We are very pleased with our purchase of a home security system for our new home. The sales person was very helpful answering all our questions. And when she didn’t know she didn’t hesitate to call to get answers. The installation tech was prompt and efficient. Listening to our needs before installing. The camera is very good. So far we have no complaints.

Everything about my installer was great. We asked him to remove his shoes and he obliged. He installed everything quickly and explained everything. My only issue was with the cameras. In order to have a camera in the backyard we would need to run wires up our wall inside our living room and poke a hole to feed it outside since it needs to be plugged into an outlet. We will not spend good money only to be left with exposed wires (inside or otherwise). Other than that, I am pleased with our install.

Joshua ** was our technician, he was on time and introduced himself. He went over everything we wanted for the house plus suggested a few things. Joshua was very polite, and professional and worked in a timely manner. He made sure everything was working plus went over all gadgets that we had to make sure we was satisfied and that everything worked accordingly. I would highly recommend Joshua to my friends and colleagues to install a Vivint system.

I just had a Vivint system installed on my new home. From start to finish it was quick and painless. Troy, the tech, made everything very easy to understand and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend Vivint to anyone looking for a security system.

My tech was super knowledgeable and very nice. When I opened the door, he even waved at me which was a nice touch! He was a great guide through the process and understanding the contracts and financing. He got started and soon after, he was finished! Super nice. The panel is super user friendly and so far I’m loving it!

From beginning to end, we were satisfied with our experience with the Vivint techs and sales reps. We initially thought we weren’t going to go with anything, but the sales reps were kind & we wanted to at least hear them out. After going over our needs for home security & what their programs could do for us, we realized it was far more affordable than we had expected. The process did take some time, it was like buying a car, but not nearly as painful or expensive.

Vivint was kind, courteous and receptive with my alarm installation. The Technician who installed the alarm system and customer service representative were great. They were transparent throughout the entire process and did not push unnecessary items. I would recommend them for your alarm needs.

Our install went smoothly. The technician was very informative about the system's functions however he stripped the screws on our electrical panel and didn’t tell us so it was a hassle getting the rest of our services installed in our new home because he went first. But overall very satisfied with the equipment!

I just sold my home, and went to put in my cancelation of the account and they told me that I have to pay $400 in order to cancel my account because I am in some contract until 2023. I bought the house in WOW 6 year contract. Who does that to their customers. So to tell me that I would not recommend this company!!

Overall I am satisfied with the customer service and equipment. Didn’t give 5 stars because I got a soft hit to my credit twice because I had to redo my finance paperwork because my name was spelled incorrectly the first time.

Everything I was told about was a lie.... Was told they were compatible with my system I have now. Lie.. Told me they could install my door bell... Lie. Out of the whole system the only thing that was installed was the motion sensor which is pointless when you have a Cane Corso that's is 110 lbs that free runs the house when we're gone and the two door sensors. The whole system is absolutely garbage. Please come uninstall your ** and do us all a favor and drive this business in to the deepest hole in the ground and forgot about it....

Sergio called and let me know when he would be at my home. He explained the equipment and offered valuable suggestions for my home. Sergio was knowledgeable of Vivint problems. He was concerned, considerate and a good listener. I would highly recommend him as a technician. I can see he is a valuable asset to Vivint.

The technician that did my installation was great and thorough with explaining the services and products. My only issue or concerns so far is that the app doesn't work on my phone. It doesn't load. So I can't access my service from my phone.

Installer was friendly, thorough, knowledgeable, conscientious and hospitable. He knew what to do and explained how to use the system. He cleaned up. He was encouraging and supportive. He guided us through setting up the account on our phones and how to use the system on the app. Before he left, he made sure we understood and asked if we had any questions. Vivint lied to me about the installation timeline. Lucky hours didn’t go as planned at work. When the installer came to the house great conversation and he was very respectable as we talked about it and because of him I went forward with the system. That my guy he deserve the raise. And when I called them to complain about it they hung the phone up in my face.

Very efficient installation and tutorial on system. Installer was courteous and very neat. He answered all my questions. He allowed me to observe the entire process while occasionally asking questions.

