Salespeople are a bit pushy, great deal for all the equipment you get, tech came and installed next day, but sensor faulty in front door, needs fixed, still haven't come to fix it, didn't even get our sign in the yard to show Vivint.

The Vivint employees were very nice and not pushy. They have shown me the comparisons and they can give me more security for the same amount of money as my current company. I am pleased to change over companies. I am looking forward to using my new deadbolt security on my door and my doorbell camera.

Both of them were too nice and explained to us everything that we need to know before they started the installation. Since the doorbell camera is not available yet they apologized for it and explained that they will make sure to get it here as soon as it will be available. The assurance was there and built our trust that Vivint will take care of our safety.

They were personable, professional answered all of our questions, did a fast and clean set up and walked us through how to use our new system. They took extra time to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our services. I would highly recommend.

Cesar was professional and he explain everything how the system works. And he did a lot of work to reach the expectation of us, also he took a time to explain how arm and Disarm the building. Thank you Cesar.

Had a great experience with the installation, the tech was very professional and polite. He explained how to use the system and always asked if I had any questions after he explained something to me. The process was very easy from beginning to end. Vivint team was always in touch before the actual installation.

Tech was very polite and friendly. It’s just one thing. He did the the garage lamp while installing the garage camera. Everything else was great. He explained everything while installing the products. Afterwards he made sure all products were working properly. Great job!

Kareem was awesome and explained everything clearly and was beyond professional but not a robot. System seems to be working great and I love it. Camera quality I give a 8/10. Sound on the app is great. App is easy to use. Price is wonderful!! Can’t believe we waited all these years to get a system.

Zachary was timely and very helpful. I would recommend Vivint to a friend. He made sure that I understood each part of the system, and that there were parts still needed to install. He rescheduled to come back out after the parts get in.

Chris did an awesome job with installing my home security in my new apartment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job of explaining what each piece of equipment that he recommended did and why I should include it to add to my package. I ended up adding more window sensors and a few video monitoring equipment to my package. He set up all my equipment in a couple hours and was able to also give my roommate and I a tutorial on how to use the equipment properly. I'm really glad I decided to go with Vivint for my home security system and I definitely feel safer living in the city. Thank you!

Tech was friendly and professional, left no messes and explained the system thoroughly including the phone app. Only bad part is we have to wait on the camera doorbell but wasn't the tech's fault. Would definitely recommend this company.

Just had my system installed and the tech, Tanner, was great. He was extremely helpful with showing me how to use all the features of included in my system. Installation was quick. Had great recommendations for equipment. He is someone I would definitely recommend.

Once I have used it for a while and have tested it and I get the doorbell cam and can get the thermostat installed I will know better. As I have not had a chance to try all the features I will reserve final judgment. The install went well and the installer was knowledgeable.

I was contacted about installing a Vivint home security system. The representative (Mike) was pleasant and friendly. He made it easy to come to a decision we could afford. After the deal was made, the installation crew arrived soon afterwards. The crew was led by Matt. They were efficient with installation and helping us understand the system as they installed it. After the installation was complete, Matt took the time to clearly explain how the system worked and answered our questions. When Matt left, the system worked as it was supposed to. So far we are happy with what we got.

Antawon ** and Bryan ** service was excellent. Very professional. Good job. They was able to keep me calm me with their mannerisms. Bryan made sure I was comfort with everything before he left and I truly appreciated that kind of thoughtfulness. Excellent and excellent.

Ability to customize package was great way to get service needs met without extra equipment and money. It was more user friendly with integrated systems than our previous service. The connections were set up without major intrusion to household and discreet.

Everyone was professional with expert and knowledge experience. Friendly technician was fast, accurate and made sure everything was where we wanted. Now it's the next day so far so good. Everything works properly, on and off click activations on phones as well that's in the home. There's also clear pictures even at night. The night vision it's awesome.

Not happy. Want service remove NOW! It is not what I was told and cost way more than what I was told it would be. Glen **. I was told would not cost me anything to have installed and it did. Just want it removed. Not as good as I had. Don’t want cameras.

