Christian was very thorough when walking through the system. His install was professional and paid attention to the detail. His placement of the cameras was spot on and left the house as clean as it was when he arrived. I will recommend Vivint and Christian to others.

Both Elliot and Franklin ( sales and tech) are well versed, easy to work with, courteous and knowledgeable. And also very helpful to a technically challenged person like me. All and all everything about the transaction, from the initial sale to the installation was good. I am extremely satisfied.

I was set up on a monthly payment plan of 56.72 a month. I just received a text from my bank saying they just charged me 827.44. This is not what we agreed on. I need my money back in my account or you can come get your ** back

My wife and I had a great experience with the sales team and installation team. We are happy with our choice to go with Vivint. Our kids love the added security for when they go to bed at night knowing the house is all secure.

After having no working doorbell for seven weeks I had to spend a lot of time on the phone with Vivint reps to get this fixed. I am so impressed with the people who I spoke with. Every single Vivint employee was very nice, knowledgeable and determined to help me as much as they could. Really a great security system too.

The rep, Lee, that came to set up our service was outstanding. He even assisted in changing a flat tire while he was here! He just went above and beyond of what was required. Lee was very thorough and professional.

Very Helpful. Answer any questions you have or need to have and will come put the equipment in the house and place the camera and places. And if you want more equipment they will come back and put it in for you. I will use them again. They are so helpful like I said.

Had a great presentation from PJ. Very informative and knowledgeable, great guy too! However I wish you could give people more time to think about buying a security system. And be upfront that the payment is actually a loan one is applying for, for 5 years. Granted it is interest free and the payment goes down after 5 years, but that should be made clear that one is applying for a loan. One's credit score may take a hit on it. Although I did purchase the system and most of it is installed, except the video doorbell and water sensor, I may cancel.

I am very happy with Vivint for making sure that my alarm system is working and installed today so hopefully it works for me and my family because we need the service as much as I am about to sleep and when I am done.

Just got this set up and we’re excited to try this out. Love it so far. Both the sales rep and technician seemed to really love their job. They worked very hard to get us set up. Very friendly. They were easy to talk to and answered our questions. It was a great experience.

We had an old security system that we had forgotten the name of. It was time to upgrade to something from the 21st century. The Vivint salesman came at the right time and explained all the security services that they offer. We opted to get three cameras to watch the garage, front door and the pool. It's awesome that I can see who is knocking at the door, what bad things our dogs are doing in the backyard, and if someone is checking out my Ram 2500 Laramie. The install technician was very quick, only took him an hour to install. He gave us options for camera placements and ended up going on his advice for the best unobstructed views. They showed us how to use the system and how to personalize the different options. We are very happy that we upgraded to Vivint.

The installation went well. I was able to sleep with a peace of mind. It is simple to turn on and off. The guy that installed the alarm explained to me about the equipment. Show me where all the sensors are and explained to me how it works. Thank you.

Technician was very professional from the moment he called asking what building I lived in all the way to the moment he had finished his work. He was also very helpful on explaining how to use the system from the control panel as well as from the app. The sales rep had missed something I had ordered but the technician was able to help me handle the issue without a problem. Our tech was amazing. He was able to get us squared away with what we needed and make sure that everything was working the way it was intended. Installation was terrible. The installer showed up 5 hours late, at 8 pm when I was a single woman alone in my home. He didn't finish until close to midnight. I was very uncomfortable having this man alone in my home with me in the middle of the night. I would have much preferred a reschedule over that, it was incredibly unprofessional. I had plenty of issues with the system while it was installed, including the doorbell camera not functioning, the panel making strange noises all the time, and unhelpful customer service.

Both sales & installation were amazing! Vivint seems great so far, but the employees can change everything & they're incredible! They do not pressure you to buy more than needed. I had to reschedule due to me wanting a different configuration & even the reschedule was seamless. A+++.

Everyone was professional, courteous, and prompt. I was explained about every aspect of the system. The salesman was very thorough and the installers did a real good job installing my system. When they finished they cleaned up their mess and made sure I knew how to work the system.

I hadn’t been given some details by my sales rep, but Cameron made sure to explain. I wasn’t happy with the pricing because it didn’t match, but he called in to make sure I received better pricing. Fast install and a great product. The salesman and the installer were professional and knowledgeable. We really like the 24/7 video recording for the cameras. The keyless door entry will be a lifesaver for are large family that cannot keep track of keys.