Everything was installed in a okay manner. But when it came to the smart thermostat they wired it wrong and then they put the original one on and now I have no heat or cooling. And have to pay an expert now to come fix it. Because I was told a ticket would be put in and fixed the same day and it wasn't. And it is cold out.

Joe was great. He was punctual, patient, and informed us very well along the process. The monthly premium for this service is also very affordable. I will be lying less than what I pay now in my other home. Signature process is very fast so it didn’t take much time from me. Loved the Mobile application, very user friendly. Can’t wait to use this device in my phone.

Very clear high def cameras and simple and easy to use. The rep we spoke to was very kind and explained the whole process well. The installation was quick and looks good. Happy to have a home security system and not just a doorbell camera.

Customer service was good. Rep was on time and the instructions were easy to follow. The last homeowners used the service and it was easy to switch everything over. I really like how the smart lock and alarm pad is connected as well.

Confusing process. I received an email reminder that my set up was for 4/4, yet 2 different guys texted me 3/29 about different time setups same day. The guy who ended up helping me seemed annoyed with my questions when he called me even though this is all new to me. Not sure what is supposed to happen on 4/4 but I’m hoping I didn’t spend that money on a text message set up yesterday. Overall, once said and done, he activated my Vivint system and it seems to be working. Once I have my wifi installed I’m looking to hook up the cameras.

Our installation technician was fantastic! He came in, explained the entire process to me, gave me all the information about how the payment process worked, the financing information, and information on any additional services or equipment we may be interested in and the cost for each item. He didn’t try to twist my arm or upsell me on anything, and listened to my concerns about making my my home as safe as possible. We ended up adding a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, an outdoor camera, and an additional glass break. He switched our plan around for us and ended up saving us money, which we really appreciated! He was patient and kind with my dogs as well as my 4 year old, who wanted to “help” him.

Great price and I have every window and door covered. Got two smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector put in as well.

Just recently upgraded to a new alarm system. I got the smart hub with the video doorbell and the sensors throughout the house. Amazing service and on time appointment. The down side of this company is I was told it will ONLY be a soft pull to my credit & it wasn't until installer came & told me it will be a hard pull & not to mention I was promised a free camera which I NEVER received & had a promo & I was told to let the installer know so things could be adjusted and that was also a lie. I dislike the fact I was misguided just for their product to be sold. Installer was very nice & understanding. Customer service/sales is why I gave 2 stars. Don't lie to a potential customer & not stand by your word!

Devin was on time and very professional. Went thru the whole system with me To where I could operate it by myself in minutes. Installed and added camera in a professional and timely matter. I thought he was the man.

All personnel were friendly, relatable, focused, and knowledgeable. The two camera system is clear and in color with easy to view options on your keypad & on your phone. I like that the package also includes two glass breakage sensors as I have multiple rooms with windows.

What got me to change was the camera on the base screen and the 30 day recording time on the cameras. Comparable monthly cost. Sam the salesman was up front and answered our questions. Got the service started same day. Had to wait a week for previous service.

Other than a minor oversight there where no issues. Everything works properly, and our installer went over everything with us and helped us get set up and answer every question me and my Wife had. He did a good job.

The whole company of Vivint as a whole has been so very customer oriented. And are into pleasing the customer and not a money figure. The Service Tech was exceptional and super professional. Had an amazing experience with the team over at Vivint. From being very descriptive on the product options to the install team being very informative to make sure you understood how everything worked. We liked that we got our installations the same day and it was covered by the company as well. Our installer was also very knowledgeable and efficient in his work and was out of my house in 1 hr and a half. Overall so far so good!

Both Charles and Graham explained us switching from ADT to Vivint. They were accurate and the switch was easy. Luis was our install tech and he was very nice and informative. We haven’t used the system much yet but it seems way easier and more effective.

On time/early. Very respectful of our household and wore booties and a mask to help prevent the spread of Covid. Did a clean install and hid the wiring. Educated me very well with how to use the new system. Very honest with recommendation.

Picked Vivint based on personal references of friends who has used this service. Signup was quick and easy. Then Jordan texted and we set up the system via text. I wasn’t sure about this at first, but it was quick and easy to do. Jordan quickly answered any additional questions I had. Plus, you receive a phone call at the end in case you have any other questions.