Caden & Noah were very knowledgeable of the product. Both answered all my questions. Both were friendly, patient, clean & neat. No high pressure sales. Install was fast. My system was up & running same day. Easy to operate system. I’m exihaloy with my purchase. I would highly recommend this service.

Good salesman and installers. The guys did a good job in explaining the product as well as finding good spots to put the cameras and power them up. I would definitely refer them to friends and neighbors for future jobs. All around good customer service and product knowledge.

Oscar was the sales person and he did great, was very polite and presentable. We had some really good conversations. The techs Xander and Justin were great also. All 3 of them were very knowledgeable and did a quick and fantastic job. I hope everyone that works for the company is as good as they were.

The salesman was very helpful and the technician made crossing over from our ADT equipment very quick and easy. The camera quality is amazing and I’m very happy with all the added abilities that this product brings. So far so good.

Sales and Install staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was sawdust left where holes were drilled. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to sweep it up myself. Also, where holes were drilled, there should be something applied for the hole not to look so ragged. I was also promised the doorbell would be brought with the install and that didn’t happen.

We had a great customer service experience! Alexander, our install tech was amazing; he even cleaned up after another install worker from a different vendor left a mess! That IS great customer service! I also like having him as my go-to/point person for all my questions! We are SO excited about all the features of our new home security system!!! Our installers Devon was very go at explaining everything and showing us how to use the security system. The doorbell camera was broken and he set up a new installation date to install the door bell, he provided us with excellent customer service!!!!

Rashad Stubbs did an excellent, very professional job introducing himself as well as representing the Vivint Security System. After sharing the information about the system and what it offers, I immediately wanted to switch from Xfinity/Ring programs to Vivint! Bryan the Installer did an excellent job setting everything up as well as explaining and answering any of my questions!

Really good experience with sales person, Carl, and tech installer, Koby. Both impressive: professional, friendly, knowledgeable. Carl focused on my security needs while selling. Koby installed all the equipment then coordinated the functions to meet the security needs Carl and I had discussed .

I just recently decided to get a home security system, my family and friends all recommended Vivint. I am so glad I listened to their recommendation! Everyone I spoke with was very kind and helpful! I am very glad to have Vivint for our home security!

The install was great. Unfortunately when we signed up it was very stressful and the sales reps were very misleading with what was and was not included. Your sales reps must do much better in not doing a bait and switch.

Equipment keeps going offline so no protection or Deterrent while Down. Quality of installation not the best, Installer was great but was limited on positioning of Equipment to get the best coverage. Don’t think I would d do it again.

I will definitely recommend him to my friends, he was very knowledgeable and very good in what he know to do. Was patience with me and show me everything it was to show. I was with ADT, but I switch over and that was the best decision, I ever made So I am enjoying all the features that they have to offer.

Very persistent salesman. Came by my house like 6 times. Installed same day though once I signed the 900 documents and made an annoying video. No upfront costs but equipment is expensive and they finance it at a ridiculous rate.

Chris was so helpful, honest, fast and efficient. He was able to answer all my questions with ease and was very friendly and polite! I feel very confident that my needs will be met if I ever have any issues in the future.

Jay was very informative in explaining the equipment and options. He got a crew over the same night to do the install and it ended up being 3 installers as others in the area showed up to help finish after they completed their other installs. Just waiting on the new doorbell that is out of stock currently.

Tech Mike was professional, clean & Fast. He explained everything and physically showed how the system works. Happy with install. Tech Mike also informed me that my doorbell camera would be installed at a later date due to none were available at the time. Tech Mike set up date and time without any issues.

We purchased and had our system installed in the same day, after reviewing the features of the system with sales rep. Still learning the many features of the system but happy so far. Major improvement over our previous system that was very limited features wise.

Had a great experience. They got everything up and running so quickly and were extremely nice and outgoing. So far the system has been great. Would highly recommend. Prices also aren't outrageous which is nice. Tyler was great to work with and so patient with us!

