Wow. I guess I got to speak more. Fair but understandable. My insulation guy and my sales representatives were outstanding gentleman. My installation was very easy in a timely manner. They were on time. Prompt too. Mary extremely friendly. They explain the control panel. Help me download my app on my smart phone. They smarter than me but everything was wonderful. They did a fantastic job specially cleaning up the mess that they made. It was really nice to see how professional they were to install my new security system. I know I made it right choice. Better than Brinks and ADP in Marion a 9 mm and a 357 handgun. Have a good day

Knowledgeable, fast and friendly. The technician Jhelum teach us to program it on our phone to armed and disarmed. Good tech if he can install our camera door when it comes in. Professional installer. I will recommend to do my door camera.

The peace of mind I've gotten from Vivint is priceless. The technology is exceptional. However, the quality and service from Robert ** in Sales and Julio ** in Installation was more than exceptional and exceeded all my expectations. They feel like family. They are what makes me grateful I went with Vivint. If I had a company, I would hire them in a heartbeat. They both deserve raises and promotions. Please make that happen! Thank you all for having me in the Vivint family! I cannot recommend them enough. Neither can my 6-year-old son who made sure to tag along with both of them throughout their working with me and now feels like he has two new friends. He invited them both back to our home any time. From the very beginning with our salesman to the installation process, we have been happy. The salesman was easy to work with and very informative. The installers were very professional and quick with the installation. Very pleased with everyone we’ve worked with at Vivint! Top Notch!!

Technician was super helpful and thorough. Even though it was late he took his time and answered any questions we had. We appreciate him coming through. The salesperson kind of stalked us. Not going to lie. He waited until we got out of the truck to come up to us. But we ultimately bought it so I guess it worked.

There was some slight damage on a wall surrounding a light switch. Some of the drywall was pushed in and left a dent. But other than that the installer was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He did however speak fast when going through the instructions for using the system. We had to listen very carefully and asked him to repeat things.

I am loving my system and Hayes was awesome. He made sure everything worked correctly before he left. Very professional. Also the sales representative Drew was awesome. He explained everything and was able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend both to others I know.

Ambrian was very helpful as she described & offered what we needed at home. The technicians were very fast & friendly when installing. My house is now secured, between Ambrian and the technicians they made the process fast & friendly.

Very nice, very easy and explained very well. Very courteous and helpful. The system is easy for my kids to control also and it's not complicated like most systems. The guy that came to install it was very nice and did a great job.

I myself have Vivint system at home and now I have purchased one for my parents. My parents are 80 and still thriving, but having the extra security to know I keep an eye on my parents' home I feel a lot better knowing an extra layer of security is protecting them. We also received like a life alert for my parents to wear…. This was very important to us. I would definitely recommend going with Vivint. Being able to hear or speak to the person coming up and having the luxury to say get off my property is priceless!

Ryan was the sales rep that I spoke with. He was punctual and confirmed multiple times, which was great. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns with great detail. He stayed until everything was done correctly, even though it lasted a while ago.

Install team did a great job, fast and professional installation, and did a great job explaining how to use the system. I have this system installed on two properties and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a security system.

New house had the system installed already so we had to update it and create our own account. Nick did an outstanding job getting our system reset and connected for us. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He did a great job familiarizing both me and my wife with the system.

Lance was awesome and fast! Service is great, very satisfied. I would recommend to anyone looking to get a security system! It is very decently priced for all the equipment that you receive to feel safe and secure in your home.

My first complaint is that I feel the representative used the "let me show you where we install the sensors on your door" ploy in order to gain entry into my house. We stood on the porch for a good amount of time because my home was not ready to receive this very unexpected visitor. I assume that since he realized that I wasn't letting him in, he had to "show me the sensor locations." After he was in and shut the door, I did not move from the front door.

From the start they were very helpful and answered all my questions. When they came out to set up my system they were very patient and make sure I knew how to use everything before leaving. I will be sure and recommend now if anyone should ask.

Great system so far. And Great and friendly workers. Just got set up today. They explained everything very well. And cleaned up after themselves. The system is easy to understand. And video is clear as day. Glad I went with Vivint by far.

