Chris did an exceptional job making sure everything was setup and properly working before he left. This has been a pain spot for my sister with the transfer but Chris made everyone happy today!! Leaving instructions and contact info was icing on the cake.

Had a great experience getting set up with Vivint yesterday. The customer rep Daniel was really knowledgeable and friendly. He had me set up for installation of the products I chose literally just a few minutes later. The installer Dang was really cool and efficient as well. Pretty happy with my purchase and the whole set up experience!

Z was great as a technician and was very informative about the equipment available to address my safety needs! She was also very friendly and personable during the 3 hours she spent at my home. She walked me through everything and made sure all of my questions were answered before she left. I'm a very satisfied customer!!!

Travis was excellent, patient and understanding. He anticipated my questions and answered them all. His install was memorable as he was positive and provided me with additional products and options. He cleaned up after himself and showed me how to use the entire system.

Just had security system installed and it is great. The cameras are very clear and have more features than I anticipated. Jeremy was very professional and explained everything very thoroughly. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the market for a security system.

I haven't had a chance to play around with it yet being that it was just installed last night but I think I'm going to like it. The cameras have lots of bells and whistles and I the nest thermostat is very easy to operate!

We are thankful we switched to Vivint. It's user friendly, especially for my non-tech savvy self. The people we worked with were so helpful and walked us through the whole process from purchasing all the way to explaining every part of the panel and the app. We would definitely recommend Vivint!

Very good installation. The team came and provided excellent service with very low effort on my part. Everything was installed correctly this and they showed me how to set up the app effectively. Very happy. I’m not sure what else to say on this, other than I really like the system.

Package and promotion signed up for the platinum plus or the premium plus and did not receive everything that was in the package and was charged for some items and things that definitely was not disclosed to me nor in the advertisement that we're paying more than we thought.

Shane was absolutely amazing. Him and Anthony were so professional and quick. Shane took the time to explain everything to me and also did not mind my dog and cats going wild! He was so patient and kind with everything.

We signed up for Vivint security and within 10 minutes someone was there to install it for us. They were very fast and clean with their work. Everything looked great and the place was left just how it was before installation.

Dakota worked all day to install my security system. I initially bought more cameras than I needed. Dakota surveyed my property and set me up with exactly what I needed. I am 1600 miles away from home right now and I know which garage's door is open! I am already happy with it. I should have done it years ago!

It truly has been a great experience working with Vivint for my home security needs. Both my Sales Representative and Installation Technician were very professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. I am now fully confident that my home is secure regardless if I am home or not!

Customer Service was amazing. Security system was explained in detail. Appointment time was on point, all equipment installed was explained of its purpose. We were given the opportunity to ask questions or if there were concerns or confusion, all information was provided to us where we understood. It will take us some time to get familiar with the equipment. We are happy with the services.

This was the best home security install process I have ever experienced. Tech was on time, very informative and knew his business. Vivint is straightforward about their product. Install took about 4 hours arrival to departure and everything was detailed and explained to me.

The tech they sent out was great and very friendly. He explained everything I needed to know and was very helpful. The door lock that I received will be very helpful for me and my son and also help when I'm not at home. I feel way more protected with this system.

Our installer was very professional. He knew his stuff. He went and replaced some of the sensors that didn’t work in a battery and somewhere that need a battery and he knew what he was doing and very professional. Very nice guy.

I had an amazing customer service experience with Vivint from the first inquiry call to installation. The system is so user friendly, but also gives me a 360 alarm experience. The team who handled my installation were professional and friendly, especially comparing to previous alarm companies and outreach (looking at you Brinks). If you are looking at an alarm company, give Vivint your full consideration.

Your salesman was or is very courtesy and as well as helpful. He is a very good young man and I hope he can go a long way in his business. God bless him. Really! Your installation man was courtesy but not so clean.

Everything was smooth. We have had a great experience with Vivint for the last couple yrs. We moved to Florida from Cincinnati and sold the system with our home, so it was a no brainer to once again install Vivint security. It’s a peace of mind.

The person was on time this morning. Issues with removing side camera so called supervisor and just left it. Couldn’t patch 6 holes inside where panel was installed because not prepared with required patching material. Did not remove wiring from front camera. Very unhappy with the removal. Now I have to hire a handyman to patch holes and paint. Also have side camera removed and patch hole.

I had a Vivint Doorbell System installed in my house yesterday and I just want to say that Sydney, the technician was very thorough in the installation of the Vivint Doorbell System and she even cleaned up after herself. I was very pleased.

