This system has everything a HOME could ever want in a alarm system...I should have gotten it when my daughter got it years ago..Glad we finally got it and really easy to to operate and price of it is very reasonable with all the features that you....

Today we had security cameras set up at our place of business and everything went great! The technician was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. He made sure that we understood everything before he left as well. I would definitely recommend them to others.

I called Vivint after experiencing unauthorized people on my property. They immediately handled my request for security and I was able to get an installation the same day. I’m very satisfied and grateful for my experience and would recommend Vivint to my family and friends.

Russell was amazing. Got everything done very professionally and the way we wanted. Would highly recommend! 10 stars if possible. He went above and beyond. Even climbed up in tight spaces in our attic just to put a camera where we wanted. Thanks for all the hard work!

I recently bought a home that already had some Vivint security devices installed. The Vivint representative showed up at my house on my move in day before I got a chance to call them. They made starting my home security account simple. So far so good.

Installation of new home security alarm system. Sales Rep and also an installer was very good at what he does. He explained their business and how all the products works very thoroughly. He was nice and friendly. Definitely would recommend Vivint to any homeowners out there. Very satisfied!

Overall the experience wasn’t bad, but there are a few issues that could have been handled differently! The first was with the back camera installation, we were told that the camera would be installed on the brick siding, came back and it was installed above a door (which was newly installed as well) in the trim??? We should have been consulted first when the installer figured out he had to go with a different location! And just the overall appearance of wiring left exposed around the front door!

The Vivint employees were very respectful and worked diligently. However, they did not finish installing equipment until almost 1 am. Luckily I didn’t have work the next day but it was a bit of inconvenience. I was unaware it would take that long. It would be nice to be made aware and maybe have somewhat of a choice to set up on another day that’s more convenient. I was never told it would be finished by a certain time. However, the way it was presented made it seem like it would be quick and easy. That’s my only complaint and enjoyed the rest of the service.

My technician Jermaine was very professional and informational. He explained in detail everything I needed to know about my new home system. He was very prompt and his work is very neat. He will definitely get my recommendation!!! Good Job!

Jerry, our rep, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything and made sure we got a package that met our needs. Tomas, our tech, was amazing and made sure he went over all of the features and placements. 10/10 service all around.

The men who gave me the presentation and installed the equipment were personable and knowledgeable. They were professional and respectful. After the completion of the equipment I did have a couple of questions about the automatics payments and the installer quickly checked his records and said everything was in order. Since then I have received messages stating that I still need to do more to get things set up. I must admit that I am a little confused by the mixed messages.

The Alarm technician did an amazing job! He was prompt, on time, very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly for the installation process. He answered all my questions and tested every piece of equipment after installing it. It was truly an amazing experience from beginning to end!

Dedicated, knowledgeable and experience tech. Forte was able to advise us to the tight level of security strictly associated to the design of the house. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a professional security system. The system is user friendly and appealing to the eye. The technician understood my request of no cables. Everything requiring a hard wire was concealed while the majority operates completely wirelessly.

I like that I'm able to arm my house when I'm not home and feel safe at night knowing I'm protected and can see everything going on around the house and outside. I don't have to worry about if someone is gonna break In or try to rob me.

The tech was attentive to how I wanted my system and the manager as well… the sales rep as well.. easy to work with.. I told the tech the wrong color for the lock and the sales rep said he would change it out for me with no issues… That’s great customer service… Way to go Vivint.. Customer service is big!

I would highly recommend Vivint for your home security. The cameras have great coverage and are crystal clear, the system is easy to use and the staff are very friendly and made sure that all our needs were covered. I have tried other security companies and they don't compare.

I found Vivint to be the most transparent during my initial search of security companies. When I reached out for a quote of services, there was no high-pressure sales. Scheduling installation was fast and easy. The technician also made sure that my final equipment choices suited my needs to ensure I was satisfied with my purchase. We had quite a large installation but he was fast, professional and I felt confident with how to use the equipment before he left. I am very happy with my choice.

I have never received a copy of our contract. It was revised and we were supposed to get a copy. We do not even know what our payment breakdown is. We had many issues and received discounts that changed our contract.

They did a really good job and I’m glad I got the system. I really don’t know a lot about it but I will learn and I will recommend it to my friends and family. Thank you. How does the system know if you were somebody else at the house. I thought the pictures are really good.

When you install please clean up your mess. The power on Garage camera needs to be connected to a plug not the extension cord because it is just temporary. The p;ace to fill in the hose is very messy. It does not look professional.

Representative was frustrated and rude. Rushed the work. Crazy installation with cables exposed bare. Looks like a hazard resting on A/C unit inside a closet. Connected to an antique doorbell (pointless). Representative kept saying he was very busy and had to go quickly… Totally dissatisfied although it came highly recommended.

Aubry, hopefully I didn’t misspell the name, is awesome. I apologize I forgot the technician’s name. They both did amazingly and helped me set up everything to their fullest. Showed me how to do everything on the system. Overall I appreciate you guys.

