Jonathan showed up on time and was extremely personable and professional throughout the installation. He went above and beyond with answering any questions and installing the cameras where I wanted them. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the installation and look forward to having this service. Hopefully Jonathan’s boss sees this and gives him the credit he deserves!

My tech was very friendly. He walked me through each step, make sure I understood how to work my system. He was great and made sure each camera was where I asked them all to be. He took his time with explaining.

Josh was very helpful & patient. He explained the process clearly. He also helped with adding another phone to the system. He spoke well and clear, very easy to understand him. I would highly recommend Vivint to my family and friends.

Our installation appointment with Vivint went great. Zane ** was our installer. He was friendly, explained the best options for us, answered our questions and was very professional. He took the time to help determine best positioning of our cameras. He also hid the wiring very well so the look in our office was good. I would highly recommend.

I had the best experience with my installation. I had miscommunicated my needs with the tech after the order had been placed differently and he did his best to fix it for me, including placing phone calls until he got answers. He kept me from a second install appointment and did his best to give me the best experience possible!

Technician was communicative and friendly. Offered to come earlier than the scheduled time and was willing to work around my meetings. Quick install, happy with the doorbell and was excited to learn we got a Google Home Mini with it.

The first person I spoke with was very nice and informative. He told me what to expect and that’s exactly what happened. The second person I spoke with to set up the equipment made it simple and easy. We communicated via text and phone. It was a seamless process.

At first I was very dissatisfied until my system was installed. My first appointment was canceled and Vivint did not notified me that they had canceled and/or rescheduled my appointment to a later day. I still don't have the equipment I promised. I was told it will be mailed to me.

Service was timely and accurate. Technician was knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure to go through step by step on how the system works, and made sure to ask if there were any questions along the way. This helped me better understand the service as a whole.

Really happy with the installation and customer service. The technology is awesome and we are impressed with all of the features available! Knowing our home is safe not only from intruders but also smoke detectors and CO2 detectors gives us a sense of security for us and our children and pets.

I really enjoyed the setup walk through. Been wanting security for a long time and makes it easier so I can see my son. I'm extremely happy!!!! The only thing was because our WiFi wasn’t set up just yet I couldn’t see the camera views like I really wanted to... I’m happy we are going to sleep good and safe tonight.

Quality equipment and user friendly interface. Customer service and tech were professional, informative, and extremely knowledgeable. Customer service experience was exceptional. Trenton the young man who came by and talked to us about Vivint was very professional and pleasant. I will keep him in mind when I know of anyone wanting a security system. The installer Ryan was great. He did an amazing job installing everything we ordered and it looks seamless.

Have no problem with the system or program, all reps were nice and everything works. We live in a low traffic area but if something should happen, we'll at least have a clue about what is going on. Clarity is good as well.

The installer did not clean up the mess he made. He left nails and wood dust in the doorways. He did not install smoke detectors/carbon monoxide detectors and did not bring a sign or window stickers when they were specifically requested for the install. I was not happy with this experience.

David ** was great. He explained everything about my new system and plan. He informed me I would not have to make until January. Unfortunately, I was charged $51. I called David and he informed me he'll get me money back. Michael the installer was very professional and he cleaned up afterwards.

We had a little mis-communication on camera placement but nothing that can done at later date. Both Installers were pleasant and professional. They were very patient and attention to detail oriented. Thanks also to Jorge my sales rep for all his assistance.

The installation was fast and we were given detail information of what he was going to do. He was very professional as well. He didn't leave until he knew everything was perfect. All the equipment is the perfect size. Nothing too big or bulky.

Very attentive and friendly people. I moved into a home that already had a Vivint security system installed, and they made setting it up super easy! They walked me through how to use it and now I can feel safe in my new home.

Our technician was AWESOME, very friendly and patient and would recommend he get a raise. He was wonderful. He went through everything slowly and clearly and left us feeling very secure with the information he gave us and also said we could call anytime with any issues.

Brian came out to activate our system with existing equipment that was left from a previous owner. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable! He used footies to not track in dirt and wore a mask, which I appreciated. He was here for several hours and was able to get us up and running and taught us how to use the system. I would 100% recommend him for service and plan to keep him on speed dial!

Cristian was awesome. Let me know 30 mins before he arrived, made sure everything was setup how I wanted and helped me pick out where to install a camera, he made sure I knew exactly how everything worked before he left and tested everything, he even went out of his way to pick up parts from another technician he was not expecting to use. Overall my experience was over the top.

I would recommend that the software be changed to permit rearranging the order of camera images so that they can be in sequence as if you were walking around the house. This would be more intuitive and avoid having to jump from images on one side of the house to the other.

