Robby contacted me prior to arrival allowing me extra time to prepare for his visit. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about system. We discussed installation and location for each device. Upon completion Robby reviewed each device and ensured I understood how to use and was competent on both app and panel.

Great installer. So friendly and helpful. He was willing to answer all of our questions and help us with the setup process!!! I would recommend Vivint to all of my friends for their prompt service on getting these cameras installed.

Great service by the sales and installation guys! Great products, and value! Everything was quick and easy. It was a very painless process from beginning to end, as compared to previous experiences. We were referred by a good friend who had the same experience!

The Vivint rep, Manny presented himself as being associated with ADT and wanted to talk to us about upgrading our panel. After all was agreed to and several days later we find out that Vivint is in fact a totally different company. Now we are obligated to you.

The installation was ok, however, there were times I had to assert on where items must go, slow the tech down to prevent unnecessary damages and some of the work is not as clean as I would expect, exposed cable for hard wired cameras and caulking. Additionally they arrived without face mask or shoe coverings so I had to request they return with face coverings and remove their shoes while in my home. Overall the installation was ok but the tech and trainee could have provided a better experience.

Received an immediate call once out in request for quote! Was able to get questions asked and date set up for install within minutes. Tech kept us in contact with his ETA and stayed until everything was set up. Only giving 4 stars just because he left without telling us how to combine our apps with our tablet, but he besides that did a great job!

The process was painless and easy. The first rep Ben was helpful and made process easy to understand. The second rep who service was very respectful and friendly. I appreciate the service that was provided and the cost overall. Thank you.

One thing I like is being told exactly what's going on, no surprises. Kolby explained everything to the tee. Thank you for that. He was kind and just made everything easy. Our installer and forgive me I forgot his name was just as nice. Cool young man. He loves his job. Thank you.

We were already looking at getting cameras for our house when a Vivint partner came to our house. We picked out what we wanted and three hours later the installers came. They were beyond polite and helpful. Overall whole experience was amazing.

The tech, Evan was wonderful that came out to install our system. He explained everything and was super friendly. Everything works great and we are very happy and satisfied. I definitely recommend Vivint to anyone interested in protecting their home.

Home security is a big deal to me and having the best is important to me. I feel Vivint is the best and I had to return to the best! Vivint has so many features that the competitor did. Tyson ** was professional and straightforward.

I haven't had this long enough but from what I have been told, yes I would recommend it. Gabriel was very informative and courteous. Quick installment. She took her time to get me set up. Gabe came back next day and made sure all was running smoothly.

So far I am limiting my Vivint set up, although I have only had it for a couple of hours. Install was pain free and the system seems to be pretty user friendly so far. I will have to see how it continues to work as I have the system installed longer.

Very professional and helpful. Josh who did the install and Noah who helped us with our equipment were fantastic. Both were happy to go above and beyond to make sure all of our questions were answered and we were ready to go!

Very friendly and efficient team that showed up. Took the time to explain the doorbell and other options available. No complaints with anything. Even showed me how their personal systems worked. I would recommend to friends and family and I look forward to seeing how it works in the near future.

Very helpful and knowledgeable. Knew a lot about the devices that he was installing. Chase was very patient with the questions that were asked and knew the answers. Chase worked alone most of his visit but was quick with installation. Yes I would recommend this service.

Very informative, professional, great service. Jereel was on time & prompt. It actually took a lesser amount of time in which he quoted me. Definitely would recommend to friends and family. The upward technology mixed with the excellent community services is a great buy!

Connie was great. Very respectful and professional and took all precautions to ensure a safe install. She wore a mask the entire install and answered all questions we had. Connie will be the person I refer my friends and family too.

The installer who came today was great! Dustin ** from Minot, ND. He did the impossible. He salvaged your reputation with me. A true professional. Brenn ** in Utah is also a champion. You're lucky to have them. However, since initial contact on May 25, your Williston, ND installer has no showed me three times. Three days of making/changing plans around this install only to be stood up. Three times!! No phone call or text. Nothing!! The most ridiculous customer service mess I've ever experienced in my 65 years.

Fantastic service and equipment. Technician was very knowledgeable and did a great job of placing the equipment and getting it done quickly. He also helped us set up the application on our phones and explained how it works. This is the second property that I have used Vivint at and I have been very pleased with overall service and performance.

