Sales dude, Julian, was knowledgeable and personable. He sat with me and showed me all the options and helped save some money on the monthly bill. The tech, Ryan, was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Overall a great experience! I was looking into expanding my Ring system anyway and Julian knocked on my door at the perfect time!

The young men who came out to sell us the service and to install the equipment were both professional and pleasant. So far the service is really good. I'm looking forward to seeing how the other services that can go with what we have, work.

Kam was a great sales rep for Vivint company. He was very personable and not too pushy. I thought his presentation was obviously effective. Anthony was excellent in installation. He was quick and took the time to train me how to use the system. I definitely slept better after installation.

We were misled into thinking the equipment was no charge. It was conveyed to us that the equipment was at no charge. Not true. We will pay $4000 for the equipment. The salesperson should be a little more honest with that aspect,

We had a great experience working with Vivint! They gave us a better quality system at almost the same price we were paying our other company. Both the sales guys and the installation tech were wonderful, precise, knowledgeable, and honest. Highly recommend! Vivint and their high level of service and employees.

Your salespersons should be either better educated or more honest about early cancellation fees with other security alarm companies. It would help with future sales. What is Vivint’s early cancelation policy? I may want to cancel as soon as I can.

Within 3 to 3 1/2 hours after I met the salesman on the sidewalk in front of my house the system was installed and working. Amazing. The salesman was named Burt and the installer's name was Ivan. Both were extremely polite, knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I I still have a lot to learn on how to operate the system. I am a bit confused on how to operate or arm the cameras for a 24 seven monitoring, but I guess I will learn how to do that in time.

The salesman Matthew was very thorough in his presentation and was there for the install. The installer Jacob was very good. Very knowledgeable and fast. Cleaned up after themselves. Thanks guys. My wife is sleeping better already.

Elliott and Devonte were excellent, great customer service. I tried to turn on my camera, said it was offline, trying to reboot panel. If that doesn't work check camera, then something else. If it doesn't work Elliott said he was coming by today, so I will talk to him about it.

Very quick installation; installer was pleasant and asked me lots of questions before placing anything. Easy to understand and operate the system. Great video from cameras. Incorporated with other applications currently in use. Nice to have everything tied to one app.

I am able to see and interact who is in my front porch. Keep a close eye on my children. Alert me if someone is near my house. Learn from the consultant that it has a panic button in case of a emergency.

The sales rep who helped us was fantastic and installation was a breeze. When they leave you feel confident in your new system and how it works. Absolutely fantastic! This security system has given us a new level of comfort in my home.

Cameras keep shutting down randomly for hours and days. When I call, the support asks me to unplug the power supply and plug back in. What use are the cameras if we constantly have to do that and how are we supposed to unplug the power and plug back in if we are away from. What a useless system indeed. Deceptive company practices.

BEWARE. Two people wearing VIVINT shirts rang our doorbell at 9:33 PM. When I did not open the door they started knocking. When I opened the door to ask what they wanted, they started with an introductory spiel without indicating why they were there late at night. They only identified themselves by a first name and never mentioned the company. I closed the door and they proceeded to my next neighbor. One later returned. They appeared to be casing the neighborhood, determining who was home. I called the police who verified that they were from VIVINT and that they had a vendor's ID. The police car attracted a number of other neighbors who said that the VIVINT sales team attempted to enter their house; asked for a bottle of water; were pushy, and overly aggressive - again at 9:30PM. I do not trust VIVINT. Should I ever have damage to my property or a break in I will know who to blame.

Great service and support from both the sales representative and the installer. Neat and cleaned up after service provided. Appreciate being able to schedule appointment for installation on the next day.

Very professional and informative group of guys. Great work on the installation, no question went unanswered. Even with a wifi issue the technician stayed calm, cool and collected while the issue was mitigated. Vivint looks like it has a smooth installation not so many wires.

