Caitlin, Brody, & Cole were exceptional. They made my experience very easy and super quick to explain and get me all ready to go and to feel safe after a bad trauma happened. I would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

I've had my system for 2 days and false alarms are randomly going off and waking me up at night. Yes there's a 3 day cancelation but Vivint says I have to pass away or move to a retirement home in order to qualify for cancellation. I do not recommend this system. It's like the boy who cried wolf. Oh and an automatic computer is who you talk to when an alarm goes off. Not an actual person.

I’m beyond satisfied with service I was provided by Matt & Rodger installing my home security system. Very polite, very helpful, and all the technology seems easy to use. The service builds the trust, all questions were answered in place, suggestions were reasonable and met my needs, I believe this provides the first step to the feeling of security and being comfortable to understand how does the system work. So, thank you very much!

Great service in the installation. Friendly and knowledgeable. The sales side had given some insufficient information and installer helped correct that. Technician took the time to help us learn the system. Explained everything thoroughly. Left his contact information and was eager to help and get it right. Equipment seems user friendly.

Technician Nick helped me today. He was prompt and efficient.. Only took about 30 minutes and was helpful and informative. He replaced some old batteries for me and was quite helpful. He offered his information in case I needed it. I would recommend Vivint to other friends.

I recently switched from another home security company to Vivint. The new equipment by far outperforms any other equipment I have had. I absolutely recommend the Vivint security system. My Salesman Jake O. and his sidekick were awesome to work with. Additionally, the install crew Eli and Jorge were fantastic!

First time using this company, it seems everyone is too busy to help their customers. Purchased the security and very disappointed at the end of the day. The installer did a good job until we we were told two items to install he did not have. He said he would make another appointment for someone to finish today, never happened. No calls. Nothing. I call the number to get assistance but no one could help, the person said she would call the manager to see why the tech did not show up. Never heard anything back, wow. Very disappointing. My wife waited all day and no one showed up, it’s nice to know early about the service, so I can lower my expectations moving forward.

I am very glad with how professional, and on time the person came. He finished quickly, explained everything to a detail, he did not leave a mess and the installation is very discreet. Not expensive. Worth every penny. Thank you.

Vivint makes my family and I feel much safer now, the installation process was smooth and didn’t take long at all. I love how easy everything was to set up and also how friendly everyone I’ve into contact with was as well. I’d also like to thank Gabriel ** for helping me decide if I needed home security. Vivint has exceeded all expectations so far! The equipment is sleek and easy to use, the prices are affordable and I feel very safe in my new home. The technician, Sydney, was nice and super helpful. She worked efficiently and provided me with all of the information I need to take full advantage of my vivint system.

The technician installed our security system today, and he was outstanding. I appreciate his interaction, communication and technical expertise. He provided insight and instruction on the operation and monitoring process. He was professional and had a great personality. We were provided additional information and contact information should we encounter errors with the system.

Ricky did the installation and was great. First he went over all he was going to install. Did a great job with installing and cleaned up after…everything looks good. Explained all and left phone number just in case I have questions later.

The person that came to do the installation was really pleasant and informative. He was extremely patient and explaining everything to me. As to Matt the sales person he was a pleasure to work with, friendly, not pushy at all or trying to upsell me which I’m thankful.

Corey the installer was really knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. He had my whole home automated and ready to go in a couple of hours and then showed me how to use everything. Love this system and really appreciate the ease of use.

Kade and Dustin have been so kind and helpful. They were able to answer all of my sales and installation questions. I would recommend to all family and friends. I am happy with my decision to leave ADT for Vivint. Already better customer service!

I was absolutely satisfied with my service and I’m currently recruiting my friends and family to come aboard the Vivint Family. My sales rep was awesome and my installation guy was great. I feel safe and secure with the system.

The Vivint installer, Tony, was very capable, cordial, patient, and knowledgeable. He provided instructions and answered questions clearly. He readily repeated instructions when I asked him to. He made this process both informative and enjoyable. Because of him, I think very highly of Vivint.

