Great experience with them. When they installed our system there was a misunderstanding on where one of our cameras was supposed to go. They fixed it right away. Ryan was very helpful when he explained the system. Each person was very helpful.

I waffled a little between a 4 and 5 only because we have run into some adhesive issues with the sensors resulting in them falling down and triggering the window to show open. However a 30 second super glue job did the trick and we haven't had any problems since, their service otherwise ultimately earned them a 5. Three years ago an apartment complex was developed across the street from our neighborhood. It was of no concern until the complex decided to drop background checks and their higher credit requirement cultivating a demographic with lengthy criminal records and poverty.

We are very happy so far with the camera system. The manager that came to the house and discussed everything was very professional and personable at the same time. The service tech who installed the system was also very professional and knowledgeable in accomplishing his part of the process. We look forward to a long relationship with Vivint Security.

Mario was friendly, professional and explained everything perfectly. I like the desktop version better than the mounted control we have at our cabin. We have Vivint at our cabin too so it was great the installation fee was waived.

Four stars because no one is truly perfect but The Lord Himself but both the salesman and the installer were very nice, polite, and professional. Too soon to know about the system itself as it was just installed minutes ago.

Would recommend this installer, every time he was very punctual and on time, right at 12 o’clock, very knowledgeable in the system and able to explain everything. He took additional time and help me locate the Smart hub in my house. We ran to several obstacles far as hitting braces in the wall in system is installed, very professional.

Installation tech was very professional and courteous. He did a great job getting the system installed. The app is easy to use and there are a lot of configuration options to choose from. This system will provide more peace of mind (and a nice way to check on the dog when we're not home!).

Chandra and Niv were very nice and very knowledgeable about the equipment they were selling, the only thing they were stuck on was the input on her tablet. She had to call a lot of people. Very happy with the product.

The tech was great and very knowledgeable about the equipment purchased. It’s just what I was looking for. The quality of the cameras are much better than I had hoped for or expected. It was also set up in a very timely manner.

Ryan knew the value of what he brings to families. It’s something I’ve put off for too long and his persistence has helped make our family safer. I was able to talk with someone at that number, which is their customer support number, who was able to help me cancel the service. Turns out the Door to Door sales didn't lie and wasn't misinformed, he had written down the cancellation date on the paper cancellation form provided with my paperwork. The Vivint customer support reps I talked to after the first one on the 26th of August were very helpful. The first guy I talked to didn't know I had signed up from a promotion, and I didn't know the promotion included the one week free trial, so I didn't mention that when I was talking with him on the 26th.

This is the worst security company I've ever had the displeasure of doing business with. I greatly regret switching to them. We've had our system now for a few years, only because I paid to have a lot of cameras and sensors installed and don't feel like I have a choice but to stick it out now. The system never works, cameras constantly drop and every time you contact customer support to ask for help they say it's your fault and you need to reboot the panel for the 100th time, or it must be your internet, can't be their system causing the issue. Shockingly, their fix never works! I got to the point of demanding that they send someone to my house to fix the issue because every time I called they gave me the same runaround and we are paying for a system that doesn't even work properly. They flat out refuse to send someone, they don't care.

Great service, very informative and friendly employees. Would recommend to my friends and family. I feel much safer having Vivint as my security company and I’m looking forward to playing around with it and customizing my system. Thank you very much.

Just got through having our Vivint system installed. The sales and install people were very kind and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and made sure we understood how the system works. Very thorough job. They were kind enough to keep an eye out for our pets as they worked. They were happy to offer recommendations on things we were not as sure about like sensor/alarm/camera placement and settings for the thermostat, cameras, alarm. I already feel safer with the system set up.

Marco, the installer, was very professional and polite. He answered all of my questions about the security system and patiently resolved issues with setting up my account and billing. He also nicely cleaned up the areas where equipment was installed.

VIVINT has the most incredible security system of any that I have seen or researched. Their promotions are very good and the installation technicians and monitor servicing department are truly professionals. The cameras clearly show any movements around them. This smart security system is the best and has the most features and options available than any other on the market and definitely brings you peace of mind as you can monitor your home in many ways from your smart phone. I highly recommend VIVINT and their knowledgeable sales people and especially Alex who was very helpful in helping me with the smart security system that I wanted.

Chris was amazing! So nice and helped us so much. Would Recommend Chris being a tech guy too. Very knowledgeable of the System and The insulation process was super fast and easy. He was able to save our additional sensors and add a few more.

