Jose, the person selling the system was cordial and accommodating. Seemed knowledgeable and trustworthy. The technicians spent numerous hours making sure the system was installed correctly, adding multiple boosters since our house is relatively large and long. They were diligent and communicated well. Made sure we understood how to use the system with the App.

The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful on the product. He mades us feel like Vivint just totally makes our home safer. I would highly recommend the product to anyone else. He was also patient in teaching us about the product.

I was interested in a security system but didn’t know what to choose. I’m so glad I went with Vivint. The salesperson (Delaney) and installer (Matt) were friendly, informative and always professional. The process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this product.

The technician was right on point. He explained everything that he did from the installing all the way to the end where we went over everything, show me how to work the alarm, what to do, what not to do. He was great. I am bad with names but I want to know now. He’s very knowledgeable with what he does and he leaves you with no questions.

Only issue I had was with the connection when answering virtual questions. The link was difficult to position to get a good link. The system goes in and out intermittently, but the technician was helpful over the phone. Overall good experience so far.

Jordan was very professional and attentive to my needs as a consumer. I was highly impressed. He took the time to explain, the system in its entirely.. I was a little upset by the customer service of the initial representative, she wasn't very knowledgeable of the install process..

The technician was amazing, very thorough in training me on the system. They answered all my questions and was incredibly fast. The system is easy to navigate and has the features that I have been looking for. All I can say is this was an awesome experience and would recommend to others.

The tech did a great job setting up my Vivint products, he explained all of the products that Kelly had requested for my install. He walked me through each product and explained all of the fears addition to showing how each device worked.

He show me how to use the keypad and my cellphone. He explain everything to me about this system. He told me what he was doing, where everything is located. He was very knowable, he was patience and he took his time. I was very pleased with his work.

The technician was amazing and he did a great job going through the panel with us and helping set up the cameras in the appropriate places. We really appreciated him spending the time to really think about where to place the cameras around the property.

Explained service and price. I was impressed by the advanced services as compared to my old system which wasn’t working at all. The tech installer was professional and knowledgeable. Installment was very quick and he instructed me in how to use the system. He took the time to let me practice.

The tech was timely and explained every thing he was doing and all the documents that needed to be signed. He demonstrated how to access the system via mobile and on my iPad. He even plans to schedule a follow up service for my doorbell.

It was a very pleasant visit. The tech was able to fix the issues and do a walk thru of the services. He even waited for us since we were running behind. We will definitely be referring friends and family.

The person who did the installation was very nice and professional, the only thing I didn’t like was that he didn’t have all the equipment on installation day. Had to installed on my own one of the cameras, it’s a pain in the butt.

I’ll be honest, I’m not that person that likes people doing sales door to door. But we had been interested in updating our security system cameras and all so I bit and allowed the rep, Tito, to come back later and do the presentation with my husband also. The presentation was upfront, details were upfront, and they literally installed the system 30 mins after we signed up. The installers were professional also, snd super friendly. Good experience all around. The app and setup is super easy to use, super easy to understand and you control it all from your phone. Was the easiest door sales that I ever accepted lol.

I am very pleased with the quality of service the installer provided. She is outstanding, friendly. Just great. Thank God for her. The salesman was also great and he came back to see if the job was performed to my satisfaction.

The guys did a good job! Professional, fast and accurate. Kind of reminded me of a Nascar pit crew. Products seem to be well made and technology looks solid. I look forward to using the system to protect my family and have peace of mind. This is part of a layered defense to work with other barrier protection products and my German Shepherd. The install guy was just as great, very friendly, and answered any questions we had! On top of that the quality of the product is SO much better than the ADT system we had. Everything explained by technician & minimal disruption during install. Not sure why took longer than expected (from 1030 am to 330 pm) but overall pleased with product. AC interrupted after tech left & house is now taking longer than normal to cool down.

I got my 1st security system and install and the installation took no time at all. It was completed by a team that is knowledgeable, professional and punctual. I will absolutely be referring them to my friends family and co-workers. The system is user friendly for a grandma like me.

Evan and Michael beyond professional. Knowledge in the industry also helped me make up my mind. The install was so quick and Evan also provided personal cell # for my learning curve on the panel. What install guy does that? One who is confident in their work that’s who.

