Your installer was prompt, polite and professional. He worked quietly on his own, cleaned up his small mess and kept us informed of the work he was doing. He explained the operation very thoroughly. He also helped us connect our existing devices to our new security system. We appreciate his professorialism.

The technicians were excellent and courteous. Kept me in the loop regarding the process or issues during installation. My frustrations, as advised to the lead technician wasn't with her work; but with the technical issues that arise after I was led to to be that the only thing required replacing would be the old panels, front and rear door cameras and the add on or the doorbell camera. It ended up with me purchasing 9 contacts to replace some of the doors and windows sensors that no longer functioned. My garage door and front door continued to work. In closing, the sales representative was awesome as well as the technicians. Had the issues had not occurred or the replacements had been for free I would had rated this vendor a 5 star rating.

Great rep for your company. No pressure just the facts. Marcello is a great asset for you. Also same great service from your installer. He explained everything in a way seniors could comprehend. Made us feel comfortable about our installation. Looking forward to a successful business relationship with your company.

The installation of the equipment went very smooth. Our main technician, Brendan, came on time and walked me through the whole process. They went through the whole property and based on my needs they made very knowledgeable suggestions. They did an outstanding job installing the equipment and showing me how the whole system works. Overall, I am very happy with Vivint.

10/10 recommend this company. Rep and tech were extremely sweet and answered questions appropriately. Technician was VERY clean and efficient. Someone needs to give that man a raise. Also very considerate of the sleeping children lol. The rep was very nice as well and spoke very clear on what I was signing up for.

Sales rep and technician’s were extremely helpful. Any questions I had were answered professionally and they made the process extremely easy. It was a Very fast install and the process of getting all the equipment that I wanted was also made very easy by the sales rep. Technician’s made quick work but they made sure everything was quality which I appreciated very much so.

We are happy with all our equipment and the excellent customer service we received. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of the 5 was because our first month’s payment was charged twice but we were able to clear that up. When I made the appointment for installation, I was charged the first month’s fee and then charged for it during installation as well.

I am really impressed with the security system and would highly recommend it and Mr. **. I feel safe in my home with such advanced technology. The app is very intuitive and user-friendly.

It may cost you money but it will save you time from get the police from slivering your case and crime. Vivint is the best. Customer service is excellent. The technicians was explaining everything that can understand how to use the service. He arrived on time. Finishes the installation within 2hrs 45 minutes.

The service and setup were great. The Technician explained every detail and how to use each device and the app on the phone as well. The sensors are a plus especially for the little ones that love to open the windows. The technician also recommended the door lock pad which is great because I can lock my door from my phone. He also let us know about the garage door app on how you can link Vivint it together.

The sales rep knocked on our door at just the right time. One week ago, someone tried to break into my car. They did break in and steal an item out of our neighbor's a car. My spouse also works midnights now so we wanted to have peace of mind that myself and my children would be safe. The Vivint system is outstanding. I wish we could afford all of their products. The camera quality is wonderful. I can't say enough good things! You can't put a price on peace of mind but honestly what we are being charged is not outrageous. I am very happy with our new security system.

Happy with the smooth installation. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. About the product and explanation on how it works with very clear understanding of the system. Made it easy to understand and follow the instructions on how to arm and disarm with the stay and away differences. Very happy with everything.

Mike arrived about 930 this morning. He walked around the house with me and explained what he would be doing. After he completed the install he took as much time as we needed to have the system explained to us. Disappointed the door locks will not Arm the system as we were told by Brooklynn. That was actually one of the key selling points of the system.

I love my new system! My boyfriend and I can’t stop playing with all the cool features. Furthermore, Joel was a great sales representative!! He was attentive, caring and personable. Don’t hesitate. We got ours on a deal for the Fourth of July but even then I still would have bought one!! Get yours today!

The service is great! I had my whole system up and running in a few hours. The technician and salesperson were extremely helpful. They both took the time to explain everything and answer all my questions. I highly recommend Vivint. I feel safe and secure knowing my system is proactively looking out for my family and me.

