The technician was quick and efficient. He was very pleasant while answering questions and giving instructions. He effectively explained how the security system works and I am confident that I understand how to work the system. He even offered to clean up the debris from the drilling he had done.

During setup the technician worked efficiently to complete setup and the products are high quality and incredibly helpful when providing security. Good pricing point for what is provided by this company. Switched from ADT and wish I did it sooner.

I was given a quote for 5 door sensors. Based upon the quote I paid $214 to go ahead. Received Order Confirmation showing 3 door sensors. Parker ** has not returned my text/calls asking to amend the Order. Will probably cancel order.

After 30 years in our home without a security system, a family member recommended Vivint. We are absolutely satisfied, however, more so with Josh **-our vivint personal professional! Installation was swift and fast as well as Josh's system training was incredibly easy to understand.

Angel came and installed our new Vivint security system. He was very thorough and knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. He explained everything and ensured that we were very comfortable using the system before he left. Hopefully the rest of our Vivint experience goes as smoothly as our install!

The gentleman that came today to activate our existing security system did a great job. He was able to teach us the system and informed us on upgrades he thought we should make. He really knows his products. He also set up the app on our phones and taught us to use it remotely.

The smoke detector and CO2 sensor have not been set up. They show up in the app, they are listed as NOT DETECTED. The camera is showing as not active on the app. What is the point of having the doorbell if the camera is not activated.

Great experience with security installation and sales person responded to every question honestly. I even heard about BBB rating after and he replied with answer. The installer was extra careful in my home, shoe booties and mask entire time. I am happy and secure I have set up Vivint home security system.

Living alone now makes me feel secure when I’m home or away. The cameras give me a better view of what is going on and sound too. When my other cameras didn’t let me hear or talk too. Now getting use to the system and being more aware of my property.

My experience with Vivint home security, was one of the most pleasant encounters that I've ever experienced. They were very good. They were very professional and informative about how Vivint security works and I would highly recommend them to anyone is anyone that is seeking home security.

I had the opportunity to try out their services and it’s nice so far. However, the monthly price is too much! The cost of the equipment is too much at 4k. It’s cheaper to purchase each piece on your own. I will be calling to have them uninstall their equipment.

Vivint is a good and affordable home security system with a great team of salespeople and technicians. Cameras in the front and back of the house are high quality and great value. I’d recommend for anyone looking for a security system.

The initial sales pitch was informative and well delivered. Technician was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions fully and directly. Installation technician was professional and respectful of my property. With Vivint you will own your hardware and that is important to me. The system is also like CCTV so Vivint cannot see through or remote access your equipment, which is also important to me. So, I received what I wanted and my wife feels secure. A win-win situation.

Mr. ** transferred my old security system apparatus to Vivint in a professional manner. This despite his health due to side effects from taking his Covid booster shot the day before. His reaction to the shot increased as he worked through the project, with headaches and dizziness. Bravo to Mr. ** for seeing the work through- over six hours. He only has to return to install a additional keypad and faceplate that he did not have on his truck.

Ryan the technician was great. He walked me through everything and answered all my questions. He kept everything clean and was professional all throughout the process of installations. At the end of the day I would totally recommend this system.

Travis was my installer of my Vivint system and he was great! He was very courteous and patient. He explained to me what he would be doing while at my home and he kept me informed along the way and then showed me how to use the system on the wall and on my phone.

Doy and Fred were patient with us as we worked through the details of our choices. We chose what we needed and realized we could add more devices easily, and did. The system is easy to use. No false alarms so far.

The whole experience has been a smooth transition… from contacting customer service to scheduling to financing to tech coming over for installation. The price was set as promised and the tech Joe conducted himself professionally and was well knowledgeable in the security products and services.

The system is simple to use and easy to get the hang of. The interface functionality is easy to understand and the ease of getting to what you need on it is really helpful. The app for your phone works just the same if not better when not at home. We are now glad to have that extra peace of mind whenever we leave our home.

I was pleased with the the rep and the installers. Have had the product for only a couple of days but I'm happy so far. Camera images are much clearer than the Ring and better connectivity. Will be getting inside cameras in the future.

I was a little nervous changing to a security company I’ve never heard of. But after doing some research, I discovered Vivint. From the initial contact, to the actual installation, I was very impressed by their courteous, professional and friendly service. We discussed options, without the usual high pressure to get what you don’t actually need. They listened to what I wanted and fulfilled my request with unbelievable state of the art equipment! I’m totally in love with my new doorbell with camera. The App is fabulous and the main control panel is very user friendly. Don’t settle for those other, better known companies, without speaking to Vivint first!

The salesman was very polite. He wasn’t pushy. He answered all my questions and the ones he didn’t know he got the answers for me. The technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. Set everything up the way my wife wanted it. He explained everything. Wasn’t pushy. Wasn’t trying to upsell. I was very appreciative of that. Overall I had a really good experience.