The guy came in and installed the cameras in the places we asked, he taught us how to use the system accurately and answered any questions we had. Now we feel safe in our home. Thanks Vivint for giving us peace of mind. :)

Technician was very knowledgeable, accommodating and friendly!!! It was a pleasure to work with him. He was very efficient. Called before coming and arrived on time. He finished the job within the stated time frame. He took the time to make sure I was satisfied.

I like the new system. The phone app is nice as well, easy to use and navigate through. The install was easy and didn’t take much time at all. Had them years ago, that is why I went back to them. I like the medic alert I can wear in case I fall.

Keith was very knowledgeable about the security system. Also, he explained how to use the equipment that he installed clear and concisely. In addition, he also informed me of additional security equipment offered by Vivint. He was very professional and friendly. Definitely a pleasant experience for a first time home buyer. Good sales guy and install. Only issue was on install day they did not have all equipment to install. Missing drive and inside camera. Both were very professional and helpful. They were not pushy and made things quick and expedient. They gave me all necessary information and reviewed information covered by each other.

Install was efficient. Tech explained how to use app that was understanding. Everything was installed in a timely manner and tech cleaned what mess he made up. I like the fact that I can do everything from my phone. I would recommend them.

Yes I would recommend Vivint to my friends and family. The system is very easy to use. My technician Billy was very helpful and took his time explaining everything to me, without rushing. I appreciate his willingness to help with a great attitude.

Pricing is good, customer service was ok. The install was professional. I did have to advise the tech to wear a mask as that is our new normal. Hopefully Vivint will enforce that for techs to adapt to that part of the world.

I do like the quality footage of the cameras. Also, I like the ease in which I am able to arm and disarm the system. The app on my phone is quite manageable where I don’t have to log on every time I want to check my cameras.

It was late into the evening, but we decided to use the system for 30 days. Luis came and put the panel in where we wanted it. Cameras, lock and window detectors (for breakage) were put in place. Holes drilled as needed. We like it and use it daily. Good product so far.

I was pleased with the customer service and my home is back safe again. I was little worried about hidden fees but after the des associate went through everything this was a legit deal. Lastly, I didn’t have to wait 3 days or several hours for installation. It was done dame day. Thanks again.

Quincy ** came out and installed a camera for us, and a garage door opener, and got the entire existing system in the house up and running quickly and easily. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to, and thoroughly knowledgeable about any and all questions I had and answered them with ease. Because of that I’m looking into the auto insurance offered by Vivint as well. I literally could not have hoped for a smoother or easier transition into this security system and it is all because of Quincy doing his job with the utmost perfection and professionalism. I rate him 12 out of 10 stars.

Spent 2500 on an alarm system on a 2000 sq ft home. Car was broken into within 3 days, alarm caught nothing. Asked to be notified about alarms. Still nothing. Asked installer to do walkthrough so I got everything I needed, he did a half ** job and there are plenty of areas that have blind spots.

The installer was professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and courteous. The existing security system was checked out, batteries were replaced in a few sensors. New cameras set-up and the whole system running correctly in less than three hours. I am pleased with system so far.

A door to door sales rep came to our home and laid everything out for us. Cost, installation, products, all the works. They installed everything same day, and showed us how to use the cameras, the panel, and the thermostat that we got. So far I like it and have no complaints.

Our new system was just installed. We’re very impressed with how user friendly it is and the high quality of the cameras. The installation also included taking over our older, outdated ADT system. We’re very happy with this decision. We highly recommend Vivint for the quality of the equipment and ease of use.

Hayden, the sales guy, was great! Easy to work with and didn’t push anything we didn’t want…. Just found out what our needs and wants were and provided for it. Installation began right away. Kelton, the installer, was fantastic, personable, and patient with us as we learned the new system.

The salesman Travis was very knowledgeable, and explained things quite in depth. The price was quite decent and the install looks professional. First off I want to say that their consumer service is very good! The guys are very knowledgeable & nice! We were surprised they installed everything the same day! The installation and sign up was fairly easy. I had a lot of trouble with Capital Bank’s customer service, who Vivint goes through to finance for customers. The number provided to me via email by Vivint to reach Capital Bank was not a working phone number. That was really the only difficult part with this whole process.

I NEED TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER. CALL ** OR **. The agent lead me to believe your company was a part of ADT. I can not find anything wrong with your system. Just be a little forthright with your customers.

I had an awesome experience right from the start with Alex. He was very proactive in getting everything set up quickly. Dustin and Shad were also amazing in making sure my house fully secured just as if it were their own. They explained the process so well that I barely had any questions at the end. I would recommend Vivint to everyone!!

