Both James and the Technician who installed were great. I like everything that comes with this program! Would recommend to anyone who is looking for a home security program. Can’t wait to see how this security program works out for us.

Brian was very professional, kind and a great technician. All companies need more like him and his supervisor. Brian came into my home and went straight to work with less talking or keeping a conversation and I liked that because he done a good job.

The sales people and the installer were are very nice and got right to the point. The installer came right in and explained what he was doing and went over everything that I didn’t understand. Very nice and patient guy. He also cleaned up his mess after finishing what he was doing. He worked very hard.

Kyle, the expert technician I was so very fortunate to have, was professional, kind, knowledgeable, and so very patient. I had absolutely no clue as to what services I wanted or needed. Kyle explained in detail and in layman terms the plethora of available options. I was so fortunate to have him as my technical expert.

From sales to install I couldn’t be more pleased. Outstanding service and so good to be away from the old antiquated ADT system. Cameras are better placed and much better reception. Excellent customer service before, during and after the sales and installation.

Install was excellent! Efficient and professional. However, cost of hardware is very expensive. Even though there is a higher cost the security coverage isn’t the same. The sales team should have done a walk through as I was lead to believe I would have the same coverage as the system that was being replaced.

My first scheduled installment was from 12 to 4, he was communicative regarding his ETA but as it got closer to 2pm and he still wasn't on his way. I figured he was very busy but he was getting to me till after 4, so I had to reschedule which worked out well for me anyway. My second scheduled installment was a bit annoying because I specifically, weeks in advanced, wanted 8 to 12 schedule and I thought everything was fine until the day before the scheduled installment. I was called to confirm my 12 to 4, which was absolutely wrong. I had to call a few times to get it fixed which took alot of time from my busy schedule which was what annoyed me the most. The day of installment, Miller U came in at 10-10:30, was very professional and patient with my inquiries. Everything was done in about 2 hours and it was explained to me very well.

Benhil was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. Highly pleased. Thank you. Would recommend. Only been a day but so far so good. Will definitely try to get some friends to contact Vivint, would really really like to spread the word plus could use the extra discount. Thanks Ed.

I will highly recommend Vivint to everyone I know 10/10. They have really nice people working. I love that they are really nice and comprehensive. Good at explaining everything. Great technician knowledgeable and efficient. Very quick and neat, answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. Was unable to connect my Nest thermostat and my garage door to integrate in the same system while he was present, but I hope to be able to add them to the Vivint smart system to have all in one.

John showed up to my house on time and tidy. He took the time explain his installation process and completed it in less time than he thought. All this after I added some extra equipment to the install. Great guy, very pleasant. I Should have done this sooner.

Agent had informed us about all the info regarding our solar panels, went above and beyond and making sure we get the best deal, broke down the payments and how we could pay faster, as well as future billing from electric company, an average of what may be expected to pay them but at a much lower monthly rate.

They were polite and very professional keep up the good work. The sales rep was amazing on giving us better hope and prices and the tech was nice and explained everything single detail about the system. I would definitely recommend it to my friends and family.

I had my new home security system installed. I’m impressed. The quality of the cameras is very good. The video is very clear. I made good choice on this. I’m very pleased. The technician was very professional and explained everything in detail.

Great install. They guys were knowledgeable and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. It is nice to be able to see what is going on outside. In fact, I used it to see how much it snowed last night, judging whether or not, I should shovel the driveway.

The sale people were very persistent and we decided to switch. The guys that came to install our equipment took forever to get it switched out were at my house till 2:00 am and had to return the next day for another 8 hours. They were very nice however they didn’t explain how the equipment works. We like our new cameras way better then what we had but we can’t get the doorbell to work.

After meeting with a number (some big some local) security companies I found Vivint. High tech and high touch. Yes you have to first deal with a faceless rep on the phone but after that real, helpful, very knowledgeable people handle final sales and installation process. If you are in Philly request Michael ** and Jeffrey **. They are seasoned, professional, and really care about the customer experience.

Our technician, Nick, installed our system and thoroughly walked us through set up. The system is superior by far to our former one! I am enjoying the ease, versatility, and the many features inherent in the system! I wish that we had gotten Vivint years ago! 5-stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great from start to finish. Great reps on the phone. Walked through everything. Step by step. Installation was early. Awesome because I had things to do for the day. Great from start to finish for everyone on both ends.