Very satisfied with Vivint security so far. The rep Roderick was very detailed and thorough when explaining everything before signing up. The process of getting set up was very easy. Installation was done about an hour after signing up. A couple things were not in stock at the time of installation which is fine so will be getting those later this week. The installation guys were very helpful and walked me through how to use everything and were very respectful while installing in my home. Offered to clean up any debris from having to drill, was respectful of my time. The cameras and security system is very easy to use. Definitely would recommend.

Very professional and quick working team! From Andrew in the sales and understanding of the equipment to Daniel and his understanding and knowledge in installing the equipment. They answered any questions that I had. They were also not pushy at all on the product!

Eric was on time, knowledgeable, kind and very thorough. He cleaned up well after the job. Although I don't have the same to say about the salesman, Jesse. He was not honest about a few things. Said I didn't need Wi-Fi, didn't tell me I needed to make the holes for the door locks, failed to tell me that they wouldn't be able to put a camera at my garage because it was too far from the unit in order to get good coverage. I took him around the yard and showed him where I wanted the cameras and he said "Oh sure, we can do that" and big thing is that there would be no d.v.r. to record live time and pull up. I'm so dissatisfied with his assistance.

My technician was excellent. He went over everything and was very detailed. He also showed me how everything work. I was very impressed with the overall experience, except the front doorbell camera was not in stock and he has to come back to install.

The sales manager Joe and the tech Lerrell were all helpful and friendly at explaining everything to us. They were patience with our questions. They were efficient and quick. They made the information easy to understand. Lerrell contacted me before his arrival and arrived on time and was ready to set things up.

Ryan was amazing overall!!! He was very knowledgeable. Super easy to work with to get our system installed. 10 star for sure. I will send all my friends and family his way. The overall monitoring cost is 1-3 of my old security company.

Initially I was OK with the products and service that I would be receiving. I miss you to get in certain installation discount I had to have the system install the same day which was a rainy day and it was night. The service guy tracked mud up my stairs and into the room after asked to take off shoes or wipe them clean (he had no shoe covers). They didn’t finish until 10 PM. I’m a mother of two and so I was balancing talking to people and trying to get my children fed and to sleep. Not everything was installed that one day. After reviewing the numbers I realized that I was paying higher than the numbers write on the paper by the salesman. Overall I’m happy about the service that I will be getting overtime though I’m not so happy about the total price and the installation process (not yet complete).

Excellent tech. He was kind, patient, was able to get system running even though the system was having some issues. Recommended new products could add to system without pushing me to sign up. Took the time to go through setup with me. I would recommend Vivint. Look forward to using security system to see if I like the service.

The installer worked very hard and was here very late making sure everything got installed. However after I signed the papers he informed me that the one lock was not responding but it might just need new batteries. OK, so I replace the batteries in the brand new lock and it still won't connect. Contacting today to get the situation resolved.

Love everything about Vivint except that the sensors were charged extra. The technicians were wonderful, they communicated well. I thought and figured the sensors were included with the equipment price but they only gave 2 and I had to purchase the rest. That was disappointing.

The equipment is nice and seems to work really well with the exception of the tech could not get the thermostat to work which should be resolved this week. However, the install tech was very unprofessional. Not only was he not skilled enough to troubleshoot the thermostat issue, but he unplugged a garage door opener to install a camera and did not install an outlet adapter to plug the garage door opener back in and now my garage door doesn’t open. He left the attic access and fuse box open when he left. He left installation trash, and to top it all off was 30 minutes late for his 8 hour install window.

The technicians were great. They were very helpful, respectful and knowledgeable about their products. She showed me how to go through and work each aspect several times. We are very satisfied and will most definitely recommend to our friends and family.

Friendly and Professional installers. Great experience, system seems easy to use. This is our first security system so I am anxious to see how it works out, would recommend to friends or neighbors. They were prompt and efficient. The previous owners had also used the security system so it was already wired.

I have good conversation with my rep. I forgot his name but he was also very quick! AWESOME AND FRIENDLY! Only thing I would say is my tracking number never works on the link lol. But I can still find my package. Just had to use the numbers at the end of the link. Glad I figured it out.

