I would like to say that the agent Christopher ** was amazing. Honestly if he wasn’t so good with his customer service, I probably would not have gotten Vivint. He was amazing and answered all the questions I had without hesitation or attitude. He is a great worker and I will highly recommend him to my fellow peers.

I have only order my equipment and service. So I don’t feel like I can say anything except for the interaction I had with the gentleman Oscar who was greatly knowledgeable about his product and service. If I am basing my review on only him it would be a 5 star, but waiting for my equipment and installation and service so maybe send me a link for another review down the line.

Alex went over everything and explained it how everything was going to work. I would highly recommend Vivint to my friends. I previously had ADT and I just didn’t like that they locked you into a contract. I also liked they could use most of my sensors from ADT so I did not have to buy all new ones.

Pleasant experience replacing existing ADT system with more technically modern equipment. Very personable sales agent (Quadre) and technician (John) - completed most of the work the same day - will finish sensor installation soon. New system seems to be more user friendly at this point. Looking forward to getting convenient use out of security system for a change.

Wasn’t able to pass a credit check but am thankful for the Fresh Start program. I would appreciate it if more products or equipment were added to the program, the salesperson was very knowledgeable of the services that the company offers.

Our installer was amazing, he took his time and explained everything so we would understand what we were getting and doing. He was considerate of our baby and dogs and showed us what would work best in placement and why.

Rep was not very customer focused. He was more company focused. Any time I made a request for a personal choice he had some issue with it. He stapled a cable directly into our baseboards. He said we wouldn’t have the monitor pad on the counter and it had to be mounted to the wall even though our neighbors had their system installed last week and weren’t required to mount it. The sensors he put on our bronze door and black framed windows are white so they stick out and are not aesthetically pleasing. Very dissatisfied with the installation process.

The Technician/Installer was very professional, courteous, kind and very knowledgeable and was able to answer All of my questions, and concerns. He explained the process very thoroughly and even assisted with the cellphone setup. Dave is an asset to your company!

I called two days ago and a tech came this morning and set up the service. It’s nice to get a service so quickly when everything else takes so long these days. Very professional and efficient. I appreciated that he swept up after installing the door locks.

Great customer service installer was very Professional and walked us through the whole system and cleaned up after himself. System is working great. Would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

Horrible customer service for overpriced systems. They want to charge for system updates and upgrades even when the old equipment does not work. Over $2500 spent and very unhappy customer. They basically outsource the calls and tell you to cancel and take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the money and time and buyer beware.

Tim took great care of us and was really professional. We will be recommending him and Vivint to anyone in need of a security system. I called about getting Vivint and they came out the very next day. Installation only took a couple of hours maybe three at most, and everything was done the right way.

Great service as advertised. Price was more than fair. Can add or delete devices easily and tailor to exactly what you want. Technician Stephen was on time and extremely helpful for the install. I would recommend again and to neighbors as well.

After another alarm comp couldn't complete job, I called Vivint and had everything set up in 10 minutes. The rep was quick and efficient and was super polite!!! Then the rep that carried to help me set up the panel was great.

To the original sales guy to the 2 techs that were here last night setting up, the customer service thru far has been great. Neither were pushy on service and all 3 were very helpful! Excited to see if Vivint is better than ADT was.

Chad was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have been very happy with our service for the past year and a half, we just added a other panel and more cameras. He was very kind and patient with us when deciding where to put the new cameras. He went above and beyond for us, I would highly recommend to any residential or business consumer.

Vivint is the most worst security camera system. Their cameras did not pick up any of our burglary that we experience. This VIVINT company will not help you with the broken equipment and give you the run around to fix it. Their cameras are blurred and the monitor will black out time to time. Rude customer service person and they will not refund your money even when it's their fault. PLEASE DON'T GET OR EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS TO DO THE WORK PROPERLY.

Product is awesome but I was even more impressed with the sales pitch (Loomi) and the installer (John). Both were informative, knowledgeable, professional and patient! John was particularly impressive because I am super particular about what goes where in my home but he didn’t rush me and kept offering great suggestions!

He made sure there were no questions before he left and was very patient explaining the system. He made sure what I wanted and went to installing the equipment. Lindsay with Vivint was very helpful in assisting with the step by step set up! The system is affordable and very convenient. I recommend this service to anyone needing extra security and assurance. The activation process took 10-15 minutes! Very easy and convenient.

