My rep was thoroughly professional with all of his interactions with me. He was honest in his words, integral in his actions, and I would recommend him to anyone. Lastly I will most likely call him back to add more security items from his suggestion.

My sales rep (Danny) and technicians (Ryan and Nick) we so nice and helpful. I was able to get same day installation and they walked me through step by step on how to use and operate my new system. Highly recommend.

I love my new home security system from Vivint! It has made me feel so much safer and given me so much more peace of mind. I like that I can control it from my phone in addition to the panel so that I can always see what’s going on.

Sales rep was very informative and professional. Also was patient and personable. Installer was also very good. Worked to inform us how things worked and what our options were. Installer showed us how to use the panel and the app.

So far so good, the sales representative and technician were friendly. Some of my window monitors had to be changed out because they weren't compatible so I had to purchase new ones but other that it has been a good experience.

Very impressed with the high quality equipment, and friendly reps. We were told install would take about an hour, but definitely took longer, at least 2 hours. Guys did a wonderful job and were very helpful in guiding us through app install and how everything works. Happy to be in good hands with Vivint!

Our install team was super helpful and so was customer service! We had a very responsive team that walked us through every step. We feel safe in our home now! We are happy with the equipment and the service. The call system is very Inter graded and the equipment is easy to use. We also love the app! We would recommend to anyone!

The process was easy and both the sales person and installation technician were knowledgeable, professional, and helpful despite my husband's game of 500 questions. I am going to try and convince my dad to have Vivint installed at his home.

Several issues with installation. Plug for control pad not installed properly. Cover plate for outlet not screwed back in place. Simply placed over outlet and plug was plugged in. Guess the tech thought the plug would hold it in place but it slipped out and fell to the floor. Did not have doorbell camera. Salesman did not inform me that they were on back order and tech did not know when another shipment would be in. Could not install smart garage control because the app was down. Only one motion detector installed. Should have been 2. Plastic cover on the one installed is out of place.

Installer was knowledgeable and answered all questions. Patiently went over operation of system several times with clarity. Installation went smoothly and installer was efficient. Explained system use step by step. Existing system was upgraded and any glitches were rectified to the satisfaction of the customer.

Was skeptical at first, but the salesman and installer were great. Able to answer all of our questions and got us a price we were happy with. Installed same day in a few hours and we were fully explained how to use the product. Thanks.

I got great service from Shawn. He was very knowledgeable about the product and buyback process. He made the experience better with follow up that fit my schedule and available time. Installers were fast and efficient. Only way to make it better would be to make it free.

This was my first time using a home security system. John was extremely knowledgeable and was able to walk me through everything and answer all my questions. He was extremely professional and I will definitely be recommending Vivint to my family and friends!

The salesperson was very friendly and answered all of our questions. The technician did a great job with the installation. Time will tell if the product will stand the test of time. Customer service is my main priority it seems that most companies lack in this area.

Absolutely pleased with the salesperson Tarek, we were not looking to change security companies but his salesmanship and kindness sold me within seconds.. He deserves any kind of promotion/raise that’s possible. The options/cost were another factor but Tarek is the main factor of why we are now using your products.

The installer was hurried, did not show me much until I asked. Also almost drilled a hole in our brand new back door before I stopped him. He rushed through his survey asking me to answer all yeses even though I had not seen most of what I was to see.

This was a good time getting Vivint and I would recommend this to anyone who would like feel safe in their own home. With Vivint you have the opportunity to actually try it out before you actually make the purchase.

Great communication. Easy explanation of what options I had. Overall good job. Brian installed everything quickly and efficiently. He took time to listen to my questions and made sure that I was happy with all the products.

This is one of if not the best security system that I’ve ever had in my home and that means a lot to me and I’m an ex police officer. With this being installed in the house I actually have slept better over the night and felt more secure when I’m not home and my family is in the house and the house is armed and the fact that I can still see the cameras from wherever I’m at. One of the plus things is being able to open the door when I’m not there for my kids now and if they’re grown and moved out they don’t need a key to my house lol.

Perfect service from customer service to the install technician! I highly recommend & the products are astonishing! I am pleased with the quality. The features are amazing. Pricing is fair. They are the best compared to all of their competitors! Grateful and if you're looking to keep burglars and criminals away this is the system for you!

Bruce was great, good personality and knew his job well. The service I believe will be great for us as well. I would recommend this service to anyone that ask me if I have an alarm system. Maybe ask me in 30 days again how well we like the service.