Technician was awesome, very knowledgeable and friendly. He was helpful and hooked it up exactly where we wanted. The system is easy to operate and the video and the doorbell camera is the best. The sounds are great as well as the complete experience.

My biggest concern is A. I’m not a tech person. B. I needed more time to understand fully how this system works. C. I broke down when my alarm went off and was emotionally off my game for a while. The support folks came on and helped which was great but still not comfortable with how the system works. All this said I have not had adequate time to access what I need to do.

Michael was wonderful!! He did a really good job with the install and explaining the system. He was very professional and quick. I would recommend him to anyone. Michael took the time to walk thru the entire system setup and showed me how to use everything.

He did a great job and was very helpful with how everything worked and how the wires were ran so I wouldn’t have any issues out of the system. I am very pleased with my security system and how the whole process was so easy

Great customer service from the guy setting my service up to the install guy (all done in one day). Signed up both house and business and are happy with everything. Price is good. Service is great. The cameras on my phone is what made me switch.

Door to door salesman wanted to charge me 10 times what my current security company, ADT, proposed for a smart upgrade. He claimed I would save $400 if I signed up while he was still at my house. There are bad reviews all over internet!

Technician was very knowledgeable!!!! It just took a little longer for the installation than I thought it would be. Only issue was to window of time for the installation, I thought that my installation would begin at 8 am but it didn’t begin until 11 am.

Installer was excellent. He showed us everything we needed to know and was very professional with his job. I recommend this guy as well as this company for your security needs. Don’t sleep on Vivint security because it’s the best security out there. Others will try but they succeed.

In our dealings with the Vivint sales rep and installer we were very pleased with their service. Grayson the sales rep was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. Took his time to explain in detail how the system works and answered any and all questions we had. Matt the installer of the system was also very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. He explained what he was doing, answered any questions I had regarding the installation and when he completed the installation explained how to arm, disarm and operate the system. I can truthfully say we have had other security companies systems before going with Vivint but have not had the quality of service that we have received from Vivint. So far no complaints and would highly recommended Vivint.

Manny or Manuel, was a phenomenal tech! He was thorough and detailed. It was more than evident that he cared about the safety of our family. He made sure we loved it before he left and made sure that everything worked perfectly. He was fast, knowledgeable, and personable.

We were using another alarm company and it was horrible. Our equipment kept failing and we just didn’t trust the work that was done. Alex, with Vivint, came and did a new install. The equipment is 10 times better than what we had before and he did an amazing job with the install. He went above and beyond to make everything look nice too.

Install was quick. They cleaned up after themselves. They were upfront and transparent in communication with the equipment and billing. Friendly. They were patient with giving the tutorial for everyone in the household. So far the equipment works great and they took the time to make sure all of the equipment was working properly, after installation.

The technician was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Took his time to make sure I understood the system and even assisted when my wifi garage door system wasn’t linking to the application, called their customer service with me to make sure we got it working and never once made me feel rushed. Customer service is key in my book and the tech that helped me was awesome!

My issue is not with the device. Installer damage to door frame. See attached photo. The frame was damaged on the inside and the outside. About a 4" piece of wood was missing from the door frame outside. The installer put joint compound on it to cover the exposed wood on frame. Did not get a photo before he put joint compound on it. He asked me if I had white paint to cover damage on inside.

The salesman was fantastic and not pushy. He was knowledgeable and courteous. The tech was great as well. Your team made the process easy and made me feel very good about my purchase. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Just moved into the house that already had the system set up just had to get it in our names. During the original activation the panel froze and took a little bit to get a technician out to fix it but once he was here it took about an hour to get everything back up and running and fully set up. Quincy ** did an amazing job getting it reset and explaining all of the different things on the app and on the panel. He also made sure that all the previous equipment that was left by the previous owners of our house was up and running and worked how it needed to. Excited to finally use my service.

Techs were great at explaining the process. DJ ** went above and beyond our expectations. Installation was done with attention to detail. The technician that came to install my system was wonderful & patient. My only issues was I Informed the representative prior to the installation about my lock pad & was told that it was compatible only to get everything in & realize it wasn’t. Other than that I already knew about the system & am pleased with the install & camera quality.

The team did a great job and helped me decide on the best location for cameras. They also did a great job of setting up the detectors and rooms and explaining not just the system panel, but the app as well.

I was pleased with the representative that came into my home to get my equipment connected. He was very patience in helping me to understand how the system worked. He got me set up on my phone for arming and disarming alarm system.