We are very happy with Vivint so far and we just got it last night. The tech was helpful and nice as was Darren who sold the system to us. It’s a system even my dad can use and he is not technically proficient. We hope to have this system for as long as we own this house.

Very unsatisfying product. I was sold via their film on their iPad and received nothing like it. Recording not clear, sensor/camera doesn’t reach far enough. I am receiving more alerts and notifications on the Ring product than Vivint. I will call tomorrow to cancel and return all equipments. As a unsatisfying customer I really hope I don’t get any more surprises.

Very easy to set up. My house was built in the 40's which caused some problems but the tech was able to address them. The main interface panel is a nice and responsive touch screen. Much nicer than interfaces I've seen from other companies. The mobile app is nice and mimics the main panel.

Great customer service from my initial phone call with a rep to the installation process with the installer and after. I am happy with the product and installation. Would defiantly recommend to others. I feel safe in my home and have been provided with a peace of mind while at home and away.

Vivint’s service reps and tech staff are straightforward yet very detailed in partnering with potential customers. In my case all questions and scenarios regarding options and pricing were clearly defined. Although pricing is certainly not at the lower end, the added values, qualities and peace of mind Vivint offers make the trade off a no brainer in terms of satisfaction.

The cameras are great and love the spotlight. The technician was very knowledgeable and personable. My sales person was very knowledgeable about the product as well and there were no surprises… Every thing went smoothly. Very happy with product. I like the feeling of more security. Can let my dog out front and watch her from inside.

My setup by Logan was superb! However, I called for technical issues a week ago. Customer service hung up on me after holding for 30 minutes. Someone answered and cleared their throat and disconnected. I called right back and held 20 minutes to have a Supervisor reach out… it never happened. I should have read reviews first.

Sales rep was very respectful, honest, and helpful. Install was done right away and the installers were very courteous and thorough. I really like the technology. The doorbell camera is a big upgrade from my older Ring camera. The control panel is also very intuitive and way to use. Overall very happy with initial experience with all involved with the project. Highly recommend to anyone interested in buying or changing their alarm service.

Keep you on hold when you won't take the $5 off they think is worth it. I was not given the products I agreed to, and when I called to cancel within my trial period, I spent hours on hold. Embarrassing customer service that I will tell everyone I know about and will ensure I never return. Minimum wage overseas workers reading from a script.

Arturo was very thorough and helpful. He made sure we understood all devices we received and how they operated. All setup was efficient and took less than the expected timeframe to complete the work. He was very personable and friendly to all family that was in the household as well. Overall we had a great experience with him, and would recommend this service to our friends in the valley. Our technician Chris was great, friendly, and explained everything perfectly. He also made very good recommendations to keep our home safe and we appreciate the work he did, especially because we just moved into our home. The installation process was quick and easy, also Chris explained the arming and disarming process very accurately.

The agent and technicians were very professional. You can tell their knew what they were talking about and doing. We were very pleased with the entire experience. The technician came 30 minutes after the agent finished to explain everything to us. We were convinced and decided to move forward. The technician explained everything he was about to do as the agent did a summary of it before.

Salesman was knowledgeable and understanding of my budget. Installation same day however did not have door lock in color desired, but will return next work day at my desired time to install lock pad. Installation was simple and quick. I like that the security pad speaks loud enough for me to hear easily. It is easy to read a location makes access to disarm when arriving home. I was able to disarm system from my phone when I got up in the morning.

Joshua and Lucas both gave great customer service. I was in the middle of two big house projects while they set up the system. Josh actually helped me with some of the clean up of my projects. Lucas stayed focus as I was in the middle of my projects. Lucas took care and made sure he installed everything correctly. He even ventured up into our very hot attic to get the correct amount of power to the doorbell camera. They both were very helpful, friendly and were willing to help out.