The technician was great!! Would highly recommend this service. His expertise was invaluable and he was engaged throughout the process. He explained everything thoroughly. The sales rep misquoted the price, so beware of up charge. The price was higher in the end.

My technician was very helpful and quick. Unfortunately I didn’t have Wi-Fi at the moment so he will be back once it’s up and running to check all the equipment. He was very helpful explaining how the panel worked. And helping getting the app set up on my phone!

Very happy with my whole alarm system, this is my second system and I'm very happy with it and with the service Vivint has provided me, highly recommended, there's a reason why I decided to stay with vivint for my second property.

The service person Zachary is not knowledgeable about the services. He was late and did not show the first time. Rescheduled and he was 30-45 min late and then did not finish in a timely manner. Third rescheduled for the 3rd time and did not show or call.

Vivint has all the latest - video doorbell, door locks, thermostats, indoor and outdoor cameras, and so much more. My technician, Jeff was quick, smart, helpful, courteous, friendly and as pleasant as he could be. We have a second home and will be requesting that he be our installer!

The installer Joe was GREAT, patient, explained everything in detail and knowledgeable. He also walked me through the process of how the system works. In addition he did not hesitate to repeat instructions when I wasn’t sure of the functions.

Art was amazing. Personable. Friendly and knowledgeable. Give him a raise. He deserves it. I’m happy so far with the system. It’s easy to use and now I feel even more safe in my new home. Thank you soo much.

Ben far exceeded my expectations during installation. His was very knowledgeable, friendly and all around professional. There need to be more technicians like him. He definitely deserves an A+ PLUS! I can’t wait to tell others about his excellent service.

Everyone that I associated with was amazing, but the timing was really bad. I had to reschedule twice because there was a scheduling error on the company's end. Yesterday, I was scheduled from 10AM to 1PM. The gentlemen didn't arrive till 3:30 pm. The first time, we had to just completely reschedule for a week later. Due to another scheduling error. The equipment and the personnel have been great, but the scheduling errors have been inconvenient. I don't mean to sound rude and I understand mistakes can happen but we are committing to a huge deal here with the solar panels and security system and you would think that there wouldn't be so many inconveniences.

Vivint is a great alarm system. Jon, our salesman was above and beyond in explaining the “ins and outs” of the alarm system and the company. My wife and I were getting concerned in the area we live in. We love the doorbell camera feature and the ability to speak to an agent from the master device. The accessibility from the app is also a huge convenience. Overall I would recommend going with this alarm system.

Personnel were very understanding and helpful on all technical info and guided us thru very patiently.. The Rep was very informative and patient with all questions.. The installation person was very helpful with apps and forms to be filled out.. Both very efficient.. We felt very comfortable working with both.. For elders trying to understand today technical present day data is sometimes confusing but they did a very nice job explaining process of use equipment.

I'm glad you send over a Great tech. Was very professional. Arrived on time. Explained and answer all of our questions. Very good customer service. Being bilingual is a big bonus, my husband was able to understand everything he was explaining. My husband and I will gladly rate him with a 10 star. My installer was very professional and knowledgeable. He walked me through the entire process and showed me options I didn’t even think I needed but did. He answered all questions showing both myself and staff how to utilize the system.

What can I say?! Olivia was amazing! She was so kind and sweet. She helped me understand the process. I’m purchasing a new home and wanted to get security. Olivia got me signed up in minutes. The technician was vey thorough and explained what he did. He went over the instructions using the control panel. The cameras look great. I like the way the vehicle tracking devices work. The window and door sensors work great. I like the functionality of the glass break sensor.

We are new to Vivint but have had a great experience so far. Our estimate process was fast and our system installed a couple days later. Installation was completed in a timely manner. Installer made sure every thing was working correctly and that we knew how to use the system before he left. Every person we have dealt with so far has been friendly, helpful, and most importantly honest. We loving how easy the system is to use and amazed at the video quality.

I had my security system installed 2- days ago. I received professional, Great, on-time service! I am happy to feel more secure and learning to get more comfortable with the process. It is great to have a 30 days to make sure happy with security system.

He helped me understand what was going on with the acct. He did all he could to assist me and get it resolved hopefully. The billing is resolved but we found out I had 2 access I never knew. Was never told that once I upgrade and had done a loan they created another acct and that is where it all went wrong. He fixed it to where it's linked now. I appreciate his help and he was the one originally that installed my cameras in 2019. I had already like Jonathan as he is very kind and professional.