I need the camera on my phone. I suppose to have a link sent to my phone so I can see who’s ringing the doorbell. Dylan came over and said he was coming back or send the link. What he sent doesn’t work. If you need further details call (**).

Super friendly. Super polite. Cleaned up after himself and answered as many questions that we had until we understood how it should work. Left the system running and fully operational when he parted. Didn't need much assistance after because the whole system is really easy to use.

It’s smart and excellent service, I’m happy I’m have this system because every is secure now by very clear detection cameras and sensors, I really advice anybody has home to deal with company with excellent service and excellent price.

My install tech was supposed to arrive at 3:00 (he had called to confirm) and didn’t show up until 3:30. Install didn’t start until 4:30 and he left after 8PM with my front door lock not working and my doorbell camera stopped working shortly after he left. I was assured he would return the next day to fix/complete install. That is now not the case. VERY POOR START VIVINT!

My technician RJ with Vivint went above and beyond with helping install my home security system. He was fast when setting everything up, very precise and made sure to get my feedback on the placement of the door bell and wall panel. He even had a little handheld vacuum with him to help clean up anything left after installation. He then made sure I knew how my system worked fully and helped me get everyone added to the account that needed to. Thank you RJ!

Great process, the technician was detailed and ensured we were okay with everything before proceeding with the installation. We were not informed the install would take the full day to be completed but it was still fine, thankfully. Thank you!

A people person, that knows his job. Talked about everything. Telling all my friends about Him. He was on time and did everything he said he was going to do. Trust me I’m referring Vivint to every single person around me.

Transfer went smoothly until billing dept got involved, I made first payment and then was told that there was a remaining balance? Now I cannot contact Vivint in any way to resolve issue. I call and when they try and pull up account an error occurs, I'm at a loss. Previous account holder contacted me and they want "remaining balance" from them before a transfer can be made.

Polite; Knowledgeable; Helpful; no sales pressure involved; I feel I understand how to use the equipment. Affordable; Didn't try to sell me something I couldn't use. Helped me download the right app. Excellent! In the future I may add other features.

The Vivint sales rep showed up at my door yesterday. I am usually annoyed by door-to-door salespersons showing up out of the blue, but this young man Drake, was perfect in his delivery. I had been thinking about a doorbell security system for several months. Vivint leads the way with superior service, with no up front fees or costs making the purchase a no-brainer. The technician showed up the same day to complete the professional install. If you move, call them and they will remove to system to take with you and reinstall it at your new residence. I recommend Vivint for a great service, professional install, and great monthly rates. Bravo! I’m a Vivint Smart Home customer for good.

The technician (Alex) who activated and supposedly sent me an email to set up the app to a current Vivint in home items never sent an email or rebooted our system. I had to call back to receive an email to set up my vivint app and have my in home system rebooted. Kinda of disappointed that I had to call back. For being a new customer and I still had to pay activation fee and 49.99 for the first month for half ** service. Just because we bought our house with the system doesn't mean that we know how the system works. Really dissatisfied with being a 15 min activation to 4 hours of our system being set up properly. Did not expect this kind of service on the first day....

The installation, by Brandin and Mike, of our Vivint Smart Home system was very fast and professional. The features and capability of the entire system were thoroughly explained to us. The clarity of the security cameras are remarkable and the system is easy to use via the control pad or smartphone app.

Technician, Kyle, showed up at time promised. He proceeded to install the equipment in a timely manner after carefully describing the steps. He also set me up on my iPhone showing me how to operate Smart Home via Vivint’s app. Kyle was a good communicator which is needed for a system like this.

Great tech that answered all questions and would ask for our input on placement of items. Set up was fast and tech was thorough in explaining app and cameras. Some adjustments had to be made for the outlet, but it was an easy fix.

The salesperson was courteous, very informative and explained everything very well. The installation tech was very friendly and very courteous. Installation went very smooth and after setting everything up went over everything and made sure I understand how to operate the system.

They came to my house and promised all these things. We agreed and just hours later they installed the bare minimum and said they were out of the other equipment. Promised they would be back within the next week to install the rest and it’s been over a month now. They also said they’d waive the first two months and I already received the bill with nothing waived. I could say more but I don’t have time….

Installing took over 6 hours and I ended up being late to my appointment after basically walking out the door with my Vivint installer still in my home. None of my 3 cameras are working and I think I am still being charged $15 extra on my monthly bill. I am dissatisfied, especially after paying over $3200 for an alarm system that I never got a good explanation of how to use and my 3 cameras were unable to be hooked up to use. I do not completely blame my installer, but I am shocked that nobody has called me to see how we can resolve the situation.