The Tech of my installation was beyond what I expected. He was very polite and detailed of the system. I can tell that he takes pride in his work! That is always a plus to me. Also, each time I spoken to a Customer Service Rep including the Managers handled all of my concerns. Overall, I truly think I'm in good hands with Vivint!

Jeremy did a very professional job and he was very knowledgeable about the products and services. He text and let us know what time he would be there and showed up on time. He also took time training us on the products. He also found a device we had plugged in that was conflicting with our camera signals. All were resolved. I would highly recommend Vivint products to everyone.

Our sales person was friendly. I’m not super fond of the door to door tactics but we had been looking into a system anyway. The installation process went ok. The installer did put one of the smart locks on the wrong door but changed it once we noticed. Their program of installing 4pm-11pm isn’t very realistic for most people. Overall, the experience has been ok.

The salesman Xoren was totally friendly, very professional as he walked me through process, explaining cost, billing, and equipment. Xoren review everything, including showing me style and pics of equipment on his IPAD. Super confident in his delivery of Viviant product. Friendly, easy to talk to. Covered all questions I had. Mike the tech installer was very professional with installation, answering questions, and making decisions for outside placement of camera, coverage area. Mike also indicated he will be in MN till September, if I have a technology issues. Mike also covered protection plan, which I added for tech return and equipment problems. The experience was excellent with both these guys. I would refer them out to people I know.

The tech that installed my system this time was exemplary in his service. He was kind and very informative about what I needed to replace as well as what I didn't. Anthony made a call to check on the former owners of my house, who also used Vivint. Anthony was very professional and helpful during the installation. Colin came the next day to do further work on the installation. Then Deanna came yesterday to finish. All of your staff members were very knowledgeable, professional and helped me to understand how to use the app.

I wasn't aware that I was being forced to finance 4000 from a company. I was under the impression that the fees and everything were being taken care of, then the total amount was $3,8... and some change. Next, I get a text to confirm 4k as the total amount we will be charged. I said, I disagreed but there wasn't much we could do so I consented.

David the sales rep, was extremely nice, personable, knowledgeable, and informative about everything. He was extremely accommodating as well and listened to what our needs were. He tried to sell us on certain things but was not overbearing and persistent about things we were sure we didn’t want or need. The installation techs were also very considerate and took pride in their work to make sure the job looked professional.

Rep was real thorough we got system and was installed same day. Everything was installed within a couple of hours. Getting things registered and filled out and paid for was quick as well. Installer did a great job of where we wanted things to be at.

The guy that came out to do the installation was exceptional. He went above and beyond to install equipment and was very neat. He answered all our questions and did not make us feel rushed. He really took the time to explain how the app worked and to make sure our cameras had a good view.

The technician was poor in manners and unwilling to help me download the app. He was racing out the door without me being able to fully access my security system. He would not help me free up storage space on my phone so I could download the app. It wasn't his job to free up my storage but it wouldn't hurt him to try. He was too adamant about not helping me.

The tech that set everything up was great but the scheduling and when you call in is terrible. Called to change the appointment. Texted and confirmed time and day before driving to the new house (1 hr and 1/2 away) only for the lady to change the day of the appointment instead of the time. Called and no one was willing to help or set up a time for that day. So had to make 2 trips because of the lack of communication. Not impressed with the consumer service side at all.

The Vivint doorbell camera is higher resolution than the Ring doorbell camera. Also, the Vivint doorbell camera shows a lot more area than the Ring doorbell camera. The security system is easy to use. If you’re looking for a security system, try Vivint.

But overall I am very pleased with Vivint and my system. Still getting acquainted with system but overall it's great and happy my family is safe.

I talked the sales folks for Vivint and we came to an agreement of what I needed. The tech Connor called me later to confirm. Connor came to my house in the morning. He kept on getting me up and running. I feel safer knowing these cameras and the system has excellent quality.

The features work seamlessly together under one app, great user experience. The installation tech evaluated the home and adapted the needed features to best suit it. Great products, great service, great app. I would like to see better coordination between the order and the bill of materials to be installed. Some items were not included in the installation and there is a two week delay to come out separately and install them. Not the technician's fault - he was great.

Ethan is an easy guy to work with, he stayed on point and explained his product extremely well. I was his last appointment on a Thursday night at 9:00, and stayed until I felt ready to buy. Little did I know that as soon as I purchased my system, the install would happen right then?! 10:00 PM, that was cool. Sebastian was on site with tools and products in hand and that night my house was armed. He was fast, courteous and clean, and a really nice guy. I had a small issue the next morning, and Sebastian came back on a Saturday afternoon to quickly resolve it. I'm very pleased. Thank you guys for your work.

The whole process from signing up to implementation was so seamless and easy. My representative Angel ** was extremely helpful in getting me a package that fit my needs, but not over, selling me a product that I didn’t necessarily need. My technician Darryl was also very knowledgeable and super quick when setting everything up. The app and system are both so easy to use and love the technology. I made a switch from another local alarm company, and nothing compares to Vivint from the technology to the customer service. I’m so happy and feel safer already!