Audry explained everything thoroughly. She was very informative. She explained every step and walked me through the proper way to use the system! She answered our questions! She helped us set up the app and we appreciate her assistance and kindness.

Super kind and everything was easy to understand! I love how simple the app is and feel so much better with the safety of my home! I also love that there are built-in panic codes along with buttons for quick access.

McKinley was very nice and knowledgeable. He was outside my house for two hours answering any questions I had, and stayed to make sure I was able to cancel my ADT before leaving. Even gave me his personal number to make sure I could call him if anything I wasn’t happy with. I just got my system installed yesterday but really love it so far!

He was very kind, nice, polite and assisting, patient. I have a very bad fear with caterpillars he even help get them off my porch where I could enter my he. Thanks so much. David was awesome. I will recommend and friend or family member.

My installer came on time. He was very professional. He completed all task quickly and took extra time to explain my new services and he answered all my questions. He placed the cameras in the perfect spots and also added fire detectors to my order.

My technician was very polite, efficient, attentive and informative on my new home system. He arrived on time and was able to educate on the system and its many functions. There was no pressure to purchase any unnecessary items for my new home alarm, doorbell, and thermostat. Will surely recommend to family and friends.

If we could leave a negative star, we would. The equipment never worked, but the biggest issue was what happened when we cancelled. We had paid outright for the equipment and had tenants moving into the house. The tenants decided they wanted to keep the Vivint service, so they called in to have the service transferred. Instead, Vivint created a new account for them, instead of merging ours. The end result was that we were billed for 3 months while the tenants were also billed, for the same address, and the same service, and the same equipment.

I really love this. Very professional and it was cheep. Just like how he help me and I got it fast. You got to try them. Great attitude and took the time to explain and he listened to what I was looking for.

Very accurate on all things. Very patient. Had some troubleshooting to do and very polite and managed to get everything connected that I wanted. I was a bit undecided what I wanted and he walk me through it so I felt very comfortable with what I got.

Technician was very informative and helpful with everything. He always made sure he didn’t leave until I understood how to work everything and how it worked. He cleaned after himself and was very professional the whole install. He made sure my outdoor cameras didn’t have any wires showing and they were in the perfect spot. I give a 10/10 recommend!

I had a good experience with the sale person Michael. Excellent Tech install. My only problem is that my order. I didn’t get a copy of what items were to be installed. For me I had a smoke detector and 4 outdoor cameras. I paid extra to replace my indoor cameras for an outside one. I didn’t have the paperwork to proof it. So I am a bit upset. Next time I would needed everything printed.

So far we like the way the system was installed due the technician was very personal and was answering all the questions that my girlfriend throwing at him as he was working. And once he was complete with the work he had explained everything on how it worked, but the one I was little concerned was the amount of time it took to install to complete (Little over 4 hours. Hey can't complain).

I met with Scott on Friday and had a technician out the same day and she was great (Jazmine). I was nervous about picking a security system and wanted one that could provide ultimate protection and I researched for the last couple of weeks. Thus far Vivint has proved to be the right choice.

Ricky did an amazing job and super friendly! I love all the pieces of equipment and the features as well. Safety is a priority especially when you have children and work. The phone app is great as well. I look forward to getting to know my system.

I scheduled an account take over through Vivint after the responsible party moved out of my residence. My technician called about 20 minutes before he arrived, which was extremely helpful. As a single woman having a stranger working in her home, Jesse did a great job of keeping me at ease and being thorough with his task. I would absolutely rate this appointment 5/5 stars. Thank you!

Selvin was very knowledgeable about Vivint and 100% we feel like he did a wonderful job with explaining the system and how to use it. I definitely like the look Vivint provides and the ability to have the doors monitored without unsightly exposed door monitoring equipment. Vivint was definitely a great addition to our smart home.

I had an amazing tech! He was very reassuring, knowledgeable about the system, took his time, explained and showed me how the system work. He was very thorough. He explained to me if I wanted to add or take away things I could. All the way around a nice guy.

I was shocked how quick the system was set up and running! Even had a tech issue where the installer came back and took care of it! Awesome service! I like being able to use the app to set the thermostats without having to get out of bed!

