We received excellent service from the young technician named Keith. He was very attentive and straightforward and explained everything that he was installing. He stayed around to make sure that everything worked before he left. I would recommend them to anyone.

Great service, Love the contract or lack thereof. The quick installation was a plus and I love how easy it was to complete the set up and the App. It was also very easy to set up the control panel. The directions were simple and easy.

Ordered our service through an in person sales rep and had our system installed the same day. Very upfront about pricing. The installation team was very efficient and professional. They explained how to use the system thoroughly and answered all our questions.

Our tech, Brit, was a very good at what she does and the system was very easy to understand, she also was early but it was a pleasant surprise due to a winter weather (blizzard) coming on the appointed day. The phone app is also easy to understand and operate.

I will recommend this product to all of my family and friends to get this service to protect their family and property. By having this product could help you catch the bad guy in the act and can give you time to call the police and maybe catch them before they hurt you or your family.

We just got the system installed today but so far so good! Definitely makes our household feel safe at a reasonable price. Controlling the temperature of the house and being able to control the locks at my fingertips is just what I need.

Everything has been going ok. I am just waiting to get paid to get the rest of the stuff I need to connect my account and set up system good and right. I just wish I would of gotten told that I had to pay more upfront.

We just had a positive experience with our installation of new service by Mike at Vivint. Walked us through the use of system and left us his card for any questions. In addition to giving us great recommendations, which we will follow up on.

I purchased a home that already has a Vivint security system installed… The sales rep and technician were very helpful and set up my entire system very easily. I love the hassle free month to month monitoring service. The app is simple to use and easy to understand.

He was so nice and informative with what we ordered for the Smart Home. I had questions with what more equipment we could install if we wanted to the future. He left our old equipment organized and no mess with the installation. Would highly recommend to have this home security.

The technician was very polite, introduced himself, explained the reason for visit. Explained the required paperwork, the contract, the equipments to be installed and all necessary documents to be signed. Explained the work to be done well, and lastly explained and demonstrated the system very well. Made certainly everything was understood. This technician represented Vivint 100%.

Jason was great and professional and explained everything in great detail! The equipment is easy to use and love the app and its ease of use. I was kept informed of everything from the time I set up appointment until installation was complete.

I had to let them Install it right then to get the better price. It was 8:30 pm. It was suppose to be done by 11, which is after my bedtime. They weren't done till after 1 am! The salesman said any problem he'd come back. Had a problem, called him. He would not come back. So we are off to a really rocky start.

I had to reschedule, but Vivint was very accommodating. The set-up appointment was incredibly detailed and thorough, especially with the “training” afterwards to help familiarize me with the system instead of just handing me a brochure to learn on my own.

Salesperson was knowledgeable, and friendly. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. Installation team was not as good. They were late, left things out that they used (my ladder) and were in a hurry to finish up and leave my home.

I initially spoke to another agent. One who was not personable at all. He seemed to have a tone after a credit check was made. I got off the call with no intentions to call back after how that agent made me feel. But then a new agent, CHAD called me to follow up. He is amazing! Super professional and informative. The install technician was excellent. The follow up sales team however did not properly explain every detail and I was left with a bunch of questions that I didn’t even realize to ask as they were eager to make a sale. Overall experience was ok, they do make the process easy.

Installer was fantastic and alarm works great. I would recommend Vivint. I may add more later. I really like the app and looking forward to see how it works. The installer that came to my house was really helpful and explained everything really well. I think his name was Chris **.

My granddaughter lives in a rent house and her landlord has the same system and she said it was easy to use. We have thought about getting an alarm system before but when it came down to it there was so many to pick from. Our rep. who helped us obtain our upgraded alarm system was very helpful and clear on what to do, how it works, people to call if there’s any trouble. He was was very patient and friendly when we ran in to a few problems that took a little longer than expected. The installation worker who came was really nice as well and came quickly and worked efficiently.

Scheduling the install was quick and simply. The representative I spoke with was pleasant and informative. The technician who came it was prompt, worked quickly and efficiently. He also explained how to work the app plus some other details. 5 star service.

