I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the experience of my Vivint Security system installation! My technician is extremely knowledgeable of the product and was very, very patient as I asked hundreds of questions during the installation process. He walked us through the operation of the system and ensured that we were comfortable with the system before leaving. I am very happy and pleased with our experience with Vivint.

Everything was smooth. Salesman Demarco ** was knowledgeable and friendly. Tech was really nice and thorough. Highly recommend and have already recommended to my relatives! I’m excited for my new high tech security system! The cameras and the doorbell will be very helpful in deterring any possible theft.

I'm able to add 30 members to my house home security system. I'm able to set an alarm at night. The cameras have night vision. Best upgraded equipment.

My service tech, Ronnie ** was fantastic. I was very upset with the level of customer service (or lack of service I should say) I had received from Vivint up to this point. Ronnie did an amazing job and ended up saving me as a customer. He treated me with respect and spoke to me as a person, as opposed to just a random number calling into your giant company. Had the experience he provided not been so positive, I would have cancelled my service immediately as I had originally planned to do once the troubleshooting was complete. But thanks to Ronnie, I will be keeping the service for at least 1 year. He desires a raise, bonus, and a promotion.

Vivint reps were friendly and professional. The technician was friendly yet took care of business. He went over how to use the product though he was limited because our wifi died during the installation. We'll get another tech to finish the job once we get a new modem.

They are very upbeat, and friendly, will do their best to help you no matter what your story or situation may be. They will do their best to make it happen whatever your needs may be. And they're very much in contact with you to update you on whatever it acct is doing. I recommend them so far. So yeah I'm happy. I will let you know once I get my equipment and it's up and running. The installer was courteous, polite and professional. He was knowledgeable and it made the install faster and the set up on the phones and tablets a breeze. He answered all of my questions intelligently and responded back very quickly. He was on time and dressed very professionally. I would recommend him for any of your installations.

Adam delivered my panic button and while he was here checked to make sure it was working right. He also reviewed operation of my phone in the Vivint app. I was happy with his service and he called ahead to let me know he was coming.

With supply chain issues we were unable to get the parts we ordered and paid for. Also communication initially with the call center on ETA of the tech was inaccurate as he said the tech was on his way (1030a), where the tech didn’t arrive until 4p.

Wesley showed up at the door asking if we wanted to look at their offer. We did, we bought, & it was installed a couple of hours later. Loved that. Install tech seemed very knowledgeable. The only negative thing I will say is that they forgot to put a sensor in one of three doors, which they came out the next day to fix. And I was told we would get 2 fire/CO2 alarms.

Everything was went over with us thoroughly. Both the technician and sales representative had great people skills and easy to talk to. Cleaned up after themselves and were very polite. Made us feel very confident in our purchase and security.

My entire experience with the door-to-door salesman that came to our home to sell us Vivint it was a terrible experience. His name was Nathan and he lied to us from the beginning of the transaction. We did not ever receive any paper copies or documentation as to what we were actually being paid for paying for and what was being installed. He signed us up as brand new customers when we had explain to him numerous times that we were existing customers. From there we had to open lines of credit. And we just felt bamboozled. This was a horrible experience. I would never recommend Vivint to any of my friends or family. Here we are two months later and I’m still trying to get clarification as to what we are actually paying for and why were we treated so poorly as existing customers. I am not satisfied nor happy with my service with Vivint.

Camera is great, I can see clearly to to the road, and I can check for package delivery while I'm at work. Highly recommend Vivint.

It was a pleasure switching to Vivint from our previous carrier. Everyone was informative and direct in explaining what to expect and in showing me and my wife how to use the hardware and software. We’ve only had a day to use it and I am already blown away.

Sales rep and technicians are very friendly and answer any questions you may have. They are very knowledgeable about their systems. Would highly recommend to friends and family. They will stay until the job is finished or until you ask them to leave.