The Vivint Security System was installed in my home and the technician did an excellent installation and demonstrated the ease of operation to me. I believe I will be very satisfied with the security and ease of utilizing it. I am very happy with the ring doorbell camera that was installed. The smoke and fire sensor will notify Vivint in the event of a fire and if Vivint cannot get a hold of me they will notify the local police/fire department so they can come to my residence.

Good customer service. They was very accommodating to my needs and wants. Very polite and understanding. They knew what I would need to keep my home secure and safe with an very outstanding and comforting attitude!! Thank y’all for everything.

I love the alarm system, and the products are all very high-quality. Easy installation however was pretty poor. The camera in my garage was plugged into an extension cord instead of an outlet, and the installation of the booster antenna left a bunch of drywall dust all over my floor which the technician just left.

The technician is very professional and he showed a high knowledge on Vivint system, in addition, responsible, friendly. This is my first time using The Vivint system, and I can say it is very friendly to operate. Definitely I would recommend Vivint to a friend or somebody else.

Installation was fast, John was super friendly. I loved he had his own mini vacuum. I would highly recommend Vivint to a friend. Their service is beyond amazing and friendly. They had an issue with my pricing and they offered me $200 off my equipment just for the inconvenience.

We were told appt was to be between 8 and 10am. The installer showed up at 11am thinking he was early for a noon appt. He told us and showed us on his iPad that he was scheduled for noon and had showed up at 11 to see if he could start early. Therefore our only complaint is with the scheduling process.

Mike was very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of information, took time out to show me things about the alarm system and the doorbell. He made me feel a lot comfortable with it and I was very knowledgeable when he got done showing me the system from A to Z. Very nice gentleman. Please thank him for me again.

Love my new equipment. Daniel took his time explaining each product. Received an outdoor camera and doorbell camera and the images are better than the ads. Daniel took the time to help me with the app. Can't wait to share the experience with everyone I know. Love that Vivint reached out by email and text at every step of the way.

Davis took his time to evaluate and explain the installation. He was efficient in the installation and clean up. He had to move the modem and thought he had an extension cord to reconnect my desktop computer to the modem but got out of the house without providing that. Very pleasant in demeanor.

Had Vivint before and was happy with their systems and services. Moved to a new home and purchased ADT and was miserable with them. As soon as my contract was up I signed back up with Vivint after Sam ** came by my house!

I had a total of 4 Vivint people in our home the last 2 days due to my home being older so they needed assistance but all guys were very respectful and got the job done! No complaints whatsoever. They were all very nice and knew what they were doing.

Installer was very knowledgeable, respectful & able to answer all my questions. Convenience of having one system linked to one app where I am able to view and secure my entire home. Customer service has been excellent with answering my calls when I have issues. Great experience!

This is undoubtably a great product, however, more than that, I was greatly impressed with the wholesale, contract and installation process. Agent was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. Installer was courteous, efficient and very knowledgeable! She also did a great job of training us to use the system! Would recommend!

Good job! The text was knowledgeable and did a good job. I was able to get 3 cameras and they are each covering an area I want to monitor. The pictures on my app are clear and easy to see. The tech was patient and took time to clearly go over the operation of each part of the system.

Sam and Gabriel were both fantastic. They were very pleasant and thorough to work with. I've been in sales and the tech side of things in many companies, and these two are top notch. Friendly, professional and they were able to help us get exactly what we wanted. Sam was upfront and answered all of our questions, Gabriel's installation was quick and he made sure I understood all the components of the system we purchased. Great experience all around!

The cancellation process was disingenuous. I was told in an email a full refund was in process and would be available in 3-7 days. It was not and more hoops to jump through to get the refund. Very disappointing. I still don’t know why it is so difficult.

Devon was professional. He listened & was accommodating. Our home 50yr old home presented challenges but he was able to overcome. My smartphone wasn’t cooperating to download the Vivint App. which was resolved today. He educated me on a couple of things & left the install areas neat & clean.

