Both the rep and man who installed everything were both great! Neither were annoying or pushy or “weird”. Both were super friendly and normal guys. It’s a nice change from other door to door people. The products I received all work great! Absolute best choice in a company that I could have picked. I’ve had others that were confusing and frustrating. I love how everything was explained and details were pointed out. Plenty of opportunity for questions. Very easy to pick out what we wanted for our home. May even have them do solar next! Had Vivint solar in San Diego and absolutely loved it then! I would and will recommend to anyone every time!

To put it very simply the gentleman who came out was very personable, very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. So far the system has been great. The product itself is even better once we started playing with it. A+ on both aspects.

The team was awesome! Brock was super friendly, very informative, and let us know Everything we needed to know about the system and what was offered. Stacy was amazing with putting in our equipment and being very patient with our little yapping pup. The entire experience was right on point and actually made us feel better about choosing Vivint over any other security service. As a veteran who’s always watched others back, it’s nice to know someone has ours!

All the equipment not even worth about $600 dollars in Amazon. Vivint was trying to sell all their equipment for $4000 which was insane. I called them and they made me wait for 1 & 30 minutes to negotiate which was even worst horrible customer service and sales as well.

There were two installers. Both displayed professionalism. When asked to wear a mask there were no hesitation or resistance, I appreciate that. Installer took his time to help with download of app and help set up the app. Answered all question I had with the application.

Both the salesperson and install technician were thorough with explaining everything and very courteous. Both provided excellent customer service. Aldan did a great job of explaining benefits of each package, was not pushy, and genuinely wanted to sell what made sense for our family.

The service was fast and great. The technician has been very helpful. We are enjoying our new security system and we feel safe the system is very easy to use. The prices are unbelievable. Thanks for the great service.

Our tech was great. Remind techs to wear mask inside customers home if they have not been vaccinated. Our tech immediately put on his mask when asked if he had been vaccinated. The pictures are clear on the video. The system is easy to use.

Great communication prior to install. Showed up when he said he would and explained everything. Did a little upselling but not pushy at all. Explained everything to us and was extremely polite. Walked us through on how to use the equipment and helped us set up our accounts and apps. Great service!

Aaron ** provided great service! He educated me on the products that I was receiving and how to use them. He was very professional, polite, and informative! I will definitely refer family and friends for services. I am assured about making a good choice and as time goes on I plan to upgrade to other products with services.

Overall we had a good experience with the installers. The system works good and it’s what we wanted. Some of the camera wiring is a bit messy. The professionalism of one of the technicians was questionable. They didn’t have the smart DVR drive, window sticker or yard sign for us. They didn’t wear shoe booties or masks. This is an honest and hopefully helpful review. Again, overall the experience was good.

We are heartily satisfied with the Vivint technician William during the installation process, he had been thorough with his work and discussed what is necessary for it to be done efficiently. He taught us about the system too with good amount of time.

The tech who installed the service (Conner) was excellent, informative, super quick and funny. He explained the process as he went along to ensure that we were aware of what he was doing at all times. Overall it was a great experience.

William was great!! Explained and answered every concern we had, patient and friendly. We have been with Vivint for over 5 yrs and This is why we continue to have Vivint as our provider because the customer service, equipment and technicians are excellent.

I would like to recommend Greg because he is very dedicated employee and very polite and efficient. He was very helpful during the whole process and answered all of my questions that came up. I will definitely recommend his services to all of my family and friends.

Very pleased with experience and equipment so far. Salesman was very good and technician was able to install system the same day. Salesman came back the next day to see if everything was working well and to answer any questions. App is user-friendly and easy to use. Very impressed with entire experience, much better than other companies as far as professionalism and customer service.

Service was fast and so effortlessly. They worked around our busy schedule and it was in and out setting up. We love our system and such amazing display. My family feels safe. Thank you Luke and his coworker(I wish I knew his name).

Very happy with my service so far. I’ve dealt with some not so great technicians in the past and Luke exceeded my expectations this time around. Not one but two techs came out for the initial install and they were both knowledgeable and quick. Luke was great enough to even came back out almost two weeks later to complete the last part of the install for me before completing his summer. I appreciate how polite they were and felt they knew what they were doing.

But when they finished I will complete my review for you ok. So far everything is good. The technician was very friendly & knowledgeable, He explain everything & with me being a Senior he was very patient. Before he left he made sure that I understood & showed me how to operate everything.

I'm very happy with my new system, is very easily to use and the most important I feel safe!❤ Very good customer services, the technician very nice person, I like the fact that I will be receiving emails on all the activity around the house, is like being home all the time! Definitely will recommend it!

