Great sales and service. All my questions were answered above and beyond. Would highly recommend to anybody. Awesome technology for giving a secure feeling at home or while away. I love the fact that it can all be controlled in one app and that my kids are able to see who is at our door through the video system.

Techs were Knowledgeable and professional. Tech support was very polite and patient while troubleshooting and getting the system set up. I would highly recommend to friends and family. I am very pleased with the service. I appreciate all the help with tech support and appreciate management reaching out with a great offer.

Sales rep was thorough and didn’t hide anything about the products and services. The installation tech did a great job mounting and wiring everything up. They both walked me through everything from the latest offerings to what is coming soon. After the installation I was taught how to use all the features. Both the sales rep and the technician really seemed to like working for the company and that was a big plus. So far everything is great.

My installation expert was great. He did amazing work and was very diligent with instructions for system use. He took his time and ensured everything was working correctly and assisted with answering all of my questions.

Austin was very polite and professional! He took the time to answer any and all of my questions! The system seems very user friendly. The silent alarm features are very reassuring if anything bad were to happen. The cameras are very nice quality as well!

Amber and Jake came last evening. They contacted me ahead of time so I knew when they would arrive. I really appreciated that. They explained what the system was, what was needed to install the system and helped ensure all the documentation was done properly. Mostly they were professional and pleasant to have in the house.

Clark did a great job setting this up for us! He was quick, right at 3 hours, and effectively walked us through the process. The time he took to set up the angels, camera range, was very much appreciated. We’ll be encouraging others to join us!

Everything went flawlessly well starting with Tyler who was just awesome. The young man was so pleasant and personable as a sales person. I’d buy from him all the time. LOL. Now just hoping to love the service better than ADT.

We just got the system at 10 PM yesterday, I think we need to wait and see how it works. So far it seems to connect well and provides great pictures at night and during the day. We like the features provided.

The sales representative was friendly, personable, and explained everything in detail. My dog Yoda was being a nuisance and the sales representative took the time to let Yoda become comfortable with him. The installation tech did a fantastic job and was very knowledgeable. I didn't know some of the answers, like where the furnace was located, and he took my ignorance in stride and figured out the answer. He let me know what he was doing each step of the way and he cleaned up all of the mess he made from drilling. Both gentlemen provided friendly, knowledgeable, and professional representation of the company.

The Vivint rep was informative and we were able to customize a plan that my family needs. Her presentation knowledge of the product was excellent and her delivery not pushy. The installer was very helpful as well and provided detailed information for locating my system.

The products seem great. But the tech was two hours late coming to set it up. Not showing up until 11pm. Then everything we told was mostly incorrect. It wasn't functional for our home. For $3600 in equipment you would think it wouldn't be so limited.

Ashley the sales representative was very helpful, courteous and professional. Zack the installation tech was very knowledgeable of his job. They both were outstanding. The reason for leaving this comment is to allow you to know that I absolutely has a great experience with this company so far.

The experience was great. Quick and easy, they were very patient and walked me through all the steps. As well as giving me all the nice features that Vivint has to offer, I couldn't have pick a better provider!!

Everyone worked in a professional manner and had such a great sense of humor. They set everything up beautifully and quickly gave us the runover of how everything worked. We love our new system! We also love at how they worked with our budget while still giving us everything we wanted. Julian was very informative and so patient with our 3-year old that wouldn't stop talking throughout the whole thing! His humor made us feel very comfortable. Great guy!

My Vivint Installer was great!!! She was very informative and professional. She explained the installation process from start to finish and although there was difficulty in finding a location for my panel She never gave up. I would recommend Vivint 10/10.

Updated on 08/09/2022: Had security system installed with cameras and they say you can play back up to 10 days. From day one it will not play back. It is blank screen or it say video not available. We have Android phones. I tried to cancel the contract, but they said they are fixing the problem and it will be working soon. Called Vivint several time and they sent Technicians out and they all said it doesn't work very well with Android phone. Vivint said it's past the 3 day cancel so it will cost me $7000.00 to get out of the contract. But the system doesn't work, they just want money and they know it doesn't work with Android phones.

