The rep showed up after I got home from getting dinner and I am so glad he did. We are impressed with the professionalism of the rep and installer. Also great turn around installed the next day. Thank you!!!! Now I feel safe and I can monitor my disabled mama who stays downstairs and keep an eye on my daughter when I'm away.

I am very pleased with the professionalism of the salesperson as well as with the technician that came and did the install. The install did not take very long. The installer was very professional and knew what they were doing. Also she cleaned up after herself.

Sales needs to be more informed on what can go where. And to let customer know that everything needs to be hardwired in. The installer was more informed than the salesman. Maybe salesman needs to be an installer to understand what can go where or can't go there. I was very impressed with professionalism with installer. She was very precise in doing her job correctly. Not only did she explain how everything works but made sure I understood what is really going on. In my terms so to speak.

Our service was impressive and the pitch reasonable and fair. The installation was top notch and we had no questions after due to how thorough they were at explaining it all. Highly recommend the switch to Vivint. We were with our previous company for four years, and while they were okay, I do enjoy the prospect of consolidating all our household apps into a single app.

Tech was very educated and knew the product very well! Answered all questions, was very patient. Arrived on time and was very efficient and fast. I would absolutely recommend the product and services. I am very satisfied so far. I hope that I continue to be satisfied for as long as I own my equipment.

Very nice crew….always willing to accommodate. I had 2 restless dogs and a daughter with a headache…Needless to say I was in Mommy mode…but it all worked out…They give me an hour or so to get situated, came back and got to work! Thanks for the good work!

I’m enjoying my new Vivint system. The cameras are super clear. And the system is easy to operate. The qualification and finance steps were simple as well. My Tech was very helpful and patient. I will recommend this system to my neighbor.

The salesperson & tech that came out were awesome! I will definitely recommend them to everybody! Didn’t try to oversell us on the product. Our neighbors even spoke to them after they spoke to us based off of how the vibe of the salesman was! Max definitely did a great job!!!

Logan and Seth were very knowledgeable and they were great speaking to. I was impressed on how quickly we had everything up and running. Thanks for the good experience Vivint. At first I was skeptical about getting Vivint because of high prices but after talking to Logan he made sure we were taken care of.

Vivint was very professional and did not try to push anything on me. I would highly recommend to family and friends! Their service was very fast and everything was explained in great detail. I'm very glad that I have that extra security now.

As this is my first experience with Vivint I have to admit the timeliness of the tech on-site was great and he was very professional. The tech explained everything and made sure that the products were correct for install and cleaned very well after.

The sales person Alex was great and the installer Aurora was fantastic. Friendly hard working people. Everything was handled thoroughly and quickly. We are super pleased with the results. Great affordable home security. Glad to finally have relieved this burden in my mind. And at an affordable price with a great product.

Because I haven’t been able to use the system for more than 24 hours, I can only comment on the installation. Sailor was my sales rep and Taylor was the installer. Sailor could not have arrived at a more opportune time; I was contemplating a system change. Taylor arrived after and did the install. Poor guy was challenged by an abundant amount of foam insulation. With the system installed and controls handed over I was enlightened by a superior alarm system than the previous one I had. Bravo to Taylor and his persistence with the hot attic.

Clean-up was partially done, all aspects were done very quick, not through. Any document signing was rushed and told what to click so as to not hold up the tech. Call back to do a follow-up didn't happen. Lead was bothered with the clutter of the house, condescending tone of conversation. System works, but the quick one time run through did not leave me with complete understanding of the configuration settings.

Everything was detailed, explained. I love the customer service and going above and beyond. My agent was very helpful with finding the right plan for me. The agent that came out to install the devices was amazing. Explained everything in great detail, and an amazing set up. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10.

The Tech was professional and extremely patience. I was both physically and mentally exhausted and to deal with installation for my service. 5 stars, I wasn't rude to him, but he was awesome in how he kept me focus and moving things along. I think I may like this new generation of techs and customer service dept. Impressive.