The whole team was amazing! Chris was an excellent salesman. Very friendly and was straight to the point. He was very patient with my crazy dog barking. Whitney was so sweet. She came in and did an outstanding job! I felt so bad it started raining while she was installing the outside camera, but thankfully it wasn’t raining too hard or for too long. She was very sweet with my daughter letting her help sweep her dust piles. I would definitely recommend this team! I’d work with them again any time in the future!

My experience with Vivint was top notch from my conversation with my salesman who took the time to explain their system in detail, to my installer. He arrived exactly on time and worked a full 8-hour day (because I made some changes). He set it up perfectly and educated me on everything. The system is powerful, yet simple to understand and operate. I feel happy, relaxed and secure. I will recommend them to everyone.

While, I was unaware of of the contractual issues associated with Vivint, like signing up for a credit card, if not paying in full, along with a hard credit check. My technician, Blake did a great job of answering my questions and installing the system in an efficient and timely manner. The new system is faster than my prior system and has more security features. Overall, I am happy with my initial experience!

The details of the service was explained. The comparison of my current company and the services gained gave me confidence it was time to change companies. The installation was seamless and professional. The technician made sure all features worked and made adjustments. The digital platform fits nicely in as home's decor. All questions were addressed.

It was a good expression. With both the sales representative and the technician. The tech woman was right on time and she knew what he was doing. We did not finish to connect one the device due to my house low level of internet. The tech promise to come once I fix the issue with my internet provider.

Tech was quick and efficient. I needed front and back door security. The paper work was easy to get through and the wiring is basically hidden! The panel is in a good spot and every is very easy to use. I have a clear line of sight and the camera is video is clear. I also got a playback DVR so my footage will be stored for up to 10 days unless I decide to save it. All around I am satisfied with the tech, work, and the equipment. I would recommend to a friend!

Our tech was very time efficient and friendly. He was insightful about the product and company as a whole. His work was clean and almost unnoticeable, which we appreciate wholeheartedly! He is detail oriented explaining the app and panel. He showed us how everything works, and he left without us asking any questions. He even made an additional phone call on our behalf regarding the new DVR playback not working. We thank him for his hard work, his extra time, and highly recommend!

The Tech Acree ** that came out to do our install was amazing! Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over everything with us and walked us through it. He definitely deserves a raise!! I felt like I was being sold service and not just a product. Everyone was knowledgeable and answered my questions during installation. Which was really fast. The installer was awesome. He was knowledgeable about all of the products and had really good ideas when I had questions about where cameras should be mounted for optimal use. I would recommend these guys to anyone but I will recommend them to family immediately.

Crew did a great job of putting in the system. My only complaint is that they started late in the day (after 8pm), and didn't finish until 10:30 pm. Even then, they didn't finish, and will be back next week. But the majority of the system was installed, and works fine.

Upon completion the Vivint rep said, “The installation tech is on the way.” It was 9:00 PM at the time, which was too late! We did not have the ability to select a time for the install. The front door camera does not provide the coverage as promised. Thinking about canceling the account.

After my first consultation with Joel There was two Vivint representatives man and woman (I'm sorry I'm bad with names I think one was Amy) that came to install all the equipment the process was fast and easy. All reps was professional the whole process was about 3 hours same day. I'm very pleased with the set up process. Let's see how everything works for my family.

I had Steven and he was a great help to get me started with my service through Vivint, he was very patient with me and walked me through things repeatedly even when I was confused and kept giving advice to start up everything. Was great fun to have his help.

1. This company is deceitful. They totally got me in communicating the contract terms. They told me that I could finance the equipment for 60 months, but only have a 36 service contract, with the understanding that if/when I stopped service I would need to pay off the equipment. I agreed to that, but they snuck in that 60 month term and I didn't catch it. Now of course they wont honor it.

Everything cool right now until I receive equipment. They were very nice and easy to get things started. I plan to keep the service for a number of years and hopefully the cameras work as good as they look. The service was very easy to start. Can’t wait to start using my cameras on my phone. That’s the best part hands down.