It was a pleasure having Chandler and Jadan installing the Vivint services in our home. Chandler the Sales manager was very courteous and professional, he attended to our needs and answered all our questions. Jadan the equipment tech was very professional and listen to our concerns in where we needed the equipment mounted, he did a very good job and was very clean and professional! We are pleased with our choice to go with VIVINT, Thank you both!

So, we have only had the system for one day and my review may need to be updated later, but so far, everything has been awesome. I don't like that they check your credit because just because of a low score does not mean that you won't pay your bill, but other than that, we were able to get set up without issues. I fortunately had a good friend who came through for us on the credit check and now I feel more safe and secure in my home, especially knowing that even if the line is cut outside, the system will still work.

I was very pleased with the Agent Mr. Charles **. Very informative. He went everything with me, and the technician that hooked up the system was also informative. Very much pleased. I would recommend this system to a friend or family member.

I had been with Vivint in the past and had to leave them due to tight finances. I have been with a competitor for a few years and did not like the way their cameras recorded. I'm very happy now that I'm back with Vivint. The cameras are way better!

The technician was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Vivint to family and friends. The cameras are good quality for viewing. The alarms are loud enough to hear from the back room. The technician explained how to work the panel thoroughly.

Our installer (Wolfgang) at the Georgetown, TX location did an excellent job with our installation. We couldn’t have had a better experience. He was very knowledgeable, detailed in his explanations, thorough, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining the features of the new system and made sure we understood how to operate it. He also did a good job cleaning up the areas he worked in. We are very happy with our installation.

It was a great experience and explained very well. I am happy with the service so far. I am looking for more people to get the service. Brian was great at selling the product and Josh installed everything so quickly.

I’ve only had the system for a day but knowledge from the salesman and the install from the installers was done very well. Looking forward to learning everything and playing around with camera placement. With the amount of different cameras they offer I should be able to see everything happening on my property.

Sales representative Chris was really on point, honest and professional. My technician was a hard-working Ryan and he did a great job. He did leave out one thing a sensor on the outside garage door so maybe he could come back and do it but overall he did an excellent job. I think he was just a little bit fatigued maybe because it was later in the evening and he had two or three other jobs before this one so I get that I get it. He really worked hard. We had two cameras installed and a doorbell and thank you guys I really appreciate it in my home and safer than it's ever been.

This is one of the most efficient service company I have dealt with in a long time where customer service is taken to a new level. Time from intent of using service to actually setting the service on my phone and home, all on the same day.

The team we had the pleasure of working with was professional and kind. We were happy to switch over to your team even though we pay a little more we gain better quality service, better equipment, and team. We love the cameras and equipment along with the easy to use hub.

I appreciate the two sale persons. They made me feel comfortable. I didn't think of it as being a scam or anything else. They were professional and all about business. The installer Seth came in and was also professional and did an awesome job installing the equipment. I'm satisfied and happy.

The representative was very nice and right to the point. Showed video and explained everything. Had system installed by 9 that night. Installer was very nice and worked hard. So far enjoying the system. Feeling safer already. I would highly recommend this company. Found out there are a few neighbors that are getting system installed too.

I first I thought it was some sales rep just trynna to get us to buy stuff but I ended being blown away by all the knowledge and to get the best security for that price was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I’ve been wanting to better protect my home for a while now, but I thought it would be too expensive! I was so wrong! I should’ve done this long ago! The sales and install team were amazing! So helpful! Very thorough! Simple process!!

Extremely slow, the app does not show me the events timely. E.G., Today is Wednesday but the system shows the last event of Monday morning. Also, I cannot run the videos. The app starts running without stopping but never works.

Both the sales guy and tech were very respectful, informative and professional. They made sure I understood everything they were explaining and made sure I also knew how to work everything before he left and also did a test run with me, he made sure everything worked before leaving. Very nice and helpful. Nothing extra was promised or given to me in exchange for their service.

So happy that I now have the extra safety precautions! Harrison and Steven were very kind, patient and professional!! It feels good to know that when I go to sleep at night my home is secure! Just knowing that I now know who is at my door at all hours of the evening and daylight hours!