The salespeople and installer were very nice, knowledgeable and efficient. They took time to acquaint myself and my husband with the equipment and its use. This morning, however, I was awakened by a phone call from Vivint saying they had detected that the battery wasn’t working properly and sure enough when I checked the system everything was dead. Today is Sunday and I have plans for the day so I will have to wait until Monday to call about it and look on the computer about it to see what happened. I think we will like it once we get it working.

Very pleased with sales representative and the tech that did the install. I like this system over the Ring. This system has a sharper picture and features like checking to see if garage door is closed. Also like the key pad for the front door eliminating the need to change locks.

Lilly and Wayde are truly outstanding individuals! Excellent work and customer service, promote ahead of peers, time now! I hope Lilly does amazing things at college and Wayde joins the military (might have pushed it a bit). I am running out of things to say… It’s super cool that when I lock my door on my phone that the doorknob turns.

Fast install, friendly and professional staff! I was hesitant about if I could figure out how to use it but the staff trained me and even took the time to show me some pointers. I highly recommend this service, you can’t go wrong with it and the monthly cost is very reasonable.

Installer was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable on all equipment installed and answered all questions. He also was very quick in installing all equipment and providing a thorough explanation on how to arm, disarm, add people, and set custom actions and rules.

Both the rep and man who installed everything were both great! Neither were annoying or pushy or “weird”. Both were super friendly and normal guys. It’s a nice change from other door to door people. To put it very simply the gentleman who came out was very personable, very knowledgeable and gave us a great deal. So far the system has been great. The product itself is even better once we started playing with it. A+ on both aspects.

All the equipment not even worth about $600 dollars in Amazon. Vivint was trying to sell all their equipment for $4000 which was insane. I called them and they made me wait for 1 & 30 minutes to negotiate which was even worst horrible customer service and sales as well.

There were two installers. Both displayed professionalism. When asked to wear a mask there were no hesitation or resistance, I appreciate that. Installer took his time to help with download of app and help set up the app. Answered all question I had with the application.

Both the salesperson and install technician were thorough with explaining everything and very courteous. Both provided excellent customer service. Aldan did a great job of explaining benefits of each package, was not pushy, and genuinely wanted to sell what made sense for our family.

Our tech was great. Remind techs to wear mask inside customers home if they have not been vaccinated. Our tech immediately put on his mask when asked if he had been vaccinated. The pictures are clear on the video. The system is easy to use.

Overall we had a good experience with the installers. The system works good and it’s what we wanted. Some of the camera wiring is a bit messy. The professionalism of one of the technicians was questionable. They didn’t have the smart DVR drive, window sticker or yard sign for us. They didn’t wear shoe booties or masks. This is an honest and hopefully helpful review. Again, overall the experience was good.

We are heartily satisfied with the Vivint technician William during the installation process, he had been thorough with his work and discussed what is necessary for it to be done efficiently. He taught us about the system too with good amount of time.

The tech who installed the service (Conner) was excellent, informative, super quick and funny. He explained the process as he went along to ensure that we were aware of what he was doing at all times. Overall it was a great experience.

Very pleased with experience and equipment so far. Salesman was very good and technician was able to install system the same day. Salesman came back the next day to see if everything was working well and to answer any questions. App is user-friendly and easy to use. Very happy with my service so far. I’ve dealt with some not so great technicians in the past and Luke exceeded my expectations this time around. Not one but two techs came out for the initial install and they were both knowledgeable and quick. Luke was great enough to even came back out almost two weeks later to complete the last part of the install for me before completing his summer. I appreciate how polite they were and felt they knew what they were doing.

But when they finished I will complete my review for you ok. So far everything is good. The technician was very friendly & knowledgeable, He explain everything & with me being a Senior he was very patient. Before he left he made sure that I understood & showed me how to operate everything.

I'm very happy with my new system, is very easily to use and the most important I feel safe!❤ Very good customer services, the technician very nice person, I like the fact that I will be receiving emails on all the activity around the house, is like being home all the time! I wanted to give my experience five star, because the salesman was wonderful and my technician was wonderful. On the flip side, The salesman finished all the eDocs at 2030 Thursday night. Awesome. 2330, we are all sleep and I got a call and text from an unknown Florida phone number telling me that there was a technician outside my door to do a partial installation. My response was: “The hell he is. Absolutely not.” Daylights hours are acceptable. At that point and after the fact, an appointment was made. I simultaneously got a call from my neighbor saying that there was someone lurking around my vehicles. I explained to her about the Vivint technician, and she states that it was “unacceptable and creepy, and would ask that they not return to her house.”