We had very knowledgeable sales representative and equipment installer. Friendly and helpful. All questions were answered and they took the time to get to know us and our needs. It was an easy process from beginning to end. We would recommend family and friends to the Vivint team. I am glad we waited for their product.

I was pleased the way the installer addressed all my concerns. Time management was great as well. He made sure that I understood how to work the system. I tried to give him something as a tip but he said no thank you. That this was his job.

Jesse was amazing. He walked us through the process, held our hand in a way, and made us feel that our home, and most importantly our family would be safe. We went into this process thinking today was just a consultation with what we had been told by the consultant on the phone when we initially set up this appointment, little did we know it was actually an install appointment so we were a little skeptical and felt like we were misled, but Jesse assured us, and made us feel like we are making the right decision.

Jesse (our installation agent) was informative, patient, and professional. He answered all our questions and addressed concerns. His expertise was invaluable with regard to explaining an easement on our new property and what to expect. Customer service, in my humble opinion, starts at point of first contact with a potential customer. A+ experience with the Vivint team on our system from finding out my concerns, suggestions on hardware solutions to meet my concerns and cost.

Everyone from the sales team to the technicians were very professional and informative. The installation happened on the same day that we purchased the equipment, actually about 20 minutes after we signed. The installers helped pick the best locations for our equipment and showed us how to navigate the system. The install was quick and they did a great job of cleaning up after themselves.

Mike has excellent customer service skills and was very helpful through the entire process… Clean installation with very good follow up… Very professional. Mike was also training a new employee and showed very good leadership skills in this process… I will recommend Mike and Vivint to my friends and family…

Evan W. was my technician and explained all the equipment that was ordered and where he was going to install it. He gave me an estimate of how long the installation would take and asked if that was acceptable. Everything went extremely well and he showed me how all the equipment works. Very professional and a pleasure to have him work on my home.

My technician Jacob ** was fantastic. He took his time to go over the details of how the system works and showed me how to use it. Any of the questions I had, he was able to get me an answer. After he was done, he cleaned up any dust from the setup process and made sure that everything was properly set up for me. I would highly recommend the system and Jacob to do the account.

Scheduled the appointment for my new Vivint security system to be installed. They were prompt and courteous in confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment the technician Darrell ** was right on time with a nice notice of arrival text message. He worked hard all morning and into the afternoon to get the system installed and set up perfectly. Everything looks amazing and installed perfectly. He kept wires discrete and was very polite during the entire visit. Very happy with our new home security system and will have that peace of mind now. I recently had an alarm system installed and John, the alarm installation technician, exceeded my expectations. Not only did he arrive on time, but he also had a professional and friendly demeanor. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the various components of the system and took the time to explain to me how it worked. The installation itself was a breeze, as John was very efficient and completed the job quickly. I'm confident that the system was installed correctly and that we are now well protected. I highly recommend Travis and his quality of service.

Customer Service was the best. The installation was professional. He was detailed in his work. And explained everything thoroughly. He took his time and went over every aspect of the system. He even came back after the install to update the system and fix an issue we had.

The technician was informative and helpful throughout the installation process today. The installation process was a bit long, took the technician about two hours to install the service. The cameras display a HD picture and the panel speaks loud and clear. Would recommend.

I was not present for the install but heard it went extremely well. The technician, Brady, did a fantastic, professional job at securing our new home with the cameras and the panel. Additionally, he was able to hide wiring which have otherwise been an eyesore. We are pleased with the overall service.

The appointment was booked with understanding that this was going to be cash based transaction. I paid the visit fee. The appointment was scheduled and confirmed. They never showed up and my visit fee was refunded and no contact or warning. They are a $$ grabbing service.

We had our alarm installed on 2-14-2023, the young man arrived on time, did explain what and where did the alarms would be placed and gave a well explanation of how the alarm works. Also did a very clean job.

Where to even start... You're forced to go through some weird survey that's given by a pre-recorded video and clearly looking to shield Vivint from liability. This is not how I want my relationship with the company to start. The installer was lazy. We mentioned roughly where we wanted the cameras and before we could pick a specific location, he'd already punched holes in the stucco. I'm sure we're going to get an angry mail from the HOA over the camera locations out front.