Installation was quick and easy. I received same day service. Everyone has been exceptionally nice and very accommodating. Everything was explained perfectly. All my questions and concerns were addressed. The views are great. I love the alerts. This is perfect!

I feel that the technician did a very professional job. He worked efficiently and made sure to do a clean and accurate job when mounting the equipment. Technician made sure to walk me through the alarm system as well as the mobile app.

On my first assigned appointment they never arrived, but on the 2nd appointment José contacted me the night before and was also on time. He was very informative and precise and explained how everything works. Unfortunately they were back ordered on the doorbells so he let us know he would be returning to install that in the future.

Technician did a great job, I would recommend everyone to upgrade to smart home features. Price is not bad and great quality for the Upgrades. I like how I can control the garage and thermostat from my phone. I will pass along the word of advice to my neighbors and hopefully they will make the switch.

Yes he was fast, very nice! I never had this service before but when I say he did an amazing job I mean it. I will be recommending Vivint to people!!! He was on time and also had very good communication!

The tech came to install equipments but they did not have any cameras (doorbell, indoor and outdoor). He said that they were out and more will be arriving in two weeks. I was a little disappointed that I have to wait couple of weeks to get my cameras. I was also disappointed that Vivint does not tap into the prewired security system that was build with the house. Other than that, I’m satisfied this far, I just need my cameras.

We were very pleased with how friendly and efficient they were with the presentation and installation. A quality and reliable system for a very reasonable price. The employees provide a great presentation and explanation of what they would be providing.

I had a wonderful experience with signing up for and selecting a plan. The technician was knowledgeable and answered any questions that I have. And I love the fact that the alarm panel works off of Wi-Fi as well as Cellular to ensure I have continuous service.

Did not get instructions on how to use product. House siding was damaged by installers needs to be replaced. Doorbell did not work and had to be serviced. Need more clarity on bank “loan” in that credit report flagged it to my account.

The technician Cipriano was helpful, efficient and thoughtful. Easy setup. Intuitive system. Opted out of the outdoor cameras because of the necessity to drill holes and wiring from the inside. But Cipriano explained everything really well and helped me find a good setup.

Angel did an amazing job, showed up exactly when he said he would. Explained everything in a short and easy to understand way. Completed the install in a very short time and everything looks great. Overall extremely satisfied with everything.

Michael was awesome and the installer was very kind too. I had an existing window alarm thingie that was missing the magnet. He eventually didn’t have the right size magnet so he used a used one and stuck it on the window. During the night it fell off and the alarm went off. I’m wondering if I could get the correct size magnet to go in my window so I can set the alarm throughout my house.

I had a good customer service experience with both sales reps and sales guy very friendly. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the amount I was paying for the equipment. I was told it was 1500 for the equipment but when came to signing it was 1700, it was a big Surprise. I wished I was told that before I bought into it.

Great job. Worked for me. I been needed these documents done but couldn’t afford it so I started to google and found it on the web, I would recommend this to family and friends that need any kind of legal documents.

The service man was very knowledgeable about the equipment and how to use it. Install the equipment in reasonable time and gave good instruction on how it works. Also he let me know the doorbell was not available at this time will place them when the order comes in.

He explained everything he was doing and took extra time to break things down for me as a new user. 4 May was his third day on the job and I couldn't tell due to his work ethic. I found the Vivint people I spoke to be very knowledgeable and respectful. They answered all my questions and were patient with me. I am very happy with the security system I purchased with their help. Vivint seems to be associated with QUALITY!

Two things that I’m not happy about, I was told I was getting 2 smoke detectors installed but only one was installed. I was also told that no payment was due until first bill, and a payment was taken out of my bank account already.

The sales and Installers have only worked about three weeks so for that much work experience they did ok. After the installation none of the windows sensors worked. It showed open on all windows even when they were closed. I went ahead and deleted them out the system and reinstalled myself. Now all ok. I had an Vivint indoor camera I wanted installed really bad but they were not able to install due to age.

So far very impressed with the sleek app and devices, installation was fast and efficient. Very pleased with process so far. Sales people were a little pushy at first but ended up purchasing the product so I guess it works to be pushy.

