Hunter did a great job! He walked us through the system. He had a lot of patience with us and answered all of our questions. Could not have asked for a better tech representative. Great service and so far great product.

The salesman and installers were professional and answered my questions. I would change the requirement to finance the monthly billing which is ultimately added as an outstanding debt on my credit report. It should just be set up as a regular bill to pay and still is the automatic payment secured with a credit card.

I just got a new house with a prior system. My tech was very knowledgeable, personable, respectful, helpful, quick and efficient. I would 1,000/10 recommend them to anyone! Nicholas helped make my home safe and sound and helped my family feel better!

Great customer service skills! The installers were very helpful In deciding the best place to install the cameras for maximum view. They were very careful. The camera are very clear. The phone app is so easy to use. I would highly recommend Vivint.

Guy was super nice and quick answered all my questions and did a very clean install. He only took a couple hours and showed me a lot of interesting features to help us use the system more easily. He had great recommendations for camera placements and also showed ways to adjust later.

I am at the end of my 5-year contract. The monitoring service has been good but most of the equipment has failed.. Doorbell camera repeatedly but also glass break sensor and smoke detector (useless). Without even commenting on their ridiculous 3-day back out clause, the contract is brutal - you cannot get out of it unless you literally die. I have cancer and knew a few months ago I would not be renewing my contract with Vivint. I therefore did not get the cellular upgrade they wanted to install, literally a waste of time for them as well as me. They harassed me by phone 10x a day for months (mostly recorded Messages) despite me explaining to their customer service several times why I was not interested in having the upgrade done and that I would be cancelling service.

The techs and inspector came for same day install, and they met our expectations! Quick & efficient!

My Vivint representative (Max) was very knowledgeable and energetic. This surprising to me because it was later in the evening when he arrived on my door step. I let him into my home because he looked like a kid trying to sell cookie. Much to my surprise I quickly realize this young man was a true salesman. He had me hook, line, and sinker. Great job Max.

We definitely upgraded our security system! Vivint Associates were amazing and extremely personable, fast, efficient and it was greatly appreciated! Our Sales Rep was very knowledgeable and our install was seamless! We will definitely recommend their services to friends and family!

Great system, great technician, great camera and fast response time on alerting you on what’s happening around your household. And they have a lot new tech for your house hold needs for security stuff and I would recommend this family and friends.

Great service. Took the time to explain their products and install was very fast that same day. Lifetime Warranty on all the products and they bought my contract out with ADT. Will recommend their services to anybody and my salesman was very attentive and answer all my questions.

No "Out of Pocket" was misleading. It should be no up front cash outlay. Financing was easy though. The sales rep was nice and helpful. The technician worked hard in bad weather to get everything installed. I like that I can add more features later.

Sales guy Tanner was pretty through and likable. The install guys were quick but the main installer left for another job and left new guys. Which, we’re not bad. Just took a while to explain and test everything. Equipment works great and I like the price they have me at for everything. Could have lined up the hub a bit better. Photo included.

Our tech who installed our system responded quickly. He was there 18 minutes after the job was posted! Quick response which was nice since I didn’t have to wait another day to get the system installed and try to take off work. When he came in he was very nice. We have dogs and they barked the whole time. He was talking to them trying to calm them down and didn’t complain once about the noise. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable on all of the products and helped explain them to me. He also intergraded some of our old equipment over to the new system. Made sure the cameras looked good. Showed me how to set them all up as well. Also had great conversation. Didn’t mind having a side conversation while working, never seemed annoyed at all. Amazing employee and glad to give him this review.

Logan was a great sales rep. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not push me to purchase anything I didn't need or want. He informed me of all my options and help me make the best decision for our home. Justin was a great tech who was also just as friendly and did our install in a matter of hours. Great service from both gentlemen.

I usually don’t do door to door salesman but he was honest, friendly and for the most part knew what and why he was promoting the product. He had good manners and respected my home and didn’t push me to purchase.

We have a pretty large package and our installer Calvin was AWESOME!!! Got everything installed, get us all setup and was very professional! I would HIGHLY recommend this to family member or friend. The only thing that needs to be worked on is the communication within the customer service department. I had people call people multiple times after already scheduling my appointment, I had to wait weeks before it was installed because my first appointment was canceled because of an issue of communication between the scheduler and our installer. It was worth the wait though.