Kyle was wonderful. He is very knowledgeable and had our system up and running in no time. I would recommend Vivint for everyone. He even helped me set the app up on my phone and went over how it also worked.

I wanted to give my experience five star, because the salesman was wonderful and my technician was wonderful. On the flip side, The salesman finished all the eDocs at 2030 Thursday night. Awesome. 2330, we are all sleep and I got a call and text from an unknown Florida phone number telling me that there was a technician outside my door to do a partial installation. My response was: “The hell he is. Absolutely not.” Daylights hours are acceptable. At that point and after the fact, an appointment was made. I simultaneously got a call from my neighbor saying that there was someone lurking around my vehicles. I explained to her about the Vivint technician, and she states that it was “unacceptable and creepy, and would ask that they not return to her house.”

Joshua was prompt, professional and did an exceptional job installing my system. He answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood fully how the system worked and that I was comfortable with it. Everything works great and I am very satisfied!

This is the second home we have had Vivint installed. Everything under one app vs others. We even upgraded the system this time with even more. I love controlling my doorbell, AC, heater, cameras and door locks all from a single app.

Technician (Peter) was very knowledgeable and explained everything he was doing. He made sure I understood everything before leaving. Peter was very courteous. Exceptional customer service. It was all great. Very nice people and spoke very highly about the company they work for. The installation was all done on the same day as they sold me on the program. Very polite and pleasant guys. All knew their role in making this easy.

Experience was great! Was looking for a good home security system. I Iike how modern the whole setup is. I was impressed with how the cameras are very crisp and clear. Puts my mind at ease knowing my home is being monitored.

Vivint for a security company is pretty cool for a security system with all the different things I can do and how well it works. One thing Vivint needs to figure out is how to open source to Apple more and connect other devices.

Install was fine. Felt like I was being obscured from the details of the equipment pricing. I did not feel like the installer was being completely transparent. When asked for detailed pricing I could only see the boxes that were checked.

Alec was very helpful and had all the answers to our questions. Even though he’s done with the sale he still helps me with whatever questions I have. Nick the technician very nice and his work was fast. I will definitely recommend y’all to family and friends.

Fast and easy. Sent instructions via phone and called to make sure all questions were answered!!! I don't like being on the phone for long time or people having to come over to FIX issues all the time. EVERYTHING was done via phone!!

Installation has been a barrier to moving to smart devices for me personally, so appreciated that portion. Discussion was rather late at night for me since I work early. Triggered a panic attack when I felt pressured to support a late night install against my wishes to the point that I was ready to walk away from the deal and afraid I might have to call for help to leave my house. Worked for next day install which took 3 hours. Not much in how to use system and I’m afraid to turn arm system because I don’t know how to turn off or work with when I have a housemate that keeps different hours. Don’t know how I will be billed or how to add housemate to call list.

Very professional and friendly. Walked me through everything and answered any and all questions. Love how integrated the system is with all my other equipment. Will be recommending to any friends or family! Thank you to Vivint as well as Mike ** for getting me hooked up with this security system.

The technician was professional and friendly. I definitely would recommend Vivint to friends and family in the future. My system was installed in a timely manner and at a fair and reasonable price. I've been a customer for ten years or more and wouldn't have it any other way.

I was never aware of any down payment. The support supervisor was very disrespectful calling me a sexist because I asked for a man's help. The tech and his supervisor were very understanding and helpful. The customer service rep I spoke with first was very helpful. The one who set up my service was not educated on his job because I didn’t get a full break down on what to expect when the installation day came.

The guy were the best. Me and my guy thanks them for such a Professional job and fast too. I will tell all my friends about your excellent service and camera too. The camera are so clear with time date recording. Much better than what we had.

I had a scare in my new home a couple of days ago. I reached out to Vivint and worked with Chaz. He was wonderful and due to my experience the night prior he got someone scheduled for install the next morning. My technician, Josh, was nothing short of amazing! Very professional and kind and showed me everything I needed to know. Fabulous experience!

Trevor was great!!! Professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Answered all my questions and explained everything I needed to know about my system. He didn’t have any indoor cameras though lol… But I would still recommend him to install services for my friends and family.

The marketing person and techs for this company were awesome! They were honest and didn’t try to talk down other companies like we have experienced in the past. Their new technology is great! They are affordable and thorough in answering your questions.

Excellent in all respects! Technician was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was courteous and patient. He took extra time making certain every part of the system was operating perfectly and then went over everything until I was comfortable using it. He was the best!! Customer service has also been awesome throughout. I highly recommend.

They were able to answer every question me and my husband had afterwards adjusted the cameras to the places we wanted them with a smile on their face. I have no complaints about the the two workers who did the installation.