This was a painless process with VIVINT! The technician showed up when he said, called before hand, was very experienced, courteous, and informative. He demonstrated how everything worked, cleaned up, and asked if there were any questions! He even gave his number to call if there is anything that I needed later! Great experience!

I had 3 previous appointments that the installer never showed up. Levi installed a system at my other house last week so it was great to have the random luck that he was there today. He’s knowledgeable on the products, has great recommendations, and listens to suggestions. He’s thorough, clean, polite, and respectful. An amazing security system. I'm glad I was able to get this system. Installation was quick and the technician was very helpful and knowledgeable. The camera quality is really good and clear. The ability to chose how high or low you can set the sensor is really great. I would highly recommend this system to friends and family.

I got a total system upgrade and am very happy. Installer was very pleasant and professional. Took about 3 hours to complete including the outside cameras. I forgot to mention that I was a VIVINT customer but was talked into changing to a different company because it was cheaper. What a mistake. So glad to be back with this company. Remember you get what you pay for in home security.

We were pleased with the speed and communication it took to set up our original appointment. Unfortunately the rep did not make the timeframe we agreed to so Vivint immediately apologized and set up a convenient follow up appointment for our installation to take place. The knowledge given about the system being customizable is great and if I want add-ons later is a huge plus. My tech, Alex, was very helpful he made sure he knew that each product fit what we needed, informative if there was any adjustments needed he let us know and made sure we were ok with changes and was attentive to what we expected with the product and placement of the equipment.

I am very happy with the product. However, I was not expecting installation on the same day that I purchased. After spending over an hour with the sales person, I was forced to install that same day. Installation was a 3 1/2 hour process, from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM. This was extremely inconvenient.

Vivint set up was smooth and done correctly. The individuals (Freddy and Quincy) who helped us, were great. They explained everything to us and walked us through everything we had done. I have never had issues with Vivint and love the peace of mind we get. Also, Great customer service!

The Vivint technician Manny was absolutely wonderful, no matter how many questions I asked no matter how many updates I needed, he was very patient, professional, and attentive to my request. Any time he didn’t have an answer he took the time to find it, so there were no gaps and understanding. My husband and I are happy with our decision to switch to Vivint.

Luke and Summer were great! I had no problems, got me signed up and service completed same day. Luke didn’t oversell me and even helped me with waiting a week to get paid. Price was affordable, technician asked how I wanted everything ran and did it without any issues. Even helped arm my windows despite the latch being broken. 10/10 would recommend!

The sales representative Presentation was on point. He was very knowledgeable about the product and explained it to so clearly, I had no choice but to sign up. The installation person was patient, accurate and precise. He didn’t leave until everything was completed. I would refer Vivint to all my family and friends. I don't feel sold, I feel like he genuinely was here to help. Gives me peace of mind knowing that my family will be safe while I'm away and while we are home. I recommend a system for all new homeowners that don't have one. Will def refer my friends to Vivint.

Just had a great new security installation. Our install tech, Moises was great! System is working great thus far. Not too thrilled with our original sales person, but other sales reps really tried to help us with some of the corrections needed from our original quote. Don’t think it is fair to mark up our job cost $ 1,000 extra dollars when the financing is supposed to be 0 %.

My Representative Parker was amazing at answering all my questions and covering all basis of the agreement. I knew what I was getting and what I would be paying. Would recommend to anyone wanting good customer service and quality. They didn’t disappoint in any way and looking forward to business with them!

It was easy to sign up they waved fees and it is just like a cellphone bill. Techs were fast and sales rep knowledgeable. Would recommend 10 of 10. Favorite feature smoke detector and encryption. If you have questions John and Tony are the ones to go to. The security system works and is easy to use. Notifications are sent to your phone and you can watch your feeds live.

I live in a fairly secure area …but I live around several Apartment Complexes. Because of this I often have concerns of who is moving in these Apartments. Your Door to Door Sales member “Zach” sold me on the idea of Security. Zach was extremely Professional as was the Installer who followed.

