Great system with no contract!! So much better than ADT!!! Although the garage door opener was not compatible, the rest of the system is top notch! We are very happy with the install and the system as it far surpasses the products from ADT!! The Tech here was far more knowledgeable than your competitor. Very please!!!

We were very impressed with the time & attention taken to details prior to the installation. Troy & the other technician were very knowledgeable, professional & considerate. They explained the system & told us to call should we have a problem. We are very pleased with the Vivint business model & the installation process especially with Troy as the lead.

Very nice and efficient. He addressed every concern I had and he was very patient with me. He showed me and my family how the alarm system work. The system is very user friendly and my family loves the monitor and video display.

The guy who installed my alarm did an amazing job. Amazing customer service. He took the time to make sure everything was working properly. He ran into some trouble but was able to fix everything. The house is a bit older and there were things that were not in the right place and that made him get behind a bit but he had a great attitude towards the situation.

The technician was very friendly and help me to do the application. He answers all my questions. He work very hard to install the system in my home. Everything work good. I’m happy for this company, and he did an excellent job.

Technician was Very courteous and patient. We requested to the individual that that helped us by to give a stand and not wall mount. He said ok, but never explained it was not a part of our package. He did say we would receive a 50 gift card. And since my Mom referred us as a longtime customer. She would get a 50 credit.

Tim did a great job installing the security system. He was extremely nice and informed us on everything we needed to know! Tim explained how the system worked, answered all the questions we asked, and did a great job installing and cleaning up any mess that was made.

I’m loving my new system, especially the cameras and door lock automation. The technician was kind, friendly, informative and thorough. He answered all of my questions and made suggestions to help design my system to meet my needs. I will recommend this system to everyday I know. I don’t know why I waited so long to get this.

The technician was very knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions. The scheduling department needs to do a better job of getting the technician to the customer on time. We as customers have other things to do as well, so being in time is important.

Andy did a good job installing products and helping me with the contract. Although he could if not stripped the wiring when he installed the panel. I do not know if he stripped the wiring for the connection to the doorbell and camera outside.

Richardo was very helpful, he gave a lot of information and provided what was needed for my home. He also let me decide on what was best and how it will protect my family. Service and installation was quick and neat. Great job. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been a loyal customer for almost 10 years, one day I came home to my services disconnected, when I called to investigate, it turns out someone on the Vivint team closed mg account by accident. Almost 2 hours on the phone speaking to individuals with poor English, I was finally able to speak to a manager who was able to help the situation. The bad thing was that I had to pay a reactivating fee to reinstall my service even though it was no fault of my own and my account was still in good standing as far as monthly payment. I have been told by friends to call the loyalty department in order to get this issue resolved. Just the worst customer service I’ve received from any organization. One thing though, from all the transfers and getting of wrong, they all did it with a smile.

This setup experience was by far better than what I had with ADT. Luis knew exactly what he was doing and how to make the wires as neat as possible so they wouldn’t be all over the place. The camera angles are showing good parts that I can feel safe. And the walk-through for working the system was easy.

So happy with our installation experience. Josh was patient and kind and explained everything thoroughly. It’s an unfortunate reason we needed the system installed but he’s restored some peace and we’re very grateful. We’re looking forward to having this system in our home.

Great service. The technician came out. Was quick and provided all the info I needed. Helped me understand the apps and products. Great job. I had an ARLO system but didn’t realize you had to pay for the continued subscription and didn’t come with all the bells and whistles like Vivint does. I’m glad we made this choice for our first home!

Everything smooth and friendly customer service. I'm very please with the services so far! I haven't played with the system as of yet but just looking at the system makes me feel very safe. I definitely hope they keep up the great experience.

Great workers. Very professional and thoughtful. The employees on the videos were great and Sergio was outstanding. We could not ask for better. Knowledge and very helpful and the instructions were very clear to understand. A wonderful employee and a compliment to Vivint for having him work for them. Very easy to work with as a customer and I am sure other workers enjoy working with him when the opportunity is there.

Very pleased with the state of the art equipment. Unbelievable. I am so glad I chose Vivint. Installation crew was eager to teach me all the features. All the options draw you in to fine tune the settings. I’m going to spend some more time today digging into all the features. I love the motion tracking night camera, really neat.

John was a delight to have in my home. He was knowledgeable and professional. He was very polite and patient explaining the system to me, as well as explaining the phone app. He made me go through each scenario to ensure that I understood how to work everything. I see why he's the area manager. We need more young people just like him!!