Prompt and efficient They both deserve bonuses and promotions! I am not too happy with paying more monthly. However products are of good quality and convenience within one application. The tech was very knowledgeable and make sure I knew everyone could about the equipment. I didn’t have many questions because he went over everything! I am very happy about my purchase. I love how clear the cameras are. I feel very safe on my home.

I didn’t get my doorbell or Vivint sign so I don’t think I should get charged for something I don’t have. I would like a credit for the things I have not received as of yet. The tech has to come back to my house June 16, 2022.

My technician, Conrad, was so very helpful in setting up my whole house system and cameras. He went way out of his way looking for our camera power supply. We really appreciate his timely and thorough service. I would recommend him in the future.

They insisted on doing a same day installation. We asked if they could do it another day. They said they wouldn't be in town. They started around 6:00 pm and he didn't get finished until 12:00 am midnight. We were tired and had to all stay awake!!! He was obviously frustrated and left his mess and debris everywhere!!! Boxes, wire and wire clippings, mess from drilling into the walls, mess of parts from the pre-existing system. He had to of trouble doing the job.

Jesse was very polite, pleasant and helpful. He did his work quickly. I give him an excellent rating. He was on time. He answered all my questions. He cleaned up after he was done. Asked me if there was anything else he could do. I said no and he left.

Our technician didn’t have everything in our order due to shortages but quickly scheduled to install the remainder of the equipment. He was very kind and efficient and have different options for installation. He was personable and gave a window of time in which he would arrive.

I was given a quote from the sales guy and was led to believe it was one price, when in fact, it was a lot higher. After about an hour with me (and the installer) speaking to several representatives, we were finally able to get the right discounts applied... But even then, they couldn't get the exact amount quoted by sales in the tech's iPad. So I'm somewhat satisfied... I like the technology, but I would caution anyone getting this service to write down EVERYTHING the sales rep promises and MAKE SURE THAT IS WHAT YOU ARE GETTING AT THE PRICE YOU WERE QUOTED.

Our sales rep and the tech did a great job explaining everything and installing everything. Everything was done very quickly. Love everything about the system and service. We like all the features and the price. Will highly recommend to anyone looking for security protection needs.

I was very pleased with the Vivint experience. They were prepared and thorough, and the work they performed was very accurate. They finished a lot of work in a short period of time and cleaned up every bit of dust and trash that was left.

I purchased a house in a different city and couldn't be there for a while. I worked everything out on the phone and had a family member meet them for the installation. It couldn't have been easier. Everything works great and I can see my house a anywhere.

Everyone in the process were exceptionally and genuinely nice and knowledgeable. One negative issue was when I signed up I was told that night that they needed to install the products immensely which was shocking because it was after 9 pm. We started the sales process before 9 but that’s how long the transaction took. It was informative. The guy came by that night and said he would just install the panel and be back by 10.30 am the next day. He didn’t get back until after 12:30 pm the next day and it took them until 5 pm to install. They worked efficiently and cleaned up behind themselves. After looking at the patch work on my home it could have been done better. On of the holes was so wide and deep that it needed more than spackle to fix and they forgot to texture the walls when done. So far I’m getting used to the products and they work almost as expected. I am still configuring to my liking.

The sales pitch and installation were great. They were able to work with our schedule to get the installation done in the same day and the tech Toy was great. He was thorough but fast. He cleaned up after himself so there was no mess.

I feel we need more info on using the box but I know the salesman that showed us the Vivint product for security was vey helpful and polite and they came by quickly to put in the security system telling us what he was doing as he started putting it in.

Technician was extremely efficient and fast working, and really knew all of the tech. Both he and the customer service rep took the time to explain everything to me, Simple and easy to understand, honest and friendly. Thanks so much! I would recommend them to anyone.

We had a man named Hunter sell us the system.. Within a couple of hours the technician was at our home setting up the system.. Both guys were very friendly and on the ball.. They answered our questions and I will be recommending them to whoever is looking to set up a security system..

