessing our needs, installing the system, and teaching us how to use the system. We have teenagers, and he took the time to make sure that everyone was comfortable and understood how to use all of the features. He made sure that we were able to use the mobile application. Great install wouldn't really smooth. The technician showed up on time. Equipment works great. I love it and would definitely recommend it. The doorbell gives you an instant image to your phone. The panel also records and provides the image of who's outside your house. Works great. Definitely would recommend.

The installation specialist arrived on time and was very professional. We did a walk through to make sure I got what I wanted and needed. You are purchasing your equipment so you can take it with you whenever you move. They also have a wonderful program for Active Duty Military.

Very assertive seller - would not take no for an answer. I had to get supper going and he still would not quit. Left a phone number so I could contact him - he does not answer that number. Product seems OK, although we have not had any problems at this point, and it is easy to use. Still to be seen if monthly service is worth the money and trouble.

Cameron and Blake were both really nice and helpful. There was also another uh who was as well but I didn’t get his name. We feel really good about getting this and are excited to get our wifi set up and really getting it going.

The technician arrived earlier than the scheduled time; he gave me inputs of my wants versus needs; he provided needed information about the settings and walked me thru with everything; he answered all my questions; he even cleaned after the installation; overall everything is great so far; now I feel secured.

Arrived early and did a great job on the install. Installer was knowledgeable and courteous, answered all my questions. I wanted some extra equipment and he had it on the truck and quickly did the installation. One recommendation, provide an adapter for the doorbell when installing on siding so that the camera sits perfectly vertical and not tilted slightly to the rear.

Great customer service and very helpful. Helped explain any questions or concerns that we had. System seems to give the most problems since the old user was still logged in, but other than that everything went smoothly! I was extremely thankful that we were able to keep the existing systems without having to pay extra, monthly.

We have Vivint on our first home and we are so pleased with the installation, service and system we have decided to have it installed on our second home. Vivint is the best and we can’t say enough about the top-level service they provide all the way from the Internet chat service to the installation tech.

Well hopefully it works great. I had to reboot the system. Almost as soon as my tech left my house says it'll take 10-15 minutes. On the app. The house setup works well I'm hoping the app works good too.

The team was great! Took great care of me, in a situation that wasn’t easy. Changed account admins. Made it seems easy, and didn’t take a lot of time. Even helped me sign back into the app when I was locked out. They waited for everything to be updated.

The technician was great. He did everything correctly and very thorough. The only thing that we are a little disappointed about is that we asked him to remove some previous wires and he did not. Other than that he is very good at his job.

The day of installation, they didn't arrive until after 7:30pm and left about 10:30pm. The install was incomplete due to not having enough window sensors. Instead of placing us on the top of the list for the next day, he said he would return between 4 & 6 the next evening. Never showed up. He finally showed up at noon on Thursday to finish the install.

Everything was perfect with Vivint. The rep we have worked with multiple times is top notch and nothing bad to say at all. Would highly recommend them to anyone. Have used them in both my home and office now and easy to use

Our new system is up and running. The cameras add a new level of protection that I hope we never have to use. However, if we do, we feel confident that we are covered. Our setup was quick and easy and our tech was patient with us, making sure we were ready to work the system.

A sales rep was in our neighborhood and introduced Vivint Smart Home products to us. They were able to have our home system installed and working that same day, with no problems, and minimal disruption to our evening. The system was able to integrate with features we already had, such as the Nest thermostat. So far we're very happy with the service.

Just realized most important (interior) cameras were not installed. Garage control couldn’t be installed because unit not compatible. Have to buy new garage control (Chamberlain) to connect it which will be an additional out-of-pocket expense. Need to have installers return ASAP.

My guys took great care of me. My camera placement was tough to figure out and they stayed until it was handled. They were kind, considerate, hard working, and did a great job. I am excited about the system and as a first time customer I have been very satisfied.

Brady was a great tech. He gave good recommendations and is very good at his job. He made sure we understood how the system worked and told us to call him if we had more questions. We already love the keyless lock.

