They took my payment and told me they were going to come to my house to fix the alarm and the doorbell. I’m still waiting. That’s real bad service. I’m want my money back. Just purchase this yesterday. I don’t want it. Home safe is way better customer service.

I was extremely happy with the technician, Cody **, that installed my system. He explained everything thoroughly and taught me how to use the system. He had the system up and running in no time. I am very happy with the system.

The system installed at our house is excellent and Gage was very professional. He went over everything with wife and made sure she understood how the system works. I would definitely recommend Vivint to all my friends and family. Looking forward to working with Vivint and I'm happy with the install. The system is a total upgrade from what we have.

First I get a call from Ben and inform us how long it will take to get there and how long the process will take. And he was right on the money. Ben was very patient on explaining it to me and my wife. If there was more than 5 stars I would give him a 10.

Your agent/technician was thorough and efficient. He provided me with all the pertinent information and a variety of installment options. He was very courteous and respectful. I could not imagine the depth of his knowledge. He deserves my appreciation and thanks.

The installation is good, the people who call after an alarm are good, because they are in the US. After a few years your sensors will break or something needs cleaning or something doesn’t connect or starts beeping for no reason. This is when you realize you wasted your money on Vivint. You call and get offshore customer service in India. You can’t understand them, they read from a script and don’t answer your questions. You ask to be transferred to US customer service, they fight you to stay with them, they transfer you to their supervisor who you also can’t understand, they transfer you to a US person, which never happens, you get disconnected. We are a sensor and smoke alarm down and can’t get any help. Avoid this company, only in it for a buck and don’t care about their customers. Shame on you Vivint!

We are new to Vivint and are happy so far. We needed help as we are the second owner to the system. The service care specialist was professional, prompt and fixed issues we didn’t know we had. I like the ease and user friendly app.

Jaron did a great job and explained everything very well. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was very polite and took his time. He explained the paperwork very well also. You have a good employee in him.

Our technician that came to install our system was so nice, informative, and efficient. Exactly what you want when installing something important in your home. Vivint’s system is extremely user friendly and makes us feel safer in our new home. Couldn’t have asked for a better set up and service.

Good experience with the salesman. Little rough to get the credit card to go through. Little disappointed that you can't run a camera about 50 feet away from the house. Other than that it was pretty good. Almost canceled just cuz of the camera.

Guy didn't fix the problem between app and panel. I asked for help with the panel camera which it has and he denied that panel has a camera so I hang up the phone. Can someone else help please? I would like to be able to use the panel camera also.

I will NOT do the business with this Vivint again. I have 2 accounts (home & business) with them. I call and cancel both back on the 2018. The home is cancel but, the business never been close for me and they keep withdraw the money from my credit card since 2018 till last 3 months ago. Someone call me today, informed that the account going to close due to no payment for last 3 months and the balance $377 remains. What the heck. I have told her I call in 3 years ago to close both of mine accounts already. She told they only close the home and left the business open. Which mean I have to make payment $377 before she can close my account. So, before you open/close account with Vivint please, read all term and condition.

Very satisfied. On time, explained everything and was very friendly and professional. Walked us through all the steps and explained everything they were going to install. Equipment works great. Helped with the app setup and made sure everything on app was working properly.

Company works until is time to cancel. My account was supposed to be taken over by the new owners. Vivint never made the change so I was charged now for over 8 months and not wanting to cancel the account and not even return the money. I would call and they will assure that everything will be handled but now I would keep and still getting charge. Do not give them your bank or credit information for automatic payments.

Dominic was very informative and very pleasant as well as all the guys who did the installation. I can remember all their names. They answered all our questions and took the time to explain everything And I would definitely refer my friends and neighbors

Was glad to hear that the rates don’t go up. And that once the equipment is paid off the price decreases. We were also excited that the doorbell rotates since they messed up and put our doorbell on the wrong side.