The alarm system is much better than what I used to have, the cameras is more clear and the alarm system better quality. I will recommend it to families and friends as soon as I can. The person that was sent to install the alarm system explained and answered our questions.

The entire crew was professional and knowledgeable not a single complaint. However, I recommend after installation of the system, it would be a good idea for the crew to go around with a shop vac to clean up the drywall dust and wood shavings on the floor and around the door jams. I know I am knit picking and I am not upset, but if you want these remarks to improve your overall customer service, you have to take a look at what matters even the smallest detail. All in all completely satisfied with the crew who installed our Vivint system.

He was very Knowledgeable about the products that I had requested and made several reasonable recommendations. Vivint customer service has been great! From the people I talk to on the phone to the person that came out to install the system. Everyone has been pleasant and has checked on me frequently and quickly. Justin, installed my system in a couple hours and was pleasant the whole time even when crawling around in the hot attic!

As he was working I have a very curious 6 years old daughter that keep him just as busy with talking him deaf but he chimed right in with her and keep her just as busy. That was personal rapport. Insulation was good until my front was damaged, this is 2500 dollars door with installation. The door and frame will need the be replace. I’ll still get three stars professionalism of the installers of letting me know of the door damage.

Install team was quick and friendly. I was told there would be no visible wires. They did a great job making them inconspicuous, but they are visible. They couldn't get my garage door linked to the system as indicated by the salesman. All in all great job and very fast.

Sales agent Annabella was nice and knowledgeable. They came to my house same day to install all my home security needs. Would rate 5 stars but just 4 for now because the installer didn't have everything I asked for to install that day but Wes the installer was also helpful and friendly in guiding me on how to use my new alarm system and he did make a follow up appointment with me to finish the rest of the install.

Great experience and same day install. That’s some service. Blake was excellent. Not a pushy guy at all. Showed me what he had to offer and showed me the benefits of this security that I didn’t have with my previous service provider. Install was quick and smooth. Could have asked for better service.

Like the system especially the cameras. Like how the cameras pop up on the panel. I like how the temperature for the next 4 days pop up on the panel. The whistle is a great part of the cameras that help prevent crime before it happens.

From our initial contact with Sales to our installation today, this company has been very good to work with. The installation in particular was pleasant; the installation crew (2 of them) set a land speed record for installation and it’s very clean - no wires or ugliness at all. So far, a great experience.

We are Excited about having a updated security system in place! The technician was prompt, and knowledgeable. The system is easy to navigate. We have the indoor and outdoor camera, the door bell camera and the door sensors. The attachments are low profile and blend well with my decor. So far I am very please with the product. We had a different system from a different company that was old and outdated. This system has all of the new technology and features.

The installers did a great job. I thought it would take hours, but it didn’t. They made good suggestions on placement and cleaned up after themselves. We had a problem with the app because of me and Romeo stayed until we figured it out. Very courteous and helpful.

Great job by both the sales and installation people. Very happy with both. Haley needed a different tool to remove the front door lock and she got it and came back to finish the job. We had an overall poor experience. We somehow wound up with a device on our purchase agreement that we were not told about and when we tried to have it corrected it took an extra long time to correct the issue and the sales rep we worked with stopped answering calls because it was after work. The install team was constantly running into problems and was asking us to help problem solve their issues which included them asking if they could take the chain off our ceiling fan to use for some purpose. They also did not do a thorough job cleaning up afterwards.

From start to finish I was very impressed with their service. Vivint salesman and installer was very professional and very informative of their service and product. I would recommend Vivint home security to family and friends. The system is user friendly!

Never have I met such a friendly sales rep and tech! Pricing also is very fair compared to our previous provider! World worth of difference on camera quality! I definitely feel way safer at home and even away for several hours at work!

Was able to buy the smart doorbell online for a good price and the company quickly set up a tech to install within 1 day. Camera and doorbell works well and no complaints at this juncture. Everything was signed electronically and the tech wore a mask and used hand sanitizer.

Both the sales person and installer were great to work with. Better video quality and same cost. Great upgrade from security we had. The system is easy to use. It tells us what is going on with it. With the rules it will be easier to use.

The representative and technician were outstanding. Highly knowledgeable, friendly, but not intrusive, and flexible to my needs. While the experience and service may merit five stars, I personally believe that there is always room for improvement. Ultimately I am looking to evaluate the companies ability to stand up “service wise“ to that displayed by their reps.

Installers could use a crash course in customer service. The installer spent more texting than he did completing the job. Manager had to come to assist the installer. Installer never asked me where I prefer to have motion detectors installed. Prior to the manager arriving, he did a poor installation and had to redo everything.