I enjoyed the Presentation, Clark did a very good job, he is coming back again, I reminded him of his grandmother. I will recommend this products to my family & friends, looking forward using Vivint in my home, I think this product will be a good tool to protecting me and my home,

Our experience with the technician that came out for our Vivint setup was excellent. He completed his panel reset, then he walked us through our registration, checked the system thoroughly & explain how to use it. He was patient, thorough & knowledgeable. We were his last customer of the day but he did not rush. The office workers were also very pleasant. There was a representative that contacted us to fit our appointment in sooner because the original date was weeks later. The office workers also kept us informed throughout the appointment window. We would highly recommend them to others.

Justin completed our install yesterday. We are out of state and he was willing to accommodate us with video chatting. He was very knowledgeable and I feel as though he set up our equipment the way he would want it set up if it was at his own home. We truly appreciate the hard work and personal touch he put into his service. Thank you!

Diego sold me the Vivint system and Joey installed it. Both Diego and Joey were honest and clear in their communication throughout the entire process. Most importantly, though, is the system works BETTER than they said it would. I love the integration throughout all of my devices making my home a truly smart home.

My salesman and installer were Wonderful! They were polite, pleasant, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. I am a former customer that swore I’d never go back to Vivint due to previous bad experience, but these young men more than made up for it.

Honesty and personable!!!! I appreciate Brandon for coming by because I wasn’t even paying attention to the cost of security. I noticed my bill wasn’t low, and my equipment was outdated. I decided to switch over, and I’m happy. The installation guy was also excellent.

I was with ADT for over 20 years and decided it was time to change based on their lack of customer service. I just had my Vivint alarm system installed. From the home office to my technician everyone was Knowledgeable and courteous. Anyone looking for a new alarm system I would definitely recommend Vivint.

I had Vivint for years, and when I sold my home, I spoke to them on whether the system and equipment I bought should convey or if they would need to pick it up. They told me it would stay so the new buyers could use the equipment. I canceled my service at the beginning of March with an end date of March 14, my move out date. At that time, I spoke to Vivint who sent me over to the company my equipment was financed through to pay off the equipment (they don’t forgive the balance of equipment like they tell you they will!).

The service was wonderful. Quick set up. Techs were awesome. Great job. I just hope I don’t any issues when I cancel my other account that was brought out by Brinks. We were told that we will be given a Gift Card to pay off if we are still in a contract.

From the salesperson to the install repairman it was a great experience. Both of them took the time to show us the system correctly and without being pushy or rude. I will definitely recommend Vivint services. The services are great.

Eric was our installer. He was right on time. Eric was professional and very polite. He kept us informed as he went along. After Eric was done he cleaned up all areas he worked in. He then gave a lesson on the new equipment. Eric made it seem so easy. Eric is the customer facing employee from Vivint. Your company should be proud to have employee like Eric. After this experience I would recommend Vivint to my friends and relatives.

Love this security system. It has a doorbell ringer and driveway camera. I loved how the employees were very patient with explaining the system and payment details. I’ve been looking for a new security system and I finally have a good one thanks to Vivint.

Had a great experience. Car alarms didn’t work but other than that a great experience. Set up was quick. Jesse was very helpful and informative. I’m excited for this new safety precautions! I really love the keypad feature and how it shows very clear pictures on the screen. The two way audio is very clear.

The whole process between signing up, notifying the technician, and getting everything installed was a breeze! It took about 2 hours altogether and I couldn’t be more excited! Everyone was extremely respectful of our property, and even fixed my door that was a beast to close! Haha Thank you so much for everything!

Would recommend to a friend. Very simple design that provides great security. Very fast install and contractor was very helpful. Explained everything and showed it as well. Some items were not in stock and ready, but contractor explained it and setup follow-up appointment date.

Great service, great technician and the equipment is tremendous. Installation was nice, easy and clean. Outside cameras has perfect quality and you don't need some many because the camera coverage a nice amount of square feet. You won't be disappointed.

I was set up on a monthly payment plan of 56.72 a month. I just received a text from my bank saying they just charged me 827.44. This is not what we agreed on. I need my money back in my account or you can come get your ** back

After having no working doorbell for seven weeks I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with Vivint reps to get this fixed. I am so impressed with the people who I spoke with. Every single Vivint employee was very nice, knowledgeable and determined to help me as much as they could. Really a great security system too.