Holden did a really good presentation on the security system. He came at the right time because we were looking for security cameras. He explained everything very well. Kennan was our technician that installed the system. He also explained everything very well and walked us through the steps of how to use the system.

Once you sign-up the rapid response team goes full commando on your home immediately, ensuring security installation as soon as possible. Within 30 minutes of signing up, already have the main control unit installed.

Service was great. The tech finished and explained everything about how it’s works and was very kind and helpful. She also help with downloading everything I needed on my iPhone and with setting the passwords, and she also cleared all materials that she used and swept the floors in the area she worked.

I love the product. The service is great. I just wish we had been given an accurate time frame on installation. It was twice as long as the representative said it would. It took about three and a half hours for installation to be completed and we're told only an hour and a half.

The sales guy is frustrated in resolving package issues with Freedom and Vivint. He doesn't have patience. He said he wish he will walk away if he could instead of handling situation. He has put Vivint board outside my home in garden in reverse way. No one with basic knowledge wouldn't put billboard in reverse way. Left trash on my garden. Disgusting fellow. I was very nice to him asking if he needs water.

Very fast installation and the images in the camera are clear. They installed the system very fast and explaining on how to use the phone app. Application process was in a few minutes and approved at the same time. Pete and his colleagues were very supportive. Elected to change current security system to an improved system. Representative was courteous and explained Vivint system in an easy to understand manner. Vivint is so much better than my previous system. Installation was completed and installer explained how to work new system.

Customer service has been phenomenal. The technician Mark was super professional and quick despite many setbacks. The product was super affordable as was the monthly rate, which we can cancel whenever. All of our questions were answered and covered in great detail. Equipment cost is financed with 0% interest so we can pay it off in affordable payments over time. We’re super stoked to be going through them for our security needs.

Sold house in June of 2021 and paid off equipment in full per contract. Sent email to transfer service to new owner in the same month and assumed it was taken care of because I got a confirmation email but was I ever wrong. I notice in April of 2022 that my credit card had been charged every month since. I know I should have been looking at the bills closer but I didnt. I never received any other communication from Vivint so thought it was closed.

Mike was professional and displayed awesome customer service. He was thorough and displayed proficiency while working with my cameras and my panel. He explained the process thoroughly and ways to improve my system when needed. My panel was an older version so he insured that it worked according to it updates without any issues. 10 out of 10.

The installers were good at what they did. Please try to limit your credit inquiries to a one time limit and let the customers decide if they want to go further or not. A preinquiry and then a hard inquiry is really not necessary.

Mike was very customer oriented and pleasant to work with in order to get the service we needed and wanted. He was not pushy at all and answered any questions that I had. Truong came to install our system. He showed up quickly after we signed up, same day. Installed the system and explained it to us thoroughly.

Vivint is great installation went very smooth.. Security is very important.. We love the auto garage door opener.. The three camera views make us feel secure and we are confident our home is safe.. He will be back today to finish the job and show me how to use. He needs more parts to finish. Not sure if the cameras are going to pick up enough area outside. That is my main need for this system to see who is coming around at night and bothering things outside.

From the lying salesman to the shoddy installation quality, I can't even enjoy the security unit. For example: contacts put on one of my doors backwards, wiring looks like a 12 year old performed the task and left messes all over the place.

I have had very iced interactions with staff. A couple have been very helpful and polite while others have seemed to completely lack knowledge about the company. Each department I suspect is very disconnected from the other. Additionally I have received a lot of unsolicited calls and text messages from this company. It was difficult to verify if the technician calling me even worked for Vivint. Also I do not like that I cannot keep my cameras from recording everyone when I am home and the app seems to communicate inconsistently with the system. Overall I would not recommend this company.