Sales and installer personnel great to work with. Worked very hard to satisfy my needs. Explained process and equipment very well. Good follow up. Explained proper use of equipment. Made sure everything was functioning properly. Cleaned up their drill debris and other garbage. Left information for future service needs.

Great service activation guided by very professional and polite technician. Entire process was flawless and took just a few minutes. Very satisfied with customer service as well as the product. One of the main reasons for activation is my elderly mother residing with me. It will give me peace of mind wile at work or away from home that I can keep eye on her and she will get help if she needs it. Overall happy with the system.

I’ve had a few home security, and these were the best people to have worked with. Fast, and personable. Tented to the smallest details. And explained how it works very well. I am a senior and they took the time needed to learn their wonderful products.

I want to thank you for sending Aaron to install my home security! He was courteous and patient! Our internet has not been set up and the process was tedious… He really had to work around a lot of obstacles to finally get everything working. I was impressed with his knowledge of the area and friendliness.

So far so good. I have only had the service for a day. The installation tech team was amazing. Clean installation on my new house. The sales person was not up-to-date on what was compatible and what wasn’t. He ended up purchasing the things I needed to make sure they were compatible. Overall I had a pleasant experience. The cameras look outstanding and accurate enough to read license plates. It was a great upgrade from Frontpoint security systems. Should’ve went with Vivint first.

Equipment is great, technician was patient and knowledgeable. The before service communication with Austin was wonderful, and Harold told us exactly when he would be here and he was! Harold spent over six hours here with us ensuring we knew how to use the equipment.

Anthony did a wonderful job updating my system and showing me exactly how everything worked. He made sure all my equipment was working properly and that my connection to my app was working as well. Highly recommend his professionalism and service.

Shane talked us through what we were getting and Sebastian did our install. Absolutely impressed with them both. From knowledge to personality to professionalism, they really set the bar! Any questions we had were answered quickly, they were super nice to our kids and Sebastian offered to clean up after himself even though it was 10 o’clock at night. He was quick, efficient, and truly a joy. Will be recommending to EVERYONE

Liked the sales person. Real professional. Install guy was fast and clean. Real good job, both guys answered all my questions. From the beginning Vivint was great! They were informative, courteous, respectful, and so efficient with the installation. Their service is amazing, and the product is even better! I am so happy they came through my neighborhood, and were so patient with my husband and me as we made our decision to have their security system installed in our home. I highly recommend Vivint. To buy your system with no contract is great. Low monthly monitoring charge. Installation was fast. The installer was at my house within 15 mins. The installation process is long. They have to drill thru wall to supply power. Camera is great. Door camera is very clear on my phone. Very simple system but good design.

Customer service representative gave specific details on the coverage available and what we selected.

When we bought our house it was equipped with Vivint equipment but not the service, so vivint was able to come out and get everything going again for us. Everyone was nice from the sales manager to the tech people. Overall satisfied with how quick they were able to get everything going.

We are very pleased to have gotten Vivint as our home security system, especially after a burglary we had a few months ago in our home. We now feel protected and assure that our property and family will be safe.

A sales rep came to my house and was really nice and seemed very knowledgeable about the business/services/products etc. Installation was pretty quick and the tech was nice and went through all that I would need to know. I was disappointed my garage door was not compatible with their device that would allow me to control it from an app. Everything else I have always wanted and it seems to work great.

My sales rep Tyler ** did a wonderful job explaining everything. Even better the install crew was there last night to install. It's very easy to use even my hubby will be able to work it. I only wish we had this in November off 2020 when we had 2 cars stolen.

Both the sales guy and the installation techs were very friendly and helpful. Everything was installed the same day as I purchased it and so far I am very happy. They both answered any questions I had and the sales rep explained everything in great detail before we even talked about a cost. The technician Christian was very professional and knowledgeable about the system. He took his time as we decided the best locations for each of the cameras and sensors. We also talked through scenarios so that we could figure out the best way to leverage the AI and innovation included with the VIVINT system. The process from purchase to installation was very fast but done very well! My sales rep and the installation team were kind and answered all of my questions and took their time explaining the new system. The installation was seamless and I am very happy with everything!