After numerous text when my rep that service would be properly set up I continue to get false promises from my rep. I have alarms sensors triggered by us because the tech did not install them correctly. I can set my alarm at all and other things. I finally had to call customer service myself to get someone to redo my system and do everything that wasn’t done the first time. Will not recommend even for that referral I was going to do.

I am very happy with my purchase and the patient explanation of what Vivint has to offer, especially in comparison to other competitors. Our salesman is easily accessible and honest. Our technician was kind, set everything up, and explained how to use it. My only complaint was how late we had to get started and finish the installation. Technician was here until 1 am. I agreed to being flexible with technicians in order to get a better deal, but that was a little excessive. Please don't do that to people.

I was so pleased with how quick set up was. I slept comfortable knowing that my condo is now fully set up with an alarm system. I love that I can simply check my phone to see if I armed the house or not.

Took 5 phone calls after the original agent who promised she’d call me back never did. Was confusing for each agent to figure out what I needed and the rate changed over the phone multiple times. We finally got the service setup and in my name yesterday.

I had an appointment at 6 yesterday to set up my panel. Rep didn’t call me until around 6:40 after me asking several times for help. He only got me halfway through the process and stopped responding. When I called the general help number I was told the department was closed for the night. Still don’t have a functioning system.

I would like to start by saying I had a great experience with signing up with Vivint. The tech RJ was very thorough and very knowledgeable about the products. He explained everything in detail and even explained to me what would be best for my security. I appreciate the service and I would definitely recommend vivint to anyone of my friends and family.

I wanted 4 cameras outside the doors not a adorable Ringer. Also it was the bonus. The $50 recommendation bonus was supposed to go Ron ** and they gave me the name of someone else, Also who wasn't surprised that I was told that I would have to pay.

Tyler and Kevin did a great job on the intro and install. Very professional and respectful. When we encountered unexpected issues they both made the solutions simple. They both worked to implement the correct solution for our home and family.

Joe is amazing and set everything up and explained everything so well. I am so impressed with the service and quality of the cameras and equipment for way less than Cox! So many ways to integrate your home easily from garage doors, to thermostats.

The Vivint system was already in my house when I bought it. I was very pleased with the technician that came to start my service up for me. He explained every step of the process. He had trouble with connection the Nest thermostat. After resetting it multiple times, he discovered that there was an issue with the Nest and replaced it with a new one.

Technician was beyond helpful and very patient. He explained everything before leaving my home. He also helped me link my garage to the QC app correctly (which was not part of his job) in order for me to sync it with the Vivint app. Great service.

Thomas was very thorough but I was also a little distracted that day but he was able to make the sale. You will hear from me if I have questions. The technicians were easygoing and efficient I think. Until I have someone check everything for me I guess they installed everything correctly. They also answered my questions.

I absolutely love my camera alarm system! There’s so many great benefits & different options & settings you can choose from. The salesman, Zee, went above & beyond ensuring everything we requested was to our satisfaction. His customer service skills are absolutely superb. He’s definitely an asset to Vivint. Carl E. & Thomas M. are excellent technicians. They worked diligently at my house & my Mother’s house. Both men explained in detail how to use the system. Yes, two camera alarm systems were purchased & installed both sold by Zee K.

It is a pricey service but well worth it with what you get. The cameras are amazing, the thermostat control is top notch, and the security you feel makes every penny worth it. The only thing that surprised us was having to drill out our own deadbolt to have the smart lock installed. We were not told this by the person who sold us the product even though I explicitly told them I did not have a deadbolt. Otherwise, top-notch.

Everything is great so far. The rep and installer were both very helpful and friendly. Price is fair. I would recommend over my last supplier. Such a user friendly system. I like feeling secure and being able to see who is at the door before opening it.

Customer service was amazing. The young lady in loyalty I think was simply unique, courteous very professional and should be the training supervisor to instruct the way you treat customers. She should given a raise because she represented Vivint like no other person can.