Miguel did an Awesome job installing My New System. He was very Respectful, very knowledgeable about the product he was installing. He gave great ideas of what to do and how to do it. Very helpful in showing us how to use the program and how to use different codes, how to view the program with the cameras, the review of a video. This is a great product. The cameras are 10 of 10 so clear the images look great. The sound you can hear people from far away so I recommend this product. Miguel did a great job. I give him a 10. Thanks

The staff was amazing. Provided me with good information and the installation was quick and kept very neat. The cameras work great and I was shown how to work them and shown how to do passwords etc. I’m excited about my new security protection.

Our technician today was awesome and super helpful. He made sure to fully explain how all devices worked and made sure all devices were placed all in the most appropriate spot. I also appreciated the detailed explanation on the financial side. Thank you for making this experience a smooth one.

Wes was very patient & answered all of our questions & concerns. The control panel seems user friendly. Installation was quick & simple thanks to Wes. Great experience so far. I cannot vouch for the monitoring or response time as of yet because system was just installed.

Really nice system. Even my wife likes it and said I made a good choice. Install very professional. Night camera and doorbell is awesome. Don't have to have outdoor lights on to see people. Great protection for my property and family.

The man who installed our system smelled horrible like he hadn’t showered in more than month, I could smell him from a good 15 feet away, and the smell lingered after he left. Unprofessional & disrespectful. He also had to call & ask for help and sounded very incompetent. I asked the man Adrian I think his name was, how long the guy I think his name was Dillon? had been installing systems and he said a year. To me that’s a decent amount of time to know what your doing. Also the time they came to install was pretty late, they didn’t leave until after 12 at night. That is so unprofessional to me. They should have come the next day.

I was hesitant about changing home security providers; however, the service we received from Vivint was excellent. We are very pleased with our new security system. We previously did not have a video doorbell, so we really like the doorbell camera with the deter feature.

Rickey was very professional, knowledgeable, communicated effectively and was extremely pleasant. I was very pleased with the services provided. He did a fantastic job installing all of the equipment and educating me on the system’s use in which I now feel very comfortable using and I feel much safer in my home and have more peace of mind. Both the salesperson and the installer were great. Very friendly and straight to the point. Got everything done in a timely fashion and were very professional. Answered all my questions and didn’t try to sell me what I didn’t need.

From the first contact of the salesperson to the technician who came out to set everything up - the experience was fantastic! All questions were answered, the installation happened quickly and the same day. Plus the installation looks professionally done. If you are thinking of getting a security system or switching - definitely look at getting Vivint.

Great customer service. Bruce did an excellent job. Vivint went above and beyond to help me get my home secure before leaving the country. Their customer service and technicians are highly trained, professional and friendly. I love my new system.

I think the process was very simple and the equipment is great, only thing is from the time you sign to the equipment installed is right away and caught me by surprise since I had not scheduled time to get that done the same day.

He was patience and took time explaining to me how to operate the security system. In case I can remember he wrote notes and drew pictures of the panel. He explained each of the buttons on the panel also the hostage code too. He walked me through green, gray and orange screen also 60 seconds countdown and 30 seconds disarm. Overall very good.

Knowledgeable and explained how it works. He was on time and worked steadily. He did not leave a mess to clean up. The camera pictures are really good and clear. I am more than pleased with the system and how it works.

Salesman Anthony and system installer Braiden were great! I was uneasy going through the process and nervous about it, but Anthony calmly explained everything and worked with me to meet my goals. Braiden was quick, thorough, and knowledgeable. All work done was aesthetically and functionally pleasing. Both were incredibly personable. Last of all I feel I need to mention due to seeing people claiming they were forced into leaving good reviews…I was concerned about this, however Anthony did the opposite. He encouraged me to leave the review I felt applied good or bad. If it was a good experience leave good, if bad leave bad. There was no coercion and forceful tactics. This was a stellar experience with Anthony and Braiden. On the system, so far 1 day in, I’m loving it. But we shall see!

I was told the price per equipment. The man I asked why I was paying over 13000 then and he couldn’t answer me. Only could say something about a handle package: starter package that was 599. Only said it included the panel. That my sensors were free but yet still included in the 599 package. So he said later. Then was told I would get 30 trial and then told 3. Then told my trial period would last 3 days after my ring bell came in. Which no one told me it was backordered until arriving at my home.