I like the service and the security system. It's pretty awesome. The technician was really well trained and really knowledgeable. He explained me how the system operates and all the other stuff I could add up later on in case I need ut extra features.

Overall customer service was great and installation was good. Explanation was not. Was given in a simple terminology. Pricing should be display prior to purchasing on products upfront versus finding out during paperwork. But other than all above. Great products and services as of now.

I received a detailed description of Vivint Smart Home and all they provide. Mr. ** was thorough and professional and answered my questions. The installer, Mr. **, was also very professional and thorough in his installation and his demonstration. Everything appears to be working smoothly.

Just had my equipment installed. It’s amazing. Love the product. Clear bow cameras. Now I feel safe leaving my property knowing it’s protected! Our sales men Ian was great and provided all the information needed. We did not hesitate to buy.

Best system ever. It notifies me when people come to my house and when there’s movement. It’s connected to my phone and I can access my cameras all the time and my doorbell. Also, you can have an access code to enter to the house and I love it.

The service was excellent. Presentation was excellent. Both took the time to explain the product and we were able to ask questions. Both representatives were very cordial and mannerable. They represented the company well. They extended additional time to help with problems if needed. The installer wanted to clean up her trash but my husband would not allow her to do so. She had worked very hard inside and outside. She was very warm from the outside temperature and also having to go in the attic. I will give her a rating of 10 on a scale of 1-10.

Friendly, affordable, and easy to operate. I was looking for a security company and while I was hoping to find one, my doorbell rang and I almost turned him down without talking to him. I was reminded when I was serving my mission, people turned us down without give us a chance, and they completely miss the Eternal gospel with fundamental truth required for exaltation, so I ran down the stairs to ask him to come back. This is the one I was praying for (home security). There’s a Spiritual message behind this comment I am writing.

I had been getting the run around for the better part of 3-4 weeks with this other solar company. They had to reschedule 3-4 times with me. Miscommunication in their company. I was getting agitated. I had to miss work, and work longer hours to make up for the hours they caused me to lose. The night before my 3rd rescheduled appointment, I was visited by a Vivint salesman. Great dude. Young but knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. I told him my situation, and he informed me of their solar panel systems. He convinced me to get a baseline security camera/doorbell for my front door, and a smart thermostat.

The process of speaking to a representative to the installation was a breeze and great. The app is up to date with 2022 and the company is very innovative. I recommend this company to anyone. They have a lot to offer.

This was a good deal and the salesman and technician were both helpful and professional. My only complaint was I had no idea how long the install was going to take and I wasn’t told. The tech was here past midnight and wasn’t able to finish. He offered to wrap up and return when I asked but I was never told how much more time would be needed.

My experience was great. The salesman (Mr. Brando) and installer (Mr. Vincent) were very professional and explained things well. I would certainly recommend a friend. I do understand that if I’m not completely satisfied I can cancel within 30 days.

The Vivint team I worked with were amazing. They both made sure I was well taken care of and made sure I was given the package I asked for at a extremely reasonable price. David spent as much time as needed to make sure I was satisfied and I appreciated that.

Tech was here on time, took him much longer than expected but there were some technical issues that he couldn’t control. The ring doorbell is out of stock but they will be back to install at a later date! There should be a video for customers to watch on how to set it up, less work for the tech to have to do.

I have another meeting with installation person to add the doorbell ringer and also the door locks next Thursday. Technician was super helpful and thorough. Even though it was late he took his time and answered any questions we had. We appreciate him coming through. The salesperson kind of stalked us. Not going to lie. He waited until we got out of the truck to come up to us. But we ultimately bought it so I guess it worked.

There was some slight damage on a wall surrounding a light switch. Some of the drywall was pushed in and left a dent. But other than that the installer was fast, friendly and knowledgeable. He did however speak fast when going through the instructions for using the system. We had to listen very carefully and asked him to repeat things.

I am loving my system and Hayes was awesome. He made sure everything worked correctly before he left. Very professional. Also the sales representative Drew was awesome. He explained everything and was able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend both to others I know.

