Moved into Trailor, already had a system installed from previous tenant and called and got me hooked up in 10 mins and got me up and running in no time. Thank y’all so much, now I know why y’all are number one in security.

All my questions were answered by sales rep and technician. They customized my products to fit my needs and gave me great options and prices. I would recommend Vivint to anyone looking to secure their home. The cameras work great. It's really easy to access from your phone and the images are clear with great sound.

Very friendly and helpful explaining everything very clearly. Reasonable prices. Works amazing. Haven’t gotten the camera yet, but overall great! I would most definitely recommend and let others know about this service y’all provide and the products y’all have. This is an amazing opportunity to try out through Vivint company specially with the outside camera that whistle and records and helps keep my family safe at all times. Very professional staff that informed me of the new products. I was excited to learn about the new products. It was worth getting the automatic door lock. I’m so happy the installation workers informed me of the products. Plus I got an emergency bracelet. I’m so grateful for Vivint.

From start to finish I am beyond pleased with the service provided. Everyone was knowledgeable and presented the product options appropriately. Installation was phenomenal! The two individuals I had were polite, and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process of each product installation as well as showing me how to use each item. I'd like to weigh the hand on himself when they came into my house they were really polite, really professional, caring, very teeth date. They told me some things that I didn't know about this. They are really great people and I appreciate them coming in and showing me.

The initial experience with the representative got off to a rocky start with a fail in communication but in the end all was resolved and is good and I am satisfied with outcome. Work from the installers was smooth and without incident. Will try out the system to see if I like it.

The Vivint installation team was awesome. They were fast, knowledgeable and professional. Gio stayed until 10:30 to finish the install. I have an old house built in 1938 and Gio was able to install the system in spite of the challenges, despite the lateness of the hour he still took time to instruct me on how to use the system.

Ben, the sales rep, did an amazing job selling us on the equipment we got. He was really professional and great! The install guy was very kind, professional and did his job amazingly. Thank you so much for such an amazing job and looking out for us!

The entire staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions I had. Nick helped to ensure I was getting a great package that had everything I needed and the crew who came in to install the equipment were very good.

Mathew was awesome. He just wanted to go over products and with no pressure to buy. The installer came that same day and installed everything in a timely clean manner. The system is easy to learn and set up to my liking

I am fairly pleased with the amount of devices, their functions and ease of use. I however am not got with the steep monthly service. After a few years paying for equipment and service, the total really racks up with the years. A few thousand not very pleased with this number

Jeremiah, my Vivint technician, was very professional when installing my system. He was prompt, didn't try to push me products I didn't want, and was very helpful in explaining to me how my Vivint system works. The quality of his work was excellent. Additionally, the experience felt personalized.

Our installer was excellent. So was our sales representative. We knew exactly what we were getting installed. They also explained that we could expand our service if we need more services. They left our home clean. We knew how to use the equipment before installer left.

Eric was very pleasant, relatable and knowledgeable. Didn’t take as long as I thought. Had the kids with us the whole time. Install guy forgot his name but was friendly, clean and quick. He knew his stuff. Easy, quick experience for a great cost.

The young man came and was very professional and installed and cleaned up behind himself. Showed us how to work the camera and the alarm and the doorbell alarm with no problems. He went over everything. About the alarm.

The initial sales person was courteous and asked if he needed to remove his shoes. After a while, another fellow came in…The closer for the sale. He was quite pushy and threatened that if I didn’t get the system right then. They would be out of town and I wouldn’t be able to get the promotions. I should have, and do, know better, however I consented to the package, expecting the installation to be done the next day. But, the installation people were here within 10 minutes not allowing me the time I wanted to think about it. Part of the business model I assume.

The guys came over and they were absolutely amazing, whenever each price with us, went over buying us out of contract, went over everything. I would definitely recommend to go with them and go with Vivint. If you're looking for someone, definitely go with Chris and Dylan.

Outdoor camera not in right position, back door won’t lock, too many notifications, don’t know how to turn them off! Did not have doorbell camera to install! Said it would be two weeks until they come in. Technician needs to come back out! Not happy so far!

Michael ** and his assistant showed up at 12:30 and worked on the installation until 6:30. Michael was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything in detail. The job was meticulous and ran smoothly. The big delay was finding the password to my AT&T router. Even then Michael and his assistant were patient and were able to finish the install. I was very pleased with everything. (I do wish Vivint provided a book of instructions. Michael did email me a 20+ page guide. However I have to go print that up at Staples as my printer isn’t working.)