I am totally satisfied with the excellent quality of technical service provided. That is not the issue of discussion. I am dissatisfied with the lack of appropriate Door Stickers. As an apartment dweller you have a ridiculous little unreadable sticker. There is no visible deterrent or warning for use on an exterior door. Many urban customers prefer such a sticker size.

Vivint is an outstanding alarm company! Their product is incredible & their team is amazing. The price for security can’t be beat. Jay, their technician, is stellar! Vivint has a star of an employee in Jay. He’s knowledgeable, efficient, friendly & an expert.

I have tried several times on multiple platforms to enter my account info and receive the promised gift card to buy out my ADT contract. Every time I get a message that the operation cannot be performed, check the link and/or account info.

Sales rep stopped by my house this morning when I was expecting breakfast to be delivered (I probably wouldn’t have answered the door, but was expecting food.) He turned out to be a great guy and had me sold on a full set up for no down payment. This was stuff I’d been planning on doing myself anyways but figured if I could get all of it with no down payment and 0% interest then why not. 3 cameras, Alarm system, Smart thermostat, Smart lock. Got signed up for the system and about 45 minutes after the sales rep left, the service techs arrived to do the installation. They were able to get everything set up perfectly within a couple of hours and very friendly as well.

The guys did great! Very helpful and very clear on explaining everything they had done during the time of installation. Also they picked up after themselves and very good housekeeping making their job look good and clean. Would highly recommend and definitely pleased with the service they provided.

Employees were very knowledgeable and helpful. The system seems to be easy to use. Both sales person and technicians were very helpful with set up and instruction on how to use the system. Still waiting on final instigation to be completed but are anxious to see how easy it is.

Jack met with me this opening about Vivint and then Kevin was out at my house for the install within an hour. Kevin did a wonderful job of installing everything and explaining how it worked. I am very happy with my products thus far.

The staff service is awesome. He took the time to listen to what I needed, he didn't force me to get anything or extra item but he just listen to what I needed and installing was also as pleasant, listened and educated me on how to work the equipment.

The guy who installed my equipment was great. We had to call customer service to fix a thermostat setting. That took too long and the agents kept repeating back everything I said. I don’t need or want them to do that. It’s more professional to just have a conversation with me to fix what is needed. Thanks.

They contacted me and had our system put in the house the same day. It was fast and simple. Ended up telling my brother about the service and he got his install the next day. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable!

For the most part, the team was professional and friendly. I was looking for a security system and Kaeden showed up shortly after the movers left. He took his time going over everything, which I appreciated. He stayed until after 8:00 pm. I was very surprised when he said they could install that night if I was going to be awake for a while. I was good with that, so shortly thereafter the install team arrived. They were nice/professional as well. They tried to get me to upgrade three more components by “selling” them. I ended up taking two of the three but regret upgrading the camera, at least right now. I didn’t realize how bulky and in-the-way it would look.

Amazing service by David our installer. He took lots of time to help me learn and understand the system. David worked in a timely fashion and was extremely professional. I was very pleased with his attention to detail and his knowledge of the product.

I wasn’t happy about getting it installed right then. I had things I was doing and they didn’t get done. Roommate was pissed off - he had to work at 6 the next morning. I’m old and I had a stroke a few weeks ago. I feel like I was railroaded. I kept asking questions that weren’t getting answered.

Mark worked in a timely manner. Explained to us every step on how to use our equipment very carefully making sure we understood. Mark also reassured my family that this smart home equipment is very reliable and very simple to use. I would definitely recommend this line of equipment to anyone looking to purchase smart home accessories.

Vivint team was great. Super happy with the purchase. I love the system and all its features. I was a shocked how quick and efficient the process was to get an alarm system put in my home. Thank you vivint.

I am not happy with the installation process of the cameras and the level of communication during the process. The tech did not communicate the issues and what needed to take place. He didn’t inform me he was having issues and what needed to take place. He put extra holes in my wall, patched them poorly and disconnected my garage opener and I am unable to get it synced to open and close with my opener as it was before. As far as system it is working and no issues at this time to report. The supervisor I reported to figured 2 months of no payment would be fine, but it will take more than that to fix and paint the wall to match. Lastly the tech left a mess in my home in areas. I am still finding pieces of wires here and there. The tech was nice but he needs to learn communication with customers before he tears up the home, because the patch job is gonna make it worse.