I am the old dog and this system is a new trick. May take a few days or so to learn it. Well enough that I’m completely comfortable. We did have a visitor who said he rang the bell, but we never heard it. Then he knocked, and we were expecting him, so we went to look. At least we have his picture on their camera. When he left, I tried the doorbell again, and it seem to work OK. We have armed and disarmed it a couple of times and that process seems to go OK. Hopefully will have no more problems. Thanks.

Robby, the technician, was on time, courteous and extremely helpful. He helped me with some questions and concerns that I had about pricing, the length of the contract and the equipment that had not been explained to me prior to our appointment. The system itself, while pretty pricey, is very easy to use and is unobtrusive.

Communicated a narrower arrival window with advance notice that I really appreciated and allowed me to plan my day. Tech was friendly, helpful, and invited any questions I had.

Had cameras installed for the house and the experience was amazing. Tech was fast, knowledgeable and courteous. Will definitely recommend. I even decided to add an additional camera when the Tech was almost done and he was so cool and professional about it. Set up the camera to watch my dogs area in no time.

From the sales person to the technician it was a great experience. Great people. They explained everything very well and answered my questions very well. But the panel by the door is not operating whatsoever. It is completely shut down. It seems that the panel is really loose from the wall. Please help.

From start to finish, the customer service I experienced with Vivint was phenomenal. I had been looking at home security systems for a while, and decided to get a quote from Vivint. I’m so glad I did. I spoke with a tech (Eddy) who explained the company and the system to me perfectly. He was extremely kind and helpful. I was shocked to be able to have a tech come out to install the entire system THE DAY I CALLED. This was huge for me, because we have had some vandalism at our home lately, and I was anxious to get a system installed. Another huge plus was I didn’t have to drop a ton of money. They offer a monthly payment plan with 0% APR so it’s very easy to afford, even for us as young, new homeowners.

DO NOT START A CONTRACT WITH VIVINT!!! I had vivint ever since 2018 and was paying on the equipment for years and vivint monitoring. I wanted to cancel vivint and to find out YOU CAN NOT USE your equipment that you paid thousands of dollars on, even on a app. You will waste your money on them unless you will be using them for life. They never told us that you can't use the equipment if you cancel your vivint. So what the hell am I gonna do with the equipment now that I paid thousands on. You can go buy a camera on Amazon and have an app for it and not paying a monthly fee. They are fraud!!! DO NOT start a contract with them!!!! Wasted thousands of dollars that I can't use the cameras now.

The technician was reasonable and prompt. He installed what I asked for (2 glass break sensors, 1 motion sensor, 2 door sensors, and 2 water sensors). At the end of the visit. I walked through with him the functionality of each sensor. The motion sensor didn’t work at all. It was brand new. He replaced it with another new sensor. It also didn’t work. He confided in me that none of the wireless motion sensors works — not one that he has seen work in 5 years. He said the wires sensors work, but Vivint no longer supports those.

The agent was friendly, professional, and at a rapid pace. He arrived in a timely manner and got straight to work. He seemed knowledgeable of what forms and procedures I needed to take care of. His work was not sloppy and he cleaned up where he needed to.

My initial contact to get Vinint left my faced with dissatisfaction, my 2nd contact with a manager made matters worse. However, once contacted by Eric, given his seemingly upmost care and willingness to thoroughly explain everything with integrity, I decided to go through with becoming a Vivint customer. Thus far, pleased! Kudos to Eric and my installer Ron!

Cyan was our sales rep. He guided us through all the equipment and what works best for our home, James was here same day to install. Everything works great and both Cyan and James were very knowledgeable about products, placement and guiding us through set up. Thanks again!

I had a rough start with getting someone to me. But, my technician Brian ** was AWESOME! He took his time, explained everything and made me feel at ease. I told him I had a teenager & he made sure to show me exactly how to show her how to use everything. He answered of my questions and was very efficient. I feel great about my new install.

It took too long to install the system. It was 7:00 pm before the last tech left. He was experiencing system problems. We had to delay our dinner. Communication was not relayed to me on a timely basis. Better planning was needed to get a higher rating. Overall all personnel was very helpful.

The installer Mikel was very knowledgeable and kind. Very easy system to use. We will definitely be buying more cameras and sensors to add to our system. I appreciate how large the panel is and how loud it is for the doorbell to hear in areas of the house.