Customer service was awesome! Dylan, our rep, was very through on explaining the system. Toy, the installer, was very professional and great with the dogs. The cameras are very good quality with clear resolution during the day and at night.

The installer, Adam was courteous, professional and obviously was expert. He responded right away to help me troubleshoot, later when I had a problem. He even volunteered to return right away to help resolve the problem although after calling him, I was able to resolve the problem myself.

The install was quick, and our technician was very knowledgeable. The app is very user friendly, and my security package came with all the security features I was looking for and more for a very reasonable cost. I am very pleased to have switched to Vivint.

Mr. **, our technician, was early, very professional and thorough. He explained the process before starting and provided a detailed explanation of what he was doing and most importantly how the system works. All my requested equipment were installed and I understand.

Purchased Home Security equipment and installation. Sales representative, Chris was polite, knowledgeable and clearly explained all of the features of the equipment and purchase agreement. Would recommend him and the crew that installed the products agreed upon. The crew were courteous and explained features of the products clearly.

Tech Didn’t clean up after himself, left a mess of saw dust and tracked all through my house. Cracked my door while drilling for sensor. Need door replaced and painted. Also he didn’t patch the hole in wall that he said he would.

Installation was easy. System is very intuitive. Best of all was our installer, MJ. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. MJ knew about the area, crime trends, and had a lot of great advice about how to design our system.

Our tech Drew was extremely polite and very thorough! He went through everything with us and abetted all our questions! We had to leave and we trusted him in our home. He was very knowledgeable in all the equipment and was able to install all the cameras where we needed them.

Had a camera and security system already installed. Got this system for free that you guys installed with solar panels. The cameras you guys have are not near as good as the system I had before. I am disappointed with them. The security panel seems real nice. Hopefully they grow on me.

Yesterday I had a appointment at 3:30 and to reactivate my security camera system and the guy that did helped me he did a pretty good service. And then a lady helped me to activate Vivint on my phone and that was a really good experience, thanks again for your good service.

This system practically sells itself but Ariel ** was honest about everything and did not try to pressure me. He gave me the information and let me decide. After one complete day of having the Vivint system I can say I am delighted with the install and the system. This is such an upgrade from the Brinks system I had! I highly recommend Vivint. And I will go as far as to predict this system will be a future leader in the security systems market. Thanks guys!

The people who helped us during their visit were awesome! They were very informative and charismatic and answered every question we had. Happy with installation process. Process explained well. Cost reviewed satisfactorily. System seems affordable, safe, and secure. Initial impression is that I recommend to a neighbor or friend. Will need to see how service and usage plays out, but overall would rate positive for experience.

I like the new service but don’t appreciate the damage done to my walls and sockets. Vivint should leave homes in similar condition that they found them. Also, twice, I noticed that the negotiated service over the phone was NOT what was reflected by the information provided by the technician.

Jake went above and beyond with the install and was very helpful in showing me how to use it. The system is easy to use and so far I’m very happy. Again, kudos to Jake. He is a pro. I will definitely refer friends, family and client to Vivint.

Tad came to do a Vivint consultation on Friday around 5 PM. He made a great pitch with what equipment for our security system would best suit us. We made a decision to purchase Vivint, with the thermostat being part of our package. I didn’t realize the technician would come within hours of the same night (7 PM). I think because it was so late and he was so tired, the entire installation was rushed. The security pad above our front door was crooked and never fixed. Our installer left all cut wires in front of our security panel.

Both of them were super nice and answered all my questions. Super professional and very nice! Didn’t mind that my house was a disaster and worked around my schedule. My baby was even able to take a nap during the install without any issues! Definitely recommend.

Very friendly and professional installation. Our house had a few issues, especially with the type of HVAC system we have (ultimately incompatible, unfortunately). The installers nonetheless did a fantastic job with what we could, showed us where the cost would be reduced due to not having the two smart thermostats, and were extremely personable throughout the entire installation.