I really felt comfortable, with these 2 represented, they walked me through, the information. They were very respectful. Didn't have a problem understanding. What more can I say, they did of what I can see and tell, a good job. Good team.

Blake was excellent with setting up my new services with Vivint. He explained thoroughly and got me exactly what I asked for. He did a follow up call when I was ready to set up and was amazing. I’m now waiting on my products to ship. Hopefully they ship today and I receive them in a timely manner.

Technician was doing well at first. When he went to install the rear camera he drilled through the frame of the sliding glass door and shattered the pane of glass. He cleaned up most of glass but left all of the equipment boxes on my counter. Very dissatisfied with the installation

Very clear and accurate presentation from Tie. The fact that he wasn’t pushy or sales-like is why I even took the time to listen. It was as if I was talking to a friend! Making sure I was comfortable with the technology and not recommending unnecessary items for my needs!

Technician was very polite and very knowledgeable when he was installing the system. Also, the salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful with questions we had. We are very happy with the products. The system is also very easy to use.

Our installation technician was great! He was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He made suggestions on what he thought we needed or didn't need and told me what he would do if it was his home. He took time to explain everything and made sure I didn't have any questions before he left.

Met with Parker today. A wonderful, kind young man. He was not the typical salesman. He is enthusiastic and really believes in Vivint services and products. He was super knowledgeable. Taylor our installer, wow what can I say. Impressive, intelligent, installed perfectly. He was aware I might have questions and actually anticipated in regards to cosmetics. A great job. The SALES REPRESENTATIVE JENNA was knowledgeable, professional and knew how to talk with clients. My system was 30 years old and antiquated and needed major upgrades. I purchased a new security system with expectations based on the sales person that presented quite a few challenges for the installing technician. I was really impressed with the technician’s ability and willingness to make it happen. Joseph’s mild mannered professional approach sealed the deal.

I was reviewing three firms to upgrade my security system including Vivint. I made an appointment for them to meet me and assess my current equipment and service and for Vivint to show me what they can do. The day before they were to visit with me they called and said they were too busy to spend time unless I was willing to have them install, sight unseen. As you can imagine, I canceled. If they cannot make time for me as a prospect, I cannot imagine how they would treat me as a customer who already paid the bill.

The representatives Mick and Bryton were very thorough and informative with explaining the systems. Advised that we were new homebuyers so wasn't sure if could work with the budget yet but they were able to provide first 3 months free to test out the system and decide if we want to keep it. I felt that was above and beyond customer service.

Representative was very courteous and provided information step by step to confirm. The process of transferring the account was completed successfully. She guide me on setting panel and application. It was great to deal with someone who was very helpful and knowledgeable.

The installer was very helpful and courteous. Explained everything how it was supposed to go. Very friendly and helpful. Had answers to all my questions. Very respectful. Didn’t have any doubt about anything after he left. Left business card for if I wanted anything else.

Not a bad product, wish the tech would have called or texted me to let me know when he would show up (instead of arriving unannounced). Didn’t like how expensive all of the ala carte items were to purchase, could have used more explanation of how the system worked.

Joe was professional and easy to talk with, even though I interrupted him constantly. He was thorough and patient. The equipment looks great but I haven't had time to even use it yet. The equipment is expensive but 0% interest made it doable. I feel more secure for my family and, so far, am a happy customer.

I was very satisfied with the prompt service from the sale and installation team. The installation was done within a day of signing up. The techs did nice job explaining the installation and the functionality. The app is very intuitive. I bought it for security but already see I will use it to track deliveries and check if my kids got home.

Overall I am pleased with the security system. The install and setup seemed a bit rushed. Things could be a little tighter and we are experiencing a small issue with the front door security lock. I do look forward to working with Vivint.

I’ve now installed this at both my home and my son's home and both installs went very well and I’m happy with what I’ve seen so far. The camera quality is fantastic and I love that the range of view is so much better than what I’ve had before. I also love how easy it is to add or edit other users.

He was out of shape, complaining about being tired…. He did not clean up after himself.. Put dirty hands on the wall and key pad, glass breaker… Damaged my exterior door, when drilling to place door contact… Drilled 2 extra holes in exterior brick, for cat 5 cable to exterior camera.. When ask to move camera location, due to creating blind spot in coverage, he told me he was done, call in to costumer service, have them reschedule… Installer was limited on camera placement, due to the step ladder, height…. Justin was not a professional installer… He need a do more training..

I can't hook it up and don't want to waste my time or money on something I don't want. I can't get a hold of anyone or anything to get help or to return this junk. How do I return this stuff and who do I contact to return it. I'm more than disappointed in this system and the way you have to set it up.

Everybody was very polite and well knowlegeable. They even went up and beyond to make sure me and my family had the best service ever. They made sure to explain the process and how to use the tech effectively. I would absolutely recommend the service to a family, friend or coworker.