After talking with three different reps over the phone, Andy came thru and set the order according and was very professional, honest, and upfront. This is exactly what I always expect folks to be like! There is nothing less I could have asked for. Very much appreciated to lose this deal. Thank you Andy and was a pleasure meeting!!

Easy to deal with great system. Customer service is pretty good. Tech was nice and finished in a timely manner. Sales person was awesome. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The equipment seems to be high end. So far video quality is amazing. Very user friendly.

Very quick and professional team. Had a full system installed and fully integrated within 24 hrs of sale. So far everything looks to work as advertised and the camera resolution is phenomenal. I love that the cameras use AI to understand the difference between motion from people and normal movement from the wind. Solid experience overall!

Great service. Jared explained all the equipment very well. He quickly installed everything and cleaned up after himself. I am looking forward to using this new system. So much more up to date than my previous system where I had to change my doorbell and constantly put batteries in my thermostat.

The Vivint Representative, Dell, was very thorough about the installation and how to use the system. Dell went over each area of the keypad and what we can add to make the home more secure. Can't wait to use the system.

I am beyond pleased with this entire experience. The customer service I have received from Dan and Miranda, my SMART HOME Pro and VIVINT install technician, is second to none. The equipment is top of the line with 4K cameras and the app that runs it all is easy to navigate. 30 day DVR for recording and the 5G service gives me the peace of mind I was looking for in a security system. Thanks Dan and Miranda for helping my family and myself sleep better! VIVINT is lucky to have the two of you representing their company on the service level.

All was great from the salesman to the installer coming back the next day to explain how the system works. Having difficulty with the citizen's sign up. The link is saying there is a problem. I will speak with the sales agent this evening.

But when trying to make the sale, my rep wouldn’t listen to what I wanted and made a huge expensive package for me to try for a trial week. I knew what I wanted and did not want to make unnecessary holes in my house for things I knew I did not want and for them to be removed in a week. So when the tech got here to install he actually listened to the four products I wanted and called the sales guy to tell him to remove the unnecessary things from the package which got some push back but ultimately took off the products after I had said a sale is a sale and I do not need 8k worth of products.

It’s so easy and smooth to make the order. I already did my research online, I know what I want. Just this time is for a gift, if I purchase for myself, I would use Bundle purchase, if we can customized it, will even better. I will give you A Plus, High 5 for you,

There was a lot of things that had to be adjusted for the home security to work & the guy did everything no complaints & was super friendly. Our doorbell was old & broken so he had to rewire & our router for the Internet was also old so he had to give us a device that could connect to the Internet.

Roy was great. Punctual to appointment. Explained things. Was fast. Overall great experience. He could of cleaned up his mess he made from drilling Better. And I don’t think he doubled check the front door which already have the keyless entry so it’s making extra double noise and has a delay.

So there I was… Unprotected from video or audio from the outside world. A salesman came by and told me that I could be protected and then I wouldn’t have to worry so much. He explained how he could put a fire alarm/smoke detector in here that would contact the local bar department when it went off… He also installed a doorbell that has a camera… And added an extra camera to watch the driveway with. On top of all that I got glass break detectors installed and an automatic front door lock that I can lock from anywhere off of my app on my phone. Now I have complete control over my home security’s by using my telephone. For the products that I received compared to what little I had to pay for them was a no brainer. I feel a lot safer and more secure with the system. It was worth every penny. I would recommend this system to anybody!

I love this system from the minute it was installed. My tech that came out was very knowledgeable and helpful. Did everything quickly and efficiently and walked me through the entire system afterwards. Even helped me troubleshoot my garage door opener that wasn't working. The technician did a great job. Vivint wasn't upfront with their customer. I didn't like that. I was quoted a different price and the equipment was expensive. Financing is 5 years as well. The only good thing is that the equipment belongs to you once purchased even if you move.

Salesman didn't explain the camera. Had to have power. Little more work for me but he was very nice so I will have to run wire And tech will come put cameras in in two weeks. Not enough time for me to move everything so he could finish last night.

Informative info about Home Security, and just a couple hours later our home is protected with Vivint. From the salesperson to the install everything went professionally and flawlessly. I highly recommend. I am amazed at the service we received for the low-cost.

I was very impressed with my experience with my salesperson and the technician. Everything was completed In the same day and in a professional manner and couldn’t be more pleased with my interaction with Vivint. I switched from ADT because I was unhappy with my service.

They keep texting me, calling me James, their new customer. I am NOT James. I have asked repeatedly to stop texting me and figure out James number. Must not be a really good home security company if they can’t get their customer's number correct and keep harassing other people.
