Our Technician had a lot patience and very detailed with how to work the system. He took out the time to make sure we understood how to work each program. It was sent anything to clean up afterwards. I would recommend in the future.

The gentleman I spoke with was very concerned with making sure I was satisfied. He seemed very experienced and seasoned in his job. He was also very patient and flexible. I have not received my equipment yet but I am so excited to get it setup.

Tech, Jay **, was friendly, experienced and a pleasure to work with. Employees like him are unusual with high marks for that personal touch. He gave a detailed description of each feature of Vivint security system with helpful hints and why to’s and for’ s. I am already feeling more secure.

The technician was great. He help me understand more about the process as I did not know it was a line of credit. I hope next time the sales team will explain more about this line of credit to other customers.

Technician showed up a few minutes early to make sure he was on time. He was very courteous and Knowledgeable. He also gave recommendations to help fulfill our family’s security needs. With this kind of service I will remain a loyal Vivint customer.

Our Vivint Pro Billy arrived on schedule. He was very friendly and professional. He finished in a timely manner. Billy explained our new security system to us. He helped us decide on where to put our new outdoor camera. When he left we were very confident on how to use our new security system. We really think we’re going to be pleased with our Vivint System!

Sales rep was on time, acknowledge himself, very pleasant. He was very knowledgeable about the system, I just didn’t understand some of what he was saying, we both speak different languages, which a pamphlet would’ve been better. Love the system!

Jeff and his trainee are ideal representations of how a company should be represented. Jeff training is definitely doing the company good. Probably one if the best and most genuine technician interactions I’ve had for any home service. I had a great experience with my install and the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable in all of the devices. I think is system is a great investment and worth every cent! He took his time with the install which I really appreciated and asked where I wanted the hub place and gave his professional recommendations. He was very friendly to us and my fur baby. This is a complete turn around in the right direction from SimpliSafe which is trash. Highly recommend and I think this is the best home security system you can get!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I ever had. The initial technician was double booked and they have sent someone else who came at 12 pm with a very unpleasant attitude and making fun of my lack of knowledge. At some point he even called me darling. After several arguments we have agreed on what he needs to install but even he was booked from 12 to 4 pm, he had to leave at 3 pm and he came back at 5 pm to install everything. He made a mess in the entire house and he didn’t clean after himself. He said he is usually bringing a broom but today he decided to not take it. Cables leftovers, packages and white dust from the walls is all over the floors.
Today when I’ve start cleaning I’ve realized he broke a plug too. When he was about to leave I’ve realized he didn’t install one of the sensors. It was almost 8 pm when he finished and after he left I saw he forgot his ladder so he had to come back and pick it up. I’m not even sure I have the best option for my security system.

Eric arrived at the time he said he would and was very professional. He walked me through the paperwork and immediately got to work setting up the system. He then went over all the features of my system and even set up existing equipment I had to the system. I was very pleased with his work.

There is nothing better than outstanding customer service! Friendly knowledgeable reps, that are efficient and professional. I would Abso-freakin-lutely recommend Vivint to a friend or family member. Getting qualified was painless and installation was seamless. The camera picture has to be the BEST in the business! The price for the service and equipment is competitive and maybe a little higher than some, but you get what you pay for! After the lifetime guaranteed equipment if paid for the service is all you pay for which is extremely reasonable! I'm pleased with my choice to have Vivint in my home.

I recently ‘Refurbished’ My 1960 MKII 3.8 ‘Jaguar. It's kept in a ‘Secure Parking Site, with the ‘Vivint Security Camera’ on 24/7! Also, I just love the ‘Remote Door Bell’ feature which ‘Monitors’ as well as allows Me to respond to all guests, and delivery personnel arriving at My door when home or away! Martin

Marco was quite pleasant, personable, & informative. It was a very pleasant experience. He took me through exactly what would be necessary for the install. However, I was disappointed that it will be necessary to wait until Wednesday next for the completion of the video cameras.

The technician arrived earlier than I expected which was great. He was very efficient and knowledgeable about the system. The walk-through on how to operate the system was spot on. Alarm system was installed professionally. I also had a motion detector and camera along with a glass break detector. The installers were on time and finished the work in the time that was given to me. I gave them a list of four potential leads.

My experience was great with the installation, except they did not have the exterior camera pro I ordered. They will have to come back when he gets the cameras in stock. He estimates that it will be at least 2 weeks. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Tech showed up on time, was very thorough in his work and patient in training us. System works great and remote access is great. We are able to control access on our phones and monitor the status including the garage door.

The installer was capable, however, he did not have the yard sign over the window stickers which I need because I am going out of town. He did an OK job installing the equipment but he did not go above or beyond.

Great price for what you get & fast setup. I would like nicer looking equipment on the inside but that's no fault of the sales or install guy. Should just use in house financing instead of a 3rd party.

The entire process of working with the Vivint team was outstanding. From our sales person to our installer, everyone was courteous and informative. Our installer did a wonderful job. The technician was very patient in getting his job completed and he work very diligently to get it completed. He tested all doors, windows, smoke alarms sensors, batteries in the sensors. He checked all cameras individually. In general he did a very job, well done.

Vivint pairs their superior technology with integration for my existing smart devices and also tried and true methods of home security. During the install, which was expeditious and clean, I found out that some of the equipment that existed already in my home from ADT wasn’t actually operational. Installer did a good job but he ran into some frustrations due to connection problems and switched to a different monitor. When he left I looked on my phone and it said the monitor is in maintenance mode. I turned my TV on and saw that it freezes up or has a black screen and indicates problems connecting. I have DIRECTV. Possibly some compatibility issues with the security system but I’m not sure. I’ve had DIRECTV for years and a new television I purchased six months ago. I don’t know what the problem is because I’m not that tech savvy.