Gabe was a big help. He was thorough with his explanation and set up. He gave good suggestions on where cameras should be placed and how they should be setup. He also made sure all cameras worked the proper way before leaving.

I had to help the install in the attic. The systems are not hardwired like promised. I’m sure Vivint is a fine service. Just haven’t seen it yet. My ring system has been better thus far. Especially for how much I am paying for this system bad experience and not sure why I am paying so much for this subpar service that I had to help install.

Salesman was nice and the installers did an ok job. I think the price was a little high for what we received, but comparable to other companies it’s about the same. Way cheaper to do it yourself but that wasn’t what we wanted. Cleanup was not done well at all. They left wood chips everywhere.

I am looking forward to using this system to help keep my family and home safe. I am new to the Vivint Family. This service came highly recommended. The installer Robert was great and very helpful. He also cleaned up after himself. I appreciate that very much.

I feel that we got a fair deal. Our sales rep Finn was good at explaining everything and the installation tech Greg was fast and through as well. They listened to what I needed and were able to make it work. I have a disabled child and this system means peace of mind and above all else safety for my children and me. I am thrilled to have this system.

We just got our system installed today and we changed from ADT. I’m obsessed with it. It’s so much easier to use. I also feel like we get an amazing deal for all of the stuff we have. Our rep was awesome as well. So happy we changed!

The installers were professional and quick. Set everything up and the entire system was ready to go before they left. There is a short follow up for one piece that has been on back order for the system and I expect nothing less than the same level of professionalism.

As far as installation went, perfect, the technician did great. Communication with tech from Vivint was terrible. On two different occasions I’ve had to call and explain my situation to Vivint and they didn’t relay that message to the tech. Other than that, everything went smooth.

I spoke with the sales rep Justin and was able to have my system installed the very same day! I didn’t have to wait weeks for a technician to come between 8-5. He was there within 30 minutes. Set everything up and showed me how to use it!

Chris has been outstanding and has really went above and beyond my expectations and delivered the results he promised on. Vivint is the Chick-fil-A of the security industry. Definitely wish I would have went with Vivint for my first option of security because they strive for the customer satisfaction before, during, and after the agreement with the company.

I was very pleased with my installation. Austin was very helpful and answered any questions I had concerns about. I would definitely recommend Vivint to anybody. Very Professional. He also took his time with the installation. Nothing was rushed and it was very neat and clean.

Our install was great. Very informative and friendly. He went over how everything worked as he was setting it up while offering insights. The consult only lasted about 35 minutes and the install was there ten minutes later. Super fast and efficient.

The presentation was very good. The system I had I couldn't hear my doorbell, which made MADE my camera useless. With this system I can do both. And this unit record and alert me if anyone is around my house.

Rep Jorge ** addressed all questions and concerns, provided suggestions, applied any discount/offers, and definitely explained the process in great detail. The installer confirmed my purchased items and he performed a walkthrough of each device including the panel. In all, the cameras are clear, love the features of each device to include the customization, and the entire process only took one day. Definitely recommended.

We really lucked out and got the dynamic duo - Chris, our Rep and Audrey, our a tech. Chris ** was an incredibly nice, respectful, and knowledgeable representative. He sold us an amazing home security package - cameras, key pad lock, etc, that Audrey efficiently installed within mere hours later. They both provided us exceptional customer service - thoroughly walking us through all the features that are now at our fingertips. I highly recommended the Vivint product but even more so, I recommend working with Chris and Audrey.

My order was badly mishandled, which made the installation take almost FIVE hours, when it should have taken less than an hour and a half. If the company makes it right on the back end, I’ll reconsider this review. But right now, the one star stands.

Great install. Helpful. Completely explained the system. We made minor changes from my original order and it went without a problem. Cameras and doorbell work perfectly. Even added garage control to my system. He realigned the backyard camera and made it perfect.

We had a pretty good experience overall with the process. Definitely plan a day if you're getting a lot of upgrades. It took until about 10:30pm which we didn’t plan for. Also had to do the clean up and relock all of our windows that were left unlocked. The salesman Tito was great and personable. So far we love the actual system.