Installation was great! Very thorough explanation of how the system works. The only thing was in the initial call with the sales rep (not the installer) I recognized that they misspelled my name and I had them correct it, but apparently in the system at installation it was still misspelled.

First of all I wanna say Vivint has the best customer support team in the whole security game. I used to have protection one and they were complete different when it came to Customer Service. I got to work with our tech Bruno and he was a straight up professional. I was very pleased to have my doorbell and security cameras and the keypad all connected. I will use again when purchasing another house.

Great Technician. Very helpful and allowed me to understand every part of the device. Showed me the many different options and functions that it does. I would recommend this device to other people because it seems like it is a Great alarm system but also provide security with the cameras and the sensors.

We were with Vivint went to another company. Did not like other company so we came back. Will not change again. Their system is better and easier to understand and monitor. The system is better the camera are much better by far.

The technician was very professional. He took his time to explain everything. Even made arrangements to return if I had any problems and gave me his number to contact him. He said he would fit it in as he did his other jobs. Then we could handle immediately without any hassles. He made it easy for me to solve any problems. After my first experience with Vivint he was quite a different experience. He got these waived for me because I told him I had emails of me trying to get refunds for services that I didn’t receive any called and got those waivers. I sent him the emails that I had been in exchange with their customer service. I let him know that I never received my refund and I just gave up.

I've had the same technician and he is very knowledgeable and professional! The gentleman was very respectful and helpful in getting my services up and running. Fast service with friendly workers who take their time explaining everything once they hook up your system. My tech showed me how to work my system in my home and also through my smartphone. He also left me his card if I have any questions or problems with my system.

I had to have a tech come to transfer over the system into my name. There were some technical difficulties out of his control but he was able to get everything working. He was very professional and explained how the system worked. He ensured I understood everything before he left.

The Vivint "Installer" was absolutely Perfect, She Was Awesome!! Unfortunately, what we were told and expected to have in our "Package" did not get delivered? We never received a phone call from anyone in the Sales & Order department letting us know that we didn't qualify for the "Package" we ordered, we didn't find out until the day of installation from the Installer! We had no choice but to go with the "Package" change being offered because we needed the Security System installed that day. Now we don't have what we needed and wanted at a higher overall price.

They don't refund your money and when you call them they transfer to another person and another person but when they charge you that is no problem. The first person get on phone take care of getting your money.

Horrible customer service to setup cameras. Very unprofessional and not personable at all. Not helpful, and communication was through text not conversation. Not on time with the schedule and won’t answer back after giving directions then hanging up. Their constant answer was to wait 10-15 mins and it should reboot. I’m going to cancel after one day and go with a different company. If you're going to use a tech, at least make sure he can talk live with someone. Thanks for wasting my time.

The installer was very patient and kind in explaining all the items. Had extra product for last minute add ons. Maintained contact for arrival time and worked with coworkers when an item was needed. Let us know battery life of each product and how to replace batteries in smart lock.

Vivint home security system was great! The job was done phenomenally! Super happy I chose them! They guy who came and installed everything was awesome! I was given a quote for 5 door sensors. Based upon the quote I paid $214 to go ahead. Received Order Confirmation showing 3 door sensors. Parker ** has not returned my text/calls asking to amend the Order. Will probably cancel order.

The gentleman that came today to activate our existing security system did a great job. He was able to teach us the system and informed us on upgrades he thought we should make. He really knows his products. He also set up the app on our phones and taught us to use it remotely.

The smoke detector and CO2 sensor have not been set up. They show up in the app, they are listed as NOT DETECTED. The camera is showing as not active on the app. What is the point of having the doorbell if the camera is not activated.

Great experience with security installation and sales person responded to every question honestly. I even heard about BBB rating after and he replied with answer. The installer was extra careful in my home, shoe booties and mask entire time. I am happy and secure I have set up Vivint home security system.