My experience was amazing. The process to give them a five star review should be more simple so they can get the credit they deserve. Shame on Vivint for making it more complicated to give the accolades they deserve.

Our salesperson Fonzy is great even came back out after I couldn't finish the initial meet. He explained everything and even had a technician come out literally 30-45 minutes from when I was done with our sales rep. The only thing we had to reschedule for another day due to the current work that was going on in the house.

I give five stars to the salesman. He was great. And zero stars to the technical because he scratched my laminated floor by dropping the stapler twice and he drilled a hole on my drywall where he was not supposed. He limited to answer my questions about the products and services of Vivint. That guy was rude, he did an okay installation.

Everything pulls up so fast in the app and on the screen it's also in a very high quality. So I can always see who it is or what it is. All of the equipment that comes with everything looks very nice in the house and just blends right in.

I just got it installed yesterday so it's hard to say about the product itself but working with the salesperson Andrew was great. He was very informative and hands on. I didn't catch the name of the guy who installed but he did a great job. He explained everything he was going to do and how to use it afterwards.

Nate came to my door around 5pm but my husband wasn't home from work yet so he stopped by later in the evening and spoke to us then. He was very informative and had a great demeanor. Got our installation scheduled for a half out later. The installer (I think his name was Ammon) was very professional and explained everything as he went along and even though it was very late at night he was still very positive about being there and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Will definitely recommend to everyone and hopefully we are able to get the same salesman and installer for our friends and family.

I’ll be very honest. In this day and age I feel very uncomfortable with any type of door-to-door solicitation. For this reason I was very skeptical and hesitant. Especially since you have to provide a credit card and other sensitive information. I wondered the whole time if I was getting scammed or not by giving a young stranger this information. However, within minutes after signing the installers came to my house to install all the equipment.

Happy with my experience with Vivint Smart Home security system, so far. Unlike other competitors, their salesman did not give off the impression of just trying to sell a product. In my experience, there was no pressure tactics applied. There are other advanced features in the system that I’ve not even begin to use after it was installed. My wife inadvertently set off the alarm a few hours after installation and the response protocols showed the system works as advertised. Yes, you’re paying a premium but at the end of the day, I believe it’s a worthy investment in security.

Our salesman Trevor was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job explaining the outstanding features that the Vivint system offered. When we agreed to buy the system, he called the installer, Adrian, who was at our home within 20 minutes. A very pleasant man, he went right to work, having all the equipment and tools he needed to do an excellent job. The wire runs were neat and straight. He used a spirit level to ensure equipment was level or plumb. He vacuumed up debris after drilling holes. When all the sensors, locks and cameras were in and working, he was thorough and patient as he showed us how to use all the features of our new system. I was truly impressed and could not have been happier with our finished installation. I have only the highest praise for both young men. They represented themselves and their company extremely well. After a horrible experience with Vivint several years ago, I swore I’d never go back. But when we bought our new house and saw how much Vivint had improved, we were impressed with the products. Our tech AB was AMAZING and had us set up in no time!

I didn't feel like I was treated correctly. Because of Vivint mistake. And I still haven't received my yard sign. The technician was great. But it was the sales person over the phone that was helping me. Our discussion over the phone one thing but when the technician showed up it was entirely different from what I ordered and what we discussed. Plus I got charged twice.

Technician was professional, polite and fulfilled my expectations with camera placement, product overview and tutorial of system operation. Very good experience. The technician worked until about 12:30 midnight and was dedicated to completing the job which I found to be a commitment not found in a lot of competing companies.

I think that the overall experience and service were okay. I do have a few points of constructive criticism and some overall takeaways from my experience. Tl;dr-mostly positive, though poorly timed experience. I would have had a much more positive experience and review if I had been given the time to consider options that I had requested. As it stands now, I cannot recommend the service to family due entirely to the sales tactics the company utilized, but would recommend their services from my experience thus far.

Kam was a great sales rep for Vivint company. He was very personable and not too pushy. I thought his presentation was obviously effective. Anthony was excellent in installation. He was quick and took the time to train me how to use the system. I definitely slept better after installation.