Sales rep was nice, clear, and laid out all options. He made sure we had the best deal and equipment for our needs. The install rep was there same day! This was not expected but a nice surprise. He was so nice, answered any questions, and efficient. He even stayed and helped us use the app and all the things. It was a very easy transition even if you aren’t tech-y.

The presentation and the steps were simple and the process was quick. More importantly, once contract was signed, Vivint gets to work by sending out tech guy the same day to get you set up. After they finish, the instructions are simple and it's easy in application. I would highly recommend the smart services and alarm system.

We just got a security system from Vivint and are very happy with it. The integration with the door bell with camera is amazing with a great range of view. The technician was very knowledgeable and pleasant. It makes a great difference with system that you get from the internet and you have to install and program yourself. The initial experience with the representative got off to a rocky start with a fail in communication but in the end all was resolved and is good and I am satisfied with outcome. Work from the installers was smooth and without incident. Will try out the system to see if I like it.

The Vivint installation team was awesome. They were fast, knowledgeable and professional. Gio stayed until 10:30 to finish the install. I have an old house built in 1938 and Gio was able to install the system in spite of the challenges, despite the lateness of the hour he still took time to instruct me on how to use the system.

I am fairly pleased with the amount of devices, their functions and ease of use. I however am not got with the steep monthly service. After a few years paying for equipment and service, the total really racks up with the years. A few thousand not very pleased with this number

Jeremiah, my Vivint technician, was very professional when installing my system. He was prompt, didn't try to push me products I didn't want, and was very helpful in explaining to me how my Vivint system works. The quality of his work was excellent. Additionally, the experience felt personalized.

Our installer was excellent. So was our sales representative. We knew exactly what we were getting installed. They also explained that we could expand our service if we need more services. They left our home clean. We knew how to use the equipment before installer left.

Eric was very pleasant, relatable and knowledgeable. Didn’t take as long as I thought. Had the kids with us the whole time. Install guy forgot his name but was friendly, clean and quick. He knew his stuff. Easy, quick experience for a great cost.

The young man came and was very professional and installed and cleaned up behind himself. Showed us how to work the camera and the alarm and the doorbell alarm with no problems. He went over everything. About the alarm.

The initial sales person was courteous and asked if he needed to remove his shoes. After a while, another fellow came in…The closer for the sale. He was quite pushy and threatened that if I didn’t get the system right then. They would be out of town and I wouldn’t be able to get the promotions. I should have, and do, know better, however I consented to the package, expecting the installation to be done the next day. But, the installation people were here within 10 minutes not allowing me the time I wanted to think about it. Part of the business model I assume.

The guys came over and they were absolutely amazing, whenever each price with us, went over buying us out of contract, went over everything. I would definitely recommend to go with them and go with Vivint. If you're looking for someone, definitely go with Chris and Dylan.

Outdoor camera not in right position, back door won’t lock, too many notifications, don’t know how to turn them off! Did not have doorbell camera to install! Said it would be two weeks until they come in. Technician needs to come back out! Not happy so far!

Michael ** and his assistant showed up at 12:30 and worked on the installation until 6:30. Michael was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and patient. He explained everything in detail. The job was meticulous and ran smoothly. The big delay was finding the password to my AT&T router. Even then Michael and his assistant were patient and were able to finish the install. I was very pleased with everything. (I do wish Vivint provided a book of instructions. Michael did email me a 20+ page guide. However I have to go print that up at Staples as my printer isn’t working.)

Couldn't set up garage monitor Because, my garage door opener was not brand to match your product. Wish I'd known earlier, could of prepared. Now must make changes to get it installed later. Also security key pad had to be placed in a spot I really didn't want. Due to installer said original spot wires didn't work. I didn't understand that.

Paid my deposit, salesman scheduled me to have all my stuff installed on a Monday ..Took off work to find out he lied and never scheduled my installation .. Called back and they wanted to reschedule me for a month later .. Asked to speak to manager and could never get ahold of one .. Cancelled my home security that I originally had, .. It was a big mess, never got taken care of, never heard back from manager, and I talked to several different people trying to figure out this situation, still nothing, promised call back after call back and still nothing .. Finally they said I was given a refund . Still have not seen returned to my card .. .