My salesperson was Olivia. She was very professional. Ryan was my service tech. He was very good also. He new exactly what to do. I was in construction for 35 yrs a General Contractor. I didn’t worry about anything once he got started.

He was very professional and really took into consideration where everything was placed in our home considering since we have small children. He was very respectful and very fast! He is definitely welcomed back for any other service. He knew exactly what he was doing and aware of his technique.

My installation was quick and easy. The installer was nice and very helpful in teaching me how to use the equipment. I am excited to be able to take care of my home temperature while away from the house, and it's great to be able to see who comes to my door. I am a happy customer.

Santiago was very knowledgeable of what he was doing and he was professional at all times. He ensured I was satisfied with the camera angles prior to his departure and made adjustments where I asked. I would recommend this company for the installer and the product looks and works wonderfully.

Great and professional installers. Did a great job and made set up very easy. Very happy with the new system, very user friendly and has lots of cool features. Cameras have great picture and sound quality. They made a customer for life.

Technician was very thorough on the installation and listened to all the suggestions and input we gave. He gave us a very good walk through the system and said they would come back to help any time for any issues we have.

I was little bit skeptical about the security service until I was showed what was available for me. Even though I'm under contract with another security which I'm not happy with Vivint gave me the opportunity to try it out on a trial based to see if I like it. Technicians was very helpful in showing me how the system works and if I had any questions not to hesitate to call customer service.

Vivint seems reluctant to provide any in person tech support. I am concerned that they are locking in customers who will be stuck with systems that are unsupported, yet who are unable to switch to other services without a massive contract exit fee. I am particularly concerned about the impact this will have on other elderly citizens.

My encounter with Vivint has been amazing! Everyone from Cyril, who assisted me on the phone and assured me of all of the ways that Vivint could provide protection; to Chad who made me feel very comfortable and was extremely friendly, professional, personable and informative. I had never thought about having a security system before until recent events and I wish I would’ve done this a long time ago. I will be raving about my experience to everyone I know!

The person who came to do the installation didn’t do that good of a job and never put the smoke/carbon monoxide detector in. Said he didn’t have any with him and was supposed to come back! Also didn’t leave any sign and just put in one water detector as far as I can tell. Also, the camera on the back of my house is plugged into where my lighting for my back porch which he unplugged so now I have to climb up on something to plug the lights in! He didn’t know how to run the wires into the basement for the screen panel so with what he did doesn’t look very good. Getting in touch with the company to see if they can make corrections to his work. He also neglected to clean up mess he made. I included 2 photos of where I have to climb up to plug lights back in.

Very informative and answered all questions to our satisfaction. Took the time to explain all portions of system and installation. Checked all components and replaced batteries as need. Talked us through down loading the App for the system also. Performed current updates needed for the main panel. Demonstrated how to use certain functions of the system.

Benjamin and his team were knowledgeable about their business. Furthermore, they were all very diligent in their work. All of the men (4) who entered my home were respectful and did their work efficiently. I highly recommend Vivint Security to all my neighbors and friends. It gives you peace of mind like never before. 15 out of 10 stars from me. Benjamin from Vivint is the man you want to call for all your home security needs.

Reactivation was a good experience, tech was on time. Walked me through the whole process, was really helpful and clear. Michael was very courteous. Time was really good. Explained the system and offered other products may consider in the future.

Kyle did a great Job. The installer was awesome. We love the system. It's amazing. The views are amazing and clear, the system works together with the climate control all from our phones. We are happy and don't regret this purchase.

The sales rep had no idea what the technicians could or could not do. We ended up having 4 different technicians come out and every time there was a new problem. It was extremely frustrating. The rep also told us that we could move the camera through the app which wasn't true. He also said one glassbreak sensor would be enough when in reality we needed 3. The sales reps need training on what the cameras could really do and where they could really be placed.

Very good experience from the start, informed me of discounts available to me, the installer was on time and efficient, he explained clearly the operation of the app and panel. 5 star operation all the way. Kevin the installer answered all my questions and concerns.

Vivint has been awesome so far! Our technician Ryan was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Deserves a raise! I can absolutely see why Vivint is so highly rated and would recommend it to anyone looking for a smart home or security system!