The two techs were very prompt arriving at my house. They took the time to go over everything and answered our questions. They were genuinely friendly and non-intrusive and worked very well together. My husband and I feel confident that we can easily get familiar with our new home security because of their on-hands demonstration. We feel confident that we made the right choice to go with Vivint.

The installation went fine, all equipment was installed-- technician tried to explain what I needed to know. But someone that took the information messed up my e- mail address & therefore I can't log into my account, they say I need a passcode.

I would recommend a friend to y’all. I just had my system put in so, I really don’t know if I really like it or not. From what I’m seeing now it’s okay so, far. Give me about a week or two and I will let you know what I think. The person who installed my system for me was very nice and good. That’s why I gave y’all a 5.

I just got the Vivint activated in our home and the experience with both sales over the phone and tech for the installation were great. Both person I deal with took the time to listen to my need, implement what I needed and summarized at the end to ensure alignment.

Didn't have all equipment. Didn't know until day of after I took off and installer left and said he was coming back. No call no show. Don't really have a good understanding of how equipment works. I wish I had a better understanding and wish he would have went over proper use.

I have a few words yet powerful about our experience with Spencer. He is by far the most professional service person I’ve ever had in my home. I love my new system. He was timely and very knowledgeable about the system. Definitely referring him to family, neighbors and friends.

Experience has been horrible. Agreed upon terms of contract changed on arrival for installation. Installation never completed however I was charged on my credit card without my permission. Was told that I had to complete installation. Customer service was no help. Offered refund for equipment that I didn’t receive but couldn’t give amount.

My husband and I shopped around for different security systems and Vivint offered the best product and security. Jeff came out to set everything up and was super informative. I bought a cheap (not so cheap) cookie-cutter home. Vivint smart home and monitoring system help add some character to the home. The installation tech was professional and answered all my questions. Even the sales reps went above and beyond (yes, he wanted the sale but it wasn’t all about it.). Truly a great experience.

Wonderful staff. From the sales agent to the installation crew. I can’t say enough about the tech/installation crew. Very polite and got to their job right away. Were very quick and super efficient. Took their time to show me how to work the system. Will recommend to family members.

The alarm system seems to have frozen. It beeped through the night.. every 3 to 4 hours. I am unclear on the garage wires and smoke alarm areas. The service gentleman seemed to spend an enormous amount of time at n the hook up. Two of my windows were difficult to open so I am not sure if they are active with security.

I sold my home and put a hold on My account to stop payments until I decided what I was going to do. I noticed they resumed taking payments. So I called to cancel. When I spoke to the first Rep he gave me this ridiculous amount to cancel, told me that would close my account. Then I spoke to a supervisor for some clarification. He stated the first Rep was wrong and gave me another amount. Making it seem as though if I pay the amount my account would be canceled. Needless to say the information wasn’t lining up. You have to actually pay off the equipment before the account can be canceled. So they was trying to get more money out of me and was still billing me for the time I wasn’t even living at the address after I had already spoke to someone, sent the cancellation in and paid off the equipment.

I had my initial equipment install today and everything went smoothly. All of my questions were answered and the equipment and its use were well-explained to me. So far I am very happy with my service. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable as well.

Love the system and all the features. Love I can add additional smart items to my panel from lights to security. The Installer was awesome and very informative. What a excellent and fun product. I feel we had been living in the stone ages.. and now are in this century. The system is great to use, and easy... The Installation was painless and not messy at all. The installer had great Knowledge and didn't mind answering any questions that we had. Love the fact we can arm and disarm the system easily.. Had some issues with equipment. Tech. was knowledgeable of equipment. Having to pay two separate companies was kind of funny. System should work well for us. Tech. worked quickly installing equipment, but was here quite a while because of equipment failures.

I was given a special promotion from a Vivint Salesperson in spring of 2021 in the form of an extended trial run. I initiated the cancellation process within my trial period, however the phone operator neglected to inform my needing to send in a written request to cancel. The operator however assured the process started, so I waited for action on Vivint's part. Nothing happened. I called to confirm and according to their records, I had not cancelled. I proceeded to explain my situation again and again over the course of many phone calls over a period of months. Finally, I got the equipment removed (October 4th, 2021), but was still being charged. It has been a nightmare of a process and I am still getting billed (January 2022) for the loan attached to the account as well as for Vivint's monitoring services. Don't let the salespeople into your home. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Would highly recommend! The service was quick and the technician was knowledgeable. This is my second Vivint alarm system so that tells you something right there. The process was smooth and easy. And the alarm system is top of the line!

Dustin was knowledgeable and friendly. He offered additional equipment available and made sure to go through each step of the process prior to starting. He was able to update our home built in 1977 and bring it into 2022 with ease.