Mr. ** transferred my old security system apparatus to Vivint in a professional manner. This despite his health due to side effects from taking his Covid booster shot the day before. His reaction to the shot increased as he worked through the project, with headaches and dizziness. Bravo to Mr. ** for seeing the work through- over six hours. He only has to return to install a additional keypad and faceplate that he did not have on his truck.

The system is simple to use and easy to get the hang of. The interface functionality is easy to understand and the ease of getting to what you need on it is really helpful. The app for your phone works just the same if not better when not at home. We are now glad to have that extra peace of mind whenever we leave our home.

I was pleased with the the rep and the installers. Have had the product for only a couple of days but I'm happy so far. Camera images are much clearer than the Ring and better connectivity. Will be getting inside cameras in the future.

I was a little nervous changing to a security company I’ve never heard of. But after doing some research, I discovered Vivint. From the initial contact, to the actual installation, I was very impressed by their courteous, professional and friendly service. We discussed options, without the usual high pressure to get what you don’t actually need. They listened to what I wanted and fulfilled my request with unbelievable state of the art equipment! I’m totally in love with my new doorbell with camera. The App is fabulous and the main control panel is very user friendly. Don’t settle for those other, better known companies, without speaking to Vivint first!

The salesman was very polite. He wasn’t pushy. He answered all my questions and the ones he didn’t know he got the answers for me. The technician was very knowledgeable and very polite. Set everything up the way my wife wanted it. He explained everything. Wasn’t pushy. Wasn’t trying to upsell. I was very appreciative of that. Overall I had a really good experience.

The two techs were very prompt arriving at my house. They took the time to go over everything and answered our questions. They were genuinely friendly and non-intrusive and worked very well together. My husband and I feel confident that we can easily get familiar with our new home security because of their on-hands demonstration. We feel confident that we made the right choice to go with Vivint.

Super solid work. Quick. Knowledgeable. The tech helped get everything set up and made sure I was knowledgeable of how it worked. Got a solid system in my house for a great price. Would for sure use them again if I needed more security items.

The gentleman was very professional and set up all my equipment very fast and I was very pleased with everything he showed me to set up my equipment and I was very happy that I had my security system back.

The installation went fine, all equipment was installed-- technician tried to explain what I needed to know. But someone that took the information messed up my e- mail address & therefore I can't log into my account, they say I need a passcode.

I would recommend a friend to y’all. I just had my system put in so, I really don’t know if I really like it or not. From what I’m seeing now it’s okay so, far. Give me about a week or two and I will let you know what I think. The person who installed my system for me was very nice and good. That’s why I gave y’all a 5.

Excellent installation, knowledgeable, and hard-working crew. Went the extra mile, very helpful to both my wife and me. Especially mindful of our two small dogs too. I would recommend them without hesitation.

The installer was kind, courteous and very professional. He showed me how to set up and use all the equipment and he angled the cameras for the best view on our phones. I would recommend Vivint to anybody looking for home security!! The cameras are clear on the monitor and our phones. Compared to nest these are way better!

I just got the Vivint activated in our home and the experience with both sales over the phone and tech for the installation were great. Both person I deal with took the time to listen to my need, implement what I needed and summarized at the end to ensure alignment.

Didn't have all equipment. Didn't know until day of after I took off and installer left and said he was coming back. No call no show. Don't really have a good understanding of how equipment works. I wish I had a better understanding and wish he would have went over proper use.

I have a few words yet powerful about our experience with Spencer. He is by far the most professional service person I’ve ever had in my home. I love my new system. He was timely and very knowledgeable about the system. Definitely referring him to family, neighbors and friends.

Experience has been horrible. Agreed upon terms of contract changed on arrival for installation. Installation never completed however I was charged on my credit card without my permission. Was told that I had to complete installation. Customer service was no help. Offered refund for equipment that I didn’t receive but couldn’t give amount.

I bought a cheap (not so cheap) cookie-cutter home. Vivint smart home and monitoring system help add some character to the home. The installation tech was professional and answered all my questions.