Had the service for 2 yrs. On and off problems with the equipment, taking several hours on the telephone before they will send someone out to repair. Repair specialist take several hours to discover the problem. Most recently the downstairs thermostat malfunctioned leaving me without a/c, after another 1 hour call I was informed a service technician could not come out till 5 days. Living in Florida temps up to 90+ degrees depending on the day. The day before the repair, the appointment was cancelled and I was told they would send an emergency a/c tech out to repair. Well that didn't happen and went another weekend without a/c. Finally repaired on Monday by the emergency repair company, then 3 days later Vivint tech came out. I requested they uninstall the thermostat upstairs as well. He uninstalled it and did not wire it properly. My upstairs thermostat was set to emergency heat and the temperature registered at 99 Degrees.
Took another day for the emergency repair company to come out. I called Vivint to discontinue service, they charged me a penalty fee. Apparently I was under contract for 5 years. So apparently they can offer substandard service and continue to penalize the consumer. I don't care what other people say. As far as I'm concerned it is a 100% failure on their part and I had to pay $1044.99 to cancel the service with them. The department then tells me what great reviews they have and superb service written about them online and in magazines. Well that did not make me feel any better. Buyer beware is my advice.

Will not come install window sensors. No call no show 3 times with no explanation. I waste my weekends waiting and they don’t show up. If I could leave zero stars I would. No accountability and no one calls me to reschedule. I just get passed around.

Technician that came out for installation was great. Super quick and easy process. Unfortunately they charged me about double what I was told back in July when I called to have services set up, not to mention, they charged the card that I had on file instead of giving me another way to pay, so now my rent money is gone until they can refund it. They seem to be trying what they can to make it right. Hopefully they will because I like the system, it's exactly what I wanted.

I cannot pronounce his name properly so I will call him Mr. **. Mr. ** was very thorough with explaining the product and the quality. He also mention that the equipment comes with a lifetime warranty. I normally shy away from what I may feel is an unnecessary bill however, the security system I received today made me feel it was an necessity. The customer service received was excellent.

I found the work ethics of the installers to be positive. They called and texted to alert me of their imminent arrival, and arrived at my home on time. They were diligent in completing the installation properly. After installation was complete, the installers explained how to use the equipment. I was pleased with the entire process.

The tech was professional. He explained how to use the system in detail. However after he left I noticed that my window detectors were not active. These detectors were already in place from my previous alarm company. However Vivint used all of my previous detector contacts anyway so that’s not a problem. But I need to have my home fully secured. If someone was to break in if they came in thru a window my home would not be secured and I wouldn’t be notified. I’m hoping someone from Vivint would contact me to correct this as I really want to love my new system and feel totally safe.

I am just thrilled that I chose Vivint for my home security needs! The entire process from my initial order to the completion of my set up in the instructions that the tech gave me were right on point. I had several contractors in my new house at the same time and when the Vivint representative left, I really felt more secure and empowered to use the product site purchased officially and effectively. He was so courteous and professional, and also took note of my often rushed state and gave me the general information and bullet points I when I asked and the details when I clearly needed them. On-time arrival. The only reason it took as long as it did is the panel didn’t work, so tech brought a new one. So satisfied with system capabilities that I upgraded with two more devices. The cameras are so clear, and with a little practice, the panel and app are easy to use. There are many companies out there, but the Vivint team definitely makes a difference!

Had this service previously and switched to Ring when I moved to an apartment. Can’t compare quality equipment and top notch installation and integration of all systems. Yes it's a bit pricey but I can’t put a price to the safety of my family.

This company has double legal remedy and leaves the customer open to just trust them. I was told some account named “Citizen’s Plus” would be owe for equipment. No interest and only $67 a month. Then my credit score takes a hit for a third party inquiry. I follow up only to realize I owe “Citizen’s One” a loan for the whole $4000. I this company tells me they lend money at zero interest. Of course Vivint just got paid about $4000. I don’t know how they can pay the person I am speaking to with a “Citizen’s One”, loaning money at 0% interest? Now I have two websites and two bills with another at Vivint for about $2,700 for 60 mo. Service and this is billed as advertised, but the total cost seems a little high for property theft protection, but personnel safety. Yes. We shall see?

The installer was fantastic. Name Eric. Billing and account set up was not so good. They had a hard time getting my deposit correct on contract. In return ended up just paying for equipment in full. That’s was the biggest complaint.

I've contracted a leading camera manufacturer for both of my houses for at least 7.5 years with several high impact events which were never recorded. Vivint sales, and install techs have been absolute professionals across the board, which I worked for a top five corporation over 25 years installing, and servicing similar equipment. Pricing contracts for both house was totally fair. Instead of cameras recording only on motion, all cameras will be recording even if power is lost under power failure because each system is programmed into a cellular service. Vivint has covered all communication options.

I had a Vivint home security installation done. I'm satisfied with how it went. The technician was respectful. He kept his mask on for hours, until I invited him to remove it, if he wanted to, for his relief. My home is all vaccinated and has a low risk of being infected by someone. The technician was very careful to not interrupt my furnishings (as far as I could see), while he moved around to get things done. He did well to explain how things function & also listened very well.