Michael did a wonderful job installing our equipment. He was communicative before the appointment and showed up on time. He worked quickly and explained everything in great detail. Also made sure we knew everything about the system before he left and was super friendly. Highly recommend!

Jason was clearly knowledgeable about the products and proficient with the installation. He told me what my options were even if it didn’t involve buying more from Vivint. Vivint’s cameras are probably marked up a bit much in my opinion but the product seems to work well and is high quality.

They were very polite and helpful. Explained the system thoroughly. Treated me like a person and not a like a money ticket. I am totally satisfied with them. I will recommend Vivint to my friends and neighbors. I would rated their performance as a 10.

The technician that came out was very nice and helpful. He made sure I was very comfortable with the system before he left. He went through all the guidelines before starting to make sure I understood all the rules and regulations. He was awesome

The installation guy was knowledgeable and friendly. The equipment appears to be quality and it was simple to use the product. The installation was quick and easy. I would surely recommend the service to a friend. I like the way the installer set up the equipment. He did a great job by nicely installing the equipment. We have had a great experience with switching from ADT to Vivint. Our sales representative was friendly and knowledgeable and our service install was quick and happened the next day. The install technician was very professional and did a great job.

Salesman pressured us to buy system late at night 9 pm. Had tech over for install at 11 pm and we have crying young kids. Promised free trial was a week and fine print says 3 days. Lied to us. Found out after uninstall, salesman added 4 cameras to plan and only had doorbell camera. Also tech uninstaller said this unit is used and wires stripped and would not detect alarm. Team is not honest on product. Paid more then what was equipped.

Only complaint is that the technician did not remove old equipment even when I asked him to do so. He was also a little messy and did not place trash in the correct bin. I was surprised when he installed 2 new smoke detectors.

Totally unexpected surprise that I would purchase an alarm system that I’m completely satisfied and have all the I need to feel safe and secure!!! The features are easy to use and I can monitor my home no matter where I am. Most of all, the sales rep was great and the installer was awesome as well. All were very professional!

From salesperson to installation tech wonderful. Tech walked us through everything and was very nice. Sales informed us on all of the products and did not try to push anything onto us. Great job all around. Same day install.

Yes Ryan the salesman was courteous and thorough. The installer was very efficient. I need to call Ryan and have the installer come back and change the location of The outside camera on the garage. I realized it is Right under the basketball hoop.

I signed up and had my equipment and everything installed in the same day. The salesman was very professional. Then the installer arrived and stayed all night and tore everything was working. How many companies do you know that do that. None but they did. Speaks volumes as to what kind of company this is.

The whole experience went well, the salesman ensured that everything was explained and the product(s) were installed very professionally and expeditiously by the installers. VERY PLEASED overall and glad I decided to get a better system as Vivint is one of the best out there.

The customer service representative worked with me to develop a package that Would benefit me and my family within our budget. I was very impressed how the technician came out the same day to install the service. Both individuals answered all of my questions and any additional questions were answered by the customer service rep when he followed up to see how I like the service.

Very poor support. My complaints fell on deaf ears when my front yard camera went out. I told them I will be out of town and will need my front yard camera working before I leave so I can monitor my house remotely. I called customer service multiple times. I was promised several dates, but nobody came or even called. It has been 3 weeks now since I first reported the issue. Still nothing. What's the purpose of a security system when your camera is not working? The system is good when it works. But customer support is basically non-existent.

The system has a nice appearance on the wall and is super easy to use. The camera is clear and you can see everything by pinching to enlarge image. The functionality of the system is easy to maneuver. That’s what I like most.

Vivint is so awesome! I used Vivint while I stayed with my family growing up so when I moved it was only right to go with them again. They have amazing customer service, affordable prices, and a service that you can’t beat!!

Great service, fast install. We signed up for plan and had everything set up and running by the end of the day. We had Cody as our tech. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very professional. We are happy with the security that was added to our home.

The men were very pleasant, helpful and I would recommend it to anybody. The salesman was also very polite and helpful too. I love how they put up the cameras and shutters, what to do and how to use the app.

System is good but too expensive. We are having the system taken out. Salesman rushed my decision making. They need to let homeowner think on it. Equipment is high tech just the system is too high priced. Wish I hadn't had it put in.