I was approached by Mason at my house, and I told him to give me 30 mins so that I can talk to my wife. He said he’s going to be back but never did. But the customer service over the phone who helped me was great. He made me understand what needs to be done.

The installation team was very professional and courteous of my time. They worked together as a team to get the job done. They double-checked to make sure I was receiving all the appropriate equipment. An adjustment had to be made to the equipment and he took care of this issue with no problem.

Some item products were slightly confusing and could not be added to the house. I was very bummed my Schlage deadbolt would not connect with the system. Also the deadbolt doesn't automatically lock after a certain time period. Also there are a few holes larger than expected to run the wire from the camera to an outlet. I was told the camera was 4K but it doesn't appear so. Although I do like how loud it is. We will see how this trial goes.

The Salesman Matthew ** (think was his name, from Florida) was friendly and knowledgeable. Showed video clips on services and equipment explaining the safety. Turn around for equipment installation was immediate and fast service, and explained using the system in home and on cell. Installer was Rory.

Ryan was very helpful and knowledgeable about the Vivint system. He helped us get our system back up and running. Got our pin changed and added my husband on as an admin. Changed out our batteries in our sensors. Explained to us that now the Google mini home and Alexa is available to use.

I have only had Vivint for a day and I’m already in love. The picture is so clear and the videos load immediately! Great customer service as well, quick install. So glad we switched because they are way better than ADT.

Installer that put system in very professional and informative and friendly. System that was installed was what I had been looking for for some time now. When system was in place installer showed me how to use it. Very patient when explaining how the system works.

Kason the salesman was awesome. He caught me as I was pulling up and I explained that my grandfather was the homeowner and is in a fixed income. He immediately told me he understood and wasn’t pushy at all. He said he understood and didn’t want him to have to spend money since he’s in SSI. I told him the biggest problem was the out of pocket expense and he explained the free installation if we signed up that day. He was very professional and knowledgeable about the products you offer. So I asked for a quote just out of curiosity and he didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need which I appreciated very much. I signed up and paid on March 15, 2022 and have not yet received anything. All the updates I get are that the order has not yet shipped and that they’ll ship the next week and it has been that way for over a month. Representative that I signed up with was really nice and professional but just not receiving the equipment on a timely manner makes me be dissatisfied with the service.

For some reason the installation text seems to think that everybody wants their cameras to be seen. I requested my cameras to be placed as high and out of view as possible. Instead cameras were placed low and my house looks tacky

The service tech was great but the person that helped us on the phone prior to the tech coming did not apply one-month free monitoring like he said he would. Very disappointing. Also, the hood times are way too long.

I recently had an alarm system installed in my home. The sales reps were professional and knowledgeable about the product they were offering. The installer was also very knowledgeable about the product he was installing. The whole process was done in one day!

My experience so far has been good. I was told that my equipment would arrive on Friday the 14th; however it didn't. I wasn't provided a phone number for customer service. Just want to know when to expect my equipment.

My vehicle was vandalized at my home. I needed a home security system. A friend referred me to Vivint. I contacted rep Mario **, he understood my need, did not oversell me and did a quality install. I'm a satisfied customer.

I'm mostly happy other than being told I had all the required equipment already then told upon arrival the equipment in my new home was too old to talk to towers and being upsold. Hopefully the newer and extra will pay off.

Bryan showed up right at the start of the appointment window. We spent some time going around the house and discussing what products I wanted and where they should go. He spent the rest of the day installing a complete security and home automation system. When he was done, he tested everything, helped me setup my account and the app, and showed me how to work everything. The only hiccup all day was a fuse blowing in a furnace, but the repair guy that came said it was wired wrong and was surprised it hadn’t already been an issue. I’ve already used the app to arm the system before bed, disarm it, unlock the back door, and open the garage door, all from my watch. My only qualm is that the doorbell doesn’t work with my chime. But it still rings from the control panel and my phone, so that’s only a small issue. Overall, very happy.

Thank you very much. The technician walked me through the entire set up and answered all of my question. I am upset that I didn’t go with Vivint earlier. I unfortunately am stuck with Cox security. This system is so worth the money. I can run out the door when I’m rushing to work, lock my back door from my car using my smartphone. I could never do that with Cox.