I came into this process with high expectations after reading reviews and seeing firsthand how a family member's installation went. I specially asked for the same technician but was told it wasn't possible. They assured me that they would have their best installer come to my home. Long story short it was a pretty sloppy install. I'm not really mad at the installer since everyone has to start somewhere. He definitely should have had another person working with him. I am more upset about the sales process assuring me that they will have their best tech come out to my house. Afterwards they did nothing to rectify the situation. Typical sales cycle. I do believe it's a good product but the sales process and installation definitely overshadows that. We are paying a lot for this equipment and I just moved into my brand new house. I don't expect wire to be ran like the attached image. Overall I wouldn't recommend this service.

Polite, helpful, knowledgeable. Installer answered all questions. Installer was on time, prepared with extra equipment and was instrumental in helping me create the perfect system for my house and needs. He made time to go through all of the information and how to use the system.

The young man that installed the equipment was very knowledgeable, polite and quick. I would recommend them to anyone. I would give him a 10 out of 10. Vivint needs more technicians like him. They also need more salesmen like Preston that sold the equipment. We are very satisfied with everything.

David was wonderful, he was very thorough and professional. I look forward to being a loyal customer. I am very excited with the new features and products Vivint has to offer. I was a customer in the past and David assured me of the changes that have been made to customer service.

Ben came out to install our system. He did an amazing job and we love the security system. I would 100% recommend using Vivint. I did a ton of research and Vivint is definitely the highest rated. The price of their system is very reasonable.

I am very happy with my service and installation minus the fact that I have to wait for all of my indoor cameras to be mailed to me. It would have been nice to have been told this during when I was ordering on the phone. I am paying now for all my equipment even though I don't have all my equipment yet. That is frustrating!

Our installer was friendly and helpful about the installation process. He explained the function of every alarm component that was being added to our new system. He explained how to operate the entire system and how to handle every possible situation. We couldn’t be more pleased!

Young man was persistent but personable. I wasn’t interested at first but he pointed out the benefits of a home security system and how easy it was to use. Thinking of the car break-ins and vandalism in the neighborhood convinced me.

Installer did a great job all the way around... I like the attention to detail and even though, I was being kept from my birthday dinner, he took the time to explain the panel features and how to log in and out of the panel. He also was thoughtful and said he was sorry for being so long getting everything installed and me being late for my dinner out. I will advise those who are looking for a security system to use Vivint smart home.

After a failed initial appointment that went horribly wrong (Cancelled a trip out of town to wait a week for an 8:00 AM appointment. Received a call at 10:30 AM that they would have to reschedule.) I gave Vivint another try. The technician was excellent, on time, knowledgeable, patient and thorough.

I wish I could have it do it only during certain times. I’d like to shut off the deter thing every time someone gets near. Maybe it’ll get better later.

We just had Vivint install a system in our new home in Portland - we have them in our current house already and love the equipment and customer service so much wanted them in our new house too. Jesse the installer did an excellent job getting the system together, communicating what he was doing along the way, and even helped fix an internet issue so that we could get our Vivint cameras working. Painless install, new system works great, and every Vivint rep we spoke with along the way was professional, friendly, and helped answer all of our questions. Wouldn’t choose any other company out there for our home security.

Very professional… price was great. Zach our sales rep is awesome our install was quick and easy. They were very detailed and descriptive. Honest, upfront with everything. The next day they even came back to see how the system was.

Installer was very nice. Mostly did a great job. I thought that we were going to have our smart thermostats installed as well as a smart door lock but that's not the case. In addition to that, I was left with a 1.5 inch hold in my patio where the old cameras were removed. We have rodents and bees that would have full access to our patio. Installer should have sealed that area or never removed a camera that's going to leave a hole for the outside elements to come into the attic. I need that fixed as soon as possible.

It all went great, I am very happy with the way it went. I would recommend this to everyone who I know. I think this is one best experience that I had in many years. I feel this was one of the best choices that I have done in years.

Jendy was on time during the install. She updates me from time to time with regards to the installation. And walk through us after to make sure we know how to use our new system. I have a friend who had Vivint and while living with her I got an up close and personal demonstration of the reliability, quality, and speed of their service. When I was ready to get my own security system, I did a search on the internet and Vivint is consistently a top consumer choice. Why would I choose anyone else? Also, the gentleman who helped me, Alex, was professional, and polite, but also personable. I didn't feel like I was talking to a robot. I'm happy and can't wait to install my system.

Install was smooth, installer showed up during install window, was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly rectified an issue with the length of contract which I appreciate. He did a great job explaining system. Only critique is he needs to do a better job on cleaning up after install.