Nolan, our installer, was able to explain our system and made recommendations to make our system effective and efficient. His installation was professional and his explanation of the panel and app made everything easy to understand. Even my non-tech husband can easily use the system. I feel this system will meet our needs.

The system seems more advanced and easier to use than our former provider. Monthly costs - minus equipment fees - are significantly less. Installation took two visits as the tech felt one component was scratched and he didn’t want to leave us that one.

I’ll begin with the products. The products are great and highly recommended. This system is a wired system, so the installer needed to drill through walls. I had questions before I purchased this system bundle that consists of cameras, thermostats and a doorbell regarding how they install, drill, and connect the system. I was reassured that the technicians were highly qualified and they know what they were doing and have done many of them. So I walked away feeling OK with that. Unfortunately there was home damage during the installation. The Technician drilled a hole right through my sliding French door frame. This French slider is only a few months old.

Our sales rep (Pierre) was nice & personable. His trainee (James) was also nice. I signed up on a Saturday afternoon and by Saturday evening, my tech was there to install. My installation tech was pleasant and knowledgeable. The system is easy to use.

TJ was pleasant and thorough. The installers were quick to arrive, efficient installing and very polite. We are waiting on one piece of equipment to come in later this week. Overall, we are pleased with Vivint and their team. Thank you.

I highly recommend Vivint. App is very intuitive and alarm system is by far the best. My Installer was a Pro and knew exactly what to do during installation. I am now enjoying a little more peace of mind when arming alarm.

This whole experience has been amazing. See I believe in fate. Just a few days before my setup, my wife and I were talking about home security cameras. Should we get Ring and self install them. I was beyond satisfied with Lee who did my install. Lee, was professional, knowledgeable, reviewed the options I selected, walked my hone to show me where the changes would be, explained pros/cons on how my previous alarm devices were set-up, offered valid solutions that would work best for my home, showed me how to work the alarm (panel and app), and did all of this efficiently. I am very pleased with the technology and the advance settings with app.

Everything with the installation was great. The only cons I have are that: I didn’t know there would be a hard credit pull, I thought it was only the soft one; and I didn’t know that I wasn’t only paying for Vivint, but also for the technology. I would have been fine if I knew ahead of time, but I was under the impression that there was nothing else to pay for.

We have been Vivint customers for around 10 years. The sensors on our windows are relaying a message to the panel that says needs battery replacement. Vivint won't send someone out to look at it until we pay $50 or they want us to fix ourselves. We explain that the wires go into the wall of the house and we cannot follow them but they insist we follow the wires? We are fed up with not talking with a live person to help and then those who are trying to help don't know what to do. I have been on the phone for 2 hours today trying to cancel our service. I didn't get a live person for over an hour (I understand everyone is short handed).

There was a slight miscommunication on scheduling but after that everything was good. The installers were nice and helpful. It going to take a while to get used to how the security system works. My experience was good and I would recommend this to anyone interested.

My Tech guy customer service was great even the guy he was training. He was able to answer all my questions and didn’t mind me asking them. He also let me know if I had anything questions I still need to ask after he left he wouldn't mind helping me out.

I'm sure that people compliment all the time and give good reviews but I just needed to tell you about mine. The technician that came out to install the security was beyond professional, caring, help me understand the new technology when it came to the touch screen pad. Showed up on time, fast install and very knowledgeable. I had this company come in and they installed it literally within a week. I cannot tell you enough if ever you need a security system installed this has got to be one of the best. 100% secure I feel when it comes to home invasion.

Poor. The ring at my front door was real bad. Holes on both sides of the ring door bell. Never again. Maybe you should have more training on installing ring door bells. Because now I have to fix or pay to have it fix.

Technician did a great job setting up and reviewing the system with me. He also discussed options I hadn’t considered. My daughter had recommended the service to me. I will recommend the service to my friends and family. Access to the system on your smartphone is so easy.

Mike was very friendly and quick. My install was done in under two hours. The doorbell camera is great. The app on the phone is very helpful and useful. I love my new smart thermostat. Very happy with the alarm and smart thermostat.