I got the alarm system installed even though I was hesitant about it. They said they would give me a 14 day trial period for the alarm system. After it was installed one of the cameras stopped working and the doorbell camera was not installed due to the product on backorder. So I called the company and asked how could I have a 14 day trial without the complete alarm system? I asked if my trial period be extended to when the complete alarm system was installed. They said no the trial period starts when it was installed. Do what the whole alarm is not installed. I told the representative on the phone. When I go to buy a vehicle they let you test drive a complete vehicle no one with 3 tires and you have to wait for the rest. Anyhow that’s all I can say about this company. Definitely not for me.

Everything went well. The technician was courteous and knew his job. I am exploring my new home system. I would recommend this service to anyone. It is easy and simple to work. The views are clear enough to see. I am loving the whistle alert. I think it's cute. I will sleep better tonight knowing that I have added protection.

My technician set up my system and was very fast with the process. My appointment was originally scheduled at a later time. The technician called and came a little earlier. He was very knowledgeable about the system and and had wonderful customer service.

I was pleased with the install team but disliked that window sensors aren’t part of the standard package. If I knew that, I wouldn’t have gotten Vivint and would’ve went with another company. Totally disappointed. Additionally, my door cam was on back order, therefore the tech has to come back. Which means more time away from work.

Tech did a professional job. He Explained from start to finish on installation plan and completed work in a timely manner. After his installation work was done, he tested everything with me to make sure everything was working before leaving. Went over everything that he physically did for install.

Awesome service and customer care. Cameras are awesome. Love them. Door bell camera works just like Ring which is what I had before and Vivint also reimbursed me for the Ring camera thru there by back. They also installed the system the next day.

Good. They did the work fast in a timely manner. I was already familiar with the system and was easy to work. The worker cleaned up after himself. They still have to come back tomorrow to install the doorbell camera.

Our family had an attempted break-in while we were at home! That’s all we needed to decide HOW & WHAT we should to do to keep US SAFE! Our daughter’s family had VIVINT SECURITY. We felt it was too expensive for us. One phone call and we found out a NEW VIVINT would be $1.60 more a month than our years old and outdated security system! What a shock! We have more cameras with easy viewing on our app! We can be in our car & arm our home from our app. We have better “glass break” security. Our pictures are vibrant! Easy of use! Our Installer was fantastic. Shane had an answer for all our needs! He even walked us through all of our techy set ups! He didn’t leave us to stumble through after the install! THANK YOU VIVINT... We are good to GO!!

Loved our experience with Vivint. North Tullis helped us get set up with exactly what I wanted and needed and answered all my questions. We enjoyed our technician. He was very nice and explained things in detail to help us understand our new system.

Agent and Tech were very professional and friendly and open to answers, were very helpful explaining the equipment to me and my wife, we felt very comfortable using the equipment after the tech left, salesman was so easy to talk to and had very good personality while explaining the plan.

So far it's cameras are better quality and clearer. Haven't had any trouble yet. I just switched on Memorial Day. It's has not been long enough yet to see if I have any service issues. Hopefully I don't. The only thing I don't like is having to split 2 different payments instead of one transaction.

Guy came last night so me my system the specific reason I wanted it was for the ring doorbell. When the installer came the one thing he didn’t have was the main component, the ring doorbell six stream. Lee dissatisfy.

Your sales representatives were very friendly informative and knowledgeable of their equipment and service. Your installation team again with very friendly knowledgeable and professional and courteous and very very helpful as far as placement of equipment and so forth. Your installers are well worth the money and deserve raises for being in my attic as hard as it was and then excellent job at placing equipment, cleaning up behind themselves and leaving the house exactly how they found it or better.

This is something we have discussed installing previously at our home. The sales rep, Thomas, was very helpful and informative. The technician made quick work of the installation and was polite. I didn’t catch his name but he did a great job. Both gentlemen were very professional and considerate.