The installation was smooth - and efficient. The sales rep was informative and very likable - all around cool experience when I usually dismiss those who sale things door to door. I would absolutely recommend this service to family and friends.

I love Vivint and my technician was amazing. He walked me through everything and he was able to do everything in a timely manner and cleaned up afterwards and he also didn’t mind when I kept adding cameras. He was great. Thank you Jeff so much.

We were misled into thinking the equipment was no charge. It was conveyed to us that the equipment was at no charge. Not true. We will pay $4000 for the equipment. The salesperson should be a little more honest with that aspect,

We had a great experience working with Vivint! They gave us a better quality system at almost the same price we were paying our other company. Both the sales guys and the installation tech were wonderful, precise, knowledgeable, and honest. Highly recommend! Vivint and their high level of service and employees.

Your salespersons should be either better educated or more honest about early cancellation fees with other security alarm companies. It would help with future sales. What is Vivint’s early cancelation policy? I may want to cancel as soon as I can.

Within 3 to 3 1/2 hours after I met the salesman on the sidewalk in front of my house the system was installed and working. Amazing. The salesman was named Burt and the installer's name was Ivan. Both were extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I I still have a lot to learn on how to operate the system. I am a bit confused on how to operate or arm the cameras for a 24 seven monitoring, but I guess I will learn how to do that in time.

The salesman Matthew was very thorough in his presentation and was there for the install. The installer Jacob was very good. Very knowledgeable and fast. Cleaned up after themselves. Thanks guys. My wife is sleeping better already.

Elliott and Devonte were excellent, great customer service. I tried to turn on my camera, said it was offline, trying to reboot panel. If that doesn't work check camera, then something else. If it doesn't work Elliott said he was coming by today, so I will talk to him about it.

Very quick installation; installer was pleasant and asked me lots of questions before placing anything. Easy to understand and operate the system. Great video from cameras. Incorporated with other applications currently in use. Nice to have everything tied to one app.

I am able to see and interact who is in my front porch. Keep a close eye on my children. Alert me if someone is near my house. Learn from the consultant that it has a panic button in case of a emergency.

The sales rep who helped us was fantastic and installation was a breeze. When they leave you feel confident in your new system and how it works. Absolutely fantastic! This security system has given us a new level of comfort in my home.

Cameras keep shutting down randomly for hours and days. When I call, the support asks me to unplug the power supply and plug back in. What use are the cameras if we constantly have to do that and how are we supposed to unplug the power and plug back in if we are away from. What a useless system indeed. Deceptive company practices.

BEWARE. Two people wearing VIVINT shirts rang our doorbell at 9:33 PM. When I did not open the door they started knocking. When I opened the door to ask what they wanted, they started with an introductory spiel without indicating why they were there late at night. They only identified themselves by a first name and never mentioned the company. I closed the door and they proceeded to my next neighbor. One later returned. They appeared to be casing the neighborhood, determining who was home. I called the police who verified that they were from VIVINT and that they had a vendor's ID. The police car attracted a number of other neighbors who said that the VIVINT sales team attempted to enter their house; asked for a bottle of water; were pushy, and overly aggressive - again at 9:30PM. I do not trust VIVINT. Should I ever have damage to my property or a break in I will know who to blame.

Great service and support from both the sales representative and the installer. Neat and cleaned up after service provided. Appreciate being able to schedule appointment for installation on the next day.

Very professional and informative group of guys. Great work on the installation, no question went unanswered. Even with a wifi issue the technician stayed calm, cool and collected while the issue was mitigated. Vivint looks like it has a smooth installation not so many wires.

Sales and installer personnel great to work with. Worked very hard to satisfy my needs. Explained process and equipment very well. Good follow up. Explained proper use of equipment. Made sure everything was functioning properly. Cleaned up their drill debris and other garbage. Left information for future service needs.

Great service activation guided by very professional and polite technician. Entire process was flawless and took just a few minutes. Very satisfied with customer service as well as the product. One of the main reasons for activation is my elderly mother residing with me. It will give me peace of mind wile at work or away from home that I can keep eye on her and she will get help if she needs it. Overall happy with the system.