From the installation process to the pricing in general, is amazing and I am very thankful I chose this company to secure my home. The cameras are amazing quality and the fact it has recording for 30 days really keeps me at a peace of mind. I am no longer worrying about anything in my home other than sleeping safely. I have seen multiple ADT accounts. I have seen multiple brinks alarms. I have seen a lot of ring cameras. Another smart home devices. And nothing compares to having everything in one app like Vivint does. ADT is like the wannabe Vivint. Brinks just like another ADT with worse customer service. And ring DIY cameras are just a real pain in the butt. It's a nice to have cameras that record 24/7 and protect my cars and packages with automatic noises.

The agent was very professional, knowledgeable, and mannerable. His ID was visible and he explained things well, in detail. He showed in full detail how the system works and assured us that he will contact us the next day to check on us.

Vivint is a very well organized Company, their staff is both helpful and professional all during installation. They even go above and beyond to make sure that you're comfortable with your purchase and that you are aware of how all equipment works. All and all, I am very happy with Vivint.

Very thorough and knowledgeable. Friendly and takes time to explain everything. Was told about additional insurance and other advantages available to us. We need information in printed form to read and discuss further. Step by step printed directions for older customers would also be advantageous.

Phone call lasted over an hour and a half that resulted in no good auto insurance matches. Standing by for an email regarding home insurance but I doubt I will get any results for my home. I'll standby but the phone rep was friendly.

The install went well and Koby was great. Koby spent time explaining how the system worked and was very detailed. Cleaned up after the install which was surprised me. The technician was all over the place. Drill did not work and asked if we could ask our neighbors for a drill for him to use we told him no and he then had to proceed to call his boss. Forgot to put sensors around the house so he has to come back out less than 24 hours. No doorbell so he has to come back out again in a week. All of this was such a crazy experience we wish all products could have been installed all at once.

My service tech, Ronnie ** was fantastic. I was very upset with the level of customer service (or lack of service I should say) I had received from Vivint up to this point. Ronnie did an amazing job and ended up saving me as a customer. He treated me with respect and spoke to me as a person, as opposed to just a random number calling into your giant company. Had the experience he provided not been so positive, I would have cancelled my service immediately as I had originally planned to do once the troubleshooting was complete. But thanks to Ronnie, I will be keeping the service for at least 1 year. He desires a raise, bonus, and a promotion.

Vivint reps were friendly and professional. The technician was friendly yet took care of business. He went over how to use the product though he was limited because our wifi died during the installation. We'll get another tech to finish the job once we get a new modem.

The installer was courteous, polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and it made the install faster and the set up on the phones and tablets a breeze. He answered all of my questions intelligently and responded back very quickly. He was on time and dressed very professionally. I would recommend him for any of your installations.

Adam delivered my panic button and while he was here checked to make sure it was working right. He also reviewed operation of my phone in the Vivint app. I was happy with his service and he called ahead to let me know he was coming.

With supply chain issues we were unable to get the parts we ordered and paid for. Also communication initially with the call center on ETA of the tech was inaccurate as he said the tech was on his way (1030a), where the tech didn’t arrive until 4p.

Wesley showed up at the door asking if we wanted to look at their offer. We did, we bought, & it was installed a couple of hours later. Loved that. Install tech seemed very knowledgeable. The only negative thing I will say is that they forgot to put a sensor in one of three doors, which they came out the next day to fix. And I was told we would get 2 fire/CO2 alarms.

Everything was went over with us thoroughly. Both the technician and sales representative had great people skills and easy to talk to. Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Made us feel very confident in our purchase and security.

My entire experience with the door-to-door salesman that came to our home to sell us Vivint it was a terrible experience. His name was Nathan and he lied to us from the beginning of the transaction. We did not ever receive any paper copies or documentation as to what we were actually being paid for paying for and what was being installed. He signed us up as brand new customers when we had explain to him numerous times that we were existing customers. From there we had to open lines of credit. And we just felt bamboozled. This was a horrible experience. I would never recommend Vivint to any of my friends or family. Here we are two months later and I’m still trying to get clarification as to what we are actually paying for and why were we treated so poorly as existing customers. I am not satisfied nor happy with my service with Vivint.

Camera is great, I can see clearly to to the road, and I can check for package delivery while I'm at work. Highly recommend Vivint.