I am very disappointed in the installation of my security system. I was told that the best technician was going to install my system. The individual that installed my system ended up putting a hole in my wall that I believe was unavoidable. Three of my door sensors were installed perfectly; however the fourth one was forgotten until I said something. Then it was installed it was not done like the previous ones because “the technician does not have enough sensors.”

We are happy we joined Vivint. Ben did a marvelous job explaining the features offered by Vivint! He is outstanding and Vivint should hire more people like Ben **! Thank you! Nick was a very nice and respectful technician which did a very good job installing and clean up, he was very knowledgeable of system and explaining the use and options. I would recommend Nick for installs to others. Christian ** my sales did a great job explaining the process of security options and was respectful sales man.

I always say. Let it happen. Don’t make it happen. Door to Door sales is a tough business. Shawn gets 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. He made it easy. No pressure. About an hour is all it takes to go over the details. I asked a lot questions. Shawn did not try to sell me a bag of air. Lord knows I have enough of them. VIVINT must be doing something right. It’s not easy keeping the good ones around. It’s about 1/2 hour to install. The same day. Who does that. “VIVINT” That’s Who. Thank you.

I am very pleased. Collin arrived early and was ready to go and very polite. He was super helpful with showing how to set everything up after he was done with installation of cameras and doorbell door lock and garage door remote. He was quick and diligent in his install and made sure I liked all camera placements. Super pleased with Collin and the installation he did! A++++ for sure! Would want him back if I ever got more gear or needed something fixed!

The sales rep I spoke with Zach was attentive, professional and courteous. The tech Cole that was supposed to call me but didn't he started sending texts to try to have me setup the system. Needless to say I'm already disappointed as text is not convenient if you have questions. Cole only called after I requested he call. Hopefully this is not how Vivint operates.

Tech was amazing. I had agreed to financing the new system, but after the tech left I checked and was charged the whole up front amount. Not sure who messed up, but pretty crappy. Thank goodness I could afford it.

Installation. I want to terminate service. I don't need it and all the in and out is confusing. The guys were very nice. I understand I was to be a "model" home so to say. Even though there was no upfront charges I still have to pay monthly for something I don't want.

I was a previous Ring door bell customer and simply wanted more security. Vivint seems to be very user friendly and the camera quality is clear! Our technician, Justin, was very professional and answered all of our questions that we had during the set up!

Salesman was a good salesman. Did not however follow up with us as he promised. The installer did not clean up after himself and put furniture back where he moved it. Other than that, the system seems to work well.

I was not please with the aggression way your salesman interrupted when I was reading the contract for purchasing the equipment. He kept telling me that I didn’t need to read it. Secondly he was prompting me to say “yes” when interacting with the video questioning me about information I was told. Some of the information was in the contract I took time to read.

After the installation of my security system. My ac hasn’t been working since, only blows hot air/ heat. Even though it’s set at 50degrees, it’s 89 degrees in my house right now and I can’t get the tech to return my text.

I was looking for a security system that was set up to my specs. Vivint came to my door and offered exactly what I was looking for. A great deal. The sales person and technician were very knowledgeable of their products and where to place the cameras for a better view for security purposes.

Installation was very quick. The installer was very professional, his work was nice, no cords dangling or hanging loose in my garage when he was done. He cleaned up after himself very well and explained how to setup the cameras on my phone well.

Both techs provided great customer service. Have a good explanation of how the system works and made sure everything works before leaving the job site. Did not leave any trash behind and discarded all trash properly. Also, both tech respected the homeowners by wearing booties upon entering the residence.

Chris the Tech was great. He was professional and followed instructions. He was upfront on the time frame but finished job ahead of time. Was respectful of the time it was and treated us fair. Second tech David was also good, was respectful.

Really friendly people and they got right to work and finished pretty quickly and they answered any questions I had. I like that I will be able to take the service to another house when the time comes that I got to move again.