I was promised to have my camera and alarm installed on July 3 and only the Ipad was installed. Then they said Monday and it wasn’t done either. I guess as long as you all do the sale everything after that doesn’t matter. I was also told I didn’t have to make any payment for the first 30 days and I was charged 45 dollars. And that was a lie also. I have already paid money for something I don’t have. Wow that’s not right.

We were approached by a very professional and knowledgeable young man named Matt. He answered every question we had, and agreed to have our system installed. We were amazed for the same day service! We were initially told that it would take about an hour to get two cameras and front doorbell. It took a lot longer, but we understand that the installer had to assess the situations involved and explained the reasons as to why we couldn’t get the backyard camera at a certain location. It turned out better than expected!

Very impressed with Both the sales rep Eric and the technician! They were both very attentive and provided explanation to everything that was going to be done to make the transition back to Vivint. Glad to be back to Vivint family- never should have left. Lesson learned!

The Rep and technician were very helpful and friendly. They explained equipment in service thoroughly and made it easy to learn how to use. The Rep was not pushy. He just explain what the product does and let us decide if it was something that we wanted to buy or not and we had no obligation to get it at the time.

Connor took the time to explain every product with much detail, I did not feel pressured at all to buy anything. But comparing what Vivint had to offer compared to ADT, it was an easy decision to make. I am glad Connor was there to make the switch an easy switch.

He made sure to ensure that my family and I will be safe while we have our Vivint home security system! He gave me his personal number to ensure that if we ever have any issues to contact him directly and he would come in a heartbeat to help out with whatever situation arises.

The person who came gave us a quote was nice and quick. The person who installed it also took their time and came to install it when It was dark. Overall it’s ok. But I had like a package deal where I can change the thermostats with my phone but now my air is not working anymore. Not sure if it’s for changing it or something else.

I installed a smarthome system in my house in 2008. Because the technology advanced significantly I decided to upgrade my system. I contacted Vivint to do so. They listened and promised to install a brand new smarthome system. I was very specific about my needs. After talking to 6 managers, sending 9 pictures of my current system and 2 appointments they communicated to me that they were not capable to do even what I have. They talked about cameras, door locks - the security system. I was talking about full house automation. Vivint is advertising that they are expert in the smarthomes. This is far from the truth. Their advertisement is misleading at least. It is wrong and very unprofessional. Beware of their promises. I wasted a lot of time and energy with their representatives. They charged my credit card already. Waiting to be reimbursed.

Sales rep was great to understand and he explained everything in a way I could understand. Didn’t try to pressure us into signing up! The technician did a great job and handled the installation very professionally and in a timely manner.

Both sales and install process was great. Install guy worked diligently to overcome some challenges with my home and was very professional. Sales was excellent. I was not prepared to actually sign up on the spot but he really sold me on the product and its capabilities.

Sales guy Ben ** was great, but install technician and one of the electricians need more training. One of the electricians moved a piece of furniture without asking if it was ok. The installation technician used a 2 step ladder, then proceeded to stand on the top bar of the ladder which isn't even a step, it's more like a handle. This is a safety issue that could result in a fall/injury. I told her she shouldn't do that, but she said she hasn't fallen yet.

Reestablishment of service was Done smooth and easy. There were a few obstacles with communication, however they were resolved with no problem. The service the installer provided with professional and courteous.

Vivint Rep was extremely knowledgeable of products. Thoroughly explained everything. The installation process was quick and professional. The system is complex, but the installer gave excellent tutorial. We are very pleased. We would highly recommend. We have complete access to our home via tablets, cell phones from anywhere.

We had ADT. Our doorbell camera rarely worked the whole time we had it. Vivint offered us the same price we were paying ADT, and gave us better, and more products than what we had through Vivint. I’m very glad we switched.

I honestly wish the rep who originally scheduled my appointment gave me a more detailed explanation of what to expect on installation day but my tech was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He was fairly quick in setup and recommending products more suitable for my place. He gets extra points because he moved my big fish tank which I wish I knew to move before his arrival. But I definitely would recommend the service and can't wait to purchase my own home and be able to experience more products and service.