Communication was very poor in all aspects from the very beginning of my initial contact with Vivint. After over 30 days to try and get it correct, the technician for install showed up. That technician was very polite verbally and also very apologetic for the length of time it took for the install. At approximately 10:45 pm I was ready to stop the entire thing and finally it was complete.

Everything went very well as far as was told was going to happen. Adam the tech. was very well prepared and did a very good job installing the equipment. Our home was equipped with Vivint sensors when we bought the house in August so that was a plus for the tech.

The sales rep Chandler ** was very thorough and explained everything with much knowledge about the equipment and service provided. He provided other options to fit my budget and worked very well under pressure when I asked many different questions. The tech that installed my equipment also worked very efficient and also walked me through on how to utilize the services and equipment. I was very pleased with their service.

Did a awesome, efficient job installing my alarm system. He taught me how the system work and how to troubleshoot some of it. Tech was well rounded in what he was doing. I didn't feel like he was being rushed to just get it installed

From beginning to end, from sales to install the overall experience was 5 stars for me. Professional and courteous from the sales rep. The installer kept it clean and ideal for locations of cameras and other equipment. Installer also made sure equipment worked properly and provided tutorial of how to operate equipment making it simple and user-friendly.

Both men were very kind and respectful.. They did not push anything on me. (I do not like any purchases to be pushed upon me). It was a genuine feeling to accept their business. Now I can be in more comfort when I am home or away. Thanks Vivint. Satisfied Customer!

We were impressed by our sales representative as well as the technical crew that followed Felipe. The installer, Dillon, went above and beyond when we locked our keys in the car. He took me to get my spare key. We now have a smart home!

I just had my Vivint smart home security system set up yesterday. By the time the salesman we're done the technician we're here to set it up. They were fast and efficient and I am loving the system. I would definitely recommend Vivint for all your home security needs.

The sales rep was knowledgeable and, most importantly, did not push a hard sell. We got the package that worked best for us. The installer was equally easy to work with, and that process went well, along with the quick run through in how to work the security system. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a home security system.

Can't say enough about the professional and courteous conduct of both the sales rep and the installer from Vivint. I had equipment that was left behind by the previous owner and they had no problem switching it to my name. The setup was done quickly and everything was working great in no time. Great products and service. Mark ** put my equipment in. Did a great job. Looks very clean. Cameras are very clear and the security system is very easy to operate. Although it’s designed for a house, it also equally works very well for a small business.

I had this system before and loved it, but have been hesitant with getting another one due to renting. Travis was amazing, very detailed and thorough with the information about the system. I would rate five stars however I did end up having to pay a 56 installment with the tech which I felt was slight miscommunication considering it was free installation.

We actually had Vivint not show up for the first scheduled install, which they communicated was a fluke and gave us a discount as a result. But Vivint definitely earned their 5 stars with the installer they sent the second time around, the quality of their equipment, and how painless everything was to set up including on the app.

Our installation EXPERT today was the very definition of what a real expert and professional at what he does..Does ...It will be my pleasure to highly recommend both him and Vivint as the best, at what they do, IMO..I came away with a CLEAR understanding of our new security system, thanks to our installer (he's much more than just that), actually..Thanks Vivint.

I just had the system installed so I cannot say much. Sales person and installers were great. Sales (Chuck) went through everything and got installers to the house quickly. Installers, Dalton & Austin were professional and very fast. So far, so good!

Has to come back with updated equipment. But was very friendly. He took his time to make sure I understood everything. He seemed to be knowledgeable about what he was doing. I think the best part was when he was showing me how it also works through my phone. No more digging for your keys. Well I hope to never have to use the system but it is here for our whole family should we have to. Plus it puts the price up on my home. People love to see security systems. And the bad guys don't.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all our questions. Would recommend to friends and family. Did a good job cleaning up before they left. Afford suggestions for cameras to have a better placement. Camera quality is excellent. Pricing was within reason.

All 3 technicians were polite, friendly, respectful, and energetic. They asked for my input and accommodated my demands. They were prompt and cleanly with their work. They respected my home and were nonjudgmental. I would have these technicians in my home to do more work in the future. Super friendly!! Loved them.

Super disappointed. We signed up with Vivint home security company three months ago. The camera pictures are good and the app works well, however One camera stopped working completely. I called the company and was told that the bridge malfunctioned and a new one would be sent right away. I called three days later when I hadn’t received it because I assumed it would have been expedited.

Very friendly and knowledgeable tech, Spencer, installed some security products and recommended without being pushy some ideas for future products. Left no mess behind. Seamless install with full operation walkthrough. Would recommend products and service to anyone

The gentleman were very nice and respectful. They also informed me of other products. My system was updated and tested. I was shown how to operate it and also use the app. I will purchase other products soon. I would the door lock.