I myself have Vivint system at home and now I have purchased one for my parents. My parents are 80 and still thriving, but having the extra security to know I keep an eye on my parents' home I feel a lot better knowing an extra layer of security is protecting them. We also received like a life alert for my parents to wear…. This was very important to us. I would definitely recommend going with Vivint. Being able to hear or speak to the person coming up and having the luxury to say get off my property is priceless!

Ryan was the sales rep that I spoke with. He was punctual and confirmed multiple times, which was great. He answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns with great detail. He stayed until everything was done correctly, even though it lasted a while ago.

My first complaint is that I feel the representative used the "let me show you where we install the sensors on your door" ploy in order to gain entry into my house. We stood on the porch for a good amount of time because my home was not ready to receive this very unexpected visitor. I assume that since he realized that I wasn't letting him in, he had to "show me the sensor locations." After he was in and shut the door, I did not move from the front door.

From the start they were very helpful and answered all my questions. When they came out to set up my system they were very patient and make sure I knew how to use everything before leaving. I will be sure and recommend now if anyone should ask.

Great system so far. And Great and friendly workers. Just got set up today. They explained everything very well. And cleaned up after themselves. The system is easy to understand. And video is clear as day. Glad I went with Vivint by far.

It was a pleasure having Chandler and Jadan installing the Vivint services in our home. Chandler the Sales manager was very courteous and professional, he attended to our needs and answered all our questions. Jadan the equipment tech was very professional and listen to our concerns in where we needed the equipment mounted, he did a very good job and was very clean and professional! So, we have only had the system for one day and my review may need to be updated later, but so far, everything has been awesome. I don't like that they check your credit because just because of a low score does not mean that you won't pay your bill, but other than that, we were able to get set up without issues. I fortunately had a good friend who came through for us on the credit check and now I feel more safe and secure in my home, especially knowing that even if the line is cut outside, the system will still work.

I was very pleased with the Agent Mr. Charles **. Very informative. He went everything with me, and the technician that hooked up the system was also informative. Very much pleased. I would recommend this system to a friend or family member.

I had been with Vivint in the past and had to leave them due to tight finances. I have been with a competitor for a few years and did not like the way their cameras recorded. I'm very happy now that I'm back with Vivint. The cameras are way better!

The technician was very professional and helpful. I would definitely recommend Vivint to family and friends. The cameras are good quality for viewing. The alarms are loud enough to hear from the back room. The technician explained how to work the panel thoroughly.

Our installer (Wolfgang) at the Georgetown, TX location did an excellent job with our installation. We couldn’t have had a better experience. He was very knowledgeable, detailed in his explanations, thorough, and extremely courteous throughout the entire process. He took his time explaining the features of the new system and made sure we understood how to operate it. He also did a good job cleaning up the areas he worked in. We are very happy with our installation.

It was a great experience and explained very well. I am happy with the service so far. I am looking for more people to get the service. Brian was great at selling the product and Josh installed everything so quickly.

I’ve only had the system for a day but knowledge from the salesman and the install from the installers was done very well. Looking forward to learning everything and playing around with camera placement. With the amount of different cameras they offer I should be able to see everything happening on my property.

Sales representative Chris was really on point, honest and professional. My technician was a hard-working Ryan and he did a great job. He did leave out one thing a sensor on the outside garage door so maybe he could come back and do it but overall he did an excellent job. I think he was just a little bit fatigued maybe because it was later in the evening and he had two or three other jobs before this one so I get that I get it. He really worked hard. We had two cameras installed and a doorbell and thank you guys I really appreciate it in my home and safer than it's ever been.

This is one of the most efficient service company I have dealt with in a long time where customer service is taken to a new level. Time from intent of using service to actually setting the service on my phone and home, all on the same day.

I appreciate the two sale persons. They made me feel comfortable. I didn't think of it as being a scam or anything else. They were professional and all about business. The installer Seth came in and was also professional and did an awesome job installing the equipment. I'm satisfied and happy.