I’ve had Vivint for years now (initially inherited from prior owners) and just chose them for another home. The install process was informative, easy and their staff was very supportive and knew what the customer wanted (I didn’t feel like I was being sold on any extra equipment). They certainly show appreciation for a dedicated customers. I would recommend them to others.

My technician was awesome. He was helpful, knowledgeable, fast, competent and very neat and polite. I feel very comfortable with using my new system and the company I chose. I have never had a security system before and am happy I chose Vivint!

I love my doorbell and cameras, I don’t have to get out of bed at night to see who at my door knocking. I just press the bottom to talk. This is awesome. I love it. I can look on my phone and all angles of my home. I can even look back at past activity on my property for up to 30 days.

The customer service and technician were awesome! I called one day and technician was out the next day. He explained everything fully and I feel very comfortable with the system already. Highly recommended to anyone looking for home security! All my questions were answered.

Seems like a good product, didn't get done, explanations done quite well. Received a better understanding from the installation guy than the sales guy. I hope the one product I signed up for gets removed as it wasn't explained well enough that it wouldn't work with my door lock. Financing was easy.

The installation tech was fantastic. He walked me through every part of my equipment and answered all my questions confidently. Even when he encountered hiccups other the installation (through no fault of his own), he went above and beyond to solve the problem and make sure everything worked correctly. Very knowledgeable and helpful salesman and technician. Helped us find the home security package we had been looking for and installed same day! Install was very fast and easy with flexible scheduling and included a setup and tutorial of our system.

I really liked the explanation that my salesperson gave me, it wanted me to buy instead of saying a hard no. The technician was great. He was able to explain everything to us and how the system works. Our security system was put up on the same day and was easy to use.

This is a con. Was not told that you have 3 days to return product and after 3 days the product is yours. After 30 days you cant change what you bought or downgrade. Also wasn't told that it was a loan and that you have to pay for equipment and the service for the next 5 years. So I'm in month 2 of a 5 yr loan with no option to back out. Salesman Joe ** seemed nice of course but lied and manipulated the whole process knowing that after 30 days there was nothing you can do. The call center will say they are calling him to verify but he isn't answering then low and behold you are past 30 days and they don't want to hear from you. It's a racket and I'm stuck with a so so system while these con artist take advantage of people. Its not right and its a horrible way to do business. If there was a ranking below 0 I would give it. Worse than a car salesman if one person reads this in Joe **'s area close the door on his face and go to anchor security system.

Everything was very professional. The person who installed my system was extremely nice and he explained everything to me from beginning to end! Everything is so easy to use. I am so satisfied with the results and happy I chose Vivint!

Most likely will be canceling because I feel that I’m being lied to!! I can’t even get in touch with the loyalty department. Salesman are telling the truth. Just concerned if you all will buy out my contract with ADT? And will I get a 30-day trial period with you all instead of 3 day like I was promised by salesman?

Worst experience w security company & I've dealt w many. I actually like Vivint products & was eager to install into my newly constructed home. It was a larger order- doorbell, 8 outdoor cameras 3-4 indoor cameras, 11 window sensors, 4 door sensors & misc additions. My home is in Florida and currently I'm in Georgia. So I explained this too thoroughly to Vivint scheduler and appointment was set up for Monday, 8/15/22. Vivint informed me that it was ~10hr job so make sure I was present. No one showed. So I call Vivint explaining that we flew to Florida, rented a hotel (since home in final stages of construction) & rented a car to be there for this appointment.

My experience with Vivint thus far has been great. The product is easy to use but also customizable and is exactly what my family needs. The install experience was great. The technician, was hard working and friendly. He walked me through all the products and installed everything with good craftsmanship and was happy to answer any of my naive questions throughout the process.

Couldn’t say enough good things about Dell, the gentleman who set up our system. Professional, polite, knowledgeable, with a good sense of humor to boot. Did a great job for us and would recommend highly for anyone who is looking for a home security system.

The rep and the tech crew that installed our system was very friendly and professional. The rep that sold us the system explained their services and answered our questions. The tech crew arrived within the hour and walked with us showing and asking about placement of cameras making sure we were fine with where they were going to install the cameras and angles we wanted. I liked that they didn't tell us what we needed but asked what we wanted.

First, we were pressured into service. Ken Y** (Sr. Regional manager) would not allow us to say no to the service so we decided to give it the trial run. He did not communicate with the installers of where the lights were supposed to be placed. Installers placed lights exactly where I instructed Ken we did not want them. We wanted the lights where our current lights are. After the lights were installed the installers said they could not touch our current lights because the lights were wired into the homes electrical outlet. Again, the communication was not there to inform us of any of that. The decision was made without consulting us.