Bill from Gainesville fixed and activated my Vivint security system with lot of care. He made sure that everything works fine a.nd went behind his duty. Spent almost 2 hours at my house to check all the system. I would recommend his services.

Of course the call center messed things so the tech made sure to have everything corrected before he installed. After the install made sure we knew everything about the system and app. Even corrected issues we were having before he left

I am not thrilled with how the install was done. I was not expecting a wire to be run through the window sill and a plug, with blue lights flashing, in the bedroom for one of the outdoor cameras. Does not look very professional in my new home.

The dealer was good at explaining sometimes a little overbearing but he did a good job and listened to what we wanted! The install went very well and we are very pleased with how it turned out. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I was greeted with a kind interaction at the door and in further discussion, all of my questions were answered by the knowledgeable representatives. The technical installation representatives were friendly, thorough and installation was the same day which made for a very positive experience.

Mathew came and hooked us up with a new security system! Mathew and all the techs were friendly and trustworthy. Everything went seamlessly! Our old system did not meet our standards or needs and the new system has everything we could want and more!

Updated on 06/01/2022: It has been nearly 3 weeks and STILL no resolution. This company does nothing but LIE! I've spoken with over 6 Managers, not only did they lie and say the refund had been sent overnight, I received an email stating the refund would be sent within 24 hours and still no refund! I called back last Friday and spoke with a Manager name Chris with a badge number (if that wasn't a lie) 9012960 who stated since I had not received the overnight check, he would put the refund directly into my bank account and I would have it within 24 hours. It's 5 days later and again..no refund.

Have had ADT for years but recent service issues made me consider changing. If Vivint can overcome service issues, then I will be happy. Your equipment cost is high so I hope service compensates that. Further, was told it would be a 'soft' credit check and it was not; has already appeared on Credit Report. That needs to be a truthful statement. Service tech, Jalin **, worked over 5 hours straight answering questions as he went. Kudos to him.

Matt, our sales rep was both knowledgeable and respectful of our time and concerns. Once we made our decision, the installation was done on the same day and with professional care. We are pleased with our system and service before and after the sale.

Very thorough. Explained everything in detail. Install was very clean. Well mannered and polite. I would definitely recommend to a friend. Installer took time to explain all the answers with the questions we had and made sure we understood how the system works.

Placed my order Thursday evening, don’t have FedEx tracking info and it is Monday. Customer service was great and putting together my Smart Home package was made easy…Just waiting to have a secure home. Maybe I will get my equipment or an email with tracking today, hopefully so.

Francisco ** was excellent. He went thru everything very in detailed and his customer service skill were outstanding. The service technician was the same way. They were both great. I’m very satisfied. The equipment is outstanding. Looking forward to recommending more people to the service. I’m glad I switched over from ADT.

Installation was good, could not complete because of weather and removal of some sensor wiring on main security box, he did not know how to fix. He will return tomorrow to install cameras and fix the sensors to work with the new system.

Ariel came on time and spent time with us to explain everything. Not once did he act impatient or put off by our questions. He did the installation and cleaned up after himself. He also trained us on the system and was very discreet in regards to passwords. I would recommend Ariel to anyone.

Tech was very professional, on time. The tech was knowledgeable about the the system and installation. Tech was Courteous and patient. He was very helpful and answered all her questions that we had. He cleaned up everything when he was done. He walked us through how to use our equipment and how to use everything.

I am happy with the Camera system, but I wish the installation would have been done cleaner. The wires are all exposed, was hoping it would have been done a bit more professionally. Had extra holes on my walls that weren’t necessary.

The overall offer for the services made to us by Vivint was a good offer. The young marketing representative, Weston was straightforward and presented everything clearly. The installation happened surprisingly very quickly, same day! The technician, Ivan who did the installation was quick and efficient. The only real disappointment to the entire process was the fact that one of the components to our new home security system is/was on backorder. Perhaps even more disappointing was the fact that we were told that the missing component is very "user friendly" for installation. Meaning the Vivint will not be back to install the missing pieces. This is why it is only a 3.5 star rating as opposed to a 4 star rating.

The sales rep and technician were both professional and knowledgeable. The sales rep took the time to answer all of our questions. The technician was extremely efficient and tidy. Both made sure that our experience was comfortable and informative. We very much appreciate the Vivint security system that is now in our home.

A salesman came by, not knowing our disappointment, with Brinks. He made his presentation. The equipment is expensive, but the warranty and the 0,% financing. Helped with the decision. He claimed that Vivint could also utilize the existing equipment, which is not the case. This is very disappointing, being that was a selling point. He first acted like he would reimburse me for replacement units. When the installer gave us the prices, he said nothing else about coming by to pay for them. The installer was professional and very well trained good presence.