The technician JT assigned to my home was courteous, he explained all facets of what was to be expected. My door bell camera is broken he explained that door bell was no longer in stock. I had concerns because that was not explained to me when I called in for service. I was not in position to upgrade but I needed my camera. I asked JT if there was an anchored camera that would be capable to my system. He stated yes but he had to get permission to install it. He did and the installation and reactivating of my system was done very well.

Everything went well with installation and the buying process was made very easy. Steve did a great job of making sure we got everything we need. Both made sure that we had everything completed day of. Looking forward to the product and buying add ons in the future.

Professional and expertise of employees was grateful helpful to understand what I really needed in terms of security for my family. In terms of costs and charges which is go hand in hand with service, I really appreciate it because I was needed of a lower cost security service. Now I have lower cost of good quality service.

Overall it was a good experience. The salesman was nice and informative. The installers were great very fast and helpful. The problem I had with this experience was the time. The salesman knocked on our door at 8:30 pm. That’s a little late in my opinion. We let him in and purchased. Ok, then the installer came. They were nice and fast. The problem is they didn’t leave until nearly 1 am.

Our tech Bailey did a great job installing everything and explaining it all to use on how it works. He was efficient and let us know that if there are issues or anything just to reach out. He explained how everything was to work.

The security camera quality is amazing, I love the pool motion detector. The convenience of the app with all sorts of products is well worth it. So happy to have switched to a security system that feels personalized to exactly what will work for our needs.

The sales man was great. The install was great. I’m not a computer guy app is very easy. The installer walked us through everything. I felt no pressure at all. Tyler explained everything very well. Ty was great with explaining app and getting everything set up and walk us the the screen.

Mitch came in and did an install for me in a Rancho Cordova condo unit. He checked my height and adjusted the panel to make sure I had perfect access to it, installed all the sensors really fast, helped me setup and connect my thermostat that was already installed in the home, showed me how the panel worked on the panel and on my phone, and was really pleasant to conversate with! Overall, everything went so smoothly (in a week that everything had been going wrong for me) and I will stick with Vivint until I die now simply because Mitch is an amazing human being and that made me feel confident in putting my trust into Vivint. If I move again, Vivint is most definitely my go-to for home security now!

My Vivint installer Cesar was awesome and very helpful and answered all of my questions and showed me step by step how to operate my security system from the panel and from my phone quick and easy like a pro.

We decided to purchase your alarm system and they brought out a tech quick. They told us it would be pretty quick and smooth. Well, the tech got here at around 6:30pm and it was well after 10pm when they left and the job was not complete. The front door camera doesn’t work and apparently there are 2 issues with the system that’s causing it to show as malfunctions on the app. We asked for the front door lock and when they got here, they didn’t have it. So now we got a system installed that’s half working and they have to come back Wednesday to finish. My 3 day trial better NOT start until these issues are resolved. The tech told me not to worry because a master technician would come with him on Wednesday. My excitement to get Vivint quickly turned into disappointment. I hope this is a decision that I don’t regret.

They both need some form of kickback for as hard as they worked and for the quality customer service they both provided. I love the set up. It gives us peace of mind with our smaller children and as they grow older. The cameras are very accurate. The locking door is a bonus. I would definitely recommend this. The installation was quick and easy.

We purchased a house that supposedly had Vivint as a primary supplier. We were asked if we wanted to continue the service, we discussed and decided that since we had a built in system our only issue was the month to month payment.

It was a really good experience dealing with Nic and Alec. Both young men were very polite and friendly. They seemed very knowledgeable and helpful with any questions we had. Alec was very helpful showing us how to use everything and getting our phones set up with the system. Alec cleaned any mess that was made with his installation, leaving everything how it was when they got there. Really enjoyed the whole interaction with them both.

I had Vivint security system installed today. Justin was the technician and not only did he completed the install, but he took his time doing so. He provided exceptional customer service and provided important information, feedback and suggestions. Justin created such a great experience with this installation and was very communicative every step of the way.