Excellent sales and installation. Everything explained well and very knowledgeable. Cameras are superb to other systems I have seen. System control pad and phone control very easy to connect and control. Wireless with minimal control points for easy install. Installation was fast and no mess! Happy to recommend to friends and family members.

My technician arrived early and explained the entire process before he began. He asked if I had any questions throughout the process and was very helpful and explanatory. He was friendly and when I had questions about his recommendations he explained what some customers do. I felt comfortable and informed.

Our technician Stanson was great, he was friendly, showed up on time, and was knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and ensured our needs were met to his best ability. So far we are satisfied with our system. Cost and pricing was fair. He was in and out within an hour!

I had ADT for a year. Customer service was very poor. They charge you every visit even if it is something wrong with their set up. From me needing to buy more expensive internet to hundred of excuses why my house was incapable of producing the best results for their service. I have had one day with Vivint and their service has already out classed ADT by a long shot. From the sales rep to the technicians I should have just gone with Vivint from the beginning.

Everything was great. The service was fast and they got everything together. They helped us set up our phones and connect our devices. We are so happy with our new home security system. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends.

We have a year old high end Vivint system. Our cameras are down. Contacted Vivint, hard to understand. No fluent English, wanted us to be the technicians. Had other Security Companies prior. All better customer service and all spoke fluent English.

From the initial consultation to installation, Vivint staff displayed excellent customer service. The sales rep, Oscar, showed us all our options and listened to our family's needs. Our installer, Damon, was wonderful and was communicative throughout the whole process. Not only were the staff excellent in customer service, the products Vivint offers are top notch! I feel safe and secure in my home.

The way everything was explained was very good, Brandon answered all my questions and showed me prices on all the different products that are available. He was able to find us what we wanted and we couldn’t be more satisfied, very good customer service and the techs were very professional and respectful.

This morning I made de decision to go ahead and get the Vivint alarm system installed. It’s been a long time since I had an alarm system. The installer came in on time and got to work right away. He was very professional. He make sure to do his job, clean. The salesman Mike kept in contact with me and made sure he got the information to me for a smooth transaction.

Little pricey but you get your money’s worth. Cameras are clear. Just having little difficulty with the app. The agents are friendly. The technicians are very knowledgeable. From equipment to agents and technicians, the experience is good over all! Two thumbs up!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the system. Answered all questions. Polite. Told me to call if I had any issues several times so I felt confident that I would be able to call and have any questions answered. I was unable to be there for the appointment so my mom had to be at my house for the software update. Employee was kind enough to call me and walk both of us through the setup of the system. It’s hard to find people with her kind spirit these days. Very much appreciated!

We recently chose to switch our home security provider. I was surprised at how fast and efficiently the Vivint system was set up. It was a much more enjoyable experience than setting up our previous one by ourself. Nolan was the professional who set up our system. He was very polite and thorough throughout the whole process. Would recommend him to anyone!

Sales rep answered all our questions and concerns. He showed us the process step by step. Very friendly and have a good sense of humor. He did not leave until the technician showed up. Technician also answered all our questions.

The thermostats don't work. The camera on the front yard doesn't work. It doesn't work. The door lock doesn't work. Was charged more money what we agreed for. Last charge $400 from my account without even telling me. Technician came in, left all the boxes laying around the house all the equipment. He pulled out, just left right there on the side, didn't pick up anything. Not happy at all.

I wish I could give Keith ** 10 stars. He set up my alarm system with efficiency and took the time to explain it to me in a way that I could understand and remember. He was professional in the manner that he presented himself and expressed information.

All the techs were real friendly and professional. The system so far we are pleased with it. Everything so far seems to be real easy to manage the system. The app is also very self explanatory and we are very please to be able to start making our house a smart house.

The person that came was explained everything he was doing and I was very happy with his service. The next day I was told that he had placed the doorbell on the wooden part of the door and not on the cement part. I don't know if it will last there so now I have concerns on the safety of the doorbell.

We are happy that our new house is now secured. Installation was quick!!!! The system is user friendly and can be accessed thru the App. We liked our front door camera so much. The price is reasonable. You can’t pay the peace of mind you get when you know your house is monitored.