I’ve had a few home security, and these were the best people to have worked with. Fast, and personable. Tented to the smallest details. And explained how it works very well. I am a senior and they took the time needed to learn their wonderful products.

Our internet has not been set up and the process was tedious… He really had to work around a lot of obstacles to finally get everything working. So far so good. I have only had the service for a day. The installation tech team was amazing. Clean installation on my new house. The sales person was not up-to-date on what was compatible and what wasn’t. He ended up purchasing the things I needed to make sure they were compatible. Overall I had a pleasant experience. The cameras look outstanding and accurate enough to read license plates. It was a great upgrade from Frontpoint security systems. Should’ve went with Vivint first.

Equipment is great, technician was patient and knowledgeable. The before service communication with Austin was wonderful, and Harold told us exactly when he would be here and he was! Harold spent over six hours here with us ensuring we knew how to use the equipment.

Anthony did a wonderful job updating my system and showing me exactly how everything worked. He made sure all my equipment was working properly and that my connection to my app was working as well. Highly recommend his professionalism and service.

Shane talked us through what we were getting and Sebastian did our install. Absolutely impressed with them both. From knowledge to personality to professionalism, they really set the bar! Any questions we had were answered quickly, they were super nice to our kids and Sebastian offered to clean up after himself even though it was 10 o’clock at night. Liked the sales person. Real professional. Install guy was fast and clean. Real good job, both guys answered all my questions. Showed me how to navigate the app. Set me up good, after install was complete the sales person stopped by to check and make sure install was complete. I really appreciated that.

From the beginning Vivint was great! They were informative, courteous, respectful, and so efficient with the installation. Their service is amazing, and the product is even better! I am so happy they came through my neighborhood, and were so patient with my husband and me as we made our decision to have their security system installed in our home. I highly recommend Vivint. To buy your system with no contract is great. Low monthly monitoring charge. Installation was fast. The installer was at my house within 15 mins. The installation process is long. They have to drill thru wall to supply power. Camera is great. Door camera is very clear on my phone. Very simple system but good design.

Customer service representative gave specific details on the coverage available and what we selected.

When we bought our house it was equipped with Vivint equipment but not the service, so vivint was able to come out and get everything going again for us. Everyone was nice from the sales manager to the tech people. Overall satisfied with how quick they were able to get everything going.

We are very pleased to have gotten Vivint as our home security system, especially after a burglary we had a few months ago in our home. We now feel protected and assure that our property and family will be safe.

A sales rep came to my house and was really nice and seemed very knowledgeable about the business/services/products etc. Installation was pretty quick and the tech was nice and went through all that I would need to know. I was disappointed my garage door was not compatible with their device that would allow me to control it from an app. Everything else I have always wanted and it seems to work great.

My sales rep Tyler ** did a wonderful job explaining everything. Even better the install crew was there last night to install. It's very easy to use even my hubby will be able to work it. I only wish we had this in November off 2020 when we had 2 cars stolen.

The process from purchase to installation was very fast but done very well! My sales rep and the installation team were kind and answered all of my questions and took their time explaining the new system. The installation was seamless and I am very happy with everything!

I got the alarm system installed even though I was hesitant about it. They said they would give me a 14 day trial period for the alarm system. After it was installed one of the cameras stopped working and the doorbell camera was not installed due to the product on backorder. So I called the company and asked how could I have a 14 day trial without the complete alarm system? I asked if my trial period be extended to when the complete alarm system was installed. They said no the trial period starts when it was installed. Do what the whole alarm is not installed. I told the representative on the phone. When I go to buy a vehicle they let you test drive a complete vehicle no one with 3 tires and you have to wait for the rest. Anyhow that’s all I can say about this company. Definitely not for me.

Everything went well. The technician was courteous and knew his job. I am exploring my new home system. I would recommend this service to anyone. It is easy and simple to work. The views are clear enough to see. I am loving the whistle alert. I think it's cute. I will sleep better tonight knowing that I have added protection.

I was pleased with the install team but disliked that window sensors aren’t part of the standard package. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have gotten Vivint and would’ve went with another company. Totally disappointed. Additionally, my door cam was on back order, therefore the tech has to come back. Which means more time away from work.