I was unable to get a replacement for my garage door opener even though it was not my fault to begin with.. I was unable to get a technician that understands or get any assistance at all. You guys have the worst customer service.

Renewed contract with alarm company for another two years. Peace of mind knowing Vivint system is reliable and protects me and my family when home or away. Vivint has professional and patient staff that are always helpful with any technical or billing concerns. Monitoring price is reasonable and I have not experienced any equipment issues with their system.

We started off bad but they did all they can and got someone out here to install my package. The technician was great and did a great job. Was fast and I still made my fight and I can see who comes to my house now. I would recommend this for my family and friends.

I am so happy with our purchase so far! We got our security system installed today. Jeff and Frazier (hope I’m spelling that right) did an amazing job setting up our security system. They were so helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and explained everything clearly! Highly recommend.

Excellent service. Our installer went above and beyond to make sure that the installation and equipment was what we needed and to the best of standards. He also explained to us in detail every question we had. He also ran demo tests to make sure everything was working. Was very professional and polite.

This equipment halfway works half the time and you cannot get in touch with no one to assist. The guy who signed us up has disappeared now after the install and was very impatient and pushy with getting this done. I wish I had not allowed my daughter to do this mess and very sorry to deal with these people. This equipment freezes a lot and poor service!! Wish I could get a refund and take this none-working mess out of my home!!!!

We had the Vivint system installed on our home the week before we moved in October 2021. In the last year, we have had to call multiple times about equipment failures. Latest is the camera doesn’t work and it will take 10 days before a technician can come fix. When you do call to speak with someone often your calls are dropped or they do not speak clear enough for you to understand. Customer service is terrible, equipment is unreliable, just overall a terrible system for the high cost.

Tech was very helpful with the installation process. They answered questions and even tried to get me a better deal on my service. Installation went smooth and the tech provided suggestions and recommendations as to where equipment would best be situated.

The whole setup was super easy. I was working from home and had an animal recovering from surgery who could not be disturbed. James was patient and able to work around my needs. He did a great job, was thoughtful, and clearly conscientious in his work.

Shawn, my sales rep, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He addressed all my concerns and helped me close the deal quickly and with confidence in the system. Aaron, my installation rep, was very thorough and setup was quick and clean.

Spoke to Rep on phone 11/02/22. He was very nice but the information given to me was different than what took place when installer came out. I asked the rep how much a system was going to cost over the phone. I told him what ADT was going to charge. He told me Vivint would be 500-600 and the quote I received from ADT was very high. I asked how much monthly monitoring was. He said 29.99

Someone came to my house saying they wanted to advertise the Vivint system and will give me a free notification sticker to put in my front yard. They showed up and did all the work very quickly. Did not really explain things and never gave me the notification sticker things started falling off before they even left they just stuck them back on. And I have not heard from anybody. Very disappointed with the system. Tried to cancel several times. They kept giving me another way to fix things.

The salesman was too pushy and would not take no for an answer. He made me cry and wouldn’t leave our house without us having the system installed even though I was very clear that I didn’t want it quite yet.

The gentleman that came to install my system was super respectful, very informative and very fast. He was awesome. He taught me how to set up my system on my phone and taught me all the different settings on the panel.

We had a new system added today. There are many nice features and the tech who did our installation was great! There are so many great features to this system that are easy to use on mobile app or on the board. Everything is wireless so installation was a breeze.

Tim did a awesome job installing the equipment. I had door sensors, window sensors, interior cameras, nest thermostats, and a garage door opener sensor installed. Tim explained how each one functions and what to do if there is a issue. I’m now fully protected and it gives me a great sense of calm.

Mario was not transparent about the process. He promised no charges until January and the day after he left I had two charges for over $100. The system and equipment is great. I loathe dishonest sales people. He could have retained the sale without cancellation had he been forthcoming.

The experience was great. I got exactly what I was looking for in regards to security. The bonus was that I was able to integrate my other smart devices into the system. I can now control many parts of my home from my phone. It’s great.

Shawn installed everything competently and expertly. It took over five hours. He patiently explained everything to this non technical person. He was skilled. I have not used the equipment, really, yet, as it was just installed today.

Installer was on time and finished the job in great time. Troy was very thorough in explaining the system. Vivint system was also user friendly. I plan to use Vivint in the future for other installs. I truly recommend the company but Troy really made the process seamless.

I honestly had a very positive experience with my Vivint system. The installation was no issue. The serviceman was very professional and knowledgeable. At first I did not want to change our system, but now I am glad I did. The technology is very easy to access and use.

