Jimmy was absolutely amazing with his knowledge of the product. If it wasn’t for the customer service I would not have invested in the system. He was extremely friendly and showed me how to use the entire system. If you’re looking for an alarm system get with Jimmy.

Installer was supposed to be here between 1100-1200 but didn’t show up at around 1:15. I understand other jobs can take longer than expected but a simple text or call would have been appreciated. Other than that everything went well. Salesman and installer were professional and explained everything.

Sid ** is a bad rep. He made false promises that I had to keep calling Vivint to correct. They fixed his lies for me. You should never lie to customers to try to make a sale. Thank you for fixing his lies.!!!

Well, I had ADT and to me, Vivint beats ADT Hands down, so many options that you can get now, or add on later, And after my equipment is paid off, my bill is lowered, and the equipment is for a life time, oooh yes I’d recommend it to a friend or to anyone…. Thank you Vivint….CGS

Stefan was great. He had great customer service it quick and fast. He gave me his direct contact to him just in a case I have any questions which I did. Once I tried to log into my account it denied me so I call him right back. He answered and we was able to solve the problem. It was a great experience.

Technician that came out for installation was great. Super quick and easy process. Unfortunately they charged me about double what I was told back in July when I called to have services set up, not to mention, they charged the card that I had on file instead of giving me another way to pay, so now my rent money is gone until they can refund it. They seem to be trying what they can to make it right. Hopefully they will because I like the system, it's exactly what I wanted.

He also mention that the equipment comes with a lifetime warranty. I normally shy away from what I may feel is an unnecessary bill however, the security system I received today made me feel it was an necessity. The customer service received was excellent.

What a great job, set to my needs not the installers, many options and he even saved me money. Was able to use some of my existing equipment. Easy system to use and understand very user-friendly. I would highly recommend this system.

Really please with Matt and Sam, the. Installers who came out. They took time to explain what the other security I had was installed wrong, worked and corrected the problem at the same time saving me money. They explained thoroughly how to operate the new system.

Despite just having the system installed, I am very impressed with the functionality and the integration of the component. Compared to the system I had before, it is a degree of quality improvement. The installation is clean, with fewer components around the house.

I found the work ethics of the installers to be positive. They called and texted to alert me of their imminent arrival, and arrived at my home on time. They were diligent in completing the installation properly. After installation was complete, the installers explained how to use the equipment. I was pleased with the entire process.

Mr. ** met and exceeded my expectations with his work ethic, knowledge of the Vivint system, and overall knowledge of his craft. The tech was professional. He explained how to use the system in detail. However after he left I noticed that my window detectors were not active. These detectors were already in place from my previous alarm company. However Vivint used all of my previous detector contacts anyway so that’s not a problem. But I need to have my home fully secured. If someone was to break in if they came in thru a window my home would not be secured and I wouldn’t be notified. I’m hoping someone from Vivint would contact me to correct this as I really want to love my new system and feel totally safe.

I am just thrilled that I chose Vivint for my home security needs! The entire process from my initial order to the completion of my set up in the instructions that the tech gave me were right on point. I had several contractors in my new house at the same time and when the Vivint representative left, I really felt more secure and empowered to use the product site purchased officially and effectively. He was so courteous and professional, and also took note of my often rushed state and gave me the general information and bullet points I when I asked and the details when I clearly needed them. Very happy with the installation of our Vivint Home Security System. Kudos to Rudy C. Cameras work well, still waiting on an indoor camera to arrive. Overall very satisfied with the installation quality and price. The system works well and is user-friendly and easy to use.

On-time arrival. The only reason it took as long as it did is the panel didn’t work, so tech brought a new one. So satisfied with system capabilities that I upgraded with two more devices. The cameras are so clear, and with a little practice, the panel and app are easy to use. There are many companies out there, but the Vivint team definitely makes a difference!