The rep, Lee, that came to set up our service was outstanding. He even assisted in changing a flat tire while he was here! He just went above and beyond of what was required. Lee was very thorough and professional.

I ordered a new security system and had it installed professionally and courteously. Within 24 hours I love my equipment and the technology that comes along with it. I'm sold. I will be sure to refer anyone interested in buying a security system.

I was very pleased with the gentleman who came out to install my upgraded system. Very polite and professional and he walked me through every aspect of my system that I needed to know about the system. I am 80 yrs old and he made things very simplified.

Very Helpful. Answer any questions you have or need to have and will come put the equipment in the house and place the camera and places. And if you want more equipment they will come back and put it in for you. I will use them again. They are so helpful like I said.

Had a great presentation from PJ. Very informative and knowledgeable, great guy too! However I wish you could give people more time to think about buying a security system. And be upfront that the payment is actually a loan one is applying for, for 5 years. Granted it is interest free and the payment goes down after 5 years, but that should be made clear that one is applying for a loan. One's credit score may take a hit on it. Although I did purchase the system and most of it is installed, except the video doorbell and water sensor, I may cancel.

I am very happy with Vivint for making sure that my alarm system is working and installed today so hopefully it works for me and my family because we need the service as much as I am about to sleep and when I am done.

Just got this set up and we’re excited to try this out. Love it so far. Both the sales rep and technician seemed to really love their job. They worked very hard to get us set up. Very friendly. They were easy to talk to and answered our questions. It was a great experience.

We had an old security system that we had forgotten the name of. It was time to upgrade to something from the 21st century. The Vivint salesman came at the right time and explained all the security services that they offer. We opted to get three cameras to watch the garage, front door and the pool. It's awesome that I can see who is knocking at the door, what bad things our dogs are doing in the backyard, and if someone is checking out my Ram 2500 Laramie. The install technician was very quick, only took him an hour to install. He gave us options for camera placements and ended up going on his advice for the best unobstructed views. They showed us how to use the system and how to personalize the different options. We are very happy that we upgraded to Vivint.

Our tech was amazing. He was able to get us squared away with what we needed and make sure that everything was working the way it was intended. Installation was terrible. The installer showed up 5 hours late, at 8 pm when I was a single woman alone in my home. He didn't finish until close to midnight. I was very uncomfortable having this man alone in my home with me in the middle of the night. I would have much preferred a reschedule over that, it was incredibly unprofessional. I had plenty of issues with the system while it was installed, including the doorbell camera not functioning, the panel making strange noises all the time, and unhelpful customer service.

Both sales & installation were amazing! Vivint seems great so far, but the employees can change everything & they're incredible! They do not pressure you to buy more than needed. I had to reschedule due to me wanting a different configuration & even the reschedule was seamless. A+++.

Fast install and a great product. The salesman and the installer were professional and knowledgeable. We really like the 24/7 video recording for the cameras. The keyless door entry will be a lifesaver for are large family that cannot keep track of keys.

Very satisfied with Vivint security so far. The rep Roderick was very detailed and thorough when explaining everything before signing up. The process of getting set up was very easy. Installation was done about an hour after signing up. A couple things were not in stock at the time of installation which is fine so will be getting those later this week. The installation guys were very helpful and walked me through how to use everything and were very respectful while installing in my home. Offered to clean up any debris from having to drill, was respectful of my time. The cameras and security system is very easy to use. Definitely would recommend.

Eric was on time, knowledgeable, kind and very thorough. He cleaned up well after the job. Although I don't have the same to say about the salesman, Jesse. He was not honest about a few things. Said I didn't need Wi-Fi, didn't tell me I needed to make the holes for the door locks, failed to tell me that they wouldn't be able to put a camera at my garage because it was too far from the unit in order to get good coverage. I took him around the yard and showed him where I wanted the cameras and he said "Oh sure, we can do that" and big thing is that there would be no d.v.r. to record live time and pull up. I'm so dissatisfied with his assistance.