Dylan ** did a great job! He discussed with me the location of everything before he installed instead of just placing thing where he wanted it to be. He also made sure I was content once it was placed. I knew I wanted this system because of the ease my family has with our Vivint home system.

The men who came out to do our install were Very professional and efficient, polite at explaining everything. They made sure we fully understood how it worked and all the other options as well. The system is simple and straightforward. The app is smooth and easy to understand. The doorbell camera adds an extra level of security we haven’t had before.

All of my email reminders stated the activation appt will last approximately 30 minutes. It took over 2 hours! I was informed in the emails that it would be a phone appt. To me, that meant someone would call me. I had no idea it was done through texting back and forth. It was so confusing! I had questions and had to wait for a text response. One text I received stated he was on a call and would respond when he’s done. What! I thought we had an appt! Why make an appt if he is still busy doing other things and I don’t have his undivided attention?

We are at peace now when we chose to have Vivint as our security system. We could see someone at our front yard and alerts us when the doors are open. Technician named clay was so kind. He explained to me all in how the equipment works. All the features. He never gets tired answering all my questions and explain it to me thoroughly. The agent Stephanie gives me all the possible options 'cause at first I am really skeptical in getting the equipment. The lifetime warranty of the device is the one that makes me decide to get Vivint as our security system.

Salesman said camera needs to buffer. 2 tvs and 2 phones on wifi. Download speed 300mgps camera can’t even show the plates on the car in the drive way. Only recommend if you want terrible camera quality but records.

The installation was seamless! Darvell did an amazing job!! He fixed my busted doorbell and installed my new ring camera. Overall I’m extremely pleased with my new alarm system. I will tell all of my family members to switch to Vivint and change their home to a smart home.

My experience was wonderful! Both Schuler and Matthew were very professional and polite. They explained everything very clearly and were very patient with my questions. They explained different features that could be added later and cleaned up after themselves. Other than the new system installed, you would never know they were here.

Took time to understand our family situation to get us the equipment that would be most beneficial, and didn't try to talk us into stuff we had no use for. Took time to map house layout to find best equipment placement, and make sure everything was installed and working properly. Once finished with installation, took time to make sure we were comfortable using interface/equipment, before just saying, "Well my job's done. See you later."

I decided to change phone services from ATT to Verizon because I'm getting married and wanted to get a line with my new wife on her service. I had an i-phone 8+ and was happy with the phone. I was told by the Verizon salesperson I would need to get my phone un-locked so they could set it up with one of their sims and switch me to Verizon. When I went to the local ATT store I was told no problem. It would be done within 48 hours. 48 hours went by and still no phone. I am 65 taking care of an elderly brother now with no phone service. So I went back to the ATT store and asked why my phone was still not unlocked, This time I'm told I still owe money on my phone and it can't be un-locked till I pay the bill. Two days ago I was told I was good to go. I told them that's fine. I'll pay what I owe on the phone.

Installation tech was very professional, great, courteous and very helpful with installing and showing how to work everything. This is my first day in installation so I can’t give a full detail review on how the system is so far, but as of now it works great and I love my doorbell cameras.

Michelle is very professional and thorough. She is pleasant to speak with, giving answers to questions before having to ask them. You can tell she believes in the product and her company she works for. We are happy to try the security system and believe it may work for us, the options for added security is also something that we may consider.

We were very happy with the employee who came to our home and installed the alarm system. We were very unhappy with our other company. Their employees didn’t get back with us and their equipment had stopped functioning since April.

We scheduled our installation for our alarm system to be from 8am - 12pm, but the initial tech that was coming never showed up. When I called customer service to ask what’s going on, they couldn’t reach the tech and also told me my timeframe changed to 12pm - 4pm. I don’t live at the property we were getting the installation for, so it would’ve been greatly appreciated if the installation was either on time, or the change was communicated to me sooner so I wouldn’t have had to rush in the morning or could have run some errands while I was waiting. I was then told the tech would arrive at 1pm, and at 1pm, the tech finally called me and told me he was near (about 15-20 minutes away).

Great install of equipment. And great recommendations on placement, and install was very clean and professional! From start to finish the job was explained well. And showed me how to connect the features to my phone from the smart system. Very cool!

Vivint had great customer service. The technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They were also quick, efficient, and clean. The technicians made sure I knew how to work not only the panels but the app on my phone as well and explained every detail. I would absolutely refer this service and am 100% satisfied not only with the equipment I have but the service Vivint provided.