Very impressed with the service installation and quality of the equipment. Although there were a few pieces of equipment that did not get installed, the arrangement made to come back was prompt. The technician was very helpful with understanding the equipment.

Both our sales rep, and our technician were very friendly. Our sales rep, Chandler, never made us feel like we HAD to buy anything. He almost made me want to buy whatever he was selling without even knowing what it was! He was very knowledgeable and made way for a very comfortable interaction. I generally hear that they're selling something, and tell them I'm not interested. Our technician, Aaron, not only installed our originally selected items, but was very informative and helpful, and made sure that he set up things we originally forgot to add.

Really nice atmosphere. No awkwardness at all. Everything was super fast signing up and getting approved took only 30 minutes if that. Then 5 minutes later the tech team showed up and installed everything within 2 hours. Everything gets done the same day which is awesome. Would really recommend. I’m super happy with it. Everything works great and look amazing.

Our Vivint person came right on time, installed everything he needed to, explained how everything works, and left shortly after. The whole process took about 2ish hours, which felt pretty fast to me. And now I love having my new security system up, it’s been fun to play with.

The sales gentleman provided limited information on Vivint packages. No one should feel lead on what to choose. Vivint, please make smaller packages available for all budgets, add the price for that specific package under it. Keep the monitoring services and the fees separate but available to see. If a customer wants to add more equipment later, please put the price for each piece. This way you don’t feel the sales person is providing the amounts you should pay for the equipment based on what one does for a living. I chose to go with Vivint of concern for my family’s safety.

I was satisfied with the response time setting up the system. However, I was very unsatisfied and disappointed that when the technician arrived, he immediately turned into a salesman. I had previously spoken with a salesperson and picked out the package I wanted. Only for the technician to get here and try to upsell me on more products to enhance the package I already agreed upon. Then I felt pressured to get a quote for my home & auto insurance which whom I’m very happy with. I also felt pressured in having to stand next to the technician and do the virtual survey. My day was already drawing as I was moving from one house to another. I understand it’s the technician's job but as a consumer it would have been nice to know of these things beforehand, especially the hard credit pull.

Jeff was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. He was able to explain the entire system and make it very easy to understand for both my wife and I. This is our first Vivint system and we will be using it for all our future homes.

So far my experience has been great your representatives were both superb and I like the system so far. I hope to be pleased with this service as you come highly recommended by my nephew. I like the camera and how they communicate via the phone.

Erik explained everything with such knowledge and great demeanor that it was easy to say yes to this sale. Logan was courteous, and explained all the tech side to where I understood how to use equipment with ease. I will definitely recommend to my friends.

Jordan came to my house and sold me immediately on the deals they were offering. The service is not the cheapest around but quality of the equipment is amazing and really provides me with a peace of mind. To me, that is what is most important.

The salesperson and installer could not have been more respectful. They were careful with my things and explained what they needed to do. I am a senior citizen and they were patient answering my questions. I am not very good with these phones and computers and and I would like a book of instructions.

Courteous technicians. Easy installation. Very clear pictures and details. The price is reasonable, although it may get expensive if continuously add pieces. Just make sure you only buy what you specifically need to customize your own home. Thanks for everything.

The technician was outstanding, Well spoken, explain important details as the process moved along, very sharp young woman, a asset to Vivint. I'm so happy I chose Vivint. Being a new customer I felt very secure with the choice I made.

Rep was super nice and was able to build us a package perfect for our home. Technicians came and installed same day and were super fast and friendly. We love our system! And glad it wasn’t a hassle to schedule since it was all same day.

Clearly the purpose of requesting a Vivint system in my home was to have a front camera installed and the technician failed to do so!!! After being in my home for 4 hours still no security! UNBELIEVABLE! I am on hold with customer service and to no avail my issue isn’t resolved so far this experience hasn’t been great!

Explained All the equipment and usage well all the benefits of the program. All the other brands that don’t really match up as well. Installation went pretty fast. Seems to be fairly easy to navigate. My four-year-old is able to know how to use it within five minutes.

Happy with my equipment. The only thing was that after scheduling for the equipment set up I then thought I was being scammed. Representatives do not wear badges on them. When the set up guy showed up the same thing no badge and his car just looked like a regular car. So I called Vivint and it seem to be ok.

Salespeople are a bit pushy, great deal for all the equipment you get, tech came and installed next day, but sensor faulty in front door, needs fixed, still haven't come to fix it, didn't even get our sign in the yard to show Vivint.