I would recommend Vivint, now I feel more secure leaving my place to go work Or do my errands. It was very difficult before cause I was a little scare since my place is in a ** area and there's a lot of drug addicts but now I feel way good.

I got equipment upgrade yesterday and was told I wouldn’t be charged til my bill. Well I paid the bill 3 days ago and was charged another $50 today after I was told I wouldn’t be. Very unprofessional. Vivint is usually very good besides this experience.

I can truthfully say that the experience was good and the technician that came out was very helpful and knowledgeable about the equipment and patient. But, I felt like all of the equipment should have been available when it was time for the installation. The technician did an excellent job installing the system and teaching us the controls. We are very impressed with the product and the service - which we discovered the next day when we forgot to disarm The system before letting our dogs out.

Installation was super easy. Just a little time consuming.. There was a little bit of miscommunication on the original install and had to be rescheduled but but we made it work and got it figured out. Learning how to use the actual product was very easy as well. The app is very easy to use and so is the tablet. In fact I'll probably upgrade and get a few more things for my home security.

The installer was great... He advised on my system that I had when I bought the house it was no longer relevant... He pointed out some things that the previous owner had done to the system that made it obsolete... I would definitely recommend the installer to many people... His knowledge is priceless.

I had a Vivint alarm system installed today in my home home. The technician was professional and courteous and explained everything in detail to me. The alarm panel is very user friendly. I also had a camera installed over my garage and can view any activity on my cell phone.

Could have given more instructions on how to use the system. When my keypad turned red, I did not know how to get it by online. I lóoked up customers service, but did not get a response. Eventually, the system came by on on its own.

My granddaughter recommended Vivint to me due to her loving your service. I placed my order on April 4th, the customer service rep basically rushed through the call and sounded irritated. I then recognized a couple of days later that he entered the wrong address for me after I confirmed it with him twice. Here we are a week and a half later and I still haven’t received any tracking or information regarding my order. I just keep receiving “we’re processing your order”. I should’ve stuck with Ring and utilized my echo devices.

The Vivint technician was extremely nice and very well versed in the knowledge of the system he was installing.. And also very patient....I'm not real fast with all this new technological equipment. He explained the operational workings of the entire system to my son and I.

Aaron with Vivint Security was very helpful and friendly. He had great customer service skills and was knowledgeable with what I needed to get my home secured. I'm sure glad I made the switch over to Vivint, should have done it sooner.

The installer was very knowledgeable and courteous but should have asked the home owner where they would like their control panel to be placed so that unnecessary holes are not left in the wall if it is not where the customer wants it and what to name the entrance and exit ways, but besides that the installer did a great job installing and explaining the system.

Newton ** was a technician that came to my apartment and installed my new Vivint security system and I couldn’t of asked for anyone better. He texted me to let me know what time he would arrive at my residence and he got there at that time. He was very pleasant with me and very helpful. Once the technician got here to install it he was very considerate, was taking his shoes off, very patient as well as very fast with installing everything. Everything was explained correctly. I have Vivint in my home and love it that’s why we selected vivint for our business. Vivint has been reliable and quick to respond to make sure equipment is up and running. The service tech was very knowledgeable and very helpful in letting us know what was needed of us prior to him being able to install the vivint product.

My installer Miguel was great. Patient professional and kind but he was new and I feel like Vivint failed him. After being in my home for 12 hours, one of the cameras still isn’t working. I’ve paid a considerable amount of money for the service and I’m terribly disappointed. I called the customer service number because my internet was also disconnected in the process and no one is available for 2 more days. Vivint failed me and if I had known this would be such a bad experience, I would have gone with someone else. Removing the equipment isn’t an option because they’ve drilled holes in my home. Just a really disappointing experience. If it were not for Miguel my installer and his perseverance and Kim who intimately helped me get back online, the review would have been a 1 star.

Jay was super knowledgeable and helpful! Friendly and quick. He suggested products to maximize my system, but didn’t pressure me. He was professional and courteous. The Vivint products will be a great addition to our home. I would recommend Vivint to a friend.

Technician came out to reactivate our equipment, and install 2 new items for the system, and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the service.