Was pleased with sales, installation and overall ease of use with the system and cameras. The 4K cameras are crystal clear and the field of view of even the doorbell is so much better than competitors. Setting up users on the phone from the touch screen home center was easy. The touch panel is really awesome and has everything you need to run the system and it looks great too.

I wasn’t shopping for this service, but Parker easily pointed out the benefits to me. Having a WiFi home can create a multitude of apps to function with. This program not only provides affordable security, it links in to other functions and makes them all available in one app. I like it very much so far.

Everyone was extremely nice and not pushy. What sold us was the new everything and to have it all in one app. Unfortunately within 12 hours our cameras went offline and we troubleshot and still couldn’t get the cameras back online.

The tech was knowledgeable of the Vivint System, overcame obstacles and had high positive energy. The system itself seems quite good even though we have only just been introduced to it. We needed an answer after the install, and the Tech responded very quickly.

The rep I spoke to before committing to the system was very helpful and answered all my questions; that also goes for Tim S. who installed my system. Tim walked me through the app and worked several of the features with me. So far I am happy with my system!!

The Vivint technology is very effective but simple to use it’s not complicated. The sales person was so knowledgeable & helpful. The sales person promised to return today or no later than Monday. The installation person didn’t have all the equipment to be installed, however I understand, he said he would come back today or no later than Monday. The experience was good!

The process was actually a lot faster than the estimated time as well as it being easy to understand how to use. I'm waiting for my internet to begin fully using it, but I am looking forward to see how this goes.

I was very happy with the ultimate product and the explanation that I received. There were some glitches in the set up itself though that took a lot of time. It was very slow. I am thinking it was not the latest upgrade that caused the problem.

Graham was our sales manager and he is AMAZING! He explained everything very well to us and didn’t try to make us purchase extra stuff. Zee was our tech to install everything and she did everything in a timely matter and took her time to show us how to use everything once it was installed. Both Graham and Zee were very pleasant to be around, they’re amazing people. Graham came to my house the same day I messaged him to give me a quote and Zee showed up within 10 minutes of us signing our paperwork. We chose Vivint because the camera quality is better than everyone else. You don’t have to have Wifi for it to be set up, it’s cellular. It’s constant monitoring. You can control everything from your phone & affordable! I recommend Vivint to all my friends!

Installer was very efficient. Like the system, but will take a while to get it down. Set off the alarm before he left, and he came back in and had to move the sensor from the smoke detector in the hall to the living room detector, as it was too close to the monitor.

From Sales to Installation the service was great. Christian from sales was very professional and very informative on all of the equipment Vivint offers. He made sure to get us a great price for service to keep me and my family safe. The installers were quick, timely and efficient. They were determined to clean up after themselves even though I offered to do it myself. During installation they also maintained and honored Covid 19 safety protocol to ensure safety. Thank you Vivint!

Excellent customer service. Everyone was very respectful and polite and all the equipment was installed great without complications. It’s going to be perfect using Vivint services. Me and my family are going to enjoy using our in home security system. Highly recommend to anyone.

Ananda was quick, friendly, courteous and professional. The entire process took maybe an hour. Very pleased with the haste at which he showed up following the Smart Home contract dealings with Francisco. We are eager to use our new state of the art system.

The Sales Rep Jack ** was very informative about all the features that Vivint had to offer. He discussed everything with my Father and me and we decided to go with Vivint. Also the technician Daniel was on time and very informative about the company as well. He set up everything and explained how it works. He did an excellent job as well. I am pleased so far. Telephone setup (08/16) not completed - called to reset appointment (08/23) and was told a tech would come at no cost. Setup technician came 09/02 - and said Vivint wants $99 and I objected. Tech said he had no ability to change billing. Set up of takeover account with wrong spelling of last name ** instead of **. Tech didn’t have a credit card reader so we had to Call to set up payment - 866-279-8324. Then press 1 - unable to connect - unable to connect. Tech got name changed to ** and email was also incorrect. Tech was here for about 90 minutes. I really HATE Vivint.

Was patient and extremely thorough. Explained everything to its finest detail. Made the whole installation a complete success. I didn’t feel like I was being sold. More guiding in the right direction. Thank you for the easy installation and help/guidance.

Very professional and informative. Answered all questions that we had and showed us how to use all the system had to offer. He was on time and did not take long to install all products. He updated system and connected everything properly.

Speaking with the first customer service rep was pretty challenging knowing she wasn’t in this country. I kept trying to explain the situation to her and she wanted to get rid of me. That almost Caused me to get my money back and not use your company, But fortunately for the next person I spoke with she was able to help me and explain to me what needed to be done and the information on the contract and it gave me a change of heart.