The Vivint employees were very nice and not pushy. They have shown me the comparisons and they can give me more security for the same amount of money as my current company. I am pleased to change over companies. I am looking forward to using my new deadbolt security on my door and my doorbell camera.

Both of them were too nice and explained to us everything that we need to know before they started the installation. Since the doorbell camera is not available yet they apologized for it and explained that they will make sure to get it here as soon as it will be available. The assurance was there and built our trust that Vivint will take care of our safety.

They were personable, professional answered all of our questions, did a fast and clean set up and walked us through how to use our new system. They took extra time to ensure we were happy and satisfied with our services. I would highly recommend.

Jacob, our installation technician, was tremendous. All question answered and quality of workmanship was tremendous. Vivint is the best of the best in the home security market, and we recommend them highly! From sales to installation and after service, this company goes above and beyond!

Tech was very polite and friendly. It’s just one thing. He did the the garage lamp while installing the garage camera. Everything else was great. He explained everything while installing the products. Afterwards he made sure all products were working properly. Great job!

Kareem was awesome and explained everything clearly and was beyond professional but not a robot. System seems to be working great and I love it. Camera quality I give a 8/10. Sound on the app is great. App is easy to use. Price is wonderful!! Can’t believe we waited all these years to get a system.

Zachary was timely and very helpful. I would recommend Vivint to a friend. He made sure that I understood each part of the system, and that there were parts still needed to install. He rescheduled to come back out after the parts get in.

Chris did an awesome job with installing my home security in my new apartment. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and did a great job of explaining what each piece of equipment that he recommended did and why I should include it to add to my package. I ended up adding more window sensors and a few video monitoring equipment to my package. He set up all my equipment in a couple hours and was able to also give my roommate and I a tutorial on how to use the equipment properly. Tech was friendly and professional, left no messes and explained the system thoroughly including the phone app. Only bad part is we have to wait on the camera doorbell but wasn't the tech's fault. Would definitely recommend this company.

Once I have used it for a while and have tested it and I get the doorbell cam and can get the thermostat installed I will know better. As I have not had a chance to try all the features I will reserve final judgment. The install went well and the installer was knowledgeable.

I was contacted about installing a Vivint home security system. The representative (Mike) was pleasant and friendly. He made it easy to come to a decision we could afford. After the deal was made, the installation crew arrived soon afterwards. The crew was led by Matt. They were efficient with installation and helping us understand the system as they installed it. After the installation was complete, Matt took the time to clearly explain how the system worked and answered our questions. When Matt left, the system worked as it was supposed to. So far we are happy with what we got.

Ability to customize package was great way to get service needs met without extra equipment and money. It was more user friendly with integrated systems than our previous service. The connections were set up without major intrusion to household and discreet.

Everyone was professional with expert and knowledge experience. Friendly technician was fast, accurate and made sure everything was where we wanted. Now it's the next day so far so good. Everything works properly, on and off click activations on phones as well that's in the home. There's also clear pictures even at night. The night vision it's awesome.

Sales and Install staff were friendly and knowledgeable. There was sawdust left where holes were drilled. Would have been nice if I didn’t have to sweep it up myself. Also, where holes were drilled, there should be something applied for the hole not to look so ragged. I was also promised the doorbell would be brought with the install and that didn’t happen.

The install was great. Unfortunately when we signed up it was very stressful and the sales reps were very misleading with what was and was not included. Your sales reps must do much better in not doing a bait and switch.

Equipment keeps going offline so no protection or Deterrent while Down. Quality of installation not the best, Installer was great but was limited on positioning of Equipment to get the best coverage. Don’t think I would d do it again.

Very persistent salesman. Came by my house like 6 times. Installed same day though once I signed the 900 documents and made an annoying video. No upfront costs but equipment is expensive and they finance it at a ridiculous rate.

Service was great. The tech finished and explained everything about how it’s works and was very kind and helpful. She also help with downloading everything I needed on my iPhone and with setting the passwords, and she also cleared all materials that she used and swept the floors in the area she worked.

I love the product. The service is great. I just wish we had been given an accurate time frame on installation. It was twice as long as the representative said it would. It took about three and a half hours for installation to be completed and we're told only an hour and a half.

The sales guy is frustrated in resolving package issues with Freedom and Vivint. He doesn't have patience. He said he wish he will walk away if he could instead of handling situation. He has put Vivint board outside my home in garden in reverse way. No one with basic knowledge wouldn't put billboard in reverse way. Left trash on my garden. Disgusting fellow. I was very nice to him asking if he needs water.