Had this service previously and switched to Ring when I moved to an apartment. Can’t compare quality equipment and top notch installation and integration of all systems. Yes it's a bit pricey but I can’t put a price to the safety of my family.

The best video surveillance company I’ve ever had experience with. Customer service and technician was great. The price per month for what we chose for our system is very good. We are very happy with our decision to move to Vivint.

This company has double legal remedy and leaves the customer open to just trust them. I was told some account named “Citizen’s Plus” would be owe for equipment. No interest and only $67 a month. Then my credit score takes a hit for a third party inquiry. I follow up only to realize I owe “Citizen’s One” a loan for the whole $4000. I this company tells me they lend money at zero interest. Of course Vivint just got paid about $4000. I don’t know how they can pay the person I am speaking to with a “Citizen’s One”, loaning money at 0% interest? Now I have two websites and two bills with another at Vivint for about $2,700 for 60 mo. Service and this is billed as advertised, but the total cost seems a little high for property theft protection, but personnel safety. Yes. We shall see?

Our techs went above and beyond for us because is special circumstances. When I had to leave unexpectedly, they did the close out and training with my wife who understood it perfectly. Thanks guys for a top notch job!!

Switch to a new service, went smooth with instructions, pleasant conversation and equipment works great, would recommend to others, and you can speak to a live person 24/7.... Give them a try, many companies out there but try this one, you won't be disappointed.

The installer was fantastic. Name Eric. Billing and account set up was not so good. They had a hard time getting my deposit correct on contract. In return ended up just paying for equipment in full. That’s was the biggest complaint.

I love how updated the equipment is and how clear the cameras were. The technician was extremely nice and helpful! He thoroughly explained what everything means and how to work my system from my cellphone. I would definitely recommend in the future!

I've contracted a leading camera manufacturer for both of my houses for at least 7.5 years with several high impact events which were never recorded. Vivint sales, and install techs have been absolute professionals across the board, which I worked for a top five corporation over 25 years installing, and servicing similar equipment. Pricing contracts for both house was totally fair. Instead of cameras recording only on motion, all cameras will be recording even if power is lost under power failure because each system is programmed into a cellular service. Vivint has covered all communication options.

My technician Devonne was wonderful. She installed everything with precision and made each device look nice and concealed perfectly. She never rushed me through placement decisions. She was very pleasant over all and I would recommend her to friends and family.

I'm new to the Vivint family but is the best choice for home security by far. I have been able to talk to a live agent within seconds of calling for assistance and the tech they sent out was helpful as well. The installation process went well too. So far no complaints and the system is very user friendly for all ages.

I had a Vivint home security installation done. I'm satisfied with how it went. The technician was respectful. He kept his mask on for hours, until I invited him to remove it, if he wanted to, for his relief. My home is all vaccinated and has a low risk of being infected by someone. The technician was very careful to not interrupt my furnishings (as far as I could see), while he moved around to get things done. He did well to explain how things function & also listened very well.

We've had Vivint for at least 15 years (and had APEX before Vivint bought them) - had great service and have even purchased more products over the years. We have Vivint thermostats and two fixed cameras. We've had occasional issues with the app being a little temperamental and our thermostats losing connectivity but tech support has always been able to help us resolve the problems.

The customer service here is excellent! The technicians were very informative and quick with the installation. I love how thorough the technician was ensuring I understood everything. What was even nicer he gave me a direct number to reach him if I had any issues instead of jumping through customer service to get an issue resolved. Now that’s excellent customer service! I’m also very happy with the new technology! I’m super happy!

The team that came out, Ariel and his trainee, did a great job. Ariel kept me informed of what was going on while explaining in detail what, why and how the installation was being done; changes and why; and cleaned up immediately.

I couldn’t be happier with the installation and the equipment so far. The peace of mind this brings is priceless! I plan to write an update in the future after using the system for a while. So far so good up to this moment.