Everything went so smoothly from the first initial call to getting it actually installed. Everyone was very professional and it was an amazing experience. Would recommend to my family and friends. I’m already enjoying all the smart features!! Everything is very simple to use and the technician made sure I knew exactly how everything worked before leaving. So excited to have peace of mind considering my husband works out of town so I am alone majority of the time. :)

I have had many different security systems but I’ve always heard Vivint was a good company. The Cameras are some of the best I’ve ever used. The installers were definitely professional. The installers arrived on time, worked diligently and were very proficient.

Mark was great with explaining the process and equipment. Arrived on time and made sure we understood everything with the equipment and the Vivint phone application for the door camera, thermostats, and alarm system. He was patient and installed the equipment fairly quickly. Excellent service. Would recommend.

David was an extraordinary worker, went above and beyond to set up everything according to my needs and explained everything in detail and made sure everything was up and running. Phenomenal worker and really clean work, really went above and beyond on this install.

Extremely pleased with the salesman and accurate description of the products and services. Extremely pleased with same day installation and thorough explanation with the installer. Vivint is very transparent and also flexible to the homeowner's needs. Extremely pleased with the flexibility on placement of equipment to the homeowners decision. The only part of the entire situation I would request to be changed would be the process to answer questions verbally. That part should be optional to select an answer.

The installer was very nice, very thorough in the information & teaching us the product & how it functions. He was on time & was very patient with us. He was there all day & explained everything he was going to do that day.

My technician Dennis was punctual and arrived on time. He was thoughtful while cleaning up after himself and thorough. He was able to answer all of my questions before, during and after the system was installed and he was able to set me up for success!

Vivint employees were all so kind and very informative. I felt comfortable asking questions, because they responded with respect and knowledge. From the sales rep to the installer, they treated me great! Hector ** the installer, seemed to know what he was doing and was great at explaining things to my family!

I was satisfied with the offer. I was also glad to know that the camera footage actually records and is kept for 30 days. I just did not like how I kept telling them that I needed to leave before the post office closed and they continued until I told them.

My technician was able to arrive early which allowed me to run the errands I needed to run that day. He made sure all of the equipment worked as it was supposed to and made sure we knew how to use it before he completed the install. Would definitely recommend.

Our tech was really knowledgeable, prompt and courteous. He explained everything and left nothing for us to worry about. We appreciate customer service like that, especially when it comes to securing our home. He went over our order to make sure nothing was missing and even alerted us to some products that we should have to complete our system and showed us why they would be beneficial.

I went with Vivint because of the reviews. The technicians were very knowledgeable and precise about the location of the cameras. So I had two locations being installed. I had to pay fees. That I wasn’t aware of, :(. When I checked my account, they took out almost 800 dollars. Just make sure you double checked from the agent. I knew I had done that!

These two were great. They came over after normal hours to accommodate us. They made certain to review all options available for our needs and confirm all equipment. They both were very personable and walked us through how to use our system.

Sales reps (David) was good at his job. Ordered a system and it was installed a few hours after purchase. The install crew was professional and polite. The only issue I have is the camera mount locations. Need to be higher as bad guys could knock them down or cover them.

Logan was engaging and answered all my questions. Was clean and organized. Walked me through each of the pieces of hardware and helped me navigate the app. The install was relatively quick and the cameras were very high quality for viewing on the phone.

Stephen did an excellent job in the installation of my home security system. I work from home, but barely knew he was here. When we conducted our walk around he listened carefully to my needs and made great suggestions on maximizing my four-camera system. Once done, he went over everything and made sure I knew how to properly administer my system and what to expect going forward. 5-Star installation service. I'm looking forward to the support model. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and answered most of our questions. The scheduling process is not very customer friendly. The first three or four appointments were either canceled or rescheduled which caused a great deal of havoc, especially since I work from home. The great thing is the installer was amazing and the best part of the whole experience. The installer made up for what the rest of the process lacks. Thank you Harold you get six stars out of five!!

Installer is professional, quick, & seems to know what he's doing.. But he didn't clean the place where he drilled, didn't put camera where I wanted and didn't get my stickers to place in windows. I ended up cleaning after him and placing camera in right place.

He notified me when he was 15 minutes away, he was very courteous and professional, he made sure he cleaned up when he finished, and made sure I was familiar with the operation of my newly installed system before he left.