It’s been 24hrs and so far so good. We have the lock, doorbell, 2 door sensors, 2 door cameras, and the fire/carbon monoxide detector. We’re a traveling family and though our neighborhood is pretty safe you can never be too safe. The technician was polite and efficient. I’d definitely recommend Vivint so far. No issues.

David & Paul were amazing. I wish I got the name of the third person but she was so efficiently in and out of the house that I didn’t catch it. Thanks for answering all of our questions and securing our home.

Really enjoyed. Our sales representative‘s name was Braden. Very professional. Very friendly. Stayed and answered every question we had and then when the tech guy showed up Trevor once again very professional. Answered every question. Actually he was driving off and me and my husband had another question. We stop the car and he got out and came right back up and explained even more.

If I could give 10 stars I would! From installation until now has been a great experience, no trouble, and the techs really show and tell you everything. They offer what you need and even advise if you're ordering something you may not need! No hassle, great service, and great quality products! I RECOMMEND 100%.

Max, the sales rep, was great. Very thorough and answered all of our questions. Once we signed up, we had an installation guy here within minutes (he happened to be in the area). The whole process was very easy and my husband has been playing around with the app all morning. Like a kid with a new toy.

Informative and inspiring. I was impressed with the multiple features. I need the cameras because I am away a lot. The cameras are live and not subjected to batteries. Door bell feature is a plus. I am pleased with the views of my cameras.

Sales rep completely lied about how it would report on my credit. He said it would be a soft inquiry and yet it’s a brand new credit line showing on my credit as a hard inquiry. What a scam. He said it would appear as a T-Mobile account yet my phone bill isn’t being reported to my credit.

Installation was quickly completed by polite, competent young men. No complaints. I have enjoyed the added security with the ability to watch my fence, where multiple people were teasing my dogs. Now I'm moving. I have to cancel, close, stop, whatever they call it, my account. My equipment is paid for. I was on hold 2 and 1/2 hours, and never was helped. I guess I'll have to resort to social media for help. I haven't noticed Snoop advertising for them anymore...Wondering if he got wind of this?

Happy customer and I would recommend it my friends and family! I love my new indoor camera and able to see my dogs when I’m at work! I have some peace of mind knowing they will be safe when I’m away from my house.

I found the presentation to be very clear and understandable and address some concerns I had with my current provider. The installation went very smoothly and was able to utilize quite a bit of my existing system. I added exterior cameras which I didn’t have and also a much improved video doorbell. The indoor camera is very movable so it can be utilized for security while we are away or to monitor children or pets in different locations while at home. The quality of the picture is improved over my existing system and the outside cameras are easily adjusted using software to exclude frequent false positives such as people walking on the sidewalk of cars driving past my driveway. It’s really difficult for me to compare costs because I upgraded my system significantly from what I had. My homeowners insurance was reduced by a little over 200 dollars due to the additional security and smart home features.

The tech was somewhat knowledgeable about the products but there were several questions he could not answer. The tech also did not seem familiar with the job and what all needed to be installed and tested. It just seemed overall this job was not planned or well executed. Not 100% if everything was done or not, will have to verify later to make sure items were not installed or tested appropriately.

He was very knowledgeable and willing to help us with any questions we had. He was patient and took the time to explain the system and how it works. He was very pleasant and honestly there wasn’t a question he couldn’t answer.

Larry ** installed my system in a fantastic manner and did not encounter any problems. His work ethics were outstanding and I was critique also in an outstanding matter. System looks great and hopefully no problems will come. VIVINT looks great and I hope to let my friends know of their existence.

The Tech was very helpful and professional. He rerouted my internet, replaced the electric plate, exactly learned how to use, installed a smoke detector that was much needed. Went over insurance programs.

Tyler was able to get it all figured out and had great customer as well. He fixed the panels and installed multiple door and window alarms. There were previous alarms that he went out of the way to make sure all batteries were changed and up to date for us new customers.

The sales pitch for the new security system was very honest with nothing hidden. Installation happened within 24 hours and getting used to the system was easy. The system integrated into our home seamlessly. Would recommend to anyone looking for a security system.