Fernando was phenomenal. He was very kind, put up with our noisy dogs during the install, and was very quick about it. He was very helpful also in guiding us through how to use our new security system, patient leading us through all of the setup steps, showing us the console panel, and how the cameras and censors work. 10 thumbs up!

Becky was on time. She was also knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently. She had to rewire the main panel and took care of the wiring with no issues. Very happy with her service. She made sure I was comfortable with the system.

Great 2 person install crew. Fast, clean, on time start. Knowledgeable and helpful. The products are amazing, the sound and picture on the cameras is top-notch. The sound on the cameras is clear and can be heard all the way on the sidewalk. It’s awesome!!

Our overall experience from our salesperson, Kevin to our technician, Shane was very pleasant. They were both very informative and knowledgeable of the product. We have no reservations referring Vivint to our friends and family. We look forward to many years of feeling safe in our home.

However, I am very concerned that our Schlage Z-Wave door lock and our Go Control Garage door opener will not work with the Vivint system particularly because on your Vivint website you are advertising a Go Control system that will open garage doors with Vivint.

The installer was very professional and worked to help me make sure I got what I envisioned I needed to protect my family. He went the extra mile to avoid wires being visible unnecessarily. I would definitely recommend them if you need top of the line security you can access anywhere.

The technicians were on time. They displayed a great deal of professionalism and patience when installing my home security system and explaining the operation of the system to me. What a great experience with this company. Everything from the sales guy (TY) to the installer (Colton) the communication via text and emails is amazing. I would and will recommend theirs company to friends. The Alarm and the ease of using it in the house or on your phone is great as well, the camera are really clear and are looking in the right directions.

Getting an engineer to fix issues is almost impossible. And talking to someone in India is useless. I would not recommend Vivint and wish I hadn't used them. They ask you to pay for upgrades to panel and won't send you replacement signage when they degrade. Discontinued lights on signs which is just a bad mistake. To be honest. They don't give a toss after they have you hooked.

Changed to a new security provider for our home after seeing the Vivint system in 2 of our family members homes. Vivint provided great service and the type of system we were looking for. The employee that installed the system was very professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone.

Alex demonstrated extreme professionalism and knowledge. His ability to install my alarm system and give me a peace of mind when I’m away is second to none! All wires were hidden and he cleaned up as if he was never there! Amazing experience.

Alarm overall is great. The control panel and phone app are easy for elderly to use. We are ready to begin expanding options in z-wave. Installer was great and able to install what I wanted and how I wanted it done.

Three hour install with a clean, whole house sensor and alarm system. The install was conscious and knowledgeable and able to answered questions with good customer skills. System came right up. Good walk-through and explanation for a new customer orientation.

Originally I met with the Vivint sales agent who agreed to include a $1000 gift card since I needed to cancel my contact with ADT. I have since contacted vivint and no one knows about this. I have never received any gift card and now I am stuck with two companies. Complete scam and lie.

I signed up for the Holiday special that they are running right now with 4 months free monitoring and free installation and they end up charging my credit card $214.45 and couldn't give me a reason for the charge. I am very confused. I feel like they have beat me out of my $214.45. I am upset about it.

Transformer at my home was too small, tech must come back to install doorbell camera, this was not tech’s fault. Miguel was very helpful in giving information where I didn't know or understand. I would refer Vivint to anyone whom stated they were looking for a good alarm company, very professional and honest!

Installer was patient and very knowledgeable. Install was done very clean and very professional. Installer went over and over things until he was sure I was comfortable with my new smart home system. He also went over upgrades that were available to me if I wanted them in the future.

I will only give 5 stars to Jordan who came here to install all our outdoor cameras and fully and patiently explained why I didn’t receive my indoor cameras in which the sales rep that I talked to should have explained everything. Sales rep said all cameras will be installed on the agreement date but when Jordan came and said indoor cameras will be shipped at least 2 weeks and the rules has been like that where indoor cameras do not come with them to install and I felt like I just got cheated on with the information and now I was kinda pushed in the corner on making decision if I still want to proceed doing business with you guys since there is a person standing in front of me explaining everything which should’ve been explained to me prior.

Joseph ** came to install our Vivint smart home panel and devices. He thoroughly answered our questions and patiently walked us through all aspects of the panel and devices. He let us know what other devices that could be added, or paired to the system. His demeanor was friendly and helpful. The Vivint smart home device seems easy to use, a clean design, and easy to expand.

The tech was great! Experience...time and knowledge of your product was great...Ryan was our tech. The only thing that I wish your Tech could have done was to configure the wires to change thermostats so that I wouldn't have to go and do that So I am waiting to get my new thermostats in until I can find an electrician to do so.

The process of doing everything via text message is very time consuming and frustrating. The tech was helpful but it would have been better to talk to them. I was not told when I paid for installation this was the way it was done.