I would like to say that the agent Christopher ** was amazing. Honestly if he wasn’t so good with his customer service, I probably would not have gotten Vivint. He was amazing and answered all the questions I had without hesitation or attitude. He is a great worker and I will highly recommend him to my fellow peers.

I have only order my equipment and service. So I don’t feel like I can say anything except for the interaction I had with the gentleman Oscar who was greatly knowledgeable about his product and service. If I am basing my review on only him it would be a 5 star, but waiting for my equipment and installation and service so maybe send me a link for another review down the line.

Alex went over everything and explained it how everything was going to work. I would highly recommend Vivint to my friends. I previously had ADT and I just didn’t like that they locked you into a contract. I also liked they could use most of my sensors from ADT so I did not have to buy all new ones.

Pleasant experience replacing existing ADT system with more technically modern equipment. Very personable sales agent (Quadre) and technician (John) - completed most of the work the same day - will finish sensor installation soon. New system seems to be more user friendly at this point. Looking forward to getting convenient use out of security system for a change.

Wasn’t able to pass a credit check but am thankful for the Fresh Start program. I would appreciate it if more products or equipment were added to the program, the salesperson was very knowledgeable of the services that the company offers.

Our installer was amazing, he took his time and explained everything so we would understand what we were getting and doing. He was considerate of our baby and dogs and showed us what would work best in placement and why.

Rep was not very customer focused. He was more company focused. Any time I made a request for a personal choice he had some issue with it. He stapled a cable directly into our baseboards. He said we wouldn’t have the monitor pad on the counter and it had to be mounted to the wall even though our neighbors had their system installed last week and weren’t required to mount it. The sensors he put on our bronze door and black framed windows are white so they stick out and are not aesthetically pleasing. Very dissatisfied with the installation process.

I called two days ago and a tech came this morning and set up the service. It’s nice to get a service so quickly when everything else takes so long these days. Very professional and efficient. I appreciated that he swept up after installing the door locks.

Great customer service installer was very Professional and walked us through the whole system and cleaned up after himself. System is working great. Would definitely recommend this service to family and friends.

Horrible customer service for overpriced systems. They want to charge for system updates and upgrades even when the old equipment does not work. Over $2500 spent and very unhappy customer. They basically outsource the calls and tell you to cancel and take your business elsewhere. Save yourself the money and time and buyer beware.

Tim took great care of us and was really professional. We will be recommending him and Vivint to anyone in need of a security system. I called about getting Vivint and they came out the very next day. Installation only took a couple of hours maybe three at most, and everything was done the right way.

Great service as advertised. Price was more than fair. Can add or delete devices easily and tailor to exactly what you want. Technician Stephen was on time and extremely helpful for the install. I would recommend again and to neighbors as well.

After another alarm comp couldn't complete job, I called Vivint and had everything set up in 10 minutes. The rep was quick and efficient and was super polite!!! Then the rep that carried to help me set up the panel was great.

To the original sales guy to the 2 techs that were here last night setting up, the customer service thru far has been great. Neither were pushy on service and all 3 were very helpful! Excited to see if Vivint is better than ADT was.

Chad was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We have been very happy with our service for the past year and a half, we just added a other panel and more cameras. He was very kind and patient with us when deciding where to put the new cameras. He went above and beyond for us, I would highly recommend to any residential or business consumer.

Vivint is the most worst security camera system. Their cameras did not pick up any of our burglary that we experience. This VIVINT company will not help you with the broken equipment and give you the run around to fix it. Their cameras are blurred and the monitor will black out time to time. Rude customer service person and they will not refund your money even when it's their fault. PLEASE DON'T GET OR EVER USE THIS COMPANY. THEY DO NOT HAVE PROFESSIONAL INSTALLERS TO DO THE WORK PROPERLY.

Product is awesome but I was even more impressed with the sales pitch (Loomi) and the installer (John). Both were informative, knowledgeable, professional and patient! John was particularly impressive because I am super particular about what goes where in my home but he didn’t rush me and kept offering great suggestions!