I moved into a house that had Vivint previously installed. I decided to give them a shot for my month to month security monitoring. However, I quickly realized they charged a log of money ($40 a month) for capabilities that provided us no benefit. In April of 2022 my credit card was compromised and as such the card they had on file was no longer working. I reached out to them, let them know I got a new card, my old card on file wouldn't be working anymore, and that I was no longer interested in paying for their services (even though I was month to month). They told me no problem.

We had an excellent service experience! Ryan made the installation quickly and efficiently. He provided clear instructions on its use, and assured us that he would be glad to assist us if we needed him in the future. Excellent customer service!!! Thank you Ryan.

My experience with Vivint was excellent from start to finish. They were great in the phone, did not push me to get things I didn’t want, showed up early to their install appointment, rocked the whole thing out. Also, their cameras and door sensors are excellent and the home control until makes everything really simple plus you can do even more from your own smartphone. Overall a great experience and I look forward to having a safer home thanks to Vivint.

Gavin H. did an excellent job switching my equipment and service to Vivint. He walked through everything to include the install. He takes pride in his quality and it shows! The hardware and ease of use is far better than my previous provider… I’m already more than satisfied with Vivint.

Fast and very simple operation. /He helped set up our phones. walked us through the process. Haven our salesperson was awesome and made the application process easy and made us feel comfortable while explaining the operation and protection of the security system.

Excellent installation. The crew was very understanding and went over the system well explaining the how to and when in a very thorough manner. I really like the outside camera view. I am having technical issues already. My system is malfunctioning. I can't reach anyone to get support. I can't reach the technician either. Really not happy. Wondering if this system would even protect us.

They were real cool. Explained everything very clearly. Install on the products were fast and made the setup really easy. Didn't try to over sell anything. Not like other shady companies. Everything done in under 2 hours. Even came back to make sure things were running good.

These people try to trick you into signing a contract..like they did me and then when I realized what I done it took me 2 hrs to get someone on phone after being switched from department and hung up on. DON'T FALL.

I liked the features of their home security… 4k video, the camera uses infrared to see at night, panel you can talk to someone as well as on your phone, very user friendly panel to add people, create new password etc…

The Service arrived on time. It was accurate and fast, with minimum disruption. The technician was properly dress and courteous, and knowledgeable. He gave clear instructions on the setup of the system and application. He indicated what to do if an emergency arises. He also did a clean job and left site clean.

I was so very happy with the Amber and Jayden and absolutely enjoyed them and all their helpful instructions and overall think they were helpful and very respectful! I absolutely adored them and would Recommend them to everyone. Even my grandchildren enjoyed the two!

I had Derrick as my installer and he was fast and very good customer service. He did a fantastic job!!! The system is very easy to use. He help me step by step and downloading the app. I’m happy that I made the decision to change to Vivint Security.

Bobby was on time, and did a great job at setting expectations before and during the installation. A few modifications had to be made to the account info l, as well as the equipment package during installation. He was gracious, patient, and understanding during these changes and I appreciate him for that.

We are really pleased with our new Vivint security system. Jack ** did a great job helping us decide which parts of the Vivint equipment was right for our home. Calvin the installer was awesome and helped explain the control panel really well.

Fast install, great product. Love having everything at my fingertips. Garage door opener is very convenient. I love the panel to access everything. And a really great deal. Kevin was great to work with. He's a real gem, great guy.

Was waiting for the time VIVINT came by, but I was also in the middle of my landscaping project. We talked and I worked, discussing everything needed to get the system! A quite personable salesman with piano skills to sweeten the deal as we took refuge from the heat. Best sales experience ever! I enjoyed his time with us and was able to finish my work at the same time.

The field rep Nick was friendly, informative and knowledgeable. We were amazed with the quality of the cameras and how easy it is to navigate. The installation specialist made quick work of the install. He was professional very knowledgeable about the system and extremely helpful in getting us set up to operate the system effectively. Best decision I ever made with security systems.

I am still waiting for a camera to be installed above the garage after I bought the system. They withdrew money from my account quickly and my credit was obviously dinged. It will now be 2 weeks tomorrow since they installed part of the system. They had techs working on Monday July 4th! They were doing their best to close deals. Considering that Vivint should have easily been able to schedule a tech when I was home within the next few days! In retrospect it can clearly be seen that the sale was most important. I guess that is my bad to have expected better service. I am locked in now. I am sure the security system is a quality product. The customer service however is definitely lacking!