Couldn’t be happier with the service we had from Vivint leading up to and especially including the installation of our system. Our technician was so helpful and worked all day to get everything installed and made sure we knew how to use it. He was there to answer every question (I had a lot) and was knowledgeable, patient, and kind.

The install was quick and clean. I appreciated their knowledge and courtesy. The system works great. The price met our budget. The convenience of having it all on my phone in an app makes it easy to use and awesome.

My experience dealing with your sales rep Jas was a wonderful experience. He answered all questions I had and explained all the equipment, packages and forms in great detail. Then Jason came the same night and had my system up and running in no time. He also was very informative with set up and what my system could and would do for me. Both young men had excellent customer service. I'm loving the system.

I tried a system that used the wifi, because of the brick structure anything outside the home would not connect. Thus, no outside monitoring could be done. With the Vivint system the blind side of the house is continually being monitored.

The install was smooth & painless for me. Dylan called 15 minutes prior to arrival to let me know he was on his way, when he arrived he was very polite & courteous, explained what was involved with the install & went about his business in a professional manner. When he was finished he walked me through everything, showed me how to use the app & how to get answers to questions if I needed help. Dylan also made sure to leave the areas he worked in clean from any debris. Great experience for me, very impressed!

My husband and I live on a fixed income, therefore knowing the price of something we are going to purchase is important. We continually asked for the total price of the security equipment and installation and the salesman repeatedly dodged our questions telling us how happy we would be feeling safe. After electronically signing multiple documents, we were presented with the actual price and I was totally stunned! And this was by the installer not the salesman.

Great service from both the installers and great communication with the sales rep Dylan. The wall mount control was having issues and would not load the Vivint software correctly so the installers worked fast to figure out the issue and get it all right.

BUYER BEWARE: when we moved from our house, we called and asked the company how we could be cancel our service. They recommended that we ask the new owners if they would like the service and if so, we could transfer it to them, by having the new owners call and transfer it, which they did. We were excited to help the new owners out and also give VIvint more business. At the time, we were very pleased with our services. Fast forward several months, we discovered that Vivint was charging us AND the new owners for the same account and same service even though we sold the house in April.

The ongoing existence of Vivint represents a crime against man and nature. It is, by a wide margin, the single most frustrating product I have ever interacted with. I moved into my apartment 2 days ago and had to spend at least 3 hours on the phone to gain control of my own AC unit.

Would definitely recommend Vivint. Our daughter already has system so we were already familiar with it. Had been talking about getting it ourselves. Neighbor was getting system installed so went and talked to Vivint rep. He came and sat down with us. We already knew what we did and did not want. No pressure at all trying to sell us on things we did not want. Explained everything and answered the questions we had. Install same day went off without a hitch. Everything about operating system was explained and demonstrated. Very satisfied customer!

My installer was phenomenal! Her precision and professionalism were on point! She installed everything the cameras outside and everything inside and I don’t see any wires. Everything was awesome! She spent so much time making sure she took the best route when installing cameras.

I neglected to tell the installer about connections, but they did do a good job on the system and I was pleased on how it worked. They were very professional in their installation And they explained everything to me very carefully.

The Representative Timothy ** Was very knowledgeable, helpful and very convincing. He convinced me to purchase the product. So far I am satisfied with it but we’ll see what time. I previously had ATT and I was satisfied with ADT. I hope this product is even better.

The technician who came to our home was extremely unprofessional. Answering personal calls on speaker phone, smoking on our property while we have a toddler running around and a pregnant mom home, breaking siding on our home while he installed a camera, showed up 2 hours past arrival window, didn’t give us a Vivint yard sign. He also said he couldn’t use any pre wiring that our builder had installed and instead drilled all his own holes when we were previously promised the pre wire would be okay. The service was EXTREMELY upsetting given the amount of money we paid in cash for all of the product. He also overstepped multiple times with conversation delaying the job even more.

Dylan and Casey were amazing. They answered all my questions and helped me with everything. 10 Stars for both of them. So far we are loving everything. Dylan was very thorough on explaining everything and Kaci also was very thorough on explaining how everything worked.

Brian was very polite and knowledgeable, describing what he was installing, and how to view the cameras and sensors on both the cellphone and home views. Brian and Matthew, who assisted him with part of the install, also did a fantastic job of placing the plastic conduit they use for the wiring, trying to put it in as inconspicuous a place on the walls as possible! I would highly recommend them! And so far the product is great too!!