McKinley was very nice and knowledgeable. He was outside my house for two hours answering any questions I had, and stayed to make sure I was able to cancel my ADT before leaving. Even gave me his personal number to make sure I could call him if anything I wasn’t happy with. I just got my system installed yesterday but really love it so far!

My installer came on time. He was very professional. He completed all task quickly and took extra time to explain my new services and he answered all my questions. He placed the cameras in the perfect spots and also added fire detectors to my order.

My technician was very polite, efficient, attentive and informative on my new home system. He arrived on time and was able to educate on the system and its many functions. There was no pressure to purchase any unnecessary items for my new home alarm, doorbell, and thermostat. Will surely recommend to family and friends.

If we could leave a negative star, we would. The equipment never worked, but the biggest issue was what happened when we cancelled. We had paid outright for the equipment and had tenants moving into the house. The tenants decided they wanted to keep the Vivint service, so they called in to have the service transferred. Instead, Vivint created a new account for them, instead of merging ours. The end result was that we were billed for 3 months while the tenants were also billed, for the same address, and the same service, and the same equipment.

I really love this. Very professional and it was cheep. Just like how he help me and I got it fast. You got to try them. Great attitude and took the time to explain and he listened to what I was looking for.

Very accurate on all things. Very patient. Had some troubleshooting to do and very polite and managed to get everything connected that I wanted. I was a bit undecided what I wanted and he walk me through it so I felt very comfortable with what I got.

Technician was very informative and helpful with everything. He always made sure he didn’t leave until I understood how to work everything and how it worked. He cleaned after himself and was very professional the whole install. He made sure my outdoor cameras didn’t have any wires showing and they were in the perfect spot. I give a 10/10 recommend!

I had a good experience with the sale person Michael. Excellent Tech install. My only problem is that my order. I didn’t get a copy of what items were to be installed. For me I had a smoke detector and 4 outdoor cameras. I paid extra to replace my indoor cameras for an outside one. I didn’t have the paperwork to proof it. So I am a bit upset. Next time I would needed everything printed.

So far we like the way the system was installed due the technician was very personal and was answering all the questions that my girlfriend throwing at him as he was working. And once he was complete with the work he had explained everything on how it worked, but the one I was little concerned was the amount of time it took to install to complete (Little over 4 hours. Hey can't complain).

I met with Scott on Friday and had a technician out the same day and she was great (Jazmine). I was nervous about picking a security system and wanted one that could provide ultimate protection and I researched for the last couple of weeks. Thus far Vivint has proved to be the right choice.

Ricky did an amazing job and super friendly! I love all the pieces of equipment and the features as well. Safety is a priority especially when you have children and work. The phone app is great as well. I look forward to getting to know my system.

System control pad and phone control very easy to connect and control. Wireless with minimal control points for easy install. Installation was fast and no mess! I had ADT for a year. Customer service was very poor. They charge you every visit even if it is something wrong with their set up. From me needing to buy more expensive internet to hundred of excuses why my house was incapable of producing the best results for their service. I have had one day with Vivint and their service has already out classed ADT by a long shot. From the sales rep to the technicians I should have just gone with Vivint from the beginning.

Everything was great. The service was fast and they got everything together. They helped us set up our phones and connect our devices. We are so happy with our new home security system. We will definitely be recommending it to our friends.

We have a year old high end Vivint system. Our cameras are down. Contacted Vivint, hard to understand. No fluent English, wanted us to be the technicians. Had other Security Companies prior. All better customer service and all spoke fluent English.

From the initial consultation to installation, Vivint staff displayed excellent customer service. The sales rep, Oscar, showed us all our options and listened to our family's needs. Our installer, Damon, was wonderful and was communicative throughout the whole process. Not only were the staff excellent in customer service, the products Vivint offers are top notch! I feel safe and secure in my home.

The way everything was explained was very good, Brandon answered all my questions and showed me prices on all the different products that are available. He was able to find us what we wanted and we couldn’t be more satisfied, very good customer service and the techs were very professional and respectful.