It was a pleasure switching to Vivint from our previous carrier. Everyone was informative and direct in explaining what to expect and in showing me and my wife how to use the hardware and software. We’ve only had a day to use it and I am already blown away.

The tech was very knowledgeable and make sure I knew everyone could about the equipment. I didn’t have many questions because he went over everything! I am very happy about my purchase. I love how clear the cameras are. I feel very safe on my home.

I didn’t get my doorbell or Vivint sign so I don’t think I should get charged for something I don’t have. I would like a credit for the things I have not received as of yet. The tech has to come back to my house June 16, 2022.

My technician, Conrad, was so very helpful in setting up my whole house system and cameras. He went way out of his way looking for our camera power supply. We really appreciate his timely and thorough service. I would recommend him in the future.

They insisted on doing a same day installation. We asked if they could do it another day. They said they wouldn't be in town. They started around 6:00 pm and he didn't get finished until 12:00 am midnight. We were tired and had to all stay awake!!! He was obviously frustrated and left his mess and debris everywhere!!! Boxes, wire and wire clippings, mess from drilling into the walls, mess of parts from the pre-existing system. He had to of trouble doing the job.

Jesse was very polite, pleasant and helpful. He did his work quickly. I give him an excellent rating. He was on time. He answered all my questions. He cleaned up after he was done. Asked me if there was anything else he could do. I said no and he left.

Our technician didn’t have everything in our order due to shortages but quickly scheduled to install the remainder of the equipment. He was very kind and efficient and have different options for installation. He was personable and gave a window of time in which he would arrive.

I was given a quote from the sales guy and was led to believe it was one price, when in fact, it was a lot higher. After about an hour with me (and the installer) speaking to several representatives, we were finally able to get the right discounts applied... But even then, they couldn't get the exact amount quoted by sales in the tech's iPad. So I'm somewhat satisfied... I like the technology, but I would caution anyone getting this service to write down EVERYTHING the sales rep promises and MAKE SURE THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AT THE PRICE YOU WERE QUOTED.

I was very pleased with the Vivint experience. They were prepared and thorough, and the work they performed was very accurate. They finished a lot of work in a short period of time and cleaned up every bit of dust and trash that was left.

I purchased a house in a different city and couldn't be there for a while. I worked everything out on the phone and had a family member meet them for the installation. It couldn't have been easier. Everything works great and I can see my house a anywhere.

Everyone in the process were exceptionally and genuinely nice and knowledgeable. One negative issue was when I signed up I was told that night that they needed to install the products immensely which was shocking because it was after 9 pm. We started the sales process before 9 but that’s how long the transaction took. It was informative. The guy came by that night and said he would just install the panel and be back by 10.30 am the next day. He didn’t get back until after 12:30 pm the next day and it took them until 5 pm to install. They worked efficiently and cleaned up behind themselves. After looking at the patch work on my home it could have been done better. On of the holes was so wide and deep that it needed more than spackle to fix and they forgot to texture the walls when done. So far I’m getting used to the products and they work almost as expected. I am still configuring to my liking.

The sales pitch and installation were great. They were able to work with our schedule to get the installation done in the same day and the tech Toy was great. He was thorough but fast. He cleaned up after himself so there was no mess.

I feel we need more info on using the box but I know the salesman that showed us the Vivint product for security was vey helpful and polite and they came by quickly to put in the security system telling us what he was doing as he started putting it in.

I like the service and the security system. It's pretty awesome. The technician was really well trained and really knowledgeable. He explained me how the system operates and all the other stuff I could add up later on in case I need ut extra features.

Best system ever. It notifies me when people come to my house and when there’s movement. It’s connected to my phone and I can access my cameras all the time and my doorbell. Also, you can have an access code to enter to the house and I love it.

They represented the company well. They extended additional time to help with problems if needed. The installer wanted to clean up her trash but my husband would not allow her to do so. She had worked very hard inside and outside. She was very warm from the outside temperature and also having to go in the attic. I will give her a rating of 10 on a scale of 1-10.