Through the process of the set up he was very respectful and communicative with our whole family and was a great help with teaching our family on how to use the security system. We really enjoy the cameras and the front door and garage door devices.

I have had it only a couple days. The set up was good. And the service man was very helpful and professional. So far it's awesome. No problems. Works great. I guess time will tell. Cameras are good quality. Arming and disarming is simple too.

Stellar customer service from my sales rep Jordan to our tech Reno. Everyone was knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. Much better service and pricing than our previous provider, ADT. They provided equipment and technology ADT did not even offer me. Service is slightly more expensive but that’s the price you pay for value and quality.

It would be nice if there was a chime or key pad to mount in master bedroom so you can hear if doors or windows open at night. The security system is great and easy to use. The install was quick and the system is very user friendly. I would recommend this to everyone.

Took two items off upon installation not sure if or how much that took off price of items overall. Love apps on phone, speed of install, quality of devices, my only complaint is not feeling certain of price overall of items. Know what agreed to in first place for cost of items which honestly felt is somewhat high but they do seem quality. Having sense of more security of home is something I have wanted for long time & I feel good for going with Vivint. I curious about if front & back door security lights could be added to system as well have old natural gas pole light in front yard never used by me thought would be awesome if could be replaced with smart pole light connected to system things thought about after all had done. Very impressed by tech doing install.

We were nothing but pleased with the TOTAL experience. Our salesperson was very transparent with the package we bought and with absolutely no pressure. Another thing that really impressed us is that they had a installer there within 20 minutes and had it installed and running in 90 minutes. Extremely pleased!

Install was quick and painless. Technician made sure no wires were visible and did it as clean as I could’ve ever asked for and was super nice. Cleaned Up after himself. The system itself is top tier. Makes me and my family feel much safer.

I have to say, both the salesman and the technician did a great job with their work, and I'm very happy with my products. However, the only issue I did have was that the price couldn't be discussed until I was basically signed up for good, but it wasn't a life-changing amount, so it ended up being alright. Overall, despite waiting until the end to know what I was gonna be paying, I'm very satisfied with the service and products and the price of them.

It was very nice as they advertised and get you all ready, as the salesperson, is telling you everything you can get and what comes with your package, and everything is moving so fast, as they're smiling, as they're looking over your shoulder. Still everything going so quickly you're not told about the big installation fee.

Salesperson was great! Technician was knowledgeable. The technician/ installer tracked up my floor with dirt. He did not take off his shoes. Other than that the service was awesome. I would recommend Vivint to my friends and family. Vivint is a little pricey. I guess it's one of those things where it says you get what you pay for.

The installer Michael ** was extremely competent and worked from start to finish without stop. Was very knowledgeable with every aspect of the installation and the equipment installed. He was great at explaining all of the steps to use the system. We just moved into this residence and have been waiting over a week for our internet to be turned on. CenturyLink is terrible but Vivint is great service!

The service and the technology were way better than my previous alarm company. The technicians did a great job setting everything up and teaching all the functions. On top of that the pricing was better as well. Would definitely recommend.

The installation tech followed with the hour, in fact before Evan was finished pitching Vivint to my neighbor. I suspect it'll take some time to get comfortable navigating this system, but I'll get there.

David ** was not upfront about doing a credit check. He asked for my last four and submitted before telling me he was checking my credit. When I realized what he was doing I told him that my score was low (in the 600s) and my wife’s was high (in the 800s) so we would get a better rate if we ran hers. He told me not to worry and I would get a good deal. I asked what the best percentage rate was but he refused to tell me until my number returned. I got 9.99% and he told me this was the best possible rate you offer right now. I did not know at the time, but I checked on your website and rates start at 0%. My wife's score would have certainly qualified for this but now I have a loan at 9.99%. David is essentially stealing money from me by lying about the rates and convincing me the one I got was a good deal.

The installation of my outside camera was a great experience. The installer Jonathan was kind. Very knowledgeable about the product. He had everything up and running quickly and smoothly. He took the time to make sure I knew how to operate my new outside camera and explained about the other security products like the window and door stickers..