The young men represented themselves professionally and the salesman Nick was not pushy. He presented the equipment and showed us how each item would work. The installer asked what we needed and where we wanted items and explained how the new system worked.

Excited to use the products door camera, door locks, smoke alarm & second camera. Useful since my son & husband tend to lock themselves out every once in a while. Agent Korey was thorough with the services, demonstrated & educated. Carter installed product same day quickly within less than 1 1/2hr. For all these services, fair pricing and $20 more than our previous company but more services available. Our previous company didn’t offer camera at all.

The salesman was professional and charismatic. He wasn’t pushy and really tried working with both our budget and needs. The technician was early, fast, and efficient. She installed everything to my preference and explained how everything worked. So far at a glance everything is great. The only downside is I have a 350Mbps network speed and the addition of the equipment slowed it down quite a bit.

I live alone with my little one so I already knew I needed better precautions and security for my house. Being a single mom, working full time every time is a "bad time". I'm so busy, stretched thin and Blake was kind and went way out of his way to work around my schedule and get me going. I wouldn't have said yes without him and now I'm so happy I have the system and protective measures. I feel so much more relaxed and in control of my home! As much as you can't put a price on safety my bank account disagreed. I'm happy black took the time to get me the security I WANTED at a price that worked. I love the contact and that it's not gimmicky or taking advantage of anyone.

Very good customer service and explains everything in detail about how the cameras work front and back door and how the sensors work for each window! Also he explains how the panic button could be use from your phone and app and how it detects a fire and water flood in basement.

Salesman was very nice and professional in this Texas heat. The gentleman that installed was very nice and a great worker. Offered to clean up behind himself but I didn’t allow it. Great young men. I was very comfortable with them being in my home. Installer made sure I was able to work the system. I would recommend Vivint to anyone. I love being able to check on my home and control my unit away from home.

You have a big problem. I am 74 years young and added a camera onto my account because I could not hear my doorbell ringer. The camera works better BUT still not very loud. You need a ring extender with a volume button to set a loud tone for us. I almost canceled my contract with you. This may not be a concern for you or expense but I guarantee it will add customers to your program when the word gets out.. Thank you for listening.

Tech was very knowledgeable, professional and installed the system in a timely manner. Tested the system and ensured all our concerns and questions were answered. Walked my family through how to install and operate the app on our individual phones. Also, instructed us on how to operate the wall panel. Great job!!

Adam was knowledgeable, polite and made sure we knew how to operate our new system. He gave us his personal phone number in case we had any follow up questions. Adam told us that Vivint was getting into insurance and a phone number in case we were looking to switch.

Overall the technicians did a good job. Being flexible with the install schedule is key. However, my door was damaged by power drill when door sensors were being installed. Joey the rep walked the neighborhood for weeks and was able to convince me that Vivint could meet my needs

We had a problem with the first installer, he wanted to come earlier so we accommodated him by arriving home 1 hour earlier. We waited from 3-8Pm and he did not show up. I contacted the salesman the next morning and he scheduled the install the following day. Dallas was our installer and he was on time and did a excellent job! We were very impressed with his customer service and his attention to detail. We like the system, however the sales person should tell customers it takes 3 hours to install not 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Both the representative, Tony, for the company and the installer, Drew, were amazing. There was communication the entire time and the service was fantastic. Everything got installed fast and accurately. I would definitely recommend them and the company to others.

Guys were very professional, come in, went right to work and stayed busy until completion, asked questions about things needed and were thorough about explaining system and how to operate the pad as well as how the cameras and monitoring system operated. Upon completion they were also thorough about their cleanup and were polite in their communication.

The guy that installed worked efficiently. Both the installer and the rep that came out explained everything simply. Chris came and explained the products. He came back to them explain to the person in the household. Both the installer and rep are great at their jobs.

Great customer service prior to purchase of service. Technician efficient. Actually came sooner which was great. However the total cost was $200 more than what was quoted. Did not receive a call back. Have also not received my panic pendant which should have been sent by now. It had my service installed since June 3rd. No email. No phone. Also no information on cancelation policy. Starting to regret my decision although I researched I have 30 days to cancel my service.