I have received great customer service and I really enjoy the system. It seems much more high-tech than my old system. There were some discrepancies in the information I received from the sales person on the phone and the technician. The technician quickly resolved all of my issues in a satisfactory manner. The cameras are fabulous outdoor and indoor great picture. The touchpad seems to be state of the art or at least leaps and bounds above my last touchpad.

From customer service and installation everything was super easy and efficient. Much more convenient if there are any issues I can get someone right away via app or telephone. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new alarm system.

I just ordered the service, but on other website Vivint is offering free installation and free 4 months monitoring. I just paid $150.00 upfront for my services and then will be charged $150 for the next 2 months then $50 a months after going forward. I want the same deal that's being offer on Facebook for same company.

Both the Representative and Technician was pleasant, professional and accommodating. I am satisfied with the services I received. Although I do have a complaint. As much as I am paying for service and equipment, I was scheduled to receive a doorbell camera but because the camera I was to receive for being referred was not available I have to wait.(disappointed). The camera that is available is an additional charge. I feel as though Vivint should have either installed what was available or the camera that was available should have been discounted.

All products and services were explained fully to me with no pressure to purchase something I don’t need. The services are user friendly and I feel confident in the support team if I need them. Sales rep was good. He explained himself well. The installer did not give me a yard sign nor windows tags. I have called him 2 times he doesn’t answer nor return the call. I would feel better if I could take the last company’s yard sign and window tags down.

Donte was very professional and very helpful during the entire install. Customer service was also very helpful over the phone. Over all very pleased with the service. If Vivint could create a option of app specific notification tones for alerts for the phone that would be awesome.

Ken was on time, informative, and professional. He was very clear in sharing the steps and explaining what would occur in his scheduled visit for installation of Vivint hardware and software. He was clear, concise and provided me with hands on training to learn how to use the system and answered all questions that I asked. However, it seemed to take headquarters a long time to respond when he referenced that office for support making the install take long than it could have given the delayed responses. Despite learning that he was a bit under the weather, Ken did an amazing job with the delayed response from headquarters and the challenge that my very old and very well constructed brick home offered. Overall, I am very pleased with the process. I understand how to use the product installed. Finally, my adult daughter feels more at ease that I have a Vivint security system in my home. The technician (Matt **), was fantastic. Professional, polite and efficient - even when faced with some technical complications. He is a huge asset and reflects positively of your company. The picture quality from the cameras is great and I like the notifications option for people ‘lingering’ (aka trespassing).

Everything is easy to learn and very cohesive. Love all our cameras with whistle feature!! The staying and leaving options are a nice touch. The deadbolt with the pin is very nice; especially being able to give/remove a pin to someone.

The customer service was amazing the installer was very knowledgeable. The installer informed and explained the system very well. The cameras are very vivid and the picture quality is awesome and the smart hub looks like a tablet on my wall. It looks sweet.

I was recently setup with ADT. I'm so glad Vivint got to me in time for me to switch. In the long time, the service is cheaper and I actually would own the equipment. Just makes sense. Plus, setup was quick! Nick had me done with everything in like an hour. I love how integrated everything is with the app. Makes keeping track of everything easy and convenient.

Cameron did an excellent job! Very professional & thorough. He even stayed w/ me for 45 mins trying to connect my garage door to my app so I can integrate it w/ our system, something he totally didn’t have to do but he did because he rocks. He deserves all the glory, a raise, some praise, did I mention a raise? I feel safer now that Cameron has laid a blanket of protection over my house and family.

Equipment is top notch, but you sure pay for it. Phone agent and tech had a few sales pitches but nothing high pressure. Overall I'm impressed. Install tech wall fished all the wiring without even being asked. Very clean install.

The door alarm system and a panel for the house and two cameras that I'm getting myself. They did a good job of doing my paperwork and getting me set up for everything so I like to thank them for the good job that they have did for me.

The Individual was friendly and knowledgeable. He set up system and went thru the procedures for using system, and showed app to use to answer any questions. He was in and out in approximately an hour. He is a very good representative for the company.

We love technology and we have only had our service (security sensors on three doors, doorbell camera, thermostat control, CO2/Carbon Monoxide alarm) for a few days but so far so good. We love the ability to control everything from our smartphones. Very nice technician!