Best service ever. Best timed emplacement of a security system I have ever seen. Quick and easy. Guys were very respectful and made it too easy to understand how the system works. I think this will work out great! Very excited to see what this system has to offer.

Jaron ** is a good salesman, he explained everything to me and showed me on his tablet how to use the system, but hopefully I can get the system to work as good and efficient as he demonstrated. If not Customer service will be hearing from me.

The salesperson were very professional and knowledgeable about Vivint. They knew what should be the main equipment for a house and weren’t pushy about adding more. The installation person was also extremely competent and knew how to install the equipment efficiently. He was also very good at explaining how to use it!

Everyone was nice and answered any questions we had. Just hope it’s everything we expect it to be. Very friendly, Evan was awesome and tech that installed was nice also. Very professional, not quite sure what else to say besides wasn’t looking forward to the extra expense but glad to have the extra protection for my family.

I’ve never had an alarm system before. Mike made it understandable on how it is set up and how it works. I highly recommend Vivint! Ask for Mike to install. You can feel his passion in his work. You don’t find that much these days.

My kids and I just moved into a new neighborhood a week ago. Oscar did a fantastic job explaining their product and its advantages over others I had previously used (ADT & Ring) while suggesting a perfect setup for our new home. Byron was at my house for same-day install within 20 minutes! Both were very friendly and professional. Legitimately the best sales/install experience I’ve had with home security!

Stephanie ** is on time and professional and very courteous. She completed the work on time and was very helpful she’s very friendly knowledgeable and shoulders everything how to work the TV even the hotspot. She was on time and took all And help us pick out the good spots for everything with the wireless and the TVs.

Dell was the absolute BEST he did a wonderful job securing my home informed me on the equipment he was just the best. Gave me great insight on feeling secure. The equipment is very user friendly and easy to adjust.

Staff was very friendly. Equipment was installed almost as soon as sale and late evening. Installation staff Brian was professional and took time to make sure equipment was perfect. Service was recommended to us by a friend and we will recommend to others as well.

I purchased a new alarm system and installed in one day. Chris and Mica are a great team. Chris the sales representative was awesome polite, down to earth easy to talk to. I have been without a working alarm system for about a month. The cameras are offline with the driveway camera constantly going out before all cameras were disconnected due to troubleshooting. My smart lock constantly malfunctions, reading that the lock is jamming. This happens almost daily. Then, I was forced to go on vacation without home security because the technician, Tanner, never showed up as scheduled. I have called customer service over ten times and while the problems are not the fault of the agents, they are not given very many tools to help consumers. Today, all that was able to be done is schedule another appointment that would put me at two months without a functioning security system. Of course, there is no guarantee that anyone will even show up.

I really don't care for this new technology things. But since the tech showed me how to work my Vivint security camera system. I love it. I'm getting ready to get the A/C thermal hooked up to the security system too. I really like the system.

I was very pleased with the way he spoke and explained everything. Also very pleased with the work and how fast everything was handled. They also cleaned their mess after they was done. Then when finished they showed us how to use the system.

I enjoyed the sales representative even though he talked a little too fast and forgot to initially add some stuff that I asked for. I am upset that he said I would be able to record with the doorbell camera 24/7 but I learned later after he left that I would need an additional piece of equipment to do so (The 24/7 recording was one of the main reasons I wanted to switch security providers). Was sold on electric door lock and fire alarm and CO2 alarm. Got home and none of these items were installed! Tech had some excuse why he couldn’t install them. If there was a problem he should have talked to the salesman that sold the unit to me and worked it out. I ended up with half the equipment I was promised! Not happy one bit. Will not refer your company to any of my friends.

The Salesman and installer are each very knowledgeable in their work. The equipment is very well up-to-date. The equipment is also more expensive than that which we have had with other companies in the past. In the beginning, the payments will include a 5-year loan for that equipment but with 0% interest. Cameras are hooked up to our electricity and don't require battery charging. No more climbing ladders to get them down, and to put them back up. So far, I would recommend Vivint to all my friends for their home security.

Overall my experience was good, especially with the installer. The installer was really courteous, professional, and did an excellent job! The sales guy was too, but he did oversell the camera quality a bit (it’s not 4K like they say, it’s just average like 720p). The equipment itself is very high quality, and is working great so far!

After swapping from Simplisafe, this has been a much better experience. There were a few hiccups in installation, but they were resolved by the technician at no cost (some hardware was damaged during install due to wiring, but the tech fixed the wiring and replaced the hardware). Everything seems to be working “turn key” and have been very happy with the customization available through the app.