The technician came at the time he said he would installed the equipment pretty quick walk me through on how to use the equipment. Showed me all the great features how I can protect my home with the equipment I purchased.

Our technician/installer was just terrific. On time, but more importantly fully prepared for our install. Thoroughly reviewed our requirements before starting, and then efficiently installed our system. Thoroughly reviewed how to use the system while making suggestions for how to optimize it.

After calling in and asking for more information about the system, I had all questions answered and installed within two days. Installer was helpful, informative and proactive. Each individual who helped me with this process was eager to send contact info for me to follow up with them with any questions or issues. Very happy.

The technician was very knowledgeable but it took almost 3 hours for him to complete the take over process because the platform was down. I could not access or download the Vivint app, and once I was able to download the app I still don’t have full use of the app, I have to do everything from the panel.

Install went well. Vivint app would not connect with My Q app. The app would not arm the house on the first day away. You are left on your own to close out your contract with the existing company if you previously had an alarm. The pros are an updated system with nice cameras. Great salesmen and installer. Pricey!!!

I've never heard of this company, and the sales rep that came to my house did SUCH a good job telling me all about what the company offers, I was in shock and wanted it for my home. I use to have ADT, but I feel so much safer with Vivint just because of all the equipment set up in my home to protect us in case of any emergency. The sales rep Evan was soooo nice and knowledgeable. Even the installation guy was so nice! He actually came out the same day and hooked everything up. I’m very satisfied so far and would definitely recommend.

The entire process with Vivint was awesome. Our sales agent did an amazing job explaining the products and then the installation of the products was amazing. I was concerned putting holes in the walls to install since we have a brand new build, but our installer was patient and walked me through the whole process and then continued to check with me at each step. Vivint is the way to go!

I've had my system for 2 days and false alarms are randomly going off and waking me up at night. Yes there's a 3 day cancelation but Vivint says I have to pass away or move to a retirement home in order to qualify for cancellation. I do not recommend this system. It's like the boy who cried wolf. Oh and an automatic computer is who you talk to when an alarm goes off. Not an actual person.

I’m beyond satisfied with service I was provided by Matt & Rodger installing my home security system. Very polite, very helpful, and all the technology seems easy to use. The service builds the trust, all questions were answered in place, suggestions were reasonable and met my needs, I believe this provides the first step to the feeling of security and being comfortable to understand how does the system work. First time using this company, it seems everyone is too busy to help their customers. Purchased the security and very disappointed at the end of the day. The installer did a good job until we we were told two items to install he did not have. He said he would make another appointment for someone to finish today, never happened. No calls. Nothing. I call the number to get assistance but no one could help, the person said she would call the manager to see why the tech did not show up. Never heard anything back, wow. Very disappointing. My wife waited all day and no one showed up, it’s nice to know early about the service, so I can lower my expectations moving forward.

I am very glad with how professional, and on time the person came. He finished quickly, explained everything to a detail, he did not leave a mess and the installation is very discreet. Not expensive. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Vivint makes my family and I feel much safer now, the installation process was smooth and didn’t take long at all. I love how easy everything was to set up and also how friendly everyone I’ve into contact with was as well. I’d also like to thank Gabriel ** for helping me decide if I needed home security. Vivint has exceeded all expectations so far! The equipment is sleek and easy to use, the prices are affordable and I feel very safe in my new home. The technician, Sydney, was nice and super helpful. She worked efficiently and provided me with all of the information I need to take full advantage of my vivint system.

The technician installed our security system today, and he was outstanding. I appreciate his interaction, communication and technical expertise. He provided insight and instruction on the operation and monitoring process. He was professional and had a great personality. We were provided additional information and contact information should we encounter errors with the system.

Ricky did the installation and was great. First he went over all he was going to install. Did a great job with installing and cleaned up after…everything looks good. Explained all and left phone number just in case I have questions later.

The person that came to do the installation was really pleasant and informative. He was extremely patient and explaining everything to me. As to Matt the sales person he was a pleasure to work with, friendly, not pushy at all or trying to upsell me which I’m thankful.