The guy who come did a great job with installing everything, and what kind of accessories to get for my house. Also how to use our home security system, but more information on the accessories would be nice before sending someone out to install them.

Arrived at the house, explained what we’re getting done. He got his tools. Got done. He explained how the system worked and how I could use it from my phone. It was a good experience, no wasted time, yes I would recommend them.

Jeff was incredible! He was flexible with scheduling installation and was extremely personable. He was proficient in all security products and helped us make the right decisions for our family! The system that was installed exceeded my expectations and I feel safe knowing that my world is protected.

First thing, there was no pressure to have to buy anything. Our sales guy simply explained the product and how to use it. After seeing other companies and equipment, Vivint was the better option. The installation was professional and very friendly. And again, everyone involved was very knowledgeable.

The entire Vivint team that set me up with my home security was excellent. Spencer was the sales rep and Kevin was the lead installer. Spencer explained everything and answered every single question I had. Kevin and the other gentleman with him to do the install were absolutely wonderful. I have two little kids and it was close to their bedtime. I joked they were on a clock because I didn’t expect the installation to be done that same night I signed up. They not only were kind and respectful of my situation, they got my installation done perfectly and were done in about an hour. I could not be more pleased with their work.

Agency and technician explained about security system kindly and professionally. After settling up, He taught me how to use system. So easy to use and feel much safer. Also I like the quality of cameras and sensors. It seems Vivint has high technology security system.

The techs came over to transfer service after we bought a new home. They were professional and very thorough! They showed up during the time specified and I got a text before they got there. They went over everything I needed and asked if I had any questions.

Darin the salesman was awesome and thoroughly knowledgeable and Cory the technician was awesome! They are awesome and deserve a raise! We are so thankful for all they have done for our family! Definitely will recommend to all our family and friends!

Not completely installed yet. I feel I will love it. Especially the upgrades. Had this company years ago and now coming back. Lot of new features and improvements I believe. Can hardly wait to begin the adventure. Love the panic necklace especially since I am senior citizen living alone.

Tristan and Max were both courtesy and humble. I felt comfortable with them and both were easy to talk to. Set up was quick and Max double-checked several things to make sure I was good to go. Tristan waited for Max to arrive. True professionals.

Prompt, courteous, and efficient. Very informative. Even had some older visitors cameras that he took the time to see if they would have worked on my new system. Unfortunately they wouldn't so I don't know what to do with them. Installation was very discrete, non- intrusive. I can't say enough about how much more secure me and my family feel knowing who is at our door and on our property, day and night.

I love it. 360 is so amazing at front door. App notifications me every time. Can see to clear at night. Only doorbell without other equipment is cheap. I want this all but I can’t. Due can’t speak. If any deaf want this so suggest got this for doorbell only. If you are very well speak so Vivint is best!

I purchased a Vivint subscription today, although not intending to do so until a representative came to your door. The presentation was friendly and informative and all of our questions were responded to fairly and honestly. Everything was covered thoroughly and nothing was avoided. Our system was installed immediately after the commitment and our tech, Matt, was equally knowledgeable and capable. He worked quickly and efficiently and gave an effective tutorial about the system, including setting up our cell phone linkages.

Romar provided huge value and was a huge help in getting our system going. We cannot thank him enough for the great education on the product/system and installation services that he provided in a quick and timely manner. I would recommend to anyone I know that they at least learn more about the system as I’m sure they Would love it.

Their installation was quick and well done, their suggestions for full security coverage were insightful and about protecting my family and not up-selling us, and they genuinely cared about how their performance and knowledge impacted my family and home. I just got the service, and so far I like it. The salesman Spencer, and the Technician Jeremy are very nice and professional. I was impressed especially, when Jeremy installed almost the whole system in the same night. They both went above beyond to provide me the best experience ever.

Tech has tried multiple times over the first few days to fix the door bell camera and can get it to work for a time but overall it’s “offline” 50% of the time. In my opinion on this is Not worth the overall cost.

Mark was awesome and helped solve all of my security needs. He has a very high level of customer service. Mark also was very efficient and cleaned up his messes made while drilling through walls. The wire was installed perfectly and looks like there was nothing to be touched up.

Kyler was very helpful and efficient. He also cleaned up after installing the monitor, cameras and motion sensors. He also explained how they work and how to use them. It would be helpful to get some type of instruction manual as reference.

The tech was awesome. He patiently answered our questions and helped us work through some minor snags. He tested everything before he left, but now our doorbell camera is not working. I tried to reboot but it acts like there is no power to it. We hope we can resolve it quickly.