Very satisfactory service and well designed app...Will recommend to my friends. Installation was fairly quick and the system can integrate well with what I already got. The device is very configurable and intuitive. Overall it's has been a good experience so far.

I had too many technicians in my house for one. My husband had to go up and find wires that they had been looking for for an hour. If that didn’t happen service would have been excellent. So the service was great. They finally got my services installed. I don’t like the idea of putting holes in the wall when it’s really unnecessary.

Nathan was polite and knowledgeable. He had a team out to install the equipment within 30min and they were done in just over an hour! I already have Vivint at my other residence and have been happy. I expressed one of the cameras at that residence broke and he gave me the number to call for a technician to come replace it. I am very happy with the upgraded products and service!

My aunt had Vivint, in order to return home from the report recovery hospital. Placing it in her home granted authorization for my aunt to return home from the hospital. Now, I find it a great benefit to have it in my rent house, and will move it to my home, once I purchase.

Happy with product, a little frustrated with the price! Much more than I was quoted on the phone, when I told him I currently had a backyard camera that was not included in the quote. I feel like too interested in just getting my business. Hope things better. The installer was great- left ADT after 27 years. He also didn’t mention I was buying and financing the equipment, just said, "We bill differently."

They did a good job. Located the cameras right where I wanted them. They need more power to get them working correctly but they got it done. They were very friendly and they even liked my dog. The sales man was also very friendly and seem to be well informed on the system and how it works.

I just signed up for this new alarm service. Everybody from the sales rep Chad, the installation guys and customer service were wonderful. Chad explained everything to my understanding. I was having sign in issues and the customer service rep was very patient and tried everything he could to figure out the problem. I am now able to sign in. The thing that surprised and impressed me the most was that they installed my system the same day. I can now see my whole yard. Loving the doorbell camera. Chad (sales rep) kept me updated and arrived at 9:30 pm. Love this company.

The service that I received was very quick and the technician, sales representative was very respectful around my property and I was updated on the service that I was being receiving. They did not leave any unanswered question.... The sale representative was knowledgeable about the product and provided factual information regarding products.

Experienced an install that took 5 hours to not even complete (due to faulty equipment) (the doorbell) while still charging me full price for the ALL the services before beginning. Installer said he be back 4 days later to complete the job. Not what I agreed on, but what can you do?

Mario was super friendly, very personable and really helpful. He was not pushy or overbearing as a sales representative. Instead, he explained how Vivint works with enthusiasm and let the technology as well as the reviews speak for themselves. The technician, Austin, was also wonderful. He took his time to show us how to work everything. He was considerate regarding our feelings and very knowledgeable about the equipment and installation process. Overall, the experience was great and I would highly recommend Vivint to everyone I know!!

I had ADT. Was paying $45 a month just for monitoring? A Vivint sales rep. knocked in my door, Aaron. Nice guy, very knowledgeable and informative! He stated ADT might be a little cheaper, but not better. He was correct!! I had some concerns and issues, he answered every one!!!! I was still on the fence, over thinking. So I called Vivint directly, spoke to Franklin. A really great rep. and spent sometime answering any odd question I had, put my mind at ease!!! An answer to prayer, actually!!! He professionally directed me back to Aaron to complete the process. I did. I ordered a system!!!

I’m happy with the cameras I guess. I needed them soon to see which person took my wallet. I’m lucky there wasn’t much in the wallet. I also wish it recorded more. Also got to be careful about the price they quote you because it’s just that they don’t tell you about the extra service fees. I’m not sure if I recommend yet.

Noah did a fantastic job on the install, he was very efficient moving room to room with all necessary equipment/tools to complete the job. This review only reflects the sales staff and company as a whole. The installer was very kind very thorough and very quick none of this has anything to do with him. We have A total of seven locations with Vivint. Every time the install and cameras have been put in perfectly with a few hiccups here and there. This last round however I feel like I’ve been swindled by a sales person into getting me to sign up for the cameras and then magically not having any in stock. So I wait over two weeks for an install and I have one camera up and running.

Everyone I worked with was so kind, from the original sales rep and Emma who helped get my appointment situated, to the technician who was so kind and helpful. The overall process went so smoothly, I couldn't have asked for a better experience!