Joshua was prompt, professional and did an exceptional job installing my system. He answer all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood fully how the system worked and that I was comfortable with it. Everything works great and I am very satisfied!

This is the second home we have had Vivint installed. Everything under one app vs others. We even upgraded the system this time with even more. I love controlling my doorbell, AC, heater, cameras and door locks all from a single app.

Vivint for a security company is pretty cool for a security system with all the different things I can do and how well it works. One thing Vivint needs to figure out is how to open source to Apple more and connect other devices.

Install was fine. Felt like I was being obscured from the details of the equipment pricing. I did not feel like the installer was being completely transparent. When asked for detailed pricing I could only see the boxes that were checked.

Fast and easy. Sent instructions via phone and called to make sure all questions were answered!!! I don't like being on the phone for long time or people having to come over to FIX issues all the time. EVERYTHING was done via phone!!

Installation has been a barrier to moving to smart devices for me personally, so appreciated that portion. Discussion was rather late at night for me since I work early. Triggered a panic attack when I felt pressured to support a late night install against my wishes to the point that I was ready to walk away from the deal and afraid I might have to call for help to leave my house. Worked for next day install which took 3 hours. Not much in how to use system and I’m afraid to turn arm system because I don’t know how to turn off or work with when I have a housemate that keeps different hours. Don’t know how I will be billed or how to add housemate to call list.

I was never aware of any down payment. The support supervisor was very disrespectful calling me a sexist because I asked for a man's help. The tech and his supervisor were very understanding and helpful. The customer service rep I spoke with first was very helpful. The one who set up my service was not educated on his job because I didn’t get a full break down on what to expect when the installation day came.

The guy were the best. Me and my guy thanks them for such a Professional job and fast too. I will tell all my friends about your excellent service and camera too. The camera are so clear with time date recording. Much better than what we had.

The alarm system is much better than what I used to have, the cameras is more clear and the alarm system better quality. I will recommend it to families and friends as soon as I can. The person that was sent to install the alarm system explained and answered our questions.

The entire crew was professional and knowledgeable not a single complaint. However, I recommend after installation of the system, it would be a good idea for the crew to go around with a shop vac to clean up the drywall dust and wood shavings on the floor and around the door jams. I know I am knit picking and I am not upset, but if you want these remarks to improve your overall customer service, you have to take a look at what matters even the smallest detail. All in all completely satisfied with the crew who installed our Vivint system.

Everyone has been pleasant and has checked on me frequently and quickly. Justin, installed my system in a couple hours and was pleasant the whole time even when crawling around in the hot attic!

Insulation was good until my front was damaged, this is 2500 dollars door with installation. The door and frame will need the be replace. I’ll still get three stars professionalism of the installers of letting me know of the door damage.

Install team was quick and friendly. I was told there would be no visible wires. They did a great job making them inconspicuous, but they are visible. They couldn't get my garage door linked to the system as indicated by the salesman. All in all great job and very fast.

Sales agent Annabella was nice and knowledgeable. They came to my house same day to install all my home security needs. Would rate 5 stars but just 4 for now because the installer didn't have everything I asked for to install that day but Wes the installer was also helpful and friendly in guiding me on how to use my new alarm system and he did make a follow up appointment with me to finish the rest of the install.

Like the system especially the cameras. Like how the cameras pop up on the panel. I like how the temperature for the next 4 days pop up on the panel. The whistle is a great part of the cameras that help prevent crime before it happens.

From our initial contact with Sales to our installation today, this company has been very good to work with. The installation in particular was pleasant; the installation crew (2 of them) set a land speed record for installation and it’s very clean - no wires or ugliness at all. So far, a great experience.

We are Excited about having a updated security system in place! The technician was prompt, and knowledgeable. The system is easy to navigate. We have the indoor and outdoor camera, the door bell camera and the door sensors. The attachments are low profile and blend well with my decor. So far I am very please with the product. We had a different system from a different company that was old and outdated. This system has all of the new technology and features.

The installers did a great job. I thought it would take hours, but it didn’t. They made good suggestions on placement and cleaned up after themselves. We had a problem with the app because of me and Romeo stayed until we figured it out. Very courteous and helpful.

We had an overall poor experience. We somehow wound up with a device on our purchase agreement that we were not told about and when we tried to have it corrected it took an extra long time to correct the issue and the sales rep we worked with stopped answering calls because it was after work. The install team was constantly running into problems and was asking us to help problem solve their issues which included them asking if they could take the chain off our ceiling fan to use for some purpose. They also did not do a thorough job cleaning up afterwards.