The installer (Brian) and his partner were very respectful and knowledgeable. Felix was also a great rep and salesman!! Thanks to their team lead who came by also to make sure everything was going smoothly. Service was rendered the same day that we spoke to Felix which was amazing!

Couldn't set up garage monitor Because, my garage door opener was not brand to match your product. Wish I'd known earlier, could of prepared. Now must make changes to get it installed later. Also security key pad had to be placed in a spot I really didn't want. Due to installer said original spot wires didn't work. I didn't understand that.

Paid my deposit, salesman scheduled me to have all my stuff installed on a Monday ..Took off work to find out he lied and never scheduled my installation .. Called back and they wanted to reschedule me for a month later .. Asked to speak to manager and could never get ahold of one .. Cancelled my home security that I originally had, .. It was a big mess, never got taken care of, never heard back from manager, and I talked to several different people trying to figure out this situation, still nothing, promised call back after call back and still nothing .. Finally they said I was given a refund . Still have not seen returned to my card .. .

Our Vivint representative and install was great! Kyler communicated with me throughout the process. The process was very smooth and the quality is great! The items were installed and all the agreed-upon locations and the representative was able to assist me with how to set up the application to view the cameras.

My tech Jon was super helpful and getting me all set up quickly. Sent me text letting me know he was on the way and was On time as well which is good. He even noticed a mistake on the contract and fixed it for me.

Working with Vivint has been such a great experience so far. The sales rep was sooo patient with me, as I had a lot of questions. The install team was great…and there were snafus there. They came for install and a couple of things were different than we had been told, so they graciously offered to reschedule while I asked questions. Our rep was amazing in hunting down answers and let us know that we had good questions. When satisfied with answers, we rescheduled and the team that came was great. So respectful and kind. We have a chaotic household and they just worked around us.

The tech and salesperson were very nice. They were very informative. Craig helped us with securing our home even more than we thought we needed to do. We felt like we were actually being helped and not just sold.

Sales people and Installer were super nice, but there was miscommunication on several items so make sure that all items included are spelled out on paper. Especially if you are switching from one company into Vivint. Great company but make sure all that is included is spelled out in the agreement.

From our sales rep to our technician, they were thorough and informative. Our sales rep came and talked to us & minutes later we were in the sign up process that took about 30 minutes. Install took less than 30 mins for everything that we chose.

My experience with Vivint was good. The sales rep was very professional and the installer was also very professional and quick with his job, in and out, no issues. Would recommend to anyone. Eli did a great job selling the product and my wife and I decided to get the service. Installation wasn’t that bad. During the sale I was told I would be able to keep my thermostat which was pretty pricey and I only had for a year. But I was installed a different one and a worse one and I have to paint the wall where the old thermostat markings were. Everything else pretty much went well. Technician was pretty clean and vacuumed different areas. Wife loves the options on the system so as they say happy wife happy life.

Security system installation. Technician was scheduled for 8 o’clock. Technician arrived at 8 o’clock. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She explained the system and help me with the app installation. We will see if the service matches the install.

Adam was very friendly and knowledgeable about the VIVINT system and did an excellent job installing it and training us on how to use it. He answered all questions and was finished with our installation soon than we expected. He is a very pleasant person, we had a great experience with him.

The technician was polite and efficient. Oh I was a little disappointed that the Ring doorbell was not in stock. He agreed to install it as soon as it becomes available. The overall experience was good. Upon completion of the installation he walked me through the process to alarm and disarm properly.

Great service, Love the contract or lack thereof. The quick installation was a plus and I love how easy it was to complete the set up and the App. It was also very easy to set up the control panel. The directions were simple and easy.

Our tech, Brit, was a very good at what she does and the system was very easy to understand, she also was early but it was a pleasant surprise due to a winter weather (blizzard) coming on the appointed day. The phone app is also easy to understand and operate.

Jason was great and professional and explained everything in great detail! The equipment is easy to use and love the app and its ease of use. I was kept informed of everything from the time I set up appointment until installation was complete.

I had to let them Install it right then to get the better price. It was 8:30 pm. It was suppose to be done by 11, which is after my bedtime. They weren't done till after 1 am! The salesman said any problem he'd come back. Had a problem, called him. He would not come back. So we are off to a really rocky start.

I had to reschedule, but Vivint was very accommodating. The set-up appointment was incredibly detailed and thorough, especially with the “training” afterwards to help familiarize me with the system instead of just handing me a brochure to learn on my own.

The install technician was excellent. The follow up sales team however did not properly explain every detail and I was left with a bunch of questions that I didn’t even realize to ask as they were eager to make a sale. Overall experience was ok, they do make the process easy.