Pretty good experience, tech was polite and informative and showed up early, even. Had some issues with running wires due to fire blocks in the walls and outlet malfunctions, but tech suggested some work-arounds that ended up being very acceptable. Overall, we are happy with the set up, hopefully it functions properly in the long run.

We usually do not listen to door solicitations. Because of a lack of time we asked Jordan to return later. He was a skilled salesman, cordial, polite and presenting a slick pitch. David worked so very hard on our historic home, was so patient with us and left all areas immaculate. So far, so good as we are getting to know how to operate the new system.

The guys were amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. I have their number just in case I have any questions or concerns. Brian and his team came Thursday to switch over. Friday afternoon the installation crew came and showed me how to use the app and the panel I have.

My tech Angel was working nearby as I was moving into my new home. Initially I approached him to ask for a business card for future installation, he then managed to get me a consultation with a customer rep within 20 minutes! Missing what I was told was included in my package. Was suppose to have doorbell camera, indoor camera and backyard camera. I never got my indoor camera then the kid took 9 hours so I missed an entire day of work. I don’t know if I want it now if I can’t have what my package was suppose to be.

Great customer service, a great system, camera clarity is amazing. The best system on the market. I’ve had ADT and it doesn’t even compare. The service tech was pleasant, efficient and polite. He came on time and cleaned up behind himself.

The crew arrived on time and ready to go. They explained everything, answered all questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. I feel safe with the coverage that I receive from the cameras as well

Upon closing on our second home, our priority was to ensure its security. Vivint had a rep come and explain their services. We understood what they offered and began shopping. Once we had everything we wanted, the customer service rep handled our order and gave us our installation day. Everything was on time and accurate. We didn’t have our internet set up initially and the installer had a great attitude about and helped us reschedule. Once we completed everything, he explained the apps and how everything went. I would 10/10 recommended this service to everyone.

After contacting Vivint they were out the next day and installed my security system. Everyone I spoke was very responsive and helpful. The tech who came to the house was friendly and efficient and patient as he taught me the system.

The install of Vivint was quick and professional. The installer was very good. He was tidy and cleaned up after himself. The system works great. We are glad we chose this alarm company and we are very happy so far. We will recommend Vivint to our friends. We will probably install a second system in our primary residence.

The lady that took my order never asked me how many windows I had with the sensors so we had to adjust the order. Plus I asked for 3 cameras and the order said 2 so really the order was all jacked up and I ended up having to pay more money. So I wasn’t happy with the lady that took my order. Now the guy that did the install was amazing and did a wonderful job.

Alarm system with door bell camera and backyard camera. Smoke detector and carbon monoxide detector were installed in correct location. Went over how to operate system on mobile phone application. Everything works great and very satisfied with the technician's work.

Patrick ** was amazingly efficient and very professional. He gave great recommendations of where the best spots for the sensor would be and got everything done very quick. He also helped get me started on how to set up the main hub.

Installation guy was awesome. Explained very well and his experience helped me determine what I really needed. He was able to correct and explain more than the guy I spoke to over the phone. I’m in sales also and I know they get the customer scheduled and install will answer the questions method. So the installer was my sales guy in my eyes. Was already recommended committed to have Vivint, just needed guidance and the installer had it all.

Hunter arrived on time and went above and beyond to complete the job. The internet was not connected but he took extra steps to get the system up and running. When he arrived I informed him that the complex would not allow the door camera so he made arrangements to have a inside camera sent to me. Alex, the contractor who sold me the policy for Vivint was very good, but Tyler, the technician who installed the system, was truly outstanding. I got exactly what I was looking for at an excellent price, and the installation was perfect.

Bryce handled my concern very professionally and expediently. My smoke detector was showing an error message following the replacement of the batteries. He assessed the problem…. It had expired… He ordered a replacement. I was very pleased with his patience and understanding of the problem.

The system works great. I would have given 5 stars but the cameras are mounted very low on my house. Very noticeable. Like middle of the wall. Also camera to be mounted in living area is just left sitting on the counter.