The representative was very nice and right to the point. Showed video and explained everything. Had system installed by 9 that night. Installer was very nice and worked hard. So far enjoying the system. Feeling safer already. I would highly recommend this company. Found out there are a few neighbors that are getting system installed too.

I first I thought it was some sales rep just trynna to get us to buy stuff but I ended being blown away by all the knowledge and to get the best security for that price was an opportunity I couldn’t pass up. I’ve been wanting to better protect my home for a while now, but I thought it would be too expensive! I was so wrong! I should’ve done this long ago! The sales and install team were amazing! So helpful! Very thorough! Simple process!!

Extremely slow, the app does not show me the events timely. E.G., Today is Wednesday but the system shows the last event of Monday morning. Also, I cannot run the videos. The app starts running without stopping but never works.

Both the sales guy and tech were very respectful, informative and professional. They made sure I understood everything they were explaining and made sure I also knew how to work everything before he left and also did a test run with me, he made sure everything worked before leaving. Very nice and helpful. Nothing extra was promised or given to me in exchange for their service.

I feel that the technician did a very professional job. He worked efficiently and made sure to do a clean and accurate job when mounting the equipment. Technician made sure to walk me through the alarm system as well as the mobile app.

On my first assigned appointment they never arrived, but on the 2nd appointment José contacted me the night before and was also on time. He was very informative and precise and explained how everything works. Unfortunately they were back ordered on the doorbells so he let us know he would be returning to install that in the future.

Technician did a great job, I would recommend everyone to upgrade to smart home features. Price is not bad and great quality for the Upgrades. Yes he was fast, very nice! I never had this service before but when I say he did an amazing job I mean it. I will be recommending Vivint to people!!! He was on time and also had very good communication!

The tech came to install equipments but they did not have any cameras (doorbell, indoor and outdoor). He said that they were out and more will be arriving in two weeks. I was a little disappointed that I have to wait couple of weeks to get my cameras. I was also disappointed that Vivint does not tap into the prewired security system that was build with the house. Other than that, I’m satisfied this far, I just need my cameras.

Did not get instructions on how to use product. House siding was damaged by installers needs to be replaced. Doorbell did not work and had to be serviced. Need more clarity on bank “loan” in that credit report flagged it to my account.

The technician Cipriano was helpful, efficient and thoughtful. Easy setup. Intuitive system. Opted out of the outdoor cameras because of the necessity to drill holes and wiring from the inside. But Cipriano explained everything really well and helped me find a good setup.

Angel did an amazing job, showed up exactly when he said he would. Explained everything in a short and easy to understand way. Completed the install in a very short time and everything looks great. Overall extremely satisfied with everything.

Michael was awesome and the installer was very kind too. I had an existing window alarm thingie that was missing the magnet. He eventually didn’t have the right size magnet so he used a used one and stuck it on the window. During the night it fell off and the alarm went off. I’m wondering if I could get the correct size magnet to go in my window so I can set the alarm throughout my house.

I had a good customer service experience with both sales reps and sales guy very friendly. The only thing that caught me by surprise was the amount I was paying for the equipment. I was told it was 1500 for the equipment but when came to signing it was 1700, it was a big Surprise. I wished I was told that before I bought into it.

I found the Vivint people I spoke to be very knowledgeable and respectful. They answered all my questions and were patient with me. I am very happy with the security system I purchased with their help. Vivint seems to be associated with QUALITY!

Two things that I’m not happy about, I was told I was getting 2 smoke detectors installed but only one was installed. I was also told that no payment was due until first bill, and a payment was taken out of my bank account already.

The sales and Installers have only worked about three weeks so for that much work experience they did ok. After the installation none of the windows sensors worked. It showed open on all windows even when they were closed. I went ahead and deleted them out the system and reinstalled myself. Now all ok. I had an Vivint indoor camera I wanted installed really bad but they were not able to install due to age.