Corey the installer was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He had my whole home automated and ready to go in a couple of hours and then showed me how to use everything. Love this system and really appreciate the ease of use.

Kade and Dustin have been so kind and helpful. They were able to answer all of my sales and installation questions. I would recommend to all family and friends. I am happy with my decision to leave ADT for Vivint. Already better customer service!

The Vivint installer, Tony, was very capable, cordial, patient, and knowledgeable. He provided instructions and answered questions clearly. He readily repeated instructions when I asked him to. He made this process both informative and enjoyable. Because of him, I think very highly of Vivint.

The Vivint Security System was installed in my home and the technician did an excellent installation and demonstrated the ease of operation to me. I believe I will be very satisfied with the security and ease of utilizing it. I am very happy with the ring doorbell camera that was installed. The smoke and fire sensor will notify Vivint in the event of a fire and if Vivint cannot get a hold of me they will notify the local police/fire department so they can come to my residence.

I love the alarm system, and the products are all very high-quality. Easy installation however was pretty poor. The camera in my garage was plugged into an extension cord instead of an outlet, and the installation of the booster antenna left a bunch of drywall dust all over my floor which the technician just left.

The technician is very professional and he showed a high knowledge on Vivint system, in addition, responsible, friendly. This is my first time using The Vivint system, and I can say it is very friendly to operate. Definitely I would recommend Vivint to a friend or somebody else.

Installation was fast, John was super friendly. I loved he had his own mini vacuum. I would highly recommend Vivint to a friend. Their service is beyond amazing and friendly. They had an issue with my pricing and they offered me $200 off my equipment just for the inconvenience.

We were told appt was to be between 8 and 10am. The installer showed up at 11am thinking he was early for a noon appt. He told us and showed us on his iPad that he was scheduled for noon and had showed up at 11 to see if he could start early. Therefore our only complaint is with the scheduling process.

Mike was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of information, took time out to show me things about the alarm system and the doorbell. He made me feel a lot comfortable with it and I was very knowledgeable when he got done showing me the system from A to Z. Very nice gentleman. Please thank him for me again.

Love my new equipment. Daniel took his time explaining each product. Received an outdoor camera and doorbell camera and the images are better than the ads. Davis took his time to evaluate and explain the installation. He was efficient in the installation and clean up. He had to move the modem and thought he had an extension cord to reconnect my desktop computer to the modem but got out of the house without providing that. Very pleasant in demeanor.

Had Vivint before and was happy with their systems and services. Moved to a new home and purchased ADT and was miserable with them. As soon as my contract was up I signed back up with Vivint after Sam ** came by my house!

I had a total of 4 Vivint people in our home the last 2 days due to my home being older so they needed assistance but all guys were very respectful and got the job done! No complaints whatsoever. They were all very nice and knew what they were doing.

This is undoubtably a great product, however, more than that, I was greatly impressed with the wholesale, contract and installation process. Agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Installer was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable! She also did a great job of training us to use the system! Would recommend!

Good job! The text was knowledgeable and did a good job. I was able to get 3 cameras and they are each covering an area I want to monitor. The pictures on my app are clear and easy to see. The tech was patient and took time to clearly go over the operation of each part of the system.

Sam and Gabriel were both fantastic. They were very pleasant and thorough to work with. I've been in sales and the tech side of things in many companies, and these two are top notch. Friendly, professional and they were able to help us get exactly what we wanted. The cancellation process was disingenuous. I was told in an email a full refund was in process and would be available in 3-7 days. It was not and more hoops to jump through to get the refund. Very disappointing. I still don’t know why it is so difficult.

Devon was professional. He listened & was accommodating. Our home 50yr old home presented challenges but he was able to overcome. My smartphone wasn’t cooperating to download the Vivint App. which was resolved today. He educated me on a couple of things & left the install areas neat & clean.

Nolan, our installer, was able to explain our system and made recommendations to make our system effective and efficient. His installation was professional and his explanation of the panel and app made everything easy to understand. Even my non-tech husband can easily use the system. I feel this system will meet our needs.

The system seems more advanced and easier to use than our former provider. Monthly costs - minus equipment fees - are significantly less. Installation took two visits as the tech felt one component was scratched and he didn’t want to leave us that one.