Perfection in every way. Quick, efficient and the right price. Installation was really quick and the results are incredible. They explained it really well and I shouldn't have any problems. I would recommend this company over any other. Like I said the price is excellent, the equipment is modern and efficient. I am very pleased with my decision.

Love my VIVINT system. Premium product that delivers. Super clear cameras, recording right in the app, and even spotlights. Could never live without one. My favorite features are being able to lock and unlock the house from wherever and having the cameras right in that same app.

Typically I have a rule to never buy from door to door salesmen and now I am learning a lesson for not sticking to my gut. Sales rep completely lied about how it would report on my credit. He said it would be a soft inquiry and yet it’s a brand new credit line showing on my credit as a hard inquiry. That was the first scam. Then the sales rep repeatedly told me that I would only have to pay for the first 3 months of the equipment contract. Another lie. I called in to the customer service today and of course they are no help. Will never do business with this company again. If you see a Vivint salesmen at the door don't even bother to answer.

After several calls I finally called a number in Waco but it went to a person I thank was in Utah? This person spent several hours trying to get my system up, by giving to another person who want to know what I knew about my system, again I knew NOTHING after trying a few things it was determined that the system was non- function and they could not get to me for 2.5 weeks, then the first person texted me to get some kind of manager to talk me through the disconnect the system. They eventually set up appointment for the next day at 4:30 PM. The tech below called around 10 AM and said he had some time to come over and check the system out. I said OK. Mr. Samual ** was the Field Service Technician that came by early than the appointment Time.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Our installer was very informative and held good conversation. Typically it can be awkward during these type of processes but Vivint has always been so helpful and professional! We really appreciate all they’ve done! ESPECIALLY our installer. He made it very easy to understand everything from our phone, to the panel, door bell and even smoke detectors! Really great experience.

Our installer was amazing and so knowledgeable and friendly and the system is great! It gives me so much peace of mind to have this system in place with small kids at home and a lot of work travel in our future!

The sales man was really good experience. He let us know what we were getting and how to use it and if we had any question he answered them. Installation was super easy and the technician was incredibly knowledgeable in regards to the different systems. We needed to switch because AT&T was cancelling their alarm services. Vivint was cheaper, better equipment, and service was great. Install took an hour. Happy with the accessibility online with the app. Overall we are happy to have made the switch to Vivint.

I ask if I can pay up front total. I was told it has to be monthly so I was Manipulated into service. It wasn't good for him to say he said I could cancel at any time free of charge in 30 days if I don't like and was given a number.

The team set up the appointment for installation and helped with app navigation, how to use the equipment that was installed. Very nice, easy to understand, and the team followed up after the installation was done to confirm everything went well and set up another appointment to finish installing other equipment.

Switching to Vivint was a breathe of fresh air with their fully transparent sales process. No lies, upfront with all charges and promotions even speaking about long term future options. The salesperson made sure to find out what our safety concerns were and went suggested the products that were the solutions and not making us feel bad if we chose not to get every single upgrade. Clinton the technician was very patient and informative. He went over all instructions as well as answered all questions. Knowledgeable. At the end we had a medical emergency and he even stayed and assisted getting the proper authorities to handle the emergency.

Once the installation was completed he took his time to show me how to work everything. He is a great reflection of what customer service should look like. Setup was great, installer was very professional and explained everything as he went along. All equipment was up and running good (2 cameras installed 1 in front and 1 in back upon setup but later that day backyard Camera is no longer working. Says it's offline. I have contacted installer but does not seem too concerned that it is not working. I get that he is installing elsewhere but he did say for me to contact him if I had any issues.

Our install tech was professional and made sure we understood the system before he left. The system install went quickly and everything was as we asked. I took off 1-star because of the issues prior to install. We ordered and scheduled installation in July. Appointment was set for 8/3. They called me morning of the appointment to cancel. Rescheduled for 8/6. Didn’t even bother to call me to cancel the second time, just got a text 2 hours after the scheduled window asking me if I was ready to reschedule. I was promised a discount by a supervisor named Tait for the inconvenience if I agreed to reschedule for 8/17, but I never received it the discount and our install rep had no notes about the discount.

So far I am loving our Vivint system! It’s easy to use, works well and puts my mind at ease. The phone app makes everything accessible while I’m away and I love the backup cell chips that will make it run off Wi-Fi.

The seller of know what equipment I need and was very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain to me everything about the contract and the installer was very kind of very courteous and he cleaned up after cell and I had no problem with the equipment reinstalling.