We were blinded sided concerning having to pay for the equipment. When we realized this is when an email was sent congratulating us about an approval and we looked and it was for $1,500.00. So, that's two bills added to our monthly expense when we're under understanding it would one. As for as the service it was really good. The young men were really great.

Very satisfied with ease of use control panel and Vivint app. Superb integration with smart home features. High resolution cameras and flood lights that detect people. Floodlights follow people walking in detection area. Very impressed.

My installer was wonderful…She did a great job explaining what she was going to do. Her night got late and she never quit and got me all set up. She was very pleasant. If I have any more home I would totally have her back. She cleaned Up after the work very nicely and was willing to make changes if I needed it

The experience from sales to install was great. Gage and Mike were both awesome, friendly and knowledgeable. Everything was done same day and now I have things more secure in my home for myself and Airbnb guests. I’m really happy with the quality of the cameras and the option to give guests their own code to only access a certain door in my home and also be able to change the code between guests. I’m excited about this new system.

Sales rep and technician were great! The only drawback is we cannot sign-in on our desktop to monitor cameras. We forgot to ask but we are pleased with all other perks. I don’t know what else to say except thank you.

Install technician was very helpful and friendly and worked hard to get me the package I desired. Clear and direct explanation of the various products and services offered. Excellent product so far with seamless app interface. Definitely feel more secure than I did before I called Vivint. I would absolutely recommend to a family or a friend.

From start to finish this experience has been terrible. I was told a tech would come out for a survey, but the tech came ready to install. Then the setup process with the tech wouldn’t work and we had to call on several times. Then it took the tech 9.5 hours to install minimal equipment. Lastly, the tech left the house and never put a window sticker or a sign for the front yard. Overall it was just a horrible experience.

Vivint completed an installation the same day I called to sign up. Amazing!! Technician Will was excellent. Did an outstanding job, great camera placement and professional system overview. Excellent customer service!! System performs well. Very good camera views and voice quality is very good. System is easy to navigate from both the main control panel and from the Vivint cell phone app.

Both the sales man and installation crew were amazing. They were really knowledgeable and kind. I was amazed that they were able to do the install the same day. I do appreciate the 7 day trial as there are a few items I’m not sure I’ll need but wouldn’t mind trying out. I do love the peace of mind that if something happens while I’m at work, that 911 will be called and my dog will be save as much as I am.

The installer was awesome and answered everything I asked with a great attitude. Even gave me his cell number so I could text him in case of an issue. Just great service and happy with the professionalism and pricing. They did great and I'm very happy with the equipment and ease of use as well.

Installation was simple and seamless to transition from our prior alarm system to Vivint. Vivint has a lot more product options to choose from to help make your home more secure, such as outdoor cameras (with or without lights), smoke detectors, garage sensors, and front door smart lock. I will continue to consider adding additional equipment to make our home as safe as possible.

They were professional about the alarm system. Worked with our budget for a system that is tailored to what we need. The installer was very knowledgeable and quick. He showed us how to use and do the final camera setup. They do leave any old equipment that was previously installed.

Very helpful and honest advice in regards what was needed for my house. Install was quick and simple. I would give him more stars if possible. I would highly recommend for a friend. The only drawback was the whole for the back yard camera was not filled. I would also would have liked a little clean up in regards the sawdust. It’s small but it’s giving a feeling of not being completed.

Process has been easy and friendly. Technician was very nice and knowledgeable. Notifications were sent prior to arrival for reminders and customer satisfaction. First my window slot was 8am-to 12pm. First tech didn't show up til 3pm and job was not completed because I had plans at 6pm which I was late to. Someone from Vivint contacted me. I addressed my concerns and had a different tech who was very proficient. The vivint customer service person was very understanding and even though I had a minor hiccup they still managed to figure everything out and had someone over.

Best service I have had in a while. Came on time and was quick to get it set up. Checked all of my cameras and window alarms. Was very good at explaining how to use the equipment and also moved camera for a better view of driveway. Thank you very much.

We had some time constraints and Ben acknowledged them, setup a plan to tackle all the important items, and was very communicative to get us setup and answer all our questions. He was friendly and professional and handled a couple of unexpected items easily and kept us up to date with everything he was doing. He walked through how to use the system thoroughly.

The team that helped put the security system in my home were very quick and informative. They answer all the questions about options and the system as a whole. The system works flawlessly, it works smoother than the Ring system. The Ring system would be very delay and when you want to look at the live feed when you get a notification, it will not load.

We had our car vandalized by our house and decided it’s time to get some home security. Emailed for a quote, got a call back within 60 seconds. Pick out the best plan for our needs and had an installer at my house within 3 hours. Technician installing was great, very nice, helpful and thorough.

The technician was good and knowledgeable, helpful. The information prior to him coming was something that could use some assistance in preparing me for what to expect. I ask to be notified prior to him coming, that didn’t happen. The additional fee I’m still digesting. Hopefully the service will be worth it.

New install went amazing! Install technician, Bruce, was exceptional. Went through entire system with us and advised us on some equipment we had not thought. Very knowledgeable and customer-driven mentality. We enjoyed Vivint at our previous home and was the main decision in having it installed at our new home.

This is my first time with Vivint. My original appt date was Saturday June 17th. Vivint called the day before my appointment to cancel due to a scheduling conflict on their end. They would not approve overtime and therefore my family was forced to alter plans and wait an additional week for install. My partner works at night, so we needed a security system asap. I was very disappointed in Vivint’s ability and/or willingness to make adjustments for an issue that caused them to falter on our agreement. However, Joe was great. Very informative and boosted the rating that I would have otherwise given.

We bought a Vivint home security system in 2017. The technician installed the system and it worked for about 2 months. I had made several calls to the Vivint help desk to troubleshoot the system, they would have me run around the house testing sensors and resetting panels but could not troubleshoot it over the phone so they finally sent a technician out in 2020 (yes it took them that long to finally send a tech). The Tech showed up and of course the system is perfect for the five minutes he was there, he did change out one sensor.

Brett & Ray went above and beyond. Excellent on everything. I really love them too much. Love and respect in all their endeavors in whatever they decide to do. I am hoping they stay with the company forever. Excellent, honesty, and respect goes a long way. They done and showed all of it. I am so thankful I had them.

We reached out to Vivint and a rep came out to our house after we scheduled a time that suited us. He was super friendly and knowledgeable about all their products and was really helpful finding the right equipment for our needs. Minutes after we finished the paperwork a tech was already at our house to install all the equipment. The technician was just as friendly and knowledgeable as the rep was. We walked through and around the house and talked about where we wanted the equipment installed and he checked if that would be possible. Once all that was cleared he started the installation process which went really quick. After the set up our tech helped us install the apps on our phones and walked us through the system, how to operate it and explained everything in detail. It was a really great experience with them and can only recommend them!

First of all my rep showed up without a panel to install (unprofessional). He left for about 45 minutes then returned with one. After that the installation went pretty smoothly but when it was over he said that he couldn’t get “clearance” from Vivint that my unit was installed. After waiting for a couple of hours I had to run some errands and I couldn’t wait any longer. Eventually, later that evening someone from Vivint called me to walk through what was done. It was a long day, it took about six hours before I had to leave. Not a good day but the system seems to be working ok.

Excellence, instructions were very clear straight to the point. Knowledgeable. Time management was very good. Communication was on point as well as the courtesy. Will recommend their customer service at all time. They offered me a optional service for protection, even that I didn’t accept the gentleman was polite and respectful at all time.

I put in a request for a quote, and got a call back within seconds. A technician was able to come out the same day, and I had the whole system installed within 8 hours of my initial inquiry. The service is initially quite expensive, and does require a line of credit, but the upside is that you own everything, it can move with you, and it's highly customizable. The technician was very helpful, was able to modify my initial request, and was sure to make everything look neat and tidy in the setup. Overall very pleased with the service, and happy to feel safer in my home.
